Yeah, I host the wrestling podcast here, so it's like... We're doing a lot of interviews at WrestleManias next week, So I've been constantly staying inside the ring. Whoever came with a good idea is a great idea. Yeah. If only being a fan was an exclusive thing. Yeah. You know, wrestling, baby. It's back. It's back. Right. Right. Well, we have some justice at the top of the show today. Justice. Justice. In terms of the Matthew Perry death, it's been so long now. Yeah. I remember when we broke this, TMZ exclusively broke Matthew Perry's death. I remember it was Halloween. 2023. 2023. 2023. I remember getting that news when I was at my girlfriend's house and everybody was shocked. But now it's been a two year, three year long process now of the different figures in his life that influenced him to take these drugs, ketamine and so forth. Yes. There's four people involved in this case. And today the ketamine queen, Jasveen Sangha, was sentenced to 15 years in prison in connection to Matthew Perry's death. Right. She was sentenced in a Los Angeles federal court after previously pleading guilty to multiple charges. Key word there, federal court. Yeah. So that 15 years is going to be probably pretty solid in terms of time served that she's going to have to do. Because federal, usually you serve at least. I think she's up for a Trump pardon? I think it's 85. No way. No. Are you kidding? He's pardoned some random evil. Yeah, but like this, everybody loves friends. Yeah. Matthew Perry. So he's not going to pardon. I've only seen a couple seasons. I only got to when Ross didn't want to marry the London woman. Oh, he did want to marry her. He just said the wrong name at the altar. I know. I got to that part. That was years ago. Iconic. But there are other people in this case. Yeah, she was charged with three counts of ketamine distribution, one count of distributing ketamine resulting in death, and one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises. So she was keeping the drugs at her house. And she was facing up to 65 years in prison, But prosecutors recommended a 15-year sentence which the judge imposed. I never thought she would actually get the full 65 unless she directly murdered Matthew Perry. Sure. But in this case, you know, it's very troubling. Yeah. People made wrong decisions here. The others connected to this were Dr. Salvador Placentia. Placentia. He pled guilty and was sentenced to 30 months in prison. And then there's two other people awaiting sentences. is Kenneth Iwasama, Matthew Perry's assistant. He pled guilty. He's a waiting sentence. Eric Fleming, he was a dealer, pled guilty, a waiting sentence. So there's still some more people to be charged in this sad death. I mean, that was a very sad death. I love Matthew Perry, love Friends. Yeah, I know. It was shocking for everybody, including the Friends cast. I mean, we saw the grief that they went through. I mean, it's important to note she was very known in the town for selling ketamine in North Hollywood, which led to that nickname, the Ketamine Queen. Her legal team had pushed for time served, noting she has been in custody since August of 2024. Wow, that's a long time. Yeah. It's a very long time. But I mean, if this is your business, you're selling ketamine, you're distributing it, this is probably a common outcome if you're going to get into this business. 15 years is not bad if you kill somebody, honestly. Well, yeah. I mean- You got off lucky. It's always tough when, you know, there's different dealers involved and things like that. So, but yeah. I remember back then we had. Justice for sure. We were studying and we did a documentary all about Matthew Perry and everything. And just the drug, what's the word? Ring? The drug ring in Los Angeles. Yeah. I mean, I don't know much about it. I don't do drugs. But I did find out a lot in this case. Yeah. It's a great documentary. It's on Hulu. Yeah. Yeah. Check it out. TMZ investigates. The West Wing Mr. Sunshine, The Odd Couple The Good Wife, The Kennedys after Camelot yeah none of these are screaming any sort of The Whole Nine Yards that's what you're talking about Serving Sarah, The Whole Ten Yards the sequel, 17 again Here's a fun fact, The Whole Nine Yards is with Bruce Willis right he made a bet with Bruce Willis that if their box office numbers weren't a certain number I forget what it was, that Bruce Willis would come on Friends as a guest star for free. Oh. Because Matthew Perry thought the movie would do really well. Bruce Willis, I think, did not or vice versa, one or the other. But anyway, it ended up with Bruce Willis who did a few episodes on Friends where he played Ross' girlfriend's dad. And that's how he got on because of a bet he made with Matthew Perry. You know, he was supposed to be in Leo's movie. What is it? Don't Look Up? He was supposed to be in that. Oh, really? But his heart had stopped for five minutes, and he never got the opportunity to film his scenes. I'm sorry, what? Yeah, he's had other troubles before. His heart stopped for five minutes? His heart stopped for five minutes. It said, Matthew Perry was supposed to be in Don't Look Up, but his heart stopped for five minutes. So he had a medical episode back then that led to him not being able to shoot his scenes. Because he had other medical issues. Don't try and press me here. I need more. That's such a crazy sentence. Just highlight it. You read one sentence. I'm on a very reputable site here. What? A.V. Oh, my God. No, no, this is a real thing, okay? That's not even a complete sentence. Do some research, okay? Whatever. Let's move on. Let's move on to Justin Trudeau having the time of his life singing Teenage Dream alongside his beautiful woman, Katy Perry. This is his teenage dream. Speaking of teenage dreams, his 18-year-old son, Xavier Trudeau, spoke about his father's, Justin's, relationship with Katy on the Can't Be Censored podcast. And he said all really nice things about Katie. You know, he said he said he thinks my dad's happy. So that's important. Oh, we have a clip. We have the clip. Oh, let's play it. You don't need to hear me. I'm excited for this. Katie Perry, of course, has been in the news lately. Have you talked to her about the music? Yeah, I have. Like she, like when I, you know, when I'm really happy with a song, like send it. Yeah. She's always happy to give me advice or tell me what, what I should change or what she's like. She's always like, she's super nice. Like she's super down to earth. She's, you know, she's great. And I think that my dad's happy. So that's important. Yeah. That's good. Yeah. You know, we, we were asking your mom as well, kind of like, you know, what this is like to see pictures and all that stuff. And she said it was noise. Is it noise to you sometimes as well? Yeah. But like, just like any other picture of my dad and my mom or just my dad or my life is just like so crazy sometimes. Yeah. sometimes i just like sit there and i like i look at like it's like i don't have to like i'm staring at this and i'm just like what is my life yeah dude justin trudeau mogs his own son all right we're not gonna go that angle um just being honest this dude wants to be clav so much you're 40 years old i'm not 40 dude i'm not but anyway okay well 36 um anyway so yeah he's actually supportive of his father and of course supportive of Katie helping him in his career. Why is he on this podcast? To probably get that exact soundbite that we just played. I'm going to test you right now. Do you know what he does? He's a musician. How do you know? That's the whole point of this story, Branson. What do you mean? He's a Canadian R&B singer. Yeah. That's the answer I was looking for. That's the whole point of the story. You know they got to know that? Yeah. I mean, hey. He looks like an R&B singer. if your dad was dating katie perry would you support why not i don't know sometimes wouldn't sometimes you got to have like opinions you know you can't always be like go for it live your life love my opinion is go for it live your life that's a really bad advice if my dad was dating katie perry i would absolutely support it okay and i'm not saying like blanket if he's dating any celebrity but i'm saying katie perry seems pretty unproblematic as far as i would i would support it But I would warn him that this is not gonna end well probably What are these takes My take is that Katy Perry you know has a history of jumping around No she doesn She was with Orlando Bloom for years and had children What are you saying? I'm saying that, you know, in celebrity relationships, I would hold a grain of salt here and I would warn him. I'm not, I can't, is this a bit? No, this is not a bit. Just a horrible take? If actors reach a certain age, if they have clear, established health issues, sometimes media companies will prep death posts, okay? That's just the nature of the business. Everybody does it, okay? There's a lot of information. You want to get it out quick. You got to put the background. You got to put the information, all that kind of stuff. The key to that is not publishing it. And I believe Hacks, the HBO series, last season ended on this exact storyline. TMZ posted that Jean Smart's character died at the end of the season and she actually didn't die. Which is going to lead to Harvey and Charles' cameo that was cut of Jean Smart storming into the TMZ office, hitting Harvey with a purse and yelling at him for publishing this prepped article. So CNN actually put out a remembering Michael J. Fox video. Yeah. You know, going over his career and things like that. it was titled remembering the life of actor michael j fox cnn did issue an apology they said the package was published in error we have removed it from our platforms and send our apologies to michael j fox and his family a rep for fox said michael is doing great he was at pelly fest yesterday he was on stage and was giving interviews i don't know if anyone saw that clip of him and harrison ford hugging on stage very cute moment so yes he's alive and well cnn messed up they apologized uh and we confirm that he doing great CNN may have taken the fall for this but let be real It was one person probably in the office huh What do you think? Somebody clicked the button. Absolutely. That was them prepping the video, probably based on the video of him last night because he, he did look a little frail last night. And CNN does have notifications. So like post these things, it's, it's immediate. So it's just someone, you know, maybe new to the process was just going through the motions and hit published by accident. Do you think they're fired? Yeah. You think so? I mean, I wonder if they can track it down, see who was in the story at the time. Well, they would have to know, right? Who made the video? Who wrote it. But somebody could have been in there putting assets in there, maybe an intern adding videos to it, photos, whatever it is, and then all of a sudden they click publish. Can you imagine that person like, oh my gosh. Yeah. But really quick, can we just talk about Michael J. Fox for a minute? Sure. I mean, what a guy. What a guy. Back to the Future, best movie of all time, in my opinion. Yeah. and he's shrinking right now yeah that's great that's what they were promoting at PeliFest last night so he's still acting he's still active I love that and people of course still love him he does a lot of comic cons and things like that too yeah I would love to still have a chance to meet him get a photo out with MJF not the wrestler not the wrestler no no we love Michael and we're so happy he's alive I would love to get him in here sometime you know just to talk to him about his life yeah that'd be great I don't think that they would let me do it Absolutely not. But I was a Warner Brothers tour guide. I get it. So I've really been on the set. And the rafters where they filmed at stage 24, I climbed up into the rafters and signed my name. You know, when I worked at Universal Studios for the first time, not in the theme park like I worked at Kelly Clarkson, on the back lot, Back to the Future, whole life, all I ever wanted to do was walk on the Back to the Future set. and you can do like the VIP tour and everything but you can't do everything I walked into one of the western sets up there and you know what I stumbled upon? The Lion Estates what is it? The Lion Estates on the street, the street markers yeah, right in front of me and I couldn't believe it I touched it and I was like wow best day of your life did you know that the Back to the Future set burned down by the way? in the fire in the beginning yeah, the clock tower so everything you see now is like a remake But if you go in the clock tower, if you walk in it, it's the old original one that burnt up. They still have it there. Wow. Yeah. You can walk in there and climb the scaffolding and stuff. Okay. Moving on. Justin Trudeau. Darren says, don't know if the relationship is going to work. Just happy. Older people found happiness. That's kind of a condescending way to say that. How old are they, by the way? Katy Perry looks great. I saw Jimmy Kimmel last year. I mean, Katy Perry's got to be late 30s. He's probably early 40s. She looks really good. Like she has great skin for her age. That's creepy. No, no, no. It's not creepy. It was.
