Hello! I am so happy that you decided to stop over for me to help you fall asleep. I see your makeup still on. Okay, just keep comfortable, tip back and relax. You do not have to do a thing. I'm going to be taking your makeup off and doing a little bit of skincare. We're going to clip back your hair because we have a couple things that are going to put on your face. I just don't want to get it in your hair. Alright. Let's take that makeup off with this hot, myself a water. I'm going to brush her as well. Okay. I'll do anything that will be relaxed. I also have a face brush. I know you really like that. Yeah. Alright. I'm going to start with putting it on this little asitian. I'll show you. I just bought these. Asitian wipes because I wanted to see how it felt on the skin and it is very nice all-purpose, aesthetic wipes. So, I'm going to take one of those and take your makeup off with it. And we're just going to start with your face makeup. Now we'll do your eyes. So, just try. Let's take that off of I know we're going to be painting makeup off so I'm going to do that for you. Okay. Okay. Perfect. And supposedly this is a all-in-one, so it cleans your face as well. But I'm still going to wash it because I don't always like outfills. We're going to use this dupe for the foaming cleanser. There it is. Why is it standing out like that? Let's go to your face. Perfect. And I'm going to take a little corn bomb. We're going to keep that on your face for the moment. And I'm going to put a little bit more of my solar water on your eyes with a little corn bomb. So let's take this again. And just keep your eyes shut. It's very gentle on the eyes. Okay, perfect. Alright. I think we are ready to rinse that. So I have to make a just sponge. And we'll just dip it into this water right here. It's hydrogen water so the bottom infuses it to be healthier. Let's go to the soak up for a moment. And rinse that off. And it will be it as well. Perfect. And I'm just going to try your face. Does that feel fully dry? Okay, just get down here a little bit. Okay, perfect. I have this F bomb electrolyte water facial mask. Should be good enough. So we're just going to put this everywhere. Perfect. I just have to feel good. Don't worry, you do not have to talk or make conversation or think about tomorrow or anything. Just to be here with me. Take a couple deep breaths. Step into this moment. All you have to do is relax. And I'm going to put this tuba glow and get it cooling and breathing eyeball on. So that you can wake up glowing. You know, my under eye is always feel dark in the morning or my eyes are buffy. And this is really going to help with that. And take a few of that beauty sleep. So just look up for me. And the cheekbone above your eyebrow to this side. Open to the cheekbone. And put it at the top. Okay. You feel like cooling. It's really nice. I'm also going to spray this pure fine, refreshing mist to cool you down. Sometimes at night time we get really hot and I don't like being overeating at night. So this is just going to help you really relax. Cool you down a little bit. Just chat your eyes for me. This smells good as well. You want a little more? Just chat your eyes. Just breathe it in. The last thing I have for your face lips the most important. Personally, I can't sleep if my lips aren't moisturized. So I'm going to take this little honey stick. Just give it a little bit moisturizer for the lips. Just buckle up. And you can just blend that in. I might need to do a care fight but some on. I need some too. So lip mask. So it's extra moisturizing. And to make you as comfortable as possible I have this sleep body lotion with lavender and cedar wood, natural essential oils. This fast absorbing body lotion, conditioned skin with ultra nourishing, shapeutter and antioxidant rich vitamin E with lavender oil. Then inspire your quality in cedar wood oil to calm the mind. I miss all of it and this can be for a better time to ease your mind and breathe the deeply for best results. I'm just going to put this in your hand. Okay. Just take that in. Massage it. It's very relaxing. It smells wonderful. Take this in. I'm going to massage it up into your form as well. And your wrist as well. Okay. Perfect. How does that feel? Good. Just breathe that in. If it's too much I can get some off. That's good. Perfect. Take that in. And I also have a little bit of this if you'd want. Some fix to help you open your nasal cavities and your sinuses. And I'll help you breathe better. And just take a whiff of that. And it's all like it's small this all day. I'm just going to put a little bit right below your nose. Just look up slightly. And I'll put... Okay. Perfect. Just breathe that in. It's amazing. I'm going to brush her, okay? I have this brush that gets all of the knots out. But it also has these bristles to make your face and soft as well. So it's a two with one hair brush. And we're just going to brush down. Yours so long. It's really beautiful. Just go to the back. Okay. Perfect. Making sure we get the scalp. And now you've had the long day. So you deserve to just fully relax. You deserve to know where you deserve to feel good enough. You are good enough. And you're doing enough for you deserve to give yourself relaxation, decompression. You're doing amazing. You're doing all that you need to be doing. You're making the right choices.
