Episode 5207: SAVE America Act Vote Heads To The Senate; Majority Of America Supports Health Freedom

Here's how I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people, the people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop that it's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big line? Manga media. I wish in my soul I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. Joe, just once again, in this fight and starting humans first, what happens if, and you're hearing this from multiple sources, so maybe it's a couple of months off, but it's not going to be years off. It's upon us. And one of the reasons it's upon us, we don't have regulations now that gives us transparency. We have no earthy idea. Let me repeat this. In the one of the most important developments in the history of the species, far bigger than the industrial revolution, far bigger than the agricultural revolution, which were pretty big, folks, we have no transparency whatsoever. We must be the folks who are there for the agricultural revolution, right, or the industrial revolution, this kind of came with no transparency or not understanding what was happening. We caught up. But if AGI happens this fall, Joe, what the purpose of humans first is to do what specifically now, because people are looking for, and what we're so proud of you is a call to action, that's meaningful. So what is it? Steve, the idea behind humans first is very, very simple. We are in a culture right now where the wealthiest men on earth, supported by the most powerful government on earth, are pushing a culture that puts machines first, the machines decisions first. If people like some of the guys that anthropic get their way, and we have to treat AIs ethically, then we're talking about machines first, even in our moral inclusion. And so humans first, it shouldn't even have to be said. But humans first, in politics, humans first, in culture, humans first, in religion, in world view, simply means that with the machine given priority, we have to demand that on a legal level, on a cultural level, and even in our churches, our temples, our mosque, or synagogues, we have to prioritize the human, because the essence of humanity is under threat. If only in concept, and in many cases now physically under threat, and certainly economically under threat, that's why people like Amy Krimmer and Alice Rothbauer and Jeremy Weinstein, Alex McCoy, these people are all over the country at town halls, beating on politicians, doors, and insisting, such as in Florida, that the politicians debate and then pass Rhonda Santas' A.I. Bill of Rights. These are minimal asks. These aren't like, people talk about the A.I. Bill of Rights, gung up the entire A.I. industry. He's simply saying that parents should have control over the way their kids use the technology. The technology should be used for deepfakes. These are minimal asks. And we're getting pushed back on it. It's crazy. Hang over a second. You and Amy just want to put a pin in that, and we're going to come back to it. And I want to talk about the Chinese Communist Party, us helping the Chinese Communist Party, because that's the big, you guys are essentially, according to David Sacks, helping the Chinese Communist Party become dominant in this, the governor of the Santas yourself. Everybody that's sitting there going, yo, we got to think this thing through because they don't want any regulation at the state. You're going to go up to works anyway. We're going to come back. You're going to stick around and come back then. Because we have to go from the sublime to maybe the slightly less sublime. John Solomon joins us. Solomon might give me our daily update on the war against, this is the thing about this where we're fighting right now. We got to war against the deep. And here's the thing that's so crazy. You got so many deep state actors that this audience wants perp walked that are on MSMEC and CNN every night talking smack and giving, you know, they got knitted brows and giving us great thoughts on President Trump's war strategy. So please, from Maricopa County to South Florida, to the, to the, what's happening in DC. Can you lay out the battle map of how we're doing against the war against the deep states, sir? I can. Let's start with the news at a pro-class night, which is that John Thune has scheduled a potential vote as early as next Thursday for the Save America Act. That will be the first time we can see which Republicans aren't willing to support it, which Democrats are aren't willing to support it. And it will be a fleshed out sort of moment for who's on board with a proposition that's 85% popular in America. And I think that that will be a moment of pressure. It's really a roll call so that the grassroots efforts can then begin for the White House to target the people that should be in favor of this in art. And then when they get to a certain number, then the, the pressure will begin on John Thune to do a one time exemption to the lazy, sleepy filibuster and make people stand on their feet and talk the way the founding fathers of this country did it. They weren't lazy guys. It wouldn't stand for their filibusters, Cahoon and Clay and the great early members of the founding fathers. They actually were willing to be on their feet and talk, not like the fellows we have now that would rather sit in their wheelchair and not have to talk and say we have a filibuster anyway. So that's the two or three step process that's going to curve. Now the big news is we're starting to get the data points that can educate senators and mouse members and the members of the public about what's actually happened, not what's the suspect to have happened, but what actually has happened. But last night we had Harmeet Dylan, the assistant attorney general for civil rights. She oversees all the voting decisions in America. The Justice Department oversight of voting. She has obtained 16 states voter rolls. She is fighting to get 29 more. She's in litigation. This is the largest federal check of voting rolls in the history of America. It is a one time integrity check to make sure that we can, to make sure that states are doing what the law requires them to do, which is to keep their voter rolls healthy, to keep non-citizens off the rolls, to keep dead people off the roll, to keep people who move to another state from being registered in multiple states illegally. What she told us last night should inform every senator who's making a decision on whether they're going to vote for the SAVE, America acts. The first 16 states she has found tens of thousands, tens of thousands of non-citizens, some of them illegal aliens, who have made it in a position to vote because they got onto the voter rolls despite all the claims that we've got a perfect system. Then she said they have proven already dozens of illegal aliens and non-citizens have actually cast ballots in federal elections. They've only begun the process. They're less than half of the states. By the way, the big states are resisting, right, California, New York. These patterns are already forming in states. By the way, some states which have pretty good voter rolls, that should be an informational point that every senator should have on their front plate. We should know by state the number of non-citizens that got on the rolls, the number of dead people that run the rolls. Now, let me break this down. Tens of thousands of non-citizens got on the rolls. Dozens of non-citizens voted illegally. One of them was just indicted Monday in Pennsylvania. He voted in seven consecutive presidential elections. Legal alien from Mauritanian in Africa. Then she said there were hundreds of thousands of dead people that they were able to find on the voter rolls who were still active on these states. That's just the first 16 states. That's a data point that the White House and the Senate leadership should get to every senator. The Justice Department should break it down by state just in these 16 states. Here's the numbers. Start educating people about how loose the system is. There's a false sense of security that has wavered over this debate. It's time to give people the data points. That's what we were able to get out of a harming Dylan last night. The, a couple of things. The foreign interference in Arizona. I find it interesting that on MSNBC that's falling this very closely and things like the Atlantic, which is the new Senator Gravity, as you know from me, I think it's jobs as wife is in everybody. They are going. Yes. Okay. They're going more for the beginning. They're actually, it sounds like kind of more concern with what Arizona, what we've done in Maricopa County, even in Georgia, although in Georgia we have the FBI and Tulsi Gabbard. What is it about Maricopa? Was it a grand jury subpoena? What is it about that's got these people so freaked out about Maricopa? I think it's that congressional observer report that Republican and Democrat who went together and went to the run back center and saw something that they found in their own words, not my words, their words, alarming that you had active ballots, ballots that were filled out sitting alongside of blank ballots. That is a, as Harmeet Dylan said on the show last night, that is ludicrous. That should never happen. So they took pictures of it. They had eyes on confirmation. It was enough that Brian style made sure the FBI knew about it as the chairman of the House Administration Committee. It is that sort of stuff that makes people nervous. And listen, it may just be incompetence. It may have been good intention people doing bad things, but when you get a visual like that, and by the way, this report has visuals in it, you can literally see paper. I also believe the congressional observers took video footage. I think that video footage, if it becomes public, will be eye opening to people because you can hear the Democrat and Republican saying, what the heck? What's going on here? I think that that's the sort of thing because the story in Maricopa County is everybody is a conspiracy theorist and everything is perfect here. And those pictures are probably going to show something imperfect. It doesn't mean it's illegal. It doesn't mean it's foreign nefarious. We don't know enough yet. But getting to those sort of failures, hiccups, mistakes, whatever they are is an important part to curing the system. Harmeet was sitting right alongside of me last night. She was an observer in Maricopa County in 2024 as a private lawyer working for the Republican party. She said she observed things that would make your eyes roll to the back of your head. That is the sort of data we need to get to the senators and to the members of Congress of the American people because they've been force fed to sing that. Our system is perfect. It's still a great system, but it is far from perfect. So they fear the idea that incompetence and incongruities are going to be exposed. Next week or in the week after, I think by the end of this month's theme, we'll get the second component of this. A lot of people don't know this because we don't cover this. But in London, there was a major scandal about a year ago when the British government acknowledged that China hacked into voter data systems and got the voter identities of many of the British citizens. Great Britain was enormously alarmed. I think the American public will soon get a sense of alarm about issues like that. Things at our CIA and our DNI and our FBI and our HSI have known about four years. And I think that's the part of HSI being on the ground and elsewhere that they're beginning to look at, which is where their voter identity stolen by a foreign power that in the future, present or past have been used for influence measures and our government has kept silent about it. I think John Ratcliffe, Tulsi Gabbard, Cash Patel, Harmeet Dylan are going to be able to educate the public when these declassifications finally occur. And we're going to look a lot more like Great Britain, which is we should be alarmed, by the way. We can fix this. We've just been asleep at the switch because our intelligence agencies have not given the American public the truth. And DHS, I mean, we were supposedly in 2020 that purest and the most, you know, we were gaslit over and over again. No, this is the mother of all bombshells. And I think that's one of the reasons I also want to do. I'm going to do a note there. There's coming in steps. Also, it's going to make quite interesting, even more interesting, the war in Iran and cutting off their oil and then having this out in full display, make a quite interesting state visit on the 21st of April. You've been one of the biggest advocates using your statistical ability coming from the Bill James School of baseball. You're the star of the baseball movie about statistics, right? Moneyball. You're the Brad Pitt. Walk me through. We got a couple of minutes so you put the book out and more importantly, we got Fulton County now under federal investigation. You just had Grand jury, had her meet Dylan on a Solomon show. You got Maricopa County, which has always been a sore point for us because that's where Fox decided to pull the plug in this thing. John Thomas says three others are going to fall in the next couple of weeks. I assume that's going to be Philadelphia Detroit in Milwaukee. What is your book? Why is your book out now? What does it tell us? How can it inform this audience as we get set to have a massive push next week to pass the Save America Act, sir? Well, aside of often soliciting receiving comparisons though, much taller version of Brad Pitt. Moneyball did influence the way my mind works within a lettics and we're kind of party in like it's 2021 again. So the America War on election corruption commands the election narrative from the right rather than letting the left take the entire battlefield like they've had for five years of reaffirming fake audits and saying that everyone that's denying elections is out here committing some sort of sedition. Look, the elections in this country, you've had them on before, Mark Mitchell, 66% of Americans at a high point, lacked the confidence that the 2020 election was decided in favor of Joe Biden without help from significant cheating. Now that is at risk of plummeting a bit because some people are passive that President Trump is back in the office and therefore elections must be okay. But the Senate dragging its feet on bringing the save back to the floor is a serious sign that people don't really want to open this can of worms. So this book is really, I think, going to be the treat us for election corruption in the Trump era. It's something that really needs to penetrate the mainstream, which is why I had Speaker Newt King or right the forward. So we can get beyond just the grassroots talking about what we've discussed for the last five years and really impact that discussion to pressure the Senate into moving on the save act for starters. What are we going to find? Tell me about the book. I don't want to give too much away because I want people to buy the book. But what would give me the hook of why I got to buy this book now given everything else is going in the world to make sure that we're most informed as we put our shoulder to the wheel, the grassroots movement in this country to tell Thune you're going to have to break tradition and go to a standing filibuster because of this. We need to save the country and save America now. What is in the book that is going to augment our knowledge to do that, sir? So this isn't so much about rehashing a history. Now chapter seven is named after what you called three November. I think a lot of us were traumatized in November 2020 watching this show going over what's going on in the 2020 election. But throughout the book, I thread through the various stories like John Solomon just said, they're about to hit Philadelphia, probably Wayne County and Michigan and Maricopa County of course is front and center on the news right now. But the three cardinal sins of election administration, automatic voter registration, universal or extensive mail invoting and ballot harvesting or the common denominator through the states with the most problematic elections, including ones that we've written off for a long time is, is never going to be anything other than blue states. So understanding that the registration corruption is the foundation of the issues with our elections really should drive home the point as to why it is that these corrupt states will not comply with the DOJ looking to take over voter rolls. By the way, I think this, I think your book makes the case and I think we're making the case particularly if Thune doesn't get off his ass that you have to have, and I know MSNBC is, is, and Mark Elias is going to melt down, but to me, it's leading to federal seizure of Fulton County, Maricopa County, Detroit, Philadelphia and Milwaukee. Make sure this never can never happen again and it has to happen this fall unless this radical changes. Why do you think you got Matt Mac at the coalition? These guys are amazing and they get to choose coalition. You got the Mike Lindell, a cause for America. You got Steve Stern and the precinct strategy guys, this is still their number one things election. I get you been hammer this for five years. Down in Texas, you know, this issue of election integrity is top of mind. If it's, if it, if the Muslim brothers put it aside for a moment, it's number two, but where it's not been pushed aside, it's number one. What doesn't the US Senate get about that? There are five or six years after this and it still burns with an intensity that is pretty amazing. What don't they, are they part of the problem? Are they part of the system that just wants to continue to steal elections because this works for the Republican establishment in some states randomly and I'm a third of a couple ones like maybe Arizona and Georgia, sir. They definitely don't want to really open up like I called it earlier, a can of worms. If I could recompile the statistics for 2020, 2022 and the 2024, I think instead of 53 Senate seats, you should probably have 62 Republican senators and that would put a lot of pressure on getting the Save America Act, which by the way is about 85 to 15 support. The minority Democrat population does not buy the lie that voter ID or citizenship verification amounts to any type of voter suppression. But if we don't get that, that now the Save America Act is only the start. We're back and undoing the corruption of voter registration that has happened over the past many decades is important too. Automatic voter registration states in 2020 voted 243 electoral votes to nine in favor of Joe Biden. That was 18 states to two for Trump. And then in 2024, Trump was marginally better because he flipped a few states back, but he still lost the automatic states almost four to one in the electoral college. So the Democrats essentially have 80 to 90% of the electoral votes they need to win a presidential election before it even starts. And this is before we consider the impact down ballot to the US House and hopefully the 2030 reapportionment is going to straighten out a lot of those issues, but it's going to be very difficult uphill climb for Republicans in 2026. Thanks to currently losing the redistricting war. Seth, we need, we need people on top of this because now this is a thing and only the grassroots putting on their shoulders is going to change it. Just after near I can't get to it this morning because of other things, but the mass deportations or the election integrity, now the Senate, you know, the thing is too hard to do. To make America healthy again, Bobby's put in there because guess what? You can't talk about big farmer. You can't talk about round up. You can't do any that because the lobbyists and big farmer, they don't want you to talk about it. They don't want any change. And Bobby can't just take it on big farmer, big agriculture, the food processing business, all the food giants that I think three or four of them control. I don't know 90% of the ultra processed food you put in your face. I've been known to put some eat every now and again some ultra processed food. Well, because it was polling just like on mass deportation polling, you can't talk about it. You only talk about the worst of the worst, the bad ombarries. That's all you can talk about because the polls show at that. And that's what the political people want. The same thing with Bobby Kennedy. This polling is just horrific. You can't go against vaccines. You can't go against big farmers. Well, Dr. Jeffrey Tucker said, yeah, I don't know about that. I want to go ahead and test that because I don't buy it. Dr. Tucker, you join us. I'm going to hold you through the break. You guys went out and said, I don't buy that. I've been doing this a long time. I've seen Bobby. I see the enthusiasm. I don't buy the American people who turned against this. I think those numbers are wrong. I think they may be even made up. I think they're push polls. They've worded the wrong way to put fear in people. And we're going to show why the American people on this topic are fearless. So talk to me first off, what have set you so much about the polling that was shown to the president and other people in the Republican Party to put the fear of God in them and put Bobby Kennedy in a boxer. Well, I didn't understand what was happening throughout all of January and February, all these issues that are so important to people into the entire maha world. We just kept getting ever more gauzy and in the background until finally I realized there was some kind of fat-wise issue against speaking truth on these subjects. And I wondered why. And as I dug around, I found two polls. One was in December and one was in January. They were conducted by the polling from Fabrizio, one client of whom is Pfizer. And so I looked at the polls and I couldn't believe how shocking they were. They asked questions like, do vaccines save lives? Agree or disagree? The statement, vaccines save lives. Agree or disagree? Well, this is like saying, socks keep your feet warm. I mean, what are you going to say in 225 years have vaccines saved lives? Certainly, if you get bitten by a rabbit raccoon, you're going to get the rabies shot of it. Obviously, this is an absurd question. And other questions were, do you agree with established protocols on dealing with diphtheria whooping cough and other infectious diseases? Because that's not a poll. That's a nudge. You're giving the person who's taking the poll, you're giving them the answer that you prefer. And I realized these polls were entirely either poorly constructed or designed to achieve these ends. Well, I figured out that these polls were being waived all over the West Wing. And Bobbi's being told shut up and the Baja movements told to stop talking about these issues. And I hang on one second. It didn't make any sense. I don't like to think I'm supporting causes that are politically unpopular. At least I was curious to find out what people actually think. I worked with Leslie Manouki and over at Health Freedom Defense Fund and she suggested we use Zogby and we tapped them. These polls are kind of expensive and also I've never done one before. And he asked us to come up with 30 questions that are even objective to find out what people actually think. And so we got to work over the course of three days and came up with 30 questions relating to Health Freedom, the right to bodily autonomy, vaccine mandates, whether the kids should be denied education based on their vaccine status, whether students should be kicked out of school because they didn't accept the COVID shot, whether you thought that the COVID response was successfully damaging society and so on. We just recovered everything. And then the poll came back and we were just astounded to see supermajority. Zogby himself said, Jeremy, Zogby said he rarely sees supermajority as in anything. He was amazed. We're talking about 80 and 90% of people believe in that people should have medical freedom and the right to refuse vaccines. Two thirds saying that students shouldn't be turned away from school because of their vaccine status. And so on it goes through issue after issue anywhere between 65 and even 90% on these topics. And it's broad, it's not just Republicans actually. We have all the data in there. Their poll is taken from Republicans, Democrats, and independents and overwhelming support across all groups for these hugely important topics. Maybe I shouldn't have been surprised, but actually I kind of was because even I have been a little bit intimidated by these polls that have been circulating around. So when we published it, I absolutely insisted that we'd be as transparent as possible as possible. So I put up all documentation. We have 30 pages of charts. We have 125 pages listening to all the demographics. You can look at it yourself and examine the question to see if you think they're objective and see what you think about the results. And I was just at a... Yeah. Go ahead. Go ahead. Continue. I said at a Mahau reception and every speaker should have been... And this is emboldened, the Mahau group, because people have been demoralized by all these other polls thinking, oh, nobody likes this. The White House thinks we ought to shut up. Okay, well now this poll comes out. It changes the game board completely. It turns out these are big winning issues that shouldn't be a shock. We're coming out of the COVID period where people, you know, severely injured, mass injury, really, from these shots and people and major revolt against this and looking for some leadership on the question, RFK has provided that really brilliantly. But I think you're right. There's a sense in which he's been sort of shut down about this and the topic has been made to go away under industry pressure. We all know what's really going on here. This isn't about popular opinion. This is about the power of industry rallying around their products and they don't want to skepticism about their products. So this is what's driving all this stuff and it's not really the polling. I'm sorry we had to go to the trouble of making a poll, show you what actually everybody sort of you intuitively know. Well, no, it's information. You're having... It's a counter and information worth it. They're coming at you real quickly. What do you anticipate? What do we need to do now to get back with the motive force that we had? Bobby Kennedy was on a role like nobody's business. President Trump was actually taking leadership on more of the vaccines. We had a moment there we were rolling and all of a sudden we kind of come to a full stop just like a mass deeper. So what's the next step? Steve, if you're right about Trump, this issue is actually personally really important to Trump. You saw him in that press conference. He took a leadership position. He was speaking to the science and doing a very competent job on this. And he said things and he said to himself, I'm going to tell you things that not even RFK is in a position to tell you. He let it all out. And he's great. So we know his heart is with the Maham movement. My suggestion right now is do what you can to share this poll. I have all the documentation in there. We also have another project called COVIDjustus.org that anybody can go and sign and fix your name to this resolution that we're urging the Senate pass just to make your voices. It's one way you can make your voice heard. But I will tell you that this poll is really rocked, Washington some way. I've been on the phone this morning with reporters. You know how this works, Steve? I tried to get attention for this poll last week. And the mainstream media was systematically avoiding it, right? They know not to attack the poll because it is only going to have the reverse effect. This is what happened at the great variant declaration. They attacked it. Everybody rallied around it. They learned from that experience. So no reporting on the poll at all. But now here it is Wednesday, a week later, you're not going to stop the information from getting out. So I've, and I talked to the New York Times. I talked to statinues. I talked to all these people and I told them the story of the poll and its results. And what I think that implies for messaging from Washington as we go into the midterms. So I think we're going to start getting very careful. I'm going to get to Amy in a second, but AGI, I think people should be because you've warned about it in the five years you've been the editor of all things transhumanism. You've warned about the coming of AGI. Now we got the biggest guys in the business saying, yeah, you know, it could be not 10 years. Maybe it's going to be 10 weeks, right? That should be that. We should have we should go to hit the general quarters alarm on this one, sir. Yes, Steve, artificial general intelligence, right? The goal of all of the frontier companies and most of the smaller companies that are racing to catch up, artificial general intelligence as it's defined by the center for AIC and their partners is any AI system that can perform the cognitive tasks of a reasonably educated adult. And you can see here in the graphic that accompanies their paper, the AGI definition, the graphic shows the advancement of GPT from GPT four to five. And you can see they quantified because remember, these companies are running these systems through a series of tests evaluations. You can see that in reading and writing, math, knowledge, reasoning, and memory retrieval, that these systems have improved dramatically. This is not some sort of guesswork. This is observable. This is evaluations that are very rigorous. Now if you compare that to a recent publication from Anthropic on observed exposure to job loss, and if Dembrole throw that up, you can see a very similar radar graph that shows in the red the adoption of clawed in various industries. We know that it's being adopted rapidly in the military. You can see it in management, business and finance, computer and math, legal, and really hits home to me, arts and media. And what they're showing in the blue, this projection, is if it were adopted at the scale that it's actually capable of, then you would see mass replacements in management, mass replacements in arts and media. This is right now, not some projected future. This is the capabilities as they estimate them right now. So the two things that I think the War Room Posse needs to understand about these projects. Number one, the project is to basically eat up the human being, to eat up everything that the human being is capable of doing. You don't have to believe that they can do it. You just have to know they want to and they have the money to do it. And that's the second part. This is their goal. So at the same time, you hear Elon Musk warning about AGI in a year, or you hear Anthropic warning about the military using their systems for surveillance or for autonomous weapons, or corporations using their systems to replace jobs. They are simultaneously driving it forward. And they're also paying millions of dollars to capture politicians to ensure that no legislation stands in their way. I think that the thing that the audience needs to be ready to do is activate and support politicians who are at the very least trying to offset this damage, emitting what is undoubtedly coming, massive job loss, and really Steve, the total desecration of the human being, either augmentation or total replacement. Governor DeSantis, it's his top priority. He wants it pushed through. And President Trump laid out a framework with his executive order. But we need laws to enact.
