Feel your body settle into your seat, letting gravity hold you. You don't have to do anything right now. The plane is doing the traveling for you. You simply get to rest. So breathe in softly, letting your belly gently rise. And then exhale slowly, allowing your shoulders to fall away from your ears. You might notice the quiet vibration, the hum of the engines, a subtle lift of the aircraft carrying you higher and higher into the open sky. Even miles above the earth, your breath knows exactly what to do. Breathe in calm, breathe out tension. Breathe in calm, breathe out tension over and over again, letting your body relax and everything slow down. Sometimes flying brings excitement, sometimes worry, sometimes a mix of both. Everything you feel is welcome here. Notice any tightness in your body, your jaw, your hands, your belly. Let your breath move into those places like soft, warm air, opening windows in a stuffy room. With every inhale, imagine your spine, lengthening against the seatback, creating space inside your body that feels so good. And with every exhale, feel your muscles surrender into the cushion below you. Breathe in calm, breathe out tension. Breathe out tension, breathe out tension. Breathe out tension, breathe out tension. Breathe out tension, breathe out tension. Breathe out tension, breathe out tension. Breathe out tension, breathe out tension. Breathe out tension, breathe out tension. Clouds drift outside the window, weightless and unbothered. Let them remind you how light your worries can become when you don't hold them so tight. Breathe in calm, breathe out tension. Feel the support beneath you. Feel the rhythm of your breath. Feel how this moment asks nothing more of you than simply being here. You are safe. You are supported. You are allowed to fully relax. You are free. You are free. Take another easy breath in. Letting energy fill your body. And then let the air flow out as a gentle release. Now rest in this calm you've created. This beautiful calm that will travel with you all the way to your destination. You are free. You are free. Namaste, beautiful. Namaste, beautiful. Namaste, beautiful. Namaste, beautiful. Namaste, beautiful. Namaste, beautiful. Namaste, beautiful. Namaste, beautiful. Thank you.
