Summary

Little Miss Recap hosts Amy and Amanda discuss the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 8 Episode 18 'Emergency Exit,' analyzing relationship dynamics across multiple couples including Josh and Elise's abseiling disaster, Rick's manipulation of Trish, and Molly's controlling behavior toward her son Forrest.

Insights
  • Parental control patterns can severely limit adult children's confidence and independence, even when they demonstrate capability and readiness for life changes
  • Love-bombing and inconsistent actions versus words are red flags that manipulative partners use to maintain control and confusion in relationships
  • Women who enforce boundaries (like Trish blocking Rick) demonstrate healthier relationship patterns than those who repeatedly accept apologies without behavioral change
  • Financial anxiety in cross-border relationships often masks deeper trust and compatibility issues that money alone cannot solve
  • Anxiety-driven decision-making in early-stage relationships (under 2 weeks) typically leads to poor outcomes and relationship instability
Trends
Reality TV relationship patterns show women increasingly willing to walk away when partners fail to choose them exclusivelyParental interference in adult children's romantic relationships remains a significant predictor of relationship failureFinancial disparity between international partners creates leverage for manipulation and control dynamicsRapid commitment escalation (engagement within weeks) correlates with hidden relationship issues and undisclosed communicationAnxiety management and emotional regulation are critical skills lacking in most featured relationship participantsCross-cultural relationship expectations around family involvement and financial responsibility create recurring conflict patternsPodcast audience engagement with relationship analysis content remains high despite repetitive narrative structures across seasons

Little Misrecap contains adult language and is intended for entertainment purposes only. Hi everyone, welcome to Little Misrecap. My name's Amy. I'm here today with Amanda, and we are here for our usual 90-day shenanigans. And I want to wish you happy birthday. Happy birthday, Little Misrecap. Happy birthday, Little Misrecap. As we're recording today is three years, girl. Yes, it has been three years. Look what you did. It's been a long journey, but you know, I still, we still say the little podcast that could. It is the live, I'm telling you it's the little podcast that could forever. And we enter, the reason for that is like who starts a reality TV podcast when there's 95 of them out there already. There's not this one. I was like, I just have to hope it can swim. Well, first of all, you didn't start a reality TV podcast. You started a scripted television podcast that was just going to do sister wives. And here we are. Yeah, here we are. We're here. We're happy. Yeah. And I'm very lucky, like I said in my little mushy post today to have, you know, the co-hosts that I do, the community that we do, they're, everybody's amazing around us, everybody. Yep. Cause you draw good things to you. Well, I don't know about that, Amanda. Well, you drew me to you. I just picked good co-hosts. Yes, because you drew, I'm not going to fight with you about this today. I'm not, I don't have it in me. I'm uncomfortable taking credit for this. I know you are, which is why I keep doing it. I'm breaking news. Did you hear Matt and Jake's interview with Elise? I did not. I did not. It was good. It was good. Saving it for a drive this evening. Did we learn anything breathtaking? Just that, you know, Josh's, Josh is broke. Yeah. And she was also very confused as to why they were in Airbnb with his friend. Yeah. Yeah. Good. So a lot of questions about that. She does regret handling the bar scene the way she did. She, she likens it to shaking up a can of Coke. Like you don't shake me up cause you know what's going to happen. Okay. You're an adult. I almost broke into the Rolling Stones. I won't, I won't, I won't. You're an adult girl. Get it together. Yeah. So, you know, there was, I thought she was great. I thought she was fine. You know, nothing, nothing, nothing remarkable, but nothing like out of the ordinary. Like she owns who she is. She is what she is. You know what I mean? And that's it. I feel we need to interview her for five minutes. Cause I have one question. Where do you shop pretty close? Where do you shop? Girl, I started uploading photos of her into Google Lens. Go to try to find it. See if I could, I can't find anything. I need to know where one gets these outfits because it's nowhere I shop. Also known as the Gap and Old Navy. Pretty well. Also known as Target and Old Navy. That too. That too. Target might happen too. Yeah. Clothes like these are not sold in um, Emporiums like those. Yes, I agree. I agree. I agree. All right. Um, anything else newsy today? I don't think so. We're going to New York tomorrow. We're recording this very early. Yes. We're going to New York tomorrow. Much earlier than we usually do. So no, we'll talk about that on a different episode of something. And um, yeah, I got nothing. By the time this drops, people will have heard our collab with Notes2Self. I mean, the patrons already heard it, but it'll be on the free feed on Saturday. So I hope you guys enjoy that. Um, Ashley and I just finished recording, Trust Me the False Prophet. Hour and a half. That wasn't bad. I had 10 pages of notes. I thought it was going to be a lot longer. Good for you girl. I'm proud. Yeah. Um, and then, you know, just a quick plug for, um, the podcast that I'm doing over on Axel's network with him, which is Imperfect Women, just got done recording this week's episode. It was good. Are you watching that show? I haven't yet. I need to. I want to. Yeah. I recommend saving it up and then vinging it. Okay. Um, I just think it's like, in other words, the episode we did say was so good. And like, it took us a while to get there. So like, I could, that was frustrating week to week. Okay. Whereas if you binge it, do you know what I mean? It's there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We're, we're, we, um, we're caught up on everything right now that we have going. So we got, we had gotten behind and we were working on getting caught up last night on Brewster. Oh, okay. Yeah. Which I'm loving. I'll have to watch it. It's delightful. I have a thing about Steve Krell and other roles. But he's delightful. I'll watch it. Okay. He's delightful. I love him in everything, but he's delightful. Yeah. There is some Michael Scott-ness to him. He's kind of a mess. I'm here for that. Yeah. He, yeah. Yeah. I think you'll like him in this. I don't like when he's not Michael Scott. I know he's, well, he's not Michael Scott, but he's not super serious either. Okay. He's not the dude that he was in the four season, which was such a terrible show, in my opinion. So I can't even tell you, but I don't think that's who he is. I can't do it. Okay. And I love Tina Fey. I just want to say I love Tina Fey as a writer, as a comic. I love her in all things, except I have a hard time with her acting in like, Tommy stuff. Okay. She was great in 30 Rock. She was also great in this is where we leave you or this, this is where I leave you. This is where we leave you. So what it is, did I see that? Jason Bateman. I love it. Hold on. Tina Fey was in something with Jason Bateman. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Was she? Who has somehow just aged into like a total holdy. Yeah. This is where I leave you is what it is. Okay. All right. Wonderful moving. Okay. That's been TV Corner. Let's get to the main event, shall we? Let's do it. This is 90 day fiance before the 90 days, season eight, episode 18 emergency exit. So this is the pent ultimate. Yes. We have one more and then we have two tell us. Penultimate is one of my favorite vocabulary words. Can I just say that? Oh, I went into a whole thing on murder. She watched where I had to say exculpatory. Oh, that's a good word too. Love it. It like rolls around in your mouth. It feels it's good. It feels good in your mouth. Yeah. Exculpatory. It does. Yeah. I really enjoy the word penultimate. I like it too. I feel like we only started using it in TV terms recently, maybe in the last decade. Yeah. I think the place I learned it, this is real, real dorky is in the W H Y Y, which is the Philadelphia NPR affiliate. I know. W H Y Y is fun drives because they would always make a big deal of the penultimate day. Okay. That was like 20 years ago. I learned it just listening to podcasts talking about Game of Thrones. Okay. And they would always talk about the penultimate episode. Like the penultimate episode of many things. Sometimes the penultimate episode is the best and sometimes it is your a lot. Sometimes it's the climax. Right. And then you have the down on the other side. Yes. All right. So do you want to just start with the least in Joshua since we were just talking about them? Joshua. Joshua. Yes. One of the BDS asked if every time I hear her say Joshua, I think of Rachel Green on Friends saying Joshua and I do. Joshua. Joshua. Okay. So Josh. Josh asks Elise, what is the craziest thing she's ever done? And our girl goes straight to sex. Of course. Always. Always. That's the other thing. Okay. In our five minute interview with her, one, clothes, where does she buy them? Two, why is the only thing she leads with sex? Because girl, you've got more going on than that. She doesn't. Yeah. And three would be, tell us more about the guy who swindled you out of 500,000. Yeah. I want to know more about that please. Yeah. And to be fair, I didn't finish listening to the episode of Matt and Jake. So they may get there. I have like 10 minutes left. Okay. They may get there, but I didn't hear it yet. Okay. In the words of Amy Archer, more on that please. More on that please. More on that please. And she again, of course, goes straight to sex. And she says one time she fucked an ex while he was flying a plane. I don't think it's when we should be fucking. No, no, no. I mean, road head is dangerous. Well, I was going to say, is it sky head? Is it? I'm sorry. Was it full? Was it full penetration? Was his P interview? I don't care. I'm sorry. If you're flying a plane, I need you to be focused on that. I really do. I really, really do. And so Josh says, you know, he has agreed to set up this FaceTime call with his son. He'll put a pin on that. And that's giving her hope for their future. So today they're off to do something adventurous, which does not involve sex. It's something called abseiling. And she set this up. She set it up with zero research first. Because abs, ding, sailing, ding, like I can do both of these things. She's got abs for days. Abs for days. And she sails. So that'd be great. She has no idea what this is. She just booked it. And so they meet their guide Mitch. It turns out they're with a whole group of people. It's not just the two of them. And they're basically going to go up to this waterfall and then repel down it, but they jump through a bunch of pools on the way. This looked very cool. It looked, I even thought it looked cool. Except for the end part. Except for the end part. The end part looks a little scary, but I think I could have gotten through that. It did look cold though. I think what we're forgetting is Elise is used to Miami and I don't know what season she's in Australia in, but it's the opposite of what she was expecting. Because I'm going to guess our girl did not do the math to realize winter is summer. Summer is winter. We need to make accounting for that. And this place is just absolutely gorgeous that they go. And Josh is like, I'm pretty sure she has no idea what she signed up for. And they get up to this canyon and they have to put on wet suits. And Elise is already complaining. Yeah. Because now she has to get her hair wet. Yeah. And we don't like that. And she says in a talking head that if she had read a description of this thing, she would not have signed up for it. Which girl, that's a you problem, not a thing problem. I mean, I don't think ab sailing sounds tame. No, I think there's going to be some adrenaline, some discomfort. I've never heard of this thing. So before I plunked down some money with viator.com or whoever she booked this through, I'm Googling what I'm doing. Correct. What am I signing up for here? Also with some, I mean, Josh appears to be an athletic and shape guy too. But like, I'm also making sure is this something the person I'm doing this with can do? Yeah. Yeah. Is it in them? So she's jumping into pools. This looks fun. And at first, Elise is being a trooper. She's trying. She's a little uncomfortable. They got go pros on their head. We're getting a lot of weird shots, but she makes it through. 30 minutes later, she is repelling down this waterfall canyon and is having a full on panic attack. Okay. Not often do I have a note from the director. Oh, okay. But this was this her screaming into the camera went on for too long. It was too long. It was too much. We got the idea. We didn't need more of it. No, my dogs were freaking out like it was a whole thing. She's freaking out. This is bad. And then right before she has to repel down this, this canyon and this waterfall situation, she's also telling us that our hands are so cold, she can't feel them, which is now a problem because she has to like do with her hands that she's always cold is the problem. Oh, we're gonna have to have a conversation about how she's just always chilly. Always. And she gets the edge of this thing. And now she's having a full blown panic attack. She's begging not to do this. Josh is like, you'll be fine. You're gonna be good. She's shaking. She's crying. She's terrified. This is not good. No. And she says, I'm starting to get hypothermia. And she goes, look, I admit, I could be a bit of a drama queen from time to time. I might exaggerate a lot, but this is not exaggeration. I'm really freaking the fuck out. And I gotta tell you, this looked miserable at this point. Yeah. This poor girl. So again, she's screaming as she's being lowered down this canyon, which would be me. Right. And Josh is laughing, thinking that she's making something out of nothing. She knows she's fine. She knows Josh is like, Oh, cute little girl, you're freaking out about nothing. And she gets to the bottom and he sees like a bunch of people around Elise because this girl is having a panic attack. Yeah. Yeah. She's having a breath. She's having a panic attack. She's hyperventilating. She's too cold. She can't get, she can't stop shaking. And he's like, Oh, maybe this is more than, maybe this was real. She's not just being a drama queen. And she just keeps saying she was so cold and she was overwhelmed and she was tired, but he showed up, he hugged her. That felt good. She's happy he's there for comfort all as well. He really knows how to calm her down with his touch. You've known him for three days. Right. Come on. Calm down. Calm down. When I got off the plane after my father died and I had a breakdown in my husband's chest, we've been together for six years. This guy's two weeks a week, whatever it's been. So an hour later, they're driving home. She says, you know, she tried to book an adventure, turned out to be a disaster, but she tried. And now Josh gets a text. He looks down on his phone and he goes, fuck. I thought he lost his job. I thought it was like the boat, the boats and hose have now cost you 20 grand. We say it was three, it's now 20. I thought it was something work related. And she asks what it is. And he's like nothing. And he's being real cagey about it. And so they stop at this like scenic outlook place. Everywhere they're going is beautiful postcard perfect, right? Agreed. I want to go to all these places. And he's like, I have some bad news to bring to Elise. And I'm not sure how she's going to deal with it and without freaking out because she freaks out. So eventually he gets up the nerves as I have something to tell you, we're not going to be able to talk to my son. It just isn't going to be possible today. He's like, there are other people to consider as well. Him, his mother. Yeah. I, okay. So that tells me that he's never had a conversation with the kid's mother about Elise. Nope. Nope. Nope. This is some rando. And if I'm the mother of like a seven, eight or nine year old, which appears to be this kid is like under 10. This is, this is so dumb though. This is so dumb. Cause what he needed to say to Elise is look, we're going to talk to my son over FaceTime, but I'm going to, I'm going to introduce you as my friend. Yes. I hope that's okay. Yeah. And then he would never have to even have this conversation with the mother. No, he just face climates the kid. He shouldn't be introducing Elise as a girlfriend when they've only been together a week. Agreed. Yeah. Agreed. Like this should have just been a casual, you shouldn't even need permission. Shouldn't need to set it up. Just call your kid and hey, I'm, I'm with my friend. Yeah. This is my friend Elise. Blah, blah, blah. So stupid. Not this guy. I wonder if he's still married to the mother or he's with her. No. Cause I think he said she was remarried and she and her partner moved. I think. Oh, okay. I think so. And she at least looks so downtrodden and he apologizes and she's like, it's really upsetting. I want to see your world and I'm here. I'm like, well, if we're going to do a FaceTime intro, you don't actually have to be here. True. True. If that's what we're doing, we can face this in and have it when you get home. And he's like, well, I'm good at disappointing people. That's just me. So now we're in Josh and his fields portion of the program. And she's concerned about not meeting the son and what it means for their relationship. You've been together a week. Calm down. It's crazy. And do you know Elise did tell Jake and Matt, she never even FaceTimed him before she came to Australia. She doesn't like to FaceTime people. They only talked on the phone. I mean, I don't like FaceTiming people either, but if I'm flying across the planet, I'm going to FaceTime you. Agreed. Just to make sure I'm not getting catfished. Right. Right. What if she got there and it's fucking big Ed? Exactly. Yeah. No. Or Gino. Or Gino. And Pianema. Pianema. And he says to her, he would not blame her if she wanted to walk away now. And so she's like, oh, so you're okay with me walking away? This felt super manipulative to me. It's like, oh, well, I like he's turning into something else. So by him saying, you know, I don't care if you walk away, then he's expecting her to be like, oh, honey, I would never do that. And like the whole issue is gone. Yep. It's manipulative. I don't think either of these people are in good working order to be in a relationship. No. And so he's like, no, I say that I'm okay with you walking away, but you could walk away if you want. And she's freezing. So he goes to get her a jumper, also known as a sweatshirt. And now she's upset that he can just walk away. I really like him and care about him. But if it's that easy for him to walk away, what will it be like when I'm on the other side of the world? Oh my God. So he comes back with the sweatshirt reassures her, he doesn't want her to walk away. He keeps just dropping the ball and he wants to be a better man for her. If some guy is telling you at the age of 40, I want to be a better man for you. No, it's not good. Nope. Nope. I'm not saying your partner shouldn't inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Sure. But if you're straight up saying, I need to be a different person for you, this is not good. I agree. And she's like, look, I'm just scared. And he says it means a lot that she's upset and it isn't that he didn't want him to meet. It's just, you know, they will play a big part in each other's lives, give it time, blah, blah, blah. And then he says he's in love with her. And she doesn't say it back. She doesn't say it back, but this is all she needs at this point to be real right back hooked back in. He's hot. And now he's in love with her. So here we go. And she's like, I just don't know what's going on. I mean, I almost died. He told me I could walk away. Now he loves me. What does this all mean? Yeah. None of it means anything, girl, because this guy's a player. No. And he, and she even said like in this interview, I know I keep referring to, I'm sorry, but I just listened to it. Yeah. She kept saying like, well, I think Matt and Jake helped her to articulate this. Okay. That there was something she didn't know. And that's what was driving her crazy. Like there was some level she knew in her gut. Something's off of, of some, he was hiding something or lying about something or not being truthful or not being forthcoming. And you can see that. Yeah. Like she's, you know, I'm not saying she handled it well, because she's not handling it well at all. No, but her intuition is telling her something is not right here. Yeah. And so she's trying to figure out what it is. Is it the Nat thing? No, well, it's not the Nat. There's something else. I don't think it's the Nat thing is the problem at all. And so she's like, I feel like I can't trust him, but I guess if I'm going to marry him, I really need to be able to trust him. Yeah. Yeah, you do. So next day, once again, Elise is cold. She comes out on the deck again, barely dressed and she's cold. And it's time for them to go back to Bondi. It's her last full day together. She's flying home the next day. And she asks if he woke up still loving her. And he says he did. I asked him that every single morning. I wake up every morning and look at Todd, do you still love me? Quick check. Do you still love me? Has anything shifted in the last six hours that I need to be aware of when we were both asleep? Yes. Yes. And she's still concerned about the not meeting his son. She's like, I just don't feel like he tried hard enough to make this happen. Elise, you don't get to police any part of this. No, this is his child and someone else's child. Yep. And if it's not happening, it's not happening. You have to respect that because the way you're handling it is telling us a lot about you. And it's not good. Agree. And so she's like, I'm leaving tomorrow. What does the future hold? And he's like, well, I decided to love bomb you tonight. I've got a nice date planned in Bondi for us. And she's pumped about that. And she says, he says the talking had he never imagined falling in love quite so fast. But she didn't say she loves him back. And that is leaving him a little bit concerned. I'm confused, Amanda, as to what has brought him to a place of I love you on this trip with her. Because it has been nothing but rockiness, fighting and screaming. I think she does crazy shit in bed. Okay. Yeah, I think it's the mute. She's hot. She's going for it. So there are now they're going out to dinner. Once again, she's cold, which I say, maybe if you were close, girl, you wouldn't be so cold all the time. I'm literally looking at the weather for New York City tomorrow going, Oh, I mean, you need to like rearrange some packing ideas because it's going to be cold. Is it going to be cold? Yeah, it's gonna be like a high of 40, low of 30. Great. Okay. So he's also carrying her purse for her little teeny tiny purse. So we get a montage of her complaining about being cold through the whole trip, sort of like we had the montage of Rick complaining about everything. Yeah. The restaurant brings her a blanket. So I guess they know it was a Jovan. It was Jovan complaining about everything. Yeah, but we also got one of Rick. Oh, we did. Okay. Yeah, yeah, we've got a lot of complaining. This is okay. All right, let's catch it. People are complaining. And he says to Elise, So how do you feel about me? She goes, You mean like in general? No, Elise, how do you feel about how I shave? Like, and she says, Well, I'm falling for you. And he goes, but you're not in love yet. And she goes, No, not yet. And Elise thinks he might just be saying things to appease her. Yes, go with that. Go. I don't know what it is, but go with that girl. That thing in your cut that's saying something's not right in your tum tum. Go with that. That's it. And the thing is, and she doesn't quite articulate it this way, but what she's really saying is his words and his actions don't match. That's what's messing her up. And she's like, I can't imagine going back to Miami without him. We live across the world from each other. What are we going to do? And he's like, Well, one of us is going to have to move. And moving to Miami is not going to be easy for me. Because remember, I have this kid that 10 minutes ago you freaked out about not meeting. And so she's like, But I mean, if I move here, who's going to pay for it? Have you even started looking at places yet? Elise, you've been here for a week. I know. I know. It's stupid. It's her anxiety coming out in 100 different ways. And he's confident that he can pull this off. Pull what off? I don't know, but I'm not moving around the world for somebody who can pull it off. I also feel like, and there's a couple storylines that this applies to, there's no stakes here. No, like, Elise, if you move to Bondi and then like, turns out it falls apart, guess what? Just get on a plane and go back. Right. You have a place to go home to you have money. Right. Don't sell your apartment. Right. Like, nobody rent it out for kids. Like this is not this. Just I feel the same way about Molly will get there, but like, just try it. See if it works. Yeah. And if it does, but that's what life is about. Like take the risk, take the adventure. If it doesn't work out, you can always go home. That's right. Just don't do anything permanent or stupid. No. No. And make sure your trans cat will be okay. Yes. Remember her cat is trans. Yes. This woman. You guys know I struggle with my hair situation. I have like eight hairs left on my head. I'm trying to preserve them. So she says she's scared and he's like he is too but you know you gotta take a risk sometime and she's like I'm just not sure if he's stable. Girl he's not. No but I feel like she wants like a marriage before they move in together like it's so weird. It is so weird. You've known him a week. Move over there for three to six months and get to know him. Pre-pandemic I almost moved to Seattle for three months just to see if I liked it. Yeah. Before I made a big decision to move across country. Yes. And she's not sure how he can financially make this work and he mocks her and says well I'm sorry I don't have a big nest egg. And he says he is sticking up for himself. She's picking on him and that doesn't and that she doesn't want this to happen but doesn't want to admit it and that's where we leave them. Okay. Okay. All right let's go to Jovan and Annalyn. These two crazy kids. It's the morning. Why are we with this guy? This man is the dullest human on earth. He is the epitome of the least. Yeah. It's the morning of their recommitment ceremony and she's still down about the ring she doesn't have but she's trying to stay positive. Girl your ability to try to turn lemons into lemonade is really over the top here because this is a big ol' smelly lemon. She is trying to turn that frown upside down and it's not working. She jokes that he could get his makeup done but you know girls he's not going to do that. He's not a girl. I have a dick. I have a dick. Yeah. So he says I want to show her how dedicated I am. Like this is what the emotion he talks with. I want to show her how dedicated I am and how much I can make her happy and do all those things. Sure. Sure. She's getting her hair done. They're chatting about the vows. She wants to know if he's prepared and of course he's like I'm not good at any of this. I'm not a writer or a poet. You don't have to be a writer or a poet to write your own vows. Lots of people write their vows who are not certified poets. Correct. Myself included. Not only that dude you can't get on to AI and have them drum up some vows for you. Right. Or find like a song lyric that really touches you and just read that. In a confessional Jovon says now she's right next room. Oh I'm sure she'll have a whole big speech. Oh poor boo boo are you upset that your wife is going to talk about how much he loves you for like a half hour. Oh I know personally I really hate when my husband tells me how much he loves me. It's terrible. She goes what is wrong being expressive. And then she says you know sometimes I pray that God will take me first and then you will realize what what I was. Excuse me what. Wow. If you pro tip. If you have to say that on the day of your recommitment ceremony I heard I die first so you know how great I was. Don't marry this person. Do you appreciate that I'm calling it a recommitment ceremony. I do. I do. I do. So she's disappointed that Jovon is acting like today is any other day and I wrote yeah dude it's sort of his whole vibe. Yeah today is just another day. That's it. Oh bother. Oh bother. So she looks beautiful at this party. She really does. She has a great like sleeveless like strappy black and white dress or hair is very nice. She looks great. She's a beautiful woman. Yeah he reads his vows and as the kids say Amanda they're mid. They're mid. They're mid. Best. I've been proud of myself for that one. That's good. But at least he wrote something sort of. He did. He said I vow to cherish love honor and obey and always protect you and be there for you and learn to be more patient with you and put up with your sassiness. Wow love. I don't know about cockles of my cold dead heart were warm that day. She's happy with this. She says yes it wasn't over the top but when I looked in his eyes I could tell it was sincere and to be fair maybe some people aren't as expressive and this is all he could literally give. Yeah but the fact that this guy gives nothing in every area of his life makes me feel like this is just part of it. Yeah I agreed. Now as I predicted last week he surprises her with the ring. Yeah which I'm glad he did. I'm glad he did too but if you're going to surprise her with the ring why not let her pick any ring she wants then. Like he was saying to her like we have this really tight budget and she was picking like this janky ring. I don't know I just hate him. I hate him too. In a confessional she's like you did so great. You did so great. I'm so happy. Look at my ring. Look at my ring and he's literally like okay thanks. Yeah I'm so glad I did that. All of her friends and family are there. They're coming up to her. They're hugging her. They're kissing her. She's directed them to the dance floor. We see them dancing. He's barely smiling. Barely moving. She's like it's like an automaton. And I just wrote this is her life now and we're done. Good job Annalyn because you're next episode we see your partner. Yeah I want to end with Molly and Forrest and all that. So why don't we do Rick and Trisha? Okay I just need to steal myself for a moment because my blood pressure is going to go up so I need to just. He's a monster. This motherfucker. He's a monster. So we pick up again he's sad boy crying. Remembering how happy they were at first because he's bowed back in their hotel and he's like I remember when we were happy here three weeks ago before I lied to her about everything. Correct. He tells us after Trish saw the text she refused to talk to him. She wouldn't sit next to him in the on the plane. She wouldn't stay at the hotel with him. Good. Good. I trip. She's holding stick in her ground and I like it. It is so rare that we see women actually do this right. And men we see people be idiots. She did this right. Myself included. So I'm not. Myself included. Yeah. And he's like you know I didn't even have plans to go back to my ex and I mean even though I didn't say that you can see how she might have thought that and this wasn't I mean this wasn't the right thing for me to do but I mean I still don't understand how we got here. He says he responded because his ex was the only one that was there for them for him for a while. I don't remember who I heard talking about this but I heard someone talking about this. The fact that we saw the text and we could see that it was translated. I don't think this woman speaks English and he doesn't speak Spanish. So not only does this guy barely know any of these women he's now doing the the noji who an egg translator. Shit. Do you think she's pregnant or something else is going on. I thought she I thought he was going to say she was pregnant. Yeah because there's a reason he can't walk away from this. Nope. There's another theory. Polly now. I have another theory but anyway what's what's that. My theory is he he sensed like a predator does that. He's not a predator but well he's a sex. Yeah he is. He's a sex predator. But he sensed that he was out with Trish knowing this was going to be on TV had to save this over here. Yeah. Yeah. Because Trish he was not coming back from that. No. No. No. And he's like okay now's my time. I got to I got to stake my you know get my sure of the other the backup right plan the backup girlfriend who at least lives in the same hemisphere I do. He says the relationship ended with this woman because they just couldn't figure out how to be together and she blocked him when he went to Madagascar. So Rick. So this just happened. This just happened. You you fucking idiot couldn't figure out how to get a woman from Columbia to LA and now you think you're going to get a woman from Madagascar to LA. What are you talking about. Yeah with false promises. With false I hate this guy and you know the the other woman the ex was hurt but then she unblocked him and he responded. Of course. So he texts Trish to see if she'll talk and she responds. Sure period. And this moron doesn't get what this means. He's like why is she using a period. Maybe she just uses proper grammar proper punctuation. That's OK. She did voice to text. And she typed in period. She said sure period and it wrote out period instead of putting the punctuation mark you dumb fucking moron. So she was trying to use proper punctuation. I appreciate that. I do this all the time. I know you do. And sometimes I get messages from you that say blah blah blah question mark versus an actual question. Yes. Good God. And he's upset because I mean he loves her even deeper now that he spent three weeks in her and meeting her family and now that now he's even pumped to have a baby with her. Jesus. OK. And so he's like I got to give it my all when I go see her. I'm going to lose the best thing that's ever happened to me. Not your children. Not the other women you've been with. No. I'm not saying this is not a dig on Trish. This guy is just a shit bag. Yes he is. And so he greets her. He tries to kiss her. Dude. What are you doing. She gives him the hand. Good. And she says no. And he's like oh I didn't expect that she wouldn't kiss me. The hand given the hand or the cheek when someone's trying to kiss you is little misrecap approved. Yes. Yes. And this absolutely in this situation. Yes. And she's like I'm not happy to see you. What are you talking about. He's like look I mean I never meant to keep it from you and I was going to tell you she's like you had four days. The fact that he was messaging her while he was with Trish. Yes. You're never going to come back from this dude. And that's he's sensing that. This is cult jerking off in Courtney's parents. Correct. Gastronom. Like correct. What is wrong with men. I don't know. Oh my god. And she asks him why did he betray her after she forgave him for the cheating. And he's like well I mean I guess you're supposed to be earning my trust back. Not breaking it again. And he's like well I mean I wasn't going to dump you or anything. And I just I didn't realize that this was cheating. Okay fuckface. You are talking to the woman that you cheated on that we all can agree was cheating. And you think this is not going to be a problem. Right. Like you literally banged her what a month ago. Yes. Yeah. Fuckface. Yeah. It's a problem. And she's like Trish says she's like she didn't know how to make you know adapt to him. Oh she doesn't know what to do. Like why don't you know what to do here you fucking idiot who's twice my age. She says you didn't block her which is what you should have done. She says you need to make it clear to this woman and make her understand that you don't want her anymore. And she demands that he block her now and he's like he like starts glitching in real time. I just can't do it. I just can't do it. It's conflicted. He's like I love Trish so much but I can't block her and Trish asks why. Now we go to a different story we come back to them but I'm really expecting him to say because she's about to be the mother of my child. I know. He doesn't say that. He does more I love you's and she's like great. Blocked the bitch. Yeah. And he's like I can't. She says why. He goes well I mean I still don't know what to do. I'm in love with Trish but I still have feelings for my ex too. The way he says my ex makes me want to punch his beady little eyes. I want to punch his back of his head. The way he says everything. Everything. This guy. The way he inhales I want to just punch him in the face. The way he exhales. So you know how Facebook keeps trying to make me be his friend. I did click on his profile because I was just curious to see what's there. No it's all about him talking about how he got a bad edit. Oh come on. Maybe he got a bad edit. Okay. All right. He got a bad edit. Apparently there was some more to love kind of thing where we see Trish might not have been perfect. Okay. Okay. Well of course she's not. She's 25. I think I'm 25. What do you want from her? And he's like there's nothing else to say. She says you don't love me if you can't do this. Agreed. And she asked him to choose. He made his choice. He chose the other woman and she walks away. Again. Good. Good job girl. Good job. You won. You beat the end boss. You beat Bowser in the words of Amy. Yep. You came up against him and you made the right choice. Yes. And Rick says in a talking cat he's like why can't completely shut the door on this other woman and I wanted to be honest about my feelings. So now you're Polly. Is that it? Again. I'm telling you. You're Polly. Your problem wasn't being Polly. This is his backup plan. And he knows he's smart enough to know that this other woman is probably going to see this. Yeah. Somehow. Yeah. Someone's going to send it to her somehow. The producer now bugs in and says so you chose your access to everything you've been through. Really? And he's like well I just don't look at it that way. It's I'm not totally ready to let her go. I love Trish but love isn't so black and white and I have feelings for two people. Bye. Bye. So she says to him I can't believe you wasted my time. Pro tip. Yes. If you're not feeling chosen. Yes. Every single day. There's a problem. Like in the beginning especially when you're supposed to be in the honeymoon phase there's a problem. And being Polly doesn't mean you can't feel chosen. Correct. Correct. You can feel chosen. I don't think he's trying to be Polly. No he's not. But he's like I have feelings for two people. No. I'm just saying Trish should feel chosen by him. Yes. And they're in a monogamous relationship. She should feel chosen by him. Absolutely. And she doesn't. And he's like look I'm still willing. I'm still willing to try. And she's like there's no try. In the words of Yoda there is no do. There is no try. There is no nothing. And she's like I am going to block you on everywhere and she takes her phone out and he starts trying to grab it and she goes this is my phone. You didn't buy it for me. Yeah I love it. Love it. She then just blocks him on everything. He is begging her for time to think. And in the talking had she cries and she's like why did he make me suffer. He promised me a future and still has feelings for this other woman. And he says he does have feelings and he's you know it's not going to go back and he doesn't know what to do. And Trish says I can't. I will never be someone's second choice. Good. She'll take her love back and move on. She gets up walks away. She tells him never bother her again. He made his choice. And that's it. And Trish in her talking she's so angry. She doesn't understand why he did all of this to break her heart. He should have known. He should have come. He should never have come if he still had feelings for this other woman. Agreed. She's walking away and never wants to speak to him again. And he wishes he realized that he loves her and wants to be with her and that she's special but he just wasn't ready. And that's all. Say. Or booboo. Fuck you Rick. If you listen to this fuck off. I hate him. I put this guy on the list of terrible 90 day fiance men. He goes in the pantheon of terrible men. I agree. I agree. 100%. I hate this guy. 100%. 100% better now. Thank you. Okay. Speaking of terrible people, let's go to Laura and Birken. Okay. He still scares me. He scares the fuck out of me. People aren't as scared of him as you and I are. And I don't understand why. No, I feel like he's going to murder somebody. He's going to murder somebody. So this is interesting because she's alone in her hero shot. I thought that was interesting. Yeah. She stayed in Michael's hotel but not in his room. Nope. And she was hoping some time apart would give them some time to cool down. Let us not forget that this is Birken's home country. Right. And he stayed in the Airbnb that she paid for. Right. Well, because he's a homosexual. He's homeless. He has nowhere else to go. I don't think the sheesh of bars let him stay overnight. So where else would he go? She has none of her stuff. She's in the same clothes. Like this is really shitty for him to do. This is really shitty. And the fact that she goes back and kisses his ass after this, I would be irate. Oh, I'd be like, we're done. What do you think he was doing in that apartment by himself besides jerking off, smoking weed and playing video games? That's all he was doing. Okay. All right. So she says that she should have apologized from the beginning. She says they said things to one another that she hopes they didn't mean. She didn't mean them. She hopes he didn't mean them. Right. Oh, like when he said he wished he never met you. Right. That part? Because that's an easy one to come back from. Now she asks him if he wants to talk and he says, yes, period. And then I noticed that she's always in athleisure. Do you notice this? Always in a lot of athleisure. I mean, same girl, same girl, same. I'm about her size. I'm about her age. I too wear a lot of athleisure. Meanwhile, he says, I hope she knows what it will be like without me. Her pride doesn't cuddle her in the nights. Okay. All right. So she begins, she finds him out on the balcony, and she begins with an apology. And she says she lied to him because she was worried that he would make her cut off his, her friendship with Michael. He says, okay, but you know, the problem is you did have feelings for him. He's actually right. He's actually right. Yeah. Yeah. And she says, well, I did, but you're not a replacement for him. In fact, the things that you do are sweeter and kinder. So she is completely bought into his love bombing. Yep. Every time he loves bombs her, she falls for it every damn time. She's like, needy, well of need. She's like, you are more like the man I want to be with. I do love you. I do want this relationship. I'm like, we have not had them, we have not seen them have one meaningful conversation. No, not one. No, he just pushes her up against a building and kisses her. Yeah, it's so stupid. This guy's a dope. Birkan says, I appreciate the words, but like you said, Laura, I'm into actions, not words. Like when you go on Instagram and call people the N word repeatedly. Yeah, that's okay then. That's okay. And she stands up for you. Just checking. Yeah. She says, it's okay. I'm scared to even ask you this, but would you feel better if I cut Michael out of my life? And she hesitates. He says, yeah, I would. And she says, okay, I would do that for you. Wow. Wow. No. This woman. Now Birkan realizes that he might have to play pickle ball five days a week. So he's like, well, you know what? I'm going to change my mind here. I've decided that you could be friends with him as long as you're not paying and you're not giving him your money because I want it. Right. And you're not hanging out constantly. Right. Right. Right. And he tells the camera, boy, she really is willing to work on this. And it is so bad to lose people. I have lost so many people. More on that. More on that. Whoa. Who's he lost? Where have they gone? Right. What have you done with them? I don't want to know what he's done with them. It'd be terrifying. He says, I do not want to cut her off from her relationship with her friend. And that's it. He's literally like, I expected him to be going, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. And like, you know, twiddling his little fingers. Have you watched this week's The Vow for us to record yet? Not yet. Does Keith Reneary do a evil laugh? No, but it literally starts with Nancy petting her hairless cat by a window. There we go. There we go. Dr. Evil. Yep. Yep. All right. I'm going to whip through Stig and Aviva so we can get to Molly and Forest and Gina and Dev. You got it. Dev who may not, may as well not be here. So Aviva's getting ready to leave and Stig is going to miss her and he's so sad. She's so sad that she's going to be waking up tomorrow by herself and he'll be by himself. And, you know, she's just glowing with this ring on and this perfect proposal and he did so great and, you know, whatever. And I think she's a sheen all over her body from her hair, which she hasn't washed in two weeks. They show off a ring. They show off her ring in the confessional together. And he's like, so when do I get a ring? And he's like asking a cultural thing. Like, when do I get a ring? Is it now? Is it after we get married? She's like, oh, I'm putting one on your ass today. Yeah. I'm letting everyone know you take it. Because you're a dog. Now she says, when are you applying for the fiancé visa? And he's like, what? What? Say that again? Say what? Say what? Muckle what? And he's like, I thought you were bringing me to the U.S. And in his mind, he's like, fuck, I did all this for nothing. And she's like, this has never been discussed. We have always talked about me moving here and we get this montage. Of him asking her 15 times if she's okay moving to Belize and she's saying yes. Okay. Okay. I want to review very quickly the timeline and the choices that Aviva has made. Okay. Aviva gets to Belize after talking to some guy on Tinder and Aunt Spring is like, don't do this, right? She immediately starts banging him to have him put a baby in her. Then they start using protection. Then he tells her he loves her. So we did the baby before the love. Now we get engaged and we have yet to discuss where we're living. I'm going to interject even more. Between the love and all of that, there is, is he cheating? Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. Oh yeah. We have the other woman with the hand on the belly. And he's like, I'll just turn my locational. So she really wants to move to Belize. She does. And I don't blame her. And she's like, well, we have to move to Belize because I can't support you in the US. I don't want to be pregnant working full times. She's so obsessed with getting pregnant. I know. Because she just thinks that'll be the thing that. He did say, can I breed you? Yes, I can. Will I breed you? Yes, I will. So. I was sad that when he let, when they said goodbye to the airport, he didn't say, I can't wait to breed you again. But I know. He tells the camera with her, with her there. I'm super popular here in Belize, but I want to make the big bucks in America and get, oh, and give my child the life I never had. Like he has to tie it back to the baby for her. Right. Because that's the thing she cares about. Then he says to her, the US just makes more sense. We both have family there, better healthcare. Maybe better quality, but not better access. Just saying. She's like, sure, fine. Okay. I just really would want, would rather live here. I don't blame her. I mean, you know what's going to happen? He's going to come to fuck off Arizona. He's going to put a baby in her. He's going to run around on her. He's going to leave her. She's going to be in Arizona. No beliefs. Yeah. Yeah. At least get to Belize. I mean, all these other things are still going to happen. At least get to Belize. They're going the airport and there's a lot of, I miss you. I miss you. I miss you. Sure. He again says, so how quick are we moving on this filing situation? Like he cannot wait to get to America. Boy, he ruled this out. He did. He played this like he fooled me. Yeah. Anybody could. It's not hard, but he's with me with this. And she's like, well, I need to look into it now because it was completely the other way around. Right. And she's like, okay. Yeah. I guess we can live in the States for a bit and make some money. Sure. Sure. He can't work for what Amanda? Six months? Oh, at least. And what is he going to do? Oh, he's going to be a rapper. Sure. He's going to be the most famous rapper in Arizona. I see. He can go see Montana Mills in Rhode Island. The most famous rapper from Rhode Island. Oh, well, the most famous rapper from Rhode Island is currently living in Nevada. They could team up. They could team up. They're right next to each other. Little Miss Recap will return in a moment. So she says, I just feel like we're meant for each other and she starts crying in her confessional. She says, I just get overwhelmed with such gratitude. Stig says to the producers outside, this trip has been a lot of up and downs and a plane can't fly without resistance. We've had a lot of that, but we've made it through. And he says he's excited. He's excited to go to America. There's so many more opportunities there for him with music and partnerships. And he'd rather be in Houston where his brother is. Yeah. And the producer's like, who else is in Houston? And he's like, well, my ex is there. So he could have married the ex if he needed a green card to go over, you know what I mean? Maybe she didn't want that. Maybe she wanted to move to Belize. And he couldn't bamboozle her. That's where he leads them, but we see them next week. All right, let's get to these idiots. Okay. Molly, I'm done. I'm done with her. Done with her. She has hobbled this guy. And I'm no fan of a forest, but she has created this so she can control it. 100%. I've never seen outside of Robin Brown, somebody who so hobbles their children. Yeah. So we pick up, Sheena had walked off because she needed a little breather after Molly freaked out on her. And Molly's just screaming at forest telling him he's making a terrible mistake. And he's, he is sure he can live there. And Molly's eyes are about to roll right out of her head. She's so upset. Dev says nothing. Again, this is he here again. This is no stakes. No, let him go. Let him try it. He can come home to mama. Yeah, tomorrow. Yes. Yes. And he says he has chosen Sheena as his wife and Molly says, well, you haven't planned anything. Stop thinking with your pecker and think with your brain. I think talking about his sex life. This is gross. These are gross people. Gross. I need you to stop. She's so fucking controlling. She is sure that this won't work. He's too optimistic. And he can't be a realist because of his autism. Oh, I can't wait for some of our listeners in this realm to be like, fuck off. Oh my God. And she says she wants to protect him. Make sure that his needs are met and she doesn't think Sheena can do that. I have yet to see a single need that Forrest has that Sheena can't help navigate. It's interesting, right? Because I almost said, and it's wrong, that this is a little bit of like fictitious disorder by proxy or whatever. Like she gets off on, but, but what he has is not fictitious. No, no. He is on the spectrum, but she also gets something from that. Yes. Yes. And it's gross. It's terrible. It's so gross. You should never benefit off your child in that way. No. No, I don't like her at all. Like she, by her just keeping him down and because he is perfectly capable of doing this. Yes. Sheena knows the country. She has a job. But what does she think? Like Forrest is going to wander out into traffic because he doesn't know what a car is. Right. Like he's, he's a capable adult. He's navigated all of this. Yes. Yes. So he gets overwhelmed at times by things. That's okay. That happens in the United States too. Yes. And he's with a much more loving partner with Sheena who actually thinks he can do things and will help build him up. Yes. To have confidence to do things. It drives me crazy. It drives me crazy. You get such a core sense of who you are from your parents and the way that she is just convincing him that he is not, like this guy will have no confidence. No. He won't be able to take a risk. He won't be able to do anything. And we see that when he says, you know what? She's right. She's right. Yep. So Molly says, look, if you move there, the goal of moving to the U.S. is going to go out the window. No, it doesn't have to go out the window. Her goal of moving to the United States. And he's like, well, then you'd have to accept that. And Sheena comes back. She apologizes. She needed a breather. Molly's explosion scared her. And she knows that she needs to stand up for herself and for Forrest. So Molly starts asking about money. Where are you going to live? This is gross. And Forrest says, look, we'll get a place. And Sheena's going to support us. And now Molly mocks her for being able to support them. This woman's a fucking doctor, bitch. You shut up. You cannot convince me that Molly is not benefiting from Forrest in a financial way in some way. Even if it's like they just rent a duplex together and she counts on him paying his half of the rent. I don't know. But she's benefiting in some way because that is what this screams to me. Me too. Me too. And Forrest says, look, you know, we'll get a place. Molly now starts mocking her about her job. And Sheena makes five... What does Molly do? We have no idea. Sheena makes $500 a month and they estimate that rent is $400. So how can they live on that? Fair question. That's not enough money to live on. Sheena's been doing it. Although she lives with her family. I thought she had an apartment. Remember? No, she lives with her family. She goes back and forth every day. Well, then they had to get an apartment. Are you sure? Yeah. Because I thought she had an apartment, but her parents rented to her so they didn't want to allow Molly and Forrest and all those guys to live with her. No, Molly and Dev couldn't come stay at their place without paying for it. Okay. Okay. I'm gonna try to look up my notes just to clarify that. You're probably right. I never am. Okay. But I could have sworn she had her own apartment. And Sheena's like, look, I will take care of your son. And Molly says, love doesn't pay the bills. Forrest says, look, there's going to be hurdles. But with how the visa works, I can come and live here and I can get a job. So now she says, you've never worked here and you've only ever had one job and you're on disability for a reason. Forrest has only had one job. We've only tried once and it didn't go well. So we were done. I'm telling you. I'm telling you, this woman has done this to him. And Molly wants him to get a job, but he needs to plan things out. And she wants him to come back to the US, get a job, then he can go through the vocational rehab programs. Why hasn't he done that before, Molly? And see what kind of job he can get. And Molly says, he needs to assume you can't work when you get here, which I actually don't disagree with her here. You guys need to plan this so that if Forrest isn't working, you still are okay. Yeah, that's fair. See, if this was my kid, and this maybe is coming from a place of privilege, but I would be like, I'll pay half your rent for three months. I'll give you $200 a month for three months, until you can ramp up and get. And then after that, you're on your own. You know what I mean? But I can do that for you. If she truly had altruistic intentions and wanted to help this kid, that's what she would do. But she's not going to do that. Of course not. And she, again, he needs to assume he won't work. How much will he even be able to make? And I said, at this point, I hate to say it, Molly's at least being realistic about like, you guys have to figure out how you're going to make more than $500 a month. But here's the thing, Sheena has a good family. Yes, they seem to love her. Yeah, she's not going to be out on the street. And it's one thing to not let Molly and Dev and Forrest all stay there. But like I'm sure they would let Sheena and Forrest stay there, especially if they were married. And why doesn't Forrest go work there? Right. Go be a groundskeeper. Go be a handyman. Go do something. Figure out what his skills are and what he can handle. Even if it was just to earn his keep. Yes. Like we can stay here and I'll, you know, do the grounds for you. I'll pull weeds in the flower bed. Something. Sheena says that she wants Forrest to be there and starts crying. And now Molly, of course, starts mocking her for crying and their tears and the manipulation. And that's the real Molly. This is who Molly is. Molly's not a good person. No, she's terrible. And she's waited, you know, Sheena's like, I've waited for seven years. It's been so stressful. I mean, he's been here five times already, but we don't want to talk about that. Forrest looks defeated and he says in his talking head that he can't help but think that his mom is right. She's getting to his head. Uh-huh. She knows how to do it. You can't do it. You can't do it. You can't do it. When the one person that you trust more than anyone else in the world from a young age tells you, you can't do it. Yep. Guess what? Yeah. Jesus. Yeah. Try's been crazy. It really does. And as Janet said, our parents know how to push our buttons because they installed them. This is his button. Yeah. 100%. His uselessness is his button and she presses on it anytime she needs to control him. Yep. 100%. And uh, so she thinks, you know, he can't do this. And he's like, what if I can't work when I get there? I can't be a burden to Sheena. And he says he feels real conflicted to Sheena and he doesn't want to leave her, but he thinks he might have to go home and get a job and apply for the K1. You're looking at years, dude. You're looking at years. I know. You could stay in the Philippines right now. Like you're looking at years. And I mean, they're, how old are they? He's 32. She's 40. Yeah. Like they're not getting any younger. And if they want to have a baby, they gotta get on this now. And you know, Sheena just starts shaking her head and she's like, I don't know. And if it doesn't work, it's the end of our story. And he's like, no, this ring is a promise. If the K1 doesn't work, I will move back here and marry you. I'm not giving up on you. So now we see them all walking back to the hotel apartment, wherever they're staying. Everyone looks sad. This is the saddest crew we've ever seen. Oh, Sheena would have kicked Molly's back leg out from behind her when she walked. I know. Or started like trying to hit her heel. She's walking. And it's their last day together. And Forrest says that his heart is cracking. The talk with Molly is really on his mind. And it's annoying when his mom is right. And it hurts. She's not right. And it hurts his heart that Sheena's upset. And he hopes she'll understand. And he just wants to do everything right. This kid is earnest. I'll say a lot of things. This kid is earnest. And he wants to do the right thing. And he needs to learn he's never been taught this, but he needs to learn to trust his gut. And his gut is Sheena's a good person. I'm safe here. Yes. And I think he is. I do too. When the two of them are together, they're great. Yeah, without Molly there. Yeah. Sheena is begging him to stay. She says he has to make this decision for himself. And they have overcome so much, so many years, the pandemic they got through all of this, they have a plan to have a family. She knows that the best way is for them to be together and be together as quickly as possible. She's right. She's right. He shakes his head and he says, he can't do that. And it tears him up thinking of leaving her, but his mom is right. And he wants to get her to the U S. It's the best option and he needs to go home, get a job, get stable and then bring her over. Which to which force I say, then why didn't you do that before you've had seven years? It's going to be years. It's going to be you've had seven years to do this dude. And you haven't. Yep. So just because you got in her now you're going to go do it. Yeah. No, Molly is going to talk you out of doing it for some reason. There will be reasons that she can't do this. Absolutely agree. Or he can't do this. And Sheena says, you know, in talking head, it hurts that he's changed his mind and he's choosing Molly over her. And she worries about him finding a job and thinks that Molly once again manipulated him to think that living in the Philippines would be impossible. Also, I'd like to note after an entire season of this, I still can't spell the Philippines right. Oh yeah. Every time I spell check is like, nope, good try. I don't even try. Not even close. And he says the faster he gets home, the faster he can start. And if he can't make it work, he'll come back again. Forced you had seven years to do this dude. Yeah. And Sheena's worried that Molly's going to keep him in the U S because he she is. And he assures her that this is his decision and that they are each other's home and he's faith that they'll be together. And she wants to trust him, but she thinks that Molly is more controlling than he realizes you're correct girl. And what impact will Molly's doubts about him have on him? She will destroy him. Yeah, he's going to live unhappy next to mommy, his entire life possible. Yep. And I hope Molly can't have him having a bigger life. Yeah, fucking. Look, I know we tend we try not to come after parent people's parenting here. Molly's a terrible mother. Yep. Agreed. Next time on the finale boy beer cans football soccer skills impress Laura. And then he puts something on her finger and I wrote, Oh, it's a string because of course it is of course it is because this guy can't ever ring because he has to buy his shisha fucking Annalyn is pregnant and Jovan's going to be a dad. No, no, no, we don't need this. No. Forest leaves and Molly says she not still she not still manipulates. Wow. Hello, I have even more questions now. She sobs and says, I don't know. Oh, sorry. I'm reading the whole thing in Molly's voice. I have even more questions now. I came here for answers and I'm leaving with more questions. And then she is sobbing and says, I don't know if he's coming back for me. I feel so bad for her. I do too. I like her. Okay, we need to talk about this next scene. I almost went frame by frame. Okay, Rick arrives at the airport. Yes. And then he sees someone and he says, baby, and he runs towards them and then they cut to Trish. Yes, with a bag is very stoic with a bag doesn't look like she sees him. Is this a setup? At most I think she's just bringing him his shit delivering him something. That's what I thought. The the the tarp or I couldn't tell what airport he was in. Yeah, he could be going to Columbia now to see this other woman or be home in LA and his kids are there. Yes. So I think that's a little bit of fraud. Yeah, there's some match up happening here. We'll see what version of it is. Alisa is crying because she's leaving in an hour and Joshua just left and it appears he was doing boats and hose in the house. He brought a girl and she's not happy. She was doing boats and hose in the house. And then he turned off he stopped sharing location with her. That's only a good sign. Lisa is home with new wig, hudas, and faith has figured out everything. Daniel has an email contact named wife, which is how I'm into me's phone. I'm into me's phone is Wifey. I hate that. I'm sorry. I don't know if it's wifey. Is it Wifey? I forget how he has me in there, but I'm just wife. I feel like we've had this conversation. How do you have your parents in your phone? Mom and dad. I think it's so fucking weird. You have your mother and as Martha and Eric Lipnack. Yeah, those are their names. Oh, no, I have dad and mom. No, that's weird. Really? I think it's really weird. And I know I'm the exception. I understand that. I understand. No, I have in my mother, my Martha Lipnack. I can meet you where you are on the wife thing. I get that. The mom and dad thing now. Something is real wrong with Aviva. Oh, something she's swollen. She's sweaty. She's crying. I don't know what's happening. She's crying and she's questioning everything. I don't know what's happening, but it's not good. She looks like me when I've been exposed to the heat. I'm swollen. I'm sweaty. I'm crying. What is wrong? I don't know, but somebody needs to get some help to her. Yes, help this poor child. So that's where we land, guys. That's where we're done next week. We'll be the riveting conclusion. I do want to take a minute and explain what's happening with betrayal. Okay. Oh, that was a fun explanation. I think, okay, so here's where can I say where the problem started? I think I was mixing this series up with Love Con, Love Revenge Con or Love Con. You know that series about the cons around dating and stuff? Yeah, like Tinder Swindler situation. Yes. I did not expect spousal rape and stuff. It's so dark. It's so dark. When you said you wanted to do this, I should have pushed back more because I was, I knew that this was what this was, but you were like, we're doing this and I'm like, okay. Yeah. Next time, tell me if you know it's dark. Okay. I'll be clear. So what might happen is, okay, and another thing happened. Some motherfuckers are now complaining that we didn't, we're not doing temptation island. When I put the poll up and nobody voted for it, you had a poll. You had a poll. You had a say in it. You chose poorly. So I say motherfuckers would love you're still my motherfuckers and I love you. But so here's what's going to happen. Beck and I are going to do temptation island. We're going to do two episodes in one a week. So this week, you will hear episodes one and two, then next week, three and four and so forth. Okay. We, I'm not one to quit on shows. It's only happened once, twice. I quit with suddenly Amish and we quit with the single life. That was it. Yeah. Right? Yeah. Yeah. It's only happened twice. Yeah. So well, because I've discovered that if I'm miserable, it doesn't work. Nope. It has to spark joy. So what, I don't want to quit betrayal, especially because I feel like it falls under my mom saying of if these women are brave enough to share their stories, we owe it to them to listen. I watched last night's episode Todd's like, why are we watching this? It's, it's dark, but it's hard. You know, it's somebody's story. I gave that line and he didn't buy it. So what I think we're going to do is we're going to move betrayal over to Murder She Watch because it's just more in line with the content over there. It will be on the free feed over there. So you're not going to have to pay anything. Okay. Okay. So if you're enjoying betrayal, just scoot on over to Murder She Watched and that's where it will be. And we will replace it here on Tuesdays with Temptation Island. Yes. Okay. Which will be hot dummies on an island and I'm here for it. Yes. It'll be fun. Temptation Island is my favorite show. I covered it with Mary Payne for years. I know. It's my favorite show. I love it so much. I know. All right. So that's what's going on with betrayal. You tried. You've no idea guys, how much we had to talk about betrayal last night. And you have no idea the context switching when I'm like, let's talk about mama plait then or Scorts. And then I'm like, so then he raped his wife. Oh, God. And now we have to hear the audio of it happening over and over again. So I, you know, I'm grateful that I got screeners for the series. It's an important series. I'm grateful that it's out there in the world. Agreed. But it's better suited, I feel like, for my true crime podcast. I agree. Yeah. All right, guys. That's it. If you enjoy what you're hearing, please consider joining our Patreon where you get bonus content. What are we doing over there, Amanda? The vow. You and I are doing the vow. The plaths. The plathville. Welcome to plathville and sister wives as always. Always. Always. And you get some Gen X content, some mail bags, some real talk every week. This week is last week was you and I. Okay. This week I'm talking with Jenny about aging and menopause. Oh, cool. Yeah. So we're going to do that. So that will be on Friday and then mail bag next week. Okay, I'm done. Okay. Oh, just a quick reminder that reality roundup is back this week. Yes. Because we didn't do it last week. And I love that show. I know. It's fun. All right, guys. Thank you so much.
