Dr. Adam Brockman discusses the "Weekend Warrior Blueprint" emphasizing that activity is an attitude, not an age-dependent decline. Guest Grant Townsend, founder of NuvaCell Biologics, explains how stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine offer an accessible alternative to surgery and pharmaceuticals for chronic pain and mobility issues.
Insights
- Inactivity, not aging, is the primary driver of physical decline; a mobile 75-year-old has more youthful cellular muscle than a sedentary 50-year-old
- Regenerative medicine via stem cell therapy represents a third option between pills and surgery, offering natural healing without invasive procedures or extended recovery
- Movement should be associated with joy and sustainability rather than intensity; people who view exercise as fun stick with it 5x longer than those focused on fitness metrics
- Topical stem cell delivery (NuvaCell) democratizes regenerative medicine by reducing cost from $8-15K per injection to a fraction of that price, making it accessible to everyday patients
- Combining regenerative medicine with physical therapy and complementary modalities (red light, shockwave therapy) accelerates healing outcomes compared to standalone treatments
Trends
Shift from invasive orthopedic surgery toward regenerative medicine as first-line treatment for joint and tissue damageTopical delivery systems emerging as viable alternative to injectable stem cell therapies, reducing procedural burden and costGrowing provider networks for regenerative medicine creating accessibility parity between elite athletes and general populationIntegration of lifestyle medicine (movement, hydration, nutrition) with cellular regeneration therapies for holistic healing protocolsEmphasis on prevention and cellular signaling over symptom management in anti-aging and orthopedic careUmbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells becoming standard source material for regenerative medicine productsExosome-based therapies gaining prominence as mechanism for cell-to-cell signaling in regenerative medicineHealthcare provider education and clinical support becoming competitive differentiators in regenerative medicine market

Good day, and wherever this message finds you, welcome to the Dr. Bob Martin Show. I'm Dr. Adam Brockman, and today we're going to dive into one of my favorite conversations. Not about medicine, not about pills, not about pain, but about possibility. Let me start with a picture. It's Saturday morning. Sunlight is breaking through the blinds and the coffee's brewed. You're sitting at the edge of your bed. You rotate your neck, stretch those shoulders, and you think, wow, when did I start creaking more than my stairs? Well, you've got a pickleball paddle in one hand, an ice pack in the other, and you're wondering if the two are connected. and if this scene feels a little bit too familiar you're in the right place today's show is about rediscovering your active self that weekend warrior the early riser who wants to move without wincing live life without limitation and wake up with energy instead of stiffness But here's the truth. Activity isn't an age. It's an attitude. It's a mindset. And somewhere between our 20s and our 50s, we start treating motion like it's optional, like a hobby instead of a necessity. But I'm here to remind you that your body craves movement the way your lungs crave air. That stiffness, the soreness, the fatigue, those aren't signs of getting old. There's signs of just being still. And later in this hour, we're going to be joined by a special guest. And we're going to talk about practical strategies, the kind that keep you moving. They keep you strong and they keep you mobile. And not just for next weekend, but for the next decade. We're going to talk about mindset and the science and the small daily habits that can transform the way we move about our world. And also, if you want to join in the conversation, we welcome that. So I want you to call us at 800-606-8822. That's 800-606-8822. Or head over to drbob.com. That's spelled out the word doctor, D-O-C-T-O-R, Bob.com. Again, that's 800-606-8822 or at drbob.com. So let's go ahead and get started. And most people, they believe the body breaks down with age. And what I want you to understand is that it's not the age that's breaking you down. It's the inactivity. If we put a healthy 75-year-old next to a sedentary 50-year-old, do you know whose muscles might look more youthful on a cellular level? It's the one that moves with joyfulness and intentional and also on a regular basis. And movement, literally, it tells our DNA to behave younger. Every time you think your muscles need to stretch or they contract or they lift, they release biochemical signals. And think of those as your anti-aging. It's your age-defying text messages from your body to your brain. It's messages that reduce inflammation. It boosts your metabolism and it protects your heart and your brain from decline. So when people ask me, well, what's the best thing I can do for anti-aging? I tell them it's what you do. It's the formula. And it's very simple. It's just move more often in more ways. If you sit for work, stand to make your next phone call. Or if you lift weights twice a week, try adding in a walk the other few days. I mean, if you stretch for 10 minutes a day, your joints actually will start to thank you and thank you very early on. Now, let's talk about that weekend warrior mindset. What is the phrase weekend warrior? And for some, it's a badge of honor. And for others, it might be a medical risk category if you're sedentary. We we've all seen that guy who hasn't played ball since Thanksgiving of 10 years ago, but suddenly tries to relive his college glory days and ends up in the orthopedist office on Monday morning. But being a weekend warrior doesn't mean reckless activity. It means being resilient with your activity. That warrior mindset is about preparation and not punishment. It's about training the body for life. And we're not talking about a game or a race or a season. If you can walk 30 minutes a day and stretch for 10 minutes and add a couple of strength-based routines twice a week, you're not just maintaining health, you're building your body's armor. You're teaching your ligaments to be more elastic and your joints to stay lubricated and your circulation to stay as crisp as a spring morning. And remember, activity should energize you, not exhaust you. So if you're crawling to the shower after a workout, you didn't train, you torched your reserves. And there's no trophy for overtraining. That's just early burnout. So focus on moderation and balance and consistency. That's where the performance meets longevity. You know, one of the top complaints I hear from listeners and patients alike, it's they say, Doc, I just want to wake up and not feel stiff or tight or 10 years older than I am. Well, here's the secret. Stiffness isn't a morning problem. It's a movement deficit problem. What you feel in the morning is the result of what you didn't do yesterday. yesterday. Each night, your connective tissues, that fascia, the tendons, the ligaments, they need to reset. And if you went into that sleep tight and dehydrated and immobile, you're going to wake up feeling like you've been wrapped in shrink wrap. So let me say something that you rarely hear, and that is that movement should be fun. And somewhere between high school gym class and adult life, we forgot the joy of play. But the research backs it up. The people who associate movement with fun instead of fitness, they stick with it five times longer. Let me repeat that, five times longer. So if running bores you, don't run. Or if the gym intimidates you, move somewhere that inspires you, like a park or a trail or your living room. Maybe that's just with the music blasting. Movement doesn't require equipment. It requires enthusiasm. You do body weight exercises, dance in the kitchen, chase your dog, or play with your grandkids. Those are all what counts. When I work with patients, I always ask, what kind of movement makes you smile because it's the sustainability and that beats the intensity every single time. So let's step back for a second. Why does staying active matter so much beyond appearance or mobility? It's because movement is medicine for your entire physiology. That regular activity, it boosts the dopamine and the serotonin and that helps with your mood. It improves insulin sensitivity and enhances lymphatic drainage for your immune system. And it even increases the brain, that neurotrophic factors and what scientists call that basically a miracle grow for your brain cells. So in other words, when you move your body, you move your life forward. You're literally clearing out the brain fog and your balance issues and that chronic inflammation. So the next time you debate whether you should go for that walk, remind yourself that it's not about the exercise. It's about the investment in yourself. You know, friends, being active isn't about chasing youth. It's about honoring life. It's not about punishing a body that's aging. It's about collaborating with it. Every stretch, every swim, every swing of a golf club is that conversation between yourselves and your spirit that says, hey, we're still in this together. So if you want to age powerfully, move purposely. Eat food that builds you and not burdens you. Hydrate like your joints depend on it because they do. And remember, the goal isn't about avoiding aging. It's about avoiding stagnation. You don't stop moving because you're getting old. You get old because you stop moving. So today I want you to challenge yourself. Pick one simple motion that makes you feel alive and do it, whether it's walking the dog or riding a bike or gardening or dancing in your kitchen with your spouse. Because that's the essence of being a weekend warrior, not conquering the clock, but cherishing the motion of life itself. I'm Dr. Adam Brockman, and this is the Dr. Bob Martin Show. And I also mentioned that today we're going to welcome back a guest who's turned his own personal adversity into medical innovation. And it's someone who knows firsthand what it means to fight back from pain. It's Grant Townsend. He has been on the show a couple times to help our listeners with Regenum Medicine, and he's also created, he's the founder of NuvaCell Biologics, which again, we answer a lot of questions about stem cell therapy on the show in particular, talking about NuvaCell. And I want to invite Grant back because he's not just a guest expert. He's also the definition of determination and also reinvention. Grant was a former Division I basketball standout, and his promising athletic career was cut short after multiple surgeries and a lot of rehab. And then also the moment that none of us or especially no athlete ever wants to hear, and that's that you'll just have to live with the pain. But Grant said, hey, that's not going to be the end of his story. In fact, I consider it just his beginning. So when traditional medicine left him without answers, Grant discovered the game-changing potential of stem cell therapy. And not only did it help him manage his chronic degenerative disc disease, it also gave him back his strength, his mobility, and his hope. And he didn't just stop there. With the mind of an engineer and then that background as an athlete, he started something bigger. And as I said, it's NuvaCell Biologics, and that's a company that's dedicated to making regenerative medicine accessible and affordable for everyone. And not just a few that have the money and the means to do that. Accessible for everyone. So today, Grant joins us to unpack the science and share his journey, including how stem cells helped him rise from chronic pain when nothing else was working, and the real story behind affordable, cutting-edge regenerative medicine, and also how your own body may hold the key to the healing that maybe that's what you've been waiting for. So join me in giving another welcome to this modern-day medical innovator, and that's Grant Townsend. And Grant, it's great to have you back with us on the Dr. Bob Martin Show. How are you doing today, my friend? I'm doing well. I'm doing well. Thanks again for having me on the show. Always a big advocate of the show and the message and the mission here. So happy to be here and share about NuvaCell. Well, of course, when I talk to you and invite you back on the show, I always say, you know, we got a lot of questions on NuvaCell and it's an important conversation to keep having. So I want to start with talking about pills and procedures, which maybe it's considered a third option, but I think this should be the first option when we're talking about regenerative care. And so I have many of my own patients through the years, they've been stuck maybe between what's a rock and a hard place. You know, they're in chronic pain and they're also terrified of having joint replacement. So that's what got my interest in Regenda Medicine over a decade ago. So I want you to explain to our listeners how is NuvaCell providing that option that pro athletes have been using for years to stay away from the operating table? yeah and it's it's you know it's it's interesting you mentioned when when patients are stuck between a rock and a hard place because there's the there's the unfortunate um other side of that where where patients have already gone through failed surgeries and have experienced what that is like and that's and that's what my story was and that's what led to finding nuvis cell as I had a failed back surgery um struggled with debilitating pain for years and when I was introduced into stem cell technology and became, you know, educated into science and saw what it did for me, I was just, I couldn't believe it. It was eye-opening. So what regenerative medicine is, stem cell science is, think of it in this sense, everyone's own body has the potential to regenerate and heal itself. Think about, you know, when you're younger as a kid, right? You get a scratch or you break a bone or you pull muscle, you heal very quickly. As you age, that healing process slows down, right? And on a cellular level, that really comes from as cells age, they go into cellular senescence, right? And those cells are stem cells, the building blocks of our body. So really what stem cell science and regenerative medicine is, it's unlocking the potential the body already has. It's unlocking your potential to heal and enabling your body to heal like it did when it was younger or maybe it was hindered by some medical condition. So when we talk about between the rock and the hard place, right? Regenerative medicine, the amazing thing about it is it's natural. You're naturally unlocking your body's potential to heal itself. And in my opinion, and a lot of, I think, people in the regenerative medicine field will share this opinion as well that it's a low-risk first option, right? surgeries are inherently high risk. Pills, opioids are high risk, right? They're costly. Success rate are not as high as most people think. And there's non-invasive, there's natural means to heal before you go into some of those more extreme cases, right? Okay. Well, Grant, that's exactly what so many patients and listeners need to hear, that there is other options out there. So I tell my patients all the time, you know, between the pills and procedures, there's this forgotten space. And I think that's called possibility, you know, and that's where when you blend regenerative science in some of these smart lifestyle options, lifestyle medicine, if you will, you're not just masking symptoms, you're also restoring that architecture of health itself. So Grant, when we're talking about this In traditional surgery, we're often cleaning out or removing tissue. But with NuvaCell, we're actually signaling the body to rebuild what's broken instead of just cutting it away. Exactly. And there's, you know, there's an interesting way to think about this, right? So think of a surgery, right? A surgeon, surgeons are extremely knowledgeable. They go through a lot of schooling, right? And they go through a lot of practice to be able to do what they do. But a surgeon doesn't know the genetic makeup of your body, right? They don't know exactly how your tissue, you know, should be formed the way it was made to be formed because everyone's body is different in a high level sense, right? There's obviously, you know, medical guidelines around this. But the way, you know, the way regenerative medicine focuses is basically restoring your body back to its prime, you know, state. And that's within your, you know, genetic makeup, right? So the amount of cartilage you need to regrow in a joint or the amount your tendon needs to be repaired, only your body can know how to fix that to the exact extent it needs to be fixed. when you're going and cutting away, not only is it a permanent situation once you start cutting or removing or whatever that is, there could be many potential adverse reactions of that. But think of it as a restoring to whole versus cutting away kind of mythology where the goal Virginia Medicine, once again, it's naturally to clear your body back to the state it's meant to be in versus trying to cut or remove away something to get it to a different state that may potentially not be in pain, but it's still not the state it was in before. That's what I would say is a good shift. You know, we've often been conditioned for people to think that the only solution is to cut or scrape or replace. But what you're describing, Grant, is basically it's biology in action, and that's repair rather than remove. And really, that also ties in very well with just natural medicine. It's teaching the body how to heal and not just manage decline with aging or injury. So again, we're talking with Grant Townsend. He is the founder and CEO of NuvaCell Biologics. And I encourage you to go over to NuvaCellBiologics.com. That's spelled N-U-V-O-C-E-L-L Biologics.com. and find some research information. You can also ask questions there or you can also ask questions through our hotline, which is 800-606-8822. Again, that's 800-606-8822. We'll be right back with Grant. You're listening to The Dr. Bob Martin Show. Everybody gonna make mistakes welcome back dr adam brockman here and you tuned into the dr bob martin show today we talking with grant townsend he is the founder and ceo of nuva cell biologics and folks i wanted to let you know if you've got questions about this topic, we're talking about stem cells and regenerative medicine, that you can give us a call at our Dr. Bob Martin Show caller hotline. That is 800-606-8822. Again, that's 800-606-8822. Or you can also send us an email through our easy to use form at drbob.com. That's spelled out the word doctor, d-o-c-t-o-r-bob.com. And I also encourage you to head over to nuvacellbiologics.com. That's N-U-V-O-C-E-L-L biologics.com, where you can find testimonials, you can find research information, you can find a wealth of knowledge. You can send them an email through their easy use form to ask more about how it can help you. Again, that's nuvacellbiologics.com. Okay, Grant, so before the break, we were just talking tying in how maybe uh there's people out there that don't want to have surgery and uh you know for years we thought that regenerative medicine was uh was only for pro athletes out there so we were seeing these pro athletes getting back on the field or on on the court or on the track or you know with a winter olympics skiing whatever it might be uh they're they're getting back in record time after after injuries now uh but i want to focus on on uh most of us that are just the everyday people, the weekend warriors, so to speak, the 50-year-olds who want to just be able to play pickleball or they want to golf without a limp. What kind of results can they expect from NuvaCell or stem cell therapy? And does this accelerate their recovery time? And this, you know, I guess target demographic, which you would call it, is really why it's our target with NuvaCell, right? So you mentioned the pro athletes and regenerative medicine, stem cell injections have been very prominent in the pro athlete space for quite a while, but there's two big limiting factors. It's very expensive and it's hard to get as well. So basically what we've done with Nuvacel is put those same ingredients in an easily applied topical cream. And that's the whole reason behind Nuvacel. There's two parts of our mission as a company. It's one, to make regenerative medicine more accessible to the public, but also two, to educate, right? So when you go on our website, you'll see, you know, we push research articles. We try to educate, right? We push these research articles out to the public. And that's a, you know, that's a big core value we have as a company because people, you know, you really need to understand what this technology is at its core and to understand how remarkable it is. But back your question on, you know, the, uh, the, the weekend warrior, right. This is the, you know, nobicels is, it's really the perfect option for them. Um, it's, it's, you know, it's easy to take with you, right. It's a topical cream. I mean, you got to keep it refrigerated, but it's, it's, it's easy to bring with you on the road. It's easy to take with you to, uh, um, to a match. It's easy to keep in your fridge, right. And it's a simple morning and evening application for, for 30 days. Um, so there's no procedure. You're not scheduling. You're not having to, you know, fast for, you know, 30 days and go, you know, go under the knife for a procedure and then have multiple months of recovery. It's meant to support the cellular regeneration process while you stay active. And the other reason that's really key, especially for, you know, the older population, 60, 65 plus is, and we've seen this a lot too, when you're, you know, when you're in that demographic and you go down for an invasive surgery, that downtime can have many more adverse reactions than the surgery itself, just in terms of being able to get back out and stay active after that. So, you know, that's the other powerful thing about our product is it's going to ignite that cellar regeneration process and then encourage people to stay mobile through that. Because what we found from a science perspective, and I think what you preach a lot about on the show to Dr. Brockman is, is, you know, the best way to heal naturally is if not, people think you got to go down for six months to heal. That's not necessarily always the right option, right? Yeah, absolutely. And what I think this, this really levels that playing field between elite performance and pro athletes and then everyday living, you know, we're talking about, you know, most of our listeners, they're not chasing a multimillion dollar contracts in pro sports. You know, we're chasing kids, maybe chasing grandkids or wanting to golf and have pain-free mornings at the very least. And so if we can tap into that same regenerative strategy that lets pro athletes bounce back faster, I think that's a revolution in wellness. And that's what we're seeing with regenerative medicine. And I want you to dive into just a little bit about what makes NuvaCell so special with the stem cell therapy. So what your product is, in a sense, in the regenerative medicine, the stem cell space, one of the leading modalities on the market right now are stem cell injections and getting stem cells derived from human umbilical cord tissue. So when an expecting mother goes in for a C-section and delivers the baby, Typically, you know, they would throw the umbilical cord away in the past. You know, one of the popular things to do now is take that umbilical cord and, you know, derive the stem cells from that. And the reason you do that is, you know, think about it from what that umbilical cord is doing. It's a very young, very active, very potent, you know, concoction of cells that are growing a baby, right? And that's, you know, what I explained in the beginning of the show. That's why, you know, as we age, right, we lose our ability to heal ourselves and regenerate. So, you know, the best way to reignite that is to take those, you know, highly active stem cells from young tissue. And it's obviously, you know, ethical, right? That's a big thing because it's from umbilical cord. So what we do is we take that and really the unique thing we've done with our product is one of the big mechanisms behind mesocombin stem cells are exosomes, which are really cell-to-cell signalers. It's like, think of it as like a delivery vehicle, right? So we take those exosomes and that they have a bioactive cargo that they carry to, you know, to help signal, right? And we take those micro vessels is what they're called extracellular vesicles. And we encase them in lipid nanoparticles, which basically it's a fat layer that protects the exosome to be able to be stabilized at room temperatures and refrigerated temperatures and also acts as a delivery vehicle. And then we put that lipid nanoparticle encased exosome from the mesocondal stem cell into a topical cream with some transdermal ingredients as well. So you get penetration down into the musculoskeletal joint. So you're essentially getting the same thing as the injectable, but in a topical cream. And I think from a medical perspective, topical creams are becoming more and more powerful for different delivery methods. But the big thing, like we talked about, is you're not scheduling a procedure. You're not doing an invasive injection where you're going to have downtime because you'll have downtime with those injections as well. Obviously, not as much as a surgery, but you're not scheduling a procedure. There's no downtime. And then the cost difference is the big one. Right. I mean, some people can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on stem cell injections. Typically, we see between eight to fifteen thousand dollars per injection. And our product is a fraction of the cost of that. Yeah. And that's a good point to make. One of the goals I know that you're trying to do is have this accessible to everybody. And I think you're reaching that goal tremendously. I know, again, the questions that we receive on the show, I think it's a great option for people that are looking for something safe and effective and also just that they can use at their home. There's no downtime, no recovery. I think it's a great, great first line of defense. And again, we're talking with Grant Townsend, the founder of Nubicel Biologics. It's a topical stem cell delivery, a great treatment option for many folks that have arthritis or other orthopedic conditions. We'll be right back with Grant. Dr. Adam Brockman here as we return to the Dr. Bob Martin Show, America's number one health talk radio program. Today we're talking with Grant Townsend, the founder of NuvaCell Biologics. And I want to encourage you to find out for yourself the benefits of stem cell therapy at NuvaCellBiologics.com. That's spelled N-U-V-O-C-E-L-L Biologics.com. And then you can also go over to our website which is DrBob That spelled out the word doctor D And you can find the look for the NuvaCell icon there the logo and you can click through and find out more information directly from there, or you can submit a question to us. We'd love to point you in the right direction. Okay. So Grant, so we were talking again before break, we're talking about how trying to tie this in with the everyday person that wants to stay active, how it can really benefit those. But I also want to touch base how it can work in combination of other treatments out there, and in particular, just rehab in general. So I know treating patients, I'm all about trying to restore their function. So if we're taking nuva cell, the topical stem cell treatment into a rehab program. Maybe it's after surgery, or maybe you had an injury that you're trying to work through. I want to let the listeners know how this can help and change how a patient is responding to physical therapy. Does it, in a sense, grease the wheels for the rehab that you're currently doing? Yeah, I think that's a great question. And this is a topic we talk to a lot of our providers about, right? And I've experienced this from my own history as well, right? Typically, we say, you know, nubicillus, it can have, you know, really great benefits on its own, but we typically recommend it in a rehab program, right? Because when you look at the, you know, the body from a biomechanics standpoint, you know, typically, you know, it's not just all about cellular regeneration, right? There may be, you know, musculoskeletal alignment, right? There may be diet, right? We, you know, we always hear about like leaky gut. There's so many different factors that affect everything and really to have the best results, you know, we always, we always recommend to our providers, we got to take a holistic approach, right. And look at the body as a, as a whole. And so, you know, when you're combining that with rehab, there's a lot of different, there's a lot of different modalities we recommend, right. Obviously physical rehab being, being one of the big ones, just physical rehab in itself, you know, and this is for an example, frozen shoulder, right? If you just use, you know, nupacillin or frozen shoulder, you may see results, but you may not, right? Because you need to really be able to stretch and break up some of that scar tissue to really fix the issue. So that's a, you know, that's a one scenario right there, right? And there's many, many others. And that's one of the reasons that, you know, we rely heavily on our on our provider base. But even on the cellular level too, you know, combining things with like, like red light therapy, laser therapy, which is going to increase vasodilation in the area to help with absorption, shockwave, softwave therapy, same thing. It's going to help ignite cellular activity, help with absorption as well. I mean, I could go, I could go on and on for hours about this on all the different modalities that you could, you could combine this with for a, for a rehab protocol, but that's, that's typically what, what we recommend, right? Is, is, you know, it could be, uh, you know, very good on its, on its own. And we've seen Ubisoft be very, very successful as a standalone, but we, you know, we always recommend, and I've done this with my experience too, recovering from my failed back surgery is combining it with a, with a, you know, a three, uh, four, five month treatment plan, um, to make sure I'm giving myself the best chance to heal. Yeah. And you know, that's a, that's a real good point. You know, rehab, it's not just about the movement. It's about building momentum. So when you're looking at this biologically, you know, these prime tissues, they're responding better with therapy in NuvaCell. And so everything starts to accelerate. It's like turning your body, you know, maybe from this rusted engine into this well-oiled machine. And so with that, you know, patients recover and they recover faster. And, you know, I think that's an important point to make here for listeners. And then I also, once you mentioned that your provider network and in NuvaCell is only available through providers. And again, when we're talking about it on the show, you know, we try to point them to where they can get in touch with you, where they can find a provider in their area. So I think that's an important point to make. And I want to go ahead and let you expand on the provider network and how providers can get involved with this. Yeah. Yeah. So we're like you mentioned, We only sell through healthcare providers, and we're focused on really growing our provider network now. So, you know, we have providers in most large cities throughout the country currently. You can go on our website and click up to find a provider and type in your zip code to find providers in your area. But for providers who are interested in this product and think it could be a good, you know, add-on modality to their practice, Obviously, there's a section on our website to go says, I'm a provider, and you can go out and fill an application there to become a new cell provider. You know, with that, we offer a lot of support behind our product, whether it's implementation guidelines, you know, marketing material, clinical support from our medical board or our doctors. So, yeah, if you're interested, please go to our website. We're growing our provider base extremely fast right now. Others, doctors are getting really excited about this and, you know, what it's able to offer them to be able to give their patients basically an accelerator to their rehab programs, right? It's really cool, especially like I've talked about when providers are combining NuvaCell with like shockwave and laser therapy. It's been amazing so far. So if you're a provider or a listener that's interested in Nubicel, again, I'm encouraging you to head over to Nubicelbiologics.com. That's spelled N-U-V-O-C-E-L-L, biologics.com. And Grant, before we wrap up today, I want to thank you for bringing some clarity and also your conviction and the hope that people should invest in themselves. And that's through Regenda Medicine and, in particular, an easy-to-use at-home stem cell therapy that you've created, which is NuvaCell. So, you know, you've taken your own pain and you've turned it into this mission that's changing the conversation around healing. And so before we close today's show out, I want to get your final thoughts. You know, what's the one thing you'd like our listeners to remember about Regenna Medicine and what NuvaCell Biologics is doing to keep this movement moving forward in Regenna Medicine? Yeah, I think the biggest thing is our mission, right? We're much more than a product company and we're very rooted in our mission. And that mission, as we've talked about, is to make Regenna Medicine more accessible and more well known to the public. So whether it's research, whether it shows like this or whether it's seminars, right, we want this message on what the capabilities of this technology is to get out to everyone so everyone can know it. Right. So people and the reason for that is I don't want people to went through what I went through. Right. Which is failed back surgery, nights, not being able to sleep at night. I was in so much pain. Right. So it's something we're rooted very deeply in. And I would say that would be the biggest takeaway. So if you're listening to the show and you're considering different procedures or operations or you just want to feel better, ask your doctor, ask your provider about a new cell. It could be a great option. I'm not always saying it's the right option, but I'm a believer and from my past that it's a very good option to start off with as people go through their healing journey. So that's what I would leave you with. Yeah. And thanks again, Grant. great conversation. And friends, if you've been sitting there thinking, well, this sounds like a breakthrough that I've been waiting for, then, you know, you owe it to yourself to learn more. You can visit NuvaCell Biologics online at NuvaCellBiologics.com. That's N-U-V-O-C-E-L-L Biologics.com. So, you know, we've all been taught that aging usually means deterioration, that pain starts to come in as we decline, and that the only answer is replacement. But innovations like NuvaCell, exactly what we're talking about today, it shows us something far richer. And that's that aging means opportunity, and pain means feedback, and healing means reminding your body how to finish what it started. And so Grant's message today, if it's beautifully with what we've been preaching for decades here on the Dr. Bob Martin Show, and that's that true health isn't just freedom from disease, it's freedom to live fully. So with that, you know, Grant, thank you again for joining us and thanks for your work and your vision. I'm Dr. Adam Brockman for the Dr. Bob Martin Show, reminding you that vibrant health isn't found at the bottom of a pill bottle or in a waiting room. It begins with belief. It grows with knowledge.
