2/23/26 - Espionage Act: Who's Leaking in the White House?

And by made port, I don't mean physically in port. so you Navy guys don't need to correct me, please. I know I'm not a Navy guy. But they're where they need to be. They were just past Greece, and they are now off the shores of Israel. The USS Abraham Lincoln is there. There are literally hundreds of jet fighters there. I suspect there's some bombers not too far from there. Apparently Jordan has agreed to allow the United States to use its base and its airspace. Latest report I saw was that Saudi Arabia has relented as well, as they must. the British Prime Minister who's a quizzling Stormer has said we cannot use his bases the French President Macron has said we can't use his bases now these are NATO countries you understand there were some tankers it appears at Ben-Gurion airport in Israel the Prime Minister of Israel gave a speech today to the Knesset it was a short and very direct speech that they are ready for any eventuality and should Iran hit Israel they will be hit so hard they won't know what hit them we have leakers no doubt woke right isolationists in and around the White House the administration, have been busy leaking today to Axios, to Politico, to the Washington Post and elsewhere, claiming that statements made by General Cain suggest we would have an extremely difficult time in a military battle against Iran. now first things first these people who are leaking are committing a criminal offense under the Espionage Act these briefings or discussions with the President are clearly confidential and they're sharing no doubt classified information about any war effort any military effort the number of resources in the region and on and on and on. I'm calling on the Department of Justice to direct the Federal Bureau of Investigation to conduct a criminal investigation under the Espionage Act to determine who in the White House and or Pentagon and or administration generally, but I have my own ideas, but nonetheless, is leaking information to the Democrat Party media to try and undermine our president, our military, and the American people in giving aid and comfort to the enemy. These are traitors. It's one thing to make your case to the president, make it as aggressively as you wish, But it's another thing to leak for the purpose of trying to sabotage a decision a president, this president, as commander in chief, might make or will make. So there are criminals who are leaking information in violation of federal criminal law. the Axios, Politico, and the Washington Post. Actually, I think it was the Wall Street Journal, not necessarily Politico, actually. But they'll get there, don't worry. And by the Wall Street Journal, I mean the newspaper, the news section, so-called, which is much different than the opinion section. These are crimes. These are crimes. and again I want to reiterate the Department of Justice should direct the FBI to conduct a criminal investigation under among other statutes 18 U.S.C. section 793 that is the Espionage Act and there are other aspects they can look at section 798 and so forth and so on you don't need to worry about that but they can figure that out security clearance should be revoked fines should be issued prosecution should take place and if guilt is found prison sentences should be imposed I don't care what your view is you can't do this to a commander in chief and you can't do this to the United States military and you can't do it to the American people giving aid and comfort to the enemy that's a traitor and so these leakers isolationists obviously, woke Reich, R-E-I-C-H who are doing this, they are traitors giving aid and comfort to the Islamist regime that seeks to destroy our country. Let's be blunt, let's be honest with each other. Now the president has also put out a statement about these leaks. he's not at all happy about these leaks and here's what he said numerous stories from the fake news media have been circulating stating that General Daniel Cain sometimes referred to as Raisin Cain is against us going to war with Iran this story does not attribute this vast wealth of knowledge to anyone and is 100% incorrect General Cain, like all of us, would like not to see war But if a decision is made on going against Iran at a military level It is his opinion that it will be something easily won He knows Iran well and that he was in charge of Midnight Hammer The attack on the Iranian nuclear development It is a development no longer, but rather Was blown the smithereens by our great B-2 bombers Raisin Cain is a great fighter and represents the most powerful military anywhere in the world. He's not spoken of not doing Iran or even the fake limited strikes that I've been reading about. He only knows one thing, how to win. And if he's told to do so, he will be leading the pack. Everything that has been written about a potential war with Iran has been written incorrectly and purposefully so. I am the one that makes the decision. I would rather have a deal than not. But if we don't make a deal, it will be a very bad day for that country. And very sadly, it's people. Because they are great and wonderful, and something like this should never have happened to them. Well, ladies and gentlemen, last night on Life, Liberty & Levin, my opening statement, I spent two-thirds of it on the Supreme Court's outrageous concoction of a so-called opinion on tariffs. The president was furious. He said so. He was very blunt about certain justices. He came under attack at National Review by McCarthy and others. And I have to laugh. They're persuaded by the majority's opinion, which is a truly pathetic conclusion for any lawyer. That's number one. But number two, what the court did was stomp all over prerogatives of both the Congress and the President. and when the democrats talk about destroying the court and they unleash their militia against justices and so forth and so on they don't get the kind of verbal attack that the president has so i'm really disgusted by that but i'll bite my tongue all right here's what i said regarding iran go what if we got the greatest deal ever from iran they're going to give up their nukes They're going to give up their ballistic missiles. They're going to become Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. No more terrorism. That's right. They're going to reject their own Islamist ideology of the 7th century that they've used to indoctrinate others, that they preach every single day. That's right. Khomeini's going to become Mahatma Gandhi, and the world is going to have peace forever. Yeah, we'll sign that deal. Sure, we'll sign it. Now, why would they sign such a deal? What if it's the greatest deal of all deals ever? Why would they sign it? You see, the problem is, ladies and gentlemen, it's not a matter of a deal, a negotiation, or diplomacy, or playing this thing out. Khomeini, the Islamists, Nazis, have told us what they're going to do. and they believe this is directed by God. And they have slaughtered tens of thousands of their own people in the last few weeks, over the years, in order to advance this agenda. Do you think signing a deal is going to stop anything? Do you think they're going to honor the deal? The issue isn't whether we negotiate. The question is why do we negotiate? The question is, why do we think some deal is going to keep these people under control? It's not. Now, it might temporarily. They may pull back temporarily, exactly what North Korea did. Oh, they pulled back. They pulled back for a few years, and then all of a sudden, hey, guess what? We have a few nukes. They will play this game. They look at long ball. And even if they were to pull back during the Trump presidency, that's three more years. What about after that? What if we get a Biden or an Obama? Or what if we get some weak Republican? The only president to actually take forceful action against Iran is president today, Donald Trump. What happens when he leaves? Ladies and gentlemen, we cannot, as our generation, leave it to the next generation, our children and grandchildren, to deal with this. We must deal with this. or they'll have tens of thousands of ballistic missiles. They'll have scores of nuclear warheads, and they will be able to reach our country. And since they've been willing to slaughter their own people by the tens of thousands, you better believe that they will use those nuclear warheads against our children and grandchildren. They're weaker than ever before. They're not going to be this weak ever again. And they do not follow agreements. When we pulled out of that Obama deal in 2018, they immediately began violating the deal that was still in place with Europe. Systematic breaches. Iran intentionally reduced its compliance with the agreement in a phased manner, leading to multiple ongoing violations rather than a single event. Enrichment levels. Iran increased its uranium enrichment to 60%, significantly higher than the 3.67% limit set by the agreement. Stockpile limits. By late 2019, Iran breached the 300 kilogram limit on enriched uranium, later exceeded permitted stockpiles by 30 times. Centrifuge usage. Iran installed and operated advanced centrifuges prohibited by the deal. Monitoring suspensions. Since February 2021, Iran restricted the International Atomic Energy Agency of the UN from fully monitoring its nuclear facilities. Formal termination. They announced it in October 2025. You think our envoys or somebody else's envoys or signing an agreement is going to change the mindset of a terrorist regime that is slaughtering its people as I speak, that is already trying to build new nukes? We signed a paper, peace in our time? No. The problem isn't negotiations. The problem isn't they won't agree to this or that or we can get the best deal in world history. The problem is them. The West needs to understand what we're dealing with for 47 years. I don't know what it's going to take, but we need to comprehend what we're dealing with. That regime needs to be eliminated to save our children and grandchildren from having to deal with it and to save the people of Iran who are, as I speak, being slaughtered. And that is the bottom line. That is the bottom line. The response to that part of the monologue was enormous. The President of the United States bifurcated my monologue last night. He took the front end on tariffs and posted it, and he took the second part of it that you just heard and posted that as well. And it's gone viral throughout the Internet, in our country, and other countries as well. They were invited to go to the State of the Union, which is tomorrow night, by the way, after this program, and they declined. They said they had other events and so forth. Now, I can tell you this. If you're invited to the State of the Union, you clean out those other events and you go. But they chose not to. But the men chose to go. And so, therefore, I highlight them. That's not to say they weren't patriots on the other team, the women's team. But I see what I see and I know what I know. now AOC has demonstrated that she doesn't care about the people in Iran she doesn't care that young people her age are being slaughtered in Iran she doesn't care that women in Iran are treated like animals that they're required to cover their heads that they are raped and brutalized and tortured she just doesn't give a damn and most of the Marxist Islamists don't give a damn they pretend to give a damn, they don't give a damn because wringing your hands and crocodile tears doesn't get you where you need to go when you're up against these Hitlerians and here she is on Instagram Saturday she's already made a fool out of herself twice overseas in Munich over Taiwan and Venezuela. Fronting for Islamist regimes. Promoting Islamism and Sharia law. Now he wants Jews to take DNA tests. Now if that doesn't sound Hitlerian, I don't know what does. doing the dirty work of the enemy, another traitor. That's right, a traitor. He's trying to destroy the Trump presidency. He's trying to undermine the Trump agenda. He's trying to destroy, make America great again. He's trying to destroy our constitutional republic. giving aid and comfort to the enemy within and out he putting down our country putting down our people whatever their backgrounds That's the enemy of the people. And they're going to usher in the Democrats in the midterm elections. And I want you to understand the consequences of something like that. Look at this guy Bannon. Had his head so far up Epstein's ass, it's not even funny. He's got a whole bunch of videos. He won't release them. His name's all over those famous Epstein files. The people of Iran have had to live with this for half a century. They're slaughtering their young people over there. And of course, AOC Sandy pretends to care, but she could care less. Bernie Sanders is busy attacking Netanyahu like Netanyahu is the reason the people in Iran are suffering Talib and Omar and the rest of them giving aid and comfort to the enemy because they are the enemy that's right I said it they are the enemy the enemy within We were warned about the enemy within. Abraham Lincoln warned us about the enemy within. So did many other brilliant statesmen and philosophers. And they're here. Not just imports, although there's plenty of that. But billionaires, trust fund babies like Katarlson, self-serving buffoons like Bannon, they're here. The Islamists, the Marxists, and the woke right neo-fascists. Same with deportation. right there at the beginning of the deportation section of the Immigration and Nationalization Act is you can be deported for entering the United States illegally. So the Democrats are saying, number one, if people here are illegally, you got to prove it with a full panoply of due process rights. Why? It's not a criminal case. It's a civil case. Number two. Then they tell you all the places where ICE cannot, cannot question people, which is everywhere illegal aliens are. And it goes on and on and on. So the Democrat Party represents foreigners who are in this country illegally, whether they've committed crimes or anything. That's all they care about themselves. themselves. So the Republicans said, no, we need voter ID laws once and for, now we don't. Now almost every country on the face of the earth has them. Did you know that? Except maybe New Zealand, I seem to recall. And we all know as New Zealand goes, so goes America. Now Mondami is one of these crazy asses who doesn't think you need an ID to vote. In fact, in New York, you don't need an ID to vote. How do you like that? But then, like a Stalinist work camp, all of you people out there, we got a big snow, so we need you all to come together, have your shovels, volunteer, take care of the streets, take care of the driveway. Federal law requires that employers get authorization and documentation to pay people for their work. We are not allowed to just cut checks to individuals for their work. And hold on now. Hold on now. Hold on now. Hold on now. So you're like an independent contractor, I think he's trying to say, Mr. Producer. Therefore, under federal tax law, the employee has to report it. Now, why does the employee, excuse me, why does the employer have to report it and require this? Anybody know? Raise your hand. So they can tax the entity or the person. Tax them. Now, we know the Marxists like taxes. This particular jerk, he wants to raise your property taxes. everybody's, not just the rich, everybody's, by 9.5%. And Governor DeSantis pointed out on my program on Sunday on Fox, did you know, Mr. Producer, the budget of New York City is bigger than the entire state of Florida? Florida has over 4 million more people than New York State. Did you know that? and the budget of New York State is twice the size, more than twice the size of the budget of Florida. And they don't even have an income tax. So what Mondami is saying is, look, I can't, you got to fill out this paperwork because of the feds. But with Mondami's support, getting rid of taxes on independent contractors, of course not. Of course not. The guy's a moron. He's 34, 35 years old. He's never worked a real day in his life. He grew up with a, you know, with silver slippers in his mouth. Spent a good part of his life in Uganda. And a majority of New York voters decided, hey, let's do that. Geniuses. And drag the rest of New Yorkers with them. Go ahead, please. The policies that we've had in place, but I understand that for many, it's the first time that they've ever heard about it. Yes. Apparently, it's the first time you ever heard about it, schmuck. Cut nine. Go. The SNY has been hard at work to expand their supervision capacity for the snow shoveler program. And as of today, they can now deploy 1,800 New Yorkers per shift. All right. Slow down a second. The snow shoveler program, is that what it's called, Rich, here in New York? We have a snow shoveler program? Seems to me you have an S shoveler program here. A snow shoveler program, ladies. 1,800 New Yorkers every shift. Now what is that going to do? Exactly nothing. New York City is a big damn city. It's got five boroughs last time I checked, Rich. 1,800 people. It's going to have a de minimis impact. Now this is because he's a failure. This is because the trash had backed up last time. They couldn't get the streets. This is the thing that cracks me up. You've got a guy like Newsom in California. He can't get water into the fire hydrants. But now he wants to be president of the United States. You've got a governor like Moore in Maryland. These are deep, dark, blue states. He can't stop fecal matter, human fecal matter, even today. It's pouring into the Potomac River. and you will all enjoy it one day too on the eastern part of the United States. You'll get to enjoy it too. And it's mostly Democrat fecal matter because that's where the Democrats live. Anyway, now you got this schmuck. Can't get the trash picked up, can't get the snow plows out, but we're going to redistribute wealth, and we got all kinds of plans and, you know, welfare and education for illegal aliens, and we don't want voter ideas. These people are a disaster. Affordability. How's the affordability going, New York City? When they raise your property taxes, how's that affordability going to go? Go ahead. And there's no reason that you don't get in line with about 85% of your constituents that think you, in fact, should be an American citizen to vote and show proof of that with a birth certificate. And then what do you got to do when you go vote? Show your photo voter. Excuse me, your photo ID, your driver's license. On the economy, ask about affordability. Because, yes, people are struggling all across the country. California has the highest cost of living in the nation. The state's prices are 11% higher than the national average. We were actually out to dinner here in Nashville last night. We met a couple from California. They moved out of California because they couldn't afford the rent or even to buy a home and also start a family. Yeah, we've had hundreds of thousands of people move in California. The last two, three years, we've seen population growth. As you know, we moved from sixth to the fourth largest economy in the world. And we dominate now in every key industry from AI, quantum, robotics. We dominate in ag. All right, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. When he was, before he was governor, the state dominated in every area. And it will dominate for a period of time, but it's on the decline. That's the problem. And he's talking about people moving in. He's not talking about citizens moving in. People moving in. About a third of the population of California's immigrants, legal and illegal. About a third of the population. Go ahead. People are struggling to afford things like your mom was. And that's why we did $11 insulin. $11 insulin? Well, that'll fix everything. And so he's slick. He's going to have to be fact-tracked. Anyone who debates him is going to have to be on their toes. You know, DeSantis mopped the floor with him. I had DeSantis on Sunday, and he's laying out what they're doing for Florida. It's unbelievable. they want to slowly, not slowly, they want to incrementally get rid of the property tax for homesteaders, that is, actual residence. And people say, how can you do that? He said, quite simple, actually. And we're not going to get rid of it for commercial properties. And we have other taxes that we use on tourism. We're the number one tourism state in America. And those aren't going to go away. And the reason they have to pass a constitutional amendment there is because, you know, property taxes are controlled by the counties, and the counties are all out of control. In every state, they're out of control. They erase property taxes. They don't care if you can afford it or not. Now, most governors don't give a damn, even in Republican states. It's not my job, and he's saying, well, it's not my job, but I'm going to push through the legislature. an amendment to the Constitution has to be carefully crafted so it really does what I want it to do and we're going to eliminate, systemically eliminate the property tax for actual homeowners. And the other thing that'll do is that'll be another massive reason to move to Florida because you won't be paying an income tax and you won't be paying property taxes, Mr. Producer. and you will have massive capital flowing into the state. It's incredible. Now, think about his initiatives and what he wants to do versus a Newsom or in the city of Mondami or Hochul or Pritzker or Rudolph and all the rest of it. The fact is that California is unaffordable for more and more people, citizens. because the massive taxation and regulation and redistribution of wealth from the average hard-working American in there to illegal aliens and people on the dole is just massive. They have radical politicians, one-party state, and they're killing the state. You got the same problem in New York. New York has the fastest depopulation of any state in the country. Did you know that, Mr. Producer? The fastest depopulation people leaving of any state in the country. You know who's number two? California. So he can lie all he wants about it. Hey, a long-time listener. I've been listening since 2010. Wow, thank you. Thinking about this filibuster thing. Yeah. And is it possible the Senate can bust the filibuster, pass the SAVE Act, and then turn around and make the filibuster law? Well, they can't make it law because how would they make it law? Somebody asked me that the other day. They dropped the filibuster, they passed the SAVE Act, and then they make the filibuster law. But then the Democrats come in and they undo the filibuster so it's not law anymore. The only way you can make a permit is through a constitutional amendment, either through Convention of States or the other way, two-thirds of both houses and three-fourths of the state. so that won't happen right away either. Look, I want to get this stuff passed too, but we're not going to be in charge the whole time. And when they're in charge, they've already told us they want to get rid of the filibuster. So if we get rid of the filibuster and put in things that we want to put in, then they'll come back in and they'll take out things that we put in and then put in things that they want to put in. In other words, this effort to turn us into a parliamentary system of sorts is a little worrisome to me. I do like what the Daily Wire guys came up with that was told to me, and that is why don't we propose right now at least propose it to expose them that the filibuster should be placed in the Constitution as a constitutional amendment and the Democrats and the Republicans should both vote for it to demonstrate what? to demonstrate that that in fact they don't want to get rid of it and if the Democrats say, no, we're not going to vote for that, then they point out, and it makes sense, then they would support eliminating the filibuster because the Democrats are impossible to deal with and are not going to leave it there under any circumstances. So that's something I think that makes some sense, don't you? Okay, yeah, actually, that sounds great. Just trying to think if there was any other route, but that makes absolutely... Well, that's a way to expose them. And then to make it clear, these people are out to destroy the Constitution. So we'll do everything we can while we're in power to protect it. They'll come in power, and they're going to do this anyway. And then hopefully we'll come back in power and do something about it. But here's the problem. Let me give you an example. In the state of Virginia, the Democrats come in. They don't have a massive majority, but they have a majority. We just had a Republican governor, Republican lieutenant governor, Republican attorney general. They come in, they take all those statewide offices, plus the Assembly and the Senate. What do they do immediately? They're changing the voting system to the way they have it in California, to the way they have it in New York City, the way Murkowski put it in Alaska. So you get the top two votes. The top two individuals will run against each other. Well, in a Democrat state, that means a Democrat is going to run against a Democrat. And so the Republicans don't really have a primary process. So they came in to do that. On top of that, they immediately gerrymandered the state, where we had five Republicans, members of the House, down to one. So it's ten Democrats, one Republican, even though almost half of the state voted for Donald Trump in the last election, over 47%. We don't do this. We don't come in like our majorities now. We don't come in and say, you know what, we're going to grab this by the throat, We're going to wrestle this to the ground. And we're going to squeeze the power out of the system and give it to the Republican Party. We don't think that way. We don't conduct ourselves that way, even when we're facing extremist situations with the Democrats. They come in and that's all they care about. They're power hungry. We care about the Constitution. They care about power. So this is part of the problem. They use our system. They use our liberty. They use our voting system, the permanent government, to empower themselves. We don't do it. because we don't believe in it. So we're at a great disadvantage when things like this happen. I'm just pointing it out, Brian. Thank you for your call, my friend. However, I have this question about the 14th Amendment. Go right ahead. The first sentence of it says persons born or naturalized in the United States. So I grammatically diagrammed it and in the United States has no grammatical connection to born. It modifies the verb naturalized. And to prove that... Okay, but what you should do is look at the history of the debate, and they tell us what they meant. They tell us what they meant. And for 40 years after the adoption of the 14th Amendment, there was no such thing as birthright citizenship. And in fact, if you look at the 14th Amendment, if you're going to really break it down word by word. What does it say about Indians? They are counted in the census if they are taxed. What does it say about Indians exactly? Correct. Oh, you're going to I don't have it perfectly memorized. Tell me, please. OK, let me read it to you. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges and immunities of the citizens of the United States, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. That's the first part. Then we get to the next, the citizenship clause, as they call it, grant citizenship of all persons born or naturalized in the United States. That was aimed at slaves, applied at all states. That was aimed at slaves. Now, it was not aimed at Indians. Why? Because Indians claim their own nations. And they said, well, then Indians aren't citizens of the United States. Pardon me? They said Indians are not citizens of the United States because they claim to be of their own nations. And that's an important point. And that was the interpretation into the 1920s. because when you're talking about illegal immigrants, they're not citizens of the United States under any circumstances, and the child of an illegal alien was not considered a citizen either, any more than a child of an Indian was considered a citizen at the time the amendment was adopted. Follow me? Mark, you know the shoe on the other foot sort of deal? No, I don't know what you're talking about. What would happen? Okay, if an American citizen had a child born in Moscow, Okay. Does that child not have a birthright citizenship? No. Because that child was simply born? No, no country recognizes that. No, it's subject to the jurisdiction. No, it's subject to the jurisdiction. The jurisdiction in the United States. The jurisdiction means allegiance, not physical jurisdiction. Overseas. What's that? Huh? Well, what are we talking about? What's your point? my point is all persons born or naturalized in the united states and subject to the jurisdiction thereof in other words if i'm a diplomat i come to the united states and i'm a woman and i give birth i'm not subject to the jurisdiction of the united states therefore my child is not a citizen correct our citizens of the united states and states wherein they reside no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privilege, and it goes on and so forth. So how can it possibly be, America, we've been around this block several times, that a diplomat comes to the United States, they have a child, and that child is not automatically a citizen of the United States? well how can that be an exception if the other side is right which is if you're born in the United States you're a citizen birthright citizenship because they're wrong because they're wrong and again for 40 years after the adoption of this amendment my interpretation was the interpretation excuse me children are members of Indian tribes subject to tribal laws They're not citizens of the United States either, they held. The solution to me is simply this. we know that, I mean, there's no doubt in my mind. I'm going to read this because I've waited an hour and a half to talk to you. I'm sorry. But we need to prove, we need to, that's fine, it's worth it to me. Because I love my country and I love, I'm a patriot a long time. We need to prove that there are Americans accepting foreign money to break our country down. They're Americans, but it is within, okay?
