The gentleman we're about to learn about today teaches that when you move your body and use your voice with purpose, your energy changes too. Yes, so let's try to get a quick and fun stand up tall like a little and more the sorrows back. Take one deep breath in and as you breathe out stretch your arms up to the sky. Now clap your hands three times first. One, two, three. Are you ready friends? Say yes. Yes, say yes. Yes, say yes. Yes. Today's lesson is about something very powerful and very real. It's about how you'll focus your words, your beliefs, your body and your actions shape your life over time. This isn't by accident. This is very strategic. That's right. This isn't an accident. This isn't a mistake. That's right. It's about how God designed your mind, your body and your heart to work together. The Bible teaches us that our words matter. What we say affects how we think. What we think affects how we act. And today we're learning about a leader who teaches millions of people how to take responsibility for what they focus on and how they respond to life. Daniel, is it time for the story of the day? Absolutely. Start up the time machine destiny. It's time to rewind the clock. Hold on. Hey ladies, dear leaders. Three, two, one. Wow, wow here. We made it. Once upon a time in North Hollywood, California, a baby boy named Tony was born February 29, 1960. And he was so cute. He was loved and precious, but his childhood wasn't always easy. There were seasons of uncertainty, loud emotions and times when his family struggled to get by. But even as a little boy, Tony noticed something important. Two people could go through the same hard moment. And one would give up while the other would rise. That question stayed with him. There came a moment that changed everything. When Tony was around 11 years old, something happened that he never forgot. One Thanksgiving day on a year that they were struggling, a stranger knocked on his family's door. The stranger brought groceries, bags full of groceries, and a turkey, simply because he cared. No cameras, no reward, just kindness, love. Wow, that's so kind. Tony must have been so excited. He sure was. That moment planted a seed. Tony decided that if someone could help him during the hard season, one day he could help others too. And he kept that promise. When Tony was a little bit older, he helped two families facing hunger. And later in life, he reached a beautiful and big goal. Oh wow, he so did. Tony helped provide over 1 billion meals to people in need. One moment of kindness grew into a lifetime of service. And as Tony grew up, he became more and more curious. That's right. And he thought, why do some people stay stuck? And others changed their life for greatness. He studied how people think, move, speak. He noticed that leaders focused differently. Talk to themselves differently. Move their bodies differently. And make decisions instead of excuses. Yes, so powerful. And that curious boy grew into a famous teacher, leader, and speaker. And that little boy grew up to be Tony Robbins. Some under her world loves. And he and his family keep helping people all over the world. Tony teaches that when something happens, you always have powerful choices. Yes, choices that save your life. What do I focus on? Your brain looks for whatever you aim at. If you're looking for what's wrong, you'll find it. But if you're looking for what's right, you'll find that too. That's right. If you're looking for what's wrong, you'll sure find it. But if you're looking for what's right, you'll find that too. And here's another one. What meaning do I give it? Is this happening to me? Or for me? Yes, for me. Yes, Destiny. The meaning you choose creates the feeling. And the feeling shapes what you do next. Here's another one. How do I use my body? Standing tall, breathing deeply, moving with energy, joy, gratitude and love. I like to do the Wonder Woman stands. It makes me feel powerful. Yes, I love it when he talks about the superhero stances. Me too. It makes us feel powerful. Tony teaches that when you change your body, you change your state. And when your state changes, your thoughts and decisions change too. That's why I invite people to jump, clap, smile and move. To remind the body what strength feels like. He shares this in his teachings and techniques. Here's another one. What will I do next? Your actions shape your future. Change your focus. Choose a wiser meaning. Move your body with strength. And your actions begin to change too. And friends, there's one more part of this leader's life that really matters. Yes, that's right. So much. Tony often says that success doesn't mean much. If you don't have love, connection and purpose. He speaks openly about how much he loves and respects his wife, say, drobbins. Yes, see that at what is I? Tony teaches that pouring into marriage, listening, learning, growing and loving. It's one of the most important choices a leader can make. He reminds us that strong leaders don't just build businesses. They're building strong families. Tony and Sage raise their children with intention. Focusing on love, learning, emotional awareness and joy. Yes, because success with love for fulfillment is empty. But love, growth and contrabufin created. Relegacy. Exactly, Destiny. Love, growth and contribution created true legacy. They remind parents and children that real fulfillment comes from caring deeply. For the people that got us placed in your life. Yes, and from how well you love the people closest to you. Friends, we want to share something small and lovely. Our mommy went through a season that might cause some people to give up hope while facing really big challenges. And around that time, she attended unleashed the power within. A seminar that she discouraged for responsibility and belief. She even walked on hot calls. Oh my goodness, did that hurt? Daddy did it too with her. They did it together. They said it didn't hurt. That would be exciting to try one day. What in it? It sure would. Maybe one day we'll train like they did in that seminar. But listen, learning new ways to think did not replace faith. It gave her the courage to trust God more deeply. She leaned into courage. Prayed harder than before. And surrendered everything to God with love and trust. And just a couple years later, God answered some prayers. I was born. And on Daniel's second birthday, he prayed for a little sister. And that was me. Yes, and it's an example that rather than giving up, you can commit stronger to faith. Prepare for prayers. Believe more. Tell your body it's healthy enough to do something. That's why I love this story. And look at us or prove. It sets a puzzle to be over with you guys. And me too. That was such a great story. Okay friends, what did we learn? We learned that words don't replace faith. They shape it to become more powerful. And we also learn what you focus on, becomes what you feel. And what you feel helps you decide what you do next.
