Tonight, you're invited to give yourself permission to rest. Let this meditation guide you into softness, safety, and deep sleep. This is your sacred time. A time to let go. A time to unwind. A time to sleep. Find a comfortable position and feel the surface beneath you, supporting your body completely. Allow your limbs to grow heavy, sinking deeply into the softness of your bed. Take a big deep breath in, feeling your lungs expand, and then release it slowly, letting all the tension melt away. With each exhale, feel your body becoming heavier, more grounded, more at peace. Close your eyes gently, and bring your awareness to the present moment. Notice the sounds around you, the temperature of the air, the sensation of your body against the mattress. Allow yourself to fully arrive here. Let's begin by acknowledging the day that you've had, the experiences, the emotions, the thoughts that have filled your mind. Recognize each one without judgment, but just simply as part of your journey. And as you acknowledge them, imagine placing each one gently into a basket beside you. And as you exhale, imagine a wave of relaxation washing over your body.
