The BravBros hosts deliver an enthusiastic recap of the Real Housewives of Atlanta premiere, praising the show's return to form with new cast additions K. Michelle and Pinky, strong ensemble chemistry, and entertaining dynamics. They analyze cast relationships, particularly the fractured Shamia-Portia friendship, and discuss how strategic casting and production choices have revitalized the franchise after a disappointing previous season.
Insights
- Strategic high-profile casting (K. Michelle, Pinky) can immediately restore credibility and viewership to struggling reality franchises by adding established star power and authentic personalities
- Ensemble chemistry and interconnected cast relationships matter more than individual storylines; when the group functions as a cohesive unit, the show succeeds regardless of specific conflicts
- Positioning a strong, recognizable figure (Portia) as the narrative centerpiece rather than a struggling cast member (Shamia) creates better structural storytelling and viewer investment
- New cast members who don't prioritize self-image management or fabricated narratives bring authenticity that long-time viewers crave and that elevates entire ensemble casts
- Production decisions to avoid over-relying on single cast members or rehashing previous season conflicts directly impact whether a show feels fresh versus stale

All right, here's what I'm not gonna do. I'm not gonna proclaim that this is, that Atlanta's back or anything like that. All I'm gonna say, good premiere. Two thumbs up. Atlanta's fucking back. I don't care what you have to say, buddy. There's no other way to do this. Atlanta's fucking back. This was the funniest episode of Housewives that I've seen in years. And I thoroughly enjoyed it. And I fully expect to enjoy every fucking episode this season and it's gonna be a blast. That's what I'm proclaiming right now. And look, somebody commented on YouTube yesterday and said, shooter's usually wrong about things. I'm leaning into it. I don't give a shit. As there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos, it will be a good one. Oh man, it's eight o'clock. And so that'll make it a- F***. I don't need the spotlight. I shine just fine. Hi, I'm Karma. And yes, I am a bitch. Bravo bros. Good evening, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of Bravo Bros. Your favorite podcast from the bros for everybody, for whoever wants to listen. I'm your co-host, Steel Russell joined as always by the one and only, Georgia Goose. What's up, dude? You know what? I'm gonna double down on what I said in the cold opening. I'm just gonna jinx everything across the board as I- Maybe you double jinxed it, reverse jinx. Now it's not a jinx. Is Charles Oakley gonna be the best house husband in the realm? I think he might be. He really might be. With K. Michelle at his side, which, you know, not saying that in a nefarious way, just saying that as a comedic duo, the two of them together were fucking cracking me up this entire episode. He might be the best house husband of the year. He's very funny. I mean, for me, as long as him and Angela have that rapport, the back and forth, as long as it doesn't get too- I feel like we towed the line very closely of, oh, that's funny, versus like, okay, like leave her alone for a bit. Yeah, it's a- We did that for their first season. I love how I say their first season. We did that for Angela's first season, where we weren't really sure and we had to keep an eye on how Angela was handling these comments and, you know, whatever their rapport is, is what their rapport is. I think we have a better handle on what their relationship dynamic is. And it seems like it's completely fine. I don't see a whole lot getting to them. I don't think that really anything's gonna happen. I think it is what it is. And they both love each other in their own very interesting ways. I'm just gonna, I'm buying it. I'm buying with her selling. I'm saying exactly what you're saying. I'm just, I'm gonna keep an eye on it. For now, ha, ha, fun, fun. I'm just hoping it stays that way. That's all I'm saying. Pull the wool out of my eyes. I don't give a shit. I'm happy. Yeah, no, you're just full blinders right now. I love it. But yeah, I mean, we start out the episode with just like quick check-ins. And, you know, we left the show not in disarray, but in disappointment, I guess that last season, we had all the Kenya drama and the posters and all of that bullshit. So that was a mess. What we saw last year was disjointed. It was a little wacky. It wasn't great, but they have seemingly gone back to what made this show good. They've seemingly revamped it by just being who they used to be in the best ways possible because this was just a light, funny, back and forth episode. We got a lot going on, but it's nothing too deep or too serious. We didn't try to bite something off right out of the gate. That's just too much, you know what I mean? So it's like the perfect amount of shit talking, a fun party, you get to check in with everybody so we know where everybody's at. So I thought they did a really good job of rolling the season out. Yeah, I don't know what you meant by it. We didn't try to bite something. Yeah, bite something off. You know, like if you bite more than you can chew. Chew, I guess is, yeah. I have to finish the whole sentence. I thought that was implied. But no, look, I think it's gonna be just episode one. It seems like a freezing great spirits. And I would also revisit that last season because that last season was, it was disjointed, I think is the word that you use. And I think that's the best way to put it. From a production standpoint, it was tough. I mean, you had all the pain. It's what they could do with what they had, right? Yeah, and they did what they could and Phaedra coming in towards the end of the season seems like a break glass in case of emergency type of situation that I don't really fault them for. They were scrambling and they tried to throw something just to see if it would stick. But I think we did have a very good conversation at the end of last season saying, look, there are pieces here, which we do that for very hopeful franchises that we can actually see a light at the end of the tunnel. We can actually see how it might all work and how they can fit together. And we said that, I think it was a very sincere conversation that we had. Look, I think the reunion was a little messy as well. It didn't really make a ton of sense, but we gave them what they had. We gave them credit for what they could do. And we even said, like, if you just move a couple pieces and bring a couple people in, now I didn't think they were gonna bring in Kay, Michelle and Pinky, but they brought in fucking heavy hitters. The heavy hitters, dude. The show is incredible right out of the gate. I mean, again, I can't put this down enough. This was the funniest Housewife episode that I've seen in probably five or six years. No, I mean, we did have that conversation at the end. I mean, you could see it. There were plenty of castmates bringing it. They were doing their job. It was just Kenya threw everything for such a loop. We even said, Phaedra last season was not good, but we said, you give Phaedra time to settle in and we think that she's gonna be a great addition to the show. So yeah, the pieces were there and we try to be as positive about shows as we can, unless you give us a Beverly Hills or something like that. But we did see it. And that's not to say like, oh, we're soothsayers. I mean, we are, but that's another story for a different day. My point is I'm glad that they didn't try to overhaul anything. I'm glad they didn't try to break the cast down completely. And I love the fact that they said, fuck it, let's go spend some money and bring some big leaguers in here. Like that's what we need to start doing for these shows. I love that they went and got pinky. I love that they got K. Michelle. They get two very notable people immediately. That's what you need. That will get people back into the season, even if they're out on Atlanta. It's like, well, the star power that is now on this show is worth a watch at least. And then you do this in the premiere. It's like, oh shit, we might be back boys. We might be back indeed. We might be back in a big way. And I just, the structure of this episode, I thought was very perfect almost for an introductory episode, if you wanna call it that. Just sitting down immediately with Portia and K. Michelle, somebody who everybody knows the name. Maybe you don't know exactly where K. Michelle came from. You don't know. We're gonna have to just call her K, I think, is probably the easiest way, because it's unfortunately a mouthful. Or Puddin. I'm not gonna call her Puddin. I might pull it out for special occasion. I might do that. But when the two of them sit down, and I'm just kind of doing like a full overview of the whole episode before we really get into it, I thought it was perfectly structured. Like let's sit down, let's have Portia, who seems to be at the middle of a whole lot of things. Where at the very least, she's always gonna talk like she's at the middle of everything. So she knows what everybody's up to, and she's keeping tabs. Even if she's making shit up, I don't really care, because I can watch where she's talking for a while. Her sitting down with K. And just going through everything like this, is where everybody stands. This is where everybody stands. Okay, cool, you got it, great. Let's go to a party. And then everybody's there. Like there was nobody missing. People were late, of course. I mean, there was one very funny person missing, but he was actually there on FaceTime the entire time, which is incredible. But nobody was missing. And the only thing I can get from all of this is, Shamia's gonna have a bad season. And that's okay, because I think she'll be able to handle it in different ways that'll relay through while we're watching in a kind of funny way, an entertaining way. She might personally have a really hard time, but it's still not gonna bring the show down, because it seems like everybody else is just in great spirits. I blame Bravo entirely for that one. This is the correct structure. I'll tell you, and I think you might actually agree with me. I think that Portia needs to be the matriarch of this show. Whether she is on it more than other people or not is not what I'm saying, but her being the focal point of, okay, let's check in where we at. I think that's the way to do it. She's recognizable, we all love Portia. And you need that centerpiece, I think, in a show like this to build off of since we're in a restructuring phase kind of. Now, Shamia, they tried to put her at the forefront last season. They did, yeah. So they set her up as that role. She is not that role. That's not where she's going to thrive. So coming into this season, now Portia is once again the face of Atlanta, as it should be. And I think Shamia's gonna have a hard time with that. And I think that we're gonna see her battling to try to steal the spotlight. And I think we all know how that's going to go, because here's the thing. You have way too many big and great personalities on this show now. You've got a lot of, as you said, heavy hitters. Like this is the real deal cast, which is so fucking awesome. But you have set Shamia up for failure Bravo, because you put her in that front position last season. That's not her role. And she's gonna have a fall from grace this season. I agree. That's all I was thinking the whole time was like, oh man, she's gonna get better around a little bit. She is. And I don't think, I think you can look at last season and say it was the wrong move to put Shamia in the centerpiece. I don't know if that was the wrong move necessarily. I know that they were scrambling last season. I'm just saying because of that, I think we're gonna see a fall this year. I do also think that a lot of these things she did to herself, I mean, as we find out very quickly in the beginning of the episode, Shamia and Portia, no longer best friends. Haven't really talked. Basically have not talked since the reunion is what we're getting. And that's gonna obviously put them in a bit of a funk. Now, as we work through the episode, we don't know where anybody stands. I mean, there could be beefs that have just kind of popped out on the woodwork throughout the off season. I mean, it was a pretty long off season. They didn't start filming for at least like six or seven months. Six, yeah. So, and they look, they had a lot to figure out. So I'm not even gonna blame them for that one. But we don't know where anybody stays. And as we're working through this episode, you're like, damn, the only person on the Alts is Shamia. Like everybody else seems to be okay. And Drew seems to be in a better place, obviously with the whole Ralph situation. And now she's dating Black, which we'll get into. But it just seems like the people that we had questions about, the people that we weren't really sure where they were gonna be when the season started filming again, they're all in a good spot. They're all seemingly friends with each other and know things about each other's lives, which is something that we're clamoring for with the other, you know, basically if your houseway franchise is in California, we point that out every time. Like you guys don't know anything about each other because you don't hang out in the off season. When I watched this, the first episode, we just hit the ground running because, yeah, maybe they're not hanging out a ton, but they at least know what's going on in each other's lives in a petty way or in a sincere way. It doesn't really matter to me. You still know what's going on. So we don't have that awkward phase of how was your summer? Like, no, I don't want to watch that. I want to watch women in the room together, crackin' jokes, making fun of each other, seeing who can handle it and moving from there. Completely agree. And I think this show thrives when it is set up that way. And I think that that's what we have again. And it's so exciting because we don't have across the board a show that functions like that right now. We kind of missed out on that since a lot of the OG shows are fizzled out along the way. Salt Lake City was the closest, I think. Sure. I mean, we're watching them in real time, just like, I don't know where the hell you guys stand. Look, then that could come back next year and be completely fine because they actually have the producers stepping in saying, don't do this shit anymore. But we watched that. The closest thing we had was that. And that's the only thing that pops in my brain is that whole franchise. They're as close as they were, as good a friends they were. This seems like what we have with Atlanta, which is going to hit so much harder because Atlanta is an OG franchise. It's a huge franchise. And that's good for Bravo. If Atlanta is going to do really well, you can probably fuck up New York entirely. I won't really care that much. We'll just stop watching it because we'll always have Atlanta to lay back on. I agree. I agree. But why don't we jump into this episode because we could just sing its praises for another 30 minutes, probably. But we lead off with Angela and Charles. And look, they're stronger than ever. I like that Angela is going the route of, look, I'm shutting down the rumor mill. You can tell me anything. I don't care. I'm not going to let it get to me. I think that's the correct way to go. I think that's how shows like this get derailed. We get stuck on a stupid rumor. And we just keep hitting it back and forth. And it's like, OK, we don't really care. At the end of the day, even last season with all that shit popping off, Angela and Charles were always fine. The only issues were amongst the group. That's stupid. If they're good, we shouldn't care. Right? So I'm glad that she's going that route. I think that's the correct way to go. Charles, same dude that he's always been, for better or worse, he is Charles Oakley. And he will remain Charles Oakley because he is one of the most renowned enforcers in all of NBA history. I don't like saying mean things about him. So he was great. He was great. Good job, Charles. You guys seem like you're super in love. And again, the lack of giving a shit about rumors is kind of a big takeaway. Like, hell, yeah, that's what we need. Yeah, Angela was basically there. She was 80% of the way there. I think she got cornered a couple times. She got snuck up on a couple times with weird rumors. But again, the whole Junebug thing was fucking bizarre. But again, now we're coming back to everything. We're talking about that. And it seems like Angela is in such a better place with all of that. She doesn't give a shit. And then we go over to Phaedra about Junebug. She's making jokes about it. So it doesn't seem like it's going to be a lingering issue. It doesn't seem like, oh, we got to clear the air about Junebug. Nobody really wants to do that. It was kind of funny when we look at it in a different light. And we can just move on right now. Exactly. And then we move on to Kelly. She's getting her daughter Chloe off the college. So she's now a college mom. We're going to talk about that again a little bit later. And then we get to Portia and Kaye Michelle. And Kaye Michelle gets introduced to the show. Obviously, if you are a fan of music, you have probably at the very least heard the name. Maybe you're not familiar with her songs. But she is now taking a transition into country music. She has wanted to do country for her whole entire career. And I think that's what's a really interesting aspect of her storyline is talking and discussing the fact that, you know, I wanted to be a country singer out of the gate. All the record labels told me, no, it has to literally quote unquote be blacker than that. Like R&B is your route. She got to a point where she said, no, I'm doing country music. And she alludes to Beyonce, obviously, paving the road for that one with her album. And I think it's incredible that we get to watch this storyline. And you know, her alluding to the fact that country music was pretty much founded by the black community, which is true. There's a lot of inspiration back in the day in the South. If you know names like DeFord Bailey, who was one of the best harmonica players, that country harmonica sound, he pretty much founded that. And he was one of the OG members of the Grand Ole Opry, if you want a little country music history there. But yeah, I mean, I think this is such a fascinating storyline. I think the timing of it is incredible because we're coming off of Beyonce's album still. I think that this is going to be a really cool trajectory to watch. Even for me, it's going to be a cool trajectory to watch because she's an established musical star. She's not a funky housewife who decided I'm going to start singing like we are also going to have to deal with. And look, there's a charm to what Drew does. When Drew is singing, and even Porsche is talking about it with Kaye Michelle, saying, hey, you're a real music star, you don't have to throw that around. We don't have to have this conversation about Drew. We're not even talking about Shamiah. We're talking about Drew. But Drew's kind of funny with it. And I think she almost knows that, where she's going to do this. And obviously she's going to pursue her dreams and whatever. And I'm going to support her in a different way. But I just don't want to watch it. I don't really care. It's not that interesting to me. Kaye Michelle is very interesting because she's already established. She's already going down that road. She already has multiple ideas of what she wants to do. She's fine. Like she's going to be great. And that's going to be a very interesting storyline. You pair that up with Shamiah just leaning further into it. No. Fuck no. I don't want to deal with it. I had to watch you sing a bunch last season. I don't want to. You're not a singer. I'm sorry. You're a housewife. Like go lean into your personality being a housewife on this show. And maybe you won't be in a weird situation with everybody else on the show. Don't focus on this because I already know it. Her whole fucking storyline this year is going to be, I got to get my music career off the ground and my husband's paying for this and doing that and we're doing all these things. And I'm going to get this vocal lesson and I'm going to go record in that. I don't want to see it. I just don't want to see it because I know it's going to take away from my enjoyment of the show because I just don't. Unless you're funny, I do not want to watch a housewife or a Bravo reality star lean into it and be like, wow, this is a great way to get my musical career off the ground. It's not. It's just isn't. No, but she's going to. The positive thing is because we have Kaye Michelle in the show, I think it's going to be. We can see what a good singer looks like. Yeah. That and it's going to be pretty easy to kind of bat her storyline down. I think then we're watching. Yeah. Kaye Michelle say. Where is Druze is going to be funny? Like Dru. Druze going to have a city winery moment. Yeah. Like that's what we're going to get. Her pulling Kaye aside and talking about like their musical careers is going to be undoubtedly funny. If Shamiya does it, I'm going to be annoyed. It's going to happen. You know it's going to happen. But speaking of Beyonce, she actually sent Kaye Michelle flowers saying that she wants to meet. She's fully endorsing her country album, which I don't think we're going to get it. But if you got to Beyonce, starting on Atlanta, that would be awesome. I'm just saying, I'm just saying. But the big thing that we get from this scene other than, you know, getting the background on Kaye Michelle is her time in Atlanta has not been great. She's got a lot of beefs with a lot of people. She said that, you know, the women in Atlanta destroyed her. They blackballed her. They were dating her ex. They were doing this. They were doing that. So she has a really bad taste in her mouth. So she's coming in. She's had a whole revamp of her personality. She's coming back to try to, to enjoy Atlanta. And I think that this is a great way to do it. Portia seems super supportive. And from what I've seen thus far, Kaye Michelle seems fucking awesome. She seems like really cool and normal and down to earth, which we have not gotten from this show in a very long time. No, no, we haven't gotten that, but there's a different component to it where and Atlanta is really good at this too. And it's something that we talk about with all the houseway franchises. It doesn't seem like they give a shit about their self image. Like they're going to do whatever the fuck they want to do, knowing that there's cameras, knowing that this is going to air and people are going to be able to look at their behavior. They don't give a fuck. And that's how it should be. And that's what I want to see. And especially for a newbie and you can call her a newbie if you want to, but Kaye coming into the picture and immediately you can get a sense. Like, I'm not going to give a shit. Like whatever, we're going to do our thing. We're going to, I'm going to be me the whole time. I'm not going to fabricate a story. I'm not going to worry about my public image. And that's what I got from her right away. And that's what I was excited about. I agree completely. But we have a new faction seemingly, and we saw it building last season for sure. And again, a lot of this feels like. Because Shamiah was the center of the show so much last season. This seems like a trickle down effect from that. It's her and Kelly and they are now like officially BFFs are doing family trips. And shit, all of that. They get together and it's like, Oh my God, I missed you. Oh my God, I missed you too. And we're given baskets to each other. I got college basket for Chloe, which I get the jokes. But like maybe one of the three, you know, condoms, a pregnancy test and booze. Maybe like booze in a pregnancy test or like or the condoms. I thought it was a little heavy on all of it at once personally. Yeah. But that's just me. Yeah. I mean, I think Kelly is interesting because she had a very weird season last year. She was enjoyable for the most part. I like it seems like she has enough going on in her personal life. It's going to be interesting when we inevitably get those, you know, solo scenes. But she also came in sort of hand in hand with Brit. And now the Brit's gone. I was interested to see where Kelly was going to stand because Kelly seems like she has that kind of personality and, you know, the garden gnome personality. If, you know, Phaedra wants to call her that. Um, her strawberry shortcake or she had so many different nicknames for, but she had that personality where I could have seen her kind of bop it around. And she still could easily hitching your wagon to Shamiya was an interesting choice to me. And I think she does have the outlook of the show in mind. You know, Shamiya certainly does. So obviously she's just going to take anybody who's going to come over and be like, I'll be best friends and we can travel and do this and whatever. Um, but I do want to see how that looks, especially when Shamiya inevitably just gets like verbally beaten down by other people. I want to see where Kelly lies with that. I want to see if she sticks up for her. If she just kind of takes the, and it's in third party, I'm going to step away from all of this. Well, history tells us that if she doesn't agree with the situation, she doesn't blindly support because we watched it with Brit last season. She had some issues with Brit. She made those issues known. That gives me confidence that if Shamiya is acting up, she's not going to be like, Oh no, I got your back. I think that she will be supportive, but also at fingers crossed to be like, Hey, actually you're wrong. Shamiya, I don't agree with this. So that's my hope. I agree. I think that she's got that bubbly back and forth personality where we'll see her mingle with the group more. I'm hoping that this first episode where Porsche kind of bops her a little bit. I hope that checks her to be like, all right, let's not just start throwing shit everywhere. Let's just ease into this, see where allegiance is lie. Like don't just hit your wagon to Shamiya and immediately go to war for her. Cause that's kind of what we saw. I was like, Oh shit. That's, that's kind of strong for episode one. Like maybe let's tiptoe around it. So there's parts that make me nervous, but I would say the whole season we saw with her last season gives me hope that she'll have a good season this year. I enjoyed her last year 90% of the time. There was that little 10% where I was like, but most of it was good. So I think we'll be okay. But we find out that Porsche is having an event and she's invited everybody. Shamiya included. Granted it was through a group chat invite, but it's still an invite. And they're still on the outs from the reunion and everything we saw last season. And I will say this, I pretty much got the entire convo from her miming it. I was like, I think I know what you guys, I'm picking up what you're putting down. I thought that was a little lame to be honest. That's not even just like, I think Shamiya is going to have a bad season. That was just like, all right, tell us how you feel. I get it. Yeah. If it conveyed to people, I understand. Like you said, you understood what she was saying. And maybe she didn't actually have to say it. And maybe it would have been really long winded if she actually went into it. And I kind of would have rolled my eyes, but I thought that was a little lame. Just fucking speak up. Like we're going to have to dig into it at some point. Tell us how you feel. We've got Porsche over here telling us how she feels about the whole situation. So match it. I that's fair. That's fair. But I love that we don't waste time. We get right to the mystic or majestic island dinner, depending on who you ask. But Cynthia is still with Le Prince, our musician from Amsterdam, which love that for her. Tall drink of water that man. Charles and Angela arrive and then Drew arrives. Face timing black. Now. Here's my issue. And Drew is Drew and she will always be drew and she's going to irritate me. I know she's good for the show. It's up and down. And that's how I've always been with you. And that's how I will continue to be with you given this episode. My issue is this. Why do we have to maintain still that you're just friends? Who fucking cares? Who gives a shit that we take five minutes out of the show to go to confessionals and then explain to people. No, we're just friends. I don't care if you guys are married. It doesn't matter to me. Why are we harping on the friend thing so hard? And also black. What are you doing? Get off the phone. Well, it's weird. No, no, dude, you are looking at this very wrong. This shit is so funny. This is so. I thought it was. It was unbelievably funny. This is the funniest thing I think I've seen in a long time. He stayed on that phone for three hours with a ring light smiling. Didn't go to the bathroom. Not sure if he has a colostomy bag. We have no idea what's going on there. Maybe he just had like a bottle underneath where he's like, I got to be, but I don't want to miss anything. I can't miss any of the action. I can just stay part of this. That was incredibly funny. And I'm looking at it the same way you are in the, I don't care realm. Right. I don't really care. She can say that he's her friends the whole season. It will not phase me once. I do not really care. Ralph is still in the basement. That's what we found out. He's still. It's so funny, which I think he has currently, I believe he has currently. I think I saw something a few weeks ago that confirmed that, but in this moment and probably for the majority of the season, Ralph will still be in the basement and that was still will be a storyline. I have moved from, I have moved from. I need to know more about this too. All right. This isn't going to change at all. And I truly don't care back to, okay, this is really funny. Ralph's still in the basement. You've got a FaceTime call with black the entire time. It's the same guy from the reunion that we confirmed that you were seeing. I don't care if you confirm with these, your boyfriend, whatever you might be, you could be engaged for all I give a shit. It's funny to me. The whole situation is downright funny to me. I could not care less if we get like labels or confirmation for anything else. I agree. I just, it's more than in your house. There's a man down. Oh yeah. We're getting some work done at the house. So if you're watching, did he sign a release form? Cause this is going up on YouTube. So I'll shit. I'll ask him afterwards. I'll make sure that we get that, uh, that release. Don't worry. Uh, but I agree. Like that's kind of my point with Drew overall. I don't hate Drew Sador. I really don't. Like there's so many moments that I think she's funny in a weird way, not, not intentionally funny. She's funny for reasons she's not trying to be funny for. It's, I don't know. I just, every once in a while, I'm just like, dude, she's trying to be funny is funny to me. And it's not because of why she thinks it's funny. Correct. Like the joke, like she could make a joke and I would laugh at it, but it's not because of the punchline. It's because she's trying to make the joke. That's where I am with Drew. Yeah. That's where I am too. But you lean further on the ha ha side. I'm right in the middle of ha ha and. That's fair. Yeah. Anyway, faders still good with everybody except her and Angela still have a bit of an issue understandably. So with that whole ridiculous Godfather of Atlanta shit last year, where this random dude shows up with an envelope. It was bizarre and we got so and so saying that Charles was seen with so and so and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I completely understand why Angela still has a problem. I think she has every right to have a problem. I think that it's hysterical that this has Phadra's fingerprints all over it. This is such a Phadra move. She has done this shit before on her last time on this show. So I completely 100% believe that she's behind all this June bug shit. That being said, this is very important. I don't care if they're friends. I don't care if they like each other. I don't want to go back to that bullshit from last season. I don't want to rehash it. I want to just move forward. I don't think we will. I really don't think we will because the way that I'm looking at it was. Phadra came in with three episodes left and just tried to make something happen because she was probably being told, Hey, make something happen. We don't know what we have here. And it unfortunately landed on Angela and I think I'm going to take Angela's word for it. I'm not going to get caught up in that bullshit or the rumor mill or anything else. I've said my piece. I'm standing my ground. We can move forward. You know, Charles is going to feel how Charles is going to feel. If they get into a situation, I think Charles is going to make his emotions known very well, but I don't really see Angela going back to revisit it or comparing something from this season to last season. And I certainly don't really see Phadra revisiting it and bringing it back up because it doesn't seem. Yes, it seems like a phadra move last year, but I don't think that she's going to rehash it this year because she has nothing going on. I hope not. And I think that's kind of what we were talking about at the end of last season. Like once she has time to settle in, she's 100% officially part of the show out of the premiere, not a break glass in case of emergency option. I agree. I think that she's going to settle in nicely. She's great for good one liners. The person to go to to talk to because she's always good to bounce things off of. That's where I want her to be this season. And I think that she probably will assume that role that she's done in the past. So I agree with you. I don't think that we're going that way. I just really don't care about all that shit. And I don't think anybody else does. So like, hopefully everybody's right with that. But ready to launch your business, get started with the commerce platform made for entrepreneurs. He's a dentist and I love that she went on Queens Court with an agenda. She's like, I'm going to show this man that other people are interested. So he needs to speed up the timeline a little bit. It worked. They got hitched. Everything's good. He seems like a normal guy, which I love when we have normal people mixed into these shows. Big fan of that. We need barometers, right? We need normal people to know how we would be feeling in situations. I believe that Caston is that and that's great. Yeah, I agree. Awesome. Now, this is funny and not because of the reason that she thinks it's funny. Drew Sidora going, I don't know much about Kay Michelle. She was a singer. Is a singer, right? She is multi platinum, multiple gold. She is a she's a real, real singer and you're a good singer, Drew. But Kay Michelle has a music career. She is a household name. You are not on the same playing field as Kay Michelle and that's okay. You do very well where you're at, but to lead off the season with a what's it? Kay Michelle, she sings sometimes. It's like, oh no, that's the route you're going to go this year. That's tough. I knew she was going to do that and I fully expected it. So I thought it was funny. I mean, that's the thing. And that's what I said earlier. If Drew is going to do it, it's going to be very funny to me. If anybody else doesn't, I'm like, come on, we're not doing that. You don't need to be petty and I am looking at Shamia and Shamia hasn't thought of yet, so I'm not going to blame her, but I could see her potentially doing that or comparing their musical careers. Now look, if Shamia goes to Kay and says, I would love if you would just come over and we could talk about music and I can just kind of pick your brain for a little bit. That's the right way to go about it. That's cool. If she goes to Kay and says, I'm also an artist and you and I should be able to sit down and we can have a little brain melt about music. That's the wrong way to go about it because you're just trying to crack into this career. You're not already there. She's already established. So that would bother me in a different way. When Drew does it, it's not going to bother me at all because I'm fully anticipating it. And I think it's going to be hilarious. No, I agree. That, that was my point. I was, I was giving you credit. Like it's funny. It's very funny, but not because she's being petty and we're like, oh, you got one on her, Drew. It's like, oh, you think you're on the same level as Kay, Michelle. That's funny. I think it's the level. Drew right now for me is the perfect level of delusion that I find very funny on these shows. It could go up. It could go down. If it goes up, I'm really going to be annoyed by it. If it goes down, I'm going to be missing it a little bit. I agree. I know she's riding that line very well right now and you know, it's only going to get worse. And there's going to be a big moment at some point. They're either going to be at like a show, like maybe we go watch Kay, Michelle perform and Drew is going to be like, Hey, can I get up there on a song? She's going to be like, fuck no. No. Kay, Michelle is going to be talking about how Beyonce came over to talk to her about music and being doing a country, doing a country album and Drew is going to be sad that she was left out. Why didn't I get invited? I thought Drew was going to be like, I talked to Beyonce once. No, cousins with Beyonce. My two cousins, Michael Jordan and Beyonce. I'm just kidding, guys. Once you get caught, it was a joke. Oh my god. Oh boy. Well, Portia, who we haven't seen with anybody in a little while, Portia has a man coming to this party and he arrives. She's gets a little nervous and we get to meet Mike. Mike is a tall drink of water. That is a big man. And I don't know about Mike yet. I liked Mike and then I thought the dinner was kind of weird and then I thought the speech was really weird. So I'm kind of question marky on Mike for the time being. But I think recently Portia confirmed that she's only dating girls. So I don't think that Mike's really going to be an impactful person this season. Look, he might be. I don't know how long he's going to hang around, but I think that that came out somewhat recently. And I do think we're going to have that sort of journey with Portia as we've moved through this season, which you already kind of like planted some seeds as it was in this first episode. So I think it'll be kind of interesting to watch her go that route. But I don't think the mic's going to be a mainstay on the show. I hope not. Again, I'm not sold either way yet, but I got it was just an interesting way to go about things. But yeah, while everyone's arriving at Portia's, we bop over to Shamia's house. And that's when we get introduced to Pinky. And Pinky obviously is an absolute superstar in the business world. She is the founder of Slutty Vegan, which I'm sure most of you have heard of before. She's been on like the Forbes list, like you name it. She's done it. So again, huge star power here. And they're really good friends, her and Shamia, which is going to be interesting. And I don't know, you know, are we going to have like a Pinky, Shamia and Kelly faction up against the other ladies? Are we going to get that? Floaters, like I'm just curious. I feel like Shamia is trying to paint the lines. Get the boundaries of like, all right, this is my squad. This is my team. I don't know if they're going to reciprocate that. I mean, Shamia might be doing that. Sure. But I didn't get that vibe from Pinky at all. I did not get that vibe from Pinky at all. I got a, I don't give a fuck who agrees with me or doesn't agree with me. I'm going to do whatever the hell I want. So I just do not think that maybe again, maybe Shamia is thinking that going into this. Like, all right, I might be okay this season because I do have Kelly on my side. She'll ride for me. And Pinky, who also could be a wild card, she'll also ride for me. But I don't really think that Pinky's going to get involved, especially if it's a mess of Shamia's own making. If it's something else that's completely unwarranted. Yeah, I do see, at least for this first season, especially with, you know, between Kay and Michelle and Pinky coming onto the show, I think they both have the right approach. I think they both have the right mentality. They're going to feel it out and they're going to be themselves the whole time, which is the vibe that I got from this entire first episode. And that's honestly, aside from, you know, just cracking jokes at Drew's expense the whole time and cracking jokes at everybody else's expense and Charles and Kay, Michelle sitting over there just yipping it up. That was really entertaining. The rest of it was more, I'm really excited to see these two because I got such good vibes from them with the whole cast. I agree. I agree. But let's get back to Porsches and everyone's arriving now. Kelly arrives with Trey. Apparently Trey has been around the block because Trey is everyone's man. And I love the people that are going like, Trey, get out of here. Go home. They call him Steve Herkohl. Yeah. But Shami is late as we already know. And when she finally does arrive, it doesn't take Drew more than two seconds to make a Gerald joke because she's like, where's Gerald? And as Angela points out, or Cynthia, sorry, Cynthia points out, Gerald's never here. So that's, there we go. Drew immediately is trying to stir the pot and then she's going to pretend like she just tried to have a conversation. It was the most like Drew Sidora moment I've seen in a long time because this is this is Harambo. I'm going to spit some shade real quick. I'm going to act like I didn't. And then I'm just going to try to get the last word no matter what, no matter what happens. But the thing with Shamiah is Shamiah wants the last word. So you get this back and forth of like under their breath like, mm-hmm. Yeah. He's not here. He's going to, he didn't, he didn't come this time. She's like, oh, well, I was just wondering. I was like, yeah, well, now you know. It's like, yeah, now I do know. It's like, oh, God. Yeah. Stop. And you fully expect that from Drew's party, but I wanted to see how Shamiah was going to handle it and she didn't handle it well. And like immediately saying and pointing at the phone, you leave Black alone. I don't know what he's doing over there, but he's smiling. He's smiling. He's smiling. We're all having a very good time with Black sitting there on the phone. So don't come at him. Don't try to compare him. Be like, he's doing the same thing your man's doing. What does that mean? You don't know if he's traveling and we call that out right away. What, how do you know what Black's doing? Well, I don't know. Gerald's traveling. So he's coming back. He got rebranded down to Charlotte. Like just say that right away and immediately she goes for a dig. She got the fed she's trying right out of the game. He got so defensive. And again, that shows me where she is mentally going into the season with this group sitting down for the first time. You're already kind of frantic. I don't want to see that. Like it tells me where you are and where you're going to be throughout the season. So that's what I was looking forward to. Drew, on the other hand, is going to do that every single time. That's just what you expect. You should be able to handle. And that's like kind of the barometer. We talked about normal people being in this group just to see kind of where we would be. The barometer for the group is can you handle Drew doing what Drew is always going to do at every given time? Oh, you can't even deal with that. This is going to be tough for you. You can't handle one Sidora. That wasn't even two Sidoras. That was one Sidora. Like come on now, Shamiah. God, are we going to get Ralph this year? Yeah. Yeah. We'll get Ralph. Yes. Just yeah. Like it's yes. Because she's going to complain about it multiple times. Is he going to get a confessional? Is he going to get a confessional? Is he going to get a joint confessional? Yo, a joint confessional in the basement? Yeah. Oh my God. Don't tease me. Oh my God. Is he? All right. All right. Follow up, follow up. This is the third follow up and then I'm done. Will he be wearing a shirt in that confessional? Yeah. He's going to wear that knit shirt that he always wears. Like that red sweater looking thing. Well, last year he was blazer. Last year he was blazer with no shirt underneath at a chain. That was his look. Oh, that's right. Right. Yeah. Yeah, that's why I asked. Yeah. Yeah, I think he's going with the knit wear this year. Like that red. Okay. He wore that a bunch of times too. Something that he's going to try to show off his body. Because that's what he likes to do on screen apparently. Okay. Anyway, but yes, I do believe that we're going to get a Ralph joint confessional hopefully in the basement. That would be incredible. But thing he's crossed. Now, we start to get some info just about the backgrounds of friendships here. And this is important because I like to know who knows who, how they know each other. On one instance, you've got Kelly saying that Pinky is not a girl's girl. I DM'd her. She left me on red, bad vibes, blah, blah, blah. But Phaedra knows Pinky very well. And she's pretty much saying the exact opposite, which I love because that means that she's not an easy friend to make, which means she's got standards, which means she's not going to put up with the shit and that's what I want to see. Yeah. That's exactly what I want to see. And that just kind of strengthened the good vibes that I was getting from her because she doesn't give a shit. Like I don't know Kelly. I don't need to respond to her DM. What does this matter to me? And it wasn't like, I know who you're friends with. I'm not going to be friends with you. It wasn't a, I'm going to be defensive of this or that or whatever. It was just simply a, I don't know you. Maybe we'll get to know each other this season, but I don't know you going into this. And I'm not somebody who's just going to immediately respond and be like, Oh yeah, we're going to be on the same show. We should get together and hang out and pick each other's brains and talk about what we're expecting and see if we have anything in common. Like, no, we can do that on camera, which is what I want to see. Yeah. It's pinkie. She didn't need friends. I'm sure she's got plenty, you know, but Drew's still on the phone with black and, and just know that that's going to continue throughout the entire episode. She will be on the phone with this man for the entirety. My favorite part of that, because I did enjoy it. I was only saying like, what the hell are you doing from like a real life standpoint? Like my guy, you're sitting on the phone for three hours, not even contributing. You're just literally smiling. Props to him for holding that smile for three hours because he didn't, didn't fall for one time. But K Michelle might also be our normal barometer because her calling out the whole scene, I got, it doesn't phase me anymore because I'm so used to like housewife setups and like wacky shit going on. But when she lays out what's going on, I'm like, Oh, that is weird. Huh. She's like, why does this Drew lady have a man on pace? I'm sure me is coming in with a Mohawk and then I see this lady in a white wig playing the violin. I'm like, yeah, yeah, you're right. That's a lot. I did like audibly gasp though, when they flashed over to Shabiya getting ready for the party and that was her look. Interesting. You're really going to test the water. I thought she looked great. I thought a lot of ridiculous, but I don't know. Which is fine. I thought she looked great. Yeah. Yeah. Different strokes for different folks, but that's fine. We play a little game, which immediately makes me nervous. I will say this is another episode. We just watched Rhode Island where a game went well. The game goes pretty well here too, which is shocking that we got back to backs, but game time starts. And again, this is where Drew, oh, this is when Drew calls out, where's Gerald? Same thing as your guys traveling. Shamiya's immediate reaction, as you already said, is not instilling a whole lot of confidence for this season. But as we get into the questions, we do learn more about Portia and Mike. So they got together nine months ago. I believe they buoyed and then they didn't do anything for nine months. According to Mike, she nailed and failed. But the timeline, we got some questions on the timeline a little bit. And I wonder if we're going to dig into this. This is kind of a, there is no one's going to get hurt by this because Simon's not in the picture anymore. But she's like, we met during COVID. It's like 2020. Simon's 2019. Now you got all the ladies in the group like checking their, their Rolodex like, wait a minute, when was this? So it's kind of interesting that we have a little bit of a discrepancy on when they got started, what's going on with those two. As you said, Mike doesn't stick around apparently. So it's not that big of a deal, which is kind of why I want to know more. You know, one's going to get hurt in the situation. But we'll see what happens with that. And I love the, we talked about it last year, even amidst some of the down episodes, this role that Cynthia has taken on as just kind of the, the wise housewife, you know, and not afraid to broach topics, but she's cool with everybody. So when she brings things up, it doesn't come with a whole lot of stank on it. And she brings up the Shami and Portia conflict, what's going on between those two. She's like, I know you guys haven't spoken, but like, is this a new leaf? Are we turning the page? What's going on? And both of them have different ideas of what's happening because Shamiya is thinking that they do have a path forward, at least from this scene. Portia was like, I got closure last time we spoke again. The last time they spoke, we got to see the, the reenactment by Shamiya, the voiceless reenactment. And it was a lot of middle fingers and a lot of fuck you faces. Yeah. So that means closure for Shamiya. That means question mark. Last season, how many conversations did we have between the two of them? I mean, they started the season as best friends. We were actually looking at Portia, like you're kind of being an asshole in this situation. She was being an asshole. It's flipped. And then it became Shamiya was being an asshole and like, look, you fight fire with fire. That's fine. But we had to endure at least like two or three one-on-ones with two of them sitting down, talking, sitting down, talking, and it never really went well. So I'm not really surprised by any of that. No, you're not. I'm not invested in their friendship either way. So I don't really care. I just want to be able to see something play out on TV. I want to see some sort of, you know, something that's not boring with the two of them or just sitting down talking about old times and this and that and whatever, which, you know, I'm sure we're going to have to and that's fine. But I don't want it to drag on all season, like shit or get off the pot, be friends or don't be friends and be committed to one side or the other. And look, if you decide like, Hey, we can't just jump back in being best friends. We'll figure the whole thing out. See how the season goes. Like that's completely fine too. I mean, I think that they're both capable of doing that. It might ruin Shamiya more than it ruins Porsche, but it's going to play out how it's going to play out. I just don't want anything to be forced because then we're going to be back in the same situation that we were last year and it wasn't really that entertaining to watch. Yeah. My big thing, my biggest takeaway with those two, I really want them to find some semblance of peace between the two of them. Mm hmm. This group is going to be so good if everyone's getting along, even if it's for like a stretch of three or four episodes before shit pops off. I want to see this group just have a kiki and just go out, have fun. I think that it would be such a blast. Like it seems like such a fun group that I want to be in a position at least a couple of times where everybody's able to have fun. I think that even if they're not cordial, they're going to be able to compartmentalize for a night or two. But I think I would love if we can within the first three episodes get to some level of neutrality amongst everybody where we're kind of starting from here because we're starting with it's not a new cast, but it's a new vibe. And by new, I mean, it's kind of, it feels like the days of old in the best ways possible. I want to start from zero and see where we go. I don't want it to be two episodes in big fracture, Shamiya over here, shouting and Porsche over here defending. Like I'm sure we'll get there at some point, but I really want to start at a level playing field. This first episode gave me so much hope that I'm not really even worried about that because I know if it does happen, it's not enough to ruin the rest of the group. I think the rest of the group already knows what's going on. They have full understanding about their friendship or lack thereof. And it's not going to bog them down and it's not going to bog the show down because there's so many other things going on. And there's a lot of people who are adept to doing good things on reality TV, doing good things in the public eye. Like they have enough going on in their lives where I'm not really even worried about it. Like if it happens, it happens as long as we don't spend too much time on it. That comes down to production. If we spend too much time and we start twisting the narrative into, well, how do you feel about this fractured friendship? Like I don't care honestly. Like we can move on because we have enough going on with the rest of the women on the show that it would actually be a disservice to everything that they're doing and all of the good personalities that we have. If we spend too much time on Shamiya versus Portia because production decides, oh, we're going to put Shamiya in the center again. She can't handle the center. I mean, she wasn't on the show for years and she wanted to be on the show. Finally got onto the show. You guys threw her into the center. She couldn't handle it. So no, it shouldn't be a mainstay. Agreed. Agreed. Simple as that. And I think you're right. And I didn't see in this episode reasons to worry about that. And I'm not trying to pinpoint and find ways that this could go wrong. It's just it's more like a hopeful stance of like, God, if they can just be cordial, this group is going to have so much fucking fun. It's going to be so much fun to watch. But I forgot completely that Shamiya went on YouTube to do a grand apology to everybody. So we have to obviously rehash that and open that door. And, you know, Drew doing her interpretation of Shamiya, which was kind of funny. I'll give her that one. But again, like this to me feels like because of last season, because we propped her up. Now she's coming in with this big quote unquote apology of this, you know, grand nature that doesn't really land. I don't think most of the group cares. I think it's just a it's coming back up because Drew's like, well, you took a shot at me and that whole thing. I don't see that becoming a big issue, but it also shines a light on the other fractures that we have in the group, you know, like Phaedra. She didn't believe Angela last season and Drew wants to get to know Phaedra. Phaedra doesn't want to get to know Drew. So you have just these little scraps going on that are kind of residual from last season, which again, I do believe is going to just be swept clean. I don't think we're going to get stuck. Phaedra, I know for a fact will grin and bear certain things. She's not going to drag out stupid shit. She's going to, she might talk shit behind their back, but to their face, like, yeah, we're fine. Don't worry about it. So I'm not worried about that one. Angela is so unbothered so much of the time that that doesn't worry me either. And Drew and Angela, as we know, because we see that potentially somebody trying to drive wedge between the two of them, because Shamia is saying, well, Angela said this and Drew's like, I said all of this to Angela already. So that doesn't matter. And that goes back to the Hawks game. So much happens in this scene that we weren't privy to prior to this season. It's like, well, apparently at the Hawks game, somebody approached Angela and said, I was the fingers or something like that, like alluding to the Junebug situation to which Phadra's response was I pulled the tape and I listened. That's not what happened. And this is why you can't trust Phadra when she tells you she did or didn't do something because we go to Phadra's confessional. It's like, did you pull the tape? No, no, I asked somebody to though. What tape? Yeah. But that's the best part because she like starts to confess, then she's like, I'm not going to confess. I asked somebody to do it and they ran the tape. Yep. That's what happened. Mm hmm. No, they didn't. Sure. No, they didn't. And it's okay, honestly, because like that's the type of quirky behavior that you're going to expect from her anyway. And again, it really just depends on how Angela is going to handle all of it. Because I see what you're saying where, yes, she could easily dip a toe back into that and it could be enough to rehash the whole thing all over again. And then we're stuck again and we don't want to do that. And I don't think that's going to happen. I really don't. I do think she's going to try and Angela has a season under her belt. I think she's going to try to poke and prod a little bit. But once she realizes it's not worth it or I'm not going to get an honest answer out of Phadra regardless and nobody else seems to really care. We can move on. And I think that's pretty much what we're going to see. And I think it's really just going to be consolidated to this episode. Like, all right, I'm back with a drink again. Let me just see what happens. Let's just talk about it a little bit. Not enough to really steer the conversation this way to get everybody's input to really talk about the whole thing and go back to the reunion and all that bullshit. I just want to see what she says when I do this. Okay, Charles is here too. He doesn't seem to give a shit. He's just cracking up with K Michelle over here. That's good enough for me. We can move forward. I think that's what we're going to get. I do too. And I think I'm airing out all my concerns now just so I can like be free of them. Because I just, I have such high hopes for the season now. You're balancing the episode because all I'm doing is just full on. Maybe that's it. But it deserves that. It does. It does. And that's good. You're getting that from me. You're getting that from me. There has to be somebody on this podcast that's going to ask some questions. It's not going to be me. I'm having too much fun. I'm okay with that. But again, I think we can just put her as our normal barometer now that we've worked through this episode because again with K Michelle, she's sitting at the table and she's like, I thought this was going to be a classy event, but I'm not putting up with all this bullshit. She goes with the dudes to go to go smoke a stogie. I'm like, hell yes. And Angela goes after. She's like, Hey, you got to come back. And she's like, no, I fucking don't. I'm the hell I do. Exactly. I'm staying her right the fuck here. But we get one last little interaction between Portia, Kelly and Shamiah. And this was the other stuff didn't really worry me. I was just seeing things. I'm like, Oh, I hope we don't get stuck here. I hope we don't get stuck here. This I didn't care for because Kelly goes to bat for Shamiah against Portia out of nowhere. And again, read the room on this one. The whole night, the only time shit has popped off is when Shamiah and Drew were doing that bullshit. You had a quick little thing with Angela and Phaedra and drew over there. That was squashed pretty quickly. Even fate or sorry, Porsche was like, we're not doing this right now. Like just everybody chill out and they do. And we kind of mellow out. Then you have Kelly going to bat for Shamiah. And I'm like, why? Why right now? One, you're at Portia's house. Two, Shamiah is not bringing it up. Three, this to me looks like you're throwing your hat in Shamiah's ring. I don't want to see that. I want to see you stand alone, Kelly, because I think you can do a good job. I think that she could be a great solo housewife. She doesn't need to be on a team. And this to me screams I'm on Shamiah's team. But also it should really just be between Shamiah and Porsche. Correct. Other people really just should be. And then Porsche says that too, by the way. Yeah. Like other people should not be involved. And I'm okay again, because it's going to happen. They're on the same show together. They have a fractured friendship or no friendship at all, whatever you want to say. It should just be between the two of them. I do not want to see because it's going to put Kelly in a bad place. So look, Kelly might make some good points for Shamiah on Shamiah's behalf. But we should still see Shamiah make good points for herself on her own behalf. And it doesn't seem like we're really getting that or it doesn't seem like we're going to get the type of Shamiah that's going to be able to stand on her. She's going to scramble this year. I don't want to see the first episode Kelly standing up for you out of nowhere, because it then ruins two housewives because it shows me that Shamiah can't stand up for herself. And it shows me that Kelly's immediately standing up for Shamiah, but she has no legs to stand. Like it's just, it's a bizarre situation. And I'm right now, I mean, if you have to claim a team, which I'm sure when we get the questions in a second, they're going to ask us who's side of you on. I'm on Porsches side right now because I do think that Porsches side is, whether you think it's right or not for the friendship, it's better for the show to be on Porsches side because the rest of the crew is not really getting involved. It's just Kelly. So no, I'm not going to stand with the two of them. I don't care what points they have to make. No, I agree. I think that that's perfectly said. On the episode ends with Mike. Thank you all for coming out. Oh, shut up. Shit. Okay. I didn't know we were at your house, Mike. That's a weird thing to say, dude. That's when I was like, big question marks on Mike. I'm like, that, that's very presumptuous to get up and give a speech on Porsches behalf for her party, unless she asked you to give a speech on your behalf. She may have. Maybe. Maybe Porsches just didn't feel like doing it. I don't know, but I love that everybody is like in confessionals like, what did he say? Like, who the fuck is this guy? Like the whole, the whole party clocked it the same way I did. Like, oh, that's a weird thing to say, Mike. Yeah. But all in all, fantastic premiere. Phenomenal. It got me very excited for the rest of the season. I am so excited to keep watching this show. We've been waiting for a very long time for Atlanta to get back to what it can do. I think we might, we might, I'm not going to do what you did. Because we, we might be back. We might be back. Only that, but I'm just starting off questions right away. Oh, that girl Courtney said, we are so back. God damn, everybody chill. Let me just scan real quick and see if there's any word so fucking backs. No, but we did get Ryan Stoman 83. I know it's early, but do you think it's Kelly and Shami as last season? Sure. Yeah. Why not? I'll leave it into that. It could be very well. It would be. Look, I think that Kelly again, she has more to offer than just being Shami is like partner in crime. I think she has enough going on and I think that she should be trying to spend more time talking to the other women in the cast. Like I don't think that she's burned any bridges as far as I can see. You're going to burn bridges if you're going to support Shami against Portia. It's just going to happen. Correct. From Christon, can we get a K Michelle and Charles Oakley spin off? I just want to see, we don't need a full spin off. I don't know what we would have with that, but I do just want to see the so crappy lake type run. That would be funny. Yeah. I just want to see the two of them sitting at all of these events together, just making fun of everybody. That would be great. Car millionaires should be trying too hard. Absolutely. Yes. Yeah. 150% way too hard. Yeah. Mo Higgins, do you think the season will be better than last season? Undoubtedly. This episode is better than last season. Yeah, it already is. Oh man, that's funny. Okay. Uh, ooh, from B. Hit, do you think Porsches date charged her money or did it for another IMD? Oh God, you have a TJ situation? Yeah, that would be very funny. Wow. Another person, J.Bae the Hutt, 713, more Charles Oakley and K Michelle scenes. I agree. Yeah, they're great together. Let's see. Oh, underscore Charles underscore 96. Did it feel like a tennis match to anybody else at that dinner shade left and right? Yeah, it actually did. It seemed like everybody was keeping up the volley and just kind of keeping the whole thing going. I think that's why it flowed so well and it was so entertaining. Agreed. Um, oh, we got a couple of, yeah, one right after that. Yeah, popo dilly. This all seems so fake and overacted to me or you guys even interested in the show. We are an hour and two minutes into this episode and yeah, we certainly were very interested in the show. Yeah. Yeah. Even if it is overacted, I don't care. They're doing a great job. It's very convincing. Ari Ferrari has the same sentiment. Am I the only one that feels the show is overproduced? Doesn't feel authentic anymore? Well, whatever it is that they're doing, they can continue to do it because it's working. So if it is overacted, then they better overact all season because it's just, it's good shit. Yeah. Uh, K looker was curious that either of you ever watched love and hip hop Atlanta. That's how I know K Michelle. I know what it is, but I never watched it. No. Yeah. I've seen episodes. I've never watched a full season. No. Um, let's do a couple more. You can find them. No, we probably only have one more in here to be honest. How about this one from Alex Britain 95? If you were just like the parentheses in here, if you were dating Porsche parentheses, oh, amazing. Would you feel weird about going to her house because of Simon? No. No. I mean, I loved, I love the production of putting the ghost of Simon in there, but no, I, I, yeah, I don't think so, but the Ugg amazing is very funny. The Ugg amazing is what made that one worth it. But yeah, I mean, just good shit. I don't have a whole lot to say like this. If this is the, the speed that we can expect all season, it's going to be a great season. Of course there's going to be moments where you're going to question is it over produced this and that, but hey, we've been asking for Atlanta to give for years now and they are. So let's not go crazy and say it's back already, but we're on the right track. We deserve to get a little crazy sometimes. It's about every time we do the show. Just take. Just take. All right. But just like, even if you don't mean it, just say it and see how it feels. No. Dude, if they can do the second episode like this, I'll say it. They're going to do it because it's back. I hope. Oh boy. That's all I got. You got anything else? Nope. That's our show. Atlanta is back, baby. There you go. Don't get it. Fucking jinxed it. Bye.
