A new ceasefire, only sobriety. Fox News. President Trump says a 10-day ceasefire will take effect Tuesday between Israel and Lebanon, where Israeli forces have been battling Iran-backed Hezbollah militants. It speaks to the broader goals of the Trump administration to add to the Abraham Accords and the success of negotiators from the Trump administration over the past year and a half to get more stability across the region. Fox's Trey Yankes and Tel Aviv. The president also posted a true social saying for the first time since 1983 when Ronald Reagan was president, he is inviting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Lebanese President Joseph Agoun to Washington for direct talks to try and develop peaceful relations between the two countries and expand on the conversations that took place earlier this week in Washington at an ambassador level that were mediated by the Secretary of State Marco Rubio. It's important here to know that Hezbollah and the Lebanese government are not linked like they used to be. Hezbollah is still firing drones and rockets into northern Israel today. The US ceasefire with Iran is still set to expire next week with ongoing efforts to arrange more talks and make a deal. In the meantime, day four of the US blockade of Iranian ports. The United States says 13 ships have now heated US warnings to turn back towards Iran. Those shipmasters can literally see, sense and feel the pressure around them. It's a finely tuned machine rehearsed multiple times and executed now 13 times since the blockade has begun. That's General Keynes and the US blockade applies to all ships trying to go in and out of Iranian ports. More than 10,000 sailors, Marines and aircraft are enforcing the blockade. Fox is Matt Finn in Dubai. Days after ordering work to stop on the White House Ballroom Project, a federal judge just clarifying some work can continue mainly below ground. An appeals court told him to consider national security issues as a legal fight over the ballroom moves forward. America is listening to Fox News. Sheriff's officials in Virginia say the state's former Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax is suspected of killing his wife and then himself in their Fairfax County home where one of their two teenage children called 911. From what I understand in this early stage, former Lieutenant Governor Fairfax was recently served some paperwork associated with an upcoming court proceeding that apparently led to this incident last night. Police Chief Kevin Davis says they were going through a messy divorce. An Ohio firefighter is accused of killing a woman and setting a fire he responded to. Prosecutors in Dark County, Ohio charging 22-year-old Peyton Beam with aggravated murder and arson, saying the volunteer firefighter allegedly lit a house fire April 10th only to arrive later with coworkers to extinguish it. Inside the burned out home, 50-year-old Erika Kramer, who were told died of multiple gunshot wounds to the back and head, the source of the fire, gasoline. Investigators say the victim knew her alleged killer who's been held in jail on $5 million bond. Fox's Jeff Benosso beams due back in court next week. His attorney says he didn't do it. One Supreme Court Justice apologizes to another. In a speech at the University of Kansas School of Law, Justice Sonia Sotomayor said one of her colleagues failed to grasp the real-world effects of an order last year that allowed immigration enforcement sweeps to continue in Los Angeles. That was a reference to Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who wrote last September that legal residents' encounters with immigration agents are typically brief, and they also go free after making it clear they're in the U.S. legally. Sotomayor said this colleague had professional parents and that he likely didn't understand the impact even brief stops can have on hourly workers. Sotomayor says she regrets the comments, they were inappropriate, and she's apologized to this colleague. Jessica Rosenthal, Fox News. Stocks are higher right now. The Dow is up about two points.
