New details in a deadly shooting. I'm Lisa LaSera, Fox News. It happened yesterday at a Rhode Island ice rink during a high school hockey game. Governor Dan McKee called it a tragedy Rhode Islanders can't imagine. Richly, a complete family shot and several killed. Chief Tina Gonsalves said Robert Dorgan fatally shot his ex-wife Rhonda Dorgan and adult son Aiden Dorgan. The ex-wife's parents and a family friend were critically wounded. The chief said they were all there to see one of Dorgan's sons play hockey. And there was no expectations or any indication that there was going to be any type of violence. Bystanders surrounded Robert Dorgan after the shooting, but he pulled out a second gun and took his own life. Chief Gonsalves says a motive is still being investigated. Also today investigators said DNA from gloves found near the scene did not match any profiles found in the FBI's database. The vice president says U.S. talks with Iran went well, but there's no breakthrough on the country's nuclear program. Vice President J.D. Warner Brothers Discovery says it will reopen merger talks with Paramount Skydance. Paramount wants to buy all of the business, including the cable unit, which includes CNN and TNT. Warner says Paramount is willing to boost its offer from $30 a share to $31 if Warner reopens talks. Netflix already has a deal to buy most of the business, Warner's movie and TV studios and HBO Max, but not the cable channels. Netflix said in a statement that it believes its offer remains superior, but granted Warner a seven-day waiver to fully and finally resolve this matter.
