Hey, Jeffery here. And welcome to Nightfalls. This is a mini meditation. Just a few quiet minutes before you settle in for the night. Lately, I've been thinking about how easily tomorrow can spill into tonight. One little reminder, one unfinished task, and suddenly the mind is already living the next day. But nighttime has its own rhythm, slower, softer, a place where you're allowed to set everything down. So if tomorrow's to-do list is already crowding your mind, you're not alone. These thoughts just make you human, and maybe suggest you're a little burnt out. So let's give your mind some space. It's time to let it all go. Bring your attention to your breath. Inhale slowly through your nose. Exhale gently through your mouth. Breathe. Again breathe in, come. And breathe out the day. Feel your shoulders drop. Feel the bad holding you. Let your body feel a little heavier. And as you breathe, imagine each exhale softening the space around you. We're going to use a simple visualization to help us relax. Nothing complicated, just a gentle way to give your mind permission to pause. So take another slow breath in, and a long, easy breath out. Think of this visualization as creating a little distance between you and tomorrow. A soft boundary that lets you rest without carrying everything with you. So when your next calm inhale, picture tomorrow's tasks written on the board at the foot of your bed. And as you exhale, watch a soft, heavy carton slowly fall across it. The list is still there for the morning. Tonight it's behind the carton, but you don't have to see it. You don't even have to think about it. Repeat softly with me. Tomorrow can wait. Tonight is for rest. I'm allowed to let it all go. Come back to your breath in and out. Like the quiet rhythm of waves, there is no rush. There is nowhere else to be. Take one last deep inhale and a slow, steady exhale. The carton is closed. Your body is here resting. You can let go now. If sleep is already close, just drift away. If you'd like a little more company, you're welcome to switch to one of my stories. Whichever you choose, sleep well. For a lot of us, making time to take care of our mental health isn't always straightforward. For me, therapy has been part of that. And one thing I've learned is that even after you decide to ask for help, finding care that's affordable and fit into your life can still be difficult. It can sometimes feel like choosing between getting the right support and being able to afford it, which shouldn't be how mental health care works. That's one of the reasons RULA exists. RULA is a health care company that helps you find in network therapy that fits your budget and works with your insurance. Without the endless searching or confusing fine print, they work with over 100 insurance plans, which means many people pay around $15 a session, and depending on your coverage, it could even be zero. And instead of sitting on a wait list for a month, you can often find a licensed therapist accepting new clients as soon as tomorrow. What I also appreciate is that RULA doesn't just match you and disappear, they stay involved, checking in along the way to make sure your care continues to work for you. Thousands of people are already using RULA to get affordable, high quality therapy that's actually covered by insurance. Visit RULA.com forward slash nightfalls to get started.
