Hey Bible readers, welcome to TBR Deep Dive. We're your hosts and because we're new to your podcast feed, we want to introduce ourselves. I'm Emma Daughter and I'm a graduate of Texas A&M, go Aggies, gig'em, and I'm currently pursuing a Master of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary. I've served in full-time ministry for almost 10 years because I love helping people see that God's word is approachable and I love helping people see how knowing God can transform our lives. Hi, I'm Kirsten McCloskey and my parents' faith was very influential in my life. After college, God opened a door for me to serve as a Bible teacher in France, New Zealand, and Australia. Now I'm pursuing my Master of Theology at DTS, along with Emma. God has really given me a passion for helping people understand scripture and love God more. I think something we're both passionate about and excited about is just learning more about the Bible. That may sound so simple, but in TBR Deep Dive, we're going to talk a lot about the questions people have during TBR that they're hoping to find answers to. Yes, and also I think sometimes we all have a tendency to avoid the things in the Bible that we don't understand, but those are the very places where we can learn more about God's character. We hope you'll join us each week for TBR Deep Dive. It's part of the TBR Podcast Network, which means it's another resource to help people everywhere read, understand, and love the Bible and the God who wrote it.
