Hey, it's Jeffrey here. Welcome to Night Falls. If you're listening to this, you might be feeling that familiar flutter, a little tightness in your chest, a heaviness in your thoughts, the Sunday scaries. But you should enjoy every minute of your weekend and be ready to move into Monday because there is no need for concern. You've got this. You always do. You're not alone. That anxious swirl about what's coming tomorrow, what needs to be done, fixed, remembered. It can sneak in just as the weekend starts to fade. But right now, you don't have to solve anything. You don't have to brace yourself. You just have to be here. Let's begin with the breath. Inhale through your nose. And exhale slowly through your mouth. Let your shoulders just drop a little. Touch your jaw. Soften the space between your eyebrows. Again a deep breath in. And let it go. Let your body know we're safe. We're allowed to slow down. Now gently let these words settle in. You don't have to repeat them. Just receive them. I care about what's ahead. And I want to feel ready. But I don't have to carry tomorrow today. I can handle whatever comes. I give myself permission to rest. I give myself permission to be unfinished. To be human. I'm doing the best I can. And that is enough. Let the breath continue gently now. In through your nose. And out through the mouth. As you breathe, you might notice thoughts drifting in. Emails, tasks, worries to do list. You don't need to fight them. Just acknowledge them. And then let them go into tomorrow. You'll meet them there when you arrive. But it's not time yet. You are still here. Still breathing. Still whole. You're allowed to enjoy this last stretch of weekend. Not because everything is done, but because you deserve peace. Let's take three more deep breaths to settle into the evening. Inhale. And exhale. Again, breathe in, calm. Breathe out, tension. One more. Fill your lungs completely. And let go. You're allowed to begin your week gently. You don't have to conquer Monday. You just have to arrive as you are. The future can wait. Tonight you rest. You're already doing more than enough. And that is more than okay. So you want to start a business.
