Please listen to this recording in a place where you can safely sleep. Hi, it's Chris from Sleep Cove and here is a deep sleep story called The Spring Cabin. Through this sleep meditation, we'll take a journey along a path before finally finding the cozy cabin where we can rest and sleep. I've done a couple of these stories before, the most recent one where we go to a cabinet autumn and now spring is in the air and life is coming back into nature and you'll witness it tonight. So please get comfortable, subscribe with the bell and put your phone to the side so you can really enjoy the recording. And let's begin. So let's just take a moment to settle yourself comfortably into your bed allow your body to find its natural resting position. Just get really comfortable. There's nothing to carry right now, nothing to manage and nothing to do. Close your eyes if you haven't already, move your phone away and just take this time for you. Now take a slow deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs gently and then relax out breathing through your mouth. Breathe in again and then relax out feeling so so good. And one more time, take a deep nourishing breath in and then relax out breathing out. And with each breath out, feel your body sinking deeper and deeper into the bed beneath you. Havier, heavier and more supported. This time is just for you and you feel so good and relaxed from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes. And in your mind's eye now, I want you to imagine that you're standing at the beginning of a quiet path. It's early spring, that gentle moment in the year when the world is just beginning to awaken again, when the air feels fresh, softly cool, carrying the faint scent of new life. You notice the ground beneath your feet, solid and steady, supporting you completely. And as you begin to walk slowly along this path, you feel a quiet sense of ease. With each step, your body softens just a little more. Around you, the signs of spring are everywhere. Tiny green shoots emerging from the earth, delicate blossoms beginning to open, and soft petals catching the light. You may hear the gentle song of birds in the distance, not loud, just a soft natural melody, welcoming the new season. And somewhere nearby, there is the faint soothing sound of a small stream. Water flowing gently, steady calming continuous. And as you walk, you begin to notice just how easy everything feels. There is no effort to you. Every step happens naturally, as if the path itself is guiding you forward. And with every step, you can begin to let go of the day. Any tension, any lingering thoughts, any tightness held within the body, they just go. You just allow it to gently loosen, to soften and drift away. Like leaves carried by the stream, or clouds drifting away on a beautiful blue sky. And now you bring gentle awareness to your body, starting at the top of your head, soothing the scalp, softening the forehead, allowing the space between your eyebrows to smooth the relax. Your eyes becoming heavy, resting softly in their sockets, your jaw and clenches, your tongue rests easily, your neck and shoulders soften now. Any weight you've been carrying, you can set it down here, there is nothing you need to hold. You just let your shoulders drop, just a little more, and you feel that release. Gently flow down your arms, into your hands, and all the way to your fingertips. And now your chest and your breath. They soften, you're more natural, more easy, and relaxation and awareness, just moves to your stomach, so you can do deep healing, big breath. There is nothing to force and nothing to fix. You're just enjoying this journey. And there's a warm gentle night here, the soft sunlight of early spring, a late afternoon. And this light is beautiful, and it casts over you, making you feel so happy, so relent. And everything seems to settle, everything seems to soften. Any tension, any discomfort, simply unwinding in its own time, like the earth in spring, slowly thawing, softening, coming back into balance. And there's a quiet intelligence within your body that knows how to restore and how to heal, and how to return to ease. And you can trust this process, and you can let that gentle warmth begin to spread through your lower back, into your hips and legs, flowing down through your knees and calves and ankles, and into your feet. Your whole body now is soft, heavy and supported, and you continue walking along this peaceful spring path. And you can see the light beginning to soften, as the day is turning towards evening, and the beautiful blue sky has really changed now. And gentle hues of soft gold, pale pink, and deeper blue into the sky. Everything becomes calmer, quieter and slower, and in the distance just barely visible through the trees, you begin to notice something, a small cabin, resting peacefully, nestled within the gentle embrace of spring. And you can see it, and you can feel something shift within you, a quiet sense of comfort, of knowing that this is a place of rest. A place where you can fully let go, and for now you continue walking towards it. Step after step, slowly and easily, with the soft sound of the stream beside you, the gentle birdsong above you, and the calm spring air all around. And with every step, you drift deeper and deeper into relaxation. There is no need to think, no need to try, just gentle walking step by step. And with each and every step, you just drift a little deeper into this calm comfort, breathing in the fresh air, the scent of blossoms, new leaves, and the faint sweetness of spring. All around you the world is awakening, tiny birds beginning to open, petals unfolding, and soft greens returning to the land. And trees around you, where their branches once bear, are touched with the first signs of life, delicate leaves growing quietly without effort. And as you walk, you begin to match the same rhythm, nothing rushed and nothing forth, everything unfolding naturally. And in the distance you hear it again, the gentle sound of a stream flowing softly over the smooth stones, a quiet steady rhythm, like a lullaby woven in the air. Perhaps now you find yourself walking closer to it, the sound becoming clearer, softer and more soothing. And as you begin to walk beside this stream, you notice something, you notice that your thoughts are becoming quieter, like leaves resting on the surface of the water. They simply drift, and there's no need to hold onto them, no need to follow them, and you're just watching as they float gently away. And there's more space now between each thought, more quiet, as your body softens even further, as you feel so calm, and everything's becoming still, everything's becoming more distant, the sky's becoming even more darker. And Virth's song is getting quieter, and that cabin is getting closer now. And as you get further and closer to the cabin, you notice small details, a winding path, leading to the door, flowers gently growing along the edges, and petals resting softly on the ground. Everything here feels welcoming, familiar, like you've been here before. And you step closer and closer to the cabin, until you reach the door, and you're ready to step inside. You push it, and you feel the soft wood under your hands, and the cool metal as you turn the handle. And as the door opens, you are welcomed by a quiet warmth, a soft golden light spinning gently into the evening air, inviting you in, and as you step inside, you immediately feel it, a deep sense of comfort, of safety. And as you look around the cabin, more and more, you can see how this is a well-loved place, with chairs and blankets near a fireplace, decorated so quaintly, it really is a cosy place, with pictures on the walls, and you can feel the rugs beneath your feet, you've taken your shoes off now, and you can really feel the feeling beneath your feet as you walk around, taking it all in. As large windows inside, perfect for gazing out over the spring scene. The air is warm, but light, carrying the faint scent of wood, and something soft, like spring blossoms resting nearby. Everything here is calm, it still is peaceful, and you close the door gently behind you, and the outside world simply fades away. There's no noise, there's no demands, it's just quiet, and you take a moment now to notice the space around you. Perhaps you see the soft, wooden walls, worn by the gentle glow of sunlight, a comfortable chair or a bed, just waiting for you, a nearby window looking out onto the peaceful spring evening, where blossoms are happening, and the last light of the day fades into dusk, and somewhere softly in the background, you can still hear it. The gentle stream flowing steadily, calm and unchanging, everything here as exactly as it should be, and now you move slowly and effortlessly towards the place where you rest. Perhaps there's a bird, soft and welcoming and perfectly made, or a chair, warm and supportive and holding you gently, and as you settle into this space, you feel it immediately, a deeper level of relaxation, your body softens even more, sinking, melting and letting go completely, there is nothing to hold now, nothing to carry you or fully support it, and your shoulders drop, and you feel so amazing, and you bring your awareness once more to your breath, soft, slow and quiet, with each inhale, being gentle and easy, and each exhale, long and releasing, and you bring a soft awareness to your body, that warm spring light, still glowing there, steady, calm and healing, like the quiet earth resting beside the stream, and everything within you is settling, balancing and restoring, and you remain in tension, gently dissolves like frost, melting in the warmth of early spring, there is nothing to force, nothing to fix, and your body knows exactly what to do, it is so safe, and you can just let go, your chest, your shoulders will so relax, your arms so heavy and still, your hips, your legs and feet all sink deeper, as you rest in this quiet cabin, surrounded by warmth and stillness, and you are drifting through the edge of force, softening with your body growing heavier, and your mind just quieting, as if the whole world has slowed down just for you, and outside, the last night of evening fades, and night time gently arrives, the stream continues its soft song, the breeze moves slightly, through the blossoms, with everything being calm, steady and at rest, and here inside the spring cabin, you are completely safe, completely held in that peace, you feel so amazing, so good, and you can even sense, the evening outside, the stream still flowing gently, and the light breeze still moving, through the blossoms, and it is night time now, and the stars are coming out, twinkling away, and your body is soft, heavy and relaxed, and thoughts no longer need your attention, they are just drifting away like leaves, and the water just how it was like on the path, and sleep is coming naturally, there is nothing else you need to do apart from fall asleep, your body has done this before, and you will do it again now, and that feeling of spring comfort is still within you, as everything settles, balances and rests, and you are drifting heavier and heavier, deeper and deeper into sleep, and you embrace it now,
