Summary

Host Zack Peter covers major legal developments in the Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni case ahead of today's court hearing, discusses new revelations about the Nancy Guthrie missing persons investigation, and analyzes the Summer House drama involving Kyle Cook, Amanda Batula, West Wilson, and Sierra Miller.

Insights
  • Judge Lyman appears to be shifting from favoring Blake Lively to holding her accountable, denying her motion for attorney fees and sanctioning her legal team for excessive motions and late-filed evidence
  • The Nancy Guthrie investigation may have been compromised by nepotistic hiring practices in the Pima County Sheriff's Department, with inexperienced personnel assigned to critical roles based on personal relationships rather than merit
  • Kyle Cook's public defense of Amanda Batula appears strategically timed to rehabilitate his image after receiving negative edits this season, rather than genuine concern for her wellbeing
  • Reality TV scandal dynamics show how vulnerable individuals in emotional distress become susceptible to poor decision-making, with Amanda's actions toward Sierra being driven by her marriage instability
  • Media access to high-profile trials is heavily restricted, requiring official press credentials to provide real-time updates, limiting public transparency unless cases are televised

What's up everybody in the club? Welcome on in, welcome on in, welcome on in. What's going on? Happy Thursday, it is Thursday, April 2nd. To everybody that ordered your cameos yesterday. Thank you, I'm going to get those done today. So expect if you purchased a cameo from me yesterday, right after I taped this, I'm gonna go in there and be like, yo, what's the, actually, let's give some shout outs for people that got their cameos because I appreciate you guys. So I'm gonna be like, okay, let's see, who do I owe a cameo for Tammy? Hey Tammy, I owe a cameo for Jeff? Okay, Jeff, I normally don't do cameos for guys. That's kind of, is Jeff single? Who's this from? Okay. What is, oh, Jeff has been married to Crystal for 14 years, or sorry, yeah, 14, well, 14 year wedding anniversary, 24 years. Is it your 14th anniversary, your 24th anniversary? I'm assuming you've been together for 24 years and you've been married for 10. So 10 year wedding anniversary with together for 24. That's what I'm, oh yes. We've been married for 14 years, been together for 24. Got it, got it, got it. Well, Jeff, I guess Jeff doesn't know this, he's gonna be getting a special cameo from me. Tammy, Amy, Matthew, oh, all the boys, we're bringing all the boys to the yard. Okay, let's see. Jordan got a cameo, Sarah got a cameo, Amber got a cameo, Crystal got a cameo, and another Amber got another cameo. All the cameos are coming in. All right guys, I'm gonna make sure I fulfill these all today. But those are the ones that clocked in the April Fool's Day special. Also, if you are a member of No Filter All Access last night's live was a fun one. Last night Zoom call was a good one. What a time, what a time, what a time, what are cameos? For cameos are a personalized message from me. So if you want to get a personalized message from me, an anniversary, a shout out, a business shout out, a birthday wish, you know, that's what we do. We do, we do it too. And then don't worry, tomorrows. Today is autism awareness day. So tomorrow we will be kicking things off with our new merch. We got the new merch, the new merch. So get ready for it, because it is coming. We have new merch, our new Never With Teeth shirts. Actually, I have a little, I can give you, I can show you the designs that we have. Because we took some fun photos yesterday. So these are the official new merch designs. So this is the new Never With Teeth shirts. So obviously we had the classic black Never With Teeth shirts. But this is the new one. This is like, it's a distressed gray. And it's a, it's a, it's like an oversized, fun, flowy, like just like rock and roll style Never With Teeth shirt. Perfect for trial next month. So if you need some trial attire, you got Never With Teeth. You've also got this one inspired by Miss Nancy Benet Ramsey. You have No Filter investigative team sleuthing since 2015. Look at that, boo, yah, baby, hey, hello. So if you want to be part of, if you think you are officially part of the No Filter investigative team, you can get your new No Filter investigative team shirt. Look at that, boom, serving looks. And then we also have our newest design, our Justice for Justin with the lotus flower. So you can bring your friends, wear your florals for trial next month and also be rocking in support of Beldoni with the Justice for Justin. You can be rocking that during the trial because you want to make sure that you're ready, you're locked, you're loaded. Ha, ha, ha. And yes, as Carol mentioned, today kicks off Autism Awareness Month. Today is Autism Awareness Day. And in honor of Autism Awareness Month, 50% of my proceeds for the month of April will be donated to Home Life Community. And Home Life Community is an organization started by my brother Ethan's doctor, Dr. Jerry Kartsanow. And they are working to solve the housing crisis for people with autism. So like you guys know, if you've been following this podcast for a while, or following me for a while, my brother Ethan is 24, he is an adult with autism. He will never be able to live on his own. 40% of people with autism are nonverbal. Ethan for the most part is mostly nonverbal. 70% of autistic adults are not employed. My brother Ethan is 24. He will likely never be able to hold down a job on his own. And only 7% have access to support to live outside of their family home. Luckily for my family, we have my brother and we have myself who can help my mother and who can assist. Luckily Ethan has two healthy parents and he's got siblings that can step in and be a support system or be there to take care of him when he gets older. But unfortunately, a lot of families don't have that same support. So a big worry for parents is what's gonna happen when I'm gone. And luckily Home Life Community and Dr. Jerry Kartsanow, this is his son, luckily they're providing or they're building these resort style homes so that adults with autism can live there if and when their parents or their caretakers pass on, they have somewhere to go so that they don't become wardens of the state. So if you would like to help solve this housing crisis for adults with autism, you can be sure to order your merch this month. 50% of my proceeds will be donated to Home Life Community. I think last year's merch campaigns, I wanna say we donated like $8,000 with the charity campaigns that we ran. Yeah, and then just know that you're doing something good. You're supporting a good cause. Christina says, I cannot imagine the fear parents feel for their children. I know, it's scary. I've worked with these families for a very long time. So just know whatever you buy in the merch store, if you are a member of No Filter, all access that you have access to the new designs, but that doesn't mean you can't also start shopping now. We have all of our classic merch designs. We have the classic Never With Teeth shirt. Zach Peter is my lawyer, 100% yummy, or call 1-800-YUMMY. So yummy, do I look like I just fell out of a coconut tree? Zach Pack Hoodies, Zach Pack T-shirt, Zach Deveta Tank Tops. So you have all of these options available to you if you would like, you can go and get those now. And 50% of everything from the merch store, my proceeds will be donated to Home Life Community. So just wanted to shout that out. Today is Autism Awareness Day, kicking off Autism Awareness Month, which is the month of April. Okay, Jess, oh, sorry, Joss says, this is a beautiful project. My son is on the spectrum, but thankfully he is fully functional, yet I still worry about the day that I'm gone. It's a big concern for a lot of people. Luckily now this is an issue that people are taking on. So, Libby says, Zach, you haven't had Lauren Knighty on in a while, do you guys still chat? Funny thing, we were just texting right before I went live. Me, Lauren, Elsie, Donna, Andy, we all have a group thread. And so we were all just texting with each other because today is the big day that Judge Lyman is posted. Well, I guess let's get into the Baldoni update, shall we? So, trial is set to kick off May 18th, at least as of right now, that is the plan, that is the goal. We don't know which of Blake Lively's claims will be moving forward. We did get, or Baldoni did get a big win in court, was it last week or was it the week before? Where Leslie Sloan, Blake Lively's publicist was trying to get her fees covered. And unfortunately the judge did not grant that. The judge said, nope, Baldoni does not have to pay your attorney's fees, you had to battle this out in court. So, boom, swipe left, Leslie Sloan lost her motion to get her fees paid. And then Blake Lively also, technically Blake won her motion for fees and sanctions. They're actually not, I don't think the fees dispute has been settled yet, but her sanctions motion. Remember, she was like, we need to sanction them because they've been very naughty boys and we need to take down the very naughty boys. And so, as she's trying to take down the very naughty boys, Judge Lyman said, okay, got it, heard you. And she was specifically coming hard at Brian Friedman, Justin Baldoni's attorney. And Judge was basically like, okay, got it, Blake, heard you, Brian Friedman, don't do that again. Got a little slap on the wrist and we are moving on. So, looks like the judge is no longer tolerating all of Blake's drama. Like, you know, I know at the beginning we were like Lyman seems like he's being biased. Lyman seems like he's favoring Blake over Baldoni. And I've always, and then I kind of like shifted tones a bit and I was like, listen, I think that Lyman is giving her enough rope to hang herself. And now that he's having to actually sit down and go through all of her motions and he seems to be not ruling in her favor, it kind of seems like the gavel is going to come down on her now. So, just get ready, get ready. Cause I mean, trial is supposed to be a big one next month. It's not, everyone keeps saying, I hope it gets live streamed. I hope it gets recorded. I hope it's gonna be broadcast. It will not. It is not gonna be filmed. It is not gonna be live streamed. We're not gonna be able to watch it. The only way you can see any parts of the Blake versus Baldoni trial is if you are in New York and are able to get into the courtroom or if you have a press pass, that's really the only way you'll be able to find out what's going on. I was, I was planning, I don't know, do you guys want me to go to New York? And some people are asking in the live chat if I'm planning on going to New York for trial. Here's the issue with that. It's not that I think I will go. And I'll either go for the first couple days of trial or for the last couple of days of trial. The hard part is most, even if like me or any other creators are able to get in line and to get into the courtroom, right? Even if that is the case, we're not able to post live. That's the unfortunate part, is you won't be able to get live updates from me. Now, there is a really good account called inner city press. He is on X and he, I don't know how he was able, I guess he has such a good relationship with the courts and covers so many of these cases that they've allowed him to bring his devices into the courtroom, whereas we would have to check them. Our phones and our computers and everything would be taken away from us. So we would be in court all day and we would have to be there scribbling in our notebooks and then we would have to come out of court and then be able to digest all of that information. You can't record audio, you can't record anything in the actual courtroom during trial. Now, with somebody like inner city press, and this is how I normally cover these types of cases that aren't videotaped, inner city press is normally tweeting live because he's been able to get his, thank you, Christina, for dropping his link. He's been able to actually keep his devices and tweet live. I would not be able to tweet live. So you would have to wait hours and hours and hours for me to then get out and then for me to give you a recap. Now, alternatively, what I like to do is follow inner city press and then give you all of the updates or go through all of his tweets and then give you the recap live in real time. Or we can also live stream and follow his feed here. But unfortunately, I would not be able to do that from New York. Can you find out how he's able to do that? He, I think it's because of his relationship with the courts, he's an official member of the press. And not only that, but I think like he just, I think it really does have to do with the relationships that he has built with the courts because he's there every day. And that's solely his job is to report and tweet live in these cases. Katie says, yes, official press do have the ability to keep their devices in the courtroom and can update lots of press did during the Diddy trial. Yeah, so that's probably the better way. To do so, I have live streamed with inner city press in the past with the Jen Shaw case. I remember I had him call into my show and we discussed what was happening live in court. So that's the issue is it's like, is it even worth going to New York if I can't do anything for you guys in real time? And you would have to essentially wait for me to come out of the courthouse and then hopefully have a good enough connection to live stream live from the courthouse. And then like it's just, it becomes a little complicated. Live stream sounds like a better option. Yeah, Felicia, that's kind of what I'm leaning towards. However, Sue says that think of the mainstream media you potentially could do for your career if you were in your, well, that's the thing is I do take trips to New York to do mainstream media. I mean, I often do Fox when I'm in New York, there are a number of different press. So if anything, I would probably go to New York for a day or two, book those two days as press days and then just solely dedicate to doing press. But I don't think I would try to get into the courtroom. I just, if I'm being completely honest, I don't think that it's the best use of my time or your time, right? Cause then even when we all get out of the courtroom, think of how many content creators and reporters and news agencies are going to be there and then they all come out at the same time and then everybody's trying to live stream and compete at the same time when court has its breaks. So it just feasibly doesn't, you know, but I do think I would like to go maybe for day one. I don't think I'll go into the actual courtroom, but I would love to go and wait outside in the press line and see if we can get a photo of Blake or Baldoni or video of them walking in and then, you know, be able to get updates from inner city press as we go. So I'll probably do a live stream from New York. I don't know, we will see, we shall see. Spotify is also in New York. So I have their studios that I can utilize while I'm in New York, I've done that before. So, Marie says, you may also want to avoid the long lines at the airport. I've heard they're not that bad. Well, actually, no, actually, Atlanta and New York, I hear are bad, but good thing I have clear. I have TSA pre-check, so I do have options to kind of expedite that process, but, Zach, wouldn't you love to be there and just look? Yes, I would. That's why I want to go and at least make it a press trip, but I'm just saying, don't expect me to go with your justice for Justin merch on. I know, that would be crazy. So the hearing is today with Lyman, we're assuming he's going to give us an answer in terms of Blake Lively's motion for fees and her, or Baldoni's motion for, was it motion for summary judgment, or motion to have her case dismissed? We will be hearing presumably. We assume that that's what we're gonna get now, right? He gave the Wayfair parties an extension as Blake Lively came in, she added 1,000 new documents that she wanted to enter for trial, which I don't doubt that those will be approved because they weren't added in discovery, and now she at the last minute wants to add 1,000 new documents to be used as exhibits during the trial, which is just unreasonable. How do you then decide to present 1,000 documents for the jury to go through and review? Like it just doesn't make sense. And she also presented 40 new witnesses that she wants to put on the stand, or that she's interested in putting on the stand, also not feasible. That's 40 witnesses for just her side, not even Baldoni's side. So it's crazy, yeah. Christina said 1,000 pieces of evidence, 100 new documents, 40 witnesses, yeah. It just, it feels like they're trying to overburden the Wayfair parties so that they are not prepared and that they're, or they're ill-prepared for trial. Just think about it, if you have 100 documents, 1,000 new pieces of exhibits, of evidence that you want to be entering, and 40 witnesses, the Wayfair parties will have to use all of their resources, which then drives up the costs for the Wayfair parties. They would have to use up all of their resources to prepare for all 40 of those witnesses, not knowing which of those 40 witnesses will actually be taking the stand. So it's just, it's obviously a strategy, right? So we'll see. But yeah. Sarah says the Avengers group should take turns for a day or two. Well, I think Lauren and Andy are going to be going and they'll be in New York for at least majority of the time. I would only go for like a day or two. So we'll see. We shall see. But hopefully, so the hearing is accessible to the public. Was it Christina or Laura? I saw one of you guys posted the number. So if anybody wants to join, if you guys want to repost that number, I'll share it on the screen that way. If you guys would like to join, you can. The call-in, it's at 5 p.m. today, 5 p.m. Eastern. So 5, 4, 3, 2, 2 p.m. Pacific. So 2 p.m. my time, 5 p.m. East Coast time. We'll see. Lisa R says it's for PR if her case is dismissed. She'll say she never had her day in court and she has all this new evidence that will prove her innocence. Yeah, yeah. So, yeah. We already know how she plays these games. We already know. Like she thinks we just fell out of a coconut tree. And we did not. Zach, will you do a recap of those who can't listen? Yes, of course. Tune into tomorrow's show. I will recap it for you. I'll probably do like an Instagram reel and a TikTok today after the hearing to give you an update of what the hearing presented and then we'll see. Oh yes, Brian and Tim's new Nancy Guthrie interview. Let's get to that. Cause I don't think there's nothing new outside of today's hearing and just the recap of what's happened with Lake in Bell Doney up until this point. There's nothing really new. So, she was at Nickelodeon University yesterday. That's the most on Blake. Let's talk Nancy Guthrie because Brian and Tim just got a new exclusive interview with somebody presumably on the Sheriff's County, the Pima County Sheriff's Department. So let's get into that. But before we do, I have to tell you guys about my factor meal this morning when I came back from the gym. I had their new truffle shredded beef risotto, which was so delicious. I finally got my factor package. And yesterday I had their new egg bites, which are delicious because I always like to pop in, like they're coffee shops that like that's becoming a trendy thing or the new egg bites. And so I would pop into the coffee shops and get them there, but sometimes you have to wait and like, it's just a process to go to a coffee shop, to go in, to have them make them, to come out. And then whereas now factor has that option. So I order them through factor, they get shipped directly to my door and then they're just in my fridge. So anytime I want a little pack of protein, I just pop those into the microwave for a couple of minutes, ready and set. Easy, easy, easy. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. I'm telling you factor will help you stick to your goals. Factor is delicious. Factor can help you eat healthier. And factor is just, it's super convenient. They have meals that are built around your goals, whether that's weight loss, overall nutrition, more protein, you know I want a pack and that protein. So whatever your goals are, or if you're on a GLP one, you need a little support, they're here for you. And even like me too, if you want a little strength and recovery, then you have the new factor muscle pro collection. Every meal is crafted with functional ingredients, crafted by chefs, approved by dieticians, and they come packed with lean proteins, colorful veggies, whole foods, healthy fats. No artificial colors, no artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, no refined seed oils, yuck, yuck, yuck. Just nutrient dense food, okay? So many delicious options ready in two minutes. Factor shops, preps, cooks, and delivers straight to your door so that you have more time for everything you love this spring and not having to worry about cooking dinner or having to go to the grocery store, right? I love me some factor and I know you will love factor too, okay? Head to factormeals.com slash nofilter50off and use the code nofilter50off to get 50% off and free daily greens per box with new subscription only while supplies last until November, sorry, until September 27, 2026. That's 9272026, see website for more details. Nancy Guthrie, let's get into it, okay? Also guys, be sure to hit the like button if you're watching this right now. Hit that like button, hit it, hit it, hit it. Hit that subscribe button if you wanna make sure the tea is fresh or if you want a notification for when we're live tomorrow to break down all the Blake and Baldoni of it all. Hit that little bell button down below. Be sure to subscribe to all the things. Okay, so Nancy Guthrie. Oh, we'll do Nancy Guthrie, then we'll get into the Kyle Cook of it all. Nancy, been a Ramsey, so Brian Enten interviewed an anonymous source, he blurred out their name and their face, but so we don't know who it is and I'm like, hmm, is this Sheriff Nanos? Maybe we'll pull up the interview so we can watch it for ourselves, but this guy, presumably a guy, says that the first responders on site when Nancy Guthrie went missing that they weren't even equipped to be handling a homicide. They'd never investigated a homicide before and the people that I believe were in the homicide team weren't called in, weren't activated because they weren't part of, I guess, Sheriff Nanos' inner circle. So we'll get into Brian Enten's interview in just a sec, but I also want to shout out Michael Ruiz. He reports, two sources with knowledge of the Nancy Guthrie investigation have confirmed to me that the sergeant overseeing the homicide squad early in the investigation had never worked a homicide case before. Now, granted, add a grain of salt to be fair, devil's advocate, all of that, we didn't think that this was a homicide case, right? We just believed that this was a kidnapping or just a missing person's case. So you wouldn't necessarily need a homicide detective. I wouldn't think in the first on-site visit, but then it doesn't seem like they were ever really, the homicide team was never really called in at any point and we're still treating this as a missing person's case and it doesn't look like it's ever been investigated as a potential homicide. So that said, Michael Ruiz continues by saying, while Guthrie's whereabouts remain unknown and Sheriff Nanos has publicly expressed optimism that she's still alive, saying anything is possible, the homicide squad has been involved since the investigation's first week. Got it, okay, so the homicide squad is involved. Separately two PCSD, that's Pima County Sheriff's Department's, most seasoned homicide detectives were not part of the early investigation, according to the sources. They'd been transferred to the cold cases unit because allegedly they were not favored by the Sheriff's leadership team. One of those veteran detectives has since been brought into the case as part of a joint PCSD FBI task force now leading the investigation. Guthrie is believed to have been abducted from her home in the Catalina Foothills, North of Tucson in the early hours of February 1st. There's a combined reward of more than 1.2 million for information that cracks the case and brings Nancy home. I don't know if we'll do that. Robin says, yeah, it's possible her body is in the Sheriff's basement or the shed. I mean, listen, anything is possible. Brian Enten is the Rose that came out of the tragedy. Yeah, he's the Rose that came from the concrete in the Rose. I'm like, goes, I'm like, goes. Okay, so let's actually listen to what Brian Enten had to say or not what he had to say, but his latest interview with this, I don't know if it's the same source that Ruiz has. It might be, but here, let's play a clip from his latest interview. The full interview I believe is available now on his YouTube channel, but here, let's, where did it go? One second, one second, one second. And then tell, okay, let's do a share screen. Make sure that it's actually sharing this time. All right, here we go, Brian Enten. From what you know, were the initial people who responded and experienced? The people that were there on the scene were not tenure homicide detectives. Luke, I am your father. They didn't have a lot of experience in homicide at that point to include the supervisor who, from my understanding, never investigated homicide before being installed as the supervisor for the homicide unit. So wait, so the supervisor who first responded to Nancy Guthrie's house had never investigated a homicide? Correct. How was that possible? Plus you have decisions made by people that will install friends and people that can do stuff for them, opposed to people that are there on their merit and can do the job correctly. Okay, so in case you weren't able to clearly hear him because his voice is disguised, that's why I said Luke, I am your father. That's literally what it sounds like. But so they claim that positions are being filled based off of, I guess, personal relationships, friendships, and favors rather than merit. The exact quote is, you have decisions made by people that will install friends and people that can do stuff for them, as opposed to people that are there under merit and can do the job properly. So brings back the original question, was this incompetence? And just like, you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours, we got each other, bro. And we just completely didn't take this case as seriously as we should have early on. But then you would think, at some point we have to pivot quick, right? The first 48 hours are the most important. And then when you get through the first seven days, like at some point you really need to pivot hard and do everything you can. So was this total incompetence? Or was this a deliberate butchering of the case, presumably looking like a deliberate coverup? I don't know. But Brian Enten is back in Arizona. He doesn't seem to be letting this go. Good for him, I'm right there with him. Lots of questions, lots of unanswered questions. I don't think we've gotten any real answers to be honest with you. And I mean, it just kind of seems like the family and the sheriff want this to all die down. They want this to all go away. They don't want people to keep asking questions. So they're like, don't pay attention anymore. My kids are super cute, says. It's wild that guy has to hide his voice because the sheriff is so corrupt. Well, I mean, granted, if you're speaking out during an active investigation, like you're risking your job, right? Like you're not supposed to be leaking things without the permission of your supervisors. So, Janelle, oh, Janet, sorry. Wait a minute. Once if I'm talking about Christine Gnomes, cross-dressing husband. I thought about that this morning and then I was like, well, it happened the other day. Like I didn't know if anybody still cared about the story. It is kind of funny. Let me actually pull it up. I mean, it's just bizarre, I guess, is the more appropriate, is the more, let's see. Oh, Newsweek just reported Christine Gnome daughter targeted online after report on dad's cross-dressing. Interesting. Wait, where's the actual, let me find the article. And the photo, like the photo is what's crazy. Let's see. Model was paid $25 a minute to talk dirty with Christine Gnomes cross-dressing husband. Lydia Love, a webcam model for the chat site Cam Soda, tells the Times that Gnomes husband liked to perform for her during intimate video chats. Oh. Okay, here is an article from The Independent. Okay, here, let's review this one. Because I mean, it is kind of a wild story. That's the update on Baldoni and on Nancy Guthrie. We'll get to Kyle Cook and Amanda and West and Sierra and the whole summer house thing in just a sec. But so, Christine Gnomes husband cross-dressing was the worst kept secret in DC while the ousted DHS secretaries initial statement expressed shock, White House and Homeland Security officials have been gossiping about Brian Gnomes alleged fetishes for months according to a report. The cross-dressing online activity of Christine Gnomes husband was an open secret in Washington DC, despite the ousted Homeland Security Secretary statement that she was blindsided by an expose about the matter this week according to a new report. Pictures of Brian Gnome wearing pink hot pants and skin tone spandex topped stuffed with balloons were published in the Daily Mail. So let's look at those photos. Alleging that he engaged in a bimbification fetish. While Christine Gnomes initial statement expressed shock and inciters for the newspaper that the White House say that the White House and the Department of Homeland Security officials have been gossiping about Brian Gnomes alleged fetishes for months. I'm already, hold on, I'm logging because I have a login, don't know why I'm not logged into this story. But yeah, he was, there was a, it was kind of wild. I was like, what in the coconut train? So all the memes and the funny like jokes that people are cracking about it on like, it's just, it's wild, right? Okay, I'm logged into my Daily Mail account. Look at this photo. I mean, what in the coconut train? Look at him, he's doing kissy faces. And he's wearing like these giant, they're balloons, but it's like this, it's weird. And he's got these pink hot pants on. I mean, he's not ugly. She's pretty, she's very plasticky, but like she's, you know, she's got some good bones there. He's kind of cute, right? I would have never expected that. I assumed he would be into something, right? Like, you know, I'm sure everybody's got a little sun, but like the bub, the bubby's, the bubby's are, is that even considered cross-dressing? Those nips are out of whack. It's, they're not real nips. They're, what do you call it? The bottom of the balloon or the tie, the balloon tie, the tip of the balloon. It's just crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. Bruce Jenner all over again. I mean, you know, bro, at least align the nips. I know they're like, maybe he wanted them to look natural. So he's like, you know what, let me just like, you know, make them a little cross-eyed, make them look like they're looking in two different directions, because they don't want to see what's happening right in front of them. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know, but it is quite funny. Those, he stuffed those coconuts in his shirt. They're like giant balloons. It's just weird. Like, it's like, if you're going to be a cross-dresser, at least look like a cute, like a hot cross-dresser, right? Like at least try to look good. Like that was just like, huh? Oh my God, Octavia says Alex Earl's look like that. Really? I haven't seen her, her buggies. So I can't comment on that. So. Ah. Hi guys. Hi JLo, JLo5. That's so sad for Christie. I mean, it's, I'm sure she's known about this. You can't not know. I mean, even Kris Jenner knew Bruce was a cross-dresser before he came out as a woman or wanted to come out as a woman. Not every man can be prettier than a woman, can be a pretty woman. No man can be a pretty woman. That's like, you know, it's just, they're just certain biological features that, you know, you know, just saying, just saying. But yikes, what a time, right? What a time to be alive. Okay, let's keep on moving and grooving. Let's see. Oh, let's talk summer house. Libby says, guarantee Christie knows when on earth, where on earth would he be able to hide that in the house? Yeah, she would have found the hot pink pants somewhere. You know, one of my, Robin says, one of my college friends, dad died many years ago and they found a huge bag of women's clothes and shoes in his closet. How do they not know that that's, I don't know. Sarah says, not true. RuPaul is a gorgeous woman. RuPaul is not a woman. RuPaul doesn't pretend he's a woman. He dresses in drag, but RuPaul, to my understanding, very much identifies as a man and he just dresses in drag. Dressing in drag, it doesn't, isn't, or at least to my understanding, doesn't immediately make you trans. But also like, I mean, is RuPaul's not even pretty, not a woman. Like when RuPaul, when he's bald and stuff, like that's, you know, like, I get it. We wanna be like polite to everybody, but like we don't have to be like, oh yeah, that's, she looks pretty. I mean, okay, I'm gonna shut my mouth now before I get myself canceled yet again. But I'm just saying like, you know, Izzy says for a man, you know, but like drag is meant to be like an over the top, like it's meant to be like a caricature, right? Like the whole point of drag is it's meant to be exaggerated and it's meant to be like, you know, it's, I don't wanna say costume-y, but it's like, you know, it's like a performance. It's an embodiment of an altered ego, right? It's not meant to look exactly like a woman. Ah, Roman says my friend didn't know, but I bet the mom did. Yeah, I'm pretty sure the mom did. Okay, let's talk about Kyle and Amanda. So Kyle Cook was caught on camera. He was just walking his dog and suddenly Adam Glynn, who is a professional paparazzi. He's also the co-host of the Hollywood Raw podcast. I've been on before. I believe Adam's been on my podcast too, years ago or a while back. And Adam caught Kyle candidly, caught Kyle on the streets of New York and it's like, oh, Kyle, funny running into you here. What do you think of this whole Western Amanda thing? And then Kyle came out and he's just like, oh, I'm just thinking of Amanda right now. He says that everyone should be more pissed at West because West is out here playing all these girls. And he's worried about Amanda. He's worried about her mental health. He wants to make sure that she's okay. And I mean, I get it. I think, listen, I said this in last night's members only. Robin, you missed it and people were asking about you, but I understand it was Passover. But we were talking about this last night and someone brought up, they're like, oh, Kyle, like it's a good thing that Kyle's looking out for her mental health and he's been a good guy. And I'm like, excuse me, Kyle is a good guy since when Kyle, in my opinion, staged this interview so that he could look good in all of this. Why? Because he's getting a terrible edit this season. He looks horrible in the way that he treats Amanda. And now suddenly he's been able to shift the narrative and have everybody forget about what a jerk he's been to his wife because now his wife is banging her best friend's ex or her situation chip however you wanna categorize Sierra and West. Like it's messy all around. And West was also friends with Kyle. Let's not forget that part. So Kyle is using this as an opportunity to make himself look good. He's not, I mean, maybe I'm sure to a degree he is worried about Amanda. He is worried about her mental health. I get that. And my advice to Amanda is just get off social media, lay low, hang with your family and just stay away from all of this. But Kyle absolutely is trying to capitalize off of this. He absolutely text Adam Glynn or somebody, like this was set up. This was set up. This was not an organic like, oh, funny running into you here. This was deliberate because also when I'm walking my dogs if the paparazzi stop me, I'm not gonna sit there with my dog and be like, yeah. Oh, let me tell you how I feel. Like no, I'm gonna be like, thanks, I'm walking my dog. Like I'm on a mission. I'm trying to get the dogs out. They're gonna go potty, we're gonna go upstairs. Like it's, we're on a mission, you know? We're not sitting there and doing a 20 minute interview where I'm trying to suddenly appear like a good guy. Since when is Kyle the good guy? Kyle has always been the selfish one. He's always been the Peter Pan syndrome playboy. That's who Kyle's always been. Kyle's always thought of himself. But now there's an opportunity for Kyle to try and make himself look good. Why would Kyle make, want to make himself look good? What would be his motivation here? Oh, because he looks terrible this season on Summer House. So yeah. Not buying it. Sorry. And him throwing West under the bus? I agree. West is garbage. But also to Amanda, sorry, but when you sleep with garbage, you start to stink. Okay. And now you stink. It's bad. You need a shower, right? You need some of that Sydney Sweeney bathwater soap to freshen everything up. Okay. Cause it's not looking good. And I'm not saying that people should cyber bully Amanda, but when you're in the middle of a scandal, people are going to have feelings and opinions and they are going to call out your bad behavior. Now I don't think that anybody should be sending her mean things or cyber bullying her or sending her death threats or anything. Absolutely not. That's unacceptable. You should never do that. But also like you're in the middle of a scandal that you yourself drove right into. Now, to be fair, she is a little more vulnerable. She is a little more, I'm sure looking for some sort of emotional stability. She's looking for, you know, something that she didn't have in her marriage to Kyle and West was the most available option at the time. And I think being in a vulnerable state, she just acted on that. However, what she did to Sierra was wrong and I do think she should be held accountable. And I don't think that it's unfair for the internet to be like, whoa, what you did was fucked up. Because guess what? What she did was fucked up. Like real fucked up, considering what a good friend Sierra has been to you. Now, Sierra and West's situation ship relationship, whatever I don't think was all that deep. And I don't think, you know, deserves the utmost respect. West was garbage and Sierra should have known better, right? But what Amanda did to Sierra was completely fucked up. Now, I don't think West should get a pass. I'm not giving West a pass. I'm just saying the bar of expectations with West very low. You know, you're comparing somebody at Harvard University to a kindergartner, right? You can't be like, well, you both took the same test and you both failed. West is the kindergartner. Sierra is the Harvard, you know, and Amanda, I don't know if I would put her in Harvard, but she's, you know, she's at least at a community college, right? So when you factor in those different layers of expectations, the bar is a little higher, right? For Sierra, like she should have known better and to not fuck with some stupid little boy toy. Like West was never worth her time. She always deserved better than West. And she even said that on the season where she's just like, I know the internet's gonna judge me and they're gonna like think that I'm stupid or letting this white boy play me. And I'm sorry, girl, you let this white boy play you. And he showed you exactly who he is. We're not shocked by West's behavior. What we're shocked by is Amanda's behavior, you know? Okay, his name is West or West? West, West, like North West, West, didn't West's girlfriend come out? He doesn't have a girlfriend, but there are multiple girls that have claimed to have been talking to him. I mean, he seems to have been, he seems to have been single technically. I don't know, I mean, they're reporting that West and Amanda are in a full blown relationship. I don't know how accurate that is, but or like what, how we define full blown relationship. So yeah, but pages come out, Lindsay's come out. They've been commenting on Sierra's Instagram posts. They are definitely seemingly team Sierra and all of this. Lindsay even did like a video, an Instagram real or like a TikTok with Kristen Dodie. Cause remember Kristen was one that showed up by Ariana's side when all of Scandival went down. So yeah, Fifi says, summer house, naked pool time, alcohol, yeah, baby rock out with your blank out. Yeah, he had a little, yeah. I mean, I'm not surprised that West is small. I don't think nobody was expecting him to be hung like a horse, right? He's hot, he'll probably get a lot of tang. West, do we think West is hot? Let's go through, let's try to settle this right now. Okay, cause I actually did do, I did post some photos and I was actually shocked by the number of people that are not West fans. Oh, look at that's me. Do I look fresh and cute? Look at that, fresh brows, fresh talks, fresh after a workout, look at that, do I look cute? Hi, it's me. Hello, it's me. I was wondering if after all these years you'd like to meet. Okay, wow, we've already had 356 responses. Okay, so this is West and the question of the day is, do you find West attractive? Okay. No, no, okay, be clear that when you say no or yes, you're being clear, look, Michelle said hotty Zach. So let me know when you're talking about me and when you're talking about West. That way we have, you know. Miss Kayla says, for what no one's and for all know, his pores pour out left over burger grease. Oh, Robin says, I don't think Western is hot. He's kind of icky and I think it's probably really short and stubby. Oh, it's absolutely really short and stubby. Okay, so this is what, I mean, he is tall though. You have to, you know, give him some points for that. Let's do this, we'll make him big. There's West, he's got his little belly. I mean, a little dad bod's kind of cute, right? He's got the mug, he's got the striking brows. He likes to wear a lot of the chunky oversized looks. I mean, he's got a cute smile. Look at that, cute little eyes and good teeth. And he's got that little dad bod going on. Like he's rocking it, right? No, not even a little bit. Look at that, I mean, come on, that is a yummy man right there. You know? Right, right. Are we, let's see, what does the live chat say? Or sorry, let's see what X has to say. Who, okay, Lucas finds West cute. He says, sure do, he finds what? I think West is attractive. See, oh, Fifi, you respond, you said he's a cutie. Not for me, but I see the attraction, have at it y'all. Don't know who he is. I do just because he's comfortable in his own skin, clearly too comfortable, but I mean before today, got it. See, Archer says, I fear this is my type. I wish, I appreciate his fashion sense, but I think West is dog ugly. I think he's a cutie, you know? Like I get it. Okay, he's doing the Christie gnome right here. Look at that, I mean, he was wearing the fake bubbies. You know, he's got, I don't mind a little belly. I actually like a little belly, you know? I think a little belly is kind of cute, right? No. Are we, I see. Susan says, I'm turned off by a ginger. Wow, that seems racist, not cute at all. Looks ginger, he is ginger, right? It's all about Ben, this season. Ben is hot, Ben's a cutie, for sure. Yes, Zach, no boy toy, yeah, he's a boy toy. Zach has said he likes a dad butt, I do. I do, I do, I do. Zach is my dark handsome and tall glass of rosé, I am. Zach is hot, he's cute. See, West is cute, face card declined, what? Robin, what? Jaja, what? Pass, absolutely not, ew. He's probably the one I would date out of all of them, agreed, Christina. He's tall, he's cute, not bite. Yeah, he's tall, I think he's like six feet, six one. With his oversized gap suit, girl, sit down. I love his oversized gap suit, no Zach, no. Show us the Aussie guy, oh, the other, let's go through this summer house cast. Let's pull up the cast photo and we can go through that. Okay. So here's the summer house cast photo. There's West, the shoes matter too. See, he's got like the dirty white chucks. I mean, Kyle's got swag and Kyle's, the thing with, Kyle's too pretty for me, you know? He's too pretty boy, he's too polished. Jesse Solomon, I do love Jesse Solomon. He's a hottie, he's yummy, he's delicious, he's got all the things going and I do enjoy a Jesse Solomon. Let's see, there's Jesse, okay, then there's, this is the new guy, Carl's, Carl used to be really hot and now he's gotten really skinny and I'm not a fan of, so we're skinny Carl. Like it's just, it's a little too skinny mini for me. I don't know who's this guy. I haven't watched the season of summer. So these two guys, I've seen the guy with the stash. I've seen, like who is the girl next to him though? The newbies, I don't really know them at all, like at all. I know Jesse Solomon, yeah, all of these new, like these two new girls, these three, these four, when did we get four new girls on summer house? Again, I have not been watching this season, but yeah. Kyle is Eddie Haskell. Isn't Eddie Haskell the serial killer? Ben's looks with Wes's personality. Wait, which one's Ben and which one's Wes? Oh, Wes, Wes, do you mean Wes? Is there a Wes and a Wes? Zach, you need to catch up, I know. Jesse, hot personality, not attractive, kind of cringy. Oh, Jesse's personality, he's physically hot though, you know? Jesse looks the best, yeah, physically, I think Jesse is the most attractive for sure. Cosmic says none of them do it for me. How do none of them do it for you? You have like a full spectrum. You've got ginger, you got blonde, you got dark hair, you got tall, you got short, you got black, you got white, you got ginger, you got little belly, you got abs, like you literally have a full spectrum. Like how is it that you're like, are you a lesbian? Do dudes not do it for you? Cos you got a little bit of everything. The tall guy in the back middle is cute, that's Jesse Solomon. Yes, he is the, he's the hunkiest of them all. I will give it that for sure. Jesse's yummy, but like, you know, he's not, he doesn't have the best, look, here's Jesse. This is the one you guys are thinking is hot. And he is a hottie, like look at, he's got body ary ary. Look at that, nice head to toe, cute smile, family guy. Look at that, a little wink. Okay, Jesse. Oh, there we are at the summer house with the camera crew. There's West, Carl. That's the new girl, don't know her, there's Sierra. There's Jesse. Whose belly is that, is that Lindsay, pregnant Lindsay? Cute, oh, there's what, see, West is cute. West is, like that's yummy, right? Tell me that's not a little yummy tummy, right? You don't like a little yummy tummy? TMZ says Sierra discovered a video of Amanda and West. What? Oh, breaking news, cause oh, that's right. Kyle said that Sierra did find video evidence, uh oh. Okay, well we're gonna take a break from thirsting over West's yummy tummy. Summer house Sierra discovered video of West and Amanda before they confirmed their romance. What? Sierra Miller uncovered a video of Amanda Batchelor and West Wilson before their shocking hookup announcement TMZ has learned. Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, like a naughty FaceTime, like Tom and Raquel obtained a video allegedly showing Amanda and West being intimate in his apartment, something that left her upset. We're told neither Amanda nor West knew they were being recorded once one source tells us Amanda sent Sierra a text Monday afternoon saying that she never meant to hurt her. We're told Amanda also said that she wanted to sort out her feelings about West before discussing the romance with her friend. As TMZ previously reported, Amanda and West confirmed their romance on Tuesday. Wow, so that was on Monday and then by Tuesday she had already confirmed her feelings. So at first she's like, you know what, I'm not sure. I'm not sure how I feel about West on Monday, but come Tuesday, I'm sure. Like what? Zach, you need your eyes checked. Oh no, no yummy tummy for me. West has got a yummy tummy guys. Come on. It's just like, you know, it's like you wanna hug him from behind and just like, crunch in the little yummy tummy and just like, you know, just give it a little give the love hand of the little grabby like, you know, that looks like I'm grabbing Christie Noem's husband's boobs. Nobody likes the yummy tummy. No, guys. No, nope, nope, no. Oh my God. Susan says, I do think Jesse is cute. Wow. Well, it doesn't sound like, so basically from what this says about the intimate video, it kind of sounds like they were probably snuggling and maybe being like lovey dovey with each other. And the way it sounds to me is that, it sounds to me like they were being lovey dovey. A friend spotted it and the friend decided to record it and send it to Amanda. That's the impression I'm getting. I don't know if that's how you also take that, but it kind of sounds like, you know, Cosmic Mochi says, you are flipping cute though, Zach, thanks. I try. West is Robin Williams for sure. No, I wouldn't say Robin Williams. You can't compare West to Mrs. Doubtfire. So funny how the most mid people have the most audacious persona. Well, you kind of need to. Like if you're not super hot, like if you're Kyle Cook, like yeah, you don't need to have a personality because you're hot, but like if you're West and you have a little, you know, a yummy tummy, then like you have to have a little personality to make up for it, right? And then that makes you more attractive. Neighbor took videos. Yeah, that's what I'm thinking is the neighbor, the neighbor or a friend. Someone saw them and was like, oh, and then sent it to Sierra and Sierra was like, what the fuck? You know, but I don't think it was like the, the scant of all situation where Ariana found a video of Tom being like, and then we're kind of being like, you know, wild, which by the way, that lawsuit is still ongoing to my understanding. I don't think that's been resolved yet. Sacky word too handsome for West, am I? What? Oh my God, Christine Noem's husband is Mrs. Doubtfire. Truly, dadbots are just beer belly fat. We love that. We love a little beer belly. You know, I'm not like, no, beer belly is when it's bloated and it's like patrooting out. That we don't love. Is West a high value man? No, I know that term is loaded, but it means will he invest in you? Depends on what he's getting for his investment, right? He'll invest as much as you invest in Costco samples. I think Zach would look cute with AJ on TikTok. Who is AJ on TikTok? Now I need to search eight. Is that his name? AJ, does he have a name? Or he's just AJ on TikTok. AJ. Who is AJ? I don't know who AJ on TikTok is. Does AJ have a name? Is this AJ? He's cute. Who is AJ on TikTok? Is this AJ on TikTok? It's AJ, oh. Thanks. I'm like, who is AJ on TikTok? And Debbie says, it's AJ. Oh, thank you Debbie. I would have never guessed that his name was AJ. Is his name AJ this way? Zach, did you watch the Valley last time? I have not yet watched the Valley, but I will. I will watch the Valley probably after this. Da, na, na, na. Da, na, na, na. Da, na, na, na. Da, na, na, na. Da, na, na, na. Da, na, na, na. Da, na, na, na. Ah, ah. Yeah. I swear there's a clip of Ariana's friend saying that they saw the video, either Sheena, well they know of the video. I think they all heard about the video, but I don't think, I don't think that they actually know the video. I don't think they actually saw the video, sorry. Debbie, you need to drop an ad if you're gonna do that. Right Libby, thank you. I will look it up, hold please. Okay Debbie, we're holding the entire live, this entire episode of the podcast. We are holding it up just for you to find AJ so we can all determine whether or not we approve of AJ. That's gonna be a big one. Okay, so it's 11, 12, one, two. So we're three hours away from the hearing today. If it's super explosive, maybe we'll do a bonus episode. I don't know, we'll see. Speaking of Ariana, what happened to Ariana Grande? She withered away. She got so skinny that she just faded into oblivion. Debbie, we are on hold. Oh, AJ Sanchez. Oh, AJ, really? I think I know who that is. I think I know who that is. Let's see. Oh yeah, no. Yes, I know who, yes, I know AJ. You know, I like AJ and AJ's fun. I don't think we're a match. He's got great skin. I don't think we're a match though, but I appreciate you looking out for me, Debbie. And I appreciate that he's a free thinker. Well, what? Not for you, not his type, not a match at Greed Zach. Okay, we're all in agreement. Well, but also you won't let me have West either, but also I liked Austin Kroll. Like that was my, and Austin's just as bad as West. Austin also played Sierra. Oh God, okay, Christina, thank you. Christina said, the public press may access today's conference at 5 p.m. Eastern time via the court's audio telephone conference line. So if you're listening to this before 5 p.m. Eastern or 2 p.m. Pacific, here's the number. The teleconference line is 855-244-8681. That's 855-244-8681. And the access code, write this down. I told you to bring your handy dandy notebook. Write this down. The access code is 230-251-28756. So the call in number is 855-244-8681. Access code 230-251-28756. I don't know why I'm even repeating it because it's not like you guys can't slow it down or rewind it to re-get the number. Is it true that Amanda's swimwear line got dropped? I don't know if it got dropped recently, but it probably wasn't selling very well. I see you with someone older. Yeah, I think I would go with somebody older rather than younger. Like a good 38, maybe 40, 42. I could do 42. No, Zach, no West for you. Austin is such a hound dog. But that's just my type. Austin is a dog, but he frickin' cracks me up. Yeah, Zach does need a tall Zaddy though. Yeah, he needs to be taller and older. That's my vibe. That is my vibe. Debbie says, to be fair, AJ is amazing. He's amazing and so nice. I adore AJ. For sure. Can we zoom from it? No, you can't zoom from it. You also can't record it. So don't anybody think that you can record it? You're gonna get us all in trouble. Okay, if you get dropped from a weed company, that's just shocking to me. Well, I think they did that for the publicity, right? Like they did that so that they could, you know, they did it so that they could capitalize off of the scandal. Okay, that's all I got for you. I love you guys, I appreciate you.
