So ASMR in short, and we like to go through different types of triggers. Triggers are different things that trigger a tingling sensation in the back of your head and neck, or trigger sleep and deep relaxation. It helps with anxiety, insomnia, stress, many different things. And there's three different types of ASMR, physical, visual, and sound. Let me just make sure you booked three different, okay, so you booked the three different types, so you want to do all of those, is that correct? Great, so we will definitely be finding your trigger today. The goal is to ultimately figure out what helps you relax and fall asleep for your own benefit. So what we do is we will first go through visual triggers while you're still awake to see if you relax a little bit to those, and then we'll do physical. I'll take your youth makeup on, okay? I'll take your makeup off, brush your hair, and I'll give you a little face massage, and then a little face brushing as well, and then we'll go to the sounds, but all of these will have sounds, okay? And then at the end of the trigger, I will ask you to rate the trigger on a scale from one to 10, 10 being you love it, don't want it to stop, one being, this is just not my thing, okay? All right, but I just have a couple questions before we get started, so how many hours do you normally sleep at night? Okay. And what is your schedule? Like what time do you go to sleep? What time do you typically wake up? Does it differ on the weekends? Okay. And do you drink, smoke, or take any other substances that I should be aware of? Okay. And are you currently experiencing any abnormal amount of stress? We all stress, you know, throughout our days, and you know, life happens. Is there any heavy stress on you right now? Like that's extra stressful? Okay. Okay, tell me about it. All right. Okay. Do you notice this effecting, impacting your sleep? Yeah, it's okay. And for the bed time routine, do you sleep with pillows? And do you sleep with any lights in the room, pitch black, or night light? And how often do you remember your dreams? great, what's your name? perfect, I do see you here you're here for the overnight stays, is that correct? okay, great so, I just have a couple questions before we get started but just to let you in on what we do here we do a lot of personal attention to see what relaxes you the most and you will have to stay awake to rate what you like the best if you do find yourself drifting off to sleep, that's okay too we'll still, you know, do everything that we're supposed to do here since you signed up for it but we do a phase exam to start off face touching, face brushing we measure your face as well get a little close to your face, measure the details and then we like to do makeup, skincare and hair brushing a little higher treatment for you now, before I ask you these questions would you like the makeup first or last? well, most people tend to kind of like it first because they don't like to go to sleep with the makeup and in the skincare we do do, like if you do the makeup first we have a makeup remover so that you can go to sleep without makeup on but if you were to get the skincare first, you'd have to sleep in the makeup or take it off, you know, yourself if you'd like okay, makeup first, perfect let me just write that down and you know, if you like the way it looks we can get a little selfie, picture of you if you'd like for free but let me just write this down and this is your first time here, correct? yeah, you've been to a sleep clinic before oh yes, we do base our research off of ASMR but specifically this clinic is all personal and dungeon based which means it will be physical, you know, makeup, touching your face, skincare, touching the face hair treatment, did you go to the one where it's like sound, physical and visual? yeah, I actually like that one nice, okay, great well, let's just ask these questions before we begin do you have any trouble falling asleep? okay yeah, well, most people that come here do and that's why they're yours but don't worry about that, we'll get you to sleep, okay? and how many hours on average of sleep do you get? depends, yeah okay do you take any sleeping medication like melatonin, magnesium, any supplements? okay oh yeah, we try to, um, our location is in a very quiet place but here and there, you might hear some background noise if that's okay with you but you are completely safe, okay? yes, and I will keep my tone to a very quiet, very quiet whisper yeah, we like to still incorporate the whispering in ASMR with the physical personal attention and on the day-to-day basis, do you do any relaxing activities such as meditation? do you listen to ASMR? do you ask people to play with your hair, give you some back tickles or anything like that? okay and do you take naps? every day or... okay how long are your naps on average? okay perfect and which relaxation treatment is typically your favorite? yeah, oh yeah, there's so many, you know, getting your plate with, like I said or writing as a relaxing activity to many people going out in nature, reading or listening to ASMR ASMR and do you have any allergies to hair, makeup or skincare products? anything that you are sensitive to? okay perfect alright, our products here are mostly clean, the makeup, you know, it's makeup sometimes it can cause pimples but we'll be taking it off because I know that these are your typical products that you use, I'm assuming as for the skincare, it's very good products also for sensitive skin I myself personally use some of these products as I have sensitive skin and occasional breakouts but these are really good for that so just to make sure we... let it do him and are you allergic to tea tree oil? or tea tree? okay yes, we will be putting that in your hair, I'm just for a little scalp treatment and most of the time, at least, how tired are you right now, would you say? on a scalp from 1 to 10, 10, you're about to fall asleep, you can't even pay attention to me or 10 being your sleep, or 1 being I am anxious, I'm like ready to go okay alright perfect then we are all ready to get started just perfect, so you're checked in, can you just confirm your date of birth for me? Just the t-shirt. Okay, great. And where did I put that? Yeah, that's good enough. I just wanted to get it tap again, so let's just... Down the nose. Underneath the eyes. Using the sharp end to get close to the lower eye line. To this side. And to the cheekbone a little bit. To the chin. Perfect. Wow, you look so good. So, next we're going to put these two drops on. They are Super Glow Plus drops by Emco Beauty. And they're the Soft Pink. And I'm just going to drip it on your cheek just a little bit. And this side. And next, I have these bronzing pearls that act as a bronzer and a highlighter. They give you a nice glow, so we're just going to put it underneath the cheekbone, temple, top of forehead, underneath the jawline. And it will go into the cheekbone as well to give you that glow. Okay, perfect. Let me just mix them up with my brush a little bit. Okay. We'll start with underneath this cheekbone. Just fluffing out underneath the chin to find the jaw. And on the temples. And I'm just going to gently blend that moisturizer to your skin. Blend all of the products together. While also holding out your face. It's nice and cold because it's just in the fridge.
