All right, masterclass number five, staying alive with number five. This is important, okay? This is healthy shopping. Buying good foods at the grocery store. It's important. It's critical. It's crucial to you being a fat tub of shiz like I was in 2009. Ain't that fine? or being in the best shape of your life. This is a critical, crucial part of that journey. And I hired a photographer, a video guy to come with me to Walmart and record me going around the store. and he started doing that i started walking to the store picking out a frying pan picking out a spatula and um i got kicked out i got kicked out of walmart this lady came up she's like did you get permission from management to record and i was like no she's like you can't you can't record it here i'm like why not i was like it's for a good cause i was like i'm teaching people where to find healthy food in here. You know? And they're gonna come here and buy stuff from you guys. And she was like, healthy food in Walmart? And I was like, yeah. I was like, there's tons of healthy food in here. There's tons of crappy food in here. But there's also a lot of good food here too. You just gotta know where to look. And uh, she was a total bitch and called the manager and kicked me out. And I couldn't sweet talk my way out of it. One of the first times in my life. Um, so. With that being said, I think it's a blessing in disguise. I think what I'm going to do is just instead of showing you where in the store what I get, I'm going to give you guys some rules to follow. Okay? Rules. What are the rules? What are the rules? These are the rules. So don't buy crappy food. don't even have it in the house if you have crappy food in the house throw it out, throw it away any money that you spent on that crappy food you worry about like I gotta eat this because I spent money on it you're going to save way more in the long run by not poisoning this most complex valuable thing you'll ever get, your human body so you'll gain money in the long run by not poisoning yourself now just throw it away Okay. This is what I'm going to teach you guys. I'm going to teach you guys how to fish instead of giving you a fish. I was thinking about me going to the store and walking around, it's like kind of giving you a fish. This is teaching you how to fish right here. You got to start reading the ingredients section. I'm going to put it up right here. ingredients section on the back of food labels. It says nutrition facts at the top down below that is always the ingredients. We don't really care so much about the nutrition facts cause calories don't exist and they don't exist. Um, so what we do want to do is not eat poison ingredients. Um, so this right down here, this little section right down here, and you're going to look through that and read those ingredients that are in the food. And if any of these poisons pop up, you're not going to eat that food. You're not going to buy that food. Right. And this is going to simplify everything. Okay. So the poison foods are wheat and grains. Number one. Okay. Wheat and grains. Okay. Because they wreak havoc on your microbiome. Okay. The billions of bugs in your belly, the modern day wheat and grains is not the same thing that Jesus fed everyone with. Okay. It has been bastardized. It has been corrupted. It has been chemicalized and stripped of all nutrients and processed beyond belief and genetically modified and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, to the point where our human bodies, it's only done this in the last 100 years, okay? For the thousands and thousands and thousands of years before that, farmers just grew it and we made it and we eat it and bread, okay? Now, and since the Industrial Revolution, they've stripped all the ingredients, all the nutrients away, processed the shiz out of it, and genetically modified it. And our, we haven't caught up to it yet. So to every human on the planet, all the modern day wheat and grains and grocery stores and fast food and all this stuff is poison to you. And it goes in and it kills the good bacteria in your belly. Okay. And it feeds the bad bacteria in your belly. Okay. It kills the good bacteria and feeds the bad bacteria. you that's wheat and grain it's a poison we're not gonna eat it if we see something in the food ingredients that says wheat or grain we're not gonna eat it okay number two soy and food colors kind of the same thing they're not the same thing but they do the same bad things in your body they wreak havoc on your hormones okay soy and food colors wreak havoc on your hormones just how wheat and grains did it to the billions of bugs in your belly. This does it to the millions of different ways that hormones could be affected in your body. Okay. One hormone could affect the other hormone, could affect the other hormone, could affect the other hormone. It's like a giant spider web. So soy and food colors, poison. It's going to encourage bad hormones, estradiol, things that make you more feminine or more cancer prone soy and food colors are going to feed that and it's going to discourage disable testosterone healthy hormones like that so all your good hormones they're going to help you build muscle burn fat soy is killing that suppressing that and it's elevating all the stuff that's going to make you grow man boobs, store fat, make your wiener not work. If you're a girl, it's the bad kind of estrogen that girls get boob cancer from, breast cancer from, ovarian cancer from. We don't want soy or food colors. So wheat and grains, soy and food colors. Number three, sugar and corn syrup. If you see sugar or corn syrup on any ingredients list, we're not going to eat that. We're not going to buy that. We're never going to eat it ever, ever. It's 2026. Do I really need to explain why sugar and corn syrup would be bad for a human body. I mean if you need me to I'll tell you that cigarettes are also bad for you. Did you know that? Do you know that cigarettes are bad for you? So sugar. Basically sugar when it goes into your blood gets turned into little shards of glass and your body sees it as a threat and it just there's no use for it. It doesn't help you build any skin or bones or hair or muscle or anything like that. So all it can do is just be like, oh my God, there's little shards of poison glass floating around. Stuff them somewhere. Stuff them in the fat cells, the most dormant cell on the human body. Just stuff it in there as fast as you can. It just gets crammed in your fat cells and then you're hungry two hours later and it's just not a good thing. And when those fat cells are all filled up and you still keep eating the crap, that's when people get diabetic, that's when they get nerve damage and their feet and hands get their toes chopped off so they get I can see you know my vision went bad once I go Yeah you eating crap And dementia Alzheimer's. It just, your body, the fat cells are all full. So it just starts cramming it into nerve cells and eyeball cells and brain cells and everywhere. And that's when arthritis gets really, really bad. So yeah, sugar, corn syrup, we're not eating any of that. Number four. Number four. So we got wheat and grains, soy and food coloring, sugar and corn syrup, and all oils. All oils. We're not going to eat any oils. Okay? Yeah. All oils? Really? Yes. There's no benefit from it. I guess there's a world in which you grow your own olives or your own avocados and you have some sort of oil press that has a donkey walking around it pulling a big rock that just presses the oil out for you and then it costs thousands and thousands of dollars to press out a cup worth of oil and I guess you could drink that and it's basically neutral. There's really, there wouldn't be anything bad from it and there wouldn't be anything good from it, really. Wouldn't be any benefit from it. It'd just be extra fat, you know? And we're gonna, I'm gonna tell you how to get good healthy fats here in a second. But that's not how it works. All the oils you see on Amazon, in stores, even fancy ones, they went in and they tested all of them. And it turns out that like 95% of all the oil in all those cans was just crappy vegetable oil, canola oil, soybean oil. It was all just crap. Okay, so we're not going to eat it. It's all a giant lie. It's run by greedy corporations. Do you think they're going to hire a donkey to walk around and press out real expensive olives when they can just grow shit? and press it in a press and cut. It's like, I don't like to talk about drug dealers that much, but drug dealers do this, you know? They're like, hey man, that's cocaine. Not that I would know. But then they put like baking powder in it, right? I don't know what. Powdered sugar, just something else white. They cut it. They're cutting your oil. They get a little tiny bit of olive oil and then they get a little tiny bit of olive oil and then a giant thing of vegetable oil, soybean oil, and they mesh it together. And then on the back of the label, or on the front of the label, they're like, olive oil! And it's like, okay, and it'll just line. They're just lying. It's all poison. It's all crap. It's all a big scam. There's nothing good that can come from it and only bad things that can come from it. Well, how am I going to cook without oil? Go to the next video and I'll show you how to cook without oil. You don't need to, I promise I do it every day. So that's it, those four things, okay? So that means when you eliminate those four groups, you're pretty much eliminating 95% of the available food on the planet, okay? So that means you have to go out of your way to not eat it, okay? And that's life, that's your choices. I'm not the one who made the choices, right? I'm not the one who made the industrial revolution and got in bed with all the freaking politicians to get them all rich, to subsidize all the taxpayer money to go to make these shitty poison foods. I'm not the one who did that. I'm just the one telling you the rules. Okay. If you eat these poisons, you're going to be unhealthy and fat. And that's the end of the story. So you have to go out of your way to not eat them. And if you don't like that, tough titties. You know? If you want to be in shape and healthy, you have to cut out the poison. You have to give your body healthy stuff. We're going to go into that right now. So don't, and this is all going to be in the little piece of paper that comes with this particular lesson. You can print it off. So don't eat grain and wheat, soy and food colors, sugar and corn syrup and all oils. Stay away from that and you'll be good. Okay. Any question you're going to ask me in the weekly Q&A is going to be, that's probably going to be the answer. I'll go over it with you. I have no problem going over it with you. But you're going to be like, oh, what about slippy, sloppy, poppy? It just came out and it says it's beega-baga-baga. I'll say turn it around, look at the ingredients, and see if it has any of those in it. If it doesn't have any of those in it, okay. It's green light. Eat it. Drink it. Whatever. There's this new ranch dipping sauce from Jungle Kitchens. I'll say turn it around, look on the ingredients, and see if it has any of those four in it. If it doesn't have any of those four in it, it's okay. So what do we eat? What do we eat? These are the things you are going to look for. Okay? Lean meats. Okay? Lean meats. Why lean? Why lean? Joe Rogan said I should eat the fatty fucking meat. No. Okay? Now, the reason why we want lean meats is because, there again, the entire country's food supply has been poisoned and messed up and stripped of any, it's just giant shit. So that same thing applies to what the animals eat too. They are fed slop, soy, wheat, corn, just slop that has been genetically modified, oils, hormones, all this bull crap is just poison. Have you ever been to a dairy? You know, you probably haven't seen them. I have. Okay. Chickens, cows, goats. They are fed on a mass scale from giant machines, from giant packages of crap. Just slop. Okay. And the great thing about animals is that their bodies act as like a separator. Okay. this is why eating meat lean meat is so advantageous to the human body because the animal is doing all the work of separating out the poison from the not poison just like us when we eat our poison what does our body do it sees it as a poison oh my gosh get this out of here as fast put it somewhere the most dormant cell we can put it in the fat cells that's exactly what's happening with the animals too the cows are getting fed this soy meal corn meal crap and it's going into the cows four stomachs and it's doing all the work for you okay it's taking all the poison it's seeing the same thing it's seeing oh it's taking all that poison and putting it in the fat cells and taking all the good stuff that it ever gets and putting it in the muscle cells, the lean cells. Now you as a human, to get away from all of the crap that's being produced in the world, it's simple. You eat the lean meat from the animal because the animal is already separating it for you. When you start eating really fatty, fat cuts of meat, then you're taking on all that poison and crap that the animal ate too. So we going to eat lean meats lean fish lean chicken lean beef I eat beef I eat ground beef every day All three meals every day That just what works for me But you can eat chicken. I'll show you how to cook it in the next one. But lean meats, okay? And how do you do that? You turn it around and you can look at the actual nutrition facts at the top. And it'll say grams of fat, grams of protein. You want the grams of fat to be small. and the grams of protein to be big. And then you're going to get all those micronutrients that the animal stored in its muscle cells and all the protein. That's good. And we'll get fat somewhere else. I'll show you where to get your healthy fats. Number two, lean dairy. Okay? We also want to eat lean dairy. Why lean? Same exact reason. Okay? All the fat and all the poisons are getting put into the fat of the milk. And you would not believe how many hormones and chemicals and crazy stuff that these dairies are putting in to all the cows. Okay? If you have your own cow in the backyard and you milk it yourself and you drink that, okay, fine. And you make sure it just eats grass all day, even in the wintertime somehow. Fine. Drink your milk from your own cow. But that's not how it works. In every single company, no matter what they put on the label, they are injecting them with a bunch of steroids and hormones and pesticides and the crap they eat and all this stuff. And it's very simple to get rid of all that. The animal does it for you. All of that poison gets put into the fat of the milk, just like the fat of the meat. so when you take out the fat you're left with all the good stuff okay lean milk lean yogurt lean cheeses i'm gonna show you guys in the next one how i take full fat cheese put it in a frying pan and make a giant cheese dorito and just pour off all the fat all the fat just comes off and all i'm left with is this crunchy, delicious, giant Dorito. Doritos Locos Nachos. Or you could use it as a tortilla, you know, to make a giant taco with. I'm going to show you guys how to do that, okay? This is what you're paying me for. So that's basically the theory on that, okay? Lean dairy and lean meats are going to be a go-to and you can rest assured that you're not getting any poison because the animals have already separated it for you okay their body did all the work now you just have to come in and just say no thanks on the poison yes please on the protein and the micronutrients thank you so much and your body will thank you too okay so number three this is where we're going to get our healthy fats from. Whole eggs, egg yolks, okay? The yolk of the egg is basically a superfood that contains everything you need, okay? It contains all the healthy fats, all the micronutrients. It's like a power, it's a superfood powerhouse, the yolk of an egg and it contains healthy cholesterol. Now this cholesterol we are going to use it as a precursor in our body. So instead of being a jackass who goes to your doctor and says I need testosterone. And they give it to you in a needle and you shove it in your ass or a drug dealer we're going to make our own testosterone and we're going to do that from eating cholesterol, healthy cholesterol. Now you could get some cholesterol from the fat from the animals, but we already went over that, right? It's not good because it's got lots of poisons with it too. See, the reward doesn't outweigh the risk, but with whole pasture-raised eggs, the yolks of whole pasture-raised eggs, you look at that egg yolk and you want it to be orange, like dark orange. That's how you know that's a good egg, okay? That is a good free chicken that hasn't been raised on poison. You can actually find eggs that are pasture raised, okay? I use this brand called Some Shit, and I'll put a picture of it up here. But yeah, I use it, I'll show you in the cooking video. Okay. Um, but that is your basically your healthy hormones in a ball. Okay. The yolk of an egg. I don't actually eat the whites of the egg because I am like allergic to it and it has biotin or it has albumin in it that binds to biotin, vitamin B6. And I don't ever want to lose my hair. Okay. I don't think that's really going to do it, but because DHT is what makes you lose hair. We'll get into that another time. But I'm just, I do not feel good when I eat egg whites. And you're also going to have to do that too. You're going to have to just find out what feel, how do you feel after you eat a certain food? Your body will start talking to you once you start paying attention to it. Okay. You'll eat one thing and be like, it doesn't really agree with me. I don't feel good. I don't feel good. Once you start feeling good after every meal, that's a good indication that you're on the right track to looking good. So I feel way better when I just eat the yolk of the eggs instead of the whites with it. And I eat 15 egg yolks every day. And I've never been in a better shape in my life. As you can see, this is me right here working out one time a week, never doing cardio, testosterone through the roof. When I wake up in the morning, my guy, my little guy downstairs is hard, right? That's it. For you guys out there, you'll know your testosterone is optimized when you wake up in the morning and all throughout the night and you're standing at attention. Girls, I'm not exactly sure. You know you guys don't have such a good indicator of if it's working or not. You might have to get it tested, but I don't think those tests are worth a damn anyway. You'll feel it. You'll feel energized. You'll feel better. Girls, you probably don't need to take as much, but you do still need testosterone. and I do still suggest you eat whole eggs or at least the yolk of them. Vegetables. We also want to eat vegetables. Try to eat your green vegetables. My favorite, okay, this is what I eat with every meal. I eat it with every meal, a bunch of spinach, and you'll see this in my next cooking video, but a bunch of spinach and a half a sweet potato with every meal. That's two vegetables. They seem to have tons of good micronutrients that are good for my skin. my hormones my everything I just feel great when I eat them those are the two I've zeroed in on and that's what I would suggest but everyone's different you might have something you might like broccoli you might like a regular potato you might like whatever but try to eat your green vegetables raw that is going to help your microbiome okay healthy green raw vegetables have like prebiotics fibers prebiotic fiber that goes down and just feeds all the good bacteria in your belly i swear to god the bacteria in your belly is playing way more of a role in this whole thing than we know they they take bacteria from healthy people and put it into sick people from their poop and this is no joke i read about this i've seen videos i'm like what i haven't seen them actually i've seen videos but they take like healthy people's poop and they put it into unhealthy people and those people start losing weight. It's like, what? The bacteria in your belly plays a big role and green vegetables have the prebiotic fiber in them that you need. Okay. Eat those raw. Don't cook all the good stuff out of it and let it go down in there and do its job. Okay. I eat my raw spinach with every meal. I'll show you how to do it. But vegetables. Okay. God created them, eat vegetables. Fruits, once a day, you can eat fruits once a day. I don't eat fruits personally, but I'm not smarter than God. God made them all for a reason but they do mostly consist of sugar so take it easy it fructose it a different kind of sugar but it still a sugar if you want to have some my wife has raspberries in her fat-free her fat-free sugar-free oikos yogurt right she has raspberries in that she loves it's like a dessert it's like raspberry cheesecake to her you know and yeah i something like that blueberries blackberry i don't know what strawberries i don't know what the hell you're into but have some fruit if you want it you know it's a it's a sweet treat once a day herbs and spices all herbs and spices i don't make anything any kind of meat without or a sweet potato without salt on the sweet potato and salt and pepper black pepper i get pink himalayan sea salt and black pepper fine grain fine ground i put it on my meat every meat that i make and it put it in while it's cooking i'll show you on the cooking video but the difference in taste that just salt and pepper can make on meat chicken fish whatever you put some lemon juice on your fish you could put some i don't know what other herbs and spices there are right there's all kinds there's all kinds dude i'm leaving that up to you just make sure you look on the back because sometimes the ones where they combine everything they can try to trick you and they'll sneak sugar in there or sneak oils in there and you're like how the hell is oil in here just same rules turn around if any of the poisons are on it don't eat it same thing with condiments okay there are millions of possible condiments you could put on on this stuff okay salad dressings ketchup barbecue sauce hot sauce and the only rule is it just can't have any of those poisons on it that we talked about okay it should be sugar-free and fat-free not sugar-free or fat-free sugar-free and fat-free. What's that? Okay, there's like G. Hughes barbecue sauce. Okay, I use that on almost every meal. No sugar added Heinz ketchup. Is it Heinz or Hunts? I don't know. It's one of those two. Maybe it's Hunts. But it's got like a little blue strip on it that says no sugar added. I use that all the time. I love it. It tastes exactly like regular ketchup because they add other kinds of sweeteners into it that isn't sugar. That doesn't have the same effect on your body. Walden Farms. okay just google walden farms and you will find thousands of different kinds of condiments you can put on anything things you put in your coffee things you could put on your meat things you put on a salad things you could put on you dip vegetables in i don't know okay the the the possibilities are endless and the only rules are turn around look at the ingredients and see if it has any poisons in it. If it doesn't have any poisons in it, okay. And feel free to send me in the weekly Q&A we can go over it together okay? But I know what the answer's gonna be. We can go over it together you can send it to me and be like, Jesse what about Jungle Farms just came out with a new bagaga sauce? And I'll Google it and we'll look at it together. But I already know what the answer is. I'm gonna look at the ingredients and say, is it sugar free? Is it fat free? Does it have any oils in it. Hold on one second. My wife's calling me. My wife. That was Bree. Where were we? I already know what the answer is going to be on the condiments. There's new ones coming out every day. The good thing about living in 2026 is companies are starting to catch on. A lot of people out there do want to eat healthy. and there are options that are coming out every day your food should not taste bad i have never i haven't had a meal in the last year that i thought tasted bad i think it tastes better than the junk crap food that i used to eat back when i was fat titted mess okay i think it tastes way better okay i think my coffee tastes way better than starbucks i think my i think everything is way better now and i'm never hungry and i always it always tastes really good okay you have options to make your food taste good. You just have to find what works for you. Okay. A Frank's red hot sauce. I use that on pretty much everything too. I love that shiz. And what's the last thing? Oh yeah. Sugar free and fat free drinks. Okay. I'm not putting any limitations here. And food coloring free. Okay. I would try to stay away from. uh you know like the ones that like turn as dark as this when you put it like like a Mio he like put it in there and it just turns red immediately it's like whoa um the stuff that I liked that I just drink water now because it's cheaper and I'm used to it now but the stuff that I liked was like propel packets you'd put it in there and it stayed clear um I don't even I haven't even looked for the stuff in like a year so there might be tons of new things out there uh new pop drinks that are sugar-free and fat-free they don't have any poisons in them fine do it um but like diet mountain dew is like as green as it's greener than that tree right there you know it's like glowing it looks like predator blood it's like that probably not good for you um but anything that you can find for like a sweet drink i'm sure you could find like lemonade iced tea that is sweetened without sugar this brings me to my final and last point so my coffee i put tons of splenda in my coffee three times a day and fat-free milk i am down with artificial sweeteners okay i think it's great. I think you should do it. It's way better than sugar and corn syrup. If you drinking a diet pop that doesn't have a bunch of crazy colors in it or a diet energy drink, zero sugar energy drink, zero sugar whatever, is so much better than drinking the full sugar version of those things. So like my son drinks zero sugar Sprite. I'm so much happier he's drinking zero sugar sprite than full sprite okay i'm not hitler here okay i'm not like saying you can't drink anything i drink splenda in my coffee uh i would much rather have a zero sugar sprite than a full sprite so but there again you just gotta see what works for you maybe you feel like crap when you drink a zero sugar coke okay and there's probably tons of things i don't even know about man electrolyte drinks all that stuff as long as there's no poisons in it there's no sugar in it there's no oils in it go for it okay and uh if you have any questions on it get in the weekly q a email it to me anytime during the week and i will get on there and respond okay and there will be after you get done with the final master class i'm gonna have my guy make sure that everyone knows i'm still figuring this all out but i'm gonna make sure everyone knows how to get a hold of me okay and that's pretty much it so we're not eating poison we're not buying any poison from the store and we are eating good stuff lean meat lean dairy eggs vegetables fruits uh sugar-free frat-free condiments sugar-free frat-free say that 10 times fast drinks and um herbs and spices you're learning how to cook you're going to learn how to cook and I'm going to show you that in the next video.
