I think everybody's going to judge. It's what you do with that judgment because you can make a good judgment about somebody like you were saying or bad. So judging is always going to be there. It's about how you kind of decipher that judgment that is what's important. If you can get past that and have a conversation, I feel like people would learn a whole lot, but no one's going to do that shit because they're all stuck in their own world. So why even talk about it why even god holy shit i mean give me a tent and a mountain a mountain and i don't want to ever see another human being for the rest of my life that's what it feels like maybe it blow up sex doll but that's i feel i feel lost half the time i mean i feel i feel selfish well how come self selfish because there's kids getting raped or eaten or babies whatever and you know my response is well the only thing i can understand is what's in front of me that's nice yeah that must that must be and i hate to say this because people use this in a stupid way but like it is a privilege and there's something to be said is like well those people can't so i should but I mean, it just makes me sick. It's like, who gives up? Who cares? What? That's all you have to offer. You notice that. And so that's what you're bringing up. It's like, what the does that matter? Yeah. Well, I mean, I'm, I'm, uh, guilty of it too. You know, I won't mention who, but even I was judged somebody by their voice and you were like, there's so much more that she has to offer. Yeah. And it's just like without knowing anything. So all the whole point to all of this is we're trying to be better. Yeah. Okay. We can't speak for anybody else. We can't control anybody else. All I can do is I hope I'm growing as a human. I'm, I can look at somebody and instead of first feeling hate, feel empathy or love. That's all I'm trying to do. You know me not the most compassionate person just like out of the gate I mean it how are we going to move that direction with one thing but with all this other shit going on also makes me want to just hate everybody It's really tough. Basically, if you're at that event and you're a celebrity, you pretty much if you don't say that, you're wrong in that in their eyes. Right. So he didn't say anything, which is fine. But one thing that some I shared this, but it was a I didn't realize I didn't think about this either. He was an ex-con. I think he went to prison and he said, you know, when you're when you're fighting to survive on the streets and you're, you know, you don't know what how are you going to provide? These mile or no, we were doing, I think it was 15 or 13 minute like segment. segment so when you're running that fast that's like almost three miles so i did those two fast ones and then i'm like out and then here's the thing he did right so we 538 529 518 and he said didn't even feel hard well wasn't he recovering at 540 something like that yeah so that is insane yeah he dude so austin is sunday yeah he's gonna well i saw he did was it 18 or 19 miles on the treadmill which i know it's a treadmill so whatever doesn't count but at like 5 15 or 5 16s what was it i didn't see that he posted a couple days ago or maybe a week ago or something it was before you were there yeah yeah and i you know i'm just like let's get i mean yeah i know it's a treadmill but it's also a treadmill i mean so he's down to 153 he's looking slim and he's got me kind of inspired because i was 156 today oh no shit so i mean there's a there's a thought well okay so the fastest ever marathon for a 58 year old 235 and he said ever ever and so he says he said he goes dad he goes last year he goes we did that 20 mile run right before boston he goes i couldn't keep up with you he goes i ran 238 in boston he goes you were in better shape than me so he's i think i'm gonna run eugene and just see if i can I can't get down there. I don't think I haven't, I'm feeling, I mean, listen, I've never, I've never done a speed workout until like the last month in my life. Yeah. I've never stretched until like the last couple of weeks I've been stretching. I've never done anything you're supposed to do to run fast. If you started doing speed workouts. Yeah. So, I mean, I've never done fast miles. Yeah. I've always like went to a marathon, not knowing even what pace I run. Yeah. And so running a marathon and I have to ask people running it, what are we running? I don't, I don't even know what it's supposed to be. And that's how I've been doing marathons my whole life. I feel like there's a lot of room for improvement there. Yeah. So I don't know if I can getting in the 30s. But I know I think so my my, you know, my PR is it was in New York is same kind of same time as Boston there, but like 250. So I've never been in the 40s. So I think I can get in the 40s for sure. Then we'll see how that but it'd be cool to get the fastest ever in history of humans. That'd be awesome. Yeah. So and it's not I mean, obviously, that's a lot of time to shave off. But you have a lot of room. It's not like you've been giving it your all. No. And you're 250. No, I've been, all I do, I mean, I always had a job, so I couldn't do, all I do is just go run. I didn't have time for any sleeping, for recovery, for stretching. I just had to go start running at my lunch. Even race day nutrition, things like that. Oh yeah. I've never, never even taken gels. Yeah. So, oh, I don't know. I mean, Truett's got me pretty excited. But I mean, he, I'm pumped to see what he's going to do in Austin. He has a lot of confidence. I know. I've been loving his confidence on his posts. Dude, I don't know if people understand how committed he is. And you always see these even these pros and they're less like oh you got to take a day off every once in a while. Go out. Enjoy your friends. True is like no. I don't need to do that why would i do that that would and so if you don't need to so you can do that and it might be like a mental health break but you're going backwards yeah that little i'm drinking a glass of wine or a beer you didn't get better so if if you need it yeah that's a positive but if you don't need it and true it doesn't need it because he doesn't give a and it's like we ran those fast miles we get back to the truck and he's like oh he goes i know we got to run to the very end of them back it's a hundred more yards he did 17 miles already but he had to get that hundred more yards that's like that's like borderline a little autistic i mean i have never seen somebody so obsessed yeah and i i don't know I think people think we're kind of speaking like hyperbolic. But it also has to be said, a lot of those super obsessed athletes have coaches that make sure they're that nobody's making true do any of this thing nobody's making him he's doing this all because he loves it he cannot wait to get up in the morning to train so we did that and then we did i said yeah i said we're we want to get a few more miles tonight so we did four more miles at night and just like seven minute pace and i mean it's just nonstop training recovery at nine hours of sleep a night. Um, oh, he's got, you know, if he has any, any up and down with a sponsor, he'll just say, I'm done. I don't need, I don't want anyone. If there's any extra energy he has to like spend on some relationship or sponsor or something like that, he'll be like, Nope, I'm done. Thanks. Just no distractions. And I don't – not very many people are like that. No. I don't – I think there are very, very few that are like that. And everybody will justify why that's not good or why they don't need to be like that or why it's better to – I'm like, okay, keep saying all that shit. Justify it for yourself. That's for you.
