And sometimes things don't make sense right away. And sometimes life feels like a big question mark. That's right! And friends! That can feel uncomfortable. But wise leaders don't panic when they have all the answers. They learn how to stay curious, calm, and open. Because uncertainty isn't a problem. It's often where wisdom begins. And today's lesson helps us understand exactly how to handle moments like that. So now it's absolutely story time. Okay! Got a close legacy, leaders! Hold on tight! Start up the time machine destiny! It's time to rewind the clock! One, two, three! Ready? Wow! We just landed somewhere so beautiful! It looks like a pixel. That's right! We've traveled back in time! Long ago, in a quiet village, surrounded by rolling fields. A sparkling river, wild flowers dancing in the breeze, and golden sunlight. There was a farm-a-name Richard and his son, Stephen. Every morning, farmer Richard woke up early. He worked the land. He cared for his animals, and he lived a simple, peaceful life. One day, the farmer's horse ran away. The villagers ran over and said, Oh no! That's terrible! How absolutely unlucky! The farmer gently brushed the dirt from his hands, looked towards the open field, and said, maybe so, maybe not. A few days later, the horse returned. Not only that, it brought wild horses running proudly behind it. The villagers gasped. This is wonderful! You're so lucky! The farmer smiled softly and said, maybe so, maybe not. Soon after, the farmer's son tried to ride one of the wild horses. The horse jumped. The boy fell, and his leg was badly injured. The villagers cried, oh no! This is awful! What bad luck! The farmer's sat beside his son, and calmly said, maybe so, maybe not. Then something unexpected happened. A bunch of soldiers came to the village. They were looking for all the young men to go to war. Oh no! But the farmer's son couldn't go because of his injured leg. The villagers whispered in amazement. That injury, it saved him! What good luck! The farmer looked out at the horizon, and said once more, maybe so, maybe not. Well, I think I heard this. Sorry! It's a really good lesson. It sure is. So what did we learn today, legacy leaders? May I go first? Absolutely, ladies first! Legacy leaders! This story teaches us something very important. Sometimes we think something is well-bad. But later, we discovered it protected us. Sometimes we think something is good. But we don't yet see the whole picture. Wise leaders don't rush to judge every moment. That's right, destiny. Friends, they stay calm. They stay curious. And they trust that growth takes time, exactly.
