Welcome on into a Friday. So glad it's Friday, Joan. I hope you're having a good morning so far. Joan this morning is broadcasting from home. Joan, I just took a look outside. I know that they've already got the torches and the pitchforks. People angry. They cannot see you on Super Talk TV. That leaves only me and Sam. And no offense, Sam, but you and I, we're not Joan, as people remind us over and over and over again. We just need longer hair. That's all. Sure, Joan. Or hair at all. The gracefulness, the intelligence, the wisdom. Oh, Sam, what do you want? What is it? Yeah, somebody's kissing buzzer early this morning. Anyway, it is going to be a great day today, sunny, warm. Am I seeing a high of 81, Joan? Yes, sir. So we're going to see a high of 81 and then I don't have my official forecast as of yet. But I guess all the producers and editors are writing that as we speak. But this weekend, I mean, it is going to be really nice. So a little bit of clouds, but we're going to 85 on Saturday and 88 on Sunday. So. Possibly breaking a record set in 1906. We could see 90 in some spots. Sam could write all that out for you. I have. We're working on it. Very good. See, I got like nine producers in there. Everybody's working on my weather. So it's all good and well. What do we PBS? Hey, by the way, Hey, by the way, just real quick. So what's the over under because it's going to be good. R.C. Flying weather this weekend. What's the over under on wiker once again. I didn't even talk about this on the air, but you know, a second time, Joan, you know, this, I think off the air. Yeah, second time that boy managed to fly his R.C. plane into a train into a tree into a tree. Now this is what's crazy. It was a Charlie Daniels Park. Everybody knows the first time he went out, he flew that R.C. plane into a tree. One of my wonderful listeners, Ali was able to actually her husband was able to get it out of the tree. He flew that R.C. plane into a tree. Thanks to a 20 foot ladder and the goodness of their heart. So then we take him to Charlie Daniels Park. He does it again. I didn't even say anything because I was horrifically embarrassed. So here's the rest of the story. That plane sat in that tree for like two days. I was out my shoulder yet again trying to throw a rock to get it out of that damn tree. A rock you'd ruin the plane. That's how I did it before Joan. Oh, I see. But it didn't work this time. This is the craziest part of the story. Two days later, the wind is blowing. And that that that plane falls out of the tree. Who, Joan, is walking Charlie Daniels Park and finds that plane, but Ali? No. She found the plane. Wow. That's so weird. This is a completely separate part of the park. So she, I was asleep. She got in touch with Amy and said, This plane looks really familiar. Is this Rikers? And it was like, yeah. So Ali found the plane, rescued that plane for my family a second time. And so now I'm shocked she hasn't turned it into a George Bush meme. Sir, the second tree has been struck. So anyway, now we're going to take him out and we've just got to find a park that has like no trees whatsoever. You know what I mean? Yeah, I mean, it's really good at this thing. But so I know that that's one of the things that we're going to do is we're going to be taking him out RC plane flying. Hopefully he'll be able to avoid the trees at all costs because I don't think we can depend on Ali a third time. Although I know that she's got such a good heart. She and her husband have such a good heart that they would probably rescue us the third time. But it was like, what are the odds that she would find that plane falling from that tree a second time on the other side of Charlie Daniels Park? So there you go. All right. I think you owe her like a plate of baked cookies or something. Do you know what? Can I be honest? I've been trying to give her stuff. And she like, She won't accept. No, like I wanted to. Okay, now maybe this is because she maybe secretly thinks that I'm creepy. But I was like trying to get her address so that I could like send her something. Yeah. And I don't know for some reason, she wouldn't give me her address. Now I wasn't the way that just sounded to me. I'm thinking it's a letter with a bunch of, you know, cut out letters from magazines and ransom note fashion. No, I wanted to want to descend or something. So I wanted to send her something nice and and I couldn't like just discreetly get her address. And if I went too far, then it really would make me look like I'm a creeper, which I'm not, at least in this instance. So I'm sitting there thinking, okay, so how am I going to get her address? And there really is no way. And by the way, her. Well, I don't want to get into that part of the story. Anyway, so I somehow I would like to be able to, you know, show, give Ali a token of my appreciation. I just don't know how to do it. And she, you know, she wouldn't accept anything the first time that I picked it up in a bowling alley of all places. I, I, they wouldn't, they didn't want anything as far as a token of my appreciation. So okay. So I got to figure out something, Joan, I just don't know what to do. You know, Amy and I are talking about, you know, maybe. Inviter to the station to like do a tour. Oh my goodness, Joan, you know, give her, I know it's it's embarrassing. That that that is like, I mean, people think it's really cool though. And and we're going. It's really nice. Like we had a bunch of folks here a couple of weeks ago from the from the YouTube chat. The entire tour took like three minutes. And then I could tell you ever notice this, then I promise I'll get to content, but you ever give people a tour of this place. And then it's like, well, it's so small. And how come your equipment's so old? You know what I mean? Like you can just put it in small Dan. Yeah. Yeah, like their hosts. Anyway, moving right along. I just, I don't think a tour of this. And if she wanted to tour, I'd be glad to give her one. But I mean, you know, I wanted to like something like a nice dinner or something like that. Most people send fruit baskets. OK. Hey, there, I'm Paula Pan. I help people make the smartest money decisions possible. Joe, you know what's been great about being a saver? For money to make. And that money over the past couple of years has made a pretty good yield pre pandemic. And I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. A Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl Zahl I could say that I could do. What were you saying, Joan? If she's always at that park, chances are she lives near there. So now you can go stalking. I was going to say, that wouldn't look creeper stalkish at all. I was like, okay, you wouldn't give me your address. And so now I'm just going to hang out at this park all day waiting for you. Obviously Joan is not very good at stalking. And just to be clear, neither am I. At least not that I would admit to. I may have wanted you to get in trouble. Oh, is that it? Yeah, that may have been my purpose. Why would you set him up like that? That's so rude. She did that to me yesterday. You remember this, when she was stalking me, she was like, I'm not going to stalk you. I'm not going to stalk you. I'm not going to stalk you. You remember this, when Joan said that, you know, that that Woking Dead would be a really good bit? Joan said that, and then it turned out like everybody actually hated it. No, I thought it was good. She can't even say it with a straight face and we can't see her. I liked, so I liked the idea, like in my head, right? I thought it was good to, well, I like the idea. Yeah, it's exactly, see? Dude, you are backpedaling. Yeah. The name was really cool, though Woking Dead. I liked it. I did too. Like that's a cool name. Sure. I voice cracked when she said I did too. Was it the execution? I don't know. I thought the execution was, you know, for me, you know, pretty par for the course. Anyway, whatever, moving right along. It will be a shocker. I've got some video of Tim Burchett on television. And I've noticed he is on a lot of channels. Tim Burchett, I love, I love the Congressman. Yeah, he makes himself very accessible. He is, which is, you know what? I mean, that's where a lot of our Congressman can say. But anyway, so he is on News Nation. And the question is about, of course, Iran. And by the way, we got a lot of other stuff to talk about today besides Iran. And just to let you know, including I'm really anxious to get to know his opinion on Melania Trump. This is an incredible story. Randomly yesterday coming out and talking about how she was not a victim of Jeffrey Epstein. She didn't have a relationship with Epstein or Ghislaine. And I've got some great audio from that. Actually, I have that as well in my upcoming newscast. So I'll play some of that in the newscast. And then we can chit chat. Very good. We'll talk about that because it is random. But I think I know what's going on, Joan, just to give people an idea about where I'm going. OK, OK. I think she's trying to get in front of a story. Yeah, that's exactly what I thought. Yeah, I think there's something going on. And I think that for Melania Trump, she just, she's trying to get in front of something. Supposedly this was a shocker to Donald. Yes. Which, I mean, I don't know if you buy that, but that's what the word is that Trump was completely thrown off by this. If that is the case, I'm, that seems a little aggressive and not passive aggressive. You don't even tell your husband what you're going to do. I mean, is that me or is that, I mean, is that just me or would you say that that's kind of passive? Well, you know what, Joan, save it for 535. OK. All right. We do have some Iran stuff to get to just very quickly. Where are we on the war in Iran? President Trump posted this. There are reports that Iran is charging fees to tankers going through the Hormuz Strait. They better not be. And if they are, they better stop now. President Donald J. Trump. So, you know, this harkens back to where we were yesterday, where they came out. And there is this big story that I covered for you where, you know, the Iranians supposedly are charging a million dollars in crypto. And so the question then is, are they doing it or are they not? I spoke with and I'm not going to be able to play it here. But I interviewed E.J. and Tony last night doing fill in on a, on a station in another city. But I interviewed E.J. and Tony and he has some great perspective on this. So probably in the beginning of the six o'clock hour, we are going to play some audio from E.J. He talks a lot about, you know, it's not necessarily, it's about Iran, but it's also really about oil and when will the cost of gas and oil go back down? And I'm just going to tell you if, if we were all hoping for, you know, before the midterm elections so that it doesn't impact the midterm elections in our economy, we'll be lucky if the price of gas normalizes before 2028 because there's been a lot of damage to the infrastructure of the global oil market. So we'll have some audio, great audio from E.J. and Tony. That is coming up in the six o'clock hour here on Super Talk, 997 WTN. President Trump, apparently he is, got some video here. He is out there saying that he is looking forward to the talks and he is optimistic, apparently, about the talks with Iran that begin here in the next day or so. Tim Burchard was on News Nation. This is what he said. So do you think that a ceasefire can last or that a deal can be reached with the remaining Iran leaders in charge? I think if they want to remain alive, that they should probably start negotiating, you know, Hezbollah has been their muscle around the globe for terrorist activity. You know, there's a lot of international players involved in this. People buying their oil, of course, are funding this terrorism that apparatus Trump can knock it out pretty quick and they know it. And he's not fooling around. I don't think I would jerk this president around too much. He's not like other leaders we've had who put a mark in the sand and people just run over the top of it. He's not going to play that game and frankly America hasn't either. So that is obviously a nod to one Brock Hussein Obama. This is from NBC. The Iranian Navy released a map late Wednesday indicating it may have mined the straight outlining the designated shipping lanes and the vessels that they should use to transit safely through the Strait of Hormuz. We did talk about that yesterday. So the president, I mean, I think he might be the only one. Hey, you know what, Sam, let's do a daily Dan poll. Figure out a way that we can say, OK, so how optimistic are you on the negotiations going between America and Iran? How optimistic are you? Are you optimistic, Joan? Because Trump is putting on a really optimistic face that this is actually going to lead to a continuation of the ceasefire and ultimately lead to a peace deal. Now, look, as long as Steve Wyckoff and J.D. Vance and Jared Kushner all read the art of the deal, I think we're going to be OK. Because I trust President Trump's ability to negotiate. I trust his instinct. Yes. But he's working through intermediaries. And to that end, I think Steve Wyckoff probably knows his heart and understands who Donald Trump is more than anybody, so he could probably deliver what Donald Trump would want. But he's the negotiator. He's that guy. Do you think, Joan, that when Steve Wyckoff and J.D. Vance and Marco Rubio and everybody were applying for jobs with the Trump administration, he quizzed them as to whether or not they had read the art of the deal? What's on page 47? You know what, I'm terribly Trump. But I mean, I think- If you look at my book, you've all read my book, right? That's the accurate- My book, I wrote it. On page 47. Pop quiz. He just right there in the job interview gives them a pop quiz. But you know, here's the deal. If you want to know sort of, you know, the Trump doctrine, he's written a number of books. I have not read one. Have you read any Trump books, Joan? I have not. I haven't read any either. But the art of the deal is certainly one that will go down, you know, in the ages for, you know, a way to negotiate. And so I do believe that Iran, one of the questions that I asked E.J. Antoni, because he- And he said this on WTN2, where he said, Iran is making a boatload of money right now because, you know, essentially they're the only game in town utilizing the straight of Hormuz. So they are making a lot of money. One of my questions to E.J. Antoni was, okay, so Iran is making a lot more money than they were selling oil on the black market. Now they're just selling it. And because they're the only game in town, essentially, what's happening is that they're making a lot more money. Do you believe that they will start appreciating making all that money with the oil and decide, you know what? It's a lot better to make a boatload of money being legit and selling on the open market than it is to be the pariahs of the world. And they'll go to the straight narrow. His answer was really interesting. So all of that coming up in the six o'clock hour here on Super Talk 997. Now, coming up, Melania Trump randomly and surprisingly comes out talking about Epstein, why she did this, why she surprised Donald Trump, and a whole lot more straight ahead. Melania Trump came out rather randomly, I think, and I've got some audio only here, guys. Melania Trump came out yesterday and nobody was even really warned that she was going to do this, but she came out and started talking about Jeffrey Epstein and about how she did not meet Donald Trump through a relationship of any kind with Trump. So of any kind with Jeffrey Epstein, there have been some people, Joe, and you know that James Carville has been one that has come out and talked about how she was somebody who was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein, and that's how she met Donald Trump. And her lawyers have been knocking these down one by one. But this is what she surprisingly announced yesterday with very little warning. I do not object to their ignorance, but rather I reject their mean-spirited attempts to defame my reputation. I never been friends with Epstein. I have no questions. You only dream of other interviewers asking. And a front row seat to the most important conversations of the day. There's a show with an obsessive focus on what's good for America. You are going to love Vince. The Vince Show. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. Donald and I were invited to the same parties as Epstein from time to time, since overlapping in social circles is common in New York City and Palm Beach. To be clear, I never had a relationship with Epstein or his accomplice, Maxwell. I think number one, Joan, did you notice that she sounded nervous? Yeah, she didn't seem like, she did seem out of sorts. I don't know if she seemed nervous, but it seemed she was out of sorts. She had a tinge of anger happening. Yes. That's the vibe. I was getting that she was angry underneath of it, and maybe that's the shakiness you were hearing. Well, you know, she traditionally, she's not a big fan of dealing with the media. And I don't know if that's because she is, like English is not her first language. She's insecure about it. I don't know. But she's not a big fan of having to deal with the media in this kind of way. Here's my. My email reply to Maxwell cannot be catarised as anything more than casual correspondence. Yeah, she's talking about an email and here's the details of that email. Joan, I don't know if you saw this, but there was an email that was released and it was amongst all of the, you know, Epstein files. And so this is how Fox News and the Wall Street Journal have put this. The names of the sender and the recipient are redacted in the October 23rd of 2002 email. The message begins. Dear G. Gowane, how are you? Nice story about J. E. Jeffrey Epstein in New York Magazine. You look great on the picture that week. New York Magazine ran a now infamous story. Headlined Jeffrey Epstein, International Money Man of Mystery. The article featured a full page color illustration of Jeffrey Epstein grinning alongside Bill Clinton in front of his private jet, the Lelita Express, as the actors Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker board the aircraft. The piece included a photo of G. Gowane Maxwell with Epstein at a black tie event as well as a photo of Donald Trump and the financier chatting to a Belgian supermodel at a Victoria's Secret Party. The email, and again, it was apparently written by Melania because it does say, love Melania, the email continues. I know you are very busy flying all over the world. How is Palm Beach? I cannot wait to go down. Give me a call when you are back in New York. Have a great time. It is signed affectionately. Love Melania. So that is the email that she is. Melania Trump is talking about when she said, you know, this is just a, you know, basically a surface kind of email. My polite reply to her email doesn't amount to anything more than a tribal note. I am not Epstein's victim. Epstein did not introduce me to Donald Trump. I met my husband by chance at the New York City Party in 1998. I mean, you know, Joan, that is well documented. Like there were people that were at that party that saw them meet for the first time. So I don't know where, like, it was James Carville. Can you look that up, Sam? It was James Carville. There was a couple of other, there was a media outlet, a publication that also ran with this story. It had to do with that talent recruiter. The one guy that procured some girls from Epstein was connected to Melania and Carville made that connection. Yeah, but it was such a tenuous connection. And Carville just ran with it. I mean, I play the audio. I don't have it now, but I mean, basically Melania's lawyers, Joan, as you know, they have been on this. They've been knocking down like a James Carville. I would, for some reason, red state is popping into my head, into my head as far as another, and I probably wrong, but Sam's looking it up. But anyway, there, but there have been others who have made this sort of, as I said, tenuous connection. And the lawyers have just been like, no, no, no, no. So I think part of it is when you look at all of this, you think, OK, so why is she doing this? Why did she come out now? And decide, OK, this is what I'm going to do. I am going to have a last minute press conference. I'm not going to tell Donald Trump. By the way, do you believe that she didn't tell Trump? No. You don't believe that? No, I don't. No. Nope, I think he knew. And, you know, that's part of that protection thing that he's got to do. Yes. What do they call it? Preservation. Yeah, he didn't know about it. She did it on her own. I had nothing to do with this. Go ahead, Sam. So we know about Carville. You played that clip. Apparently Hunter Biden made claims linking Melania to Epstein, prompting legal threats from her team. Michael Wolfe, author of books like Fire and Fury Allege that Epstein was integral to Melania's social circle and suggested Epstein played a role in her meeting Donald Trump. Yeah, and her lawyers told Wolfe, you better tread lightly, dude. Threatened them with a one billion dollar libel suit. Oh boy. And then there's some anonymous and disputed witness accounts and released files mentioning modeling agent Paolo Zampoli and Epstein connections in the modeling world. So, loose connections, but, you know, causation is not correlation. Yeah, that's exactly right. Here's a little bit more from Melania Trump. The false smears about me from mean-spirited and politically-motivated individuals and entities looking to cause damage to my good name, to gain financially and climb politically must stop. My attorneys and I have fought these unfound and baseless lies with success and will continue to maintain my sound reputation without hesitation. Yeah, and it was the daily beast, not Rudd State. It was the daily beast that came out and was sued by Melania Trump, I believe, and the lawyers. And they had to print like a retraction in the whole thing. So, I mean, I think she's trying to get out in front of something, Joan, and I don't know what it would be. But I don't know where people get off just, you know, making these accusations and thinking that they can get away with it because that's pretty hardcore. Where she has said over and over again, I'm not a victim of Jeffrey Epstein. That is not how I met my husband. You can talk to all of these different people and it is documented how they met. So, I think, you know, this is one of those parts of the Epstein saga where, and I know people are going to disagree with me on this, but there are some folks, they are just never going to be convinced. And there are never going to, there's going to be people that are never going to be convinced that Melania Trump was not a victim. And that is why Donald Trump, one of the reasons why Donald Trump is trying to hide this whole thing. I mean, that's part of the dynamic here. I got one more sound bite. Here it is. Now is the time for Congress to act. Epstein was not alone. Several prominent male executives resigned from their powerful positions after this matter became widely politicized. Of course, this doesn't amount to guilt, but we still must work openly and transparently to uncover the truth. I call on Congress to provide the women who have been victimized by Epstein with the public hearing specifically centered around the survivors. Give these victims their opportunity to testify under oath in front of Congress with the power of sworn testimony. Each and every woman should have her day to tell her story in public if she wishes, and then her testimony should be permanently entered into the congressional record. Then, and only then, we will have the truth. Thank you. And she didn't take any questions. Yeah, when she turned away as they were shouting questions at her, she gave a look. It's that over the shoulder, out of the corner of my eye, look at the press. So one of the things that I thought was interesting, so the victims now are angry, some of them, because they feel like the first lady is diverting attention from their suffering and protecting those in power after she called on Congress to hold hearings with the victim. Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein have already shown extraordinary courage by coming forward, filing reports and giving testimony, read the statement by their lawyers, signed by 15 women who have accused Epstein of sex trafficking, asking more of them now is a deflection of responsibility, not justice. They go on to accuse Melania of shifting the burden onto survivors under politicized conditions that protect those in power, the Department of Justice, law enforcement, prosecutors and the Trump administration, which has still not fully complied with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. So I don't understand it. The only thing that I can think of is that they're upset because when or if they're called in to testify, they would have to be under oath. Like is that the problem? And that puts them in an awkward position because some of these folks, some of these ladies have signed like non-disclosure agreements. You know what I mean? Like they put them in an awkward position because they don't want to testify under oath. They also feel like they've already given enough information. I mean, it's just, unfortunately, they need the sworn testimony, though. That's the corroborating evidence when it comes to making charges stick to someone. You can't just say it was that guy and not be willing to swear to it. Yeah. I mean, there's some people that are saying the victims have to, and this is not my words, but some people have said, you know, put up a shut up, you know, like do it under oath. So I mean, there is that aspect of it as well. I think that, you know, the whole PAM Bondi not coming in, we didn't even talk about this, but PAM Bondi, you know, not coming in to give any kind of a testimony. I think that is something that they're angry about, you know, deservedly so. Some of these victims have legal reasons or perhaps have legal reasons why they can't come in and testify under oath. It is agreed that it would be difficult for them to come in and testify before Congress. Now, that's not to say that they haven't spoke to members of Congress, but coming in, testifying under oath. And I think, see me personally, and I don't know, Joan, you may feel differently about this, but me personally, I would think that they would want to testify under oath to get their story out there, to get it, you know, sort of on the record, officially under oath. Maybe that would be enough to, you know, start getting some of these guys, you know, charged and then have their trial and then if they're found guilty, spend some time in jail. You would think that these women would be out there going, oh, right, finally somebody's coming out and saying, let's get it going. Right. So I get this feeling that the 15 that signed that are 15 never Trump or haters, you know, TDS syndrome people that no matter what happens and especially if the Trumps are involved, they're going to hate them. So, you know, I thought she did her part there. Yeah, let me ask it this way. When they're sworn in, like if they did, they came in, they testified under oath and all that. I think that that would add an element of credibility to their claims, not that they need any more credibility. I don't think that anyone is denying what happened, but, you know, that really just puts a punctuation on it. Yes, I am testifying under oath in front of God and everybody. This is what happened. Now go get them. Yes. To me, that's how I would see it. But again, their concern is, look, we've been dealing with this for years and they would say that we still don't have all the files. Pam Bondi is refusing to come in and talk about the files, etc. And they feel like the onus is once again being put on them to do what, you know, they honestly, they feel like they've done over and over again. And now they want, you know, Congress and some of these other folks to, you know, really just pick up the ball and run with it now that they've given the information and the interviews that they have given, albeit not necessarily under oath and in front of Congress. So I don't know. It's going to be interesting to see what it is that comes down in the next couple of days because that's what people are saying. There is something that is about to drop that is going to, you know, make Melania perhaps look bad. I think the TDSers out there and the folks that hate Donald Trump also hate Melania and they'll do anything that they possibly can to try to take this president down. So maybe that's part of it. I don't know. Do you have any parting shots on this, Joan? No, I think you covered it. I just think that there's that look that she gave to the press as she was walking away said to me that I see you. I know what you're about to put out about me and I've just covered my butt. So if you do, you're going to get it. All right. Yeah, like a warning. Like a warning shot. Absolutely. 500 orders a month was manageable. 5,000 is madness.
