I feel too old to change us. You can do anything! We all have a God-given destiny. Never let negative thoughts or people tell you you can't be great. Can you feel for me and wonderfully made? There's greatness inside all of us. But greatness doesn't happen. It takes boldness, courage, and leadership. Welcome to the Entrepreneur Kids Legacy Show, where we think big, big, boldly, and make amazing things happen. I'm Destiny. I'm Daniel. We challenge you to step into your future, take action, and create a legacy that lasts. Let's go! Good day, my courageous builders and legacy leaders. Welcome back to the Entrepreneur Kids Legacy Show. Well, big ideas grow, strong characters build, and families learn how to build something meaningful together. I'm Daniel, your business buddy. I'm Destiny, a sweet idea and courage. An official reminder that you don't have to do big things alone. Legacy leaders, last time we learned something powerful. That keeping your word builds your reputation. Yepity deppity. And when people see that they can count on you, something amazing starts to happen. You don't have to do everything by yourself anymore. Because today we're learning something big. Teamwork! Legacy leader friends, when we say legacy leaders, you say let's build. Alright, we're gonna get in the mood this time. Legacy leaders, let's build. And one more time. Legacy leaders, three, two, one, let's build. Very good team. Now let's build something together. Quick question friends, have you, yes you, had ever tried to do something by yourself? And it felt really, hmm, let me think. Oh yeah, hard. Absolutely, I've been there. Maybe you've tried to carry too many things, or build something too big, or solve a problem alone. And you thought, wow, I wish I had some help. That feeling, that's where teamwork begins. Daniel, hey Daniel, is it time for the story of today? Absolutely, Destiny, start up the time machine, it's time to rewind the clock. Hold on tight, legacy leaders, we'll go back. Three, two, one. Wow Daniel, look where we are. This place is incredible. You see how everything's sparkly and bright. Everything's full of energy. The kids are laughing, everyone's having joy, and everything is busy too. Oh and I always bring a notebook on our adventures to write everything that we do. I love that you carry a notebook, Destiny. I carry one too friends. You're right Destiny, it really is incredible. Look at this place. It feels like something really important is being built right here. You know, it feels like a place where people are working together. Exactly Daniel, because today's story happens in a place where big dreams grow when people work as a team. You got it, Destiny, imagine this legacy leader friends. A group of children want to build something amazing. Something healthy, something trendy, but also something timeless that our great grandparents used to make. So as I was saying, the kids were building something big. Can you guess what it is? It was one of those big sourdough bread stands. And they were also pairing it with fresh whipped homemade butter. This stand was going to be bigger than anything they've ever done. And what I mean by bigger is spectacular. Wonderful, something that everybody that drives by would want. One of the children wanted to design the sign. Another wanted to bake the organic sourdough bread. Another child wanted to do the marketing. And one of the other children wanted to make the whipped fresh butter. And the last child wanted to talk to the customers. At first, one kid said, I'll just do everything myself. Uh oh, that sounds like a lot Joe. It was, they tried, they rushed, they got tired. Things started to fall apart. Then something changes. They stop and they look at each other and say, what if we all work together? What if we all did the thing that we're good at? The thing we wanted to do in the first place, one designs. One starts baking. One starts mixing. One starts marketing plans. One starts marketing plans. One starts greeting the customers. And suddenly everything starts coming together. Everything works better than just one person doing it. The stand looks beautiful. The bread tastes amazing. The butter paired with the bread. Mmm, it's fantastic. Ooh, fantastic. Actually, this is making me kind of hungry. Don't worry, we'll have some sourdough bread later. Hmm, maybe some day when we go out on an adventure, we can bring mommy. We'll have to bring her sometime. I guess you're right. I wonder what she's doing. Maybe she's baking sourdough. Oh, come on Daniel, stop, I'm hungry. And back to the story friends. And we know it's good because the customers keep coming back. Because everyone used their strengths. And together those children built something bigger than they could have ever built alone. Wow Daniel, that was such a special story. It sure was because it showed us something important. Big dreams grow faster when you don't try to do everything alone. Daniel, look, Leo's notebook is open again. Oh wait, Lily drew something next to it in her notebook. It looks like a team. Everybody's doing something different. Wait, and look on the next page Daniel. The children are cheering together after a big win. Everybody used their strengths together. Look at their big smiles. They look so happy, like I see so many smiles. Okay friends, let's see what Leo wrote. Big things grow when people build together. Wow, that's such a good clue. I'm gonna write that down in my notebook. I'm gonna write a note for Leo thanking him for his wisdom today. Sorry we missed you Leo. Thank you for leaving such a great note for our friends today. Sincerely Daniel and Destiny. Okay friends, so what exactly did we learn? Also if you don't mind Daniel, friends, we learned that teamwork has three powerful parts. Step one, you. Yes you. Don't have to do everything. Yes everything alone. Great leaders don't try to do it all alone. That's right. Step two, everyone has different strengths. Some people create, some people help, some people lead. And number three, together is stronger. When people work together, everything becomes better. Better together. Stronger together. Built together. Daniel, this reminds me of families. Families like all that do stuff together. Families in our community. Exactly because strong families don't do life alone. They build together. That's how we create something really special. What I mean by really special, it's really really special. Alright friends, do you? Yes you know what time it is. Stop thinking. Okay, time goes up. It's time for the legacy. Lightning Thundax Round. Da na na na. Ba ba na na na na. Ba na na na. Alright friends, here's your question of the day. What is teamwork? A, doing everything alone. B, working together using everyone's strengths. C, letting one person do all the work. Alright friends, on the count of three, shout out your answer. Three, two, one. Okay friends, now run down to the show notes to see if you got your answer right. And while you're there, make sure to leave your favorite part of the episode.
