  • American conservative leaders are increasingly looking to Hungary's authoritarian model as inspiration rather than American democratic traditions
  • Anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric by conservative politicians often masks personal hypocrisy, as evidenced by the Hungarian politician caught at a gay sex party
  • Peter Thiel's influence over JD Vance represents billionaire-funded capture of political figures to advance anti-democratic agendas
  • Hungary's constitutional amendments banning LGBTQ+ events and defining marriage traditionally serve as a template for proposed U.S. policies

All right, yesterday, all of the conspiracy theorists that are triple Trumpers, I'm talking Candace Owens, Alex Jones, etc. They're screaming 25th Amendment. They're screaming remove Trump. And you know, there's a part of me that's like, yes, removing, getting out of there. But then I think, Oh, shit, JD Vance, the smoky eye sociopath, he is younger, smarter, more diabolical, easier to prostitute than Donald Trump, which is a huge thing to say, right? And Trump loves to humiliate JD Vance. And so he sends JD Vance over to Hungary to campaign for Victor Orban in the middle of a war. Here is JD Vance at a rally for Putin's puppet, Victor Orban play the clip. We had a special guest that asks that I give him a phone call. And we'll see. Let's hope he actually answers. This is going to be very embarrassing. All right. I'm sorry, the person you are trying to reach has a voice alarm that has not been set up yet. Okay, try one more time. I get a good signal here. I mean, JD Vance is so embarrassing, you guys. He's taken it off speaker. It's progress. It looks like he has a light eyeliner today, not as heavy as normal. Look at him fumbling through this. Okay. So obviously, JD Vance, Trump, you know, once loves to humiliate him, he loves to divide and conquer. Historian and scholar, my friend Ruth Ben-Gyot says that autocrats do this. They have two of their top, you know, lieutenants kind of compete against each other because they want there to be no clear succession plan. So JD Vance is trying to position himself as I said no to Iran. And Trump goes, get your ass over to Hungary and campaign for Victor Orban. And so here in this next video, JD finally gets Trump on the phone, play the clip. Hello, Mr. President. How are you? Hi, JD, could you give me a second? I'm just... Wow, that's so... Okay. So he says first, JD, can you give me a second? And then he hears the crowd and then Trump's like, oh, wow. You know, at first he's going to humiliate him, but Trump's own desire for flattery. And I'm sure JD Vance didn't get that big of applause. I mean, you saw how he was fumbling through the phone call originally. And so what's happening in Hungary? Why are American conservatives always going to Hungary? Why are they campaigning there in the middle of the war? Well, David Axelrod has some really good analysis here. Pop this up. This is truly unprecedented, says Axelrod, a vice president of the United States, waiting hip deep in another country's election. And he is doing it on behalf of Victor Orban, the autocratic prime minister of Hungary whose efforts to gut democracy there were the template for Donald Trump's here. So think about this just politically, from the America first perspective, from the, we're patriots, we like the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. They aren't looking to the United States history for how can we make our democracy better. They're looking to Hungary. They are looking to a two bit dictator sponsored by Vladimir Putin as inspiration. CPAC has their conventions there because they are not America first. The purpose of this death cult is to dismantle American democracy. So all of these triple Trumpers out there, I love my freedom. I like my gun. They got their truck with flags, truck nuts, or maybe they're just suburban people that just really love America, really love the individuality of it. The people you're voting for do not. They look to Hungary for their inspiration. And it's important to note that there are millions of Hungarians that march in Budapest against this government. And this is going to be, I'm sure at some point they're going to, there's going to be some sort of election fraud with this because Putin and Russia is Victor Orban's template. And so Orban has dismantled in Hungary democratic institutions. He's rigged the courts. He's gerrymandered electoral maps and he's consolidated media ownership. That sounds pretty familiar, right? The country's constitution explicitly defines itself as a Christian nation. Ding ding ding ding ding heritage foundation. This is what they all want to do. And so here's JD Vance in his speech further humiliating himself. Listen to this clip. I just want to say something, one final observation about this election. What has happened in this country? What has happened in the midst of this election campaign is one of the worst examples of foreign election interference that I've ever seen or ever even read about. The bureaucrats in Brussels have tried to destroy the economy of Hungary. They have tried to make Hungary less energy independent. They okay. He's lying. He's completely 100% lying and propagandizing in Hungary right there because he has an agenda. Who owns JD Vance? Peter Thiel. Who did Peter Thiel have a lot of communication with Jeffrey Epstein? These people are not our friends. Jeffrey Epstein and Peter Thiel in emails were cheering on Brexit. Peter Thiel explicitly wants to dismantle American democracy, but he's too big of a freak and a pussy to put his own name on the ballot. So we purchased America's biggest prostitute, JD Vance. And now JD Vance is over there. When he insults Brussels, he's insulting the EU that is calling out Hungary for the Christian nationalism, for the dismantling of equality in courts, for rigging elections, for rigging the court system. And Trump and Vance see Hungary as what American conservatism should aspire to. Anti-democratic, anti-immigrant, anti-free speech, and anti-LGBTQ plus nation. And remember when I had scholar Ruth Ben-Giott on this show, she said the through line of dictatorships is homophobia. And so you see that here. You see Hungary actively dismantling LGBTQ plus rights. What do we have going on in the United States? Oh my God, the drag queens, we got to ban the books, we got to drag, we got to ban the drag brunch. They want to go after Oberger fell. Who cares? Who cares? Let gay people be themselves for God's sakes. Otherwise you got big titty brains running around compromising national security. And here's a screen grab from PBS reporting on Hungary banning LGBTQ plus events. Hungary passes constitutional amendment to ban LGBTQ plus public events. Hungary's parliament on Monday passed an amendment to the constitution that allows the government to ban public events by LGBTQ plus communities. A decision that legal scholars and critics call another step toward authoritarianism by the populist government. So this is where our government is looking for inspiration right now. And I went, Pumson, I went to Budapest a couple of years ago, had an incredible time. We were hosted by people that were pro democracy like all of us here. And they are desperate to get Victor Orban out of office in the same way that we are, because they want to live in harmony and peace with their LGBTQ plus brothers and sisters. And it always seems to be a feature and not a bug of these anti LGBTQ politicians and governments. This always happens. Every single time pop this up. A Hungarian politician who defined marriage is between a man and a woman in his country's constitution has resigned after police caught him fleeing a gay sex party during coronavirus lockdown in Brussels last week. Authorities say Joseph Seger 59 clamored out of a window and shimmy down a gutter pipe to escape a police raid on the party last Friday amid a ban on large gatherings in Belgium. He was arrested at the scene along with more than 20 others, most of whom were naked or semi naked men, according to reports. Local media say the party was a gay sex orgy, something that would be at odds with the conservative Christian ideology of Seger's political party. Well, well, well, and here's the thing again, love your gay orgy, do it. I don't care. The problem here was we had a coronavirus lockdown, whether you agree with that or disagree with that, whatever, those were the rules. The point here is that always these anti LGBTQ plus people, whether it be in the United States, Hungary, Russia, wherever, they want to ostracize and demonize the LGBTQ plus community during the day to score cheap political points in a road civil liberties. And at night, it's all orgies and shimming down fire escapes in your goddamn panties. They're always fucking hypocrites. And here on this podcast, we are gold star hypocrisy shamers. So JD Vance, I have a question for you. Your benefactor, the person that has funded you and placed you in Donald Trump's administration is a gay man. So tell us where you stand on gay rights JD. Where is it? Do you want Peter Till's marriage to be null and void? Because Peter Till, if you think you're going to put JD Vance in power and he isn't going to throw your ass under the bus, you're not the special homo. You're not. These people will turn on each other. And guess what happened to this guy in Hungary, completely removed from government like it never happened. And they continue on with the hypocrisy. They continue on with the erosion of civil liberties. And for MAGA, this is inspiration. And I just want to say to all of the democracy loving people in Hungary, Budapest in particular, where I visited, this is not an indictment on you. I feel where you are right now. I feel exactly what you're going through because I cannot stand in my government. But I love America and I love being an American, but I cannot stand this hypocritical government. So do not take this episode personally. I've seen you march on that beautiful bridge in Budapest. I've seen the people take to the streets in support of the LGBTQ plus community. And we stand with you in solidarity to defeat this horrific regime and this pathetic man, Victor Orban. All right, that's all we have.
