Summary

Dan Bongino spends the first half of the episode rebutting Tucker Carlson's allegations about a cover-up of the Butler assassination investigation, presenting text exchanges and FBI statements as evidence that contradict Carlson's claims. The second half features Senator Rick Scott discussing government's role in inflating costs across healthcare, education, and housing, along with policy priorities including election integrity (SAVE Act), AI regulation, and FISA reform.

Insights
  • Government intervention in markets consistently correlates with cost inflation and reduced competition; areas with minimal government involvement (like LASIK) show price decreases and quality improvements
  • Misinformation tactics follow predictable patterns: claiming secret information without evidence, presenting information pollution instead of actionable evidence, and promising future revelations that never materialize
  • Election integrity concerns directly impact national representation; fraud in blue states affects red state representation through congressional apportionment and Senate composition
  • AI regulation requires balancing innovation protection with national security concerns; annual risk assessments can inform policy without stifling technological advancement
  • Red state migration driven by policy differences will accelerate with remote work capabilities, creating a self-reinforcing cycle where blue state voters replicate failed policies in new locations
Trends
Accelerating red state migration as remote work eliminates geographic constraints; blue state voters importing progressive policies to Florida and other red statesGrowing public distrust in institutional credibility when evidence contradicts official narratives; demand for transparency and receipts in government operationsElection fraud becoming central organizing issue for voters across political spectrum; SAVE Act gaining unprecedented grassroots supportGovernment cost inflation in regulated sectors (healthcare +3,471%, education +4,900%, housing +1,328%) vs. unregulated sectors (LASIK declining); market mechanism evidence mountingAI development race with adversaries (China, Russia, Iran) creating urgency for domestic policy frameworks; national security concerns outweighing innovation cautionRegulatory capture by incumbent businesses using government barriers to eliminate competition; billionaire preference for regulation-heavy environmentsChaos agent information tactics spreading across media landscape; overload audiences with information while avoiding evidence-based conclusionsFISA lapse creating intelligence collection gaps; civil liberties concerns blocking reauthorization despite bipartisan national security arguments

All America, all the time. Sit down, buckle up, and get ready for the Dan Bongino Show. All right, let me say in advance again for the second time this week, how much I really, really despise doing this. This show was never intended to be a back and forth between lunatics. It was intended to go after the left and intended to be informative. I've said 1,000 times, hat tip, boogie down productions. The show was meant to be edutainment. You can look that up. Educational entertainment, it's succeeded for 10 years because we never get into this back and forth. I've said to you 1,000 times, audience, archivist, Judy, how I don't like Republican on Republican political violence because the opponent is so much more dangerous. However, if you're going to go public on a show and accuse me and the president of basically a federal crime of obstruction of justice and claim you have the text and then somehow forget that I have them too, OKie dokie. Want to play ball? Let's play ball. I didn't ask for this fight. I'm not even interested in it. But Nipo Baby Tucker and his loser life zero of a brother, unlike him, I'm not going to throw out unfounded allegations. I don't know. Is he getting foreign money? I have no idea. I wouldn't say if I don't know it. And I don't know that. And I don't particularly care to spend 1,000 hours doing like one of these six-part investigations. However, it seems awfully odd that he just keeps throwing these allegations out there, claims to have this secret information, conversations he had. But he never actually shows any evidence of anything. Sounds familiar, right? I got that. I've got a lot more on the show today. Senator Rick Scott coming up later. We've got a lot to talk about, including a video I saw on the interwebs that really made me laugh for all the wrong. I'm telling you, like I saw this and I'm thinking, is this thing real? It was real. A lot to talk about today. Hey, it feels like our country finally has momentum again, with so many of us fighting to restore common sense and America first. We've seen this before, though. Sometimes people get comfortable and the left starts taking background inch by inch. And then we look, surprised at the end. Don't let it happen. America needs every one of us in this fight. And a big part of this means supporting companies that actually stand for our values. That's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile. Again, I hate doing this. And let me also get on the record here. And Tucker, I know you're watching so welcome because you can't stay away because you realize you're about to be just totally destroyed and humiliated yet again. However, I, as a matter of practice, do not publish people's personal texts, even if they make me look great and someone looks stupid or I will not do that. However, if you're going to reference something like personal texts and claim you have them proving that a federal crime was committed, the obstruction of justice in one of the most important critical cases of our time, the investigation in Butler, I have an obligation to put those out there. I don't do this. I hate doing it. I've never published any of my texts with 1,000 other scenarios where it would have been advantageous to us. But if you're going to claim this, and you say that on Mario Nefal's program, whatever thing he's got going on X, then now we're going to produce receipts. OK, so let's get to it. First, I want to tell you, I did not publish this book. It's been around forever. However, I strongly encourage you to read this book. I have nothing to do with it. I have no financial interest in it at all. But there's a book by M. Scott Pacquia since past. It's called People of the Lie. It is an amazing book about what real human evil looks like. And it's not just about the stuff like evil, like Jason Voorhees, Freddie Kruger stuff. We get that, like serial killers. We understand that's fairly obvious. This is a different book. M. Scott Pacquia was a psychotherapist who was astounded and fascinated, frankly, by sociopaths who were not serial killers. They may not have been, they never committed a crime. But their entire lines were about hiding their own failures by lying about their failures and blaming other people. It's a really fascinating account how evil people attack others in order to cover up their own failures in their life. The reason I'm telling you to read this book, it's amazing. I've read it a couple of times. I've mentioned it on the show. Is when you read this book about how people cannot stop lying and you wonder why they do it, like Tucker and others in the space who I've mentioned before, read the book and you'll see why they do it. It's not about you. It's not about them. It's about the person in the chair making it up. They're hiding themselves. It's a shame because I was friends with this guy for a long time. I didn't start this fight, but I'm going to finish it. So let's get to it. First, you're going to see this same pattern with people like Tucker Carlson at Podcastastand. And it's a shame, again, we have to cover this. But I want you to pay attention and please, if you've ever taken notes on the show, whether mental or you write them down, I mean, take these notes now. Because you're going to see the same pattern replicate itself over and over in chaos agents every single time. Number one, claim to people you have secret information or a data point, but never actually tell people what the secret information is. I heard on a phone call, someone told me, I'll release tomorrow, coming up soon, what's going on in this case? This guy didn't do it. Joey Bagadonuts didn't shoot John Smith. I know who did, who isn't? I don't know, we'll get to it tomorrow. I talked to the president, he said, really, that's interesting, I did too. I can actually provide receipts, that's fascinating. You're accusing us of a cover up of the Butler case? He was shot in the head. He's covering up as a, he's, claimed to have secret information, that's step one. A data point, but never actually tell people what it is. You never produce an email showing this cover up, nothing, matter of fact, when evidence services that there was in fact no cover up, and an effort to get people information, you just ignore it and move on to the next thing. Step two, present a bunch of information to people without evidence. I've used this example over and over again, but we'll bring Justin into the mix. Justin lives in South Florida with me. If there is a bank robbed in South Florida, and Justin has an account at that bank, present evidence in the show showing a screenshot of Justin's account at the bank. They go, I don't know man, suspicious, right? Meanwhile, when the bank was robbed, if it was even robbed at all, because sometimes like Tucker today is just making this whole thing up, but if there was a bank even robbed, Tucker was in Alaska when it happened. I mean excuse me, Justin. And yet Tucker will say, hey, Justin had a bank account at the bank, but never, it's information, yes, that's correct. But it's not evidence. All information is an evidence. Matter of fact, the mark of a moron in an imbecile, and people in podcasts to stand to do this, is they overload you with information, and they never like a sieve make it actual evidence. The mark of a good investigator is eliminating suspects that have useless information, and getting down to information that actually matters and proves the case. Morons do the opposite like Tucker. Is he doing it on purpose because he's a person of a lie? Or is he doing it because he's just an idiot? The answer is, I don't know. I thought he was an intellectual guy, but now I'm really starting to wonder if he's actually just a moron. The third marker you can see, in addition to I have secret information, here's a bunch of information without actual evidence of anything. The third one you see is a tune in tomorrow, I've got a special series going on, on this ongoing investigation I'm conducting with secret information. This happens all the time. Isn't the grift fairly obvious? So I wanna show you what I'm talking about. I woke up to this this morning and a bunch of people texting me that by the way, nobody actually believes this guy anymore because he's lied so often. Tucker, here he was on Mario Nefal's show, making an allegation, claiming to have evidence in text, which I'll now show you, my texts, because I have them too, I think he forgot that. And I'm gonna show you how the secret information he claims to have, I'm gonna make public. So now it's not secret, so I have the receipts. He has not yet displayed these, I will, because I'll show you how what he's telling you in this clip that there's some investigation to Butler that's been shut down. I'm gonna bring the receipts to show you all this is fake. If you choose to listen to this Nipo baby imbecile after this, that's on you. But this is going to be a 100% proof positive case that this guy is lying to you yet again, because he likes it, because he's a person of the lie. Check this out. I know that about Butler, I know that Trump shut down the investigation into Butler, that is a fact. Dan Bungino told me that when he worked at the FBI. And Dan Bungino himself was terrified when I spoke to him in December. It's such a long boring story, but basically, I came into possession, I beg your pardon, of accidentally came into possession of a lot of the social media posts that we were told didn't exist, that were posted by Thomas Crooks in the months and years before the shooting. And I was amazed that the FBI had lied about this. So I called Cache Patel and I later called Dan Bungino and I says, you know, what is this? I'm not attacking you, it was the previous FBI administration that did this, it was Chris Ray, but what is this? And Dan Bungino became hysterical with me on the phone. I've known Dan a long time for many years and always got along with him, you know, whatever his faults say, you know, nice guy, nice, certainly very nice to me. I never had a problem with Dan ever. And that problem began when I brought this information to his attention and he became a different person. He was clearly terrified, I didn't get it at first, but he was hysterical. And ultimately after a long series of text exchanges, which I still have, and phone conversations, he said, look, take it up with Trump, he's the one who shut down the investigation. And that was, I think the first or second week of December, I think it was the beginning of the second week of December, I haven't written down. But that was the moment and I realized, oh wow, you know, there's no good explanation for shutting down an investigation into your unattempted murder. Like this is not what we've been told it was. Okay, so let's try to be rational. Number one, guys, you've known me a long time. I was terrified of Tucker. I am terrified of Tarantulas. I got a thing, maybe a little bit of arachnophobia. Folks, let me say to you just crystal clear, I'm not, this is not a pretend tough guy act. I'm a 51 year old man with decaying joints. I'm not, I don't plan on fighting anyone in the UFC. There's no violence is never the answer to anything. I'm not interested in any of that. But I'm gonna tell you straight, if you think I was terrified of fucker Tarleton, then I'm really sorry, like you need to take yourselves as annex and go find a doctor, right? That's of all the things, like that's the most hilarious. However, accusing me and the president of a federal crime obstructing justice, bizarrely, the president involved in covering up the investigation into his own attempted murder is seriously one of the most delusional things I've ever seen. And the reason I'm really starting to believe, and I mean this sincerely that Tucker's just dumb. I don't have any, is he doesn't realize like I have these texts too. I never do this, but if you're gonna refer to text alleging we committed a crime, I'm gonna put it at them. But first I'm gonna address his two points. He says that the president shut down the Butler investigation. Totally, completely 100% made up. But we did a full interview with Brooke Singman from Fox, which to all the people who by the way think Tucker's for real. If you think I'm doctoring any of this, please go look this article up yourself. Don't trust me, trust the evidence. Here it was November 21st. Even before Tucker says he spoke to me in December. Exclusive, FBI concludes Trump shooter, Crooks acted alone after unprecedented global investigation. Now he says the investigation was shut down. Yet here it is on the record in November. Again, the Tucker fans will apologize for him until the end of time because they just can't give up the Kool-Aid. Let me read this to you in case you're a Tucker fan who can't read. The case, that's the Crooks case he says was shut down, currently sits in a pending inactive status. Wait, keep this up. Andy, does that say the case is closed? Andy's shaking his head, Jasmine, does that say that? It does not, no. It says the opposite. This is before Tucker claims he talked to me. But the official, this is one of the investigators, called the investigation one of the largest mobilizations of FBI resources in history that continued to this day. But keep this up guys. Tucker just made a claim that he has text that I told him President Trump shut down the investigation. So we lied to Brooke Singman in November. If we get a credible lead, the FBI official said, well continue to investigate. I thought it was closed. The director has been very clear, that's Kashmirtel, about leaving no stone left unturned and that is what we are committed to. See ladies and gentlemen, that's information but it's evidence. It's not information pollution. That is actual evidence right there that everything he's telling you is just made up. But you may say, well dad he claims he has text if you saying, oh well we'll get to that too. But it's kind of weird how I would say something because I have dignity and I don't lie to people that I would say something in a text that I wouldn't say publicly on the record. Someone would just put the text out, right? Don't worry, I'll get to that. Again, he also said I was terrified which is so laughable if you believe that. I got a bridge in Martin County to sell you real cheap, maybe a dollar. So you wanna see the text? I'll show you the text. Here's my exchange with him when he brought up the fact that the prior deputy director had said or that there was no online footprint, which was a mistake. He said that was the prior leadership. I responded to Tucker. I obviously leave his number out of it but this is his number and if I don't wanna get involved with media people but if one designated person I trust in the media wants to see him to verify, I can do that too. I said, none of this equates to no online footprint for Crooks, none of it. I'm not defending anything but the facts. We briefed the president on the case in the Oval. I was there. He was satisfied that his questions were answered. President Trump has stated this publicly. I will address the public's interest in more information with principles, cash in them but I'm not the final decision maker. I was the deputy. But none of this is gonna change the facts in the case. And he accused me of reflexively defending the FBI and I responded and the reflexively defend the FBI arguments absurd. No one's done more to reform the FBI, address corruption and make drastic personnel changes and change the culture. No one, which is true. Now, you may say let's see more receipts. I claimed in this text that he's claiming just to be clear. Do you guys see anyone, anything in this text? Anything at all in the audience? Tucker fans or anyone else? Do you see anything in this text he claims to have that says the president shut down the investigation? He's just making this up. Now I say the president who we briefed on the matter was completely satisfied with that, which he told us. He not only told us, he told the daily caller the exact same thing. I thought he shut down the investigation that we told Fox News was not shut down. Quote, daily caller. Trump says he's quote very satisfied with the official narrative on Butler assassination. June, 2026, look this up yourself. Hey Justin, who founded the daily caller? Cause you may say, well, this is just biased Dan. This is a pro FBI, oh my gosh, Tucker Carlson and Neil Patel. There's chat GPT. Hmm. Here's another text where he claims the opposite. Again, he has secret info. He claims somehow that the president told him otherwise. Weird, like he never said that to anyone else, but Tucker, it seems like Tucker always has this secret info no one else has. Here's his response. What are the facts? I still don't even know. You could have read them in the Brooks Sengman November interview, but you chose not to because you like to be stupid. He acted completely alone. Just read the report. No help from anyone. That's the claim. It's hard to believe, but the FBI could do a lot to prove it. You mean like given a full length hour interview to Fox News about it? They won't, which we already did. Why? I sincerely don't understand. This is him playing stupid again. He never understands anything. Ask Milk Bar TV. I asked Cash and Rick on background to explain, but they refused. I'm totally confused, but clearly this is not good. And by the way, in point of fact, Trump does not believe the official story at all. He's told me that to my face. Here's the secret information he claims to have. Again, never produces any shred of out. I just produced the evidence of the exact opposite. He's in his own outlet, but yet he's got secret information. Sounds like he's bullshitting you, doesn't it? Here's the other text where I actually go on to further make the case. Next, to him. He said, I hoped you had the chance, Tucker said, to see the piece on Crooks. We received some information and a planning of detailed follow-up. Is there someone I could talk to at the FBI before we do? Thanks. I said, I saw it. And that you seem to believe that Cash and I, who were longtime personal friends with the president, involved in some sinister cover-up is absurd. I thought he said we were covering it up. Yet in my text, leave this up, guys. I'm saying the exact opposite, just that am I not? It's almost like he's bullshitting you again. Is the president in on it too? I asked, he's one of the victims. He's told us repeatedly, as he said publicly, he's satisfied with the effort Cash and I put in. The president's a victim in a federal crime. And when he's ready for us to release more information about this crime, then I'll tell us. I suggest you give him a ring and tell him you want more. Let me know what he says. He's a member of the media. People call him all the time. Which we went on to give more to Fox News and gave him a whole interview. Here's the next one. This is the whole exchange. And he claims it's not personal, which it's always personal with Tucker. He's just envious of everyone else because he's a person of the lie. I said it is personal. Stop playing games and be honest. You're suggesting that the FBI, Cash and I, currently lead as deliberately mis-meaning people. I watched the video talking about his, it's ridiculous. We exhausted every lead in this case and our conclusions stand because the evidence backs it up. What possible motive would I have to cover up the evidence? Money, that's hilarious. Fame, clicks, make it make sense to me. I stated in the last text on the disclosures that the president's a victim here too. He was shot in the head. When he wants the public to see more information, he'll let us know. We meet with him weekly. He's happy with our work on this. Call him if you disagree. He will hear you out. I'm telling him again. Go call him. Go call him. You know him. Now, proving to you again with even more receipts that the president and the administration were content with the investigation and it's pending, still open, but inactive because we haven't had leads that panned out anywhere. Here's the president of Fox Newspiece and the White House confirming yet again, the exact opposite story Tucker's telling you that there's some organized coverup. He's just making it up folks. As for Trump, Fox News, November 21st, Brooks Shingman. As for Trump, he told Fox News's Brian Kilmeade that he has quote, confidence in cash, a lot of confidence and the DOJ. They're giving me reports and the reports are seeming to balance out. So I have confidence in these people. I wasn't confident with Chris Ray, but this group, it's a different group, Trump said. It's cash as opposed to Ray and I have confidence in cash. Tucker just said there's a big sinister coverup. Trump was in on it. Bomhart, 73, this is exactly why he got fired. Folks, if this isn't receipts, I don't know what is. His own outlet is reporting. Oh, by the way, there's the picture. You need evidence? There's the picture of us in the White House briefing the president on the case he says there's a big coverup and no one wanted to talk about. Here's the text I sent him with the picture, which he had. I don't recall him in the White House getting a briefing, but he seems to know more. He has secret info. Here we are briefing him, the president with the facts and him telling us he was satisfied. If you come up with a co-conspirator that the FBI missed, there I'm asking him for information, which he never produced by the way, then please pass it on to me or someone else with access and we'll immediately action it. I know it's so he doesn't think I'm kidding. I'm serious. It's cool. The investigation has not revealed that. I'll follow up with him as well, see what else he needs clarification on the president. Because if what Tucker was telling me was true, that the president needed clarification, which we hadn't heard from anyone, the president, the White House, or him, then it was weird that they never told us. Matter of fact, when we followed up and asked again, they said, no, we're good. But Tucker has secret information. He's yet to produce. He's yet to produce. He claimed he had texts saying otherwise. Have you guys seen any information in the text he claims to have that I just presented that indicates, and tell me Tucker fans, please, I'm begging you, have you seen a single shred of evidence of that text that I told him the president demanded we shut down the investigation? If this doesn't end this guy's credibility, you're wasting your time. You're just being like, this guy's no different than Rachel Maddow. We're gonna produce evidence tomorrow. Trump cheated on his taxes. We're gonna produce evidence tomorrow, the Russia hoax. And you notice it never comes? He just made the whole story up. Now I see your media eye covering it. Tucker says, I'm not gonna do that. Tucker says the president is basically obstructing justice. He's accusing the president of a crime. I had a bunch of people like, oh, you should sue him. Folks, it doesn't matter with this guy. He doesn't care about the truth. It's a shame that we were friends and he took it and he shitted down a toilet ball because he's a person of the life. Who has the impulse control of a child. I'm sure he's gonna cackle at all with that stupid laugh. I don't know, whatever that means, that's his favorite. Check out the Milk Bar TV thing. Whatever that means, he always claims stupid, whatever that means. I played a three minute clip, go to Milk Bar TV and go look at the three minute clip of him lying about what he said. And then tell me now how this guy has a shred of credibility. His own outlet is calling him out. Folks, I got a lot more to talk about because I really, I can't tell you how much I hate this. There is nothing, believe me, I totally empathize with everyone out there who's working in a coal mine, is a local three electrician in New York, who's like the last thing I wanna hear is about podcast bros, you are correct. I feel you brother, but I'm really sorry on a Friday. If you're gonna accuse me in a mass media outlet of a federal crime and claim you have evidence and accuse the president too, and you better back at the fuck up. I wanna end with this, because this is who Tucker Carlson really is. KGB agent, Yuri Bezmanov, did a series of interviews in the United States about how foreign enemies of the United States in the old Soviet Union understood they can never beat us militarily. So they always understood they could use chaos agents on the inside, overload people with information, overload people with it, but never present evidence. And so nobody believes anything anymore. Ladies and gentlemen, that's exactly what Tucker Carlson is doing. I have secret info, here's a bunch of information that never points to any evidence. Tune in tomorrow for my special. Listen to this Yuri Bezmanov clip and you'll see exactly what he's doing, check this out. Or psychological warfare, what it basically means is to change the perception of reality, of every American, to such an extent that despite of the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interests of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country. It's a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and it's divided in four basic stages. The first one being demoralization. It takes from 15 to 20 years to demoralize a nation. Why that many years? Because this is the minimum number of years which requires to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy, exposed to the ideology of the enemy. In other words, Marxism-Leninism ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least three generations of American students without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of American patriotism. Sound familiar? I really, really, really hate to do this. I dealt with a lot the FBI. It was the proudest year of my life. Told them I'd give them a year, gave them a year, went in there, did the best job, I could, I changed nothing. There are a lot of disagreements, a lot of reporting about this now, about disagreements and private conversations. Disagreements happen at that level all the time. You're dealing with the nation's problems. You're dealing with the nation's problems and the most severe problems. And you don't just get to ice one out. You have to be master of all trades, jack of none. He didn't volunteer to step up and do it. He just likes to sit on the outside and lie about things. Now he'll move on to the next fake scandal next. All right, I've got other things in the news because there is a real enemy out there and that's the collectivist socialists left, the Antifa BLM, SPLC left, that's been organized for years against us. And a video I saw on, I thought it was a joke. I really did, I thought it was an AI joke, but it's real. It's by someone from that left who wants to make sure they collapse the economy of the United States. Don't laugh with the video though, right? This thing is real. He actually did this thing. So just first before we get to that video, President Trump last night on True Social announced who he wants his permanent pick for the Office of Director of National Intelligence to be. I didn't want you to miss this. It was Jay Clayton. Jay Clayton knows his stuff. Jay Clayton's a very successful lawyer. He works up in SDNY, Southern District in New York. Very competent guy, support the pick. The DNI needs massive reform. As I said yesterday, I just hope they give Bill Polti a shot in the acting spot. I think he'd be a good change agent with an outside perspective. But people freaked out before he even did anything. But I think Jay Clayton's gonna be a good pick. That's gonna get some decent support. So we'll see what happens with that. So I wanted to update you on that. So he's doing it again. Who, no, not Tucker. Do you know this guy, Robert Rice? I, of all the people on the left, I don't know the guy personally. So this is definitely not personal, but he's just one of the most talented and skilled liars you're ever gonna see. He has been a die-hard progressive liberal his whole life. And he puts out these videos that have become increasingly ridiculous, where he says things that kind of like the Tucker model, although I think his motives are different. This guy just wants like communism or socialism in the United States, are so ridiculous on their face that anyone can go to chat GPT, Gemini, Grock, or anything else and just refute the nonsense immediately. And he does it because he wants to control the means of production in the United States. Here's the video. This is actually real of Robert Rice claiming somehow he makes two claims here that again, the rich don't pay their fair share. And that basically social security is going broke because we don't have enough tax money. I thought, okay, it's pretty easy to check out the data on that. Watch this video first. Don't laugh. This is, check this out. Here's the real reason social security is in danger that nobody's talking about. It's not just because too many boomers like me are retiring. It's because of inequality. Now, I don't want to alarm you. Social security is still helping us oldies enjoy our golden years, mostly on the pickleball court, but only for so long. Social security is one of the most popular and successful government programs ever created, not only helping retirees, but it's also keeping 26 million people out of poverty. Yet here's the problem. It's going to run out of money before you can ever receive it if the rich don't start paying their fair share. The trustees of social security, of which yours truly was once a member, back when I had thicker hair, say the program will only be able to pay full benefits until 2033. Justin just brought up a fascinating point. Those Velcro shoes? Did they even make those anymore? I mean, you could probably sell those on eBay or an auction site for a small fortune. Maybe some, those are Velcro shoes, right? Capitalism, that's fine, it's the old Velcro shoe. By the way, it wasn't a terrible idea either. What happened to the Velcro shoe? Somebody should bring those back. They're one of those big sneaker companies, Adidas or whatever. So Robert Rice's videos always go viral because lefties love them because he tells them what he wants to hear. Again, he presents to you information without evidence, common tactic, right? In this case, he doesn't claim to have secret info, he just hides the real information. He claims I have information. My information is this, social security is going broke because we don't have enough tax money and the rich don't pay their fair share. So again, I don't want to be accused of any right-wing bias. And let me just bring up, this is why the lefties in the government hate AI. They hate it because they know artificial intelligence, if it uses reason, will tell you the truth and they're not going to be able to lie to you anymore. They'll be instant fact check. I just went to chat GPT. It's not some right-leaning company. And I asked some simple questions. Like, what's US government tax revenue by year? Because he's claiming like we have a tax revenue problem. So let's just go over the last decade. Tax revenue must be shrinking. I mean, he employed that in his thing, right? We just don't have enough tax revenue to pay for social security. Not the fact that the government took your social security money and wasted it, which is the real truth, okay? So here it is, thank you guys. They put, list the government tax revenue over the past decade. Okay, 2015, 3.2 trillion, 3.2, 3.3, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 4.047, hold on guys, this is going up. Rice said it went down. You got the wrong chart. Now, Justin says this is the right chart. It's going up 4.897, 4.41, 4.9. And then look, 2025 record tax revenue of 5.2 trillion. Even chat GPT, chat GPT in the trend says revenue grew from 3.5 trillion in 2015 to 5.2 trillion in 2025. An increase of roughly 61%. Jasmine, that sounds like a big deal. An increase, correct? Correct. Is Robert Reich making it up? Yeah, of course he is. He's claiming he has this information out there, but when you actually ask the interwebs about there to give you the information he claims to have, it says the opposite. Tax revenue's gone up dramatically, 61% over the last 10 years. Again, to the liberals watching this show, just like the Tucker fans out there, I understand like when the truth kicks you in the balls that you just give me more Kool-Aid. I understand, I get it. But one day the truth reckoning is gonna come to you. And when it does, you're gonna be really embarrassed. There is nothing worse than having a true believer see the wizard behind the curtain. Nothing, you watch it fall apart for them completely. They trust nothing going forward. Then he made the claim in this viral video that again, wealthy Americans don't pay their fair share of taxes. Folks, make the case that you think the wealthy should pay more, whatever. I don't agree with you. I think it should be in the free market economy. We could build jobs, but stop bullshitting people that they don't pay the overwhelming majority of taxes. If anything, it's unfair. They pay almost all the taxes. What are you guys putting in there now? ChatGPT, what percent of US tax revenue comes from the top 10%? Well, what is it saying? It says tax revenue. If you're asking about federal income tax revenue, top 10% paid about 72% of all tax revenue according to the IRS data by the tax foundation. Wow, 72, so over $7 out of every, or $70 out of every $100 collected in tax revenue is from one out of 10 people. So rice is bullshitting you again. Folks, I bring this up because again, I'm just getting exhausted as I age just constantly trying to just rebut nonsense that's so easily refuted if you, not you in my audience. I'm talking to the liberals out there. If you would just ask basic question, all you have to do is look it up. You don't have to do, when I went to college at CUNY and at Penn State, okay? You used to have to just say, this B-roll is great. Like this is just the greatest thing. If you're missing this on Apple and Spotify, please just check it out. This is just classic. You used to have to go to the college library, pay money for microfilm, search through the microfilm. You can legit go to your phone right now and ask Grock any of these questions. And in seconds, you're like, wow, these guys are lying. Yes, they're lying. Folks, I feel genuinely bad that the government sold you a retirement plan, took your money and then spent it. If any fiduciary were to do that, Morgan Stanley, any major bank were to take your money, say, we're gonna put it in a retirement fund and invest in your future and then go spend the money. They'd be in jail. Yet the government does it and it's a considered a benevolent cause. The government's own people are telling you this social security system is broke. The whole trust fund is a scam. I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but I'm not gonna be the wrong side of this when seniors who busted their ass and created the greatest generation, I adore you. You worked in a much harder time than we did. Some of you fought in Vietnam. We're living through the last days of World War II and other people. These people fought for, they built this country. They didn't have flat screen TVs, food everywhere, GLP ones. They busted their ass and the government bankrupted them. Here's an article in the Wall Street Journal yesterday, but exactly this, there's no trust fund. It's an accounting fiction. Read it yourself, Sternberg, the Social Security Trust Fund deception. All the government did is take your money, your social security money. They then invested it in US dollar denominated assets. The government then took the money you invented and spent it. It's just an IOU. It's you borrowing money from yourself saying you owe yourself money and writing IOU and then saying this is my asset, the IOU. Folks, the joke of this whole thing is a bunch of people out there who are constantly calling out, you boomers, you suck. You know, man, I'm getting tired as bullshit too. I've said often it'll say over and over because I mean it. So all the young kids out there fascinated with politics who listen to the show, I love you, man. You tautologically are the future. To the seniors out there who lived a tough life and built this country, the bricklayers, the police officers, pilots, people in our military, I adore you. I have no class-based or age-based chronological animosity towards anyone. Everyone's got a role. Gen X, Gen Y, Gen Z, our seniors, all of us. But the whole argument out there that, you know, I see a lot of these young liberals make that oh, you boomers are screwing us over, but we love Social Security, is kind of ironic because you're the ones who are gonna have to pay, put up screenshot too. For the government spending senior citizens money, they paid into the system. Sternberg just notes this accounting tautology. That all this crisis talk is designed to frighten lawmakers into a ceding to the left's preferred high tax, high benefit solution before anyone has a chance to think about it and prevent younger voters who will bear the brunt of the taxes from noticing what's going on. You younger voters are gonna be taxed to pay for this. You know why? Aging people died. You're left with the bill. Everyone walked out of the restaurant, but you, you're the one getting scammed. Boomers. Then you support a program that's screwing you over right now because the government shafted you. It's embarrassing you're falling for this. I'm trying to help you, man. You want a massive tax bill in the future? Folks, I don't need Social Security. Let me be on the record. I don't want it. I don't need it. Middle class working folks, upper middle class folks who paid in, I don't want it. They don't even want that. You know why? Liberals will never vote to make Social Security means tested based on means. You know why? The old adage in DC. A program for the poor is a poor program. They want everybody bought into this failed system. So when the system breaks, everybody cries out at the same time. They don't want, they don't want a program only for the poor because they know it's not a large enough constituency to keep the scheme going. That's just a fact. Folks, really I'm just trying to help you, man. You can kill the messenger all you want. Old people got screwed. Soon to be old people got screwed. And younger folks are gonna get screwed the most. And yet when you don't have any results to speak of, what do you do? You go stupid, you go put out stupid videos. You have zero results. You never produce a suspect in any of your coming soon, coming tomorrow, any of that. You never produce a fix for this program that's been broke forever because a big government's spending your money. So when you don't have results, what do you do? You run on bumper stickers, co-exist, tolerance. This guy's corrupt, that guy's corrupt. There's a cover up, there's a cover. And then evidence services over the last few days about a bunch of conversations about not being able to. And then what do you do? You just move on to the next thing. I wanna show you what I mean by these just schizophrenic Trump haters out there. They must have some kind of mental, psychopathological DSM diagnosable disorder. Trump brought this up yesterday, the president, about Iran policy. It's amazing, I can't emphasize this enough. He brought this up on Fox yesterday in a phone interview. He negotiates with the death to America regime to come to a deal. The left is pissed off. He engages in kinetic strikes to incentivize the deal. The left is pissed off. What's your position, man? Just stake a position out. He brought this up yesterday on Fox. He's like, if they wave the right flag and we love Allah or whatever, all of a sudden the left would be complaining about that too. Check this out. It could be the greatest deal in history. They could wave the white flag of surrender. They could say, we surrender, we surrender. We're finished. We've had it. The United States is the greatest power. Praise be to Allah. And they could do all of this. They could say it loud and clear. And the fake news would say, it was a great victory for Iran. I mean, it's the craziest thing I've ever seen. We're killing them. Yes, killing them. They have no Navy. They have no Air Force. They have no anti-aircraft. You know, we're flying planes over the middle of Tehran and they don't have no idea what we're there. We've knocked out all of their radar or all of their anti-aircraft. Much of their missiles, they have probably less than 20% to about, we think about 20%. Most of their launchers, they have the missile launchers, which are quite important. Their drone capacity is way down. You see it. Again, the guy is just producing a series of results you don't like. So when you don't like it, you just respond with ad hominem attacks. Trump's got the cooties, like you're in fourth grade. I mean, these people are unbearable. I can't believe people watch this crap, whether it's Reich videos or the left. Trump shouldn't negotiate. Trump shouldn't negotiate. Trump chickened out. Trump's too aggressive. He's a warmonger. What the, is it man? I love these other ones too, by the way. Trump, this is the pedophile administration. Sickening, disgusting, grotesque. Just an example of genuine people of a lie. Real evil. Then when DHS secretary Mark Wayne Mullen goes out and gives a presser yesterday about saving, what's the number here? Like 140 plus thousand kids. Nobody wants to pay any attention to that. You just respond with bullshit. This is what actual results look like from an administration committed to results on protecting kids. These are called numbers and results. Check this out. These individuals that the Democrats seemed to want to defund, but because of President Trump, we finally funded them for three years, were able to push and go find these kids. We found 146,000 kids so far. 146,000 kids. We still have nearly 300,000 missing. We're investigating reports to where some of these kids claim that they were raped six to 700 times. You don't care who you are. I don't care if you have kids, if you don't have kids, I don't care if you're liberal, you're independent, you're a Democrat, you're Republican. If you can't stand for law enforcement to go find these kids, who are you? Folks, that's what's actually happening. I see people in the chat. Yeah, that is a data point, an actual data point. You understand when you're working inside the government for this administration that cares only about results. They don't care about the politics. I'll prove it to you, he's cleaning up DC, it's a liberal city, but he's not running again. He's had to make hard decisions about the death to America crowd. That yeah, it caused some dislocations temporarily, but he knows it's the right thing to do. You may not think it's the right thing, but don't tell me he's doing it because the politics, you're just full of shit. When you're at that level, you're dealing with a thousand serious problems at the same time. When you read reports in the media about disagreements and stuff, it always seems like this was the biggest thing in the world at the time, meaning it's one of like a thousand things you dealt with that day. It's just not the way any of this works. It's almost comical listening to media coverage of what they think happened when people who are there know what happened. And then here's their other trick here. Here's Hakeem Jeffries, just an absolute scam artist. I gotta tell you, man, the Democrats are gonna miss Nancy Pelosi with this goofball. This guy is just, cannot stay on message. He gets confronted about election fraud and actual videos of voters. I'll address this with Senator Rick Scott about the SAVAC. So don't miss that coming up in just a few minutes. However, there's video, was it Cam Hague, Beo Keefe and others, went out to Los Angeles and got on video homeless people saying, yeah, they're basically paying us to register to vote. What else do you need? That's called evidence. That's not just information. It's information that's evidence. Now, Hakeem Jeffries has seen these videos. I know he has. Here he is bullshitting people. No, no, I didn't see it. I think it's a right-wing conspiracy theory. When you don't, you ever hear the expression in the legal space, when you have the facts, pound the facts. When you don't have the facts, pound the table. This is Hakeem Jeffries, pound on the table, just like his buddy Tucker. Check this out. Earlier in the week, you told me that there is no election fraud happening in California and that anyone who questions the outcome of the election is a conspiracy theorist. However, there are now homeless people on skid row admitting they were bribed with cash, drugs, other incentives to vote Democrat in elections. Does that change your stance at all on whether or not these elections are rigged? Listen, I'm unfamiliar with those reports and I wouldn't be surprised if those are part of some far-right conspiracy theory being pedaled on the internet to try to convince the American people that there's evidence of fraud in California. They're not trying to convince them, they showed them the videos. He's presented with information. This is the mark of the imbecile. He's presented with information. Sir, there are videos out there of people being paid to register to vote. They're out there, you can look, all you gotta do is go to X and put in videos, skid row. You don't even have to put videos, just put skid row and click the videos button on X. Tick tock and you can see them yourself. He doesn't want to see them. This is the mark of an imbecile. The imbecile, remember, the smart people take a bunch of evidence, a bunch of information, excuse me, they distill that pool of information. We have 100 suspects in a murder case. They distill it down using investigatory tactics and reason to the one person or maybe two people in a conspiracy that did it and they eliminate unnecessary information. The mark of an idiot is the inversion of that. They take the answer, here is the video of said fraud. That's the answer, you can look at it. And they go down and they go down and they pollute it with more of a, well, I don't think that's true, it's a conspiracy theory, it's a plot, I haven't seen them. That is the mark of an imbecile. We cannot possibly run this country with imbeciles like this in charge. He's offered like, just look at the videos. You haven't seen, you're not concerned about it. By the way, now in this runoff in LA, you got two Democrats running against each other in a flawed system with homeless people having their votes bought off, good luck with that. And you want a national popular vote for president, you imagine that, waiting for a month for California's fake homeless vote to come in to decide who the president is. Good luck with that. Here's what a genuine politician looks like, by the way, he's become a big supporter of the guy who believe in results. Again, don't fall in love with people, fall in love with results. But Brandon Gill's been doing an excellent job. The presentation style just makes for really great information that's actual evidence. Here he is discussing immigration up on Capitol. I want you to see the difference between him and Hakeem Jeffries, because contrast matter. What he says here is absolutely true. Check this out. 160 years ago, Democrats were asking us, if it weren't for slavery, who would pick our cotton? And today they're asking a similar question, which is if it weren't for mass migration, who would pick our avocados? It's a similar pattern that they've established. You can say that the United States is not in fact better off by importing a massive class of what is virtually surf labor, which undermines our cultural fabric and our government as well. I'd also like to point out that the admission that we need more and more unvetted illegal aliens pouring into our country is also an admission that the goal or one of the goals of our colleagues on the other side of the aisle is explicitly to reduce American wages, because that's exactly what they're doing and what they're saying they're doing whenever they talk about bringing in cheap labor. Folks, please tune into my show earlier in the week to back up what Brandon Gill just said, because it's evidence that they're saying they're doing this, bringing in people basically to replace us. It's their thing, their replacement theory, and they call it great replacement theory, or demographic destiny argument, is the argument that Democrats are making. We're gonna replace you, we're gonna break, they were on, play the Grabyan video for yourself. What was that, Tuesday show or something? We've played this over and over again. This is what's called evidence. Evidence are the subjects in the case the Democrats claiming we, the Republicans, are engaged in some racist replacement theory, and yet the evidence when you play the Democrats talking is that they're the ones talking about it. When we mention it, we're talking about your theory. What was it, Tommy boy, that's your theory. That's your, it's called evidence, bro. That's what reason looks like. You're making a claim. You're making a claim, Republicans are racist. They don't want immigration. None of that's actually true, I'm married to an immigrant. We want legal immigration. Here, this is the one, this is it. There's Chuck Schumer saying, hey racist, Republican, racist replacement theory. And then this video goes on and on. Joe Biden talking about, you know, we're gonna be replaced, we're gonna replace you. It's gonna be an endless stream of immigration. This goes on, by the way. I used to play this on my radio show, producer Jim. This video goes on for like 20 minutes or so. MSNBC talking about it. All right, they get the point. There's Univision, whatever. Folks, facts matter. I think this show has proved that. Well, you know it's Friday. I got Senator Rick Scott coming up. We're gonna talk about things that are really, really pressing right now. AI, what the government's doing. There's a lot of ups and downs, all this stuff. FISA, which is super important. The SAVE Act, the Red State, Blue State Divide. Don't miss any of that. I also wanna play his video again, which was great talking about the problem is government as I showed you debunking that Robert Reich video. But it is Friday, producer Jim. He never shows me this in advance. He doesn't. So is there a language alert on this one? Okay, I don't think so. I haven't seen it so. But we like to leave you with the weekend with a meditative calm moment from the Democrats to you know, never get unreasonable and scream and yell or anything like that. We call it our Democrat Zen moment of the day. Check this out. Your Democrat Zen moment of the day. A peaceful moment to center your mind. Fuck y'all. Y'all suck so bad. Republicans suck so bad. They never know how to fucking help people. They always just shove it back in their fucking faces and want you to just eat the shit. And so over y'all. Oh, you're goddamn boob. This has been Democrat Zen. Okay, number one, you totally blew the language alert on that. But second, was that a tooth or like foam? You know, when you say like they're foaming at the mouth and scratching their faces, it's not meant literally. And that, you know, I hate that word too. In that case, it's literal. The scratching of the face, the phone. It looks like, what is that? Like a phone ball of, again, if you're listening on Apple and Spotify, we love you, thank you. The video is exclusive to Rumble. However, please watch that video. That made producer Jim, that may be your best work yet. Motley's in the chat. Motley's in the chat. God rest producer Joe Soul. Motley, we love you, Motley. We miss you, buddy. That's probably the best one yet. I'm watching, oh, there we go. Oh, the show's a little bit behind a mile. That is a phone ball. Why would you put that online? She's like wiping it. Oh my gosh, it's disgusting. All right, quick break. I got Senator Rick Scott, a great interview. Don't miss it. Senator Rick Scott has done an amazing job. He was the governor down here in Florida. He was kicking butt and taking names. Now he's a US senator down here. We got a lot to talk about. I played one of his cuts yesterday. Senator, welcome to the show. Great to have you. First off, congratulations on your success. I love to see people succeed. It's so much fun. Oh, thank you. Well, I know you're a businessman yourself, so it's a meritocracy in business. Either produce value or get out of the business. I want to just play an abbreviated version of a clip I played of you yesterday. The reason I'm playing it again is it is so important people understand this. There's a battle of ideologies right now. Is government the solution or a free people engaging in market activity? And I always found it odd that the arena is the liberals complain about the most, whether it's health care or medicine, housing, whatever it may be, are also the areas where government has the biggest footprint, and yet they never make the correlation. You address this in this clip, and I want to talk about it on the other side. Check this out. That's what health care costs for a family of 450 years ago. 700 bucks a year. 25,000 plus now. That's a little what we've done to ourselves. If you look at most of your generation, when I went to school, there's 200 bucks to go to junior college for a semester. I could take 21 hours. 255 for the university. I thought that was expensive. I could buy a house. My best friend bought a house out of high school in the suburbs, brand new three bedroom one bath house. $21,000. That house is 50 years old. I think it's 300,000 bucks now. They've killed you. They've destroyed your student debt, your cost of education, your cost of health care. You have brand new car costs back then. 1,625 bucks. So you know what's done all this? Government. Government spending $2 trillion year after year after year. I mean, we're going to have $2 plus trillion worth of new debt. Inflation is not going away. It can't. Senator, this was a brilliant analysis. When you intercept a person offering a product or service from a customer and they don't negotiate on what it's worth and the government tries to steal other people's money to pay for it, you get out of control costs every time. I wish people would just make this connection. Well, government's done all this. If you look at just in my lifespan, I mean, cost of a new car is $1,600. But it's at least $20,000 now, right? Maybe more. Cost of a house. You could buy a house in the summer for $21,000 and now probably what in Florida, $3,500, $400,000? Yeah. And then look at education. People first off, they didn't go get stupid degrees where there's no jobs. You went to college, you were going to be an accountant, a lawyer, a doctor, or a teacher. If you weren't going to do that stuff, you didn't waste your time. By the way, Dan, have you seen the numbers? I think it's 43% of recent college graduates don't have a job that requires a college degree. Government health care. 50 years ago, $700 for a family for a year. $25,000 now. So, don't government, government's destroying the dream of this country. I can't like, look at where you and I came from. I came from public housing, not knowing my dad. Right, I can go build a business. Today, you can't even get started because the permits, I hope my first business, a donut shop, I think I had to have a permit to open. I think I had to file something. Now it would take months and cost you a fortune. So if you're poor, how do you get started in this country? Yeah, it's so frustrating. And you're one of the few representative senators up on the hill that's talking about the big problems like Reagan used to talk about them. You know, the most dangerous words in the English language, I'm from the government, I'm here to help, they never help. And you just have to look at the data. And it's, you know what's scary? You being a businessman, even when you subdivide the field of healthcare where costs have exploded because the government insists on interrupting the price mechanism. And then you ice out, say, LASIK for your eyes, which is generally not covered by insurance. It's not a coincidence that LASIK, is the degree of inflation and LASIK services, is nowhere close to everywhere else where the government's involved. Like the example, the data set is right in front of you. If you just open your door and eyes, you know? Yeah, look, I think LASIK's actually gone down in price and the quality keeps getting better. I mean, you look at where government's not involved, quality gets better, service gets better, and prices and go up. And often it goes down. Cause if you go compete, it gets better for you, the customer. I was governor for eight years, you wouldn't believe all the business that came to me and say, you know, governor, you really need to tax us and fee us more. And what they were saying is we don't like competition. So if you can raise, make it harder for our competition, we'll be better off. I've made this point over and over, how this is why liberal billionaires, there were a lot of them, that more of them donated to Kamala than President Trump. There's nothing they like more than regulations and taxes that ice their other competitors. Simple Porter's Five Forces, Business School 101. Ice your make a barrier to entry. You know what the biggest barrier to entry is? Government. That's why billionaires love big government. That's why they donate to Kamala and not President Trump generally. Almost all, Dan, almost all of our problems are caused by our government. Almost all of them. It's healthcare costs, education costs, housing costs. And then, so then they want to pass more stuff. Oh, we're gonna, we're gonna, here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna subsidize you. So we're gonna take money from you so we can run two trillion dollar year deficits. And we're gonna give you a little bit of money back. In the meantime, it's a jobs program for government employees. Oh yeah, we'll have to have more government employees to monitor the program. Oh, are we gonna stop the fraud? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, we're not gonna stop the fraud. We're gonna allow the fraud because, you know, I remember on the floor one time when I was fighting the PPP stuff. And I don't know if it was Bernie Sanders, but he says, well, if there's a little bit of fraud, that's okay because we'll help some people. No, it's somebody's money. No fraud, no fraud. Every government program is full of fraud. Yeah, no company, no, a public company, by the way, be investigated for the SEC for claiming the same thing. And you know it. I mean, you'd be out of business in a heartbeat. You were the governor down here. You did an amazing job. You've also been a senator. Nobody knows Florida better than you. You know, we have a problem in Florida though. I mean, it's a kind of a good problem, but it is a problem. A lot of people are relocating to Florida who don't come down here with the Florida kind of way of life, which is pro-business, pro-freedom, Second Amendment state. Now, listen, I am a Constitutionist. Move wherever you want. It's the United States. We're a free people. You know, I love Florida. However, I don't have to agree with you. And I see in the future this red state, blue state divide, which you've lived through yourself here, is only going to get worse. With the explosion in AI, the ability to telecommute and work from home, you are not landlocked to a state or a blue city anymore. People are going to start coming down here in droves. It's a great place to live. I'm a transplant here. I adore this place. But this is going to be really difficult for blue states in the future to continue to say, hey, look at this utopia as the U-Haul business explodes in their state. Who you know is crazy, Dan? Is people are walking away from bad government policy, and then they go vote for it where they move? You think, come on, you have to be smarter than this. I mean, lower taxes, less regulation, more freedom, better schools, better law enforcement, job opportunities. That's what you should be voting for. You were a governor down here in Florida. I want to just discuss the SAVE Act. From the inside in the US Senate, we're talking to Senator Rick Scott from the great state of Florida, my home state. I've never seen an issue my audience is so passionate about ever. I've been at this a long time, well over a decade. I get a ton of emails. I've never seen a tidal wave of emails about anything like the SAVE America Act. Because if we can't trust the integrity of our election senator, then the fidelity to the Constitution just falls apart. It's just a piece of paper then. Like, it doesn't matter. Our system of government relies on faith in the system, and people don't have it anymore. We have mail in ballots in Florida, but the system down here is run really efficiently, and fraud is kept to a minimum. You can do it. You can run the system. Yeah, people can't get out of their home. You have a military folks. You can run it like we have, where we cleaned up after the 2000 election. These other states just don't want to do it. So where do we stand on the SAVE Act and your take to on these blue states? There's got to be a reason they don't want to do it. That's because they enjoy the chaos. I can't imagine any other reason. Well, just look at LA. Look at Spencer Pratt. Spencer Pratt out there, he was in second place who had been in the runoff. In the runoff, he should have won, because Bass only got like 37% of the vote. And so that means most people were against her. So after the fact, they found all these mail in ballots. And then what's come out is that all these people on Skid Row were paid two to five bucks a vote, and they said, oh, we have people down here every day just getting our votes. There's pay and sign in names, stuff like that, getting our votes. That is called fraud. And here's, it doesn't impact California, because it impacts you, because right now, maybe we wouldn't have to have Democratic senators in California if we had real elections. And so where there is fraud, it impacts all of us. So SAVE America Act, we, like you said, everybody wants it. Republicans wanted, Democrats, independents wanted. So the trick is we got to just take the time, put on the floor and talk about it. Either we got to do one or two things. We've got to put on the floor and we're going to talk until we pass it, okay? Or we're going to get rid of the filibuster, which says we can pass things with 50 votes plus JD Bats. We got to do one of those two things. So here's the only way it's going to happen is all of your audience calls every Republican and every Democrat senator and says, you've got to pass it, so it's more important than anything else we're doing right now. Yeah, I agree. And I brought up with Congressman Jim Jordan yesterday, he was a guest on the show, that the puzzling part about this, yeah, fantastic. He's been a friend to the show for a long time. When you look at, you referenced to Spencer Pratt, Los Angeles mayor race. This is now going to be a runoff between a straight up communist and kind of like communist in name only, but still a really horrible progressive liberal to ruin the city. It was in Africa, by the way, when the city was burning. I mean, it's just a fact. Senator, this doesn't help them either. I mean, if you finished second and you lose the mayor's race and now the runoff election, you're going to be thinking to yourself, how many homeless people on Skid Row didn't vote for you? And you're the Democrat. Like, I don't, this is what I don't get in these blue cities. This doesn't even help you. Now, it makes everybody say, why am I voting? Why am I wasting my time? Right, because if it's all going to be fraud, why am I wasting my time? There's plenty of Republicans out in California, but do they really have a vote when you have all this fraud? And then it dilutes our vote in Florida because now we have Democrat congressmen and women and Democrat senators. And maybe we wouldn't if we had a real election. So it makes you mad. Yeah, sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt, but this is one of the reasons we have to fight like the Dickens against this national voter compacting can you imagine waiting on a presidential election for the California votes to come in? If it was a national popular, can you imagine, Florida is done, Florida election night, 30 seconds after the polls are closed, numbers start coming in, it's done, Florida is clean, right? And then for a month, you don't know who the president is. California still count votes on Skid Row. That is a big no-no. They're going to get what they need. They find out, oh, how many votes do we need? Okay, that's how much time we're gonna put down Skid Row. That's what it looks like. I mean, that's for sure what it looks like, doesn't it? Yeah, be total chaos. I want to address a topic obviously really hot in our free market economy because it's got kind of like nuclear power in the Manhattan Project. It obviously has civilian applications for energy, but has very serious, as we know, obviously, national security implications when it comes to explosives and weapons development as well. I think given my experience at AI is similar, not exact, but similar to that. It has incredible potential. Gene editing, technology, cancer, healthcare, productivity, supply chain management, you're a businessman, tremendous potential. We all know that. But there also is a potential danger from it. What's going on up in the Senate with the threat assessment and how we're gonna weave government into this in a way that doesn't suffocate the technology, but also doesn't allow it to infiltrate our country in a pernicious way? Well, domestically, people are worried about their jobs. Domestically, they're also worried about how AI's gonna impact their kids, if it's gonna kill their kids. Internationally, we've got to make sure is what are our enemies doing? What are the terrorists doing? What's Russia doing? What's Communist China doing? What's Iran doing? And we've got to stay ahead of it. So, and we can't sit here and say, oh, we just don't want to do it because we're not sure our enemies are going to do it. So I have a bill, what we need to do is on an annual basis, we need to have a thorough risk assessment. So we're staying ahead of the game and everybody knows what we should do. We just saw this week, we just passed the National Defense Authorization Act through committee and AI is one of the things we talked about quite a bit. What do we do to make sure we stay ahead and don't get behind? Yeah, my big concern is that we do fall behind and they use it to find holes in our industrial control systems, water supply or nuclear plants. And then, you know, you see a mushroom cloud somewhere and it goes, well, what happened? Well, the answer is we fell behind and we can't. I mean, this is, it's a very complicated topic, but I'm glad that there's some serious people talking about it. Let me address another serious topic that has a similar kind of upside, downside, but very serious, which is FISA. It is now lapsed, which is, I don't know if the telecoms are going to be willing to produce the data and if they don't, it's lost forever. On FISA, when I was at the FBI with cash, we made some really, really serious reforms. We put in some guardrails that were not mandated. We did it because nobody cares more about civil liberties than me, maybe as much, but I promise not more. I know you feel the same way. However, in this interconnected world where terrorists can just go and use signal and other encrypted apps, you know, there has to be some ability, especially for non-US sits overseas, US sit non-US citizens to be able to at least fight, you know, with this, you know, they not, we don't have to put on 20 ounce gloves and they have bare knuckles. Like we can't work like that. What's going on with FISA now? So I think it's really pretty simple. We want to be able to surveil foreigners, but we don't want to surveil Americans. I've been surveilled after January 6th, I was surveilled. Biden released my tax returns. Booz Allen did it, nothing, they've never been held accountable. And then when I built my hospital company, I went against Hillary care. So the Clinton administration went after, I targeted my company. So it's happened to me. So if it can happen to me, it can happen to anybody. So here's what we have to do, sit down. I get so frustrated in DC. Everybody that has a view, let's all get into one room and take how many days it takes. But let's come up with a solution. We want to surveil foreigners, but we do not want to be surveilled here in our country. There's a solution here. We ought to get to it. Yeah, it's important. Most of the president's daily brief, the intelligence, president Trump, and you know, Hipsy and Sissy that you all use to make critical national security decisions is developed from that material. So the civil liberties component has to come first. You know, you trade liberty for security, you're gonna have neither as famous as Hedges goes, but we do have to take it serious. Senator Rick Scott, I really appreciate all the work you've been doing, not just in the Senate, on the national level, you vote on national issues, but your governorship laid the groundwork for a, I came down here when Florida, I think you remember this well, just one last thought on this, because you went through it. If you won an election in Florida by 0.0001% of voters in the Republican, it was a landslide. Now, after your governorship, after two terms, now we have, I don't want to take anything for granted, of course, but we have this nice buffer. So you lived through that. I think it's because you implemented a pro-business, pro-freedom, pro-second amendment agenda, and now you're seeing the results of that. So nice work on that. Thanks, Dan. Congratulations on all your success, and thanks for your hard work at the FBI. Thank you, sir, we appreciate it. Senator Rick Scott from the great state of Florida, all I ask folks, I can't tell you where to go. I am a civil libertarian, move wherever you want. I'm just asking you kind of as a friend, please don't come to Florida if you're gonna vote like you live in New York, where I live. There's a reason people escape from New York. It's not because it's doing so great, okay? I told you, I was just up there, the vibe is totally different. It was a working class town when I grew up there. Thanks again for tuning in again. Sorry we had to cover this stuff in the beginning of the show. I really don't like to waste your time, but you're not gonna accuse me of this kind of stuff and the president claim you have evidence. And then when I take the actual evidence and show it to the audience, well, I think you know who the liar is now. All you gotta do is use reason, facts will guide the way. Compass true, North matters. Remember, don't let the Uri Bezmanoff prediction, don't let it come true.
