Summary

The hosts discuss the latest episodes of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 and The Valley Season 1, analyzing cast dynamics, relationship conflicts, and emerging storylines. Key tensions include Dorit's public criticism of PK, Kyle's conflicting loyalties, Amanda's authenticity questions, and relationship struggles across both franchises.

Insights
  • Reality TV authenticity is increasingly valued over image management—cast members are willing to air personal crises on camera rather than maintain curated public personas
  • New cast members face significant credibility challenges when they appear overly calculated or lack genuine connection to existing cast dynamics
  • Infertility and divorce narratives are becoming central emotional anchors that drive cast alliances and create natural support networks within franchises
  • Wealth and lifestyle differences create natural hierarchies that determine social positioning and alliance-building within ensemble casts
  • Production influence on narrative framing is becoming more transparent to audiences, affecting how cast members strategically manage their storylines

Do you feel that? I can feel you coming closer to me. I can feel the energy. It's happening. It's all happening. Oh, she knows she would say. I keep telling Charlie, I'm like, your friend Courtney's coming. Your friend Courtney's coming. I'm like, you better be a good boy. He's been a naughty boy. Why? What has he been doing? He just wakes up all the time. Maybe he just wants to hang out. He has massive foamo is what I'm understanding. A thousand percent. He's his mother's son. Now he's waking up at 10 p.m. I'm like, what are you doing at 10 p.m.? And then it's just like, what are you doing at 10 p.m.? You're watching traders or something? You know he's a fan. He took us two hours to get through traders because of Charlie. Just let him watch it. I brought him in the room eventually because I was like, this is crazy. Anytime you set him down, he was sleeping, but he knew. And so finally, I bring him in the room. And he literally, as soon as he got into our room, he looked up in this smile on his face. I won. I won. I got in the bin. Yep. That's all he wants. OK, he's a big fan of the round table. I cannot wait for us to talk about that. What an episode. No spoilers, obviously, because it hasn't been long enough for everyone, but wow, wow, wow. Well, Monday will be fun because we can debrief the entire weekend, the peacock thing on Sunday, on the boat. And then look out for us. And we'll be together. We'll be together. But on peacock, it is airing at 10 a.m. The sale gate. There'll be a bunch of your favorite Bravo people there. I think it's also on NBC. I've told my dad, hey, make sure you look out for us. He said, whoa, it's, I'm busy. It's doing what? My dad also has three TVs in the room. Just put one of them on peacock. My dad's is our number one fan. He wears his two-judgy girls' merch. He got TikTok. And he looks at our TikToks. And he tries to talk to me about them. But he doesn't know how to comment or anything like that. No, like I can tell when my dad goes on TikTok, because it'll be like, you have like a hundred notifications. And like, oh my god, something went viral. It's just my dad has liked every video I've ever posted, which is so nice. Like they do support us the way they know how to. I'm very curious how the whole thing will go. I feel like we're going to be playing a game of some sort on what kind of game. I don't, like, like, mad overboard. No, for some reason. It's traitors, but when you banish someone, they have to go walk the plank. For some reason, I'm imagining games, because it's super bowl. I'm imagining a cooking segment with Tom Calicchio. I think that is right on the money. I sure we're going to get like mini hot dogs, you know. It's just like how you elevate them. Mary loves them, picking up like it. I'm obsessed with thinking, and then I'm like, they're the best. They are. You just got so excited for a potential PIB. They're delicious. You have to get the crescent role so, you know, and hand wrap them yourself. I'm not going to tell World Fame Chef Tom Calicchio how he's going to do a pig in the blanket. I'll tell you that much. Oh my goodness. But I'm looking forward to it. I think it's going to be really fun. Obviously, go Patriots. Like I said, I'm just happy we're there. I think I have such low expectations that anything will be great for me. You don't think it will be a close game. That's what you're saying. No, I'm not saying that at all. I'm saying. We were in a rebuilding year. So the fact that in a rebuild year, we've made it to the Super Bowl is just like win enough. Now, if we won, you won't see me the rest of the day. Where will I be unclear? At the celebration party, location to be determined. Exactly. And it could be a celebration party of one. Just me. We don't even know where we're watching the Super Bowl. We have not even made plans. We have not even made plans. Like there's like, I have plans tonight. We have plans tomorrow night. We have our event on Sunday. And then we're like, we, should we figure out where to actually watch the game for the reason we're all together? We will see. We will see. So we had recorded our Southern Charm episode like Wednesday before Watchtrap happens live. But did you watch some of the clips from Watchtrap happens live? Like it was Austin and Whitner. And they were pretty funny. Austin saying that both he and Craig separately in their own high schools, both one most dramatic. Mm-hmm. Or like drama king. And so fine. I'm like, we, what was Chef? You know, we don't know what Chef was. But the two of them being most drama is 100% accurate. It computes. It computes. The big question was Andy asked, you know, Shagmaric Hill, Paige Sierra Amanda. He looks and he's like, I'm gonna marry Paige. Andy is stunned. Then he says he's gonna F Amanda, newly single. And then we know what happens to Sierra. But wow, wow, wow. Then you knew Craig and Austin are not in a good place. However, everyone hung out after the reunion. And there was some whispers that Venita wasn't there. She was. I also think they could be in a good place. And Austin just does that because I think he had a little buzz going on at that point. I don't know if you saw there huge glasses of beer that they were drinking, but I don't think that was the first drink of the night. I think we are gonna have a lot of beer. I'm kind of in the beer right now. Oh, it's so, it's been very warm up here. I'm talking 70. A beer just sounds great. It's been like 87 down here. That's warm for here. No, I know it's just so funny when you're like, it has been so hot here. We hit 70. I every night, I'm like, Michael, turn on the fans. The windows need to be open. I'm dying. I also don't know how to dress the baby when it's over 70 because it's never been a problem. So, I don't know the, I just am like, do you wear a short sleeve? We don't even have short sleeves. Oh, time to go shopping. Yeah, Andy gets a kick out of them. Like, Andy has a real love for whenever they come on that on Watch What Happens Live, like he knows it's gonna be a good time. And just like watching them progressively get drunker and just have a blast, it makes it fun. He totally loves them. I feel like they have the dead and company thing. It, you know, Andy's a boys boy. It's been over a decade. They're buddies, they're friends. They're right. They're getting high, listening to the dead, you know, jamming. Jamming. And just like, however, they want like dancing like nobody's watching. Exactly. Okay. Speaking of watching, thoughts on the road Island trailer. It was very long, about three minutes. We have a lot of women. There's seven de loruses and one Ashley I from the Bachelor I. I am so mad about Ashley. I can't get over in this. She is not housewives to me. She is ABC. She is the Bachelor. She was so crazy with Jared. I can't believe they got married. She was genuinely psychotic. I'm sorry. I just remember her crying a ton. But she does cry in the trailer as well. All eight of them, including de lorus, are brunette. But yeah, we have a Kelsey. We have a Rula, a de lorus, a Liz, a Joe Ellen. I love some people, some people with two names, you know. Just some of them with two names. Not all. Mary Kate Olson, you're on thin ice, baby. What happened to the Olsons? They are living their life in private. I love them. Mysterious. We love an Olson movie. A passport to Paris. Don't even get me started. New York minute, you bet. I mean, I grew up on Full House. They raised me. That was my babysitter. Mm. Wow. They were so young. Uncle Jesse. They're younger than you. Forever. Forever. Forever. I've been so happy loving you. Baby. And then they have the gospel singers. I had that video recorded. And we would always watch Jesse and Becky's wedding when he fell into the tomato truck. Oh my god, the hole. Oh my god, I forgot about it. He doesn't even he skydive into it. Yes. Because, you know, he was so worried. Like, I had to do one last fun thing before I get married. Then he gets stuck in the tree, falls in the tomato truck. He ends up getting arrested. You remembered the jailhouse. They have the cousin, right? Remember Stavros? Was that the cousin? Why can we remember these details and nothing else? My memory for 2018 is very good. But we have Joe Ellen, Rosie, and then Alicia. But they're all vernet. So we'll figure it out. I mean, Andy Cohen wrote, remember when you guys couldn't tell Meredith and Lisa apart, you'll figure it out. Like, it's going to take us a few episodes. But I thought this was packed with drama. I mean, it looks like we've got to grow with two boy friends. She seems to be open and she's Kelsey. I know this because they did a little clip of Kelsey. Maybe it's Queen's a bravo that had featured Kelsey. And I was like, wait, it is Kelsey dating Nick Cannon because it has so many partners. So I think that there's enough drama that is going to hold us over. It gave me, I know Dolores is there, but very Jersey vibes. I'm excited for new fresh meat. What do you think they will be holding? They showed the single shots of them and they have like silhouettes and somebody's holding, I mean, what looks to be a round pearl? Okay, cute. I like that. I think it's Jersey holds nothing. Yeah, why don't they hold a meatball? Yeah. We've said this before. It's true. It's Jersey the only one though that doesn't hold something. And I think DC maybe. We've talked about it as a cow. Right, right. They should be holding bills. Sure, schoolhouse rock. Scrolls all I N G K. Anyways, it doesn't matter. We'll never see them. We got to talk about Beverly Hills. We got to talk about Shaw's anything before we get into that. Do you want me to update you on Nancy Guthrie? Please. Oh, that's the kind of the crazy thing. There really isn't updates. We had Savannah's video. So we had talked about this on our Patreon. That was on our mind. And since then, Savannah and her siblings have released a video that seemed directed towards the kidnappers, which makes me believe that there's validity to the ransom notes that were sent to both TMZ and a local Arizona affiliate. It's day six and there are no suspects or persons of interest. Savannah did her message two days ago with the brother and the sister. Last night, the brother sent another video. They're basically asking is she alive? Because they don't know if these ransom notes are real. Somebody was arrested for a fake one that had Bitcoin. Oh, wow. The number one thing they're trying to figure out right now is are these ransom notes valid? 50,000 dollar reward right now, but they have no communication with the kidnappers. It just feels like there's no, they have no trail. It's kind of crazy. Usually when these things happen, I feel like every morning, I kind of wake up and there's new stuff, but there really isn't. So on January 31st, Nancy travels to a local family's home. She's dropped back off at 9.48, 9.50, her garage door closes. February 1st, 147 AM, the doorbell camera disconnects. Then at 2.12 AM, software detects a person on camera, but there's no video available, no subscription. So basically, it seems like they wait 20 minutes after they deactivated the cameras. 2.28 AM, her pacemaker app shows disconnect from the phone. So that's like, essentially when she leaves the house, probably at 12 AM, the next day, people start looking for her because she didn't show up to church. But it's just so crazy that there's no videos in that whole, it's not a cold attack, but street. They really have no leads. It's really scary. It's really sad. She's 84. I just don't know what's going to happen with this one. I'm hoping that they do have some leads and they're just not sharing with us to protect the safety because I think sometimes if you have info or you worry that something's going to happen that they're going to do it, I saw also saw a report that they think that she's definitely safe, but just scared. Today was, is the opening ceremonies for the Olympics. Savannah was supposed to go out there. Craig Melvin was supposed to go out there. They both canceled. Hota returned to the Tade Show. Today, it's so sad and it's like, what's the motive? Who kidnaps an 84 year old woman? They also seem to be asking for the help from the public. I feel like they have no leads. I'm being serious. It's really, really scary. And that's why they keep on sending these messages because they're hoping to get in contact with them. This is the only way they know how to. So I just don't know what's going to happen. It's very, very sad situation. I hope she's found and safe and everything is OK. It's awful. It's awful. Let's take a break and lighten things up. I can't believe it. But this has to be to move in with him. I mean, you practically live a bit off already, but that's great. Did you hear that, Joe? Yes, thanks for letting us know. Okay, I honestly, I almost felt dumb watching this episode because I wasn't understanding what was going on. I was like, what are we fighting about? I don't even like Amanda, but she had an opinion because, guys, Amanda watched every single episode of this, so she knows who PK is, the way that we know PK. She also pretends as if she's never seen the show. Like I've never been at a dinner where I cry. Like have you watched housewives? You pretending you don't know what happens when you literally probably bought Kyle's house in order to get a step closer to casting on this season? Like it is so crazy to me that we are now still focused on the word accosted and what's so funny about the whole thing is that Amanda kind of played her cards, right? She escaped a fight just like the Colt. She probably used the same tactics that she escaped the Colt to escape this fight and put blame on two Kyle Richards. The fact that we have two Kyle and Amanda's in the bravo sphere right now that are focused on us. We've got Kyle and Amanda on Summer House. We've got Kyle and Amanda on Beverly Hills. Cause we really have to specify who we're talking about. Very true, very true. To read can't get over the fact that Kyle hates her. Well, I think what it is too, and I think Rachel really spelled it out what the issue is is Kyle in general is saying, Dreet, don't put your shit out on camera. You don't want it to be used against you. However, she's not saying it really like that because she's still playing to the side of Mo and PK. Even the fact that Eric admitted that in a confessional this week, I was like, whoa, because Erica plays Switzerland a lot. And the fact that she was like, Kyle's obviously keeping, like in this PK combo because she wants to keep Mo close. And Kyle really has no space to talk about this because she really cannot relate to what Duri, what Rachel, what Sutton, any of them have gone through with regards to the divorce and being in the public eye because Kyle is so image obsessed. She's so worried about what the Umanski Richards family looks like to the public. And she's quote unquote protecting the family that she has no way to relate to this because she's also not even going to file. They both are calling each other's bluff on who's going to file, to Mauricio or Kyle. So she really cannot relate to the situation because she also wants her husband back and Duri's lighting the world on fire to take down PK. I appreciate watching Duri want to take down PK. I love that for her. People are like, oh, can you imagine what PK had to go through? I'm like, what we're not going to do is feel sorry for PK. And I think it's very interesting because I liked how Duri was like, you know exactly what PK is saying. You don't pretend you don't. Mo tells you everything. You have more information about PK than I do. And he's a manipulator. I know him better than anyone else. So don't gaslight me on that situation. But I do think Kyle has Duri's best interests. I really, really do. I think she's just saying, you should not be saying this stuff on camera. I'm telling you, it's going to make your life worse. So I'm trying to say, don't do it. It's going to make it might bite you in the ass, you know? And I'm saying it because I care about you. That's her intention is there. So I get it. But I also think instead the way she's handling it on camera is also to protect PK. Like she's playing both sides of the fence here because even Bose says it. Like I think Kyle has your best interests in her. And I think Bose plays everything pretty legitimately. Like outside of relationships with men of her own, Bose is saying she thinks Kyle has your best interests. I think she does. Right. And Duri does listen to Bose, you know? And she says Duri, I guess you're willing to assume the risk of publicly speaking and see what happens. So we have to accept that. And I love to what Rachel said though, because Rachel's also projecting her own issues right now with Roger because this is still the day of her divorce is being, you know, in the public. And she's like, I am so sick of having to be the perfect person and be on and be the business woman, be the best like ex-wife, mother, daughter, everything. I'm always having to be perfect. I'm fucking sick of it. Like if I want to just vent to my girlfriends, I want to be authentically myself. I don't care if a fucking camera is there. I just want to be able to have a breakdown around my friends and my Chanel clothing. Yes. And I love because I think at this point, it doesn't matter. PK also has no money. He's doing whatever he can to make Duri's life a living hell. And so if Duri wants to badmouth him, just fucking do it. Deal with the consequences later if you want to. I obviously understand the logistics of putting it out there, but at the same time, he's terrible. He's absolutely terrible. I don't think Kyle's trying to protect him, though. I really, really don't. I think she thinks he's correct. I think she gets the info from Mo. And I think Mo tells things about PK and I think Kyle believes that or wants to believe that because she wants to keep Mo on her good side. Ooh, I didn't think about it like that. Do you have plenty of instances of PK being terrible? I think she literally fell in love with PK. I don't know how, but you know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think he talked a big game. I think he was this rich guy who had technically filed for bankruptcy, but don't worry about it, babe. I'll get all the money back. Right. What accent that was, I'm sorry, I don't know. But I think very much is PK sold her a bill of goods and was like, I'll take care of you. She fell in love with this guy. I really do think she was in love with PK. And then the world started crumbling. I think that's all accurate. I honestly, I don't care about this fight. I really don't. I think it's boring. It's kind of like a Lucy Lucy Apple juicy to me. We're exhausting the situation. I'm kind of tired of talking about it, to be honest. It doesn't, oh, this like doesn't excite me at all. It's not the PK stuff that excites me. It's watching Kyle under eat battle each other and the fact is what I find interesting about this season too is even though there's a majority because everyone hates Amanda. So the cast is kind of together. Kyle doesn't really have people kissing your ass this season. I was thinking about that because the amount of screen time Amanda and Kyle have together one on one is actually insane. The furniture, the hiking, they seem to have the house. Yes, they seem to have like an alliance of some sort. But I'm like, Kyle, why didn't you align with Sutton? I mean, I know like Doreet and Erica in a really good spot and her and Bozy. But in real life right now, Kyle Erica are not on Doreet side because there's a huge fight that happens in Italy and they've never recovered from that. So it's Kyle and Erica against Doreet. But Erica, Erica, Erica to me, like I said, a Switzerland in a way. She's like, I'm friends with Kyle. I think she is Kyle's number one. Okay. But I think Doreet kind of has the majority. Doreet, it's Bo's, it's Rachel. Sutton's gonna go whoever takes her. She just wants to be, she wants to be above Amanda. Like Sutton, I know, I was thinking about it. She wishes Avi was here because she and Avi would be poppin' champagne or vodka grapefruit in her closet kicking their feet up that she's finally in with the cool girls and they have all have a common enemy in Amanda. They would be celebrating. Like she is just happy that the attention is not on her and if she can feed info to Doreet to get Doreet on her side and like Rachel likes her, she is wherever you want me. What did you think about Doreet finally saying? I thought you ran away from a cult and bringing out the whole cult situation. I don't know that it was necessarily the right moment, but great. What I've also noticed is that Amanda has not talked about the cult and I'm very curious if she has with production. I kind of did some research and it's just a Pentecostal church it sounds like, like Mary Cosby's. Doreet also says in the after show that she scrubbed the website and she couldn't find where it said the 2011 blog and then Amanda says, oh, I'm writing about it in my next book, The Cult. But it's very strange because she's never said what kind of cult it is. She's one of those people where it's like her perception of what happened when it's maybe not reality of what happened. I think we could see that in the show. Who she is. Right. I just think it's very strange that we haven't gone any details about the cult and even like production saying, tell us more about this cult. Usually you get this huge backstory on it and I don't know if it's just been edited out. I don't know if the questions have actually been asked, but it feels strange that we don't have the background history. When this seems to be like a plot point, a storyline, but if she's writing a book on it, of course she would scrub that blog because she's got, we know it's self published, guys. She's gonna write her own book herself. So she probably removed that so that she can get the details and put it in a book and then hoping that maybe that's her second season storyline. She's very calculated in the way that she presents her life. I think she left a cult to start a cult of her own. So she's using those same tactics to get women to purchase her courses. Perhaps she doesn't want the details out there about the cult because she's doing it very true. Again, based on nothing but vibes. Yeah. Okay, I also want to talk about when Rachel leaves the table and she is having her mentee be, and I freaking love Rachel. And I love that Doree followed her and came out for her. And I feel like this was very true. This was very authentic. However, do you feel like if this was like anyone else, people would be like, she took away from the moment or the fight? I think because Doree and Rachel had that conversation before and Rachel backed Doree up like a master. I've Kyle crazy that Rachel's on Doree's side and not her side. Doree was like, he's Rachel. She's like, I'm Rachel. She cannot believe Rachel's though is on her side. She, the smile that came across her face. She's like, I can't remember clearly when Rachel's though was on my side. Well, I think they have late night siggies together. They go. They're in Sedona. They are chilling on the balcony of the little daisy. And they are smoking siggies, talking shit on their exes. They're in similar predicaments. Again, I thought Rachel was already divorced and even realized that she hadn't filed yet. And as we said before, Doree was looking for this kind of person in Kyle who wouldn't give that to her. And she's found it in Rachel, especially as Doree as the fashion girlie. She probably did have some sort of idolization of Rachel. I mean, Erica literally introduced herself as Rachel to Rachel. This is an icon to them. And the fact that she's so real and so chill and like easily fits in with the cast, Doree cannot believe her luck. She was shocked, you know, especially to go against like Kyle, the queen bee, the, the, yes, I think you're right though. If it was Sutton that had walked out like this, they would have been like here Sutton looking to her attention. Oh, Lee. She gets a pass. Even though this was, she's like, I know what, you know, verbal assault is. I am in such a vulnerable state today. I'm like freaking ticking time bomb. You know, she puts on her glasses. She starts crying, you know, she's like, I'm so sick of holding shit together. Now she's kind of scared too. Like if I stay stuck to Amanda, is this going to come and bite me in the ass? If I vent, am I going to be judged? I do not want to be judged in my girlfriend, in front of my girlfriends when I'm venting. Is this a safe space for me? Because she's just, she's having her spiral. You're totally right. By the way, I went to dinner in Santa Monica last night for my friends birthday. We went across the street from this restaurant. Oh, fun. We like walked out. I was like, oh, Edgemar, Beverly Hills. Should we go for a drink there? I'm like, no, it's too close. It feels too real going there. Sure. The dive bar with the Christmas lights. The funny moments, I loved when Jennifer Tilly was like, come on, everyone has Google Amanda. We all go on Reddit. Like, this is like when Megan said she didn't Google Harry, please, we all absolutely do it. Also Jennifer Tilly. What about her bringing her chair over because she couldn't hear the drama? She's like, okay, wait, summer gets to be closer than me. Hell no, let me bring it over. I love her. She's so silly. She's so kooky. She's so corky. She's fantastic. The cane was really funny to me when the girls were outside. They bring out the cake and Jennifer is like, put it back. No, and Kyle's like, I want to leave. Bring the cakes out, Kyle. Also, I don't know if it was just the camera angle. She was literally like this cross-eyed when she was yelling at Dary. I don't know if you noticed. Like, why is she so cross-eyed in the scene? I think it's the camera. Okay, I did not notice that. Do you remember? Do you remember when Dary was like, shut up. Shut up. And then Erica was like, Dary. Dary's impression was so fucking funny. You were like, this dinner is 20 minutes and it's too long. I was loving it because I felt like Dary literally has stopped giving a shit. And before I thought with the PK and Dary's stuff like last season, I'm like, I feel like she's reaching for a storyline to stay. And now I'm like, she gives zero fucks right now. She is in this economy just trying to survive. I appreciate Dary's energy. I just don't care about Amanda using the word accosted. I do think Kyle has Dary's best interest. This fight was like a little too long for me. I understand, but I think it's good because Kyle, I flip flopping on her every week, right? She gives us some vulnerable moments. You go, my God, I feel so bad for Kyle. And then she does something like this. And she, at this point, it's like, Bose has said something. Rachel has said something. Erica has said something. Everyone at that table has kind of been like, okay, guys, let Dary say what she wants. Okay, Kyle, I do think you have your best interest. They both want to win so badly that they'll keep going. Like Dary mining like shutting up. That was, that was good. It was just so funny because I also think too is people don't talk to Kyle like that. Like Dary does not care if she's kind of on the house because she knows she has her great friend Bose. She can't believe that Rachel is here. And she, at this point, it's like the show is her paycheck and she needs it, but she's just, her life is blowing up. Kyle is not helping in the way that Dary wants her help. It was a good dinner for Dary. Yeah. And then it was like flipping back to Amanda. And I just was like laughing because I'm just thinking, Amanda, you are so out of your league here. You are so out of your element. Not one person, and if we want to go to the Amanda scene, if we want to fast forward to the Kyle and Amanda see when they're hiking. And she's like, I thought I was having a breakthrough with Bose on entrepreneurship. And Dary and I were connected because I was girl bossing her. As you said before, is that what you got from that luncheon? Well, first of all, what did you think of the whole like Bose versus Amanda telling Amanda, like you can't be in charge of how people want to respond. This is an adult thing to understand. She's saying play housewives. Talk about someone who's done her research on her. Bose has had her number since day one. And is like, who is this fake bitch coming into this group, trying to scam all of us. Like she is like, money queen. Mm-hmm. She had it. What did you think? This conversation was, I felt like Bose saying that was very strange. Why do you say that? You don't set boundaries on how people can and can't speak to you. But I think Bose saying like that's an adult thing to understand. I don't like the whole Amanda sound stupid. She's like, in my 40 years of life, like, girls, that's not impressive with these people. You know what I mean? You're the youngest of the group. When she flubbed her line, when she was like, last night, I woke up to my heart beating so fast. She had to like start her line over because she had practiced it. And delivered it poorly. And I think Bose sees through that. And it's like, you are not authentic. You don't get to come in here and spout your nonsense. You need to like play the game and realize that we're really sorry about your situation. That's terrible. But also, you are blowing this up into a bigger deal than it is. Yeah. See, once again, I'm just over this now. It's too much. We can move on. I can stay here for another 20, but we can move on. Let's go then. Let's take a break. And then let's come back and just finish up with that Kyle and Amanda Hike. I can't believe it. Thanks for asking me to move in with him. I mean, you practically live with each other already, but that's great. Did you hear that, Joe? Yes. Thanks for letting us know. I see you've updated your universal credit claim. Instead of inquiring about this year's annual bonus, auto-correctors done her dirty and asked everyone in her company who's getting an annual raise of a different kind. Shuff some more malteseers in, because now we're debating whether that's worse or better, than the time Sarah's auto-correctal to a boss, I'll be there short-list. Oh great. Emma's one. Malteseers, look on the light side. Amanda can't not wear something expensive. Like, she's hiking in a ball-main shirt. The Chanel purse. Or a panty pack. For that's her hiking bag. I just think it's embarrassing. Kyle's filming with her so much. I don't like it, because I want to like Kyle again. That's why I know you're trying to work. Trying to work for me. And then when she does this hike, I'm like, oh my god, this is getting so embarrassing. You're with the low-hanging fruit. Amanda, yeah, why is this combo not with Erica? Yeah, it's just not a good look for Kyle. It's embarrassing. I wanted to also talk about while we're on the subject of Kyle, I need to understand the timeline of Alexia's wedding, the fact that we are one month out and don't have a location, is this shit for the show? Or are they that unorganized? This is driving me crazy. I think they're just so rich, they can do whatever they want. It's no problem. That she's doing a paperless post to text people. I'm like, so you have the location then? I'm so confused by the whole thing. The fact that she sent out probably one invitation that said, Aspen and then had to change it to this location. They wouldn't change the date though, because that would confuse people. I'm like, okay, but they're also probably booking flights to Aspen and whatever, whatever. Do you one thing though that I will say first, stop pushing Mauricio on us. We don't want it. You had him pop up on Shaw's later today too, like stop it. Him wanting to be a DJ, DJ Mo Mentum. Kill me. Kyle laughing about it though. It really, that had me going. She's just like, this is so embarrassing. Talk about the midlife crisis. You're gonna take DJ lessons. Like, this is too much. But like if Kyle doesn't have the Ick from Mo, she'd never will at this point, because that man has done everything, but get back together with her. I don't think they will ever reconcile or anything. I actually feel like they will part ways eventually. I think they will divorce once Mauricio is in a relationship with a younger woman who wants to have a family and have kids and he has to get divorced in order to do that because his partner wants to. And then that is going to be, that's when I want cameras up. I don't think he will actually, maybe an accident situation happen, but I don't think he wants to live a single life. For now. Yeah, I was kind of shocked though. I feel like they were telling us, like we're trying to keep this under a million dollars this wedding. Okay, I watch this with my mom and she goes, so what, we're spending $999,999 on this. I'm sorry, what? I know. I wonder how much she got for that people magazine article for the good questions. Probably six figures. So maybe she almost, she paid half of it back. Who knows? No with the DJ thing. He was like, you know, I have a lot of time on my hands. I'm like, I can't imagine that man having a ton of time on his hands. It's like when they say, if you want something done, give it to the busiest person. It makes me think of Kyle Cook who says, I have a lot of time on my hands is if he's not running love or boy on the summer house. It's just, I think it's just they have a different 24 hours than the rest of us. What did you think? I was just like, aren't you running this crazy business? I mean, I know you're an ass spin, you're over at the agent, you're all over our TV screen. You feel busy to me. Yeah. How do you have time to pick up this DJ thing? You know, casual. He's just doing it on his computer, press play. He's like, it's a Spotify remix. To be honest, Mo popping up on Shaws made the most sense to me. Like that was the pass. It really was the Potomac one that did not hit. It was stupid. It was even on Beverly Hills. I don't need it. I liked when he ran into them at that dinner. That was funny just because of the coincidence of them having the conversation about him and him walking by and seeing the crew. That was truly organic. Yeah, that was a literal surprise to the girls. Like, what the? Kyle is so worried about protecting her family that she's doing it the detriment of her own happiness. I also thought it was kind of crazy that Doreet had said too is I'm protecting Kyle. Like I could spill whatever. And I was like, what do you think that is about? My first thought was her and Morgan. Da. Okay. Well, I don't know. I thought maybe there was something about her hiding cheating from Mauricio or other things. Oh. But my first thought was that relationship. Yeah, I feel like she was saying I have protected Kyle for years at all costs. Even when I felt the most betrayed by her. To me, that was the Morgan situation. Like, but yeah. No, I kind of like where you're going with that. Maybe she did. You're a sea theory. I don't even know if that's a conspiracy theory. I think that's just a different way to think about it. And yeah. I'm right on a Friday. I think it's probably layered. Oh, it's like an onion. The mo cheating is one layer. The second layer is Morgan and the country singing. And mm-hmm. Okay. We've peeled this back, baby. Yeah. So I wanted to also talk about Bose and Keely because we guessed your week, I've wavered. If I like this man or not, I hate him. You have not wavered. You've only gone one way. Well, I said, I don't know. You've presented other good facts, but after this week, I know Bose has free will and can do whatever she wants. And if this is the path she wants, I understand. But if I loves my partner so much, and it seems that it's not working in a way, like she didn't, the embryos didn't take, I felt so sad for her. You could just see the defeat on her face. And then when he said to her at the end of it, well, we need to make sure that we're healthy for the next round. Stop putting her through this. Okay. I feel like what happens in these situations sometimes, you can get like very obsessed with this situation. Like when you want to be pregnant and you can't, I think it can become, you're like, this is what my body is meant to do. And I think you have this goal and you can't reach the goal and you're trying to do everything you can and you literally physically can't. That was a lot of pressure to put on yourself, especially with the things in her past that are worrisome for me because I feel protective of her. Sure, sure. I mean, when she was like, I just have this overwhelming feeling of grief. Like I already imagined those babies. It's just heartbreaking when you want something so badly and you can't get it and you've tried everything in your power to get that. I 100% agree with you on that. Like I am not saying that. It's more that I feel when he said, like, okay, well, let's get healthy and prepare. Can she just grieve for a minute and just feel sad? I'm very curious if they continue to try or what's going on with it. Yeah, I think we'll probably see more. Mm-hmm. I also want to talk Rachel and Kathy. Every time we go to Kathy, she's getting an IV. I felt like Kathy was very often this scene. She barely talk. She used to seem super off here. What is she supposed to do? Defend Kyle and front of Rachel who's talking kind of not badly about Kyle but just the situation was at Kyle. So like Kathy has to play a line there, right? Where she's saying, I don't want you to feel judged, but Rachel's outburst was kind of towards Kyle in this situation. I just felt like Kathy was being very careful and then she says to Rachel, you should be careful too. I just felt like Kathy wasn't like herself here. I did love that Rachel's like kind of broke the fourth wall here. She's like, God, I've been working all summer in LA, AKA Phil Neen Beverly Hills. She's like, I just want to be in the Hamptons or Europe. This is really hard work. More than I thought it would be, I don't like it here. Or maybe I'm reading to that way too much and that's just them how we're going to get to the Hamptons. I think she's just spiraling a bit from the announcement of the divorce. We're getting to the Hamptons next week, so that's exciting. It is exciting. Let's talk about Duret Sutton and Rachel at lunch. When Rachel orders a salad with no dressing, Sutton was horrified. At least it was a Sonic. Rachel, I just think she was eating lettuce to try. Yeah. But also Sutton's like, I can't believe I'm with the cool girls. But Duret's like Sutton and she's like, I thought you were strong enough to stand up for yourself. I should have said something. I'm so sorry. I said they weren't fighting because, oh, I'm sorry. We didn't mention this at the dinner, but I did want to say too. I, when I was watching this scene where Kyle was like, Duret, you're so angry. Immediately I clocked out that this is exactly like what Sutton did at Kyle's house last year. And then Duret does say that. You could see Sutton being like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, I want to be in a good place with Duret. I want to be in a good place. Sutton has defected. Yeah, she's really not bringing... Well, she's Sutton brown this season. No, but she's defected from being up Kyle's ass and I think she's finding this pathway of like, okay, you know what? I think I can be over here and I can go under the radar if I'm on Duret's side. It seems like she has the numbers right now. I think I need to stay over here because if Duret has Rachel and Bose, I could be the fourth. And what do we say about threes? Right. Never good things. You need a fourth. Yeah. Get in that seat. They're at this lunch. No salad dressing included. What do you think? Because Rachel was really leading this conversation. It's funny for Rachel to be like, I want a vet and not be judged. She's like, but we can judge Amanda. We are allowed to judge Amanda because all of us want to know about this cold thing. Which there is nothing there, guys. I don't think she was in a cold. Oh, oh, I see. Well, but they don't know. They're going on with the information that they have from this random blog post from over a decade ago. That you've set a scrub from the internet now. 2011. Wow. I mean, I like that they're like, well, we got to figure this girl out. Like, we're going to investigate this, you know. And Rachel, the fact that she's not up Kyle's ass that she's a Kyle needs to apologize, you know? And her actions and her words are different. I'm just loving this because I think Doreet really was looking for validation that she's like not a crazy person. Like she's already going against PK. She has Mo now is next week to sit down dinner with Mo. Yeah, next week has Doreet and Mo then Erica talking about John Sutton calling Amanda Wimp. It looks promising. I'm enjoying this season. I know people don't love Beverly Hills. I have been like, I know you didn't love the episode. I thought we were actually getting realness from them. And most seasons we are not. And I don't know if it's the Rachel effect or the Amanda effect to be honest. No, I'm being serious, but it feels like people are really putting it out there, which is also, you know, for a show that sweeps everything under the rug. It's not happening this season. What did you think of Erica has like a new confessional look like silver? She was more Tisha Adams with bleach blonde hair. That's how I thought. What did you think? I like Erica's confessional looks that she's always trying something. It's fun to watch. Yes, Camp. Yes. She also said in the after show that she is a DJ as well. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That was kind of funny because they're talking about Mo and then she's like, well, yeah, you know, I used to go to the record store. And I'm like, well, Erica, it's not crazy for you. You know, the pretty mess. Yeah, you have this music career. I have any of the Bravo DJs to me that is actually the easiest rally from pop star to DJ. Yeah. You know, it's very Paris Hilton stars are blind to DJ Paris Hilton. Totally. Okay, let's just do a little bit of Shaws here or the Valley Persian style. It's really hard. I've been doing a rewatch of Shaws too. I just want to call it Shaws. Okay. I mean, Sky is not going to back down. I love her as the villain of this show because I also don't think she's the villain. No, not at all. I feel bad for her because I can't believe her husband. Thank God he drove back to LA also to get it Uber from Palm Street to LA. 500 bucks. What do you think? I was wondering if production did that because at this point too, I think Sky also had a comment where she said, did you try to pull me out of my chair? She would have started something with me if I didn't kind of walk away. Resa going into her room. You're the rudest person I've ever met. Resa, there's nine seasons of you from Shaws being a asshole. He is just doing it for the cameras. I'm not in your face. You're the rudest person. You're so obnoxious. You're stuck up. You are a waste, Tres. Shut up, Resa. Her not wanting to live in the Valley is not crazy. Is she a little snobby? You guys all are. As I said, in a rewatch of Shaws, you guys all are. You guys all like nice things. Who doesn't like nice things? I mean, Gigi, $14,000 house. She's like, I got to get back with Dennis. I got to get into business with him. And meet your home with me. I'm going to teach you about sex toys. What do you want up your ass? We'll make you a hair package. And you're just like, I just want to go home to Natasha and cry. And you're just like, I can like tax a charity here. He's like, well, you come with me to my widow. I'm a widow. I mean, that scene was so intense. Then I love the widow. I love the widow. Yes, they're adorable. I'm obsessed with them too. I love a mirror in Natasha. I think that they bring such a softness to this show. Yes. Do you think bombshot and sky will make it? Yes, because he supports her lifestyle. But she doesn't like her lifestyle. But she can't have that without him. Even the lifestyle that she wants. I feel bad. I felt bad for him because he's also clearly much older than this group. And I know he does not want to be involved. He's doing this show because sky wants to do this show. I also think it's funny that her and RJ keep going out to lunch together. They just seem like an odd pairing to me. I mean, RJ is a very fun him bringing home that girl and the girl not leaving. I think her name was Courtney. It was Courtney. Courtney on the lounge chair, wearing like her clothes from the night before. You know the girl that embraced your teeth. It's like leave. It's okay. You had a fun night. But now it's time to go. Do you think you're going to start coming into the season? You're going to go to LA every week? It's just like she said she would. She's like, I think we could continue this. I could go to LA. I was like, oh babe, no. It's over. It's over. And you know, if he comes back to Palm Springs, he'll probably hit you up. And good luck. So embarrassing. So tough. It's tough. It's tough. Okay. So, I think the girls night, they do boys night. Natasha and Sky have talked. But Gigi is like, well, I had to send apology text because production told me I had to. Why would she bring up my past? Why would she bring up my past? Well, because you were going to attack her there. The same way you attacked that. I don't think it's that crazy. She brought up your past. I just cannot promote Gigi. She's tough for me to watch, to be honest. It's just too much for me. Like, you need to figure out the issues. Watching old Shaws, nothing has changed from her. And like, the anger isn't cute. Exactly. It's scary. It's really scary. Nobody can seemingly like, handle it. I mean, I watched this and she goes, you know, an old Shaws. Shervin is literally always holding her back. No, let her go. Because if she's going to be fighting these people, then you know what? She needs to take the consequence of it. And it's also weird because I'm like, there's no way she acts like this in front of her. So can you turn it on and off? It seems like it. So if you're playing it up for the cameras, it's not a good look on your behalf. Yeah, I just cannot promote her. I really don't like her. Sorry. What did you think of the boy's night where Reza was like, well, I'm scared of sky. Like, okay, so you're scared of sky, but not Gigi. But then he was also saying he wanted to give an apology or scared of her. So he just doesn't know how it's going to handle. Yeah, you should give an apology. Yeah. You said really mean things to her. And you were antagonizing her through this trip. And every season, Reza picks a person to go after and it's sky for this season. To me, the only thing missing from this episode is I want to know more about Tommy. Like I need Tommy on my screen every episode. I want to see the marriage dynamics. You said it did MJ pick the show over her marriage. And we see the preview next week with Tommy with her being like, maybe you could have it. It's like, I had a restraining order on me. I went to jail. I don't care about the situation. If we're going to talk about boundaries, I'm putting the boundary here. I don't think he's in the wrong. And I also am like, you could have events where Reza is not invited. No, I when I saw the preview, I was kind of team Tommy on that because I think he had some very valid points as you said. Yes, but it's like, I'm team MJ. Well, I'm not going to say that. But I'm team MJ. Well, always. And I want her to be happy. But I also like, if that is where he draws the line, you have to respect that. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, we talked about Mauricio being here. MJ goes in there and he's like, so how do you want to like create a business or how do you want to? She's like, I've got to go door knocking and you could see he's nobody from the agency door knocks. You're from a show. You can use your social media. Oh, yeah, I could. I think the Valley Persian style though is a really fun show. I think if you guys are wondering if you should be watching it, you should. It's great. Yeah. And I think it will definitely get a second season. It's low stakes. They've got. I would like everyone to stay. Yep. It's fun. I think that all the new cast members are. We really have a lot of focus on them. Like they needed Reza MJ and GG for like the recognition similar like the Valley. And I think that's why people are bringing enough drama to that they have made their stay welcome. You think Sky and Tannen will make it through them. They're starting to be friends again. I hope so. I hope so. I'm worried. I the ending where he said, oh, and you're waiting for one more. And she's like, what the hell? She does not like an ambush. I mean, it is funny. He's like, why is Reza Jackson the one connecting them? The mediator. Yes, exactly. And I'm really happy. Tannen and Greg are in a better spot. Agreed. I thought their date was cute. Like I just, I want, I don't want anyone to break up here. No, no, no, especially not a mere Natasha. They are the best. Absolutely not. Oh gosh. Well, anyways, Mary, I'll see you later. Oh my god. See you soon. Okay. Have a good one guys. Happy Super Bowl. Go, Pat. Oh. This is your business. This is your business.
