•May 5, 202625 days agoSummary
Mitchie Slick, a legendary San Diego rapper and music executive, joins Adam22 to discuss why San Diego hasn't produced mainstream rap success despite its size and talent. The conversation covers industry knowledge gaps, gang politics, the importance of street credibility in music business, and how proximity to LA has both helped and hindered San Diego's music scene. A heated debate also erupts between Wack and Doe Boy regarding the Moose podcast incident.
Insights
- San Diego's lack of mainstream rap success stems not from lack of talent but from insufficient industry knowledge, business acumen, and lack of street-connected executives who understand both music and the game
- Geographic proximity to LA (100 miles) creates both opportunity and challenge—artists must navigate LA's dominance while lacking local infrastructure, similar to Sacramento's relationship with the Bay Area
- Gang politics and neighborhood divisions in San Diego prevent unified artist development and cross-neighborhood collaboration that's necessary for breaking artists nationally
- The shift from street team/pound-the-pavement marketing (2000s) to digital/social media marketing has democratized artist promotion but requires different skill sets and consistency
- Street credibility and gang affiliations remain significant factors in West Coast rap success, influencing artist development, business negotiations, and community acceptance
Trends
Decentralization of music industry power—artists can now build audiences without traditional label infrastructure, but West Coast geography still creates regional gatekeepingRise of executive-level street credibility as differentiator—successful West Coast music figures combine industry knowledge with authentic street connectionsGang-affiliated artist development models showing resilience—despite societal pressure, neighborhood-based artist collectives remain primary pathway to success in certain marketsDigital-first artist discovery creating blind spots—internet exposure doesn't translate to mainstream success without street-level credibility and regional radio/community supportMulti-artist collective model emerging as alternative to single-artist focus—successful movements (Black Hippie, Strong Arm Steady) leverage group dynamics to overcome individual limitationsGenerational knowledge transfer gap in music business—younger artists lack mentorship on industry mechanics, leading to poor negotiations and missed opportunitiesGeographic isolation as competitive disadvantage—cities far from major label hubs require exponentially more effort and resources to achieve equivalent mainstream success

Spring on Disney Plus, 18 Plus, subscription required. T's and C's apply. That's classic shit. Yeah, okay, he bought the OG shit. That's way back, that's, that's, I wouldn't expect that. That's from back in the day, that's like a new presser. That's the Bible. That's the gang bang Bible. The Genesis of the year. I can't even open them up, fuck. I got some more, though. I got some more. That's going in the game room. What up, though? That's a photo. Oh, okay. I'm going to talk to him. Yeah, let's get it. Ready? Adam and Wack. Huh? Yeah, you lucky, man. You lucky. I was going to come in and get some practice, you know what I'm saying on you today. Oh yeah, you're going to tear off on me about last week's events. That's why you wanted him here. Yeah. No, you've been on some verbal, some verbal shit, but you know, you take advantage of shit. He does. Like what? Well, from the beginning, Adam kind of really didn't fuck with me way back. I know. Right? Then I did a religious, a Henry for me. I used to call him by martyrs. He went for me. So over time, over years, him, his wife, his daughter, his pops, Adam know that Wack ain't going to go that far with me. He knows that the respect and the brotherhood is genuine. Now he's the fucking asshole. He played on it last week. He played on it. He played on it. He played on it. Because I sat next to you and I was seeing him Wack calm himself down. Like Wack was ready to go. Because soon as he stopped talking, I was like, he's on go mode. I'm not even going to call you a glazer during this part. So then I got to deal with his bullshit. Right. And then he just said, I'm breaking up my Instagram going crazy. Right. Daygo was on. I said, what the fuck did I do to daygo? And I'm like combing through it. I'm like, what the fuck? I tell my exposure. I say, yo, why? They say your Adam went on there and said this. So they sent me the clip. So I addressed it because I understand that pocket. I understand daygo. I've been rockin' with him for a long time. The problem, the gif and curse with daygo is they don't follow nobody's trends. You know how Chicago kicked off the drill right then daygo was like we doing us. OK, we'll come up there if you agree to come down here. If not, we doing what we doing. And it's a lot goes down, goes on down. There's a lot of talent, but they don't come up. Right. And I didn't. It's really out of it being, you know, the Navy, you've got the beaches, the border, TJ, right? People don't know about that inner workings of it. So I had to bring one of the voices, prominent voices. I feel of daygo living legend, Mitchie Slick. Come on, living legend sitting right across. That's why we sit like this. You got to stay on the. I ain't got what me. It was the white guy. It was the white guy. I'm a whack on this one. He's calling me the most professional blazer ever. Every time I say something about wacky, be like, you're glazing, you're glazing. I just like what? It must be hard for you to choose who you want to glaze between me and him. No. What? No, Nick was here. You'd be really crazy. Nick is here. Yeah, he know Mitchie. Yeah. From Nick. All right, but he's not physically here. Nick, shit, Nick here with us. What, that's that's one dude. You think you get favoritism? Shit. To. That dude, Nick, but he earned it. You earned it. Nick, Nick ever tell you no? He's never told me. He's never told me. No, no, no. Nick is the homie, man. That's big, bro. The closest I got to know is we gonna work it out. We'll figure it out. He's coming to the Monday so soon. So yeah, shout out to Nick. Nick, Nick. Nick, tell me whatever you want to do, Slick. Just let me know what you want to do. Well, Adam been over there with Nick, you know. Nick's been over here. You know how that's what they got? They got that relationship. For better or for worse, he inspired me to get this building because I saw his comment. When I took your video. I was like, shit. Something like that. I think, you know, that's when Adam started really realizing. All right, I think Wack really is f***ing with the movement. Because everything I was doing, I'm like, Adam, pull up. You know, I wanted him to introduce it. People I knew, people I knew that I could, you know, assist him in what he's doing. And that's what I like to do when I build my relationships. It's like leaving impression that no matter what, it's like, you know what? I may be a little pissed off, but the little f***er does what he's supposed to do. You get what I'm saying? You can leave me down. Yeah, it does what he's supposed to do. You know what I mean? Adam, I tell you that I include him. Anything I'm doing, I can include him or include him in. So he a asshole. I'll be, you know, he pisses me off. But you know, he like, I hate to say it. I'm the little brother of my brother. So he like my little brother. Right. That the way like, my f***ing ass him. Yeah, I get it. I totally understand it. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah. OK, so when did I say wrong about San Diego? Let's, let's, let's hear the Mickey Slick version of what? He started it. You know, he started it. He just told me. I know I have to post on his page. First off, Adam and everybody else, not being tough or stupid. I'm not one of these like, humming. Right. But Niggas really got San Diego like f***ed up, though, like for real, though. OK. Like I know what y'all see and was promoted and pushed to y'all and all that type of shit. And I really don't give a f***. Y'all call me to this. Stop right there. I didn't call nobody and say no. I called you and stop right there. That's one of the problems. What is being promoted and pushed? That's a big thing. OK, so when I say y'all got there, go f***ed up. This ain't the first time that we've heard people say, you know, little slick shit about San Diego on here. And then y'all tripping off the pushback. Y'all like, damn, they should see because y'all don't really understand San Diego niggas delusional as they may be. They think they the hardest niggas in the whole world. They do not think that nobody's harder than San Diego niggas and nothing. But see, y'all don't know that. So motherf***ers are safe, shit on this show and don't understand why you get that give back, you know, saying we we. It's a few receipts to this shit, but I ain't going to start saying that shit because I love my California niggas, no matter where they are from. Motherf***ing, you know, the Richmond and Frisco and Oakland all the way down even in IE and Pacoim and all the homies. I ain't going to leave nobody out. But at the same time, we ain't the only motherf***ers that ain't got nobody cracking in rap. Like, like, like, like, it's all. Oh, no, no, no, no. But then the thing is, is when you say shit a certain way, it makes it seem like we some busters or something like like we ain't cracking because we ain't dope. Or we're not cracking because we and in a lot of shit that y'all see y'all will see what's on the internet. San Diego's not really no internet rap and we're like kind of goofy when it comes to business and industry shit. That's why San Diego ain't popping. You feel what I'm saying? So explain that when you say goofy. What I'm saying is your saying. OK, let me tell you. Let me tell you what I'm saying. Ain't no niggas behind us. That's Mexico. We are far as a mother go away from the industry. So far as having the knowledge and know how the industry works. No matter how good we know it, we still going to be game goofy to the niggas that grew up down the street from Sony and Interscope and all that shit. We don't. San Diego niggas don't know how the music industry goes. So you will have a situation where not having that knowledge of how the industry really grows, goes a bunch of shit. It might fuck up your business. It might fuck up your business. It might have you beefing with a nigga because you think he did something that you didn't even know. You don't get paid a million dollars for doing a song with little Wayne. But niggas think I'm a millionaire because I do this or because I write. That's not how it goes. So you'll have friction behind niggas not really knowing how the industry goes. And that's what really keeps the shit from popping. Our gang shit is stupid. And that's what keeps us from popping. And every rapper that you name is somebody that might got a little motion. It's one thing you got to know. I'm not going to say no names. Oh, yeah, San Diego, you burnt that snickers. I love y'all. But I'm not saying nobody's motherfucking name today. None of you niggas are going to be talking shit about. I didn't say your. See, that's why they go in crack. I say 700. Motherfuckers. I thought we're KT4. And then the 700 and the eight will be met. So I love all your niggas. Everybody didn't want to get their props off this motherfucking interview. Put your name in it in the mother fucking comments and all that shit. Look up every day, go nigga. Every nigga down there is dope. We all you know, Adam, when he said what he said, it ain't about what you said, homie is how you said it homie. And you say it connected to some like. It's a bunch of motherfuckers that ain't cracking, but you ain't going to say that about them or about them because on the Internet or whatever y'all to see y'all that think San Diego was about some other fucking. Imagine, I mean, what you call it, Sea World. Yeah. And I mean, it's a popping as I say it is. Shout out to my to the young homie Ryan. It's a popping as brand in San Diego. The motherfuckers barely see the beach. We don't go to the beach. We don't see that shit. We don't go to the zoo. I mean, when we little kids, we do. But to act like San Diego is see world and in the zoo. I mean, it's other cities are runners that got more tourist shit than us. Niggas got Magic Mountain and mother fucking and in the Wax Museum and in the stars and shit. Yeah, you feel a lot of come on. OK, so do you do you feel like. Do you feel like San Diego? I know that San Diego is not going to follow anything. They're going to do they go unless you go to San Diego and say, hey, let's do this and you got to go to the right people. You ain't going to be to stay over there long anyway, right? Well, San Diego be able to adjust the new new of today to say it didn't work back in the days, staying isolated because what Adam said, he wasn't wrong. He like, yo, because the only mainstream dude was jail felony for a long time. The biggest, the biggest musical guy right as far as I'm concerned, because I know his work is Mitchy Slick. He didn't been he didn't been on songs and everybody. I remember one day when he like, yo, y'all going on tour. I'm like, yeah, he's like, I'm like, Mitchy, you welcome to come wherever. Let me get you a spot on the bus. He said, oh, no, don't worry about the bus. Mitchy was in some SUVs and I swear we got to the East Coast. Every city we went to, I'm like, damn, who are these people waiting in the front? They was waiting on Mitchy. Mitchy's a little. Right. So that's what I'm like, damn, but why isn't it? It ain't translating because homie. Listen, San Diego's not really like, you know, all the other cities. You got this whole trilogy of videos about everybody's hood and who they big homies was and where they started. We don't really do that shit in there. Go. But why not? I'm just what I'm saying. I'm just saying this is like you said, a blessing and a curse. You need your swamp stories. That's a fact. And you need that. We need that. Oh, no. So we can get the origin stories. Bro, they got it for all y'all. I don't know if it's still up. They got a gangland segment. They have to see, you know, I know your history. They got a gangland segment on San Diego that's more vicious than any other neighborhood that I've seen. Were what? Listen, that segment, I think that's what caused you from getting banned or restricted. It was a bunch of shit before. He couldn't even go. Yeah. But then, you know, like back when when radio, I swear, I never remember on our radio runs, you know, they tell you, you got to go here, here, there. I don't remember being like, we got to go to San Diego radio station. But again, it goes back to what Adam was saying. What did you say? What? OK, the exact quote of what I said to Sean Cotton. And actually, honestly, like when we were having that conversation, was at the very beginning of the podcast where I didn't even really think about the fact that we were being recorded. But he said, sorry, I'm late. I'm coming from San Diego. And I said, yeah, you know, San Diego is not so much of a music city these days. I was like, you're probably not going to find an artist to sign down there. But then immediately I shouted out Lil Weirdo, who I believe is coming on at some point in the near future, too. So we're a little weirdo from San Diego. It was in Mexico from out there. But honestly, like I've had the same conversation about a lot of other places in recent memory, too. Like I lived in New York for six or seven years. I love New York culturally, almost no city or really no city in like America is as important to hip hop as New York, because that's where it came from. So but we've had that conversation where it's like a couple years ago, we were interviewing all kinds of drill wrappers from New York. Nowadays, that scene has kind of just fallen apart, which largely because, you know, people got locked up and killed and everything like that. But for sure, it's not just a San Diego thing because even out of LA, if you wanted to pick out like the top, bro, it's 10 hoods, bro. But pick the top 10 rappers out of LA in the last five years. It's like the LA that I never had a rapper. That's a fact. It's a it's a hundred hoods in LA that they never had a rapper. Oh, yeah. Why we ain't seeing slick shit about about them, though? No, that's the fact. That's real. That I just told somebody that the day I said, bro, I could name a. Listen, I'm gonna be real, no disrespect. And we both know a rapper that's from here, but people don't think about it when you say his name and you know I'm being real. San is because I don't really know what this dude who. King Pio got Pomona popping. He did. He did. Now, we know it's another rapper come up a boner, but when you hear his name, you don't think Pomona, right, which is our guy. To be fair, he got it popping more in the internet. So that's OK. But what's Adam? People are see you first today before they hear you. You know, it didn't flip because you can use your visual content to force people to your music, right? So. We've never heard Pomona this much in this lane. True. Since King Pio. That's a fact. Now, the homie, everybody knowing he's a hell of a rapper, right? Our Pimp Guy. Who? Sugar Free. See? Yeah. But see, you when you think sugar free, you don't. Think Pomona, right? Because sugar free don't really be. He not he not like a competent rapper street do coming up. He going to push Compton on you. He going to push. I ain't going to push Inglewood on you. Sugar Free did. So it was like, I think now is time because there's a lot of talent down there. It's time. A movement could start. But I'm coming. Do they have the the open mind? This is what I'm saying. The reason they don't have the open mind that you talking about is because San Diego, they think we think we the shit like a mother like with all the shit. Like you been in jail with Dago homies. It ain't acting like they second to nobody and that type of shit. So that's the reason why you have that. But they don't understand that it takes for you not to have that to be able to get through the door. And that's what I want my young niggas to know. And I always told my Dago artist that it's a lot of shit. They don't understand. And then instead of getting a book and reading, figuring out the answers to this shit, they just turn their nose up and certain shit. You know what I'm saying? But can I can ask this question? Because I'm from Sacramento, right? And we're right next to the Bay and the Bay was always bigger than Sacramento. So we always had to go next. You're not next to the Bay. No, no, no, no, Sacramento. It's like 45 minutes. You're 100 miles. You quit 100 miles. Frisco. But our ways, what I'm saying. You doing 100 miles. Probably Adam, what's up? This hour. I'm saying no, no, because every time somebody say they from sack, they be like, oh, you from the Bay. They be like, no, no, no, I got to correct you. It's a hundred miles from LA to Dago. So that's the parallel I'm trying to draw. So because Sacramento. He said by the bay. Right. So so we're close. And so we had to act extra hard. So back of you. Dr. Stockton. Davis, all that. One point five to two hours, 85 to 90 miles. And that's the same amount of distance from San Diego to LA. So do you feel like San Diego had to act extra hard because of what LA was doing? You know, hold on, hold on, I ain't talking about that. OK, I'm talking about for as far as just musically. And with the industry, shit, like. How to if all the industry and all the businesses and all the labels and all the shit is in LA, how we posted like, we ain't going to get to the door first. That's the same where we felt in Sacramento. That's the same where we felt. Yeah, to the door first. Right. We're we're most definitely overshadowed by the biggest motherfucking damn near rap city on the whole this whole side of the earth. Got damn it. Right by LA. Yeah. Niggas got real deals in LA. That's the same shit we dealt with in SAC. Like, you know, say, so yeah. Real deals and I'm from a history of rap. They've always had the real deals. If they giving out rap bills in the place that's given them out is in LA. We. The shit we got to go through to get there. Then you got to also understand this in the beginning of the shit. Like, say, for instance, when I first came in, you know, I'm in the same generation with say, like a like right, right, right, right before a game and right in the game, G Malone pocket. You know what I'm saying? It was tricky for us at that time, because, you know, that's when niggas didn't know where they was going to get no music for money from in the music. Yeah. Yeah. It was free online and all that shit. That would have been our opportunity when the West was really pumping shit out right then. So then you figure like. Without that period of shining and then shit just falling off. And we like. In the shadows of LA, like how the was we supposed to be able to make some shit happen? I'm not knocking and I'm not saying that somebody owes us nothing. That's not who I am. All that support and all that shit. I don't give a fuck about that shit. My support the rapper that they listen to. They listen to them because they like his fucking music, not because they want to see a YG little dirt or so get some more money. They listen to because that's who they a fan of. You feel I'm saying? But. Yeah, I mean, like, like that generation I was in, I mean, like. Nobody really got popping out of that group. You know what I'm saying? I mean, nobody did. That was they chance to shine. So now you hold on. Hold on. Now check it out. Now. Niggas don't understand the gang aspect of this shit. San Diego. Come on, homie. That's a blood straight up blood city. OK, we were arguing about that. In the minds of the out people, hella Crips and they go. Don't get it fucked up and they with the shit straight up. You know what I'm saying? Not saying that it ain't no Crips and San Diego, but as much as LA was a was a key way. Right. That's how San Diego was. Now, the industry is in LA. Mm hmm. We the nearest big city to LA. It's a bunch of other cities around, but they're not a major city. So you already know what's going to happen with. They go, we got a brotherly camaraderie going on with everything. Right. So bloods, the industries in LA, San Diego, come right. I mean, you know, little bullshit. How the fuck? Wait, I have an important question, though. Did you feel like it was a bad look or a good look for San Diego when Compton, a.d. got beat up by security guards and San Diego? You knew he's going to do it. You knew he was going to do it. I was like, we're about to see. We do. We do. We did. So I tell you, let's just say, I mean, I don't know what happened. I didn't see the whole fight. But I know downtown niggas be rumbling. Sometimes you be your night and sometimes it might be. So go back to next week. I remember. I'm going to tell you a story. That's how we came up right now. My I would tell you a story out of that you probably forgot about. You probably know the end of work is I called you. I get a call. It's a certain artist on a certain board. This big artist, which which is one item Adam loves this artist is is handling is one artist crazy. Oh, I look at the roster. I look at the routing. I say, hey, I get on for us. Hey, bro, y'all got to touch they go in like five days. Tell dude to pipe down. He's talking about X and ski mask, bro. Do got on the phone. Because I write, because I get the call from down there. And he talking crazy like, bro, ain't nothing out. I said, ain't nothing. What? I said, all right, I tell you what I'm going to do. I'm going to withdraw and I'm going to let you figure it out. And that's where triple X get knocked out on the stage. Right. So OK. The details. It's basically the host was Rob Stone gets into it with ski mask on tour. We only got to go all the details. But basically ski masks is drunk and being kind of a tomb or whatever, being disrespectful. And then X hears about it. X hops on Twitter, I think it was, and basically just violates Rob Stone talking hell of shit about him. And then fast forward like I think because this before X got punched in the face. But ski mask is playing in LA and I pull up and I'm cool with Rob Stone and ski mask. So I say what up to Rob Stone, but ski mask is nowhere to be found. So I'm sitting him back and I do kind of look around. I say a bunch of guys weren't read. And I'm thinking like, all right, I'm like, hell, I'm not getting knowledgeable at the time. So I'm just looking around, whatever. And but there's a TV so we can see. And then all of a sudden, boom, ski mask is on stage. He's performing just him and one homie. And I'm like, oh, OK, like he didn't make his way through the backstage area, but he's performing. OK. And then as I'm like sitting there looking at the TV, all of a sudden, just a flood of dudes just run up on the stage and just start whooping them. I kind of like ran out there. And the only thing I really got a chance to see what you think them dudes was from, Shane Diego. And I do. I believe I. I think he was. I'm trying to tell him like, yo, I'm like, listen, I don't know what people be thinking. Yeah. You know, my celly in prison for two and a half years. I didn't do nothing to that. No, yeah, my celly for two and a half years was big crunch, big sad from five nine brim. They go, you know what I mean? Right. So I understood. I got a chance to hear a lot of day go history on the yard with him. And like, and he right. Like them dudes, they think they the swole is. So tough. Like, so nothing, nothing about them. Minimize when it comes to them. You know what I'm saying? But we ain't on the internet doing that shit. So then my biggest thing, it ain't nothing but Sea World and the ball. And fish sandwiches. Yeah. But listen, I'm not bragging this shit because LA. I eat them niggas as my brothers. Hold me straight up. Everybody know I was with niggas from Bonton, Inglewood, everywhere. So it ain't that I'm not looking at it like it's day going to LA. I'm looking at it when I say these things like we write all together. Hold me. From easy eat to the homie, shout out to corrupt Snoop. To every nigga that came to Dago. They done rumble in Dago. Hold me. Everybody. Hold me back in the 80s, my nigga. So if you don't say everybody. Right. It's a city full of knuckleheads, but they not on the internet with the shit. And if you understand all the rappers in San Diego that's popping. It's on the top of that. It's one thing they got in common and I love it. But none of the main Dago rappers for his views and shit like that. So is they not they not gang members? They not from a gang. Is they go to real? To make it. And then the street. Yeah. The street part of it is it'll be some other artists that can make it. But I'm saying the homies, you know, like the shit that built Defro, the shit that built TDE, the shit that built. Motherfucking. Cash Money West, the street element of it. You know, I'm saying that part. San Diego niggas, the hustlers, the niggas that would be in your position, would be in a sugar position. They would be in a top position. Them niggas don't want to put no time in their music and money in the music and shit. We do other shit in Dago. We're not like you said, we're not a music city. Really, niggas and San Diego's athletes and shit like that. Gang members and athletes like the best athletes in the world. But they're trying to do music. It's a lot of rappers down there. No, it's hella rappers in there. But I'm saying it's just the rappers. If it was just Kendrick, it took a team of niggas to make that shit happen. And San Diego, the only niggas that's really into the music shit is niggas that rap. Let me ask this. Why why do you think and I say this respectfully and with the utmost respect that we haven't had like a big mainstream success artists come from San Diego? Because in California, there's so many rich people like rich in the music industry. Like why haven't we had like a mainstream success come from San Diego? Yeah, I'm going to tell you why. I'm going to tell you why them niggas have breakouts, though. OK. No disrespect to the talent. Niggas is talented. But niggas be living and thriving off of that drama full bullshit. You know what I'm saying? Right. You know what I'm saying? That killing in that in that in all that type of shit. So a lot of niggas got attention in the main niggas. If you know, they got attention from them type of records and that type of funk and feud and beef and shit. So, you know, yeah, in Toronto, each other. The truth is, is that there are like even throughout the whole history of California rap, there hasn't been that many huge stars. So like when you really break it down by like a city by city basis, it's like the fact that you haven't necessarily seen like a huge national star come on, Sandy, I was not really that surprising because you could kind of say that. It's right. Even though San Diego is a big city. You could kind of say that. Yeah, but then Compton somehow has like 10. You know, right? Yeah. That's just them being in it. They having to connect. Cater to him like, you know, it wasn't for Snoop. We probably wouldn't talk about Long Beach as being as significant as it is. But look what it took. It didn't take just a rapper. Right. No, they're not just rapping and then going to get a deal for some. No, all the niggas that's popping from the West that got those movements going. It's they big homies or somebody from LA in the streets that, you know, put the it's a whack. It's a that's what I say, a whack or sugar, a top but a top dog, a tray that easy. All that shit was street oriented. It wasn't just the niggas that rap. It was the niggas that do business and wanted to do rap business in San Diego. The only rap business for a long time, the youngsters is rapping. They don't know the industry. That's why they don't know the game. They got the music. Yeah. Where do we go from here? Right. They don't know what to do with it. So what I'm saying is this, it's a it's a listen, man, it's hella kids down there that want to want to favorite artists in San Diego. But it's hard to compete if they got to compete with a nigga that got a real deal. And that's what it's been. So what I'm saying to all the niggas that might want to look at a new zone where you can make some millions of dollars, it's a whole city full of motherfuckers. It's open to some of them want to come in and do some business straight up. Like I said, they're going to put all their names in the comments and all that shit right there. It's hella niggas. It's definitely wide open. You know, it's crazy. Knockers, they buzzers or they ain't got no zone. None of that shit. That ain't why we ain't popping. It ain't because of that. You know, you do those when you be the talent search, how you got Doe Boy. Right. I guarantee you, it's a bunch of dudes down there. Now, I say you should do it. But if you just did like it might be crazy. Yeah, like an American, a San Diego only. We want to see who's down there. Who's gonna show up? Can we need to hear it? Because if nobody shows up, we don't want to hear it. We don't hear it no more. But if 20 or show up and I'm like, yo, some of y'all kind of talented. I've been in some rap shows in San Diego over the years back in the day. No, no, yeah. That's what I'm saying. Now, y'all need to just go to the hood and to the hood of San Diego and grab a homie and watch that movement. That that's what I'm talking about. That's what built LA homies. Yeah, that's right. We got to I ain't saying exclude the other rap about other shit or that ain't for no hoods. Now, you got to see because until you showcase that, my friends ain't really going to respect the city because they think the city is some other shit. It's probably San Diego hood vlogs going around. Right. I don't know. I don't like so much of this shit. I mean, if it is out of my head, I don't want to write the real shit. It don't get no boost. It ain't the real shit. Right. It's somebody else doing it on set. It ain't the real shit. It's bullshit. Because niggas know you for doing the wrong shit on there. Them San Niggas are you up? The homies. I don't even I'm feeling funny. I'm coming on this. What the fuck I'm going to say? Who's going to say something about what I said about? I know I'm funny, but at the same time, I'm a represent for the for the city homie and letting niggas know. Yeah, we are. We ain't got no super whatever, whatever. But you did make a lot of statements that was incorrect because ain't none of them records you was named a salute to every. They ain't got no record bigger than Rob Stone. Yeah, white boy. What? What record? White boy. The record. They got a billion a billion a mother fucking billion streams that record. Well, okay. Bigger than that. No records. Right. Shit. Who the fuck got. For a billion stream. He stole that record. Is that the biggest record out of San Diego ever? Possibly shit. That's crazy. I mean, I don't know nobody else who would have a billion. Why are you saying he stole it because he didn't have that sample? Oh, friend, you didn't talk to stat about that. You should have brought that up. You were slipping. I'm a Rob Stone. No, I'm not. No, he didn't steal nothing. I'm saying if he got a billion streams, that's what you saying he got. Because there was a sample like the whole thing. That's that. But that's just like on YouTube. Once I'm all together, it's probably like a couple billion streams on this one. Damn. OK, so where did he go from there? What's the next? Movement for a little while, but I feel like it kind of cooled off at some point. He's watching his words now. He don't want to say the wrong. I mean, it is in his face. Like last week. Also, that's all he has. Five hundred and sixty six million views on YouTube, which is insane. Now me and Rob Stone were kind of arguing in the DMs the other day. I ain't tripping on him. I wasn't trying to be disrespectful. I just said Rob Stone had a big song. He did an interview and then it's been a while and I really heard anything. And he was not feeling that. He didn't like those remarks. I will say this. When I fired up Cash Money West, I was they go hunting. This is how I came across the KTV forums and people like that. Right. But it was kind of like I ain't going to lie. They was playing hardball with the business. Because I don't think they understood the business. Getting the lawyers involved and all that. No, it was not because when I was that, I told them I was I was giving those back to my little nigga. And I was telling them like, bro, I want to put the majority of the money into marketing you because I'm finding you because I know it was down there. Right. But in they had they were saying crazy. They like, yo, we want to have a million. What? Right. But because they've been hearing these other numbers from the people, they like, well, shit, if he got five million and two million, I'm good for a half of me. And I said, I tell you what, how about we give you a half million on a budget and I give you a hundred thousand out there, budget for your pocket. And this other four go towards producing the album, shooting your video. He know I go, I got to move. I got to move you around the country. Radio runs, promo, all this type of stuff. And they was just playing hardball. It was crazy. It was nuts. So then one dude said, well, how much would you offer LA artists? I said a quarter million. I was real with him. Right. And when I told him that, oh, he said, oh, you got me. Stop, nigga. There you go. Straight up. Right. But he's not understanding Adam is like, it's a different vibe. The different conversation. What's going on right now? You watch Blue Face was running around on the roof of his own car. He had his buns going, I got to get you there. So that extra one fifty is going to go into getting you to where he's already at. OK, but it's part of the problem that you are used to being able to just sign any old rapper out the hood by giving him 20 grand and now the rappers are getting smarter and I know I never gave a rapper 20 grand. That that used to work on rappers a lot easier. And now rappers never know how much money they can make in the industry. So when a label is like, here's 30 K, they're like, no, no, they're doing that now. Today, that's what they're doing. Labels, yeah, for sure. Bro, I'm going to be real. Somebody told me I ain't going to tell you who our guy lefty gunplay. After receiving his Grammy went to a label. They offered him 30 K. Bro, it's crazy now. It's nuts now. It they ain't broke. Times where a guy get two million hit a dog fight to get three fifty five hundred and that's to do the whole. Every day is nuts now. But back then, bro, if you are underground artists and the money I'm telling them was for a pocket, I'm giving you this for your pocket. I still have to do all the other stuff. So they give me a budget. So I'm like, shit. Where is he weak at? So automatically, I got to move him around the country. First, I got to start in the regions. You know what I'm saying? It's easier to from being from the West Coast to tie him in to somebody down south. It gets you out and then bringing back. Because once the South Star claiming the West Coast do the West Coast do start claiming it. Right. But now I got to go down and leave him down there for a month. I got to put you in the room. One, no airmen beads back. I got to put you in the room. You know what I'm saying? Get your girl card security. Put your studios, find out our artists down there that's popping that don't mind co-signing you. Do you feel like you got to get them hot on like a local level first? Well, who else you do that play with? Who else you run that play with? What same play like we took up, got them, you know, artists. I did that play with Blueface. I did that play with what? True car. Can't be third, but he. So the only niggas you couldn't get that off with was San Diego. I did what they was playing hard. I asked them and I ain't gonna lie. I swear to God, they was playing hardball. My little niggas, I ain't talking about T.T. I'm talking about they was playing hardball. I brought other executives to San Diego to do business with artists and they went to other places and they can get shit done and they couldn't get it done in San Diego. And it's real. Tell you. But what I'm saying is it's only because of the lack of knowledge. They don't know. Right. You just don't know because they they not in the industry. Shit they in the street. Shit. You know what I'm saying? You won't know that because if you watch just the Internet, you're going to hear and only know what Adam knows. He don't know that. In the streets, they go to the jail and see who they bump into. You know, I think you slay. You feel, I'm saying go to the penitentiary all over this motherfucker. But not that that's worth this or that. But I'm saying where we come from, that shit's worth something. So when you say shit like that, they're going to take it a certain way. They haven't let out of they haven't. They haven't left that old mentality. That state of mind. Music is popping, but the business is not caught up. How would you expect the sandy of any artist from two hours away to understand the game as well as the cast is right here by the game? You feel, I'm saying like another LA artist or or artists for comp, they might have understood that play. He was trying to know. Hell, yeah. He didn't heard his homie ran the same play. He went and asked his homeboy and check it out. What you call it? Because, you know, it's a bunch of that and got deals around here. How'd that go? Wait, wait, wait. Oh, yeah, that might have worked. I mean, I had a deal similar to that. We don't have no reference. Think about it. I don't know reference. Think about it because you was a blue face fan. Right. I was now and now. Right. To his day. And I'm not taking none from nephew, right? But. I signed him in like September. I was working Savvy Third. He went to jail. I got him out. And in November, when he went back, the P.O. told me. We put in a hold. You can't belly him out this time. I called Blue Face in November because I told him, look, Savvy Third up first, he go, you're bad, keep doing what you're doing. We're going to plug into you. I said, do go, you ready? Now, follow this, November. I call. Cash money and say, hey, I'm ready to go on Blue Face now. Right. They said he got some new music. I said, yeah, but I'm not tripping this new music. I went through his old music and it's a song on here. I want to remix. Bro, say, why? Everybody shut down. I said, bro, I got to go now. He said, what do what you got to do? You got my blessings. A lot of people don't realize this. So while we had cash money, West. I took, I went to E1. Took that to your honor. A song that had been out seven months before I even knew this artist and starred lyrical lemonade in it and remixing it. Lyrical lemonade, remix, YG, lyrical lemonade, remix, Cardi B. Right. Then I had his own version. Then I put them together. I like five or six DSPs or one song by the time the label came back to work late January. Blue Face was gone. Boom. OK. Without that shit, it's a good chance everything else wouldn't have happened for him. I turned around. I'm touring game crazy in Europe. And one thing people that know know me when I do my tours, I do them day by day. I don't go to the agencies, right? So when I was booking games tour, I'm like, look, I come to your market, but I got this new artist need to follow in four months. What no way? Fucking blue face was supposed to be in Europe the first six, seven months. That don't happen. But I'm using the leverage of game for them to cross book Blue Face. You have to work. So it's to look at him, you know what I'm saying? Like, you're from that endorsement deal start coming and then all the other shit, you know, shit got involved, the other shit and whatever happened happened. But again, if he wouldn't have did that deal when he did it, I wouldn't have been in position to that. Quo had cold been it. QCP was managing Cardi. Right. All my ducks is in order. Cardi loved me as a person because I knew it prior to. So these things was able to happen for him, which led to what it is today. So sometime, bro, you know it. Yeah, absolutely. When Adam brought you in, he didn't tell you, hey, he got this big contract. He said, come sit at the table. I'm going to do another show with you. Yeah. So now let's see where that goes. People may look at you like, oh, you a fool. But a couple months from now, when that shit didn't blew up, which is going to blow up. Right. Right. Then somebody will say, well, shit, I should have did that. Sometime you got to sacrifice. Hey, if you do what you did for Blueface, for any for a San Diego, it's a nigga in San Diego that you could do that for me and he'll go up. Trust me. Yeah, but the niggas they broke. I wanted to I want to ask this question. Do you feel like, OK, because in the fractions of California, like you got up north in the Bay Area, they got their own sound. You got Southern California, they got their own sound with LA. You want to do it. You want to do it. Do you feel like San Diego has their own distinctive sound out of the other shit that goes on? Yeah. But the thing is, is that that's not the ones that's popping. The Diego sound is not the artist that are popping. It's not because it's not popping either. It's just that. Like I said, I don't want to say no name. I have to go. But I'm saying, no, there is a daygo sound. But a lot of the artists in San Diego don't understand it. You know, that's what it is to take to make it pop. You know, they trying to do it. Everybody else to pop the shit. Because they didn't try it all the shit. They don't know what the answer is. They think that might be the answer. They might think it's the music. It's not the talent. It's not. It ain't got nothing to do with the talent. That ain't why they going popping. They going popping is because they a play like out like that for a San Diego artist. And then you see what happened. Yeah. But see the order for me to lay the plate. You got to be with it. Can't be playing hardball. Are you with the Jicks or not? Know what? In defense. Right. It's other artists in LA. What's the name? Ruchi. And RJ was still tied in. He was dealing with this thing where he had gone on with. Mustard, right? Right. But I hit Ruchi. Ruchi, one of the first dudes I hit because he didn't know I knew his daddy. Me and his daddy did time together. Taco. Much love to the home of Ruchi. And Taco been. Ruchi and then remade one of my songs, Mr. Lutz and the Young Home. Taco been expedited and shit. You know what I mean? Back there on Salvador or whatever. So I knew that was the homie son, right? So when I reached out to Ruchi, watched this. I offered him a bag, but he said, I got to tap in with my homies. So when I heard that, I can't sign them off as hood. Right. I can't do that type of business because that's telling me. You got to talk to somebody else, this person, that person. That's what I think about blue face. Blue face is blue face. Right. You know what I'm saying? Like, you know, blue face is going, we going to run his own ship. So I reached out to him before I even reached out to blue face because he had a, he had a buzz going. So I just kind of think you right. It's just like people don't have the knowledge of and they don't trust. They don't trust. So that's what I'm saying. The not having the knowledge leads to not trusting. I didn't try to do a lot of shit with a lot of San Diego artists. You know what I'm saying? On a major level, shout out to the homie TK over there, Arbair. And I brought them there. The whole crew. I introduced us too. Yeah, he did. I brought the whole crew of Dago artists. I already did this. I brought every artist that had a buzz in San Diego to the studio, let them work with round, round in them and all the shit. Brought TK in. And for whatever reason, I'm not finna get it and all that. They just didn't really understand how I was supposed to go. You know what I'm saying? They didn't understand that. TK and them came down there to see me shine. Right. You know what I'm saying? And then you put the light on them. Come on now. And when I say me shine, I don't mean me shine as an artist. I mean me shine as the executive. We done did business together. These my homies forever. I've been with TK enough for 20 years. So when they reached out to San Diego, it was a, Mitch, we gonna get you popping. It's time for you to be executive and do your shit. And so I try to bring that together. Y'all was gonna ask how that happened if somebody offered like, like it wouldn't be a bad thing for empire to say, we're gonna create a division go down there, let's find some talent in Daco. He did it with Detroit. It was the time Gazi was, Gazi was in San Diego, Morticia, Detroit. Real the young, all of us. Gazi my brother, man. You get what I'm saying? That might be a conversation. Hey, I had the first physical CD distributed on empire. I mean, me and Gazi walked to lunch over there top game before that shit went crazy. Gazi even tried to do this shit with me. Lightweight, you know what I'm saying? But when I tried to bring it back home, how Gazi laid it out was this. And you gonna be familiar? He says, slick, we get you popping. I mean, we get them going. I'm telling about this artist. I'm telling about that artist. He like, yeah, homie, they're dope as fuck. Right after you, right after we get you popping, then we bring them along. You know what I'm saying? And that's every label I ever went to said that about any artists I ever brought to the town. You had the bars though. Any artists I ever brought, see, but San Diego niggas. I think like, I didn't do that. You feel me? I didn't materialize into nothing. And that's only because I didn't understand the business. I ain't knocking my brothers. All I'm saying is get in the mother fucker. Quit worrying about just the studio. Cause it ain't the most talented niggas that's popping. That's not who's popping. The most talented niggas is not the niggas that's popping. And in San Diego, a lot of the homies think that that's why they jumped on y'all. Cause I understood what Adam was saying. I don't like how he said it, but I understood what he was saying. The story of our life. You know what I'm saying? Like he's saying... Extra security at the building these days. It's about numbers y'all. At the end of the day, it's about numbers. The only shit that this month understands is numbers. That's it. That's it. That's it homie. That's it. He didn't say you niggas can't rap. Right. If he did, then we'll have a real argument. But that ain't what he said. And so what I'm saying is, all right, you just, and a lot of people think you a Dago hater though. Too though, Adam. They think I'm just a hater. Just a straight Dago hater. I'm Dago, yes you. I don't know why I ain't ever think that. It's good for your ass. But I'm gonna tell you what it is. It's because y'all loosely throw Dago around sometimes, but y'all don't really understand like, Dago is the importance of San Diego niggas in the streets. Y'all don't really know that. Cause it's not on the internet. I remember the last time that you were summoned to the podcast that defend Dago was because, I can't remember who, but somebody basically said that San Diego was soft or pussy or whatever. And I, it makes the Kami, the one that be with, it was AD. And I brought him to Dago. And I brought him to Dago. The homies was. He said that? He says so. Do you know what I'm saying? A long time ago, but I guess. Hey, them Dago essays be bought today, be with the boys. Tear some shit up. Yeah. And they're soft about Dago. I have no knowledge of how gangsters San Diego is. We know you don't. We know you don't. But he said no. We know you don't. I don't think I've ever commented on such a thing. That's cool though, but I didn't come here to explain this to you. I came here to use your platform to explain it to all the motherfuckers that you influence. For sure. Cause you will have them fucked up thinking that Mitchie Slick walking around acting like he tougher. No motherfucking reason at all. Like where I'm from ain't like, it wasn't Dago niggas when they first kicked the Domus shit off and the PN and all that shit. Like it was Dago niggas at that table. Day one. That's a fact. Straight the fuck up though. You know what I'm saying? Straight up. They mentioned them. Go look at all them. Oh shit. They're naming Dago homies. And I'm not saying I'm glorifying that, but I'm saying I know that's what y'all use to judge whether we can say slick shit about this city or not. Y'all just don't understand Dago and how we feel about Dago. Like it's not, we might be in a delusional about some rap numbers and some shit, but we're not delusional about the gangsta shit in the motherfucking being busters and all that shit. We're not delusional about that. So San Diego open to, to, yes they're fucked. They are. To people like. This interview right here will open up a lot of, a lot of, a lot of, a lot of the youngsters. Cause just what? To a different, I'm gonna be real. You know DC baby drink will be in jail a couple of weeks. Yeah, what's up? Yeah, he really liked that. But you hit me, somebody hit me from his DM. Somebody just hit me saying that they want me to interview the girl that he allegedly got pregnant while she was not 18. Oh, believe you. I don't, ain't nobody bigger than the content. I just went and got the paperwork they told me to get shit. That's what it is. That's what it is. But he ain't there for some, what the fuck is it? So while he's looking at this, let me ask you this question, Mitch. One of my favorite records from you recently was Keep Up the Name. And I forget the young brother that was on the record with you. Come on man. And so that, so that, so when I, I asked the type of nigga that don't get to shine. And so when I hear that record. You know that nigga you gonna say ain't dope if, fuck it. Shut up somebody nigga Eddie Max. So let me ask this question. So when I hear that record, that felt like a real San Diego. Field type of record. And it felt like you was trying to bridge the gap from the older generation to the next youngness. So what is, is holding back a cat like Eddie Mac from getting that one that'll pop him across the world. Because when I heard that record, I was just like, I listened to that record several times. I was just like, why isn't there a nigga like Eddie Mac on the map like this? So what can we do? Because you as an OG from San Diego with that San Diego sound, get to propel a young brother like Eddie Mac to the forefront of the world. This shit is about having button pushers. It's about having a nigga next to you. You know the record I'm talking about? That I'm talking about to keep up the name? Listen man. And I love that video. The visuals is crazy. A nigga like whack and push a button and make everybody at least in your city and all the five cities, neighboring cities know who you are overnight. Right. You know what I'm saying? We're from San Diego. There's not a, didn't nobody that could push a button went to no high school or related to our relative or nothing. So you're gonna get a lot of that shit when you in an industry type of areas and shit like that. You know what I'm saying? All that's gonna take is somebody to push the button and people to put the light on Eddie Mac. I think you might have to be the man to do that. There's a lot of that. Do you know about this Eddie Mac? He's dope. He's fire so that it reminds you. We might need you for that. Listen, Adam, that's that little chick that was with him at the fight thing. You're talking about something different. Yeah. So we need a nigga like you to take a young nigga like Eddie Mac to the next level. Because when I heard the record, I'm like, I hear the potential. Like, and I see an OG. He from Brims. Five nine. Five nine. I'm telling you that, that, that, keep up the name record. And the way they shot the video, I was like, why isn't this young nigga? And that sound. I mean, he did what he can do. What he's saying, he, he did what he, man, it's a lot of legendary shit in history come out of Dago. I watched a Dago nigga slap the shit out of sugar night. So I was talking to him from Emerald Hills. Just a slack. Well, a nigga slap sugar? What? Nigga, let me tell you something, bro. Hey, listen, you got to remember, I didn't get it. Rest in peace, Charlie Bowe. Nick, the Nick Mo Bang, seven up. Straight up. Lonnie. Come on. I didn't get it. You know what I'm saying? These are my big brothers you're nigga right now. I'm the only one like me. Nick Mo Bang, yeah. From those eras that's still here sitting on this type of shit. Right. Can't nobody, you know the shit I didn't see and witness that I know about. Nigga, you wasn't around. You know what I'm saying? So it was like, it's some, it's some real deal. Things that come from that. And if it wasn't for my direct connect and game direct connect. Right. You will have people and I'll be watching the place because they know we're close to certain people. They'll try to take something and start up some bullshit. Game out of song, right? And he was referring to Lincoln, the president. Right. But he used the word in front of it, right? All of a sudden it went up, right? So I'm getting the call. I'm like, what is Lincoln? I said, bro, you nigga, first of all, game love you to death. Right. And you know, but you know. I love the whole B2, that's about nigga. No, you know that. No matter what nobody say, that's about nigga. You know nigga, they're all my comrades, right? So when I go listen to the song and I'm like, man, he talking about the president. But right. I don't wanna know more. If we, listen, because the relationship was so strong, nobody bit. Right. But I've always sat back and thought about, cause it's a, it's an untapped market. Mm-hmm. Would anybody, if I can go down to Dago and break an artist in that market, as a rapper on some podcast shit, reality show shit, which we definitely probably could do that. Hey, twin, we over here chopping game. Twin give me a box of that. If I can do that, anybody does that. They won't be the man in Dago. Mm. Because at that point in time. Tyree, Lil Tyree. At that point in time. I'm like, Adam, it'd be a great look for Adam to go down there and just do a hood vlog. And really turn it up. That should've be crazy. Like to go down there, cause they, just you said what you said. Mitchie pulls up, let you know. I hear what you say, I don't like how you saying it. But the fact that you would take the time on your day to drive down there. Now people gonna say, you know what? I'll do it, I'll do it. Adam ain't tripping, he just didn't know. You come. That ain't a problem. You're the ultimate hood, I have a problem. That's what it means. Yeah. The homie beat, the homie beazle right here with him and shit. You gotta go to some Mexican hoods down there. Listen, for all y'all that got a problem with the word checking in. I tell people this, I don't know where y'all come from. I check in with my homies when I'm coming to them. Do you not know a week or so ahead of time when I'm coming to Dego? I checks in. Because sometimes it'll be black, don't go to any other part you go to cause it's hot or this been going on. They know what's going on and they joke. I don't know why people think that's some pressure shit. I check in with the homies. Just to be like, hey, I'm here in your backyard. Am I good? Tell me where to go, where not to go. That's just, this is a proper protocol. He didn't came to my backyard. He came straight to the point. On some real shit. You know what I'm saying? And the love he give me, I overextended back. But Mitchie been coming through all these, he kinda like Mazzy kinda, I think Mazzy studied Mitchie. Cause the shit I watch Mazzy, where he goes, it's kinda how Mitchie was doing. And everybody's probably. Move correctly. I mean, I really think mother could go down there and do some hood vlogs because it's like, people really think that people don't like they go. I think people just don't know. They don't understand. Cause if I don't go down there and witness some shit and meet a few people here, a few people, see a few people, some personalities, some characters. Now he has a different conversation cause he's, he's in touch, he's in tune. He didn't know about rolling sixies like that until Britt came up here and was down there living with him. He knew it existed. Pause. He knew it existed, but I don't think you, you know what I'm saying? You really wasn't engulfed in it. Hey, we gotta take in the trigger registration station. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. We gotta take in the trigger registration station, don't you? Just the hand, just the hand guy right here. Hey, this is 25th anniversary trigger registration. This right here kicked it off. Damn. E-40 on that thing, Yuck Mouth on that thing. It's crazy. All right, so let's get this clip. What's that in there, man? Can you tell us about how you and Lil Wayne joined forces at that time? Cause in my head, I'm imagining like, he comes to San Diego, he's a blood. I was with Ool Minnes. He taps him with you. Ool Minnes. What were you doing together? Him and Minnes got an incredible relationship. Me and Lil Wayne don't have no real relationship. Shout out to the homie like that. No, that was through Minnes. I fucked with him good nigga and all that shit, but Minnes did a good favor for the homie, you know what I mean? And his appreciation for that was shown by doing the record for us. And at the time Minnes was freshly coming out, you know what I mean? And he wanted to have his best street nigga that was a Da Mood and his, you know, and his best industry nigga that was a Da Mood. And it was right before Wizzy was finna go to jail where he went to the pen and where he went to. Yeah, I think it was right before that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you had to go to New York. Blood niggas, that was a fire right there. I talked about that video drop and the next week that nigga was in jail, you know? So he said it all right. Shout out to the homie though. Yeah. I got a love for the homie for doing that for some niggas cause most niggas on that level, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, you know, one thing about that whole cash money crew, they on that level, but when you meet them in person, they don't make you feel like that. Right. You know what I'm saying? This nigga's like, yo, let's go to the liquor store get a bag of chips. Right. You know what I'm saying? Absolutely. Oh, some real shit, you know what I'm saying? So let me ask this question. The strong arm steady crew. Right. How did that come about? Cause that's such a diverse group of individuals. Like how did that group even come together to build that powerhouse on the West? You know, what's that exhibit? That was exhibit group. Which was a part of that, right? For sure. Right, right, right. For sure. Right. Big Reese played a part in that? Big Reese played a giant part in that. My story is kind of, you know, long but we go fast. I met, I met Sir Jinx through Reese. And Reese met Sir Jinx through DJ Jam. Shout out to my big brother, DJ Jam. Legendary, legendary DJ amongst all DJs. He'll tell him it ain't no telling in San Diego. He'll run it. Turn this money. DJ Jam ain't trying to hear nothing. DJ Jam like, nigga, I'm the first DJ for Dr. Dre is stupid, the whole dog power, all that shit. Anyway, he turned Reese on to Sir Jinx. Sir Jinx turned me and Reese on to exhibit when he was working on his album for days and forties nights. And then he just, we was around the exhibit for a long time. We started a group moving around with him. It was a lot of other artists around, Rascals, the Far-Eye, motherfucking Chase, the homie Chase Infinite. It was a lot of other artists around. They had deals and shit. We was like the only homies. And I was tied to the liquor, the liquor. The liquor, the whole movement. Man, it was all liquor, it was all liquor crew. It was all liquor crew shit. Shout out to King Tim. J-Row was the only, what we would consider mainstream artist from Pacoibo. Right. Oh, that's crazy. That was my nigga, man. Yeah, you know me and J-Row, when I parole, we lived together. Well, I did not know that nigga. J-Row, Pacoibo, like a fucker. What was the homie name? It was like Milk or something. The kind of albino dude. Cron down. Cron down, yeah. Cron down. So anyways, we just started going on tour with X. But this was, I mean with X, but this is during the time when the, you know, the mixtape gang was crazy. G-Un and all that shit. And we started going crazy and tearing the streets up and really started really, really making a name and had the shit in every store, everywhere, every hood from here all the way up to the bay. Strong Art Steady mixtapes. And then, you know, exhibit when did, you know, a deal with the Pimp My Ride shit. And then we went over there and started with Talil Qali. And then I got to, you know, I toured the world, you know. I mean, mostly Europe and shit with all them niggas and shit. But you know, I learned a lot of shit, but you said we was so diverse. We was together because I was just there because we was holding X down. That's how I got on. Just me and Reese are on my homies and Beezle and everybody just holding exhibit down, you know what I'm saying? Right. Because of no other reason, other than that. You know what I'm saying? And big Reese used to be security and hype man. You know what the big black dude was like, pump it up and knock you out. Straight up. What's the big tech there? That's real shit, you know what I'm saying? Straight up. And so, you know, that's why it seems so diverse. But then also, I like to look at it as like the first stages of niggas coming out and having to basically wear khakis and shit to get accepted on the West Coast. That was the first shit. And then from there, we happy to say, we know we had influence for sure. Like on Black Hippie and shit like that. Because Black Hippie is like an extension of like a growth. That's the same type of, you know what I'm saying? That's the same formula we had, you know what I mean? Right. So shit, you know what I'm saying? The Far Rock, that was a school teacher homie, right? The Far Rock. You school teacher, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I remember it. Yeah man, that's all right. You know, believe it or not, that was my introduction into music because when I paroled Wolf from OVG started Wolfpack Records, right? And I was part of that. Dave Elliott and all that, we did the Roger Troutman project and they was always around the Far Rock at Licks. This back before exhibit even got his deal. It's way back. Oh, wait, I have a really good question. What can you tell us now in retrospect about what went into getting Ex-Ex-Ex-Antocion knocked out on stage at that venue in San Diego? What were the logistics of how that went down? That mouth. But it's a whole fucking story on YouTube with a whole shit. Yeah, but you got the insider perspective. They really got that shit right though. It's an exclusive. No, they got it right on the YouTube shit. It's really just. I warned him. Not what happened was. He was talking reckless. Not what happened was was. Lil homie was on tour, wasn't he? Yeah, that's what it came from. Listen, they was on tour and what I heard was Ski Mask wanted to perform right before Ex, instead of being Ski Mask Ex. I mean Ski Mask, Rob Stone and Ex. Yeah, they had Rob Stone at the top of the bill. I think designer might have been the headliner. I forget exactly who's the headliner, but like they had Rob Stone right below it. And Ski Mask felt like they're going more crazy for me. I should be moved up on the bill, which probably was true, but it's like, you know, you gotta talk to the team about that shit. It was more Rob Stone and then was out on the road with just young homies. And then they on the road with they big homies and everybody like, you know what I'm saying? Trying to push on the little homies like way, you know what I'm saying? As they should, nigga, that's how it go. Niggas, doggy, you feel me? That's what they were supposed to do. But they didn't really know that little homies, you know, that they go niggas is, they go niggas be one of the sock niggas and shit, you know? I told them I said, bro, something's gonna happen. Something's gonna happen. They knocked him out on stage, right? I'd never seen a rapper put him in the bed, put him in bed. I mean, it was the craziest, like you probably never seen a rapper getting knocked out like that, never on stage. And he's at the quiet part in the song where he's like, you know, singing and shit, holding the mic. And then all of a sudden, ma! He's on the other side of the stage. Check this out. He's playing it. Hey, I gotta tell the whole story. So y'all say why Dago ain't popping or whatever. Imagine this. Do you know, my fuckers was saying, fuck Rob Stone, chanting fuck Rob Stone. After this happened, for knocking a nigga from Florida out in San Diego. That's crazy. That's wild. That wouldn't happen nowhere else. Wait, that shows a lack of unity. They were saying that word in Dago. In Dago. It's own video, they saying fuck Rob Stone. Like y'all don't understand what we go through as artists in San Diego. My fuckers is down there, man, cause we ain't got our opportunity to shine and everybody fighting over this small piece of pie, you know what I mean? They don't understand that you don't, this nigga ain't really in your way, man. You know what I'm saying? He ain't in your way. It ain't his fault and all that shit. We just gotta open this motherfucking book of the game, homie. And reach out and call niggas that got the game and figure out how to make this shit really happen. Because straight up, we can't make it happen the way a LA nigga or a Bay nigga can happen. We can't because we don't have the industry. So we gotta figure out how to wiggle through that. You know what I'm saying? And the reason why niggas fuck with me, as much as they did was cause I wiggled through LA, just like a LA nigga. You sure? Shout out to my Inglewood niggas, my Bonta niggas, my South Central niggas, you know what I'm saying? I moved all through. Now I'ma tell you what I didn't do though. I really wasn't hanging out on the East side, homie. I wasn't hanging out on the East side, homie. You know what I'm saying? Shout out to my Brent niggas over there. I'd have been all over there, but I wasn't hanging. Most of my hanging is on the West side, you know what I'm saying? Even shout out to the 60 niggas too, cause them niggas always show me love. The Mansfield niggas always show me love. Now I walked to the store and all that shit in the Mansfields, they would cry down the field and the homie, Mack and all them and shit like that. So me being in LA and actually being around my, cause to learn the game for real, see what's happening and what ain't happening. I was privy to have information that most San Diego, no San Diego niggas really got about the game, homie. They just don't know. And I try to tell them they ain't gonna believe me, nigga you ain't passing out no chains and shit, slick. You know what I'm saying? What we gon' listen to you folks, you know what I'm saying? Like if you listen, I will be passing out some chains. Just listen, I'm a Carl Wack. I'm a jail Wack, what's happening my nigga? Wack you gotta set the play man. You feel me? Like I would have been put this play. I know, I just know, and you still, it's gangs down there, so you still got your little division, even though somebody may wanna fuck with this dude, you gon' have the people on this side of his neighborhood saying something so, you know, you gotta be a certain type of dude to really do this business. Everybody's not gonna agree with your decisions. True, these are facts. You get what I'm saying? It's funny today, cause they be like, you're Wack. Man, why you gonna do that no jumpership, bro? You know, you supposed to be whoop, whoop, whoop, but then now, but then now today, they say you're Wack. Can you open us a podcast a weekend? A door, yeah. You know what I'm saying? The game is changed, what's up? I just thought of something, I mean, listen, the way San Diego is, I ain't saying everybody, you gotta bend the rules and make it right for San Diego, but I'ma tell you what it would take in Deagle. You can't just put one nigga on. That bring everybody? You gotta put like four niggas on it one time. See that's crazy. So do you feel like that might've been a hindrance? That mindset might've been a hindrance to why we have- No, I'm saying just like, like, pick a nigga from here, there, there, and there. So, okay, no, everybody can't be mad or nothing. Everybody got they guy, now everybody gotta do they part. And if your guy don't do his part, then y'all ain't in the shit no more, you know what I'm saying? But it ain't no reason to look at it as a bad thing. That's full of, that's full of times money. That's go break. So you're talking about like a rap group? No, no, I'm saying like let's take four artists and just crack it. Got something. You know what I'm saying? That way, the main thing, the problem that we got, that'll eliminate that. Maybe what he just said is- We gotta eliminate cannibalism and that go homey. That's not a group. Like a super group. In the Bay and shit, they got a, what's it, one umbrella right now is like a movement with a 20 second gym and all. But is it working? I feel like they got motion. Like I feel like they probably got motion as a group. It can't be a group. No? No. Just for one thing? Everybody apart. Okay. Just get them something, get them something, get them something and then whoever is involved in the shit, believe me, they gon' see why they make shit. What about giving them an opportunity? Yes. Okay, cause so look, so we, you know, this Sunday we launched nothing but content. I have a reality show that I'm supposed to shoot. It's called On the Fingers, which you know, that's a little John's thing, but on the fingers, it can be crib, love, fuck you, love, power, it can be whatever, right? So what we was, what we're doing, and I've already contacted about 20 neighborhoods and they, this is, they, they won't end. So what I'm doing is I'm going to different neighborhoods and we jumping out with the camera and it may be two, three, four cats. And we may be like, look, them two is hard. We ain't fucking with them, but only one of y'all come back to the compound. Whatever they gotta do to figure out whatever they want is, they squabble up, they toss the coin road. I don't know. But we bringing back a representative from 10 different neighborhoods, Crips, Bloods, Parruz, we even threw the hoovers in there, right? Back to the compound. But when we get back to the compound, all the challenges, it's going to be like a artist development course. It ain't going to be no gang van shit when we get back. It's going to be all shit that you suppose to know or learn in the game, right? But at the end of it, it's going to be a deal. It's going to be marketing, it's going to be promo, it's going to be features, a distro, dealing the bag. So quite naturally, what I'm talking to the fellows on the phone, all the neighborhoods is going down, it's LA County neighborhoods. Now I said, I gotta include Dego. You know this, because I called you. You dare so dear. I called you, right? But listening to what you saying. About a month ago. Yeah, listening to what you saying, we may have to include more than one. Fraction from the Diego compound. Fraction of it from the Diego compound, for right? But I'm going to tell you this. I'm not dealing with the politics. So you're going to have to tell me. So you Mr. Mitch, go have to tell me. Okay. The real man. Hey, we're going to find a way from everybody to pick this nigga. He ain't going to kill me around that point. Y'all figure it out. Hey, y'all got to figure it out. Because what I'll do instead of just being one, I'll open the gates up to it like two, three. Right. From the Diego to come compete for it. But y'all got to figure out where we going to end up going to do this with these people to get them back up to the compound. Discussing about yourself. You know that being said, you got to figure out. Go on, homie. Yeah, that's a good idea, G. Bees figure it out. Listen down there. You got Burgundy bandanas, red bandanas, green bandanas. Right. You get what I'm saying? And they all, you know, the older cats is tapped in. We don't have time to deal with the politics. We got to figure that out. The skylines is already looking at me like, nigga, you got to come over here. Right. But before them, the league is looking at me like, whack, we been your extended family. And Bees said he got one from over there too. You got, so right? Right. My nigga young, huh? And so, and then we got to, but then you got, bro, it's gangs out. You ever heard of Little Africa? I have heard of it. You got Emerald Hills, you got the coast, you got all kind of shit. Probably some other shit I don't know about. You know what I'm saying? I don't mind doing that and putting the light on them. And guess what? Even if they're not the winners, Adam knows this, bro, what you take from that vision, that visual? Yeah. They can't go down there and sit on their hands. Even if you don't win, they might do some shit that's viral enough to push their thing. So let me ask you this, Mitch. If we started that show today, who are the top three artists, not trying to exclude nobody, but if you got, if he tell you, I need three artists today, who are the three artists from Diego that you push in to say these are the three guys that are the best representative of San Diego? Who are those three guys? Trying to get me cute. I don't want to. I hear him say those names and names. Hey, yo, but that's crazy though. That's San Diego, honey. Anybody else? That's so crazy. I named names. Right. See all the part, it's a little, and I don't want to get you into no mix. I'm just saying like. You name names, we're being objective about who has the most motion. Like I feel like he's gonna know who got the most motion. Like he's playing favorites. So I got them all names. Cause it's like not as big of artists. So I'll tell you what we gonna do. We ain't gonna single out nobody. Everybody all the day. Go figure out what neighborhoods, right? Yeah. And we're gonna pull up and whatever ones is fair. We gonna give them action and we gonna let the people tell us right there. What it is. What it come down to and who gonna be the one. So if it's five niggas from over there, six niggas, we gonna put the top of the camera to see what they about. And we gonna get to the bottom line. I got a question. Do you look at Wes Watson as a Diego representative? Wes Watson? Yeah. You know the white boys. You know who they are. Hold on, bro. I mean he's locked up again. He's locked up again. They try to give him all day and night. He's locked up in Miami. He's a white boy. Yeah, he's a white guy. He's a white boy. He's skinny and white boy? Nah. He run with the white car when he go to jail. Baby I have though, Wes Watson. Oh wait, what did he do? So basically he went to prison and then he came out and started doing like a prison vlog and all this shit. Oh Wes? Yeah. Wes? Is he official? Big ass white guy. Let me see. Who's he talking about? He was a big YouTube star. Wes Brett? He locked up now. No, no. I'm on the right. No, no, no. On the way. Who? It's the guy on the right. Big ass muscle head. So what did he do? He got a blow. Where he from? So basically he blew up on YouTube, made a bunch of money, was like doing this whole self-help thing and then he got caught up, got a bunch of money. Now they got him with some shit with him beating up his girl. He beat up a nigga at a gym. And now he about to do like, they try to hit him with like 30. Yeah, he's from San Diego. Yeah. He rep San Diego hard. You know what? San Diego is real segregated. But then he did 10 years in prison for robbery, burglary and violent assault. And then he been in Miami for a while. He was locked up until 2018. Do they got white gangs down there? What? Cause we don't got white gangs up here. Yeah, we don't. Oh they had hiring? We don't got white gang. We don't do got white gangs. No we don't. Mexican gangs. You got skinheads and all that shit. No, but we can't like, where they be. No we, they, you know what I'm saying? Oh you mean like a hood where white boys in the gang. Yeah, yeah. Who? Lexi, LXG, Lexi Gangsters. Yeah. Oh see that's crazy. The OC got some white boy gang, right? Who? Orange County, they got like the skinhead gangs and shit like that. That's why I hear, I never really seen it. Yeah, I've never, I've never like, like I know like the bikers, but I'm like, if you wanna know, you can go on Google and put in on Crips and Bloods, it's gonna give you a whole outline where red, blue, orange, where they at. Like if a mother said like, yo, what are white gangs at? I know some white boys from some black gangs and Mexican gangs, but just. White gangs themselves. I don't even know the name of no white gangs. I'm sorry. The white gangs have that? The prison, Nazi low rodders and all that type of shit, but it may have something in Orange County. Right. So do they have like sections where is? It's Dago homie, I'm sure they do. They do be what they got, B's. Lakeside, LSU. Well, y'all don't, y'all don't. Y'all don't rock the board. No, no, no. They do their own shit? Okay. But it's shit all the way from Dago to shit. Oceanside. Southeast, East Dago, Linda Vista, hella gangs in Oceanside. It's a whole another world in Oceanside. What happened to that dude you interviewed? Bishop Snow, he's a GD from Oceanside. He's a what? A GD. That happens to happen in jail. I don't know, his older homie or something. He's like a black dude from a Mexican gang, right? He's not from a black gang. Well, he's a gangster disciple. From a black gang? Yeah. Also in GD. Yeah. So they got like a movement, a GD movement down there? Oceanside. Oceanside. But that's like, you know, 40 minutes. Yeah, I know what's that. Yeah. That's what I don't talk about. We never run into none of them. Oceanside between like Mr. V. Hay-O and Insta-Meter. Pretty much, yeah. I know a little bit. One, six, three, 78. You know, I know a few. You know a lot of bits. You know he tapped it. I know a lot of bits. Oh, shit. Let me ask this question. So this album that you dropped, and this is your 25th anniversary of this, right? So I want to ask about this. So how are your views about the industry? Like, so when you was getting into the game 25 years ago, and now, like what are your views of the game and the industry that have changed in 25 years? That's a lot of shit, homie. But the main thing, I'll just talk about one thing. Then you had to really be outside, you know what I mean? Now you can make it happen from, you know, from your laptop or your mother's computer. You know, but back then it was a lot of pound, I mean, what you call it? Pound and pavement. Paving the pound. Pound and the pavement, homie. And what I mean by pound and the pavement, me and the homies went, and when I dropped that album, me and the homies about five-os went all, bought brand new escalades and denalis and shit and wrapped them and drove to every hood from San Diego all the way to the bay to Oakland. I went to all the hoods in Oakland, Sack went everywhere. Stayed in Sack for weeks, hung out with mother fucker in the strawberry man is with the homies and over there. Garden block. Garden, all the homies. 24, 29 seats. I really pounded the pavement, homie, with this shit. And that's one thing, I don't think they do no shit like that. I'm talking about we putting up, you know, remember the shits? The street team. The street team. So is it almost four and half to do this digital shit now these days versus the on the grind shit? Because I'm from the beginning of digital shit. I'm just, I just missed out on being a kid during that era. See me, Jim Malone, if we'd have had Instagram and all that shit when we first came out. Shit would have been way easier. It's a story right now. Because the shit we was doing, then I will put it on, but now I'm not finished show y'all what I'm doing every day. While I live and how I ride around. I'm too old for that. I mean, we think about it, though, right? What the shit they had to do? He talking about driving a 500 mile radio. Everybody on Rens with TVs and they shit. We smash it all the way to the bay. And with the cars or the visual with the loud music. Right. And you staple in the posters to the polls. But we could just go on Instagram. And do it way faster. And then the world sees it. Yeah. But you got to be a certain type of nigga to even jump out in the middle of Oakland and poster some shit up on the wall. It was dangerous out there back then. You could just hop out. But nigga was loving us. It was it was loving the fact that we was, you know, coming like that. We're not Southern California niggas driving all the way up to Frisco. And that's how I built the following I got in the bay to where I got songs with all the legendary niggas in. Or they don't love. I don't give a fuck what they say. They don't love no Southern California niggas in the bay more than Mitchie Schlig. I say that more than. No, that's facts. You go look at my my my listeners, the strings and all my what you call it analytics and shit. The Bay Frisco all that should be up there. You know what I'm saying? Shout out to my nigga, Messi, Marv. We got an album that's a classic. Yeah. Shout out to my nigga, Recipes, Jack or he. Jack or yeah. It niggas like, you know, it's one thing you underground street nigga and a nigga come call you up to hop on some shit and he put you on a song with 40. You know what I'm saying? That's different. You know what I'm saying? That's the type of love the niggas have with me. Facts. Shout out to my niggas. All my niggas, all my my figure niggas, everybody. Let me get a messy Marv's number. I'm trying to get it. Man, please. Man, I'm so set up. Marv is a legend. Messi Marv is a legend from where I'm from. We got to do something about this shit, man. I said it. Straight up. What do you mean? Because the homie needs the game right now. So he's not in a great space. And it would be a, if anybody got something, and I know in the whole Southern Cali, Northern Cali between the two of us got some type of way to offer the homie some type of rehab and or something. Assistant or something. It don't make no motherfucking sense, man. And he birthed so many. Right, it's come on, man. Come on, man. He is. He is. He is. He is. Definitely is. But now, Messi Marv is definitely a legend. He's definitely influenced a lot of people. And I think that he gets kind of like tossed by the wayside because of whatever he might be going through. Yeah, I'm most definitely trying to hunt the homie down and reach him and shit like that. But. Right. I'm a finey. Yeah, man. Are you looking him up right now? No, I'm a fine. I'm just. I'm a messager. I'm a hit general. Niggas need to make some nod. Especially in the Bay, they need to make it a real deal obligation of the whole Bay, man, to go find Messi and put him up, man. Yeah, I'm going to tell you who I want to interview. Who that? Because I'm a huge fan. But he got mad at me. Who that? I know why he got mad at me. Spice one. Spice one is a legend. I'm a huge fan. That's my big homie. My music by Mel Tapes. Every time he dropped something, I had it, right? Spice one. Well, he got mad at me because of Tupac shit. Ah. Right? Yeah. But I don't think, I think he knows now that wax a fan. Like, I was like, him, Sebo, these dudes that I kind of discovered I was in prison. Sebo went to prison for his lyrics. No, I was there. I was there. I remember in the Vibe magazine where it's one of his conditions was he couldn't say nothing about the police. And the next song he dropped was about the police. They violated him. Yeah. You know, Selly Sale, cast like that. Because, you know, I started doing something solid that. So I was up north from our Bay Area. You know, it's called Bloody Waters. OK. Dom moves and cast from the Bay. We sail with one another. We click with one another. So do you know about his Tupac take? What? What? He said that the game was a bigger rapper than Tupac. No, I did not say the game was a bigger rapper than Tupac. I said that. No, but I said this. I said that the game had more of an impact on the West Coast than Tupac. And the reason why I said that, because Poc had an impact. No, no, no. He has more classic albums too. But what I was saying was. He just got more albums. And when I said it, they said I was a wack glazer. But I'm not. Poc got like five, five, six. But what I said was, you remember the time after Poc's. Poc had an impact on the West Coast from like 92 to like 90. Till he passed like 96, right? And then after he passed, the West Coast on a mainstream level was in a drought for a long time. And then when Game came. That's when I came. Exactly. And so when Game came, he was tasked with because the West Coast was being blackboard and he had to bring us back to the national stage. Definitely. That was hard. So am I wrong for that take? He done. OK, I'm going to say this. OK. And they ain't going to like it, but it's the truth. You know what it is. Poc didn't do a mother. They ain't for the West Coast. The West Coast did it for Poc. Come on. I'm talking about. I ain't talking about the Bay shit, right? But even with that shit. Because he was sitting in the penitentiary in New York. And then said, Kevin got him out, signed him on a napkin. Took a West Coast digger to do that. Yeah. Right. And then when he got. Talk about Poc when I'm on. No, hold on. We just have a conversation. Poc is one of my favorite. Respectfully. Poc, we just talking about real shit. Realistically. When he got to the studio, a lot of them joints was done. They was somebody else. Dr. Dre shit. Yeah. We ain't taking nothing from him, but Game didn't have to help Poc have. None of that. Adam, I think you know this shit. Come on. Thank you for being here, Wack. Game didn't have to help. Nothing. Poc, think about it. The West Coast building model prison brought him to the studio. Gave him songs. Like signing to the biggest rapper in the world. No, I'm saying gave him songs. Right. Like these shit was done. 50 cent gave Game his biggest songs. We're talking about Poc in there with Dre. But how is this an argument against. This is an argument about why Game had a lot of help. No, no, listen to me. Game definitely got help from Fitty. Right. Right. But Poc never had to face the opposition. That game had to face. That's what I was saying. And still survive. And it was difficult because at the time we was dry. We didn't have shit going. Fitty was a monster. Don't get point for having to face more opposition. And win. It's about your contribution. And that's why I feel like he was more impactful to the West Coast. It was no disrespect to Poc. To the West. But to the West, what Game had to do. We were dead. It was so moving that shit out of him. That was tough. We was dry out here, bro. Motherfucker. On a mainstream level. Poc. Biggie had died. Poc had died on the West Coast. Niggas was like, I ain't even. Thank you. I'm talking about Niggas. I'm talking about how I've been at last. Game brought his back. At the time, I go out of it. Niggas, they wasn't playing a West Coast record. No way. And Poc didn't have to go against that. They hated it. They hated it. Exactly. And Poc didn't have to do that when he was doing this thing. That's why I said what Game did was so difficult. Such an uphill battle. That's why it was more impactful to the West Coast. But of course, when I say that, they say I'm glazing. But what we have to say, Poc did it by the time he was 25. Yeah. Yeah. I get that. Game up like 30 years. You know what I'm saying? Game was young when he came out. When Game dropped his debut, what, he was 22, 21? He was young. You know what I'm saying is Game, Game, Game still up and kicking. Right. To this day. Drillmatic just dropped a bit easy on him. He's just dropped a mixtape with DJ Drama. Yeah, you get what I'm saying. So he did the shoot with Mikey Keyes. That shit dope as f***. I think it's at least a discussion to say what he did. Speaking of Mikey Keyes, let's talk about who developed him. A day go, nigga. Come on. That's Big Reese. Talk on it. Speak on it. First time I met him, they was just over there. We was in the jungles, sleeping on the floors. Them niggas was so dope. I was like, I ain't leaving these niggas until we get some shit. I just went over there, stayed with them. We just lay together for like, I had my gates up in Malibu, homie, I built them niggas a studio in my house and all that shit. I believe. T Fly was over there with us too. I had T Fly at the pad. I believe Mikey Keyes got the most nipsey hustle, unreleased nipsey hustles always. Damn. Them niggas got a drive. Ooh. Man, we get that music. Drive. Yeah. This is a fact. So whenever, you know, Black Sam, whenever he get ready to do his, whatever he's gonna do, he's probably like, he got some music over there. Got some music. And the one thing I can say about the music, because I've heard it, is that he kind of got what Pop got. You know, you could put a Pox on right now and it don't sound aged. Yeah. That's a fact. You know what I'm saying? And that's the type of shit Mikey Keyes got. The timeless shakes. What nipsey is times. I got an album with Mikey Keyes right now, I'm finna come out. A whole album? A whole album. Yeah, that's love. But I mean, with that, you're not gonna win that one. Yeah. Yeah, I know. I know. And I know. I got creamed in the comments and they was getting that one. And I got C. Lo Green on the album. That's all. Ooh. That's all. You did a record with Gladys Knight too, right? Talk to me about that. How the hell you get a hold of that? How you get Gladys Knight on a record? How many people can say that? Hey, I'm gonna tell y'all a better story before we talk about that. OK. On the Dead Homies. I think it was Christmas. Christmas 2005. Me and all the homies on the block sitting out in front of my grandma and my house. Harley's in the front, everything in the front. Hair out looking brazy and all this shit. And my uncle Doug, she come walking across the street. And all I hear is, trick or race, shit, shit, shit, shit. Well, I'm singing it way better than I sung. I like that one, baby. On my mama, on the Dead Homies in the Shaka Khan in front of my house, singing Triggeration Station to me on the Dead Homies. That's crazy. I like that one, baby, Triggeration Station. That's great. That's slap it. But I'm gonna tell you what, Shaka Khan. I should have said slap it, but he's better. Whitney Houston. More like really in touch with Street. With Street, yeah. Doug Rochete. She was married to Doug Rochete. That's my uncle on my block. Brought her to Granny's house on Christmas Day, singing that shit to me. Shaka Khan on my mama and with all the homies on the block. So you got Shaka Khan singing your stuff and then you did a song with Gladys Knight. How does this even happen? The Gladys Knight collab. How does that even happen? Gladys Knight married to my uncle. Doug. And I just spend a lot, like his family. And it ain't just family. Just being at the studio and we just not going out. That's crazy. I just, I gotta call, I love my auntie Gladys. I don't even want to do a song with Kendrick. Shout out to Uncle Will. You already know. Jadon and Kendrick record. That makes sense. That makes a lot of sense. Right. When was the last time she put music on? It's been a while. I don't know, but shit, it don't matter. I did a movie out, she could put some. Yeah. And guess what? Guess who called me? Fucking Stutterbox. Yo. J-Hool brother, I swear to God. He called me. Why? Janet, want to do a song with Kendrick. And I know you were too with TDE. She did put it out about three years ago. And then he puts me on the phone with somebody. He wanted to top NOI guys, covering your security. And there it went. I sent top to the email and whatever they doing, they doing. So it be a lot going on, bro. You got to see. Yeah. I'm in love to hear that though. Jadon and Kendrick, I think I would be here for that. Nah, I got a bone to pick with you. Oh shit, here we go. Let's do it. And then I'm going to put some shit on your ass. We're going to rewind. Oh shit, bro. Out of respect to you, I had the conversation. I heard you say, Wack was scared to sit down with Moose because of the conversation. But when I had the conversation with him and asked him what his issues was, everything he was talking about was some YouTube shit that he was unaware of the end of workings of. He didn't really have like I thought he really had to really try to say what he wanted to say to you. It left a little bit to be. Yeah, he didn't really have much to say. Bro, you're going to stop shitting on him. I'm not shitting on him. No, Adam, like I thought listen. Weasel boy. Listen, Adam. I thought that he really like has some real like. Little weasel. Like on some, I thought he had some. Bro, his whole shit was people that no jumper. No, but this was a contradiction. He was coming at Wack saying Wack is bad for no jumper because he promotes division. Meanwhile, he's beefing with Flocko. He's beefing with TF 30. He's beefing with you. He's doing the same things that he doesn't want you to do. And even as my brother, like I have a podcast with him. He's cool. He's a good guy, but I got to call a ball of ball on the strike and strike. You're not keeping it. How are you going to call this man out for creating division? He was a thing though. Who do I got division with? You got it because everybody on a no jumper schedule has always been off my schedule. Now with him, he bouncing around to the new TF 30. They want to do the news, right? Flocko make pop up and right. You bouncing around in areas and spaces to where it may cause a riff. But with me, it's always been Thursday. Thursday, every single time. And that's it. The last show. And it sucks because I have a podcast with him and with. For Adam, I'm trying to figure out. Maybe you know, I was really, I thought really, I said, let me see what the fuck he got on his mind. Everything the dude mentioned. I said, bro, do you not know how long I was up here before Munchie B came through them doors? Munchie B wasn't here. That was already going on for some club. I was shit. He didn't really have no real questions. I thought he was like, ask me some real shit. He didn't have no backing. I'm just calling. So I'm asking you, I'll be honest. You know, he didn't have nothing to really stand on. We got to be honest. Yeah, but you don't, you're not thinking about how this looks. That you're just so eager to dump on Moose. I'm not trying to dump on him. Also, I want you to watch this podcast back because after every sentence he says, you're like, uh-huh. No, but watch it. I said, no, no. No, it's like you're ad lipping everything he says. If you're trying to beat the glazing allegations, it's going to take part. First and foremost, why, dude, let's keep it real. I'm just being real. Sometimes, bro, sometimes being the people we are, we have to be supportive of who we fuck with. You are like, I just met this dude. I've known him. You said you didn't even know who he was. No, but once he thought about it, he realized we met each other years ago. But you said that you hung out with him 10 times and you said you didn't know. I didn't remember. We had been at the Nick Cannon shit eating $400 worth of sushi. I put the reddit, put the clip side by side. No, this is real shit. Nuts. Right. I didn't realize it. Once he thought about it, he was like, oh, that's it. Oh, that's bro. OK. I was eating $400 worth of states. I don't remember. It was a few minutes ago. But I was eating $400 worth of states. No, we was eating like we thought. We was at the Nick Cannon shit at the sushi spot. We was eating all type of boats of sushi. Like, I've been watching. Not only that, not only that, I don't know real shit. Well, we brought the white dude up here to X races. That's still a race. It's because you race for the beginning race at the end. I don't agree with that. You can change your mind. You were signed with him. About what? About all the white shit. Well, white shit that I signed with him. The white dude from Lancaster. He's not even racist. So what the fuck was I signed with him? So he's an ex. He's an ex-knots. Do you remember him saying anything racist that whole time? He's a white guy who used to be in a Nazi gang when he was in prison. Well, that makes him a racist. No, it doesn't. You said he was a Nazi gang. He's not a racist. He used to be. Was he cool? He was cool as fuck. Hey, I had a homie that was banged. I was skinhead from, I think it was like, but he changed. He changed. He changed. OK, if you're a blood and then one day you decide, you know what, I'm not a blood anymore. I'm going to become a preacher and I'm never. That never works. But I denounce gang bang and I'm against it. I'm going to tell you why it never works. Is he still a bud? No, he's not. He's an ex-bud. No, but let me tell you why it never works. My whole boy Charlie. OK, but watch this. But watch this. Let the wrong something happen to the wrong motherfucker. Or let the right motherfucker knock on Charlie's door. Straight up. That shit never is still going to, you know, listen, I'm that way. No, Charlie ain't going to. But if the right, if I get, you touched the wrong one. Straight up. I'm back. So your ass ain't never just gone. I'm sorry. Now he was cool as fuck. I fucked what they do. And did not say anything racist though. No, no, no, it was cool as fuck. Well, you hear the big tall white dude from Landcatch. Cool as fuck. But God damn it, we know your plots and some few things you didn't execute it. And I'm looking at you. He had the keys, homie. The keys. God damn it. I mean, if anything. Charlie don't win on some men. Big old six fire white boy. If anything, I feel like he was downplaying the type of racist shit that he was probably on in prison. Like he don't even want to admit to anything. He don't want to admit to anything. You don't got to admit to. He ain't got to downplay me because I've been there. We already know. But he didn't like fill in the details and be like, yeah. Then one time, but also you're in prison, you're a white guy. I mean, you mostly are leaving the other races alone, right? So. Bullshit. They got their own core. Now the ass ain't probably got. They're not like interacting with other races most of the time. They interacting with the ass hates. This is the crazy part about it, by the way. It's not like they're beating up black dudes all the time unless there's a race ride, which don't have a race ride. It's a race ride. Everybody rummage, but no, you ain't. They're not pressing LA County. They catch the blues. Then when they get see when they get to prison, it's white dudes from all around California. So it ain't you ain't going like you'll go up there and I find a San Diego card. It may be 20 niggas just from they go. So you're not going to find this 20 white dudes from San Fernando. It'll be some white dudes from all around and they come together. You know what I mean? So but you act like. If I'm not saying nothing wrong and I'm going to be real, I was a little unimpressed because I thought dude really has some real questions. Now, I don't know if he shot some of the questions at you, but everything he asked me was like some YouTube shit. Yeah, I wasn't really that impressed. But yeah, I'm just being real. Like I really thought and in my mind, it really pissed me off more. But I could do nothing because you are left. Right. Right. And the fact that you were left, I couldn't even frown because. Yeah, the fact that Adam and left, because once Adam lead a building, it's kind of like on me, right? And I'm telling myself, oh, you went through all this shit and you really ain't talking about some YouTube shit. And this is this is the thing with Adam. And Adam's giving me a complex, right? Because it's making me feel because he's giving me and I look up to him as a mentor on this on this podcast and shit because clearly he has more experience in me and I'm trying to get better. But you what? Listen, that white boy. No, he's good at what he does. I mean, it's a combination. You got to tell him what the fans say. So now every time I say anything positive, like towards you, it's like it comes off as like overly glazing or trying to art or disingenuous. You don't got nothing negative to say about me. You do have a real problem with that, though. That's not like something I invented. So anybody he got something good to say about. Watch this podcast. I'm going to watch it. But we've got something good to say about the glazing. OK, it's not just that you're glazing the way, but it's like every single thing that wax says, you're just ad-living it like you never let the conversation breathe. You got to let motherfuckers talk instead of just immediately saying something after everything people say. OK, you know what it is. I can live with you. You're not doing that for him enough. Oh, I mean, no, he's been good to me. He would also be great. He's been good to me about it and I can work on that. But it's just like, yeah, you're right. That's why I'm going to just take that. I'm going to just take. No, it's not a team shit. I'm just trying to help. I get it. He's the only one that defends me with facts. That's all it is. Everybody else I know everybody else I know is some bullshit. But if it's said against me, they just won't say nothing. So and people this is I called you last night. Did you see me call you last night? Did you just shut up? So I had I was on the podcast and I made. I don't want to have made but Spodey face, the dude I'm about to be getting a boxing match with in August, he changed his stance because Spodey face told me, Doe Boy, you should have rolled with Moose versus. No, not the pro black guy. And so it's so shout out to shout to game. Because game that he said he was just like, why is it that that Spodey face is always on his pro black stuff and ride with your people. And then because he has so much hatred towards whack, he told me to ride with Moose. Stop your podcast, co-hosts, is your people. Stop right here. Even if you have two episodes right here. Spodey face ain't even got a reason to be mad at me. He's only mad because he told me to go get the dudes paperwork. And when I got it, it wasn't in favor of what he said. Remember, I got into it with the other dude. What's his name? Cool podcast. It is. The brother be coming up here. I always forget it. Bro Rogan, Bro Rogan. Right. Because remember, I set the whole deal up with Bro Rogan. That's Bro Rogan's podcast. Right. Right. A lot of shit was going on behind the scenes. Spodey wasn't privy to because I never did no business with Spodey. All my business always been with Bro Rogan. I wasn't the first time I parted with Bro Rogan. You get what I'm saying? So. My issues was with him drop it, release it, drop it, release it. Right. Right. And then he finally told me he wanted to drop it. But Spodey didn't like how he looked on the podcast. So let me ask you a question. What did you see me do wrong? Spodey Face, outside of produced the paperwork that didn't say what he said. It said nothing. Spodey Face doesn't like you at this point. Well, you guys started hating each other because you did the whole thing. We surprised him at DC and then it hate me for that. I know, but y'all were still cool. Hold on. Stop third. No, no, no. But then they didn't put it out for a near after the podcast. I'm telling you the fucking answer. Then you didn't talk for like a week. You got mad at him because you thought that he wasn't going to put it out. And then you start tripping on him on crazy. No, it wasn't him. Then he did put it out. Or no, that wasn't him. It was it was broke. Rogan shit. Well, let me watch this third. But after the podcast, Spodey Face, when I put it out, then they did put it out. And then y'all have still been beefing, even though it did come out third. After the podcast, what did DC baby drink on Spodey Face do? Twenty yards away from everybody for 15 minutes. Them niggas was cool like me and you and the hallway. This is what she do. How he did you when he act one way on the table, but step out there and say, oh, it's cool. So I didn't understand that because after they was cool. So I'm like, oh, shit, all right, ain't a problem. Right. Now, I was on bro Rogan ass because bro Rogan playing both sides. Get to middle. He telling me whack is coming out tomorrow. Bro, put the shit up. Why didn't coming out? Right. Right. That's why I had to expose bro Rogan. Nigga, you up there with Aunt Halfey. Nigga, this is what you said. Shit started getting different then, right? Remember, right? So I'm like, bro, you playing both sides. You telling me one thing and telling Spodey another. So remember, it's bro Rogan's podcast. It ain't Spodey shit. Right. So I think I think he just really got mad because I didn't agree that the paperwork said dismissed, but yet you still going to put the charges on the nigga. You can't do that. Listen, if you get caught in the county jail with some charges fighting the case, they might do something which. But if you get to the penitentiary, your paperwork say dismissed, dismissed, dismissed. Is it dead? They're right. They use it against you. And even to this day, what you learned once Spodey getting his head, that's what it is. He ain't changing it. And I had Spodey on the phone last night and he switched his business and it was so crazy because he said, you know what, though, had I known all the facts, I would have told you to ride with whack. What he didn't? And Spodey said that he didn't even know all the facts. You didn't know all the facts to the next day. He said, I didn't see all the crazy shit that they've been said. And you didn't even know because I don't know if you see because I'm pretty sure you didn't watch the whole thing. Moose is talking crazy about me. He was calling me a whack. Azen he was talking shit about me on the on the 24 hour stream. He said, I'm disloyal. I was just like, I'm on board with all that. Moose is a Mexican, bro. Moose is a Mexican who disrespect for no reason. Brother is black and his rapport with me has always been solid. Why would he ask? Why would he go against me? Nobody was saying that he should have done anything aside from staying in between y'all when you were he said down and this niggas. No, the sitting down is the problem. No, he goes on the wall. Let me tell you something. You got to get involved. Let me be out of. I got punched in the face trying to break up. Hey, let me be. Let me be real with you. So when you understand a street dude, right? And a street dude sits back and goes into this quiet zone. If I watch him in an uncomfortable situation and he goes into a quiet zone in my mind, I know it comes after that. So I'm going to look at the situation and say, is it two niggas or three niggas or one nigga? If it's anything other than one dude, right? I'm going to let the homie do it. I know it's coming. If it's two, I'm already telling myself when the homie move, I got to move. When I went into that quiet, you've never seen me do that. If Kimbo Slice walks in here and let's say he's my boy, rest in peace also. If Kimbo Slice is my boy and he walks in there and he's trying to fight you, I'm going to get on. I'm going to get in between you. I'm going to try to stop him at the very least. No, yes. No. If I told Kimbo Slice, you you this, you that, you this, you that, you sit your ass down. Right. Well, it's partially because I don't want anyone fighting in my building, but it's also because even if he's bigger and stronger and likely to I'm still going to try to stop two of my friends from fighting each other. You sit there like a dough boy. First of all, you. Let me ask you something. So you at this point in time, let's be real. Dealing with all the bullshit we didn't deal with with motherfuckers. You build motherfuckers and motherfuckers getting weird. No. You embrace moose as your friend, friend. Yeah. OK, so when it comes to moose and it comes to wag. So his it's the same level of I mean, I was just not the same level. So I know you for a lot longer. We've done more business. We've done more podcasts. I feel like I probably know you better. But I mean, you've both risen to the level of being my friend to the point where I'm not going to just watch you guys fight. Would you agree that moose is is bigger than me? Oh, in everything. Right. Wait. How much do you weigh? I'm two thirty five. He's was 260 and five. Eleven right. He's six feet. Yeah, he's younger than me. Taller. So everything about this situation is in his favor. No. OK, well, let me ask you this. I can't really know. You got a squabble on you. Wait, wait, wait. Let me break it down. Hey, hey, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Let me ask you this. Now we've seen a few work. Faith, how do you feel about this? Well, moose when he was in here with with with with with with wet and that shit went down. He was hands up. He was a Macau the police. He was all of that. That was some bulls. He didn't want to fight. But he's the same person that called out Flocko to a fade. He wanted to fight Flocko. Did he? Yes. And he got into it with TF Third. I don't know if they fought or not, but they got into it. So it's like when it's with those two dudes, you ready to fight. But when it came to whack, I want to call the police. I just don't like this. Like this elective choosing and politicking. If you a fighter and you're going to fight, fight. He just wanted to talk to a whack, though. He wasn't trying to fight. Wack. No. OK. Listen, you know me. Look, Adam, I really want to believe after getting your text the next day. That if you would have saw all the crazy shit he had been saying, I wouldn't have brought him in. This would have been a different vibe. OK, so you got to put my shoes on. This is why. And I think when I text you and told you what I told you, you just like I was going to go some bullshit with them. Right. But, bro. You have not called. Dude, I don't like your moves. You play this innocent shit now, but the shit you was coming with wasn't no innocent shit. Like, I know if I'm talking to a priest or a gangster mother, you get what I'm saying? You tell a priest, they fuck you up. God bless. Gaineson, they can fuck you when I see you. Whatever is going to lead to something. So I'm asking you at one point of time, you say, you're a moose. You sitting up here, you're a whack. I feel whack overreacting, right? But moose stop acting like you didn't do the reason the trip. I told him. Because do be on the podcast. Do be on the podcast. Like, man, he just I don't know, man. I just wanted to pod. Nicky, when you say fuck you, you ain't shit. And to all my Mexican community, let me clear this up. I didn't say I didn't like Mexicans. Want them to pour this. No. I, a black dude who come from doing time in the system is two ways with a Mexican. It's respect is disrespect. There's no how I'll bullshit with Mitchie. Crack jokes with Doughboy. I don't do that with Mexicans because it's the the turmoil I've been in. My neighborhood been in, right? So there's no room for me to. Clowning bullshit with just a Mexican dude. I don't know. I'm not going to do that because I don't know how he's going to hear that. And I'm going to hear it off the back as a negative. It don't matter. That's just both of them. My last 10 homies called life on the Mexican, not a crib. My last G homie, Rest in Peace, J-Dog was killed by a Mexican, not a crib. Right. So. I got a bunch of Mexican comrades, but I don't I don't I don't see foot and play around and with Mexicans that I don't know. We got a relationship and a report that we however it is. I don't do that. All he had to do is say, yo, I got a few questions for you. Let's sit down and talk about it. And I would have did it. Well, you know that Moose got put off Norte because of that conversation. They said he can't even go back to say. They said, I'm going to take this. The North is another thing he ain't did the math for. Man, he's motherfucking Mexicans. They ain't going to give a about this dude. You from Sacramento. He running around here wide open and I'm looking at him like, bro, chill out. You playing. You play on a while. You I think I you know what? Did you see what he did? The nigga hopped up on the chair. Like you knew it was going to be some bullshit. Yeah, you hopped up on the chair like you get knocked away. I'm funny. No, I took it. Was it play it? And that's what he said like that when he calmed down. So like when I seen Wack get quiet, I seen a man trying to contain himself. And that's why I even give him credit for like not blowing up the spot because when he banged on the table and said, I want to get out. Everything in whack, wanted to get out. Have you ever been in the you know, we do go to the mental struggles with ourselves, tell us in a fight with itself and then didn't get like grabbing ourselves. It may be with a little homie. It happened a lot with the little homies. Little nigga, but you know, don't that's the homie son. Rest your. So I'm going to like I'm literally. Bro, I thought about my wife, my kids, Lena, your dog. I like that moose man can bring out all those. I don't break no, no, because I know if I snap, it's all. Is he going to lose at all? Exactly. And I don't want to go over there. We all I don't want to go over there. Just sitting in prison doing 20 over moose man. Now watch this and see. Watch this. I don't know. We already know that math. It take about. After the phone call, about 12 minutes for the police to get here. And he already would have bled. Let him do that. I know that. Right. I'm a fucking up to the maximum. Oh, and that's and that's what and what? And that's because I know it's already fucked up, leaving two teeth in his mouth, nigga, make a difference. And this is why I don't want to go there. This is why I would have never met the fact that I text you and told you what I told you was me showing discipline. And that's the thing that I think I don't wish to sit down with this person because I don't want to disrespect your build. You know, usually we don't get bring that thing on up in. And this is and this is people and people don't understand my position. I've known WAC a couple of years now, right? We got mutual friends like Chuck, Tay. But on his ass. So just think about my position. If I go to a Wild Nile Party because we kick it off a tour on May 9th. If I go to a after party and I show up and you there and Chuck there and Tay there and then I didn't pick a nigga that I just got on a podcast with this for three weeks. This is a straw man, though, because nobody was saying you should have done anything besides got between them. No, but if he get up on the. I was just a shot whack in the head. But I just talked to nobody expected that of you. But I told y'all I wasn't going to break up that fight because I've been. He said no. And that's why everybody thinks you're. See, I'm not. See what you mean? Like hella soft, like not standing up. And I'm going to be real. If the homie get mad and I know he's upset, then disrespecting if I get up, it better be to move with him. That's all. Of course, not his homie like that. We but I had more of a friendship with Wack than I did with Moose. They just think I'm making it up. I cast with with Moose. Wack didn't even know who you were. We have seen him around. He didn't even know who you were. Twenty, twenty six. Adam, you know what you're seeing? What are people coming together? No, we're seeing glazing. You said. You want to call it. Hey, yo, I call my black brothers and sisters. Ladies, don't listen to the glazing. Don't try to use that right. They keep you from coming. Extend by your people. Don't just get under the table. Don't wipe your mouth. This is what I'm getting to go. Just be for a minute. Funny or she going on over there. All you hear when the boy talk. I know she but Mitch. Hey, but Mitch, you know, get on that. I don't. Yeah, OK, shit like a mother. But Mitch, but just think about this position. I met bro. I met bro a while ago. I come on. He got he got an issue with my new podcast partner that I just met. Yeah, I didn't know. Right. And then I talked to him that morning. He said, don't don't bring me around that nigga. I ain't playing like that. I told them they made the play on it. But what am I? I tried to pull. I didn't try to try to break niggas up and got punched in my face for my friends. And you're supposed to get punched in the face for Moose Man. Obviously, that wasn't going to happen anyway. But just just picture this picture this. Picture that the Joe Biden podcast are doing an episode with some gangster ass fool. Some some dude that everybody knows knows how to fight and seems like he's on some tough shit, whatever. And that dude just gets up and just tries to start punching on Mark Lamont or Isher Ice or whoever. Joe Biden going to stop. Imagine Joe Biden just sitting there. He might. You're peeing on what's going on. But then he got enough money that maybe it's just about. I'm saying Joe Biden is going to look crazy if he just sits there and watches it and doesn't get involved. Try to break it up. Nobody's saying he needs to punch I got casting over two times in the face. But he got to try to stop it. It might lead to that. And I said that when it all began, I said this is not a good idea. We shouldn't do this. And when I seen his face, no, no, no, I just I knew that when I seen his face, he was in. And I'm going to be real, Adam. He's still in violation. I gave him a pass. You know why? Because he was supposed to tell me what y'all was up to. And he didn't. It's a fact. You weren't in harm's way. You were safe. Bullshit. Hey, look, bro. Let me ask you this, Wack, if I would have tried to hold you back, how would you have looked at me? Would have went bad. You don't think you could have done the same thing I did? Was it just like standing out? Because at that point in time, I would have looked like the opp. Now, at that point, my mind reads is me against the whole room. Thank you. That's all I was trying to do. And I knew that would happen. You understand why I come from my area? We come from being out of number five to one. So anytime we detect that shit, our mind, I'm not a motherfucking blogger or a podcaster. I'm just here. I come from some other shit. Like, so the way your mind works, like I hear you do talk. I don't understand. I don't get it. And I get why you don't get it. So when you get a month, I can tell you, hey, bro, I can't do that. That's just somebody trying to respect your shit. Because we know we're going to go somewhere where we might not come back. Hey, I peep this whack. Even in a whack. I know I'm far, yeah. A whack. A whack. A whack. Even in the confrontation, you said it in the middle of the conversation. I don't even know if you remember this, Adam. You looked at me in the middle of the shit, like, you ain't going to clear this shit up. So I knew that there was some responsibility. Why are you lying to, bro? Like, he didn't say nigger. He said nigger. Let's bet $5,000. He said nigger. I'll pull it up. I'll pull it up. Let's bet $5,000. I'll pull it up. He said nigger. Nobody lied and said he didn't say it. I'll pull it up. Do you want to stand behind that bet? In front of you. He said nigger. I will. I will say nigger. When did I ever say he did? I don't give a fuck if you said that. No, you all said. No, look, listen. We ain't tripping. But all y'all, the dude set up here and said, I never said that word. No, he did say it. Like, bro, like, like, when y'all going to call a dude on his shit? Because if I say, I didn't say something, you click, you going to be like, whack, you're a motherfucking lie. So he said that he didn't say the n word. Yeah. He did during the podcast. Yes. He said, I got speed. I got 911 on speed down, nigger. The dude come back up here with the whole crew and said, I didn't say nigger, they're lying. I didn't hear. It's on your shit. I mean, I didn't hear it. And he said that you put $1,500 on his head. That didn't happen either. All you said was you cost $1,500. I said, that's all you cost. He didn't say I was going to put that on your head. But he didn't say he was going to do it. Yeah, he said you cost $1,500. Nigger, $500, you go to the right place. But you were saying I could get you killed for $1,500. No, I didn't. I said, I don't know what I said was. All you I said, look, bro, stop playing with people because all a motherfucker cost today is $1,500. Right. You, me. Yeah. So you're saying that you can get him killed for $1,500? It's anybody. I just said anybody killed him. But you didn't say I'm going to get you killed for $1,500. That's a terrorist threat. So what I'm saying is this. If dude is playing police games, don't speak on me. You give me an answer. If this is your building, right? Don't antagonize a motherfucker. Leave me the fuck alone on some real shit. If I'm not fucking with you, why are you fucking with me? And then it was thrown off. Adam, this is from real shit. Now we're trolling. Me and Brick trolled. You ever heard me have a problem? But we trolled. You wanted to fight each other very hard. You wanted to hurt each other. Me and Brick just talk on the phone, bro. Probably at large. You had some bad vibes. Three days before that nigga went to jail, we was on the phone talking. Bad vibes. Listen. 2X. Listen. Appreciate you, brother. The only thing I'm saying is stop letting dude play victim, bro. Thank you. You let me play victim. That's the merch from my new. That's the merch from my new pen I got. Is there another 2X over there? Hell, yeah. It gotta be good one. Can I have his fruits? And then a dope boy is saying, hey, I got. He want to bet you on a weight loss. So I do want to get that down. So, so, Pete, we got a weight loss competition going on. You probably lost a lot of weight during this episode. But, motherfucker. I hate you, Adam. So, so, so as we. God damn it. So, so, I want to continue the weight loss challenge. Let's put a little bit of a weight loss. I bet you, watch this. That I will double your weight loss. Let's put a weight loss. My 1,000 to your 5,000. That I will double your weight loss. Whatever you lose, I'll lose too. I'm not gonna lie. I don't really feel motivated. He keeps eating the bread. He keeps eating the bread. I just told him I will double you up. And you won't take the bet? So if you lose 10, I gotta lose 20. Bro, you compared to me in terms of available fat to burn. It's not really. So do I gotta go three times to get a bet? I'm just probably opting out either way. But. So you're not gonna put that in up? You're a betting man. Poker only. Three. OK, okay. This is my last and final offer. No. Three to one. I don't know. I'm good, but, you know, I got a dip. Because I gotta go put the fucking kids to sleep. We all got a rope. But, nice podcast. Mitchie, who's going to get to connect with you. Shout out to San Diego. We're going to be doing some San Diego stuff coming up in the near future. I'm happy that I could help light a fire under the ass of some San Diego area rappers. Yeah, because they think you'd be kind of like us. Got something against the town. Nah. I love them. If anything. I might love them too much. All right. Thank you for the serve, brother. I appreciate you. Hey, man, like, hey, that's a pin I got through my drops I've been doing with classics. The classics brand. I got a vape here and it's in about 300 stores all over California. Oh, that's good shit. Yeah. Right. You know, it's speaking about glazing. OK. I want some real shit. Talk to me. Sometime you gotta assess the situation, bro. Hey, you smoke out of bone, huh? This nigga got a moose on his chest. Smoked out of bone? You got a moose on your chest? Look. You motherfucker. Who's glazing now? Who's glazing now? Me. Hey, look at the dopest shit out there. Oh, shit. Listen, it's a butane-less, windproof, rechargeable. Is that another one? Lighted with the, yeah, for sure. He don't do nothing but the fucking... Use the bone? Yeah. Oh, for real? Yeah, yeah, OK. Now it's the fly shit, homie, especially for a bone. You said it was windproof? Windproof. And that ain't just no shit I picked up. Now me and the homies... Fuck his windproof. ...created that shit. I can help you to submit that to you. Listen, no, you can use it too, homie. I don't bail. If you don't got to, you could be in the woods, lost or something. That motherfucker gonna light a fire with the wind blowing. Because it's... Oh. It's, listen, but it's butane-less. You know, it's a healthy, it's a healthy lighter, homie. Imagine never had to buy another lighter. There we go. Prolight. Prolight. All right, I'm taking this one. Prolight.com. Straight up. Shout out to everybody who watched this live.
