Ep. 1789 - These Two Cases Are A Million Times Worse Than George Floyd. Where Are The Riots?

•Jun 2, 2026about 2 months agoSummary
Matt Walsh examines two recent murder cases—Henry Novak in the UK and Austin Metcalf in Texas—arguing they represent systemic anti-white violence and comparing the disparate media coverage and legal responses to the George Floyd case. Walsh contends that Western governments and institutions are enabling racial violence against white citizens while criminalizing self-defense for white defendants.
Insights
- Selective media coverage and narrative framing creates vastly different public responses to similar violent crimes based on victim and perpetrator race
- Police response protocols and judicial leniency appear inconsistent across cases with different racial dynamics, suggesting systemic bias in law enforcement
- Jury composition and racial solidarity among jurors can fundamentally undermine the fairness of trials, particularly in high-profile cases with racial dimensions
- Immigration policy and religious exemptions from weapons laws create legal inconsistencies that may contribute to preventable violence
- Political leaders avoid addressing anti-white violence directly, instead focusing on tangential issues like 'knife crime' rather than systemic discrimination
Trends
Declining trust in Western law enforcement institutions due to perceived racial bias in victim treatment and investigation protocolsIncreasing use of racial solidarity as a jury strategy in high-profile criminal trials involving interracial violenceMedia gatekeeping of video evidence in cases involving white victims, contrasting with immediate public release in other casesGrowing awareness of statistical disparities in interracial violent crime and jury verdict outcomes based on defendant racePolitical avoidance of discussing anti-white discrimination despite documented patterns in policing and prosecutionImmigration and religious exemption policies creating legal double standards that may endanger public safetyCrowdfunding campaigns explicitly supporting defendants based on racial identity rather than case merits

The overdose of George Floyd was a catalyst for billions of dollars in property damage, thousands of fatalities caused by riots and defunded police departments, an onslaught of systemic discrimination against white people at every level of society, and the decline of major American cultural institutions. A career violent felon with a 90% blockage in his coronary artery, who on the day of his death consumed enough fentanyl to kill an obese horse and then tried to defraud a store and then resisted arrest, instantly became, of course, a martyr of the modern left. Now, it didn't matter that Floyd had no physical injuries to his neck whatsoever or that the chief medical examiner testified that Derek Chauvin's knee never caught off Floyd's airway. It didn't matter that Floyd repeatedly said he couldn't breathe long before he was on the ground. It didn't matter that Floyd was alive when he arrived at the hospital. None of these facts were relevant because 2020 was a very important election year. It was time for race riots, which would serve the dual purpose of weakening Donald Trump while also ushering in a new, years-long wave of anti-white hysteria and vengefulness. This vengefulness has led, predictably, to the murder of white people in the streets for no other reason than the fact that they're white. And while these racially motivated murders have been ongoing for some time, we talked about the execution of a white handyman in Louisiana named Lawrence Herr more than three years ago. The killings have now reached a new level of depravity. Now, it's not enough for white people to get murdered anymore and said whites are getting slaughtered with the direct assistance of the government and the legal system that's supposed to protect them. This is an escalation that has been brewing for a long time and now it's just impossible to deny. So let's start with the facts of one of the most egregious recent cases, one which, as of June 1st, has received zero coverage. That is none whatsoever from the AP, the New York Times, NPR, Reuters, MSNBC, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, or PBS. None of them have said a word about this. So Henry Novak was an 18-year-old white man living in Southampton, England. He was attending college. He was the first member of his family to do so. And on December 3rd of last year, as Novak was walking home alone, he walked past a foreigner named Vikram Digwa. This is a man whose family was allowed into England as part of the country's open borders agenda. Novak began recording Digwa with his cell phone and asked in a lighthearted tone whether he was a bad man, which was an apparent reference to the fact that Digwa was visibly in possession of a large dagger in a sheath that was attached to his belt, which was over the outside of his clothing. And just for context, in England, citizens are not allowed to carry a knife of any kind, even a bread knife, because it's too dangerous. But if you identify as a Sikh and you've got the little turban around your head, then you're allowed to carry any knife you want. You could carry a sword. And I'm not making that up. In 139 of the Criminal Justice Act of 1988, states that, quote, it shall be a defense for a person charged with having an article with blade or point in public place to prove that they had the article with them for religious reasons. So as someone who can't even carry a bread knife outdoors without a permit, Novak was probably surprised to see the large knife on Digwa's belt, because after all, even for Sikhs, it was an unusually large blade to display. In response to Novak's question, though, Digwa began moving towards Novak and stated that indeed he was a bad man. He was furious that he was being filmed and he apparently believed that his faith was being disrespected or something. So he grabbed Novak's phone. Now, what happened next is not entirely clear, because there's no witnesses and the phone was knocked away. But authorities concluded that a physical altercation broke out in which Digwa's turban may have been touched, God forbid. Within seconds, Digwa pulled his dagger from its sheath and stabbed Novak in the chest. It was a deep cut, roughly eight centimeters beyond the skin and hit a critical vein behind Novak's collar bone. And though that wound was fatal by itself, Digwa didn't stop there. He proceeded to stab the 18-year-old twice in the upper leg, once in the groin area, and once in the face. So he butchered this kid, basically. Now the fact that Novak had no defensive wounds on his hands indicated that Digwa's first strike had incapacitated him, but Digwa kept stabbing him anyway. Now Digwa, by contrast, had no injuries whatsoever. He filmed Novak as he fled, mortally wounded over a fence into a nearby yard. Digwa shot close-ups of Novak's face as he was drowning in his own blood. Videos that still have not been released to the public by authorities, by the way. And instead of rendering aid, Digwa began mocking his victim as he was dying. He told onlookers that he hadn't stabbed Novak at all and that Novak had called him racial slurs. Digwa's brother, Gurpreet, called the authorities and informed them that they had been, quote, attacked racially. Whatever that means. Watch. In light of all of that is the 999 call made to police by the murderer's brother. We just got attacked racially. We just got attacked by this beep. So did they call him a name there? Did they call him Novak a horrible name after the brother had stabbed him multiple times? We got attacked by this white guy. He just came out. Now the thing is, we now know none of that's true. We now know not only is none of that true, not only is not of that true, but what the boys then did, the men then did, is they made a call to their mother. And their mother, it was not born here by the way, arrived at the scene and there's a picture that we're going to show you in a second which is of the knife that was used. This ceremonial knife. It was 21 centimeters long. This sword really. At what point does a knife become a sword? I mean, there you go. That's it. The mother arrived at the scene and took the knife and left the scene with the knife and hid it. And there she is. I mean, this is a family murder and cover up. So that last part needs to be emphasized as is so often the case with third world migrants. Digwa's mother prioritized ethnic tribal loyalty over any basic standard of morality or human decency or certainly the law, which they don't care about at all. She didn't care that her son just committed a heinous murder. She immediately took the evidence and buried it. This is a woman who was welcomed into England by white people who were told that she'd contribute to their culture and their economy in some unspecified way. They allowed her to live a much better life than she could have lived in the third world. Millions of Britons tell themselves that it's important to care about women like this. Even though given the opportunity, this woman would happily assist in the murder of every single white person in Britain. She doesn't care. And by the way, notice how Digwa's brother talks about the alleged racial attack, which was totally phony and made up. But he doesn't even come up with a story, really. I mean, it's incredibly vague. He's doing what migrants have learned to do, which is to say the magic word racism. And then they get whatever they want. I mean, he even just tax racially on to the end of, yeah, we were attacked racially. What do you mean attacked racially? What does it even mean? The guy in the other line, the operator, doesn't ask any questions about that. What do you mean attacked racially? Well, they know they just have to say the word. They'll get whatever they want. And if they cry racism, they'll get asylum. They'll get funding for their fake autism treatment centers. And in some cases, they'll even get away with murder. They know how to exploit the kindness of Western countries and the stupidity of Western liberals. They do it constantly. They recognize that for most white people in the West, you know, being racist, ooh, racist, is the worst possible sin. It's an unthinkable atrocity. And until that changes, until we take racism off of this pedestal, this tactic will continue to be effective. In this case, once police arrived, Digwa didn't tell them that he was in possession of Novak's phone, which included footage of the first seconds of the attack. Instead, Digwa repeatedly claimed that Novak had assaulted him because Novak was a white supremacist bigot who hates people with turbines. Now, body camera footage, which was only released yesterday after widespread public outrage led by people like Elon Musk, shows how police responded when they arrived on the scene. If you can even call it a response. They did not have any skepticism about anything Digwa told them at all. They showed up on the scene, a guy was bleeding to death on the ground, and whatever the guy who stabbed him said, they just took that as, oh, that much. Why would someone who stabbed someone lie? I mean, of course this is the person holding the bloody knife, although he wasn't holding because his mom hit it. The guy who's standing there and the other guy's bleeding, yeah, just believe whatever the guy standing there has to say. Meanwhile, when Novak, who was sprawled on the ground, told officers that he'd been stabbed and that he was dying, officers told him that he was wrong. They handcuffed him. They read him his rights. And they let him die. And this is the most disturbing body camera footage that I've ever seen. And it's also an accurate depiction of what living in the UK right now entails. Watch. He keeps dropping side to side, so I'm just trying to keep him set up. He's got an apple of blood. I don't want him. He was on the bin on the other side of this key. He's jumped over these fences and stuff like that. And he's up here. He's fallen from there and he's slipped from there. His other shoe is left over there, mate. What's your name, mate? Huh? Has anyone been hurt other than him? Yeah, me. He's grabbed my brother. He's put my turban off so I grab on my head. Are you injured? Yeah, yeah, I've got swollen eye, little bruise on my head. All right, just step back a little bit for me. Someone flagged these down. All right, let's get you out of there, shall we? Grab his other arm. What's happened to you, all right? You've been stabbed. You've been stabbed. Whereabouts? I don't think you have, mate. Hand? Put the hand in the cuff, mate. Come on, play. Can we get a round? Where was it you think you've been stabbed? In the face. Oh, no, but we have to check, don't we? In the face? Just get these back off, get their details and that, and I'll keep all of them. All right, keep me on your side, mate. You've got to read Reef, then. What's saying to him, keeping them on his side? We were sat up when we had them here, but you didn't like it. What's your name, mate? By the moment you are under arrest, that's for assault, so you do not have to say anything about me, harm and defence, but you do not make your own questions. It's up to which electoral iron to court. Anything you do say may be given an evidence, all right? He's going to be sick, I think. All right, time's up. First one you to call it. Yeah, we've got this male, he's been beat up. Are we able to get an ambulance, please? His pupils aren't even reacting. Yeah. I mean, it's unconscionable. That's one of the worst videos I've ever seen. If you can watch that video, if you had a stronger emotional reaction to the George Floyd video than you do to that, then your brain is broken and your soul does not exist. You're barely human. I mean, he says he's stabbed and they don't even think to check. Do you think that someone's lying on the ground and said they're stabbed? It's real easy to confirm if someone's been stabbed or not. It's not like someone's saying, oh, my back hurts. Yeah, he's been stabbed in the face and in the chest. I mean, you could very easily check that, but they put him in handcuffs before they even thought to check and then they barely checked. You've been stabbed. Whereabouts? I don't think you have, mate. Until the female cop, I mean, even worse than that is maybe even the female cop after the guy's cuffed and she says, well, we have to check, don't we? Do we have to? I mean, technically, technically, don't we have to? They don't display any curiosity about the foreigners who are clearly uninjured while Novak is sprawled on the ground, barely conscious. You're rolling up to the scene. Okay, you don't have context. Fine. You're told there was some kind of assault that took place. One guy is barely conscious on the ground. The other one is standing there perfectly fine, claims that he has a boo-boo on his eye that you can't even see. And the immediate assumption is that the guy who's dying on the ground must be at fault. And so the last act, the last thing that Novak hears before he dies is his rights being read to him. They kept Novak handcuffed for more than a minute, even though blood was visible on his clothing, even though he stated he'd been stabbed, even though the officers knew that Sikhs in the UK were the special exemption that lets them carry large knives. They kept the handcuffs on, even though his hands were clearly white and drained of blood. None of these officers have been punished in any way. They haven't even been identified. Minneapolis prosecutors went after Chauvin and every other officer on the scene. They went after every officer in a two-mile radius of the scene, even the cops who were working crowd control. They sent them all to prison. But in this case, the officers suffered no consequences. Unlike George Floyd, Novak was not overdosing on anything. He wasn't spitting out fentanyl pills and meth in the back of a squad car or resisting arrest or anything like that. His blood alcohol content was well under the legal limit. In this body camera footage, Novak's behavior was consistent with being stabbed, but because he was white and his attacker was a foreigner, the police let Novak die without rendering any assistance whatsoever. In fact, they actively made things worse by dragging him on the ground and handcuffing him. Meanwhile, as Novak's father pointed out, Digwa was never handcuffed at any point. Watch. The way he was treated was inhumane and degraded. Henry was pulled across the gravel, his hands forced behind his back, and he was placed in handcuffs. Instead of being treated as a dying victim, police formally arrested Henry for assault and read in his rights. His murder, however, was afforded visa scene. He was believed. He was not handcuffed when arrested. He was not handcuffed when transported to the police station. As far as we understand, he was never handcuffed at all. The contrast is unbearable. This man was not notified that his son had died until 24 hours after the fact. At every stage throughout these proceedings, British authorities have treated him and his son like garbage, like subhuman filth, because that's how they see them. And to the father's credit, he's not tolerating that, but I do have to point out that, like many men in his position, Novak's father is also, you know, because you see how deep the programming runs. He's also repeating the same globalist script that we're all familiar with, the one where he affirms the alleged values of inclusivity and diversity. Even after these globalist values led directly to the horrific murder of his son, he still feels compelled to defend them. Watch. Henry did nothing wrong. He was one of the kindest, friendliest and most inclusive people you could ever hope to meet. He should have been safe walking home. Instead, he became another young life loss to the brutal reality of knife crime in this country. We do not want his death to be used to create further division, hatred or tension. We want his story to make our streets safer for everyone. That is why we are calling on the government to treat knife crime as the national emergency that it is. We need real solutions. We need investment in prevention. We need stronger action on the sale, the ownership and carrying of all knives. And as this case so painfully demonstrates, we need common sense applied to our laws. This doesn't mean knee-jerk reactions. This doesn't mean going to extremes. It just means a common sense approach to law and order. As the case see for the prosecution summed up in court, this is not a case about Sikhism. This is not a case about racism. This is a case about murder. Well, it is about Sikhism and it is about racism against white people. It's about all those things. This is like a parody. It's a morbid parody of the leftist response to a mass shooting, which we see so often in this country. He's literally talking about common sense knife control as if Britain's decline is due to knives, which have been available in Britain, by the way, since Britain existed as a country. And now we're having these problems. No, the problem isn't knives. The problem is that you have people like Vikram Digwa walking around your country with these special permission to carry massive blades on their belt and a very strong desire to use them and a deep resentment and hatred towards the native inhabitants of your country, which are white people. Those are the... This is violent, you know, to use the leftist language, which is actually true in this case. This is violence against the indigenous inhabitants of your country, white people. You've imported the third world and in the third world, it's not uncommon for people to carry around big knives and stab each other with them at the first sight of disrespect. It's not uncommon for the family members to cover up the homicides either. You should be calling for every single one of these people to be deported starting with this killer's mother and brother, or maybe not starting with them because they should be in prison too, along with the cops. But everybody else, his whole extended family, should be on a plane back home. That's the moderate option, and it's the bare minimum. As long as British men refuse to realize this obvious fact, as long as they continue to pretend that diversity is a strength, as diversity murders their children in the street, the country is doomed. Now, contrary to what that man just said, this case is absolutely 100% about racism and Sikhism. It's about anti-white hatred and disdain tribal loyalty and barbarism that is being imported into the country. The idea that it's about knives is totally farcical. And if British men responded to this murder with one-tenth of the intensity that leftists use in response to George Floyd's overdose, the problem will be solved overnight. So when does that happen? When are the riots starting? When will British men transform their entire society and their entire legal system to avenge Henry Novak? And it doesn't even need to be riots because rioting is not the answer to anything, but actual anger and real systemic change in the country. I mean, these are the kinds of, there's the kind of language that the left uses. Oh, there's systemic racism, but like in this case, it's actually true. There's actual systemic racism against white people in the UK. And what you just saw there is a symptom of that. Where a white guy is bleeding to death on the ground and the assumption is that he must be at fault because he's white. That's exactly what happened there. And it's a symptom of a deep systemic problem, an actual systemic problem. People who change communities rarely start by trying to change the world. They start by helping one person, solving one problem, leading one team. Small actions become meaningful work. Meaningful work turns into impact. Restrictions and eligibility requirements apply. And we all know this. And we all know what's going to happen. British men did nothing as Pakistani gangs went around raping British children for more than a decade. You know, if we're being honest, they probably aren't going to do anything about this either. I hope I'm wrong. Meanwhile, British men are the only net positive in the entire country. Every other ethnic group is a net negative in terms of their productivity versus the benefits they receive. That's just a statistical fact. They're committing more and more crimes, which are increasingly heinous. It's been true for a long time and no one in Britain is willing to do anything about it. They're just acting like doormats. You know, the only reason this case ended in a conviction is that the police recorded audio that was obviously incriminating. After Novak died, the police transported Digwa and his brother, Gherpreet, to the station for questioning. And in transit, the police captured their conversation with one another. And the two men, speaking in Punjabi, came up with a plan to pretend that Digwa had acted in self-defense. And at one point during the conversation, Digwa stated that if there were, quote, any cameras in that part of Belmont Road, then he'd be unable to make any kind of self-defense claim. So it's pretty much the most incriminating conversation imaginable. And therefore unsurprisingly, the court found Digwa guilty because they literally had no choice. They would have loved to let the guy off, but they just couldn't watch. While here at Southampton Crown Court, the jury has just found Vikram Digwa guilty of murdering 18-year-old Henry Novak. Digwa was also found guilty of carrying a knife in public. His mother, who was on trial for assisting the defendant by removing a weapon from the scene, was also found guilty. The weapon was used to stab Novak five times is a kapan, a religious knife, carried by initiated Sikhs as a mandatory article of faith. That's so dumb, by the way. I mean, the knives should not be banned in the first place, obviously. But if you're going to ban them, then you should ban all of them. The idea that, oh, it's part of my faith to carry a knife around. Like, first of all, who cares? If you're a self-respecting country, you have laws, and in this case, it's a stupid law, but it's a law. And if you're a self-respecting country and someone comes from another country and says, this is my culture, I don't care, then go back to your country. No, I want to live according to my cultural values. Okay, well, then go back to your country and you can do that. But you can't, this is, go back there. You know you're allowed to say that to these people when they show up in your country and they say, this is my culture, you're allowed to say, oh, I don't care. Oh, your culture sucks, you know that? Your culture sucks, your culture's bad. Like, I don't want any part of your culture here. In what way has any country ever improved by making it more Sikh-like? Making it closer to Sikh culture. In what way would that improve any country? What problems do you have in Britain or do we have in the United States that could be improved by just like bringing in more Sikhs with their knives? Anyone name one? You know, there were reports that even after the verdict, members of the killer's family continued to accuse Novak's family of being racist in court. Now, there were scuffles outside the courthouse as a result. And again, these people have no shame. They only know how to claim victimhood status because it always works for them. They know that the West bends over backwards to accommodate foreigners, no matter the cost. And in fact, despite the guilty verdict, that's still the case here. Digwa was only sentenced to 20 years in prison. He'll be eligible for parole at the age of 43. Yeah, after murdering an innocent white teenager and then lying about it, Digwa will almost certainly be a free man in his 40s. He'll be able to slaughter another white kid who looks at him the wrong way on the street. You know, it's hard to imagine that a white kid would be able to be a criminal. He'd be able to be a criminal in the wrong way on the street. You know, it's hard to imagine a more dystopian story or a better way to describe the fall of Britain and the West more generally. A foreigner who shouldn't even be in the country was granted a special exemption to carry a gigantic knife. He stabs a white kid because of racism and then tells him that his, tells his third world mother to dispose of the evidence. The cops instinctively trust every word he says as they manhandle the dying teenager. And then after all this, the sentence is just 20 years in prison and the police get away with it. Actually, it's worse than all that. You know, when they thought they could hide the body camera footage, here's what the Hampshire police were saying on social media. Quote, our officers were misled at the scene, including denial of weapon use. They quickly switched to life-saving aid within minutes. But as laid out in our statement, the medical evidence shows the injuries were not survivable. The very sad case, our thoughts are with the family. Notice the passive voice here. Our officers were misled at the scene, including denial of weapon use. Well, no, that's not true. Novak told the officers repeatedly that he'd been stabbed. The body camera footage makes that very clear. And, you know, the idea that your officers were confused because, oh, well, yeah, the guy who did it said he didn't. We were totally confused. What were we supposed to do? We showed up and the guy who stabbed said he didn't stab. What are we supposed to do? What are the cops supposed to do when they show up to the scene and the bad guy who did a bad thing says he didn't do a bad thing? Well, what, I mean, what do we, what can we do then? But just take them at their word and go about our day. Yeah, we showed up to the scene of the bank robbery and the bank robber who was holding the gun and had a bag of cash with like a dollar sign on it and had it slung over his shoulder. He said he didn't rob the bank. It was a denial of bank robbery. You know, the police were hoping that we wouldn't notice that in fact the officers made the decision to disregard what Novak was saying in favor of the lies of the foreigners who were using the magic words. And even after the release of the body camera footage, the entire British political staffsman is still lying about the case. Here's a Kier Starmer, the prime minister, quote, this is an awful shocking case. Henry's loved ones have gone through the trauma of a long trial and endured Henry's killer making up appalling claims about their son who was thoughtful, kind and deeply loved. It is right that the IOPC is investigating the police response to a senseless murder. We must end the cycle of tragedy by tackling the horror of knife crime. Henry's family, friends, his university in the city of Southampton will continue to feel his loss and our thoughts will always be with them. It's a small detail in all this, but you notice how these, all these statements from these British retards, they all make sure to say our thoughts will be with them, but they don't say prayers. We don't mention prayer, you know, because that's also culturally insensitive. What about atheists? I mean, what kind of prayer? Our thoughts are with them, not our prayers. What good does that do? Like when someone says, oh, I'm sending you my thoughts. We mean you're sending me your thoughts. What are you, the telepathic? Now, again, there's the line about the horror of knife crime. I mean, this guy is, and no offense, attended to him at all, but just a total gutless rodent. He won't mention anti-white violence. He won't mention the systemic hatred, oppression and marginalization of white people in his country, which is actually happening, carried out by his government. Remember when Starmer's government forced everyone to watch that Netflix show, Adolescents, about how white kids are supposedly committing all the knife crime? And it's because white kids are being indoctrinated by, you know, evil white propaganda. It's because they're being indoctrinated by the manosphere. It's because they're watching like Andrew Tate or something. And then when reality hits, we're informed that the problem was really the knives all along. You know, what's happening in Britain as horrifying as it is clearly isn't unique. A couple years ago, a 37-year-old father asked a Sikh man to stop vaping in front of his children outside of Starbucks, and the Sikh man responded by pulling out his ceremonial blade and gutting the man while he was pushing a stroller. Watch. There's a growing memorial outside of Vancouver Starbucks for Paul Schmidt, who was fatally stabbed on Sunday. The 37-year-old was at the coffee shop with his wife and daughter at about 5.30 Sunday when he was stabbed, following what police have called a brief altercation with another man. 32-year-old Inderdeep Singh Gosal was arrested a short time later and has been charged with second-degree murder. People have been coming by the scene with notes and flowers to show support for the victim's family ever since. Video obtained by CTV News shows the minutes before Paul Schmidt was killed in downtown Vancouver in March 2023. You can see here, Inderdeep Singh Gosal sitting outside the Starbucks at Granville and Pender. The CCTV footage from inside shows Paul Schmidt leaving the coffee shop, pushing his child in a stroller, passing Gosal before turning down the sidewalk. Gosal proceeds to light what appears to be a cigar, blowing clouds of smoke periodically for nearly two minutes before he abruptly stops, stands up with his left hand in his pants pocket and begins to speak to Schmidt while Schmidt moves towards him. Gosal then puts his right hand into his hoodie pocket. You can see here, Schmidt leaves the stroller, engages with Gosal and then the two appear to square up to fight. And that's all we can show before Schmidt is later stabbed and killed. Now, knife crime strikes again. That's the only lesson we can draw from that footage. We certainly can't complain about the fact that somebody named Inderdeep Singh Gosal was walking around in Vancouver, Canada. Can't do that. That'd be racist. So it'd be better to just let fathers get slaughtered in front of their children. And ironically, that's what the leaders of the West believe. We still don't have the footage of the stabbing of 17-year-old white high school junior Austin Metcalf. If you remember that, it was killed at a track meet by a black high school senior named Carmelo Anthony last year. A jury selection just so happens in the Carmelo Anthony trial began this week. But the judge has decided that no cameras or audio recordings are allowed in the courtroom. And therefore, there's a very good chance that we'll never see the footage of the killing, which a handful of news reporters have been granted access to in highly controlled environments. This is from last summer. Watch. Texas Grand Jury indicted 17-year-old Carmelo Anthony just last week for a deadly altercation that happened at a Texas track meet in April. And now News Nation has viewed a critical piece of video evidence. 17-year-old Austin Metcalf was killed. Anthony admits he stabbed Metcalf while both took cover under a team tent during a rain delay. But Anthony says he was acting in self-defense. News Nation's Rich McHugh has been tracking this case, and Rich, you are one of the reporters who got to view this important piece of evidence. Yeah, Nicole, they allowed me to view this video under strict conditions. I couldn't record anything. I couldn't take pictures. I could take notes. But that's about it. They would play it one time, and they wouldn't even rewind it or play it again, even the moment in question. So what I saw in the video was ultimately, it's from the press box across the field on the 45-yard line. You can view a yellow tent across the field. That's where this incident happened. There's no sound on the video. It's raining. You can see about 30 to 40 people around the different fields. It's a track meet that morning, so they're preparing for this track meet. The incident question happens at 9.44 a.m. It's really calm up until that point, and then chaos ensues, and you can't really make up anybody. You can't make out individuals. You can see people and colors and what they're wearing, but you can't make out identities. But again, at 9.44 chaos ensues, what I did not see was any obvious physical altercation leading up to the stabbing. So why can't the public see the footage? That's never been explained. Like the body camera footage in Novak's stabbing, they're going to try to hide it for as long as they possibly can. Meanwhile, of course, with the George Floyd, I mean, the whole video was out immediately. Any of the BLM martyrs, we all see the video. There's no concerns about whatever, poisoning the jury pool or anything like that. Oddly though, when you flip the races around and it's a white person that's killed, then all of a sudden, well, we got to be really careful with the footage. We got to be really careful and we wouldn't want to do anything that would bias anybody. Interesting way, you just never have those concerns if it's a black person who dies. But this is also why the judge is locking down the courtroom as well. If people understood the level of anti-white violence that was actually going on, they might not accept it so passively. In case you've forgotten the facts of this particular case, here's what the authorities wrote in their arrest report after talking to witnesses. In April of last year, there was a thunderstorm at a track meet in Frisco, Texas. Carmelo Anthony, a senior at Centennial High School, went into the Memorial High School tent where he didn't belong, met Cafftold Anthony to get out of the tent, and then, quote, Anthony grabbed his bag, opened it, and reached inside and proceeded to tell Austin, touch me and see what happens. Austin proceeded to touch Anthony, and then Anthony told Austin to punch him and see what happens. A short time later, Austin grabbed Anthony, told him to move, and Anthony pulled out what the witness recalled as a black knife and stabbed Austin once in the chest and then ran away. Carmelo Anthony then threw the knife into the stands and apparently attempted to hide the evidence, and when officers arrived, he said, I did it. Now, based on these facts, there's no conceivable reason why anyone would be rallying to the support of Carmelo Anthony. If somebody touches you in an attempt to get you to leave a place where you don't belong, that doesn't give you the license to stab them to death. Every piece of available evidence strongly suggests that Carmelo Anthony is guilty. He killed an unarmed teenager who, according to every available eyewitness, was not threatening to kill or seriously injure him. He was just trying to get him to leave a place where he was trespassing. Anthony was obviously not in fear for his life at any point. You cannot walk into somebody else's tent at a track meet and then stab a kid in the chest because you, what, you feared for your life? If you feared for your life, you wouldn't have gone in there in the first place and if you did go in, you would have just left. It's a tent. It's not a prison cell. It doesn't even have walls. You can just leave. No, Anthony stabbed him because he's being disrespected. You can't tell me what to do. That's the whole reason that this young man is dead now is because Carmelo Anthony wanted to prove a point. And then he tried to hide the murder weapon. This is not a Kyle Rittenhouse situation where we had videos of people trying to murder Rittenhouse. Remember that Rittenhouse immediately turned himself in afterwards. It's also not a Daniel Penny situation because Metcalfe was not threatening to kill anybody at the track meet. Instead, Carmelo Anthony instigated the situation. He went into a tent, again, where he didn't belong. He made repeated threats of violence, almost as if he was looking for an excuse to use his knife, which he wasn't allowed to have at the track meet in the first place. And additionally, according to people who knew Carmelo Anthony, he was known to engage in fights. There's a shocker. Watch. One girl that we spoke with knew Anthony pretty well that she says and told the sis. I'm in shock because it's like I wouldn't expect that from him. I only know him fighting and stuff like, you know, but to take someone's life is just like a different level. Now, despite all these facts or perhaps because of them, Carmelo Anthony now enjoys a high degree of support among black Americans. They pressured the school district to allow Anthony to graduate, which even aside from killing someone, he almost certainly didn't deserve in the first place. He probably got, you know, passed on through the grades despite barely knowing how to read. That's just my guess. Just a guess. A black judge who's obsessed with diversity lowered Anthony's bail from a million dollars, just $250,000, allowing him to go free. And then in maybe the single most significant moment for race relations, quote unquote, in the past 100 years, and I don't think this is exaggeration, thousands of black people donated to Carmelo Anthony on Give, Send, Go for the simple reason that he killed a white boy. He raised more than $600,000. Money the family, of course, spent on lavish purchases apparently for killing a white teenager. That was the entire justification. I mean, there's not even a pretense that it was anything else. Again, there's no reason at all to think that this is self-defense. No evidence of that. The public has not seen anything that would even suggest that this murder was justified. And yet they heaped all this money on him anyway. I mean, it's one thing to say, and I've heard this as a retarded justification for the support of Carmelo Anthony. People have said, well, innocent until proven guilty. Innocent until proven. Yeah, number one, that is a guideline. That's a law that a principle that applies to the courtroom. It doesn't apply to us as individuals. We're allowed to come to reasonable conclusions about, you know, we're allowed to form opinions even apart from even before there's a trial or even in spite of a trial. OJ was found not guilty. He was guilty. But also, number two, even if you want to respect, well, innocent until proven guilty, that would be a reason to say nothing to kind of stay out of it and say, well, let me see how this plays out in court. Okay, I could respect that. But you're giving him money. That's not you saying innocent until proven guilty. That is you saying either I actively believe that he is innocent with no justification for that, or more likely it's, I don't care if you did it or not, I'm supporting him because he killed a white kid. And that is what led to the fundraiser. And we know that because you can read the comments before they were disabled anyway. Here's some of the comments on the fundraiser. We stand against this two tiered system of justice where white scum like written house Zimmerman, Penny can utilize self defense, then the same applies here. FBA B1 Strong. FBA stands for foundational black American, by the way. And B1 stands for black first. That was a $50 donation. Here's one for $20. Quote, it's cool when they do it, but it's a problem when we do it. Us against them, period. That's always, those kind of comments are funny. Like, oh, suddenly it's a problem when we do it. Like, it's almost always you doing it though, that the vast majority of violent crime is being committed by black people in this country. So, the black person kills someone. Oh, on the rare occasion when a black person kills someone, suddenly it's a problem. It's nothing rare about it. That's, you know, it's like almost always this is how it goes. And when it comes to interracial murders, one race killing another, a black person is many times more likely to kill a white person than the other way around. Then there's this one quote, quote, y'all only support Carmelo because he's black. You're damn right we are. Would y'all do the same for yours? Not much room for interpretation there. And by the way, the answer is no. Like, there actually is no, there is no precedent of white people just like rallying around in large number, you know, a white murderer just because they're white. That actually doesn't happen. It doesn't. Like ever. Here's another quote. Yeah, gonna support him because he's black and for no other reason. I don't need another reason. A white supremacist cannot outdonate me. I'm gonna come right back behind you to stomp on your inferior, better, weak beasts. There were so many posts like this that give Sango suspended comments on the fundraiser, but they allowed the fundraiser to remain open because they want the money. Remember when people were pitching give Sango as a more Christian moral alternative to go fund me? You know, so much for that. One of the most expensive habits people have is trying to save money. When it comes to buying cheap versions of things that actually matter, everyone's done it. You buy the knockoff charger, the bargain power tool. If about three weeks you convince yourself it really works and then it breaks and you end up buying the real one anyway. And now look, you paid twice. To this day, black supremacists are showing up in large numbers to support Carmelo Anthony simply because he killed a white kid. This was a scene outside the courthouse earlier this week. Watch. Carmelo Anthony. He's free. I just have. I just freeze. Now, according to Sarah Fields, who was in the courthouse for jury selection, the jury is already being intimidated. That's another not surprising outcome. Quote, I witnessed sheriff's deputies escorting an African American woman out of the courthouse hallway. She was wearing a pink shirt with lace sleeves. Deputies were accusing her of jury tampering. I later learned she was allegedly connected to the Anthony family and it reportedly been caught recording members of the jury pool. Outside the courthouse, the atmosphere was just as interesting. Several supporters of Carmelo Anthony were live streaming on TikTok and wearing Carmelo themed shirts. So multiple members of the Black Panther movement present based on observations throughout the morning. The crowd appeared to be overwhelmingly around 95% Carmelo supporters. Yes, 95% Carmelo supporters. At this point, we all know how this trial is going to go. Like Digwa's family in the UK, Carmelo Anthony's family has decided their strategy is going to be to defame the dead white victim. That's why they attacked Metcalfe's father at the press conference last summer. Metcalfe's father, by the way, the first thing he did was come out and forgive and talk about how we don't want to be racist and all these things. And here's how they showed their gratitude for that. Watch. The father being at this press conference. These are my words. Don't quote anybody. It's a disrespect to the dignity of his son. Next generation action network from the beginning has respected the loss of life. No matter our opinion of it, we have kept our opinion close. We have not attacked. We have not shared the information that was shared with us about Austin Metcalfe because we respect the dignity of life. Well, he's just a disgusting person. The whole family is disgusting. Scumbags, all of them. But that was the moment the trial strategy became clear. Their defense isn't going to be about facts. Instead, they're going to attack their white victims. At trial, Carmelo Anthony's lawyers are going to try to seed as many black jurors as possible so they can get a hung jury. They understand that racial solidarity is their best chance. And if it worked for OJ, it could work for them too. We've talked before about the statistics showing how black jurors in general are far more favorable to black defendants than other races. This is a fact of our jury system. It's barely ever talked about. It's a fact. It's a fact that is so stark, so severe, that it has basically rendered our jury system dysfunctional. We'll put some of the statistics up on the screen, which you can see right here. This is one of the many fatal flaws in diversity that nobody talks about. Different demographic groups, particularly non-white demographic groups, tend to support their own particular demographic interests. And for a jury system, that's a fatal problem. I mean, it turns out you need a more homogenous society to have a workable jury pool. That's what the stats tell us. But we don't have that kind of society, and Camilo Anthony's legal team will take full advantage of that fact. If they can see just one juror who thinks like those give-send-go donors, then their client will walk. And yes, the judge is supposed to screen for that, but it's not going to work. That's how two BLM activists got on the Derek Chauvin jury. All the person has to do is lie about their beliefs and they'll get through. For what it's worth, the judge doesn't appear to be doing much vetting anyway. Here's the local ABC affiliate reporting on the first day of jury selection. Quote, is there anybody in the room who cannot follow the law? The judge asks rhetorically. Anybody else see jury service like this before? The judge answers his own question. Me neither. The judge asks, despite our flaws, we're the greatest country in the world. Do you agree? Several jurors have disagreed. A few potential jurors say we're not the only great country. One juror answers, our country has a long and complicated history. Well, that should have been an immediate disqualification, but of course it wasn't. Hating the United States, much like hating white people, doesn't bar you from jury service in 2026, although it should. It's actually an affirmative reason for the defense team to put you on the jury. And if prosecution objects, well, they're being racist. They can be disbarred for that. So they're not going to dare to say a word about it. Now, I'm not going to make a definitive prediction about this case, but if you're under the impression that this will be a fair trial or that thousands of potential black jurors wouldn't happily acquit Carmelo Anthony, even though they know he's guilty simply because he killed a white boy, then you do not understand the stakes. You don't understand why the left has spent the last 60 years fomenting anti-white racial hatred in this country and all over the world. Now, they didn't actually care about the fentanyl addict who overdosed to Minneapolis. What they care about and what they're not getting is making Rhodesia a reality in the West. They want to see white people getting executed day after day because of the color of their skin. They want to normalize the wholesale slaughter of whites in the streets to the point that no one's shocked by it anymore. That's the grand project that's been underway for as long as most Americans have been alive. And if Carmelo Anthony walks, which appears to be, I would say, more likely than not, honestly, it'll be the clearest sign yet that these people are going to get exactly what they want. We'll become South Africa, but unlike South Africans, we'll have nowhere to go. You won't be able to flee to a more welcoming, safer utopia where the rule of law is more important than race and ethnicity because no such utopia exists. We'll be trapped with people who are legally allowed to murder us. How long can we survive as a country in that scenario? South Africa lasted maybe 10 or 15 years post-apartheid before their collapse. If this verdict isn't acquittal, then without a doubt, you can start the clock. Ever since the Civil Rights era, our leaders have conditioned millions of white Americans to accept their debasement, humiliation, and discrimination on the basis of race. Once white victims are held responsible for their own murders, on top of all that, then the Civil Rights era will have achieved its ultimate purpose, the purpose that's already been achieved in the rest of the Western world, eliminating the civil rights of every white American. That'll do it for the show today. Thanks for watching. Thanks for listening. Talk to you tomorrow. Have a great day. Godspeed. Who bankrolled him? What unfolded behind the scenes in Birmingham, Alabama in 1963? Was civil disobedience actually peaceful? We wanted to show you a clip of the I Have a Dream speech, but according to our lawyers, we can't. In fact, King's family has made a lot of money suing media outlets. They want to silence critics like us. What they're doing makes it very difficult to judge Martin Luther King Jr. not by the color of his skin, but by the content of his character. Is America today stronger, more unified, and racially equal than before King's rise? These questions demand answers, and as Americans, we are entitled to a full accounting of the Civil Rights movement and its consequences. King's movement fundamentally transformed our country and our system of government. I speak as a citizen of the world. Each day the war goes on, but hatred increases, though the cause of evil prosper. The first part of our two-part special on the Civil Rights movement, a new constitution, available now on Daily Wire+.
