What ships heading to or from Iran are hearing, Elisa Brady, Fox News. The U.S. has announced a formal blockade of Iranian ports in the coastal area. This is a legal action. As a U.S. blockade continues for a third day. We do not comply with this blockade. We will use force. The whole of the United States Navy is ready to force the plagues. U.S. Central Command says no ships have crossed the restricted area, and nine vessels have complied with turnaround orders. A two-week ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran remains in effect, but is scheduled to end next week. Senior officials from Pakistan arriving in Iran hoping to lay the groundwork for restarting peace talks. President Trump telling Fox Business if Iran is smart, the conflict will end soon. It's tax deadline day for most filers. The American people are seeing the real and positive change of Republicans' common sense leadership. House Speaker Mike Johnson says Trump tax cuts are fueling bigger refunds. House Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar... Even if they get a tiny bit of relief filing their taxes, every month they're paying more. Housing costs, utility costs, gas costs. President Trump is scheduled to head west this week to visit focused on no tax on tips and affordability. The vice president will hit the campaign trail for Republicans in Iowa. Vice President JD Vance will campaign with Republican Congressman Zach Nunn, who is facing a tough reelection bid in his southwestern Iowa district. Vance will also headline an event with Turning Point, USA, at Iowa State University during the trip later this month. While the events are focused on this year's midterm elections, the visit does boost Vance's visibility in Iowa, home to the first in the country caucus for Republican presidential contenders in 2028. Fox's Jared Halpern at the White House. The SMP a short time ago, getting back over 7,000 after first hitting that milestone back in January, though it's a mixed day for stocks overall. A legal fight may be coming over some of what the new Virginia Governor has been doing on gun loss. One law Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger once changed proposes a ban on future sales, manufacturing and transfer of certain semi-automatic guns referred to as assault firearms that have fixed or built in magazines with at least a 15-round capacity. While Spanberger took out the word fixed, so it could cover any semi-automatic rifle that could accept a magazine holding 15 rounds or more, even if that magazine is detachable. House of Delegates Minority Leader Terry Kilgore said if there was any doubt Spanberger was coming for our firearms, this removes it. Spanberger called this and other amendments common sense. The Justice Department's Civil Rights Division has threatened to sue over any law pass that infringes on Virginians' right to bear arms. Fox's Jessica Rosenthal, Maine's legislature, passes the first statewide ban on large data centers. The bill in Maine freezes for at least 18 months, construction of new data centers that draw more than 20 megawatts of power, enough for more than 15,000 homes. They're being built around the country to house equipment used for computing and artificial intelligence systems. The bill would create a council to examine the impact of large data centers on the state and utility customers. Maine's electricity prices are among the highest in the country. Fox's Chris Foster, it's not clear if the governor will sign it, she wanted an exemption for a center already planned in one town. Walmart's great value brand is getting a makeover. The update will include nearly 10,000 items. It's Walmart's first brand refresh in more than a decade. The new design will include nutritional information. The rollout will be phased in over two years, beginning with salty snacks. Walmart has also pledged to remove synthetic dyes from its private label Foods by January of 2027. The company says the refresh will not impact the products themselves or their pricing. Fox's Jenny Kosola, right now the Dow is down 175 points. Alisa Brady, Fox News.
