Although, you know, since we've been traveling all week, I'm like, I don't like on our week off. I don't want it to be the weekend because that means we got to get to work on Monday. Kelly is allergic to work. She's like, I don't want to work. I don't like to work. I don't like it. I like me to get a shower today. I don't know how many days has it been? Two, three. I've been in the pool. Oh, okay. I was going to get up and shower this morning, but I'm going to go to the pool when we're done. Well, that's like the Florida version of a hoe bath where you just kind of like clean off your parts. Yeah. Right. But like, why would I get a shower to do this half an hour thing and then go in the pool? So you guys have to just look at me. Well, you know, it's fine. They watched me record from a car for a year or so. I'm sure you're not showering for three days is perfectly acceptable. Perfectly acceptable. Oh, we're doing it. It's not. I shower on Wednesday and it's Friday morning. So, okay. That's not terrible. It's not terrible. It's not terrible. But speaking of the tour, next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Atlanta, Dallas and Charlotte, we're going to see you guys. Exciting. Yes. If you have not bought tickets yet, you need to buy tickets because from what I understand, Kelly may or may not have raided Jill's closet. Well, I don't know. You made me feel stupid now. Oh my God. What do you care what I say? Did you not see the shit I wore on national television as if I have room to judge anyone? Well, like my stuff is just like cheapy little stuff from. I just got it online. Well, it's fine. Nobody expects much. They do know what show we're from. We don't have to come with a high expectation. Yeah. I think you're fine. It has an option. Someone, I was just looking, I don't often go in there, but on our Patreon, which if you're not subscribed to Patreon, I'm going to talk about a couple of things that are really fun on Patreon that you don't even have to be a paying member. You can just be a free member, but you have to be part of Patreon to do. But there's a group chat and people were in there with some of the funniest comments. And I was reading them this morning and I was like, oh, it's such a fun little group over there, but we just said something that reminded me of something they said. Now I can't remember. Oh, somebody was saying, I might wear Jill's cowboy hat to the show in Dallas. Should I or shouldn't I? I was like, if you don't, you're getting kicked out. Yeah. Right now. We even have that. We have a little piece of merch that. Yeah. Oh my God. I have something to show you. This is not merch, but it's something for the show. And I think everybody's going to want one, but they're not merch. You ready? That is a scare call. If you're not watching this on Patreon, I just held up a foam finger. This is get your finger out of my. Oh my God. We have to get those. Is that not the. Ever seen in your entire life? Yes. I have a couple. I have one for you. I was dying. I got them on Etsy. I just ordered them one day. I have a couple of them, but now people are going to want these for merch. I know that, especially for our ending. That's what I'm saying. That's what I bought them for. Yeah. Are you screaming? They are funny. Isn't that dead? Like this. Literally dead. Yeah. I was, when they showed up, I sat in my office and like laugh cried. I also laughed cried at that meme you sent me yesterday. On Instagram. Let me read it because. Sorry. I'm just letting you know now. This, if you are triggered by the word Rufi, please fast forward a few minutes because I'm going to make light of something. So don't be offended. Don't be alarmed. This is a joke. But you sent me that thing that said, where did it go? I'm going to have to go on my Instagram. Oh my God. I was crying. I was actually cracking up when you sent it to me. It said, I need to know who roofied my forest, breast and martinis, two spicy marks, one dirty martini and three baby Guinness shots last night. He was beat me. I was going to say, I'm going to be a little bit more aggressive. I'm going to be a little bit more aggressive. I thought that was too big. I wrote back, I said, I wish there was a better word for LOL than LOL, because I'm actually at that. Yeah. That was funny. Very, very funny. So, yes, but, so we're going to be in Dallas, Kelly's going to be dressed. Now I was going to wear like this really pretty fluffy pink skirt to Dallas. Now I can't not, I'm not going to wear this dress, pretty fluffy pink skirt to Dallas. Now I can't not if you're showing up in a cowboy hat. I have to like Western myself up a little bit, which I'm not sure what that's gonna look like for me So I'm gonna have to like dig into my closet. I'm sure I'll find something Maybe I'll wear my fluffy skirt somewhere else. Okay But okay, so here's the deal though If you come to the show people are in the comments like what do I wear? What do I wear? You can wear whatever you want people come in a variety of things, you know, but I'm telling you if If you wear anything even close to what we were on the show, we love it Like the more you are mocking us the more we are enjoying ourselves. Yeah, yeah We had some doozies that at the last couple meet and greets the disco balls the homemade shirts I mean, obviously we have Gizzo Queen that we talk about on Monday's episode I mean you guys really show up And then the other thing I was gonna say is Well, first of all, I will put The links to for the tour tickets in the the description box but the other thing I was gonna say is As I'm reading through patreon like things that people are posting I Realized that we have met so many famous patrons Yeah, that we didn't know when we were meeting them that they were like who they were And so when I go back in and I'm like, oh my god, like I have stitched you on tiktok or I love Taylor Swift Or what is it? I just love Taylor Swift and Kelly Highland. She did the cutest YouTube video about us Which I'm like, how do I post this? Because if you want to know what the tour is like watch her video. It's so cute. It's a vlog Um, then it's like just so many people gave you a coffee mug Yeah So many people that we have talked about so listen when you come up Please make sure you tell us your patron name Like if you are somebody who comments and I read your comments often because you are just as exciting for us to meet as we are for you to Meet mm-hmm, and then I get very nervous because they're like I was nervous I didn't know if they were gonna be as fun as they are on TV or in Thankfully, I think we passed the litmus test a few times I Love that. I have mine upstairs. Isn't it cute? I started using it today. Mm-hmm Well, and then Katrina Whitten. I looked her up is the person who gave me the tough bracelet So I love that but yeah, so many fun people and We love meeting you on tour But I have to say our our behind-the-scenes tour show antics are ridiculous Well, first of all going from New York, what was it? No going from DC to New York or flight was canceled Mm-hmm. Our flight was canceled in the morning And so which was nice because we got to sleep in a little bit But then when we got like boots on the ground in New York by the time we got from JFK to the Hotel we didn't have any time So we had to like go straight to the venue. I Was having an actual literal nervous breakdown because I'd lost my passport which I will talk about on Monday's episode And then we get there and then it's all systems go because like we're helping to set up because I don't know if you know But we like things a certain way And we don't always trust the people gonna do a certain way We're a little picky. Yeah Um, then then we have to perform all night. Yeah, I know then we had a breakdown. I know See, this is why we need assistance. We do Um, I just posted so again if you're not on patreon go to patreon.com slash back to the bar Please if you are annoyed with ads at any point or you want more behind-the-scenes content if you want Never before seen videos or photos or if you want to do the after-party join the patreon But also even if you don't want to see all those things if you just want to participate in conversations be a free member I just posted something on there Because we keep getting so many resumes. I said listen if you have a resume or an idea or you your dream has always been to work for us here's an email pitch us and I said or if you want to run to Kelly Pyle in social media accounts. Yeah, I Did say that you need some help. I said we're gonna go through and we're gonna read them next week Well, we're on the road and if it's a good fit we'll reach out and we'll see we'll see where it goes Perfect, you know. Yeah So what's your favorite part about touring? Going to dinner at all those places. I know it's really truly that's like our we are so excited to go to dinner Oh my god, you guys I will put this up on patreon. Please leave us suggestions for next week. So we need Dallas It's Leanna and Charlotte No, I think my favorite part is the what are they ultra VIPs where we do the little Yeah, yeah, that's true personal Right, so if you're top of the pyramid like ultra VIP like the top tier ticket You get some merch and stuff, but you come in first before the show you get your photos with us We'll autograph stuff if you're like an ultra VIP So if you like want your point shoe from 1932 autograph like we can do that then because we have time But then we sit down with a very small group like we don't even need mics And we sit down and we just chat and ask questions and it feels to me like we're hanging out in somebody's living room Yeah, just as friends. Yeah, I I do love that part. It's the night. It's very nice. It's kind of the calm before the storm Yeah, and then I do love though I love the show where they get to come up on stage like when we pull people up because everyone's so excited I think that's the most fun part. Yeah for sure and And I like meeting people at the end It might not seem like when you show us your photos that we're like giving them the attention They deserve and stuff because we have so many people coming through but I promise you we do we talk about it Yeah, we're like, oh my god. I can't believe that they had a 20s shirt from you know 2012 or whatever We actually get some ideas like that one with the pyramid shirt like we thought it was the pyramid like we need to do that so Yeah, next round of merch. We will definitely have a pyramid shirt like that because it's so it was so cute But before we get into all of the um, you know talking about this week's episode of love story Wait, I have to tell you something. I I meant to text you this last night. I went to the eye doctor They gave me a prescription for an eyedrop that supposedly Makes your eyes clear for like 10 hours that you don't need greeting glasses Oh my goodness, I know I haven't tried it yet. It's called this is What how can we have your glasses on because I haven't tried it yet. It's not here I had to order it from like an online pharmacy or whatever But I need a prescription. Yeah, you have to because you can't be putting things in your eyeballs Why? Kelly's like why put things in my mouth? Why can't I put them in my eyeballs? I don't like to get the eye doctor I need to get the eye doctor. I I swear. I'm like blind Mm-hmm. I'm really excited about this because I used to mock Jill so hard because she would wear her Like her text was set on like an 83 font and I would sit in the audience behind her I'm like, I can read everything you're writing about me. Um, and she's like stop reading my phone. I'm like, I can't help it It's right there um And now the mocker has become the mocked because not only do I wear glasses But I literally have them on an eyeglass chain because I lose them I did I still didn't order mine yet Well, I have a new one coming today because my old one broke because it was like a piece of shit. It was like three dollars I I'll put three dollars at least you got your money worth. Yeah, totally fine. Um All right. Well a couple of weeks ago We asked you guys remember we were talking about um how taylor frankie paul Called dakota like 150 times in like a three hour period because we're like, oh god like you did that when you were drunk So we asked people for drunk stories. Oh I have a couple on speak pipe. Okay. So that's the other thing is um These are fun. I only listen to one of them because I didn't want to listen to them you know like matt is the one who went through and um starved them because I I like to react to them Okay, okay. So let me pull them up. But uh, the one I heard was really funny. Um All right, let me start down here. I haven't heard. Okay. I haven't heard these ones yet Um, okay. Hopefully these are good Hi christine kelly, um, this is my unhinged drunk phone story There's not much phone in it, but it's pretty funny. I'm in terms of the cute spoiler um, I have been going to work with this Uh with my best friend and then there was a sky at work that I kind of had a crush on I'm like super scared to tell people that I like them And I honestly had never even done it to that point. So this is my first job out of college so like pretty um um and We get invited to go to our friend's house on a Saturday night, you know, it's only going to be like 10 12 people and I get So drunk I remember like somebody pouring something in a vaha blast from taco bell and like I Lost one of the games So I had to drink all of it. Um, I ended up puking 10 times. I've not even joking Do it and we had invited this guy to come he lived in the oral way and I had puked and I knew he was hopefully coming And I apparently find out the next thing and I had told everyone at the party Oh my gosh, this guy's coming. He's gonna come and see me. We're gonna kiss. We're gonna do Whatever whatever. I really like him. I had told every single person at the party That I liked him and I have no recollection of this whatsoever Also, I come to find out that my best friend who I worked with also was texting him and saying She's asking for she's asking for you. So he came To the party and everybody freaked out and I was so excited that he was there But I was kind of like, why does everyone know who he is? Well, apparently I've been telling everyone that he was coming anyway So spoiler alert We are actually engaged And she married me in June so it worked out. So maybe it was good that I got super hammered and told everyone that I liked him. Um But yeah, I love you both so much. You guys are so fun And have you ever been? I thought that that's the one I heard. I thought that was so cute. Yeah, that's Hold on. Wait. Why stop stop wait stop. Um, I'm engaged. That's funny. They're engaged. So that's that's a good drunk story. Yeah I wonder if she ever could drink one of those bar hard drinks again. Never. Yeah, I like that you said it as if I didn't drink Thousands of melon balls. Yes, I like those and I don't like um What's the things I was dancing we were dancing on the bar. Um, oh my god irish car bombs Yes, oh, I look at them and I'm just like what I did not drink an irish car bomb Um, I'm pregnant. I was nine and a half nine and a half months pregnant at least if not 11 months pregnant It was the longest just Jason period ever of like a human being I felt like Um, for me, it's ice 101. Whoa I don't even know what that is. I don't think they make it because I think it was like just pure Hellfire No, that is, you know, I also don't like rum because I used to date a guy that drank rum I I know this about you and every time I smell it. I think of him and his whoa I'm just like I don't drink rum for that reason That's so funny. Um, I don't I don't drink budweiser and smoke camels because of that Oh, really? No, but I was I was just thinking about like who I dated in college and like what they would have done Because that was really the last time I dated. I was in college, you know um Well, that was a cute story that turned out well. So we're happy for that Okay, let's play another one Drunk story. I think there's I think there's like two drunk stories. Maybe Three is there another one Drunk story. Nope. I think we just have two. There is one that says funny fan page story Maybe we should listen to that one too, but let's listen to this one drunk story Okay Hey ladies, my name is katie. Um, I'm a pastor so I probably should not be sharing this story publicly but when you were talking about drunken phone mistakes I Remember this and I just thought you had to know about it when I was like 23. I went through a really hard time and it was valentine's day and I was living alone for the first time and I got wine drunk alone and went on venmo and started venmo requesting Every boy who had ever hurt me was money For emotional damage that they had caused. I just went to church them all However much I decided they owed me based on how much they had hurt me And the next morning I woke up to find that one of them had paid it. Um, oh my god a lot of of texts from them confused asking if I was okay. Um, some of them just ignored it So that was absolutely mortifying, but I guess all these years later. It's a good story Wait, that's actually really cute That's really funny. That's that's not a bad one. Although I could imagine waking up the next day and you're like, oh god Me I would have been the asshole who would have did it wrong. I would have been paying them instead of them paying me probably I would have had it They would have been like, why is kelly paying me for me gaslighting her? How did that happen? Yeah, that's cute. That's actually cute. Wait, I like that. She said I'm a pastor and I probably shouldn't um be saying this That reminds me of a series I did years ago on my instagram Which might be a fun one for us to do like how people call in this week On speak pipe. I used to have people Tell me their dirtiest little secret Ah, that would be interesting and I would share them without their names on instagram kelly. They were wild They were wild. So if you call in Don't say your name. You don't have to say like I'm kelly because if it's a dirty secret just be like, okay So here's the deal. This is my dirty little secret. I mean, there were ones that were like So my daughter is my best friend sister I don't get it because she slept with her dad Her best friend's dad Her best friend's dad was the father of her daughter Oh my oh, yeah. Oh, that was like minimal. They were wild Yeah, so let's hear your dirty little secrets next week. That would be fun. Yeah That would be a fun one. Um And we have an urban dictionary word. Oh, what is it? Ghost cheeks When you get old in your cheeks Oh, yeah, maybe I thought it was I because my ass because I used to have an ass and now I just have ghost cheeks Where my ass used to be Okay, what does it really mean? I'll ask him to send it to us I have no idea ghost cheeks. I mean, it's gonna be something Something where I think it's like a missing ass You think it's sunken in cheeks like Like these Yeah, because mine I lost mine Yeah, I think we want to lose that that right. Don't we kind of no you want fullness. I don't know That's what me. I'm trying to make fish lips. Okay. Here it comes ghost cheeks Oh Oh Oh, no, we're very wrong What is it? Ghost cheeks is when you sit down on the toilet and you can feel the warmth of the previous occupant occupants butt cheeks Oh I don't like that. You don't like that either You're supposed to put toilet paper down Because your ghost cheeks home Well, I understand. I'm just saying Um In Pittsburgh, I have a toilet seat warmer Do you It's nice I love a toilet seat warmer like when I go to a fancy hotel. I love it I do have to say though because we were just in paris. Why is it that every European shower is literally designed To impale you or kill you Like I was never in Paris. So I don't know. Well, it was I It's all over like I feel like every time I go somewhere so They have bathtubs that you have to step into but there's always like a half piece of glass That's not really very thick. So it's kind of thin that you're kind of feeling like well if I hit that wrong It's going to shatter and kill me But then The way that the tub is is like you have to step into the tub. So you're a little bit higher And then so like when you step in it's kind of slippery and then there's this weird piece of glass That's right there and then when you go to step out when you step down It's lower So my bottom foot is always sliding out behind me and then there's this freaking piece of glass That's waiting to impale me as I'm getting out of the shower. It's terrible I it is like So precarious when I'm showering there. I'm like what the f like why do we need this piece of glass? Yeah, let's fuck her out of here I I don't like when they have tubs you have to step into And when the tubs are different level than the floor. Yeah, yeah Like when I was just in LA it was the weirdest thing I've ever seen the tub Was sunken in but you had to step into the tub to be in the shower So it was like six inches lower than the floor So the shower heads like here. So like it was crazy. It was really crazy Yeah, I don't know. There's something about stepping up and then stepping down that feels very slippery and scary So I was just like, oh god, I'm gonna die. I didn't thankfully I survived Um, but I will say my my other thing that almost killed me in france was walking with my daughter Why Chloe is an absolute freaking nightmare ever since she moved to new york because She walks with a vengeance on every freaking sidewalk like you would think That I don't know we're in paris like we could stroll. No, no, no She walks at like a five rabbit at all times where I'm like a two turtle I'm like and then she keeps turning around like And she's like bobbing and weaving in between people and like being aggro. I'm like, can't we just stroll like why? Why are we walking like this? Like what is going on? So I didn't go. Oh god Keep up Kelly my thighs were burning at one point. I'm like this Is mean like you I am old you were mean stop walking so fast Guys are on fire and like For that marathon looking what to do Well, I need to start at like a three like like a Like a one turtle, you know, like you know what I'm talking about like I can't just go right into chloe speed I don't walk that way Yeah, um, yeah, but anyway But we did have fun in paris other than the walking Oh, the other thing I was going to say is um, I have to shout out the performers at the moulin rouge. We did go see the moulin rouge they I don't want to say everybody but pretty much the entire cast or massive dance mom fans a lot of them from australia When they saw us there on stage, I am telling you like I was watching them recognize us They they brought us backstage. We took like pictures with almost the whole cast It was so they were so damn sweet and cute and talented and fun And they had really cool to contortionists um They did they had cool contortionists. They'd be strength guys then they had um, like I mean, you know like they had the can can in the show And then there was this one wild duet that they did this whole yo-yo yarn thing And I was so stressed out that someone was going to drop the prop and I'm like Somebody drops the prop nothing really that terrible happens exactly And then this whole tank comes out and there's this girl who goes in and does all this like insane water ballet But she never comes up for air I was like, how is she not dead? Yeah, does she have like a little hose thing? No, there's no hose has to be something. I don't know I literally don't know It was amazing, but as she could just breath for a long time. Yeah I don't know. It was crazy like wild, but Mulan Rouge, you guys were also wonderful and lovely and thanks for having us backstage. They were cute um, so shall we talk about love story? Yes I'm sad it's over I know what did you think about the last episode? I actually I liked I thought the last two were kind of boring yeah Why didn't they show us more of their marriage? Why was it such a big time jump? Yeah, I don't know and Like We didn't get to see them outside of that dam apartment. No And yes, I know that the paparazzi was a big part of you know her struggle, but they still had friends Yeah, they still had to she still had to leave the house at some point Right like why didn't you see like why didn't you let us see her with her sister more like complaining or To lunch with her that one day or whatever Yeah, right before they died because they had to set the scene that they were going to be on the plane together But why didn't they show us show her with like carol radswell? You know who was married to his cousin? Why didn't they Why didn't they show us? I wanted to see her more at the kennedy compound when like she had to sign up for coffee and shit And she was like what is this? Yeah Like that would be ridiculous And ethyl ethyl is like Terrifying, but I loved her. I liked her Uh-huh Yeah Mm-hmm And I like what she said she's like we're kennedy women like you know wear strength and I really thought that was pretty Pretty profound You know saying all that because it's true like jockey kennedy Literally had to hide her grief To lead a nation She sat next to her husband as he was murdered Crawled on the back of the car to retrieve part of his brain and then had to act like it was okay for the country to be able to Grieve yeah, like what? Yeah, I couldn't do that What a profound Woman Yeah, you know, yeah um I was a little bit Well, I was sad I was a little shocked That they showed us inside of the plane like up until the last minute. It was something I read um from the time that From the time he realized something was wrong until the time the plane hit. I think it was only 17 seconds Oh, wow. Yeah, like they they they made it longer on there for effect But basically I don't know how they know that but you know like people investigate things and they knew that Box and all the planes probably I don't think they do in a small plane. I think that that's what they said but the investigator Who looked at the propeller or whatever said? Like he took one look at and he was like they hit going full speed and they were saying because he had like that disorientation apparently It makes you think that like your brain is this way. So he kept correcting right so Basically what it did is it just created him going down and like what they call like a death spiral Like he was going full speed like in a complete spiral and hit full force Going straight into the water And between the time he realized something was wrong and the time they hit was only 17 seconds. Oh gosh So I don't know. I mean they probably Because they showed them like Like he looked like he was starting to get nervous on the plane and then like She like closed her eyes and stuff and I just didn't know I I kind of felt like they felt like something was wrong Probably I mean they probably did because you know you're I would be nervous just getting in that plane and he only had three or wait 300 hours of flight time which sounds like a lot but I don't think that's a lot if you're learning to fly. I don't yeah, I don't know how But he did use the gauges No, that was the problem So what the hell was he in that plane alone for? Yeah, well, I can't believe the two girls agreed to go That's exactly it knowing that he didn't know how to use the gauges yet And the mom Like their mom. Yeah, I thought those scenes with her and caroline were so good because she was just I mean imagine losing both of your girls You know, gosh, can you imagine? No no I cannot and I thought first of all both I thought both actresses in that scene when they were across from the table I thought that was such a good scene But that mom went in when she said, um, you know Your brother is all over every paper in the world as a hero And my daughter, you know Became something she didn't even want to be and she never had time to become what she wanted and she said my other daughter's not even a footnote I mean think about that. You lost both of your girls. Yeah Yeah, and one is being like, uh And the others just sort of like me. Yeah Yeah, did you ever find the documentary? No I sent you again. It's on hulu. I know. I don't know why I couldn't find it That was pretty good to find it yes, sir but I didn't get to watch it yet It's good. It's really good. Um I also sent you what you said just tell me about it. I sent you a link to that podcast I don't know how it came up on my feed, but this podcast came up Nobody I listened to whatever and it was One of the divers who recovered the wreckage Of the flight He was 20 He was 22 He had just went through like dive training in the military and it was one I think he had just got out of school and I think it might have been his first assignment Was the recovery of this and He he talks about it in pretty Pretty pretty big detail. Yeah, I mean, mm-hmm He's very respectful, but I mean, it's definitely You know like oh god like you hear it and you're like, uh, but I mean he's not gruesome or gory or anything You know describing things, but there are just things that he's like, you know Um They told us we couldn't say this we couldn't say that and now it's all these years later and he's like I didn't have to sign an NDA so I feel that it's fine that I can talk about it and He talks about it and he was just kind of like He was describing when they found the wreckage Um like seeing their personal items And then like obviously the bodies um and then recovering them and just like kind of the state of Them and why they ended up. I mean they were obviously very In bad shape So there was no way that they could have a open casket and then that's when they decided to cremate and things um It was a really interesting listen not just about this but kind of like how divers work Yeah, you know because he was describing like how they How they found it, um Like what the recovery was like how they piece together very interesting Yeah, and like they they don't have um tanks on like they have hoses that go to the top You know, so he's like we're walking on the bottom with these hoses and so he's describing you know all of that and um Both the women were in the back She did not go up front with him. He was in the front So they they were in the back because um, I don't think they had time for her to like go up front and be like Are you okay? I think it just happened very quickly um Do you want me I I will tell you something that he did say on here that's pretty gruesome So if you guys don't want to hear it, I would suggest skipping maybe a minute um But there was always a report that jfk jr's legs when they found him or like pushed inside of his body almost like from the impact um And that was not the case he actually had been cut in half And they never recovered the legs and they couldn't give that report because they didn't want like a weird Like grave robber to go and try to find these legs in the ocean and like do something crazy with them And so when they were saying that I was thinking to myself That is so insane somebody would have done it Yeah, somebody would have done that would they never found them? No No Hmm Well, don't think you're short or something ate them Yeah, I wondered and then there was another part where it was days after the bodies had been recovered um, like how I said they had the hose there was a piece of like her hair Wrapped around the hose and they found it And they were like what do we do because the bodies had already been recovered and cremated And they were like just release it to the sea We're not bringing it back up because she had been cremated like let it just be but I mean just Yeah, how do you and those were the questions they're like, how do you Recover emotionally from seeing things like that. He's like well we're trained, you know It was it's not a gory listen But I mean it is the truth of it But I was more impacted by him talking about finding their personal items He's like the cds that they were listening to their wrist watches And then he's like and then there's a conversation among the divers They're like do we keep any of these, you know as souvenirs and they're They're captain. I think a captain. I don't know when the navy was like under no circumstances Does anybody keep anything from here? You know, he's like you return everything to the families and he's like it was a direct order. So everybody returned everything And that's good. Yeah, it was it was a really interesting lesson. I will link it um, I'm sorry if You know what I said was graphic, but hopefully if that bothers you you fast forwarded it But um, he was very respectful talking about it, but it's just it's so Almost it's it's almost hard to like Believe those things when you hear them You know because you want to imagine they're just beautiful and they're just like You know down there and they look the way they do and they bring them up in the family can have an open casket And all the things and say goodbye and that's just not the the case. Yeah And then you think it was such a stupid accident Yep Such a stupid accident I do you know why he was so insistent of going? No, I don't think they ever said just a little arrogant. I'm sure You know what I mean because you think about it his whole life. He had kind of been like So sheltered. I'm sure at times. He's like, I'm just gonna do whatever I want to do and like I'm invincible because Really the world kind of have been worked. I mean most people feel that way. You know, they're invincible, especially like A 30-some-year-old handsome athletic guy who's had the world handed to him. Yes, you feel invincible Yeah, and you're like, I know what I'm doing. It's only a 45 minute flight. What could go wrong? Uh, a lot Exactly So I am sad it's over. I I loved I loved a lot of people were aggravated with it Really? Yeah I liked it. I liked it too Um I don't like that. It's over Yeah, I but I heard rumor that the next love story they were gonna do was elizabeth taylor Oh Which I'm sure would be interesting. Yeah Yeah, like richard. I think with richard burton. Maybe I would think liz and dick, right? Isn't that kind of the most famous one? I don't know. Yeah I don't know I don't either but I will look forward to it um Okay, so There was one other thing I had to tell you um I almost I almost sent this to you, but I wanted to just tell you because it was so crazy So I found this meme online And it was this picture from like I think the 1950s. It was a black and white picture And it was this giant cigarette Like this guy was dressed up as a cigarette and it was like his name was mr. Sig Mr. Sig are you right? Mr. Sig visits the hospital to children feel better I don't know what my, come on Oh, I don't think it feels better Mr. Sig is at the hospital like kissing babies That is so stupid I I guess in the 50s. They didn't know. Yeah The kids are like oh mr. Sig is here I You know what I like when they Go to the hospital and clean the windows and they're in like they're yes for me on outfits and stuff I think that's cool. They do that at children's. Yeah. Yeah. It's really cute. Really really cute Oh, I saw another story. It was in seattle which were coming to seattle in the summer um there is a uh a daycare like a daycare that is somehow now affiliated with um Like an old person's home So the kids like the the residents get to like play with the kids That's nice and the kids get to like interact with like grandparent type people It's all you know monitored and all of it, but I thought that was such a sweet thing Oh, because them grandparents probably love it. Oh my god and those little kids like how fun is it that you get to like hang out with I don't know grandma betty. He's baking you a cookie or something or wait grandma cookie. Oh my god cookies baking you a cookie Cookie speaking a cookie. How is cookie? She won't answer our group chats.
