Kai Dickens hosts an AMA episode addressing listener questions about non-speaking individuals with autism, telepathy, spelling communication methods, and the upcoming documentary film. The episode explores spiritual experiences, government involvement in consciousness research, and future podcast seasons investigating past lives and religious perspectives.
Insights
- Spelling and communication regulation coaching shows better results when delivered by trained professionals rather than parents, due to emotional attachment and the need for complete emotional regulation from the facilitator
- Non-speakers consistently report spiritual experiences (angels, ancestors, other dimensions) across cultures and religions, suggesting either widespread truth or coordinated deception—Dickens argues the former is more plausible
- Spelling communication methodology is relatively new (1990s-2000s), explaining why most documented non-speakers are under 35; older generations were never given access to these tools despite potential capability
- The documentary evolved from a three-act to four-act structure (Telepathy, Spelling, Science, Spirit) after feedback that viewers needed a guide through the expansive subject matter
- Government and intelligence agencies worldwide are actively researching consciousness and remote viewing capabilities, viewing it as a strategic advantage in national competitiveness

Hi everyone, I'm Kai Dickens and I'm thrilled to welcome you to the Talk Tracks. In this series, we'll dive deeper into the revelations, challenges, and unexpected truths from the telepathy tapes. The goal is to explore all the threads that weave together our understanding of reality, science, spirituality, and yes, even unexplained things like sci-abilities. If you haven't yet listened to the telepathy tapes, I encourage you to start there. It lays the foundation for everything we'll be exploring in this journey. will feature conversations with groundbreaking researchers, thinkers, non-speakers, and experiencers who illuminate the extraordinary connections that may defy explanation today, but won't for long. Sometimes I get asked, how do we support our kids' curiosity without burning everyone out? And that's why I love Time for Learning. It's an all-in-one online curriculum for pre-K through 12th grade that supports a flexible, personalized homeschool experience for your family. With Time for Learning, families can move at their own pace, follow their kids' interests, and still cover all the core subjects you'd expect from a traditional school, plus electives. And for older kids, their cinematic, story-driven courses really bring learning to life in a way that feels engaging and not forced. What's most amazing is the flexibility. Whether your family travels or learns best in bursts or wants to dive deeply into one subject at a time, Time for Learning adapts to you, not the other way around. And for parents, their planning tools, transcripts, and grade templates make staying organized and compliant incredibly easy. Curious if Time for Learning is right for your family? Visit timeforlearning.com. That's time, number four, learning.com to explore their curriculum and find the perfect plan for your student. You can get started with a monthly subscription to see just how much your kids love learning on their own terms. Hey, everyone. Kai here. So thank you so much to everyone who submitted questions. The care and generosity you've shared is heartwarming and so clearly coming from a place of deep respect for the non-speakers and the work that we're all pursuing collectively. Thank you. I've done my best to share what I've learned, and I'm so grateful for the new questions that beget deeper exploration. So let's dive in. So this first question is from Kimberly, who has a minimally verbal son, and she's been working on getting him spelling. And she's gotten him a spelling coach and has signed him up for various courses, but he's very reluctant to spell at home. And she's wondering if there's any advice to help him to spell more regularly. And Kimberly, I think there's an army of people who are going to be really able to advise you on this. And one of the things I'm excited about is we're going to start bringing non-speakers into our studios along with their parent or their CRP to start giving advice on stuff like this. And I'm not a parent of a non-speaker, so I've never sat in your shoes. And for that reason alone, I don't feel as equipped as them to give you an answer. But I will echo what many parents have told me. And for one, this is not rare that non-speakers might work with a coach or a CRP more fluidly, effortlessly than they will with their parents. And for what I understand, there's many reasons for that. But one is that parents care so much. It's hard to completely detach ourselves from that process. You know, there takes so much a clearing of the mind and making yourself just open and present and completely accessible for almost the non-speaker to kind of regulate through you. And I think that takes a lot of time and patience. And I know there's a lot of non-speakers who will spell with one parent and not the other. And I also know that changes. So I think practice helps, of course, but so much of it I know has to do with just your own ability, which is hard to regulate and be calm. But a lot of it asks of parents to become completely empty and regulated so that you can really balance your non-speaking child. So again, we're going to have a lot of people to help you with this question, and I can't wait for you to hear those voices coming up soon. So this next question is from Ian. And he asks about something that was brought up in our season finale over Mindsight. And that was some declassified documents from the CIA validating that they looked into reports of, quote unquote, you know, psychic children that were coming out of China, I believe, in the late 70s. And many of these reports were studying children who said they could read what was on a piece of paper with their ear or another body part. And Ian's asking if at any time during our journey of making this podcast, any of our guests have mentioned the involvement of government, either foreign or domestic, and the exploration of consciousness, remote viewing or telepathy. And to be honest, yeah, some of the scientists that we have interviewed have told me that they've advised with or consulted for or worked with at one time or another a different government agency. But as far as the work we're doing, at least thus far, has been really trying, you know, to focus on storytelling rather than more of these institutional or operational applications. And we might dive into that more later in future seasons. But our team personally has not been involved in any work with intelligence or law enforcement or defense or anything like that. But I also do know a few non-speakers independently on their own terms who have chosen to offer their skills in situations like missing persons cases. And, you know, with what's been shared with me, it's been described as very mutual, respectful and voluntary and not part of that I know of a formal program. And it's not something that we've been involved in documenting or facilitating. And one of the non-speakers who will be coming into our studio in the next few months for an in-person interview has helped with these cases. And I'll see what the family is willing to share. And I promise to ask her about that. And so I want to tread really lightly here, but I think that anything that is exploring human potential and what humans are capable of, I would go out on a limb and just tell you that most superpowers in the world are exploring it. But I think in general, human potential and what is possible with our mind and consciousness is being looked at by various countries and nations because it's an important part of the equation. And if you're not doing it, they might be left behind. Okay, and this next question is for Jamie. And they asked if having witnessed everything in person and meeting all these amazing people, how has changed my life, you know, not in a material type of way, but more internally and spiritually. And, you know, I think there's many ways. I think the most profound and important is, you know, the human rights violations that have taken place and are taking place every day against non-speakers and others with autism or challenges and others who have bodies or brains who might work differently than the rest of us. And the ferocity that some special interests and lobbyists and groups want to disavow and invalidate spelling is shocking. And it's horrifying because it is so essential for some of the most incredible people I know to be able to communicate with the world. And I will say that the community out there listening, especially our Supercast subscribers who are so engaged, are far and away helping to move the needle on this. And I do think there's been some major changes and some great help and defense and allies coming to the support of non-speakers and their families. And I'm so grateful for that. And then I think, you know, on a more personal way, I mean, I don't have a doubt now that the non-physical world is working with all of us, is around us and engaged with us every day. That used to be something I thought you had to just take on faith. And now I think you can take it on, for me, what feels like fact due to so much anecdotal evidence that I believe is standing on its own two legs now, which is so great. Because, right, like if what the non-speakers were saying wasn't truthful, it'd be so easy to poke holes into it and discount. But what's been happening is people all over the, not just country, but the world are waking up to, you know, the reality that a non-speaking family member or student is in there. they take them to learn to spell. And if they're not already spelling, we'll do the work to try to help them get on the boards and be open in their communication. And for so many of these people, not too long after, you know, the validation of telepathy or these other spiritual gifts comes into fruition. So I think it's amazing how truth will stand on its own two legs. And that's been beautiful. So I don't take much of this on faith anymore. I take it on what I see to be a broad swipe of evidence that has played out over and over and over again. I certainly believe in God. I do believe in afterlife, the amount of non-speakers who, you know talk about energy and how we can affect not just our lives and be the architect of our lives but how our energy impacts and affects others lives how it can affect even just a non being able to spell to regulate their own bodies I think that's so important. I really believe that our brain is a filter now, you know, like that our brain filters out so many things. There's so much more that we can tap into. There's so much more that we have access to. But in order to function on this earth, our brain needs to filter. and I think that's it was an interesting revelation for me and as we start to bring in more non-speakers into our studios to be interviewed you will hear so many of them talking about other I guess beings you can't see you know they they talk about such engagement with angels you know ancestors they talk about dark energy that type of stuff is really hard to believe I think I think that's even harder to believe sometimes than like telepathy at least it was for me it was felt so out there at first, I don't really, I believe it much more than I ever did, that there's other stuff out there working with us all the time besides just energy. So, you know, it's had a profound impact on my life. And like for me, I really need facts and evidence to believe something. And I know that's the opposite of faith. Like I know that. And, you know, I grew up Lutheran. And I remember when I was getting confirmed, you had to go to all these classes. And like, I think it was in seventh or eighth grade, you go to your confirmation class, you graduate, you're confirmed. and it was like a big deal. And I remember all my little confirmation class got confirmed and then went down and had a party. And I remember sitting in the pews in the church and being like, I will not go down to this party until you give me proof. I will not until I believe there's proof. And I guess I've always been that way. And what I feel like now is such a certainty that there's something more there based on the sheer amount of evidence. What I've seen in the telepathy test that will be in the film, many of which will be in the film, and many and many won't be in the film, but they'll be out in new journals and scientific journals, I'd say in the next five or 10 years, this will be, I think, like really well documented in a scientific format. And it's exciting. So telepathy is possible, energy is engaging with us, and what the non-speakers have said over and over again about, you know, angels and realms and that type of thing. It sounds so hard to believe it sounds like science fiction, but I just, you know, at a certain point, you either choose to believe these individuals who have nothing to gain, no power, no money, no status, nothing to gain. And it takes a long, hard time to spell out their thoughts. Either they're telling the truth all over the world, or they're in some huge, great mass conspiracy to trick us. And I think it's the former. For most of my life, intimates and underwear were just something I put up with. especially bras that kind of dig in and that you're always adjusting. But then I tried Skims, specifically the Fits Everybody collection, and now I get why people love it. The fabric is unreal. It's soft, stretchy, and somehow molds to your body without squeezing. It really does feel like you're wearing nothing in the best way. I've been living in the Fits Everybody bralettes and also in their underwear. It's perfect for everything I do, from work to working out. No digging, no pinching, no adjusting throughout the day. It gives me the lift and shape I want without that tight, suffocating feeling. And what I love most is I don't think about my underwear at all. No pulling, no shifting, just comfortable support all day. If you're looking to replace your old intimates or have been curious about Skims, this is your sign. Trust me, your body will thank you. Shop Skims Fits Everybody Collection at skims.com. After you place your order, be sure to let them know we sent you. Select podcast in the survey and be sure to select our show in the drop down menu that follows. And if you are looking for the perfect gift for your Valentine or for yourself, The Skims Valentine's Shop is now open. There's nothing I love more than being in a room where people are really with each other. Where the conversation slows down, people are listening, not just wanting to talk, and you can feel that a shared presence settles in. I watched one of those nights unfold recently with a few close friends, and what made it different was Schedule 35. I tried one of their teas. It's just a small microdose, and what stood out wasn't anything flashy. It's just how connected everyone felt. Everyone was totally in control and had their wits about them. In fact, it just felt like a tuning up, like really hearing each other, Being fully there, no rush, no noise, just being grounded and having meaningful time together. Schedule 35 is the trusted name in psilocybin products, and what I appreciate most is how intentional they are. Everything is precisely dosed, whether you're microdosing for clarity and presence or choosing a more recreational experience. They offer chocolates and teas so you can start small, go slowly, and know exactly what you're taking. I think the most important thing is about creating space, space to be more present, more open, and more connected to the people around you. And Schedule 35 makes that feel thoughtful, responsible, supported, and grounded. Get 15% off all orders with code TAPES at Schedule35.co. That's 15% off at S-C-H-E-D-U-L-E 35.co. And use code TAPES. Please act responsibly and follow the laws where you live. Lately, I've been thinking a lot about rest, real rest, the kind that lets your nervous system finally exhale. I kept hearing about Magnesium Breakthrough by BiOptimizers from friends and experts, and they all said the same thing. This one is different. Most magnesium supplements just use one or two forms, but Magnesium Breakthrough combines seven different forms of magnesium, plus key cofactors that actually help your body absorb and use it. People talk about feeling calmer, more relaxed at night, more restored in the morning, and better supported in their daily rhythms. I don't recommend anything I haven't tried personally, so I started taking Magnesium Breakthrough myself, and I want to invite you to try it with me. Here's my challenge. Try it, track your sleep, notice how you feel, and see what shifts. And there's truly no risk. Buy Optimizers offers a 365-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. That's a full year zero risk. So far, I've woken up feeling more rested and notice I'm less sore from workouts. If you want to join, go to buyoptimizers.com slash tapes and use my exclusive code tapes to get 15% off any order. Make 2026 the year that you finally start sleeping great again. So this next question from a listener is whether or not I've ever come across spoon bending in my work. And I've not personally witnessed it, but for those that are wondering what we're even talking about, I would say it's a form of psychokinesis or metalbending. And there has been research on it, and there's certainly been eyewitness documentation. And whether you love him or hate him, Uri Geller is one of the most, you know, tested people in this regard. His spoon bedding and other side gifts were documented under controlled conditions at the Stanford Research Institute in the 1970s. And scientists that were testing him, you know, were people like Harold Puthoff and Russell Targ. And these experiments occurred before Geller was publicly framed as a magician. Because later, you know, he really became known as a magician. But a lot of these experiments came about before that even happened. And there's a lot of declassified CIA summaries referencing this work that took place at the Stanford Research Institute. So you should definitely, definitely, definitely check that out. Yeah. Okay. Another question here is what I believe about the concepts of divine and evil, especially given what I've heard or come across in my work. And there's really two things here. I mean, I think first is just everywhere we look in nature, reality seems to organize itself through opposites, right? There's light and dark. There's matter and antimatter. There's expansion and contraction, change and counterchange. And I don't think that automatically proves the existence of evil or divine forces as beings, but it does strongly suggest that polarity is almost fundamental to our reality. And then with that said, I have talked to so many non-speakers, some who you'll be hearing upcoming here on the talk tracks this year, that discuss seeing good and bad energy, who say there's angels and the opposites of angels, and that those are very real. And the other day, actually, I was interviewing a non-speaker. And I asked, well, when I said, well, where do they live? You know, what dimension if it's a dimension? Like, what is that? And she wrote the real one. And I said, is that the same one we're in? And she said, no, we're in a lower frequency one. So you'll be seeing that conversation coming up here soon. But I think divine and evil is real, from my understanding of just how we understand reality. And whether or not you believe that there are beings that help manifest that, it's a tricky thing to wrap your head around. It's really hard for me to ever wrap my head around. I think the concept of divine and evil track with what we seen about how opposites organize themselves within our reality and in our universe And when it comes to beings that might define that I think that a much harder thing to wrap your head around I know it is for me And I think especially the concept of like a dark energy or demon feels so dogmatic and so bizarre. It's almost hard for me to comprehend, but I can relate that multiple, multiple, multiple non-speakers say that's very real. This next question is from Jeff, and we are getting a lot of questions from all you amazing people about the documentary and the status of the documentary. And I'm so excited to share a bunch here. So I'd say around last September, I made the film I wanted to make. I thought it was just incredible. And I sent it to a lot of our investors. I sent it to a lot of the families and CRPs and story consultants and some non-speakers to just watch and give notes and say, what are you guys thinking? And almost everyone said, wait, why aren't you in it? and I'm an introvert, and I never intended to put myself in that. I thought, well, I don't, no one cares what, you know, people care what these families and my non-speakers and the teachers are saying, and a lot of the feedback we got was like, there sort of needs to be a guide because this world is so expansive. So then we went through the work of kind of digging through all this old footage to be like, okay, there's a ton of stuff I set up, obviously, recording myself or having others record me and that type of thing. So that took about three or four months to kind of go through and like reshape the movie to include that. The other thing was that the movie, the first draft of it was close to three hours and we've been trying to bring it down and now it's a little over two, but we're feeling great about it. And I think it really gives a beautiful introduction to this world through the telepathy, how broad it is to the fact that, you know, parents and teachers all over the world have been experiencing it. It goes through some tests, then it goes through the trying to understand non-speakers and their methods of communication. More clearly, we follow a non-speaker just starting their spelling journey. And it's pretty amazing what they spell. And then we go into a bit of a science journey. And then we go through a spirit journey. And for me, that's really when the film unlocked. You know, I always try to craft most stories in a three-act format. And this one, I couldn't fit into a three-act format. And at one point, I said to the editor, can we just do four acts? Like, who made it three acts? Can we do four? And when we started thinking about that way, telepathy, spelling, science, and spirit, it all kind of came together. So we're going to do a big screening here in two weeks for a lot of our, you know, investors and, you know, some focus groups, people who don't know anything about the telepathy tapes and some teachers and, you know, kind of a random group. We'll get a final round of notes and we're set to be story locked, like picture locked, where you can't make any changes on March 1st. And then we finish the color and the mix and the film should be ready to go in the summer where it will premiere. I can't wait to announce all that as soon as we know if we're going to, you know, do the festival route or that type of thing. But we have so many fun announcements coming. We're all feeling really excited about it. And it feels so good because, you know, with a film, it's like you're pushing a snowball up a mountain for a long time. And sometimes it keeps rolling back on you and it keeps rolling back and then you start up again. And then there's a moment where you get to the top of the mountain and then you're pushing downhill and we're finally pushing downhill. And I can't wait for you all to see it. And thank you for the support and the question. Okay, and then we have a lot of questions here about future seasons. And there are so many great ideas coming in from all of you. And actually, we are reading those. We have a whiteboard of things that we're thinking about and what our audience wants us to deep dive into. So keep those coming. We take them really seriously. I can say that we are working very closely right now with the person who has optioned almost all of the work for Dolores Cannon to start doing deep dive into her work and what was revealed through her and to meet her family. It's really exciting. That won't be the next season, but we are starting to build that. We are making a big trip to UVA next week to really start to investigate children who remember past lives and their life between lives and what that all means. So we're also looking at some places in Scotland regarding some interesting stuff. I don't want to talk too much about it here, but there's a lot of cool stuff, I think, on the horizon and there's a lot of places to go with it. So please share. And another question was about investigating world religions and ancient religions more. And we are starting to bring that into as many shows as we can because I think it's really important. So, yes, we will keep doing that. Okay, let's see what else we have here. Okay, okay, this next question is from Todd. If you'd like to volunteer to assist the nonverbal autistic in getting their voice, what would be the best way to serve? You should absolutely look into getting certified as a spelling coach or CRP, Communication Regulation Partner. There is a glut. We need more people to be learning this. I'm so excited to announce that Natalia, who's Nina's sister from episode six of season two, and a wonderful teacher named Maria Welsh, who is living in Chicago, have formed a new spelling program called The Bridge. We will put some info, you know, we'll tag that in here. That's going to be an incredible way to get certified. There's also spelling to communicate, the spellers method, rapid prompting method or RPM. Just so you know, S2C or spelling to communicate does not like to talk about telepathy. They shut it down every chance they get. But the bridge will be very open about it. So I highly encourage you to look into the bridge and get certified. That's one of the best things you can do. Okay, so one of the questions was why we've only interviewed children or young adults and not included older non-speaking adults. And, you know, I'd say the range of non-speaking adults that we have featured on our show go from about eight to age 35. And then in episode 10 of season one, where we interviewed non-speakers from around the world, there were some that were in their 50s or 60s. But I'd say the major reason for the disparity in age is when spelling came about. You know, it really wasn't even introduced at all until the 90s. And then, as you all know, there was a lot of pushback from facilitated communication where people were being touched. That led to much more independent forms of communication being developed where there is no touch and they're extremely helpful and significant. But many of those didn't really catch on until, you know, into the later in the thousands. So this is a newer methodology. So many of the people who are free and unlocked are in their 20s or 30s or younger. And that's devastating because you think about all of the people who never got their voice, who were never unlocked, who've been trapped inside their body and have never been able to get out and their parents never knew them. And I think parents have been told all sorts of things as well. Like for so many of the parents who are raising children with apraxia, especially 30, 40, 50 years, and even now, you know, we're told there was no hope. Their child wasn't in there. And so some of these older adults, sometimes they are, you know, institutionalized or living in a care facility where, you know, the parents never thought there was hope. So I say none of that with judgment. I think every family has really difficult choices around this stuff. But what we can do now, once you know, you know what to do. And we all know that spelling is important and that older generations were really left behind. Quince is all about elevated essentials that feel effortless. We are collecting questions for them. I had a wonderful young man in this morning, and we asked some questions from our audience. So we'll add that to the list. And as far as the question is, do folks with autism who can speak have the same types of gifts as the non-speakers. You know, and I asked a non-speaker about this this morning, and he told me, we all have these gifts. It doesn't matter. You know, it's whether you tune into them, believe you have them, and have the want and able to regulate your system to access them. So put that in your pocket. What I would encourage you to read is a book called Autism and the God Connection. It came out years ago, like long before the Tlopathy Tapes was that book. Autism and the God Connection. It's fascinating because it goes through a lot of spiritual gifts that a man with, you know, speaking autism has. And he documents this stuff. So I think there's a spectrum like anything. And we certainly get emails and letters from people who are speakers with autism or a different level. You know, often they break up autism into level one, level two, level three, level three being the most severe with, you know, aprexia and non-speakers and that type of thing. And so we've heard from all different people with autism saying that they may too have a range of these gifts are experienced many of the things the non-speakers talk about. You know, our focus has always been apraxia, non-speakers with apraxia, because I think that's where what we have seen and heard from parents, you know, this is the most consistent place where this type of stuff shows up. So, but I certainly believe that this, many of these gifts are extremely natural and run through every population of people. And we've certainly gotten emails about them occurring in folks with level one and two autism as well as level three. Okay, so I have one question here from Leila regarding religion. And I've asked many times non-speakers, you know, what is there one true religion? You know, is one more accurate than the other? And the response is always so thoughtfully beautiful and wise. And it's usually something along these lines of all religions love God, or God loves everyone, or God is love. And it makes me think that the way like I might be asking that question is naive compared to what's really important. I know many non-speakers who parents are not religious or didn't grow up with a specific organized religion who feel deeply, deeply, deeply religious. And I think it often manifests within the culture in which you're living. If your family is Muslim, you're deeply Muslim. Hindu, deeply Hindu. Christian, deeply Christian. Jewish, deeply Jewish. So I think the lens in which your culture that you grow up in and their family filters. Faith is often, of course, imprinted on you just like anything. But I've only known of a few non-speakers to say there is one exact way and one exact religion. And those non-speakers who've said that tend to have deeply, deeply, deeply religious parents, whether they be in the Jewish faith or Christian faith or Muslim faith, and then even Hindu faith. I think that's true of each of those situations I'm thinking of. But then the situations where parents are often and not very religious, the kids say remarkable things still. Many will say they go somewhere at night, they go to the realms, they study, that they have a deep relationship with God, that the spiritual world is very real, that they talk to people on the other side. So I'm still trying to make sense of it as well. And I want hard and fast answers just like everyone else does, and it's hard to get them. And maybe that's because we're asking their own questions. But I love your question, and I will keep asking as many non-speakers as want to talk about it as they come in. Okay, so next question is from Allie. Will there be any episodes on aliens? Wouldn't we have ancestors, lineages from many family lines, countries, cultures? Is veganism most compassionate? Are there malevolent beings? So I will answer these as best as I can. I know there's a huge, huge, huge desire for us to go into extraterrestrials and do a deep dive. there's so much compelling interesting fascinating content on the topic right now that if we do it it has to be from a really deeply unique angle i want it to be something that really looks at consciousness and has a breakthrough understanding and i have put that out to a few scientists like if you have something that we could do deeper and more you know or take a different angle at than other people let us know so so it's not off the table it's just that you know, right now there's a lot of the same things being investigated, which is important. Like this is probably the biggest question, one of the biggest questions we could be asking. I would just want to do it really deeply different. So just know that it's on the radar. How do we understand ancestors? Well, I can tell you that so many non-speakers talk about how important they are, how often they communicate with them. And then there's many questions on past lives that Allie had. We're going to do a deep dive into that next season. Any question you've ever had on past lives, ancestors, lineages, cultures, how this might work will be totally investigated in season three. You will have hopefully no questions left around those things after season three. So hold on to your pants. I mean, that's going to be a big, big, big season, and I'm really excited about it. Your question on veganism being most compassionate, I will find out that answer. You know, it's one of the things that not many spellers have talked about. I mean, I think factory farming is kind of like a form of slavery, really. I mean, I think what we did before when you thanked the earth and hunted animals and grew your own crops was probably the most sustainable, compassionate way to live. And we've gone way off the rails now with how we're treating animals and basically raising them, you know, to be killed. And I don't know the answer to that. I would think that, yes, I mean, my personal opinion is that veganism and vegetarianism, just eating responsibly and being thoughtful about what you're eating, being thankful for what you're eating, being knowledgeable about how something was raised or, you know, brought to your table is really important. So, you know, I think just be really mindful and thoughtful and gracious and always truly like give thanks to the food that you're eating. One of these questions is from Terry and do I hone my own intuition skills? And what I'd say about that is I really try to just be a receiver right now of other people's stories and information. And I'm trying to do my best to kind of investigate and pull together a good, responsible team and weave things together in a really grounded, responsible, trustworthy way. And it doesn't leave much time for me to go explore the stuff on my own. Of course, I'm always talking to people and thinking about it and reading about it. But like, I have way less time to meditate now than I ever have before in my life, which is the irony of it, you know? But I see, you know, in my retirement, I would love to learn herbology is something I'd love to do. I really want to start meditating more, hiking in the morning with my dogs. Like, so there's a lot, I just need to find the balance, but I think my life has been thrown out of balance a little bit. But thanks for that question. And I'm not doing much right now. Not as, no way like I would like to be, but I'm actually living, I'm very happy with my life. And that's, okay. So will you list all the practitioners and healers you've worked with. That is a great question. We will do that. Yeah, I'll have our TalkTracks EP, Jill, work on getting as many as that we've talked about. Maybe we could even pick a social media post where we outline them all and how to get a hold of them. Okay, I got the question from Stephanie about Altadena housing and is the soil contaminated? Is it safe to move back? I will ask a few, you know, Nina and Natalia will be in here in the next week. I'll find out for you. So be ready for the Nina and Natalia talk tracks coming up, and I will ask that question.
