Summary

Mark Levin discusses escalating anti-Semitism and Islamist threats in Europe and America, critiques the Democratic Party's transformation, and celebrates Supreme Court and Florida legislature victories on voting rights redistricting that reject race-based congressional districts.

Insights
  • Anti-Semitism has reached crisis levels in Western democracies, with synagogues requiring armed security and Jewish citizens facing unprecedented street violence, signaling broader civilizational decline
  • The Democratic Party has been fundamentally captured by Marxist and Islamist elements, making it unrecognizable to traditional working-class and minority constituencies who built it
  • Race-based congressional redistricting, defended by Democrats as civil rights protection, actually limits minority representation by concentrating voters rather than nominating diverse candidates across districts
  • The Reagan-era CIA model of arming internal resistance movements remains the most effective strategy for regime change without direct military intervention, yet is underutilized against Iran
  • Media and podcast personalities attacking Trump while claiming conservative credentials are grifters serving foreign interests and Democratic objectives, not genuine political opposition
Trends
Weaponization of civil rights law (Voting Rights Act) by progressive parties to entrench partisan power rather than protect minority voting rightsNormalization of anti-Semitic rhetoric and violence in major Western cities as governments fail to prosecute hate crimes proportionallyIdeological capture of major institutions (courts, media, academia) by Marxist-Islamist coalition, creating unified opposition to constitutional governanceShift from constitutional equal protection to equity-based redistribution as organizing principle of progressive governanceRise of internal resistance movements and proxy warfare as preferred U.S. foreign policy tool against authoritarian regimesFragmentation of conservative movement between MAGA populists and establishment neoconservatives competing for influence and fundingDemographic replacement concerns driving European and American political realignment around immigration and cultural preservationJudicial pushback against executive overreach and unconstitutional legislation as courts become primary check on progressive governance

He's here. Now broadcasting from the underground command post, deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick and steel of a nondescript building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Thank you. Thank you. Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number, 877-381-3811, 877-381-3811. There's a ton of consequential events, court decisions, other things going on today and we're going to try and cover all of it. But I want to begin with something that well, I want to talk to people of goodwill which is you in this audience. Which is our program directors our general managers the people who own our stations, run our stations you folks are listening to us on AM and FM radio on satellite radio our dear friends there maybe you're listening online maybe you're listening to the simulcast on the podcast or the program first I want to thank all of you for allowing me to have this platform the audience that I have I know I'm blessed but I want to tell you something I consider us a very big family I really do many of us have been together a very long time I hope I've earned your trust over the years I've always respected you and appreciated you you're great patriots all but what's going on around the world and what's going on in this country is very dark it's very grave and it's getting worse by the day URP has been conquered first it was the left labor liberal Marxists who paved the way for the Islamists Islamists are eating away at the soul and the heart of Great Britain they're destroying France they're metastasizing throughout Europe and the question is whether Europe has the ability or the will to do anything about it I don't believe it does I don't believe it does I remember when the kids were young, we used to go to Britain. It was the safest industrial society on the face of the earth. You could walk the streets at two in the morning. Any one of their cities or towns, and we did. Just 25 years ago. Today, they would cut my throat. they would know who I am, they would know I'm Jewish, and they'd cut my throat. The same in France. The same in places like Amsterdam. There's simply no question about it. and history does repeat itself, and that could be a big problem when we're talking about the 1930s and 40s. I'm talking to you from my heart and my mind right now. The situation now is grave and getting worse. In our country, what's taking place, we've never seen anything like it before, ever. Ever. Jews walking down the street, particularly if they're Orthodox Jews and they're wearing keepers or Star David or what have you. the rabbis with long beards and their dark jackets and their hats are now all targets there's not a synagogue in the United States of America that is not spending a small fortune on security so many now are putting bulletproof windows in their temples they have armed guards both outside and inside to protect the children during the week and the parishioners on Friday night and Saturday it's not a joke the local police know exactly what I'm talking about because they're now, as part of the routine, driving by these Jewish facilities and Jewish temples to try and make sure the people there are safe. The headquarters of the Chabad movement, the largest growing Orthodox movement in the country, was directly attacked a month ago. We have Marxists on the left, Democrats, Bernie Sanders, and so many others, I can't name them all, who continue to stoke the flames, of Jew hatred, of America hatred, and notice they do the two together. Because it's no secret. America has been a blessing to Jews and all minorities, an absolute blessing. It's been a blessing to the Christians who founded it, who barely exist in the Middle East. as they've been wiped out and pushed out from the Holy Land, which is as much theirs as anybody else's. One European capital after another has been devoured, conquered by a crusade, a jihadi Islamist crusade. and the weakness of the West, of the left in the West, labor parties, liberal parties, Democrat Party, literally opening their borders to anybody who wants to come in, literally bringing people into the country by the hundreds of thousands from parts of the world where there's civil wars, where there's no respect for human life, where women are treated like like dirt, covering their faces, head to toe with a few slots where they can look out if they're allowed to leave their homes. You see on the internet these women being beaten horribly, just beaten. young girls being raped two reports out now that Hamas their imams have been raping little boys not getting a lot of public attention they've been raping widows and little girls and selling them into slavery this is an ideology the jihadi Islamist ideology which will destroy us and it will come to you it will be at your front door it will follow you it's not a benign ideology it's not a live or let live ideology you're the enemy people learn from infancy on to hate to attack to victimize to rape and to kill and I understand that we're not allowed to talk about it I do I understand that I risk a lot when I do talk about it personally and professionally I got it, I do know I understand but I can't be quiet I can't be silent somebody has to speak out somebody I can't live with myself if I don't I want to thank you in this audience because you understand this you have stuck with me through thick and thin I want to thank the radio stations the program directors the general managers, the ownership you have stuck by me through thick and thin I want to thank our sponsors but most of all I want to thank you you know exactly what I'm talking about you see it too go on the internet when this show is over and take a look at what's happening to black Christians in Africa it'll turn your stomach they're not attacking Jews in Africa they're attacking black Christians black jihadi Islamists you see it doesn't matter what race you are it just matters that you're not a jihadi Islamist they kill Muslims they kill Christians they kill Jews they kill gays they kill, kill, kill, kill that's what they do we've never quite figured out in the free world how to deal with this we're so proper, aren't we? we don't want to offend, do we? No. That wouldn't look good. Wouldn't sound good. Might get a bad editorial out of the New York Times or the Washington Post. Might become persona non grata. Peace, love, unity. What about evil? The Bible speaks of evil. There's a lot of evil in the Bible. What does God tell us to do, Christian and Jew? Just pretend it doesn't exist? Why does God's word in the Bible warn us about evil? there was a truly great chief rabbi in Britain Jonathan Katz he died relatively young a few years back during COVID but he had cancer in his low 70s my wife reads his writings all the time and from time to time she has me read them. And he said, and I'll paraphrase, when people say to him, how did you, God, allow the Holocaust to happen? He said, God didn't allow the Holocaust to happen. Human beings did. Where was humanity? where was humanity where is humanity today in the Congo, in the Sudan, in Nigeria where is humanity today in Syria where is humanity today in Iran we talk about stopping them from getting nuclear weapons that's right but what about the slaughter of the people that's going on where is humanity today in these neighborhoods and communities all throughout Britain, France, and the rest of Europe Where's the humanity in New York City? Where you can see, first slow but at a more rapid pace, the biggest city in America is being devoured right before our eyes. I'll be right back. Mark Levin. I want to share two stories it seems the mainstream media hasn't connected. Story one, the U.S. Treasury's own 2025 financial report, it shows $6 trillion in assets and $47 trillion in liabilities. You know, that's a negative net worth over $41 trillion. Since 2021, gold prices have gone up, like the U.S. debt has gone up, and they moved to near lockstep. The market already knows. Story two, in 2025, global gold demand passed 5,000 tons for the first time ever. Meanwhile, mine production grew just 1%. You can see the supply can't meet the demand, and you can't print gold. That's why I trust Monetary Gold. 26 years, 50,000 clients, AAA Better Business Bureau rating, every fee disclosed up front. Call Monetary Gold at 877-NOW-GOLD or visit MarkLovesGold.com for your free gold and silver guide. That's 877-NOW-GOLD or visit MarkLovesGold.com. Performance may vary. You should always consult your financial and tax professional. If you're Jewish and you think you're going to find support in the Democrat Party, those days are over. There's a reason why the Islamists and the Marxists run as Democrats. Because they're welcome in that party. They've taken it over. that's already happened the Democrat party has in fact been devoured you have seven Jews in the Senate who voted to prevent Israel from having the ability to purchase parts for the Iron Dome seven of them the leading person trying to topple Israel is Bernie Sanders, a Stalinist Jew Of course, they're not the only ones. You've got AOC and the others, but that party is gone. Absolutely gone. We'll be right back. And since 2021, gold prices have tracked U.S. debt almost perfectly. Fact two, in 2025, global gold demand crossed 5,000 tons for the first time in history. Investment demand jumped 84 percent, and mine production rose just 1 percent. When governments print their way through insolvency, paper weakens and often real assets rise. This is why people call monetary gold the best of the best. 26 years, 50,000 clients, AAA Better Business Bureau rating, no hidden fees. Call Monetary Gold right now. 877-NOW-GOLD or go to marklovesgold.com for your free gold and silver guide. That's 877-NOW-GOLD or visit marklovesgold.com. Performance may vary. You should always consult your financial and tax professional. You're listening to Denali, the great one. The great one. And you can call in now, 877-381-3811. The Democrat Party is gone. It's why Alan Dershowitz has left it. It's why others are leaving it. And now they want to defeat it. Because they know it's not their party anymore. It's been taken over. If anybody can hear me who's still a Democrat, you need to ask yourself why. If you're a blue-collar worker, a union member, a truck driver, an electrician, a plumber, work at a pizza parlor, whoever you are, if you're Catholic or Jewish or evangelical or whatever you are, that is a party that is your nemesis and that is embracing a new constituency, one that they've brought into the country and one that they have indoctrinated in our colleges and universities. You have absolutely nothing in common with this changed Democrat party. You have nothing in common. And yet we still have people who go to the polls and they vote Democrat because that's all they know. That's all they know. Their parents voted Democrat. Their parents' parents voted Democrat. or they think Democrats are believers in civil liberties and welfare and all the rest. This is a very diabolical party. It is nothing what you think it used to be. Nothing. And really the only thing that stands against them now are people like me, president, others conservatives unfortunately I constantly get notes and texts and emails telling me I agree with you but there is no but sometimes you got to stand up and do what's right I've always tried to do that it was raised that way whatever the costs whatever the consequences. Tonight, Tucker Carlson is doing a podcast trashing me. A neocon who's got so much power. I'm in charge of foreign policy. I threaten our Bill of Rights. The guy's a sick bastard. And the sooner most people figure it out, the better. That's it. We have got to defend ourselves against people like him and others. They're grifting, they're becoming wealthy or wealthier, and they have no respect for you whatsoever. What do you think Rush Limbaugh would say? What do you think Milton Friedman would say? What do you think Bill Buckley would say? Or Barry Goldwater? Or Ronald Reagan? They'd say exactly what Donald Trump has said. about these people. He's banished them. He's taken them on. Because he knows they're poison. This Jew hatred, this obsession with Jews, this obsession with Israel and Netanyahu, this obsession with Sharia law, promoting it, trashing Christianity, trashing our own country. That's not us, America. That's not you and me. We love our country. This extreme isolationism, where we can't even defend ourselves. We're not even allowed to prevent a nation that says they want to destroy us from getting a nuclear weapon. If not now, when? After they get a nuclear weapon? That doesn't sound like us. That sounds like Bernie Sanders. That sounds like the Marxists and the Islamists. Not you and me. I got contacted today. I was told that the New York Times wants me to respond to Tucker Carlson. I don't even think about that jackass anymore. No, respond to Tucker Carlson. What's that? He says, you pressure Trump to go to war with Iran. And You were pressuring Trump to take Marco Rubio as vice president and pressuring him against taking J.D. Vance. How do I respond? So I have to now respond to this mental patient all the time? Let me take the second one first. I had no involvement whatsoever in the president's decision for or against anybody. Was I even involved in that, Mr. Producer? Never. not once if I said something publicly or wrote something whatever it is, it is there was no pressure, there was no lobbying of any kind and yet Carlson lobbied apparently for J.D. and his kid got over there guy lobbies and pressures and pressures and lobby and he cues everybody doing what he does now as for the war I never pressured the president to do anything I give my opinion I've given my opinion about Iran before he was president between the time he was president and he's president again I've communicated it with you I've communicated it on Fox I've put it in writing, I've put it in my books is somebody missing something? where I stand is pretty clear the fact that a isolationist who was texting with the Iranian enemy apparently before we attacked him doesn't like it that's his damn problem that's his damn problem I've explained June a thousand times, the president wanted to speak with me, I gave him my opinion I not going to discuss what was discussed but you would know what I discussed wouldn you But that meeting occurred because he wanted to meet with me And if I wanted to meet with him so what And if I wanted to sit down with him, so what? And if I wanted to pick up the phone, so what? But I haven't. But it's all beside the point. can you think of anything that Tucker Carlson has said or written that is important that is profound that has improved the nation that is a policy that you like can you? and not just him the whole woke Reich who are they? what have they done? they're like 5th graders constantly shooting spitballs at everybody. What have they done? And yet, if they succeed, we lose. And if we lose, the country's done. The country's done. It's over. And so I stand up to them. I stand up to the Marxists. I stand up to the Islamist. Not because I want a pat on the back of the head. I don't need a pat on the back of the head. Because God has given me a microphone and a camera and a mouth to say what I need to say. All right, now there's some big things other than all this that have taken place today. Big things. but before I go to that I have a fantastic Liberty's Voice video podcast out for anybody who wants to listen to it and share it with others, I hope you will on Rumble and on YouTube and I deal with the culture rot the war on the culture the fact that we're losing in many respects because we're not promoting our ideas and our beliefs and our principles while the other side is doing all of that They're brainwashing chunks of the public. They're brainwashing. And we are not pushing back. We are not pushing back with our ideas about liberty and individualism and rights. And humanity. Cut one from Liberty's Voice. Go. What's happening to our culture is it's being destroyed from within. If we're not learning things, if we're not informing ourselves, if we don't have a base of knowledge and aren't interested in gaining more, if we don't use ideas and our principles to confront the tyranny that surround us and is devouring us, whether it's the Islamist ideology. Islamists have knowledge. It's very myopic. It's fundamentalist. But they have knowledge. They know what it is they want to do. The Marxists have knowledge. They've read the Communist Manifesto, and they think they know everything about everything. I mean, it's this thick, the Communist Manifesto. They think they know everything about it. And man, they want to impose it on us. That's why you can be as dumb as a doorknob and spew the slogans and still debate. We actually have to be smarter and more informed to unravel what it is that these people are pushing. I'm trying to reach, I'm live now, as many people as I can on every platform I can. I'm trying to build up AM and FM radio. I'm trying to build up the rational podcast system. I'm trying to fuse the two audiences and grow the two platforms. But I can't do it myself. And then there's this from today's Liberty's Voice. Cut to go. When you hear Amandami speak, when you hear Bernie Sanders speak, they're always pushing ideas. Horrific, deadly, inhumane ideas dressed up as the opposite. But they're always pushing ideas. And our ideas are better than their ideas. Our ideas provide life and liberty and individuality and free will, accomplishment and success and merit. Our ideas view human beings as human beings. We've got so many great ideas, so many great thinkers and philosophers and scholars. But we can't push back with nothing. Did you hear what Ernie Grabowski said today on the podcast? Who cares? Did you hear what this guy said and that guy said and this one over here? Did you hear what she said about Erica and what this one said about Levin and this one said about Trump and this one said, okay, that's called gossip. This isn't even entertainment, what these people are doing. It's rubbernecking. It's a car accident. Mm-hmm. And I wrote a piece over at the Daily Wire today. If you want to check that out, we have linked to that as well. You have to put in your email, but it doesn't cost you anything. They don't harass you. They don't ask you for anything. They just want to make sure you are who you say you are, and that's available there too. So I've written about it today. I've done my podcast on it today. I've done my opening statement on it today. And so I've addressed this, and I'm going to address it the rest of time. Because these dangers are right in front of our face. We've said never again. But there will be again if we don't expose it, define it, identify it, and confront it. I'll be right back. Mark Levin. Folks, Mark Levin here with exciting news on launch of our third season of On the Front Lines, my original podcast series in partnership with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Now, this season's premiere episode, Faith and Fellowship in a Changing World, confronts the moment we're living in right now, a world shaken by escalating conflict, rising anti-Semitism, and a growing effort to push faith out of public life. Joining me once again is Yael Ekstein, President and CEO of the Fellowship, as we go beyond the headlines to examine what these times demand of people who still believe in truth, moral clarity, and the Judeo-Christian values that built free societies. We'll explore historic parallels, the spiritual roots of today's hatred, and why fellowship between Christians and Jews matters now more than ever, not as politics, but as conviction and obedience. On the Front Lines isn't about staying silent, it's about standing firm. Find the new season of On the Front Lines on the Mark Levin Show podcast feed, wherever you get your podcasts. This is the former Attorney General 15 Rich for England and Wales, Michael Ellis. He's on Great Britain News this morning. Because two Jewish men were almost stabbed to death. by an Islamist connected to the Iranian government. One of them was in his 70s. Did absolutely nothing. This is going on throughout England. Synagogues are being firebombed. Jews are being attacked. I mean, viciously attacked, brutalized, even in their own communities. And here's what he said. Cut 15, go. Why is this government being so lackluster, almost, in my view, enabling? I think it's appeasement. No, no, I don't think it's so much naivete as it is appeasement. I think we're into the territory now where we have a national emergency in this country when it comes to anti-Semitism and the prevalence of it. And the opinions, as we heard from Gideon Falter of the charity campaign against anti-Semitism, where so many people have been radicalized. We are into that territory. Now, only a few days ago, Kemi Badenok gave an interview on the topic of anti-Semitism. And she said as a black woman in this country, she had never seen the level of racism, discrimination, intimidation and attacks that had been directed at the Jewish community. And she said it was approaching that national emergency level. I think we are there. There was an incident only a few days ago, which people may have seen online, where an identifiably Jewish person was just going about his work in Berkshire and someone assailed him with threats of violence. Jewish people are starting to feel and have actually felt this way for some time now that they cannot go about their business without the risk of the sort of assault that even in apartheid South Africa would not have happened to black people. And frankly, is totally unacceptable. We're in the territory now where we have to ask ourselves some very hard questions because I'm afraid that this is a failure of the state. it's not just about individuals the state is failing to protect one of our minority communities and by the way a very small minority community even in the Golders Green area it's only about 50 percent Jewish but the reality is the state is failing Jewish people are eight times more likely to be the victims of of a racist attack than for example the Muslim community eight times more likely despite having a much smaller population. And yet the Crown Prosecution Service have been failing for a variety of reasons to prosecute those sorts of offences. We've seen failed prosecutions. And then when we have seen arrests, which haven't been frequent enough, and we've seen prosecutions, which again haven't been frequent enough, sometimes the courts have also let us down and as a former attorney general that causes me considerable distress because the courts have also failed to pass commensurate sentences and deal with these matters properly in many cases it simply isn't good enough julia hartley brewer on talk tv in london today cut 16 go let's stop importing people from countries where anti-semitism is the norm. Maybe that would be good. Let's stop having hate preachers coming to mosques and stuff online where you're basically normalising this of thinking about of Jewish people as somehow both ruling the world but also being subnormal. Why don't we not have people on the streets of London every fortnight on a Saturday freely walking through our city with the most outrageous, outrageous anti-Semitic banners and charts calling for the annihilation of the only Jewish state in the world from the river to the sea, globalise the Intifada. That's what it means. Globalise the Intifada means kill Jews everywhere. That's what it means. And if our London mayor, Sadiq Khan, in his infinite wisdom and belief in diversity, thinks that's the sort of diverse view that it's OK to have on the streets of London and the police don't get involved, don't be shocked and don't you bloody dare claim to be shocked or upset or care about Jewish people being stabbed on the streets of our capital city in broad daylight. This is on you. Good God. There's a lot to get to. The Supreme Court issued a fantastic decision today. They're under attack by Hakeem Jeffries and the radical left. By Hakeem Jeffries and the radical left. And there's other great things going on. and we'll be right back. This segment of the podcast is exclusively sponsored by Pure Talk. Now broadcasting from the underground command post, deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick and steel of a nondescript building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Hello, Mark. 877-381-3811. That's our number. 877-381-3811. One more audio, and I didn't want to jump into some of these legal cases. The Supreme Court had a great ruling today. The Florida legislature did something great today. The Virginia State Supreme Court did something very good yesterday. See, ladies and gentlemen, we're not the only ones that think the Democrats, the Democrats are the ones who don't abide by the Constitution. The Democrats are the ones who want to destroy our governing system. We're not the only ones. I just want you to notice, the courts are constantly putting the Democrats in check. Constantly. And the Supreme Court's constantly having to put the lower courts in check. Constantly. Sarah Jacobs is a Democrat from Connecticut. Democrat from Connecticut. And there's the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, who's doing a hell of a job. I couldn't be prouder of him. Couldn't be prouder. And he's up there. He's having to deal with the Democrats. You would think the Democrats are representing the Islamo-Nazi regime in Tehran the way they talk. And I think they are. Endlessly trying to undermine our war effort for political gain. So here's Sarah Jacobs to Pete Hegseth. Cut, five, go. I want you to know this is not a partisan thing. In fact, many, many Democrats have had, many, many Republicans have had these same questions. Marjorie Taylor Greene said he's out of control and he's gone insane. Candace Owens said the 25th Amendment needs to be invoked. Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson, who you used to work with, Alex Jones, Stephanie Grisham, the lifts could go on. So how do I explain to my constituents that while they are in harm's way, their commander in chief is posting these unhinged posts? All right, stop a second. Now, of course, it's a stupid question, but what she's trying to do there is get those names in. Because the people she mentioned are useful idiots for the Democrats. These podcasters and others who pretend to represent you and me, they don't represent you and me. They've never been MAGA. They've never been conservatives. They've been flakes and fruits and kooks and all the rest of it. And all the rest of it. They're grifters. and now they've they are in common cause with the democrats and the left as i keep telling you you should be disgusted with these people you shouldn't be paying for anything you shouldn't be watching them anymore they shouldn't be getting rich off of us we the american people go ahead please your constituents what happened on october or what happened in afghanistan or what happened with the debacle and the withdrawal in Afghanistan where the troops were left. How did you explain that to Joe Biden's leadership? How did you explain that to the Marines that didn't get medals, that we restored their medals because of that disaster's withdrawal in Afghanistan? Did you explain that to your constituents when Joe Biden was asleep at the wheel and he had an AWOL secretary of defense? I don't think you did. Now, she really doesn't want him to answer the question, but I just want you to understand the dynamics that are going on here, ladies and gentlemen. I just want you to understand it. That the Marxists and the Islamists and the woke Reich, R-E-I-C-H, they're one and the same for 80% of what's going on in this country. They're trashing our country. They're trashing MAGA. They're trashing the president. They're trashing conservatives. Many of you are in the Tea Party. They're trashing regular, hardworking Americans. You never hear them talking about the Islamists. Ever. The only thing they ever say about Iran is, it's our fault that we've decided to stop Iran from building nuclear weapons to blow us off the face of the earth. They sound just like the Islamists and the Marxists. They never support the president. They never have a nice word to say about the president. They're saying the most hateful things about him. That's why he has essentially thrown them out. He's had enough of them. I've had enough of them. We've all had enough of them. What do you think Rush would say? Or Buckley would say? Or Milton Friedman would say? Or Barry Goldwater would say? Or the people who we've always respected? These people are not conservatives. They're not make America great again. They keep talking down our country and talking up the enemy. For money. They're not getting money directly. they're getting money from the foreigners who are watching and listening. And the bots, the numbers, just need to keep going up. The whole business model is wrong. Someday, someway, we need to look at the business model on these social platforms. We need to look at the business model for these podcasters. Because they seem to be appealing to the Taliban in Afghanistan in the caves and the mountains. Because if you're one of them and you're listening to Tucker Carlson, You're applauding every damn day. There's a big Supreme Court decision today. A big decision, a gutsy decision, and I want to give credit to the six Republican appointing justices for standing together and doing the right thing. The Voting Rights Act of 1965, some people call it the Civil Rights Act of 1965. It was never, ever, ever intended. to allow states to create congressional districts based on race. It was the opposite. Because they were trying to break the segregationists in the South so that the districts wouldn't be based on race. But the Democrats, what they decided is they want to get as many Democrats in there as they can. and they treat certain races in a way where they just expect them to vote Democrat. And they're concerned if you have too many black people who are in districts that are majority white, they can't win. So they have a great idea. Let's use the Civil Rights Act of 1965, the Voting Rights Act. let's use it to advance the Democrat Party not to eliminate racism to advance the Democrat Party the opinion was written by the great Sam Alito with really two great concurring opinions one in particular Clarence Thomas you know what Thomas said? he said this should never have happened. We shouldn't even have to be dealing with this. This was never what the Voting Rights Act said. And for over 60 years, that's how the left has wanted it to be viewed. But as Alito also pointed out, we have precedent on the Supreme Court that we're not supposed to make decisions based on race. So what's the test, Mark? The test is, if you can demonstrate, if you can actually demonstrate that districts are created to prevent minorities from having a right, then you got a case of discrimination. So if you can demonstrate that the intent, that the intent was to prevent an opportunity for a black person to get elected or a brown person to get elected or a gay person to get elected. If you can demonstrate that the intent of the legislature was to prevent them from getting elected. And you need to bring the goods. You can't just make the allegation. Then you got a case. But the courts cannot order, and legislatures cannot, in their own benefit if they're Democrat majority, create discriminatory districts. And so every story I've read about this has said Louisiana is about one-third black, they have six congressional seats, and now they're only going to have one. Which is exactly what the Supreme Court's saying. was anything done to prevent a black person from running or even have an opportunity to win? Were the districts set up for the purpose of preventing specifically black people from winning? No. They said you haven't provided us with any evidence of this whatsoever. It's a good decision. It was the intent of the 1965 Voting Rights slash Civil Rights Act. a colorblind society which the Democrats do not accept anymore. They do not accept it anymore. All they think about is color all the time. All the time. And they use it as a cudgel to try and get out, quote unquote, their base, to try and get out their voters. And then they claim that these are the right wingers, you know, who are doing this. The right wingers. I don't think you can call some of these justices right-wingers. But that's the game that they play. And we have Hakeem Jeffries here somewhere, Mr. Producer. Cut 27, go. Cut 27? It's not working. Well, maybe it's better than he's silent. Well, if we get it to work, let me know. What he does, and it's terrible. This guy puts more lighter fluid on the flame than anybody else. This is Hakeem Jeffries. All right, here it is. Go. Today's decision by this illegitimate Supreme Court. Okay, stop. So the Supreme Court, he says, is illegitimate now. by this illegitimate Supreme Court. You see what I mean? This guy stokes hate, stokes violence, tries to undermine our institutions unless the institutions deliver him what he wants. It used to be he didn't talk this way about the court. But they go after individual justices. They try to destroy them. Clarence Thomas, case number one. Sam Alito, case number two. Kavanaugh, case number three Gorsuch, case number four they've tried to destroy all those men in one way or another, in one form or another now they want to pack the court so they can get the result they want that's Stalinist that's the old Soviet Union, that's a joke but that's what they're up to so this illegitimate court Now it's an illegitimate court if they don't discriminate based on race. Go ahead. Today's decision by this illegitimate Supreme Court majority strikes a blow against the Voting Rights Act and is designed to undermine the ability of communities of color all across this country to elect their candidate of choice. Now let me tell you a little secret, ladies and gentlemen. I've been involved in these arguments almost my whole adult life on the Civil Rights Acts of 64 and 65, and this in particular, the voting rights. When you assign seats based on race, you're actually limiting the number of black people who will serve in Congress. Do you understand what I'm saying? because if the Democrat Party is concerned about blacks voting, then it should nominate black people in largely Democrat districts that may be largely white. But they don't do that. They don't do that. So it is they who are preventing more blacks, literally, from getting elected to the House of Representatives as they twist the Voting Rights Act. What they want is an assurance, an assurance that a community votes based on race, not content. There are plenty of Democrat districts in this country, all over the country, that are majority white districts. So why don't they nominate the Democrat Party, more minorities, to run for these seats? that would solve it wouldn't it? but they don't because they have a fiefdom within the Democrat Party that's the dirty little secret that's the dirty little secret you've got some of these white Democrats that have represented districts forever Stempy Hoyer is a perfect example Prince George's County part of it his district is largely minority He's retiring now. He's a caucuside. Probably be replaced by a black person. For decades, that was Hoyer's seat. Period. And they weren't going to move it. So why didn't they nominate a black person? Or a Hispanic person? In what is largely a black district. And I can go on and on throughout the country. But why do you even have to have a majority black district? Why don't they run a majority white district? Why don't they run a black nominee in a majority white district that's also a majority Democrat district? Why don't they do that? Because the white Democrats don want it The white liberal Democrats don want it That the dirty little secret And so they're more than happy, the Democrats, to say, we created a black district. You can have five white districts, we created a black district. That's not the law. What the Supreme Court is saying, why? Why don't you have more nominees of different colors and different faiths? You claim to care about these things. They didn't say this. I'm saying this. But that's what they mean. Now, has anybody else in media explained this to you? Has anybody on network TV explained this to you? Has anybody on cable other than I, have they explained this to you? No. And they're not going to. Go ahead with Hakeem, please. We're not here to step back. We're here to fight back. Now, when this decision came out earlier today, it's an unacceptable decision, but not an unexpected decision, because this isn't even really the Roberts court. It's the Trump court. Yes. All right. So now it's the Trump court. It's not the Roberts court. They're all a bunch of toadies and lapdogs up there. They don't think for themselves. See, when you have a guy who wants to be speaker who talks this way and won't have a debate, why don't you have a debate on the substance, why you think there ought to be these minority districts and how that helps minorities as opposed to people like me and all those civil libertarians that pushed and voted for the 1965 Voting Rights Act, that our country shouldn't be treated that way. We shouldn't have segregated congressional district. That's for blacks. That's for whites. That's for Hispanics. That's contrary to the spirit and the purpose of the 1965 Voting Rights Act slash Civil Rights Act. Why not have that debate rather than lie? The courts are legitimate. They're out to get black people. It's not the Roberts court. It's the Trump court. I'll be right back. Mark Levin. Paying $70, $80, $90 a month to big wireless for unlimited data is insanity. Every single story I've read about this, this case, including at National Review, Well, you know, about 30% of the people in Louisiana are black. What does that have to do with it? So why doesn't the Democrat Party nominate more black people to run? Why don't they do that? Even in districts that aren't a majority black. Now keep in mind, there's one district that is a majority black. so the lower court and the circuit court ordered the Republican legislature to make a second there would be 2 out of 6 majority black because it's 30% black in the state and writing for the majority Alito and the others said no no no that's not how that law is supposed to work that's not how that law is supposed to work if there are districts set up that are truly intended to prevent minorities, including black people, of course, from being nominated or winning, that's a different story. Paying $70, $80, $90 a month to big wireless for unlimited data is insanity, especially when Pure Talk, my wireless company, is going to give you unlimited high-speed data for just $34.99 a month. Call him now at 877-381-3811. Okay. So we have the U.S. Supreme Court decision, 6-3. And of course the Democrats are furious because they like having these race-based districts. rather than coming into the 21st century, the party that claims to represent black people and other minorities, nominating more of them in districts that are marginally Democrat or even more so Democrat, you're not required to nominate white people. And yet that's what they do. and that's counter to what the intent of the 1965 Voting Rights Act was all about. And yet, as the court said, if any of these maps show up and they intentionally prevent a minority from having an opportunity to vote or to have one nominated or so forth and so on, to have an opportunity, that's a different story. that's a different story. But that's not what we're talking about, the court said. You don't have black districts and white districts and maybe Muslim districts and Jewish, no. No. Then we have the Virginia Supreme Court. Yesterday I just wanted to make clear what took place there. They blocked the certification of the redistricting vote. and over at Cardinal News they said, well what does this mean? Is this a sign a ruling is imminent? Is it a sign the court will toss out the election or is this simply a sign that the court wants to issue a thoughtful ruling and not piecemeal things? Writes Dwayne Yancey, the Virginia Supreme Court issued a brief order Tuesday that had more words in the styling of the case than it did in the substance but the five words at the end were enough to throw Virginia's political world into a tizzy. Quote, the court denies this motion, unquote. That is to lift the injunction. The main thing to note before we dive into this speculation is that there are multiple lawsuits that have been filed challenging this week's special election on a constitutional amendment that allows Virginia to redraw its congressional districts. The main ones have come through a lower court in Tazewell County where a very brave judge, Circuit Judge Jack Hurley Jr., has ruled the election unconstitutional. unconstitutional. Weeks ago, the Supreme Court said it would let the election go forward and rule on the legal questions after the vote. Well, we're now after the vote. On Monday, the state Supreme Court heard all our arguments in what were called the Tazewell Case 1. This is a group of Republican state legislators who have sued. It's formally styled Scott v. McDougal on appeal, but it's easy to remember as Tazewell 1, Tazewell 2 case because they're coming through this particular county and judge. Involves a suit by the Republican National Committee and some of Virginia's Republican House members. And last week, as part of the Tazewell 2 case, Judge Hurley issued an order blocking certification of the election. Attorney General Jay Jones appealed. Now, this Attorney General, he's the one who said he would have loved to see the prior Attorney General and his wife and his kids killed or something to that effect. And there's a perfect example. Virginia is overwhelmingly a majority white state The Attorney General is black The Deputy Attorney General is Islamic Excuse me, the Deputy Excuse me, the Lieutenant Governor The Lieutenant Governor You look at South Carolina Tim Scott, it's a majority white state Significant black population But a majority white state he's the senator. He's the senator. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court of Virginia, without explanation, issued an order rejecting the appeal. That means Hurley's order stays in place, and the state is unable to certify the election results this Friday as scheduled. What all this means, ultimately, only seven people in Virginia know. Those are the justices. Maybe this telegraphs the outcome, or maybe it means nothing. True enough. Sam Shirazi, an Arlington-based attorney who hosts the Federal Fallout podcast, took to social media to offer two options. One, Virginia Supreme Court wants to issue full opinion, won't rush something. And two, this is a shallow docket equivalent and may give hints about final ruling. In other words, there's no point certifying an election that the court is about to toss out. He leans toward the first option. Those who were on the no side last week are hoping for the second. this could mean a ruling is imminent or not and they go on back and forth and back and forth now I would say to these justices in Richmond, Virginia the capital of Virginia some of the Democrats might be thinking well look what Florida has done and we'll get to that in a moment so how can we rule what happened in Virginia unconstitutional but in Florida they're going ahead and I'll tell you how because each state has its own constitution and its own statutes, its own rules and its own procedures. And the Democrats, led by this awful governor, who's a liar, and by these clowns in the legislature, they violated the Constitution on two occasions, and they violated statutory procedure on two occasions. That's not Florida. That's not Texas. That's not anywhere but Virginia. and the justices shouldn't bend over backwards to accommodate a lawless vote, no matter how much pressure they come under. Period. Or the rule of law means nothing. Nothing. But in Florida, they've done things the way you're supposed to do it in Florida. the state of Florida writes our friend at RightScoop, Brian, is about to have a new redistricting map that will likely give Republicans four more seats in Congress the map is now headed to the desk of Governor DeSantis to be signed into law, it's his map they got it through the House, they got it through the Senate quite easily the Florida legislature today approved a new congressional map proposed by Florida Governor DeSantis gives Republicans four more seats as the party seeks to maintain control of Congress. The bill now goes to the governor's desk for final approval. The votes happened hours after the Supreme Court narrowed a section of the Voting Rights Act. It did not narrow a section of the Voting Rights Act. It legitimately interpreted it, which could result in Republicans nationwide working to redraw congressional districts with a majority of black or Latino voters that tend to favor Democrats. At least one of the districts DeSantis has redrawn was a majority Hispanic district in Central Florida. Florida is currently represented by 20 Republicans and 7 Democrats. With one Democrat-leaning seat vacant. Remember the crook who resigned? Sheila Cerfillas McCormick. DeSantis' proposed map aims to eliminate or shrink Democrat-leaning districts in Tampa or Orlando and parts of the state's southeast coast. The Senate voted 21 to 17 with four Republicans and one independent voting with all the Democrats. Our guys just never stick together, but they had enough to do the right thing. The statehouse voted along party lines with no Republicans opting to debate it in the roughly 90-minute session. Democrat State Representative Angie Nixon, who's challenging Republican U.S. Senator Ashley Moody, tried to interrupt the proceedings with a pink bullhorn to stop the final vote, but it went ahead anyway. Now DeSantis posted on social media The Supreme Court decision invalidates The below provisions of the Florida Constitution Requiring the use of race in redistricting Districts shall not be drawn with the intent A result of denying or abridging the equal opportunity Of racial or language minorities To participate in the political process In other words, you can't create these districts For one race Because you're preventing other people from having an opportunity. On the other hand, if you create a district that is intentionally intended to prevent, for example, a black nominee or a black victor, that is unconstitutional. And there's a difference. I think the ruling was absolutely correct, six to three. This is a great move by DeSantis. Writes Brian over at RightScoop, I'm glad he had the basis of removing racially gerrymandered districts in order to accomplish his special night at today's Supreme Court ruling. Brian over at RightScoop is a great guy. He very much likes, who's the guy from CNN, Mr. Producer? Scott Jennings. We all like Scott Jennings. Brian really likes Scott Jennings, and that's good. Scott Jennings is a very, very good guy at a really lousy network. No question about that. We'll be right back. Mark Lovin. Switch to my wireless company, America's wireless company, Pure Talk. Again, that's puretalk.com slash Levin. Now we have this too. This is a disgrace in New York. The Second Circuit's quite liberal. In fact, it's very liberal. A divided federal appeals court said today it will not grant a rare meeting of its active judges, in other words, the full court, to hear an appeal of an $83 million verdict against President Trump for allegedly defaming a magazine advice columnist over an encounter three decades ago. This is this rape claim, and the president says, I don't even know who she is. Pretty outrageous. It was funded by one of these Democrat billionaires, dark money guys. George Conway giving her advice. It's just so sleazy. The second U.S. Court of Appeals decision to reject a so-called Embank hearing comes several months after the president appealed to the Supreme Court, another jury's decision to grant $5 million to the writer E. Jean Carroll. Lawyers for Trump didn't immediately respond. And of course, Carroll's attorney and the rest flapping their mouths on and on and on. Now, there were those... It wasn't unanimous, by the way. It wasn't unanimous. I believe it was 5-3. Five to three. Three circuit judges, Stephen Minaschi, Michael Park, and Deborah Ann Livingston voted for the full Second Circuit to hear the appeal. In a dissent written by Minaschi, they agreed that the appeals panel that heard the case should have let the United States be substituted for President Trump as the defendant after the Attorney General of the United States certified that he was acting in the scope of his office or employment when the claim arose. In other words, there is a federal constitutional claim that it's the office of the president. And so what these three circuit judges are saying is that means the Department of Justice should have taken over the case, that was what was supposed to happen, made its case, its constitutional case, and yet it was never heard because they weren't able to be in the case, Mr. Bidouzi. They said Trump should have been able to argue that he was protected by presidential immunity. They also agreed that Trump should be granted a new trial and concluded the size of the award for defamation was, quote, grossly excessive, unquote. Menashe, writing for the three, said, put together these proceedings represent a manifest miscarriage of justice. Problem is, you got too many damn liberal Democrats on these courts. Second Circuit, which of course includes New York. And that's a problem. And this is why the Democrats get so upset when they don't win those cases in the Supreme Court. And my wife asked a good question. During the break she said to me, you got this Hakeem Jeffries who said the court is illegitimate. If the court rules his way on birthright citizenship, will he call the court illegitimate then? No, he won't. Because if Hakeem Jeffries is anything, He is a stupid, partisan thug. Yesterday he attacked viciously, in vicious terms, the pregnant Caroline Levin. Mr. Tough Guy. I'll be right back. As Operation Epic Fury intensifies, the world braces for what's to come next, and people of faith pray for freedom and for God's people in the Holy Land to be protected. And in the Holy Land, red alert sirens fill the air, sirens that give you only 15 seconds to reach the nearest bomb shelter. The situation is serious, the threat is real. And in times like this, freedom and faith aren't just abstract ideas, they are what we depend upon. He's here. He's here. Now broadcasting from the underground command post, Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick and steel of a nondescript building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our power hour, hour three. Our number is 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. You know, we've talked here, excuse me, about the Barber Report. Pirates and talked on Fox about it and also my Liberty's Voice video podcast. The Barbary Pirates were a big problem. Big problem. Tripoli, Libya, but North Africa, period. The coast of Morocco and so forth, Somalia. What they were doing, the Barbary Pirates, was they would capture these ships which had white Europeans on them and they would enslave them from Europe and from America. During John Adams' presidency, four years of his presidency, he paid them bribes to release them because the pirates said, look, you give us X, Y, Z or else we're going to keep these people and we'll sell them into slavery elsewhere. So Adams tried to buy freedom for several of them, and he did. Jefferson's elected. He says, no, no, no, no. We're not making deals with pirates. and so we had the first Barbary War. There'd be another one, but I'm talking about the first. And he sent what we had as a Navy to fight them, and our newly formed Marines to fight them, and to recover as many Americans who were being held in slavery and sold into slavery as possible. And that's exactly what we did. Jefferson knew well of the Islamist ideology. He said there's no negotiating with the Islamists. That's not how they think. They only understand one thing, brute force. It's not like the Western mind. And he was right. I don't think we quite understand that today. Keep talking about deals and negotiations and so forth and so on. We've had 47 years of this. And really, the only president who's now poised to put an end to this is President Trump. And there are people who are lobbying him, who are advising him to find a way out of this sooner than later. Some of them are Republicans on Capitol Hill, including Josh Hawley. Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, this guy Tillis from North Carolina. Ever since he decided not to run, he's revealed himself as a liberal. And perhaps one or two. Oh, and the guy from Utah. Utah, we got this moderate kook Republican. Not even moderate, just kind of a weirdo. So we have like six Republican senators. and they're all pushing for a vote on the War Powers Act, 60 days on whether or not to authorize the continuation of war with Iran now Hawley's supposed to be a constitutional expert at least that's how he presents himself then he should know that that law is unconstitutional but you know, he doesn't there's always been something about him I've never really been able to figure out I don't dislike the man. It has nothing to do with that. It just, there's a bit of an oddity. I can't, and I don't mean personally, or his personality, or his character. I'm talking about his philosophy to me. But that said you got that going on It time to end this the right way Finish off the IRGC to the extent we can militarily. Continue the chokehold and arm the people for God's sakes. We've done it before. Is our CIA not up to this anymore? I would ask Mr. Ratcliffe, who's a good guy, is the CIA incapable of this anymore? We used to be able to do it. We did it in Afghanistan, and we did it in Angola, and we did it in Nicaragua and other places under Ronald Reagan. Now, we had a great director of the CIA, I have to say. Great director of the CIA. And he'd been an old director of the equivalent of the CIA during World War II. Casey. Bill Casey. And the Democrats hated Bill Casey because he was smart. Smart as hell. Smart as hell. Of course, they mocked him and mocked him, too. But they didn't care. The Reagan guys just didn't care. They did what they needed to do. I think the president's the same way. But Casey was head of the CIA from 1981 to 1987. Unfortunately, he passed away in 1987. and under his tutelage he was able to do things that needed to be done. That needed to be done. He was a tremendous lawyer in the private sector in the years past in New York. Tremendous lawyer. But he had a background in intelligence. And he was commissioned in the Naval Reserve in 1943. He was part of the wartime staff of William Donovan. You may have heard of him. A great warrior. He was, he coordinated with the French resistance against the Nazis, for which he got a bronze star. In support of the invasion of Normandy, the liberation of France. 1944, he became chief of American secret intelligence operations in Europe. and when Reagan became president, he made him head of the CIA. Damn good choice. I want you to think about this. The head of the CIA was William Casey. The head of the Pentagon was Caspar Weinberger. Fantastic. And for a short period, it was Hegg, who was the Secretary of State, and then George Shultz, both of whom were great, by the way. Both. and the counselor to the president, his closest advisor was Edwin Meese, who would later become attorney general. What a group. What a group. And I can tell you, I can assure you, that the CIA under Casey was quite capable of arming freedom fighters in a population that wanted to be free, and that was, as I say, that was a key to the Reagan doctrine to defeating the Soviet Union, So I'm not clear. And I'm just saying this openly. Why that isn't part of our strategy. Maybe it is. And they're just not telling us. That's certainly a possibility, too. But if you want to bring down that regime, that's how you're going to do it. Internally. That's how you do it. And I notice there aren't many people talking about this. Have you noticed that, Mr. Producer? I don't know why. I don't know why. it doesn't involve our troops in the past it's been very very successful and we get to deal with these people they're not going to keep their word they're terrorists for God's sakes have they kept their word? no ever? no once? no it's also the quickest way to end the war which was what I was saying hit them hard again, keep choking them economically, which is a brilliant move by the president, and I'll arm the people. And if we don't arm them soon and train up certain pockets of resistance, it's going to be too late. It's going to be too late. And I don't know. I'm just concerned about the CIA bureaucracy. You know, the thing about William Casey is he called the shots. and the bureaucrats would give him a lot of advice, tell him he could and couldn't do things, but he went ahead anyway because he knew that Reagan was in charge. This was part of the Reagan doctrine. It didn't really matter what the bureaucrats had to say. Very, very important. We'll be right back. Mark Levin. well it's always a pleasure to have our friend byron donalds with us byron a lot of activity in the state legislature today tell us what happened and what you make of it well the governor submitted a map to the legislature the legislature passed a new florida map um so um it looks like it's going to be a good map that allows for you know the political uh framework and foundations of florida to be represented up here in washington dc so i I think they did a great job, support what the governor did. They got that done. The governor is going to sign that, and we move forward. Yeah, and it's done in the context of what these other states did, because the governor actually waited to see if Virginia was really going to push through the map that they pushed through. And they did, and it's only then that he acted, correct? Yeah, that's the way we interpreted it. And so the governor has been great for our state. Mark, you know this. Governor DeSantis has done a great job. And once again, he's been a real leader in the country. And so, you know, we're grateful for his leadership, you know, at this time where, look, let's put aside the gerrymandering stuff for a moment. The Democrats are crazy, Mark. They're nuts. And like even today, people are saying, oh, they're favored in the midterms. Oh, they're favored in the midterms. And I say, with what policy? because all they want to do is impeach Trump or obstruct Trump. And all the president is trying to do is keep the border secured, get criminal illegal aliens out of our country, help to rebuild our economy and continue to do the great work he's doing. And oh, yeah, by the way, standing against the Iranian regime. This is all common sense stuff. But the Democrats are so nuts and they're so power hungry that they just oppose common sense things like, you know, funding Secret Service and funding TSA. You're 100 percent right. That really is the way to look at this. The big picture is they have nothing to offer. And because if they offer their radical left agenda like Mondami, Mondami is, they would have to defend it and answer for it. And he is he's already out of money, Byron. He's already going back on all of his promises. He's already talking about massive tax increases. He already is talking about he needs much more money from the state. The guy's in there a couple of months. That's basically the way it works with Marxist socialists, isn't it? Absolutely. A lot of promises. It all sounds nice, but it's not effective. It never works. And it's actually funny. I was on the floor talking with a couple of colleagues, and we were looking at some of the Dems, and we were like, these guys can't run a limited stand. These guys never run anything, never been in business, but they lecture you and me and just hardworking Americans about how things should go. Meanwhile, they're a bunch of limousine liberals. They love everything being handed to them. They love the cocktail parties, but they do not have an appreciation for the market system and for free enterprise and individual liberty and limited government to allow people to be productive, which creates a great society like we have in the United States. And you actually have a background in finance. Explain that to the country. Before politics, I spent 17 years in the finance world. I started as a credit analyst at a community bank. I ended up running the entire credit department, Mark. I underwrote businesses. I would actually write the policy that would allow for us to lend to somebody. Then I worked in insurance for seven years. And after that, I worked in financial services. I was securities licensed. I had my 7 Series 7, my Series 66. And then I invested money on behalf of my clients. So before politics, I spent 17 years in the business world, in the finance world. And that's why when you sometimes you sit down and you listen to these arguments from the from the political left and the radical left, I know just by the time they start opening their mouth, like everything that they're saying or they're promising makes no sense, cannot be delivered. And the only way they can keep it is they tax people to death and they regulate people to death. And that does not help anybody succeed. And you are a living American example of what the Supreme Court meant today when they said, hey, look, don't create race based districts. They said it is unconstitutional. Create districts that discriminate racially against people. But if somebody has an opportunity to run, then that is what we want in this country. And you are a congressman. Tell everybody from where. Southwest Florida, Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers. Mark, my district is a little over 80 percent white district. That's my district. But the people of Southwest Florida, they voted for me and they continue to vote for me because I'm a conservative. I believe in free markets. I believe in Western civilization. I believe in our Constitution. And that's what they want. And that's why they vote for me. And so it's not about your race. It's not about your skin color. It's about the policies and about the values you support. But, Mark, I'll tell you one bigger. I tweeted this out today. The Democrats don't care about racial representation or black representation. They only care about Democrat representation because in the state of Utah, one of their front groups sued to gerrymander Burgess Owens, a black man who's a Republican, out of his congressional district. And I didn't hear the Democrats talking about how we have to save Burgess Owens because he's black. They wanted him to go because he's a Republican. So they don't care about the color of somebody's skin. They only care about about political power. And they use the Voting Rights Act and they use the court system to improve their power. That's all they care about. They do not care about black people or Hispanics or anything else. Is he going to be OK, Burgess? Burgess decided not to run for reelection because the district moved to like a Democrat plus 10 district. And so Burgess decided that he was going to retire. So they pushed him out. they put they mark they pushed them out but then you have everybody from obama on down today talking about this is going to take away black representation that's why i said they don't care about black representation they care about democrat power and you're hispanic as long as you're a democrat then you're good it's all good you're a republican they will they will get rid of you they'll sue to get rid of you they'll sue to get your maps changed so that you can't win your seat because they care about power now you want to be governor i think you'd be a fantastic governor by the way got a lot of kooks running don't you uh well look i focus on me and the campaign's going great obviously we have the full support of president trump of senator rick scott so many of my colleagues on capitol hill and actually at the state level as well uh we have 38 of our sheriffs have endorsed our campaign so we're we're we're ahead by a lot but we take nothing for granted we're crisscrossing the state when i'm not in dc i'm somewhere in florida talking to the people of our state. It's an awesome state, Mark. You know Florida, how great it is. We're the best in the country. And we want to make sure that we build on the success of Governor DeSantis to make sure that Florida remains the free state of Florida for many, many years to come. How is the fundraising and everything going? Because it's a big state and you've got like 412 media markets there. Yeah, so we've now raised a little over $70 million overall. all. We closed out the last quarter, I think a little over 67 million. We've had a couple of millions since then. People have been very generous and supportive of our campaign. But look, we got a lot of work to do. Like this, this election cycle, not going to be easy. But if we get out there and we talk about the values of Florida, keeping Florida free, really tackling affordability, lowering, either eliminating homestead property taxes or providing real relief to seniors and people trying to get started, lowering insurance costs, and making sure our kids have a real pathway towards success. We want our kids, when they come out of high school, to master math reading and writing. And if they're not going to go to college or university, have the skills they need to go directly into the trades, put real food on the table, put a real roof over their head so they can build the Florida dream for themselves the way I was able to build the Florida dream for myself. And if people want to help you in Florida or anywhere in the country, where do they go? ByronDonalds.com Follow me at ByronDonalds But you know we've been blessed Everywhere across the state we've been picking up a lot of support The people of Florida are awesome I love this state Help this man ladies and gentlemen We posted it on our social sites God bless you, the best of your family Byron, take care of yourself We'll be right back It's your daily adult dosage Of the Constitution The Mark Levin Show. Call in now at 877-381-3811. The way this show moves quickly, I think it does anyway. Oh, yeah. Let's see who we have here. We have Tim, Auburn, New York, on the great WAUB. Tim, how are you today? Hello. I'm good, Mark. It's a pleasure talking to you from your bunker there. Hard to get down there, but I finally got in. Very good. Thank you. I think there's a saying, sir, I don't know if it's correct or not, but divided we fall, united we stand. Did I say that right? You did. You did. Or as Lincoln said, a house divided against itself. And we sure are becoming that. They've been working on that my whole life, sir. The other thing is that I had to go kindergarten through 12th grade. I had to wait a year, and then I could vote. I don't believe anybody should be able to come here, can't read, write, or speak English, which that rule is getting shot out the window, and it's embarrassing. But they've got to do their 12 years of schooling, sir, before they can vote. I mean, that's pretty simple and logical. And the only reason for... on and on. The Democrat Party is filled with people who hate this country. Hate this country. And they're very good at raising funds and they're very good at lying and it gets very, very difficult. And the problem is when they're in power they do everything they can to sink the country, don't they? Open borders, undermining law enforcement, abusing the Constitution. big problem go ahead my friend I believe I'm embarrassed to be a New Yorker for one thing and the other thing is that if they don't take care of the other half of the same there's got to be something in that there's got to be something we're on radio we're not a podcast I understand using it. It's not the worst of the words. That's for sure, but we can't use it. All right, thank you for your call, my friend. See that? That word that that gentleman used is not, it's sort of a mid-level curse word. Wouldn't you say, Mr. Producer? It's not the F word or other words that I only want to use the initials. And yet, here we are on radio, you can't do it. You can't do it on TV. See, that's what I mean. There's some governing principles here that you don't have when it comes to podcasts. They're dropping the F-bombs left and right. They use them as nouns and verbs and pronouns and adverbs. Crazy. Let's go to Connor. Huntsville, Alabama, on the Mark Levin app. We love Huntsville, Alabama here. It's a beautiful town. Go right ahead. Absolutely. Thanks for taking my call, Mark. In the past, one of the Democrat arguments has been that a person of color can only adequately be represented by another person of color, which is on its face is absurd and racist. We all should want the same things. We want good schools. We want safe streets. We want solid government. So what am I missing here? You're missing a Democrat Party that created racism. now not uniquely Democratic Party, but actually institutionalized it, defended it in slavery, defended it in segregation, defended it in eugenics, defended it right into the 1960s and early 70s. The Republican Party was founded in the 1850s for one reason, abolition, to eliminate slavery. And what happened is, during the course of the 1900s, with Wilson and certainly in the FDR era, the idea of civil liberties was sort of redefined as being economic redistribution. And that's how they got all this power. And even today, the Marxists and the socialists and so forth and so on, civil liberties are defined by economics. They're not defined by law. They're not defined the way they're supposed to be defined. And so now the Marxists have hijacked that. so now they talk about equality not in terms of justice and not in terms of opportunity and not in terms of the legal treatment of an individual a human being but it's now defined in terms of benefits and redistribution and the rich versus the poor and the middle class versus everybody and so forth and so on so they've tried to Americanize this cultural Marxism and economic socialism. And that's why today the Democrat Party, again, has succeeded at that, because most of the legal barriers and constitutional issues don't exist anymore. They just don't, no matter how much the Democrats say they do. So it's turned into an economic issue. You'll hear them use the word equity. Equity is a word that communists have used for 100 years. Equity is an impossibility. What does that even mean? Equality is not an economic term. It's a civil liberties term. And yet they've turned it into an economic term. And so that's how we've gotten where we are in many respects as far as I'm concerned. I hope I'm not too confusing. Does that make sense to you? Yes, it does. So, you know, you can only be a lot of smart people in Huntsville, rocket scientists, literally. And all kinds of technology people don't realize when it comes to space technology and things of that sort. Huntsville, Alabama, the Redstone Arsenal, that's the heart of it. That's where the brainiacs are. Go right ahead, Connor. well um and uh but their argument is that you have to be part of the struggle to understand my struggle but these are local issues you don't like the way your your counties run your cities run take care of it at the local level um the as you're talking about the uh the role of the government federal government needs to be downsized anyway so uh i mean if you have geographic boundaries, a homonagist society has more things in common than a 100-mile by 30-mile gerrymandered area that has absolutely nothing in common at the federal level. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. All right, my friend. I get it. I get it. We're up against a lot, as you can tell. Thank you for your call. We'll be right back. Mark Levin. Let's take some calls, shall we? Let's go to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on the Mark Levin app. How are you, Michael? Excellent, sir. Thank you. How are you doing? I'm doing. Let me look. I'm looking good. Thank you. Thank you for taking my call. I wanted to ask you, because of this decision in Louisiana, apparently from reports I've heard is that Elena Kagan was urging the liberal members to slow walk this decision so redistricting couldn't happen before the November election. Now, where did you hear that? I know she wanted to slow walk the dissent in the Dobbs case, but where did you hear that? Well, I heard that on the Vince show earlier today. Well, you know, Vince knows more than I do. The Vince man's connected, you know. Well, I wouldn't be surprised, to tell you the truth. I wouldn't be surprised. I'm wondering, like, with her doing the slow walking of the Dobbs decision, when all these justices' lives were under threat, now that may not be illegal, but it's definitely unethical. Is this grounds for her being removed? Nobody's going to remove her. You need 60 votes in the Senate to do it. You've got half the Republicans who wet themselves every time somebody brings something like that up. So I don't think that's going to happen. The Democrats have the other problem. They don't have a single, well, that's not true. They don't have many independent thinkers over there. Fetterman and maybe a couple others, and that's it. We have a lot of independent actors, and that doesn't mean they're necessarily good, by the way. They just are what they are. Yeah, that's loathsome, what she's doing, manipulating. That court has been so politicized. Somebody on that court is leaking opinions. Somebody on that court is even worse. They're leaking chamber memos that justices write to each other. They're leaking them to the New York Times. You have Jackson, who is not the brightest bulb on the bench, and the way she writes her decisions are really outrageous. Even some of the other leftists on there, Sotomayor the other day and Kagan before that, they were getting very annoyed with her. You know, it's one thing to be a radical left wing kook, but you got to pretend that you're not. You know, you got to you got to wrap it in legalese and constitutionalese. And she's not that good at that. Yeah, it's a problem. All right, my friend. All right. Let's see where we be. Where are we, Mr. Producer? Sirius Satellite, Alan in Colorado. How are you, Alan? Oh, very good. All right, you're up. I just want to let you know I follow you on the Fox network on TV also. Thank you, brother. Appreciate that very much. I am also an AMAC subscriber. Oh, you're an AMAC member. Don't you love it? Those benefits are great. Yes, and I'm dropping the other one. AARP. Good. They're very left wing. Yes. Yes. I appreciate that. Smart. Smart. Yeah. Go ahead. I just want to point out something that nobody's discussing. And something has happened to me and my mobile service and my home phone service. I used to call Washington Journal on Sunday mornings. And what's that? C-SPAN. Yes, C-SPAN. Okay. And those numbers were like a 202-748. All right, all right, all right. What about it, though? Well, I used to call in there, and now I'm being blocked. Hmm. And, yeah, I can't call in there anymore. My service now goes to a competitor's acknowledgement for a loan line. Yeah, I'm being blocked. Well, I can't fix that. I don't know what's going on there, to be perfectly honest with you. I'm sorry. Maybe you stopped calling them. Well, you called here and you got through, so at least that's working. That's all that matters. Sorry, sir. We salute our armed forces, police officers, firefighters, emergency personnel, our truckers. Ice. Nice. I like it. And all of our troops doing a great job out there. God bless you, and you too, Mr. President. I'll see you tomorrow, folks. Thank you.
