Hilary calls them mine as in mine version, her version. Yeah. She re-recorded it. The cast has been on their press tour. It finally dropped this morning on Roku. A lot of people are like, how do I watch it if I don't have a Roku device? You don't need a Roku device. So, you know, damn well, they got a good paycheck because they had to take three days to go to Laguna to film all of this. Yeah. So, what a time, what a time, what a mighty good time. A mighty, mighty good time. A mighty, mighty good time. Okay, that said, it's a good one. It's an hour and 20 minutes. So, it's less than 90 minutes. Not an hour and 20 minutes. I thought it was gonna be longer. And surprisingly, like it was enough. They had like had a lot of little bits and pieces and they went and revisited a lot of spots in Laguna Beach. They did a bonfire. And I thought with all of the content that they shot that it was gonna have to be longer than two hours. I was like, how are they gonna squeeze everything into two hours? They even had like a backyard barbecue at some, one of their houses, talent, not talent's house. Whose house was, where they at? Was it talent's house? It was one of the houses. They had like a backyard barbecue where they were drinking and catching up and reflecting. And surprisingly, they'd put it all together. So, it's very nostalgic. I will tell you, it's not very juicy, but it's nostalgic. So, check it out. If you were a big fan of Laguna Beach or the Hills, I did not watch Laguna Beach. I did watch the Hills. We have a new statement from Amanda Batula. Amanda, well Amanda, she is speaking out, saying that she is ready for the reunion. She's sorry for the people that she hurt, but she said, bring on the reunion. Okay, so she posted this on her story with a photo of her dog who was like asleep. And she said, hi guys, I'll keep this short and sweet. I've obviously been MIA. Well, obviously you've been MIA under the sheets with West. I've obviously been MIA, but I wanted to come back on and say that I'm truly sorry to everyone. I've disappointed her and especially those I know personally who I've reached out to individually. Well, if you reach out to them personally and individually, you don't really need to address them publicly, okay? But okay. For the sake of my mental health, everybody has mental health these days, right? For the sake of my mental health, I'm going to try to start living life with some sense of normalcy. She said, I'm gonna bang my man in front of you. I'm parsing through her words, right? I'm reading between the lines, you know? She's like, I'm gonna live my life. I'm not gonna let you brand me as the whore that slept with my best friend's boyfriend. Even though, I mean, I still stand by everything that I've said. West has always been a douche. West has never been a good guy. West has never been a prize. I'm not surprised at this behavior by West. Also, not really that surprised by this behavior by Amanda. She's always been that girl, right? Who's like a little handsy and touchy with your man. And she's like, we're just friends. Oh my God, we're just friends. It's like girlfriend. No, you're not out here giving bro jobs, like, because you're just friends with the dudes. Amanda is that girl, okay? Amanda's been that girl. West has been that guy. However, the real betrayal was Amanda to Sierra, but Sierra, I mean, should have known better than to like be interested in West. And like they dated for like two hot seconds and back in 2023, it's been almost three years now. And she knew that he was garbage. So she should have never given him any sort of, you know, any sort of second chances. Alice says, it seems like she's been living her life. Yeah, she's been living her life. She's been like living her life on the couch, living her life in a shower, living her life in the bed, living her life in West's bed, living her life on the kitchen counter, I'm sure. She's been living her life all over her apartment. That's how they were able to capture the video and show it to Sierra, allegedly. So why is it always a naughty video? Everybody's always out here getting caught in their naughty videos. If you're gonna be doing things you shouldn't be doing, then don't do them on video, okay? As in cheating. Well, actually this month, she obviously had an epic loss and she is now having to go to trial with her case completely gutted, even though she pretends like, it's not that big of a deal, it's no biggie. Biggie, biggie, biggie, can't you see? Sometimes your words just hypnotize me, but they ain't gonna last that long because once I go to the courthouse, I'm gonna bomb. Okay, so remember she was trying to get the Wayfair parties to disclose who is going to be on their witness list, who's gonna be there in person, who's not. Well, the judge has denied her motion, but he denied it as moot because the Wayfair parties, I guess, did end up providing who they planned to be there and they said that it is going to be Justin Baldoni, Jamie Heath and Plot Twist, Melissa Nathan. Remember yesterday, I was like, they should probably put Jennifer Abel on the stand because she's pretty, she's charismatic, she's sweet, she's not so, she's very disarming, she knows how to talk, but they're actually gonna be putting Melissa Nathan on the stand from TagPR, at least as of right now. It's possible that Tag could get dismissed after today's potential rulings from Judge Lyman. I believe there is there a hearing today? Something's, there was something due by today, so it's possible that Tag will be getting dismissed. We're almost there guys, we're what, how many, we're four-ish, five-ish, we're one, two, three, four, five, okay, we're six weeks, five-ish weeks away from trial. It's happening May 18th of next month. If they dismiss TAG, then that would throw out the aiding and the bedding, and then it would really just be retaliation and breach of contract, breach of implied covenant. So, I feel like Blake's case has really dwindled down quite a bit, and I just, I don't know how she even takes what's left, scraps are left to trial, but I also know, like she can't not take whatever scraps she's got left to trial, you know? But, I don't know, we'll have to see. But, so, like I said, Lyman denied their motion to compel to turn over the names, because Wayfair's like, all right, here we are, we're turning over the names. Dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, let's see, has anything broken as of this morning yet? Blake added a new attorney, shocker, little girl attorney and nag, not actually golden, have been doing good, been doing good videos, recapping everything, so I've been tuning into them, I highly suggest you follow them as well. Okay, it doesn't look like anything new has popped off in the past 12 hours, since that info came out, but I'm pretty sure we'll get more as the day goes on, as Judge Lyman is expected to be at least hearing some additional arguments or possibly ruling by the end of day, so probably in the next couple of hours we'll get some news in terms of whether or not tag gets dismissed, we'll get some news on whether or not this case even moves forward, because it's not looking good for Blake. But, so anyway, she, remember she posted her, her like long, like 50 paragraph response, and she posted her quotes from Gottlieb, and she cherry-picked pieces of like the judge's ruling, his 152 page ruling where he dismissed 10 of her 13 claims, and so she's clearly out here trying to play this PR game, but so on Instagram she finally decided to post it to her feed, remember when she put the little dragon emoji, and so, based off of Instagram's community notes, there was this community note that was added, and it cited the deadline article with the news that heard 10 of the 13 claims had been dismissed, and so I just thought this was funny because everybody's trolling Blake right now for this, and so the community note on Instagram says, this contains cherry-picked information from a federal judge's ruling, which actually threw out 10 of Blake's, 10 out of 13 of Blake's claims, the core one being sexual harassment. The judge found that many of her claims of sexual harassment also did not rise to the level, and that the behavior in question was part of normal improvisation expected for that kind of scene. This post also ignores the fact that Blake had in fact kissed Justin Baldoni without his consent, so they are dropping the facts, dropping the facts. I haven't seen a community note on Instagram before, but it is interesting. I'm not surprised, because obviously Blake has a lot of people that dislike her that would be posting these community notes. Here, let's see if it's still there, if it's been updated at all. Oh, the community note is gone. Why is it gone? Did she get it removed? It was there yesterday. I remember seeing it yesterday. There is no more community note. She probably reported it so that it could get taken down temporarily and it could be investigated by Instagram to see if it was a legit one or like a hatred one, because I'm sure she'll then say that was part of the smear campaign as well. That's part of the smear campaign as they're now sending community notes, which are not true, which is not true, because the community note does stand and it is valid because the information she put out was cherry-picked just like the New York Times article. So, there you go. It's not there currently. As of 9.55 a.m. Pacific time on Friday, April 10th. It was there when I checked last night though, and multiple people luckily did end up screenshotting that. So, it's not fake and it's not AI. I saw it with my own eyes on her Instagram account yesterday for whatever reason it has been removed. She's probably calling up all her pals and she's calling up all the Leslie Sloan. Yeah, Gwen said it disappeared last night. She got it removed. Yeah, I'm sure she did. She reported it. But I'm sure you can only get it removed to have it be investigated to see if like, is this legit or not? I would imagine after an investigation, there's no way they maintain that the community note stand, but I'm pretty sure she would then argue that it's all a part of the alleged smear campaign, that this is the retaliation against her. The retaliation is still happening. This is the retaliation. This is the digital violence. How dare you put a community note on my Instagram post? That is what you call digital violence, digital warfare. Eye roll, if you can't see this podcast and you're listening to it, that was a big giant eye roll. Cause like Blake, you're done girl. You're done, done, done. You're done, done, done, done, you're done, done, done, you're done, done, done, you're done, done, done. Did I give you this yesterday, this article? I must not have, I think it was after, I don't know, it was before about the New York Post. They published a new article saying Nancy Guthrie's kidnappers likely didn't know that she was frail and dumped her body because she was no longer a value experts say. It was a whole piece in the New York Post, which I thought was just funny cause I'm just like, you mean they didn't know the 84 year old lady was old and frail? Like, did they not notice that when they walked in and saw her? They also, like it was a kidnapping for ransom, which means you did some investigate, you broke in and removed all three of the cameras. So how did they not know that she was so frail? Obviously they were scouting her out if this is a kidnapping. Obviously they knew about Nancy and the family. They knew how much Savannah made per year. So yeah, you know, it's funny, I was talking to Don and Boll. I forgot what day it was. And we laugh every time about how like Savannah's like, I called my brother and the first thing he said was, this was a kidnapping for ransom. And it was probably because of me. Like what? That was his first thought was like, this is clearly a kidnapping for ransom in 2026. And there's no sign of anything. Like it's just crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. Elle says, what? Oh my God, what? That is crazy. The New York Post needs some relevancy, random and late. It is just random and late. And they're just like experts say that, you know, they didn't know she was so fragile. I mean, looking at that lady in this photo, I can see that lady was fragile. I knew that lady wasn't gonna last long. I knew that lady wouldn't be, you know, surviving for another week. I don't know what goes on in their heads. Okay, let's talk about Andy Cohen and Leah McSweeney. Cause Andy's not happy that Leah is positioning him as a cokehead. And understandably, like I actually, I think I'm team Andy on this one. Not to say that Leah does or doesn't know that Andy does coke. I'm pretty sure Andy Cohen loves the pasta, right? We learned that that's the code word for it on Vanderpump Rules. It's not about the pasta, la, la. So Andy apparently, according to Leah, enjoys some pasta. And Andy's fighting back and he's just like, well, how do you know I enjoy pasta? You've never even seen me eat pasta. So I don't know what you're talking about. And so they want the judge to like, I guess take that part out of the case because it's defamatory or derogatory or whatever. Let's see what TMZ is reporting on it. It says Bravo Han Show, Andy Cohen claims former Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney has no real evidence to back up her claims that he used cocaine. I mean, true, he probably does do it, but also valid point, you know, even though it's a well-known fact, doesn't mean you can prove it in court. According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Andy Bravo and Real Housewives of New York producers are making new moves to get the judge to toss out Leah's lawsuit. In her original lawsuit, Leah claimed she was pressured to drink during filming despite the producers knowing she was sober. She also claimed Andy used cocaine with other Bravo stars and gave them better treatment to those who partied with him. Well, sorry if you missed out on the party, girlfriend, but like, okay. In new docs, Andy argued that Leah's so-called evidence backing up her claims of his cocaine use consists of two anonymous cast members who previously confirmed her allegations. One former cast member who called Cohen a cocaine head after she was not recast as a housewife and a public video created by unspecified person that references Cohen's supposed cocaine use. Andy said Leah did not cite a single instance where she personally saw him use cocaine. As TMZ previously reported, Andy pushed to have Leah remove all allegations related to the cocaine use from her lawsuit. Back in March, a federal judge ruled that the case would move forward to court despite Bravo's pleas to move the case to arbitration. It's true. It kind of sounds like this is all hearsay and more for the salation and more for like the, let's try to smear Andy Cohen in public by saying that he does cocaine. I'm pretty sure he does, you know? I wonder who the former cast member is that got fired that then started spreading this rumor. So who are the ones that don't like Andy? There was Kathy Griffin, but who, which former housewife? Would have called him a coke. I'm trying to think of all the former housewives that had gotten fired that would be close enough to know this information about Andy. Do we have any guesses? Laura says, I'm Italian and I'm offended by the pasta code word. I mean, listen, I'm just saying. If the cannoli fits, oh, maybe Neeney? Neeney would be a good one. No, I don't think it's Lisa Renna. I don't think it's Bethany. Neeney, I think is a good one, only because Neeney had her lawsuit against the network. I'm pretty sure if she did say it was a while ago. I don't think it was Renna. I could see Bethany, maybe Brandy. I could definitely see Brandy, right? Yeah, I could definitely. I remember Brandy tried to sue the network because she's just like, oh my God, Andy sent me text messages about him and Kate Chastain. Like that was crazy. I remember when Brandy tried to push her lawsuit forward. I think Brandy, I don't think it was Jill. My current thought, oh, Kristen says, my current thoughts on Miss Nancy, she either wandered off and will be found close to home or Tommy and the sister were involved in the coverup. You live and you learn it again and again till they get it right. Let's see, what other news do we have? I have Denise Richards. So she got a nice legal win amid her ongoing divorce with Aaron Fipers. So her money will not be seized to pay Aaron's debt. So she had a big court win. The creditors adjustment bureau, they filed a motion for Denise Richards in September of 2025, right? We're in 2026, okay. So this was last September. And they're claiming that because she was married to Aaron that she's responsible for paying his debt. But luckily the judge has ruled she has no responsibility over Aaron Fipers debt, which occurred before and during their marriage. So it also seems like it was dismissed without prejudice. Ooh, we would want it dismissed with prejudice, right? With without prejudice means they can amend and move forward. Yeah, her facelift has not been looking as good lately. She just did a new event. Ever remember at the beginning, everyone's like, oh my God, Denise Richards, she looks so good, she looks so hot, she looks so fly. And then these new videos that came out from this event that she was at, not the best. Like it just, I don't know if she's lost too much weight. And I don't know, I guess it does need time for your facelift to settle. But like in photos and in person, it is a little different. She also could have steamed this dress a little bit. It was a little wrinkled on the carpet. And her hair just isn't, I don't know. I feel like we just, we need to zhush her up a little bit. You know, just like a little zhush, a little revamp. Rep Romanda said, I just found out that Blake's response to the court from the other day got fat checked on Instagram, but then somehow it got taken, Rep Romanda, where you been? Have you guys talked about that? We literally had a whole segment that we used to discuss that specifically and how she likely had, she like reported it to Instagram and it accused them of the smear campaign and then got it taken down and yada yada yada. Badi yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada. Look at how it gave it back, didn't it, baby back. Yeah, she looked good, but I still want to know what making that. Sauce seemed like we're barbecuing. You know, I'm a haste in that. So, uh, Joy says, I seen that fact checked. Yeah, we just looked at it and it got taken down apparently last night. So, Brandy is dealing with her physical health with her face. Would she worry about Andy's pasta issues? Well, this was a couple of years ago. This is, and remember, she was like really anti, and she filed her lawsuit against, or she like made her harassment claims against Andy in the network, which never became a lawsuit. And she was like, I'm talking to attorneys and I have all the text messages. And from all of the text messages, like it really proves nothing. She had what, like a friendly banter with Andy Cohen, who's technically not her boss, you know? Hmm. So, sorry, that dress looked like a nightgown. Sorry, it did look like a nightgown, Joy.
