Okay, hormones. Healthy, natural hormone optimization for the human body, for boys and girls, and theys and thems. How we gonna do? Are we gonna go talk to a drug dealer for steroids? Or our doctor for half steroids, TRT, and get a needle and stick it in our ass? No. We're not going to do that. they are trying to play God and you can't do that, okay? It's just gonna shut down your natural ability to create a hormone if you just take it in a needle and shove it in your ass, okay? You're just setting yourself back. You're taking one step forward and five steps back in the long run. What we need to do is get our bodies creating its own hormones in the amounts that it wants optimized. And how it's being made and where it's going once it gets made, how it's being used is way more important than just some stupid number that your doctor made up. Like, look at my blood. It should have had 600 per deciliter per deciliter. It's like, dude, none of that shit matters, bro. That's not taking into account how much you're making. That's not taking into account how much is being used on the back end. That's not taking into account how much is being converted into DHT, how much progesterone, how much estradiol, how much estrogen. Okay, there's a million different hormones that it could be converting into. 5-alpha reductase, bicka bicka bicka. It's a very complex system that will never be able to hack or just be like, well, I'm just gonna raise this one hormone of testosterone and everything's gonna be good. No, you're going to get tons of side effects from that. Well, I'm just going to raise up my Ozympic, my GLP-1, my glucagon-like peptide. I'm just going to inject 5,000 times the amount of much of glucagon. It's like, okay, what's that going to do? It's going to make sure I'm not hungry. Okay, what's that going to do? It's going to make sure I don't eat. Okay, what's that going to do? It's going to make you deficient in everything, in protein, in healthy fats. Your healthy fats are what's gonna make your testosterone actually boost up naturally, okay? And the best way I found in my bajillion years to make my in my 22 years of doing this crap to make myself muscular and lean at the same time is I sound like a broken record it to cut out the shit food okay I cannot put into words how important it is to cut out the crappy food. That's number one, okay? We're cutting out Oreos, we're cutting out Doritos, we're cutting out Taco Bell, We're cutting out crap. We're cutting out eating out. I'm not talking about the bedroom. I'm talking about restaurants. Okay, we're cutting out these five poisons. Okay, cutting out oils. We're not cooking with oil anymore. Okay, well, how are you gonna cook without oil? You just do it. I'll show you in the cooking class, in the cooking master class. Okay, you just cook it. We're cutting out all that crap. Okay? And we're eating foods from God, lean meats, lean dairy, fruits, vegetables, water, pasture-raised eggs, coffee, put a little Splenda in there, salt, pepper. We're eating things from God. We're not eating man-made horseshit. Okay? That's number one. Number two, we have to supply our body with these good things. Now, pasture raised eggs, the yolks of the eggs carry cholesterol and zinc and all the things you need for your body to create. Cholesterol is a precursor to testosterone, okay? And your body creates cholesterol every day. Well, if I create it, why do I need to eat it? Because what it creates is just enough to survive, just enough to function at a very low rate. If we want to optimize it, we need to intake healthy, good cholesterol. Well, is cholesterol good to give me heart disease? No, it's not, okay? That's a giant lie. Cholesterol, you need it to be healthy and for your body to create the hormones that it needs. Now, once you start eating egg yolks, okay? I eat 13 a day. 13 egg yolks a day, along with almost a pound of red meat, spinach, sweet potatoes, and my milk with coffee in it. My coffee with milk in it. And that's what I eat, okay, every day. And I have a good way for you girls I don really know how you do this but for a guy when you sleeping when you waking up in the morning if you not waking up with just a hard just a raging just a raging freaking hard-on in the morning then your hormones are not optimized okay and that's what our goal is for girls I'm not exactly sure, but you can follow the same. We're not trying to get your testosterone through the roof, and your body won't use more than it needs to, okay? You probably don't need 13 eggs a day. You're going to have to find that out, okay? So step one, cut out the crappy food to optimize your hormones. Step two, eat healthy foods to optimize your hormones, especially red meat and eggs. Lean red meat and whole eggs with the yolks. That's going to give you the cholesterol and nutrients that you need to create your own testosterone, that your body will create its own testosterone as much as it needs to be healthy and look normal. Not look like a freaking steroided out weirdo. Step three, all of these hormones are mostly created, like 90% created when you're sleeping. Okay? When you're sleeping is when all the good HGH, testosterone, all the stuff we want to create, We eat lean, healthy physiques, lose fat, build muscle. All the hormones that we want are optimized and created when we're sleeping. So we're not going to stay up all night watching Netflix. You know, we just, I was like, what? He's like, oh, there might be some tents or something. I was like, that sounds awful. So you're going to get eight hours of sleep a night. Some tricks for that. Magnesium L3 on it. get a supplement of that it's helped me a lot apigenin i've been taking for like the last two years and it's helped a lot what that does like when i used to have to wake up in the middle of the night to go pee i could never fall back asleep like i just like once i was i wake up at like three in the morning to go pee um and then i come back i won't be able to fall back to sleep apigenin helps you like once you're in that sleepy mode like you can go pee and come back can fall right back to sleep um the other thing so magnesium l3 and 8 eat healthy cut out the crap apogenin those are the two things i take to help me sleep good and um get sunlight in your eyes in the morning even on winter days even on whatever the hell day go out in the morning like eight in the morning nine in the morning even if you're at work whatever and get like at least 10 to 20 minutes of sunlight in your eyes. And I swear to God, it makes a huge difference. It gets your circadian rhythm in the right rhythm, in the right place where it needs to be. And then at nighttime, when you go to go to sleep, you're tired. You're actually tired. Okay. So prioritize your sleep. That is when all your hormones are created.
