more doubts about peace talks on Lisa Brady Fox News. A White House official says Vice President J.D. Vance is in meetings at the White House. He's been expected to lead a U.S. delegation to Pakistan for a second round of peace talks with Iran. President Trump still sounding optimistic earlier, telling CNBC. I think we're in a very strong negotiating position to do what other presidents should have done during a 47-year period. We have 47 years where these bloodthirsty people have been killing a lot of soldiers, a lot of our soldiers, and a lot of other people. He's been threatening ramped-up bombing if there's no deal with a two-week ceasefire set to expire tomorrow. But Iran has demanded an end to a U.S. blockade of Iranian ports. In state media reports, a foreign ministry official says the seizure of two Iranian ships amounts to piracy at sea and state terrorism, and that there's no final decision on whether to attend talks. Meantime, the Israeli military just reporting rockets fired by Iran-backed Hezbollah towards soldiers in southern Lebanon. Israel and Lebanon have a 10 ceasefire with peace talks expected this week in Washington The Trump administration has no plan so the 60 window really is you know arbitrary House Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar on an upcoming deadline for the President to seek approval from Congress to continue operations under the War Powers Act.
