It's kind of like getting your face stickled, but gently applying pressure. And it really relaxes the face tension, the face muscles, everything. I'm going to pick which one I like better out of two. It's just a little self-care ritual that I want you to do, because I know how much you work and how much you are focused on other people. And I want you to get back to yourself as well and do a little grounding ritual. And let's pick the affirmation card. The one that you need to hear is just an affirmation for your soul and your spirit. I didn't give anyone else a self-care card or affirmation. I love everyone here, but you're my best friend. So, okay. Let's start with the self-care card. Let's start with this one. Let it out. Breathe in everything good and breathe out everything negative with every breath out. Breathe out something unnecessary, negative thoughts, emotions, memories, whatever is weighing you down. Let it out through your breath. Do this for eight minutes. Breathing in general calms the body down and relaxes the mind. Intentionally letting go of negativity with every breath out will allow you to feel lighter and even more powerful. And you know what? This is also breathe in the moment. Look at that. You've let it out in another breath one. Relax your eyes and breathe in and out normally. Pay attention to your breathing as if it were a captivating story. What part of your body is doing the breathing? Is it your diaphragm, chest, or your whole body? How rapid is your breathing? Are your breaths quick or drawn out? Do you find it difficult to breathe? Is there any pain in your breath? It says everything you can about your breaths after breathe intentionally for eight minutes. Wow. Do this for eight minutes to let it out on. So pay attention to your breath in this moment. And then breathe out anything unnecessary, every overthinking thought. You breathe it out and it will dissolve. Dissolve, dissolve. You don't have to do anything about these thoughts, about these memories, or overthinking of the future, the worries. Just acknowledge it and let it out. And remember this, whatever you are going through, you are growing through. Your mistakes and struggles are opportunities for growth. Nothing is happening to you but happening for you. Take a moment and have gratitude for your current experiences. Observe and breathe. You got this friend. You are doing amazing, better than you think. Just like I said, you look better than you think. You know, you hear those thoughts that beat yourself up. But also the thoughts that beat yourself up for should have what if good if overthinking or nostalgia of the past, overthinking or worrying of the future. Everything will work out.
