Because it's a real celebration of music. It's a good time. I don't, it's, it's, it's funny to me though, how it just turns into this combative thing. Like I get the competition. But why does it have to be toxic? I don't know why I got to be toxic. It was a little bit toxic. In a little? It was a very toxic moment. Some serious jazz and strong. Serious jazz. And I'm like, are we supposed to be brothers? Right. Right. There were some moments where I was in the backstage a little bit cringing, like, oh, shit. Did he say that? Yeah. Yeah. It was, it was, right? Like, so I think the, the whole, the whole purpose of it though, I think is the celebration of music. And to me, that's the greatest part. Amazing. Maybe, maybe it's just the entertainment value that, that throws in, you know, the toxic jabs and the different things. I'm not gonna lie, I was here for the comedy. There was a lot of comedy. Oh, no, it was a lot of comedy. On both sides. It's funny as shit. Yes. Like it was definitely funny. And I think it also, you get a chance to see the artist's personalities. Yup. Right. Outside of just the music, which I thought was cool. It makes it more intimate. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But yeah, everything, listen. Top notch. Top notch. Everything within, within the Apple system, within what they're doing over at Versus. They show was ran really well. And it was G-Fy, G-Fy classified. Oh yeah. You could not get in. It's definitely some people that didn't get in, but it was some people that got kicked out. It was some people that literally, people got snuck them in. Okay. You know what I mean? So I had a kind of an issue with that. The energy was very low, which you know, very low, which I'm an energy guy. So I'm watching them. Clearly. But the one thing that caught my attention in that first round was Tyrese talking to the sound man. Can't do it. Can't do it. I'm like, ah, I almost made them lose the round. Right. Because I'm like, Rhys, you've already soundchecked to me with live shows. And this is from a manager standpoint when I used to be a manager, right? Someone has to be by the sound booth. Someone got to be by the sound booth. Is that in case you have to slap the sound man? Maybe. But no, you should never slap the sound man. But no, someone should be there so that you can signal this. Like if you can't hear, turn this up, monitor, point to the monitor, something. So now the person next to them can translate that to them because they're supposed to be watching you. Somebody should be at the sound booth watching you outside of the sound man. Because the sound man is here. They're trying to, you know what I'm saying? And they hear and they hear and they're trying to figure it out. But someone from your team, in my opinion, should be at that sound booth saying, hey, he can't really hear. He can't hear. He need a little more crowd. He need a little more, you know what I'm saying? Whatever it is, that is relaying that back and forth so that you don't have to say, hey, sound man, turn my music up. Or it's going to be a problem. What? No, bro. No. It's not a rap show. It's not baby boy. You know what I'm saying? Like, come on, come on, Jody. Come on, Jody, stop. Jody, you got the round. Jody, stop. Right? So to me, that first round was like musically, energy-wise. I feel like Tyree's won that first round. That's a good point. Tyree's brought the energy in that first round. He brought energy first round. He brought energy first round. The crowd control, all of that was perfect. Somewhere he got his So So Def jacket from. That was fire. Let's talk about that a little bit. That was his best outfit, except for the, he had 1,000 Mr. T chains on. Did you see how many chains he had on? He had a lot of chains on. But that was, I don't think that's the best outfit. To me, that was his best outfit. Not to me. Because the other outfits he had on, he had on like Luther Van Dros jackets. I don't know what that was. I don't agree though, because I think it's R&B music. It is. And it's nothing wrong with having a Luther Van Dros jacket. You like the Luther Van Dros jacket? But obviously anybody that has watched this show, has watched me ever speak about that song. Yeah, it's my favorite song of Tanks and one of my favorite songs of all time. I really, really love slowly, bro. Like what him and J.Dubb did with that record is incredible in my opinion. I actually think you should have done a verse of it. Yeah, it's that good. I wish... But I love where it rose up to for sure, going from one to the other. But I just... I'm like, damn, I love this song so much. I wanted more of slowly. I mean, slowly. I mean, slowly. Yes, shit. And now for Tanks. Yeah, it shows his ability to be a musician. Yes. And to me, that's what stood out a lot in his verses is that's like some guys can go in the studio, they can sing songs, other people wrote all these other things. But it's hard to switch on the drop of a dime. Yeah. But you're not a musician. He's a musician. Yeah. He can do anything. It doesn't matter. You know what I'm saying? Like, and that's kind of more and more when I got as I watched it, like he's just... He's a musician. Right. He can switch keys. It could, you know what I'm saying? It could modulate. It could... It don't matter what it does for him. Yeah. And so for him to be able to mix songs like that, right? Man, you got to be special to do shit like that. You can't be basically a robot as an artist.
