•Feb 4, 20264 months agoSummary
Host Allie Beth Stuckey analyzes three key lessons from the newly released Epstein Files: understanding how sin corrupts powerful people, recalibrating success away from worldly ambition, and recognizing Christianity's role in protecting children and establishing human dignity. She also addresses celebrity hypocrisy on border security, detransitioner lawsuits winning against medical providers, and the troubling rise of platonic co-parenting arrangements.
Insights
- Mention in leaked documents doesn't equal criminal involvement; context, verification, and corroborating evidence are essential before drawing conclusions about public figures
- Confirmation bias on both political sides leads to wrongly validating unsubstantiated accusations; Christians must maintain objectivity when evaluating alleged wrongdoing
- Wealth and power pursuit without spiritual grounding creates vulnerability to corruption; rejection of worldly advancement may be divine protection from moral compromise
- Western revulsion to child exploitation stems from Christian civilization's elevation of children's dignity, not universal moral consensus; losing Christian values threatens these protections
- Medical malpractice lawsuits against gender-affirming surgeons signal a shift toward accountability; making doctors fear consequences is essential to stopping irreversible procedures on minors
- Platonic co-parenting prioritizes adult desires over child welfare; children need stable married mother-father households, not social experiments fulfilling adult wants

Get those early bird tickets for $99 and I will give you more information as we get closer to that day. All right. We've got a lot to talk about today. I'm going to try to go through it as thoroughly, but also as concisely as I possibly can, because there are so many important things that we need to talk about. So first, let's talk about the DOJ's latest release of the Epstein file. So on Friday, January 30th, the US Department of Justice released this huge batch of documents, emails related to Jeffrey Epstein. And the DOJ has now published over 3 million additional pages of material and compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which President Trump signed into law on November 19th. And this latest release included more than 2,000 videos, 180,000 images. And that brings the total production to nearly 3.5 million pages. And so when you're asking, hey, different people, why haven't you talked about this? What do you think about this? Well, there's a lot to talk about because there is just so much to wade through. If you'll remember, the Epstein Files Transparency Act originally required the DOJ to produce all relevant files by December 19th. The department cited the enormous volume of material, the need to redact all of the survivors, the victims identifying information as the reasons for the delayed releases. It included the photos and videos and court records, FBI and DOJ investigative materials, news, clippings, emails, text messages, internal reports tied to Epstein and Glean Maxwell. And some of the files do mention prominent figures, including President Trump, including former President Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, though these individuals that I just listed in these files, they have not been tied to any wrongdoing and the substantiated criminal activity and connection with this case. It is important to note that a mention of a famous individual does not necessarily mean that they were involved in Epstein's nefarious activities. Some people I talked to Glean back on the radio yesterday and he was saying that he was mentioned in the Epstein files. And if you just say that sentence alone, that of course sounds really scary. But the reason he was mentioned is because Jeffrey Epstein was talking to one of his friends about how much they hate Glenn Beck, which of course is like a huge badge of honor. So just because you hear, hey, someone was mentioned in the Epstein files. You have to kind of like know the context to know whether or not it's sketchy or criminal. Also important to remember that the Epstein files, they're not the same thing as the Epstein client list, which has yet to be released. Obviously, we want to know that we want to bring those people to justice. We want to see justice for the victims. We want to know who was actually a part of this predatory criminal activity of sex trafficking of praying upon minors. There is so much in these documents that is really difficult to decipher. You have to verify the contents. You have to know if these images are real or they actually found on the DOJ website or is this just AI? You've got a lot of people using Photoshop and other tools to create false emails to try to present these fake accusations. Also within these documents, there's uncoroperated tips. There's people saying to the FBI, this person was involved in this crime and we just don't know if that's actually true. The FBI has said that many of the documents have not been deemed credible. That's according to the associated press. Then a lot of the files lack context. They lack dates or corroborating evidence. Even when we see circulating, I just think the Lord that I haven't seen these, but if you do see circulating, disturbing photos, emails in the files, this evidence alone doesn't sufficiently provide grounds to prosecute anyone. If you're wondering why is it Pambondi putting all of these people in handcuffs, there's obviously a process, a justice due process process that has to be gone through in order to see if someone actually participated in criminal activity and should be prosecuted. One part of this is that we need to really be wary of our confirmation bias. We've got a lot of people on both sides wanting to see Trump cut up in this nefarious network or you want to see Bill Gates if you're on the other side cut up in criminal activity. We just have to make sure that our confirmation bias on either side of the aisle is not leading us to wrongly validate accusations that just aren't based in fact. One example of this, people are talking about Zoran, Mamdani, maybe his mother was a part of Jeffrey Epstein's network, but AI is involved in this to lead us into believing this conspiracy theory and that's where things get really dangerous. We'll get into that in a second. Let me go ahead and pause, tell you about our first sponsor for the day and that is Fellowship Home Loan. As we enter the new year, you might be thinking about refinancing, you might be thinking about your budget. You might need to free up some cash and Fellowship Home Loans can help you do that. If you're buying a new home, you're looking for the right home. You want to make sure that you can afford it. They can help you with that too. You can actually skip your next two mortgage payments if that's something that you need to do with your budget. That's two months of margin to help build the rhythms and priorities that you want for your family this year. If you want to do that, you got to call my friends Mike and Brian at Fellowship Home Loans. What I love about them is that they operate their business not just by the book, so they're not just doing mortgages the right way, but by the book by the word of God. They care about integrity, they care about Christian values. That's what they're bringing to the table when they're helping you out. Go to FellowshipHomeLoans.com slash alley. Fellowship Home Loans mortgage lending by the book nationwide mortgage bankers, DBA Fellowship Home Loans, equal housing lender, NMLS number 81932. So there is the appearance of Mira Nair, who is Zora Mamdani's mother that has led to a number of conspiracy theories about his ties to the dead predator Jeff Epstein, including that Mamdani was the illegitimate son of Epstein. So you see all of these apparently AI created images that flooded the internet and people saying that Mamdani and Jeffrey Epstein actually look alike. But the truth is Nair's only appearance that we can see in these Epstein files is contained in an email from a publicist Peggy Segal to Epstein on October 21st, 2009. Nair mentions that an after party for Amelia, a film Nair directed was held at Galeen Maxwell's townhouse. Nair was in attendance Jeff Bezos and Bill Clinton were also mentioned to have been at the party, but no wrongdoing was mentioned. No crime was mentioned there. And of course, there is no evidence that Jeffrey Epstein is Zora Mamdani's father. Trump also has something to say about his mention in the files. He is mentioned several times in this latest release, including a dozen tips into the FBI regarding sexual this conduct. These claims are unverified. They're unsubstantiated. We don't know the context or why someone is sending these tips. And so that's all we can go with right now. One of the files that are included in this release that include President Trump are direct communication between Epstein and Trump. The New York Times found 5,000 files referencing Trump. And then there's one example where Epstein emails his private investigator about whether he should call Trump about Virginia Jew free, one of Epstein's accusers. And then Trump's reaction is that the Epstein files actually absolve him of any wrongdoing. Here's how it's six. What do you think the building is to be so much to do with Epstein? Do you think your critics will be satisfied with it? Well, they shouldn't be because it looked like this guy wolf was the right. It was conspiring with Epstein to do harm to me. And I didn't see it myself. But I was told by some very important people that not only does it absolve me, it's the opposite of what people were hoping, you know, the right and the left. I do think it's important to note that Trump signed the legislation that demanded transparency for the Epstein files. And so he has been a part of the crew that has been calling for the files to be released. Now I am also not an apologist for every level of Trump's morality. I think that we have to wait to see what actually comes out, what evidence we see about all these different kinds of people who have been caught up in this very nefarious web. I'm very thankful for President Trump and how strong he has been on so many policies that have made our country better. And I literally think the Lord every day that Kamala Harris is not president. But look, as Christians, we have to be completely objective and fair and impartial when it comes to speaking to biblical truth and calling evil evil and good, good. And so I think we got to wait to see a lot. There's a lot that we have yet to see when it comes to the evidence surrounding these people who were allegedly involved with Jeffrey Epstein. And it's important for all of us on both sides to make sure that we are not pointing fingers in the direction of people that we already just didn't like simply because we didn't like them. Now, there was one person who was caught up in this that I'm very disappointed about. And it does seem like these emails are verified. In fact, physician Peter Etia has said that these emails are real. Most of you probably know who Peter Etia is. He is not only a physician, but he has written lots of bestselling books. He has really become an expert on heart health, on metabolic health and giving all kinds of wellness advice that I know a lot of people have benefited from. I don't even want to read all of these emails. There's just all kinds of gross perverted stuff that no man should be talking about with anyone, but especially Jeffrey Epstein. And of course, Peter Etia is married with children. So it's just really disappointing. Low moral character stuff. This is someone that people have trusted in a lot of ways with lifestyle advice. And he even gives wisdom on emotional health and spiritual well-being. And so when you're hoisting yourself up as an authority in that way, you want to be able to trust that that person has good discernment. And at the very least, I think that we can say that he didn't have good discernment. Now it doesn't look at least from these emails like he was involved in criminal activity, but he does admit that this really was him emailing Jeffrey Epstein. He said that he apologizes. He regrets putting himself in a position where email some of them embarrassing, tasteless and indefensible are now public. And that is on me. I accept that reality and the humiliation that comes with it. So that is very unfortunate. And whether it's Peter Etia or whether it is Donald Trump or anyone else who was involved in any way with Jeffrey Epstein, it makes me think of a few lessons that I think all of us can take away, but especially those who kind of get into this upper echelon of society and they start being tempted by powerful people. Okay, lesson number one that I thought about is that we have to notice the nature of sin. Notice the nature of sin because sin makes you stupid. Lust in the selfish ambition. They all have a way of arresting our thinking and Satan does his most effective work by overplaying the benefits of sin in our minds and downplaying its eventual consequences. And these powerful people and science, medicine, business, finance and politics all got caught up in Epstein's web and they were enticed by this promise of connection and greater power and maybe unfettered pleasure in a lot of cases. And some of them probably didn't intend to be involved in a criminal enterprise, but little by little and small justification by small justification, they found themselves connected to an evil person. And in some cases, they themselves started practicing evil things. And so that is the nature of sin. That is how things start with the seemingly excusable little step in the direction of wickedness. Number two, a lesson that I think we can all take here. We have to recalibrate our definition of success. I heard this phrase years ago. I think I read it in a Christian book when I was in high school. Man's rejection is God's protection. So I think we have to ask ourselves, what if the race that you didn't get or the promotion that you didn't receive or the campaign that you didn't win or the friend group that didn't accept you or that party that you didn't get invited to? What if all of that was actually protection from the corruption of your soul? What if God knew that that thing that you wanted and that you felt like you deserved would actually end up harming you and hindering you spiritually? Maybe that promotion or that party wasn't going to put you in the echelon of Epstein, but maybe it was going to put you in cahoots with the wrong people. Maybe it was going to encourage pride or covetousness in you. And one thing we know about God that we see over and over again in our own lives and throughout scripture is that he cares much more about our holiness than our happiness. And he will stop it absolutely nothing to accomplish his will. Jesus' words have come to mind many times over the last few days as I'm seeing all of these emails in the commentary on it. And I think about this passage again, I tell you it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God. That's Matthew 1924. And also, but those who desire to be rich fall into temptation into a snare into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction for the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs that's first Timothy 6, 9 through 10. Now caveat that does not mean that wealth is inherently evil or that we shouldn't earn money for our work. We read that in 1 Timothy 518. Of course, the proverbs are full of advice for how to be wise with our money so that we can provide for our families and be generous with others. And Jesus also makes clearing Matthew 19 after saying that it's difficult for a rich person to go to heaven that with God all things are possible. Our salvation is not about our bank account. It's based solely on God's mercy. That's Romans 916. However, what we do see here is that the seeking of wealth and power for the sake of wealth and power has a way of crowning out Godly affections and replacing those affections with idolatry. So we should think the Lord for what He gives and what He takes away knowing that His glory and our holiness is ultimately His goal. So we recalibrate the definition of success. And then number three, we should be grateful for a Christian civilization. Now this might sound scandalous, whatever about to say at first, but it is true. The only reason that we have a rightful aversion to Jeffrey Epstein is because of Christianity. Disgust toward pedophilia and prey upon minors is not self-evident. It is not universal. There are Jeffrey Epstein throughout history across a wide variety of cultures. In fact, in many non-Western nations today, child marriage or raping underage girls is not seen as perverse, it's not seen as criminal. The reason the West and the United States has a general consensus around the evil of pedophilia is because of Christianity. There is this book that if you listen to this show or you've seen me give a speech, you've probably heard me talk about it. And it's by Owen Bakke, he's a historian and it's called When Children Became People. And he analyzes the dehumanization of babies and children in the ancient Roman Empire. They were aborted. They were left to die via something called exposure in the wilderness. They were slain after birth. They were used as labor. They were sold as prostitutes. And it's because they didn't possess the physical strength that was allowed by Rome and they didn't possess the full intellect or the logos that was allowed by Greece. So they were treated as kind of sub-human. And it wasn't until Christians introduced the world to the Amago Day and preached this radical message of equality before our creator that slowly but surely the world changed how it saw children. Not as animals but as these vulnerable people in need of extra protection. And so these people, these Christians who worshiped God who came to earth as an embryo and was heralded by the angels as a newborn changed how the world value children. Plus it's important to note that unlike Islam, the model for marriage in the Bible from the very beginning is between one man and one woman who are immediately primarily tasked with being fruitful and multiplying which can only be done post-puberty. So inherently within Christianity is this model of sexuality that is only to be within the balance of marriage between one man and one woman. This is the standard that Christianity sets. So the revulsion to Jeffrey Epstein and his ilk whose actions are incredibly common throughout history is actually evidence of the vestiges of the Christian conscience that forged the West and inspired the words that we read in the Declaration of Independence. We hold these truths to be self-evident to all men are created equal. However, the problem is that these truths are not actually self-evident. They are sacred. They are revealed to us not by common sense but actually by our creator. And we can trust, we can know for sure that as we lose our Christian conscience in America as we move away from the creator all the things that we take for granted will soon be lost, the dignity of children, the honoring of marriage in the family, impartial justice, the entire concept of human rights. Now we already see that in so many cases but it's only going to get worse. And that is why Christians have to carry this baton that we have been carrying for 2,000 years of caring for the most vulnerable of seeking true impartial justice for those who oppress the vulnerable and those who do wickedness. And so Christians should care about this. Some people ask why should we care about this? And it's a lot and it's overwhelming and it might feel like it has nothing to do with us but justice should always matter to the Christian children, should always matter to the Christian. Ephesians 5-11 tells us a lesson that we should all take to the bank and that is take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness but instead expose them. All right, speaking of people exposing darkness, we've got Nicki Minaj of all people. Speaking truth on X, we'll get to that in a second. Let me pause, tell you at our next sponsor for the day and that is Ghost Bed. Ghost Bed is incredible. The materials, the technology that they have put into this mattress, it's just amazing. It's not like a regular mattress. This mattress actually regulates your temperature and it makes sure that it's not too firm. It's not too soft so you can sleep through the night. You know that having good sleep is the bedrock for living a healthy life. Being able to be as productive as God wants you to be, to think clearly and to move well. And so let Ghost Bed help you get a better night sleep. The great thing about Ghost Bed is that they will give you 101 nights to try their mattress at home. All right, Nicki Minaj, the queen of rap. I think she's the queen of rap. I think that's what she goes by. I can't lie to you and say that I have listened to a bunch of Nicki Minaj songs. In fact, it's probably been since college, but I am very happy to see her political evolution. I first saw her, you know, a couple months ago speaking out on behalf of Christians in Nigeria, which I think is an amazing way to use your platform. And so Kudos to her. Of course, she went to the turning point, America fast event. And then she's had just like this funny back and forth with JD Vance too. And now she is really putting her foot on the gas. She's calling out Democrats. She called out Don Lemon too. Some of it like her songs are just not relatable appropriate. We got kids listening to this podcast. So we're not going to be saying everything that Nicki Minaj called Don Lemon. But here's one thing that she said. She says, any Christian, this was on February 1st, who votes Democrat again is a fool. They're showing people that it's okay to disrupt a church during worship. This is how they truly feel about you. The veil is lifted. No morals, no integrity. It's not enough for them to have an opinion. They've escalated to physical intrusion of places of worship. The demons inside of them are so bothered all the time. Okay. Yes. I feel it way to explain that and I happen to completely agree with it. She posted lots of things on X. She said, what sensible Ford, Ford thinking cutting edge leading nation is having to debate on whether or not there should be voter ID like they're actually fighting not to have people present ID while voting for your leaders. Do you get it? Also an incredible point. Very, very true. She also said, as they do their ritual tonight, so she is, I'm assuming talking about the Grammys, God Almighty will reveal himself to them. The ritual will backfire on them. God will not be mocked. Blessed is the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Every tongue that rises up against me in judgment shall be condemned and put to shame. Okay. Okay. But exactly what I was expecting. In fact, a lot of times you see these celebrities who say they defend Christians or they support Donald Trump or they partner with a conservative organization. They get a lot of backlash and so they start to backpedal a little bit or they'll kind of signal to the other side to show, I'm not really a part of them. Don't worry. I'm not conservative. Well, she's done the exact opposite. She's like, yes, I love Donald Trump, best president ever and I am going all in against the Democrats, which is just a very interesting development. I'm very grateful to have her, you know, over on this side. Now a lot of people have asked, is she being honest about her shift towards conservatism and Christianity or does she know where the cultural winds are blowing? And look, I don't know. You know, I don't really know what's in her heart in mind. I think just like anyone else, I can hope for the best. I was very optimistic about Kanye West. His gospel album, I still sing those songs. It was really good. And I think God used that moment to bring glory to himself, maybe lead people to the gospel and to church who hadn't been before or who had walked away from that. And of course, he has had a very unfortunate journey since then. And so I think that we just have to appreciate this moment for what it is. Appreciate the truth being spoken. Pray that it is genuine. Obviously, we've got some different, we've got some issues with the sexual promiscuity and the promotion of immodesty when it comes to Nicki Minaj's, you know, pictures and public persona and the songs that she sings. However, that doesn't mean that salvation isn't genuine. If that is something that has occurred or that she might just be early on in her journey of sanctification. And that's what I pray. I pray that this is genuine, genuine change of heart and also that there is true repentance. And so let's pray for her. Let's pray that God would use her. Let's pray that God would draw her to himself. And I think that we can hold both of those things at the same time. We want to make sure that we are not like the older brother and the prodigal son story that we're saying, oh, well, that person, they were just too bad. They did all of those things. So there's no way they could be a Christian. Now, that's not true. In fact, Ephesians 2 tells us that all of us were dead in our sin apart from Christ. The thing about being dead is that there aren't different levels of being dead. You're just dead and you can't pick yourself up. You can't clean yourself off. There's nothing you can do to earn your salvation or make yourself alive. That's why that chapter goes on to say, by grace through faith, you have been saved. And this was not your own doing. It was a gift of God given to us in grace. And Nicki Minaj, just like everyone else can receive that grace from Christ and that grace over time, changes what we think about sex. It changes what we think about relationships. It changes what we think about what we wear and how we present ourselves and the words we use and how we treat other people. And so we have the hope that this Christian conversion is genuine and that she is on the same road of sanctification as the rest of us. Even so, I really appreciate her boldness so much and being able to say the things that are true. And so I say, welcome Nicki Minaj. Welcome over to this side. All right. We got to talk about a little bit about the Grammys. I know it's Wednesday, so it's been a few days, but there are some good things that have happened at the Grammys that we should be excited about, like the name of Jesus being proclaimed. And then of course, there's the ridiculous hypocritical stuff that I really just want to dive into when it comes to Billy Eilish, just as a reminder, in case you needed one that these people are not who you should be going to for a political wisdom, for moral wisdom, because they don't actually practice any of the things that they are preaching to you. Before we get into that, let me go ahead and pause. I'll just tell you about our next sponsor before we start that subject. And that seven weeks coffee absolutely loves seven weeks coffee. We drink it in our home. It tastes great. And I can feel confident knowing that it's clean. It's pesticide free. It's mold free. They have the highest quality coffee beans out there, totally sustainably sourced. The best part about seven weeks coffee though is that it promotes pro life values and they put their money where their heart is. They donate 10% of every sale to these life saving pregnancy centers across the country. I wonder if there's a company that makes these and passes these out. Look, we've got Justin Bieber and we've got Haley Bieber. I just want to say one thing before we move on because I watched them on the red carpet. Why do they seem like they don't like each other? Why do they seem like they don't like each other? I just think it's weird and he doesn't. I don't know. They just don't seem happy and a lot of people aren't happy when they're outsourcing their compassion to social justice causes. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I think they also claim to be Christians. I would love to see more of that on display like a Jesus wins pen. That would be cool. But instead we have Haley Bieber not only supporting the abolishing of ice who is daily rounding up sex criminals who have no right to be here, but also she is supporting plant parenthood with Chelsea Hamler. So we've got all of these celebrities who are at the, was it the Grammys? I always forget. They were at the Grammys. They have these security guards. Many of them have their own personal security. If I were tried to infiltrate the Grammys without a ticket without maybe, I don't know, documents, I would be thrown out. I would be, I don't know, deported from the Grammys. And yet you have people like Billy Eilish who is like she's got something deeply like disturbing spiritual going on in her life. She is saying, you know what? No one is illegal on stolen land. Sat two. No one is illegal on stolen land. I feel really hopeful in this room and I feel like we just need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting and our voices really do matter and the people matter. I just, it's so hard for me. It's so hard for me to watch this, just the clapping like seals and the nodding and the hunger games attire. It's just all too much. It's just all too like animal farm to me. You've got these people who have access to all of this security and all of these benefits of being wealthy and they simply don't think that you or I should have the same protection. Those of us who can't hire private security and who don't live in these gated communities like they do, like we also deserve to be protected from predators. They simply don't think that we do. Sports broadcaster Emily Austin who attended the Grammys described what their security apparatus is like. Sat three. At the Grammys yesterday, as someone who was there, I walk in crazy security checks, barricades, 15 feet tall, police with machine guns, because that wasn't enough, each celebrity had their own private entourage of security. So clearly they feel that they believe security should exist. They believe in borders when it comes to their homes. They live in gated communities in million dollar mansions, but then they say, oh no, no, borders in the country are bad and ice is bad for deporting illegal immigrants who crossed to those borders illegally. But I deserve all the security protection in the world. It's just my country doesn't. It really reminds me of communism for the not for me, because it's very easy for them to go out there and talk, but they'll never put their money where their mouth is. Yeah, that's absolutely correct. If we do a flashback to 2019, this post with a picture of Billy Eilish, you see her surrounded by her security. And I just want to make clear, I think she should have security. I think all of these people should have security because they're crazy people out there. I don't blame them at all for living in a gated community, for being able to afford a home with, you know, a guarded gate at the front to have their private security detail of these armed men. I think that is really good sense. You should be able to have as much security as you can afford. They just again, don't think that you or I should be afforded not even this level of security. But just like bare minimum of law enforcement officers being able to arrest people who are in violation of the law, these people who say ice out, it really is the most radical position. It's not some nuance take that, hey, like maybe we should only focus on the criminals or maybe we should have some border enforcement, but maybe this is going too far. Let's fix our immigration laws to make this more streamlined. They are saying ice out. So abolish ice, this is as crazy as defund the police, just like defunding the police in Portland, in New York and all of these liberal cities led to more murders and more crime, more violation of the rights of innocent people. So will abolishing ice. Like they are rescuing kids from sex trafficking by deporting some of these awful criminals. Now is everyone there deporting some kind of violent sex offender? No. And that's also okay. We love for them to focus on the sex offenders and the cartel members and the MS-13 gang members. But also in order to have sovereignty and borders as a country, you have to enforce immigration law and kick the people out who are not here legally. People understand this on a micro level when it comes to their life and their home. They have a really hard time understanding this or refusal to understand this on the macro level. And good friends, Samuel, say posted this on exit ended up getting tens of thousands of likes, probably 100,000 likes at this point. He says Billy Eilish has a restraining order against a man who illegally entered her home. So she had her own form of ice to enforce her border law, but we can't. Let's talk about the stolen land that Billy Eilish's home is on. He's got a $14 million mansion built atop the former site of the Tonga. I don't even know how to pronounce that burial ground and a park for single mother. So she said, you know what? I want this mansion on this. I'm going to conquer this land. I don't care about the indigenous people who used to live here. Again, it's okay for her. It's not okay for anyone else. I just want to say I should have said this up front. We don't live on stolen land. We live on conquered land like everyone else in the entire earth. Every nation was conquered. That is actually the history of humanity. That is the history of civilization conquered and being conquered in Slaven and being enslaved. We don't have to like it, but that is what human history is. And if you feel so badly about it, then you should go move somewhere else that you think is not stolen land. Also this is the gate that is in front of Billy Eilish's home. It's surrounded by a wall and this is impenetrable gates. You can't even see through it. And again, she should have that. But according to the New York Post, she issued a restraining order against a stalker, a 39-year-old Christopher Anderson, breaking into her family's childhood home in LA. The art documents show that Anderson visited the property five times in 22 and 23. Eilish described the situation as causing her substantial anxiety, fear, and emotional distress. Like probably Lincoln Riley felt. Kate Steinley probably felt anxiety and distress when the person who killed her, who had been deported five times, but was seeking refuge in the sanctuary city of San Francisco who refused to comply with ICE, with immigration authorities. He stole a gun. He shot her in the chest. Her last words were helped me daddy, as she breathed her last. She was killed by someone who should not have been here and would not have been here. If it weren't for the compassionate policies put in place by San Francisco, the kind of policies that Billy Eilish supports. So that's the bad. We've got all the hypocrisy in the world coming from Hollywood. These are not our moral exemplars and they really don't have as much influence over our elections as they think they do. Think the Lord, otherwise Donald Trump wouldn't have won in 2016. He wouldn't have won in 2024. So we can continue to highlight their hypocrisy just as a good reminder that we shouldn't be looking to them in any way. But we can ignore them when it comes to their direction in our lives. However there's good things that happened as well. We've got jelly roll. He's a singer and he talks about how Jesus changed his life. Yes and amen. So up for it. There was a time in my life, y'all, that I was broken. That's why I wrote this out. I didn't think I had a chance. Y'all, there was days that I thought the darkest things, I was a horrible human. There was a moment in my life that all I had was a Bible this big and a radio the same size and a six by eight foot cell. And I believe that those two things could change my life. I believe that music had the power to change my life and God had the power to change my life. And I want to tell y'all right now, Jesus is for everybody. Jesus is not owned by one political party. Jesus is not owned by no music label. Jesus is Jesus and anybody can have a relationship with him. I love you Lord. Yes and amen. That is absolutely true. I love people giving glory to God and moments like that instead of saying stupid things about politics. Everyone should just listen to what Ricky Jervais said a couple years ago that none of these people have a place to be preaching to anyone else about morality or being educated. You just don't. Your carbon footprint is much bigger than all of ours. Your security detail is much bigger than all of ours. And most of the problems you talk about don't really affect you and the policies that you are advocating for won't have a negative impact on you, but they'll have a negative impact on us. So just remember that next time. All right. We have some really good news and we need good news. There's no better news than the news that jelly roll just told us of the gospel. But good things are happening in the way of justice, particularly for those who once quote unquote, transition or attempted to transition to the opposite sex via surgery. Well, those botched surgeries unfortunately have ruined the lives of so many and now detransitioners are fighting back through malpractice lawsuits. All right. We've got more on that in a second. This is according to the New York Post Fox variant is a woman who wants identified as a boy in her teen years. So she's a minor. Your brain is not even close to being fully developed and she got a double mastectomy. When she was just 16 years old, now she's 22 years old and recently she was awarded $1.6 million for past a future pain and suffering as well as $400,000 for future medical expenses after winning a lawsuit against her doctors accused that accused that were accused of pushing the life altering surgery on her when she was only a minor variant's case is the first G transition or malpractice lawsuit in the country to go to trial and win. The jury found that psychologist Kenneth Einhorn and plastic surgeon Simon Chin that they were liable for medical malpractice. They ruled that they failed to follow proper standards of care adequately screened for other conditions and obtained fully informed consent before proceeding with the irreversible procedure. Variance lawsuit claimed that these doctors rushed her into the surgery with her psychologist in particular pushing the idea aggressively, not exploring alternatives or potential co-occurring issues like depression or autism and her mother testified in court that she only agrees to the surgery under intense pressure from these doctors. She feared that denying it could actually lead to her doctors or her daughter suicide. That's what they say. Do you want a living son or a dead daughter? It's so manipulative and just unfounded in the data. She personally opposed it, but she felt like, okay, if I want my child to live, I've got a consent to this in 2024. We interviewed a D transitioner, her name is Soran Aldaco and she is an incredible young woman, but she had a very similar story. She believed she was a boy and at 17, completely negligent doctors prescribed testosterone and then at 19. So barely a legal adult. She underwent a double mastectomy at Austin's Crane Center and that led to, I mean, so sad listening to her story, seeing the pictures, these severe complications like hematomas, internal bleeding. She reached out to her doctors for help and the doctors completely just spurned her attempts at getting seen and getting help they abandoned her. So in 2023, she filed a lawsuit against five of her mental and medical providers for the same thing, medical malpractice and negligence. Here's Soran is on my show talking about this. Stop five. That's the reason for a lawsuit like this. Yeah, I mean, it's medical malpractice. The hormone provider did not provide me with adequate informed consent, should not have given me the hormones to begin with. And the surgeons, I mean, we just talked about this in depth, like they really dropped the ball, not just in giving me the surgery, but doing such an awful job with the aftercare and with being aware of how my body was reacting to this very invasive procedure. Go listen to that conversation from the summer of 2024. Soran is an incredibly articulate advocate for her cause. And I'm just so thankful for the courage of these young women and these young men to come forth because it takes a lot of it takes efforts. It takes bravery. It takes being willing to relive some of the most traumatizing years and months and days and hour of your life. Sometimes it puts you in opposition to your friends, to your former community, to your family. There's really difficult conversations that have to be had with your parents who consented to this or the people in your life that affirmed you because they thought they were following empathy and doing the right thing. And so these people coming out and suing these doctors, it is really, it really takes a lot. So let us pray for them. This I believe is one of many victories that we will see. Here's the point, yes, to get justice for these young people who were pushed into the brutalization and the naming of their bodies, but also to make doctors afraid. Like I'm just going to say that out loud. It is to make doctors realize that the cost of doing these surgeries, pushing cross-sex hormones, pushing puberty blockers is too high. I want them to feel like I'm going to get sued. I'm going to lose my license. I'm going to lose millions of dollars if I perform this double mastectomy. If I chemically castrate this child who is deceived about their gender, that's what we want. You might think that sounds harsh. No, that's the point of these medical malpractice lawsuits, no matter what. Like we want all doctors to be afraid of messing up. We want there to be consequences for messing up. This is not just messing up. I mean, this is wicked. This is evil. I personally think you should go to jail, especially if it's a minor. If you perform a cosmetic double mastectomy on a minor, if you chemically castrate a child, if you pump a child's body with cross-sex hormones or arrest their puberty because they think that they are the opposite gender, you should go to prison for decades. It's evil. It is abuse. And so this is the very beginning, I will say, in the road to justice for this. So I am so thankful for Soren. I'm thankful for Fox Marion, who is... And I'm thankful, by the way, also to these attorneys. There are many more lucrative endeavors that attorneys could take. And yet I've talked to some of these lawyers. They are doing this because they really believe in justice. And I hope that this just starts the domino effect and that we in our lifetimes can see and into these surgeries, especially for children. So let us pray for that. And I just want to say every single person out there who has spoken any bit of truth, who has exercised any bit of courage, who has shown any bit of resolve or clarity when it comes to the reality that no one is born in the wrong body, you are part of justice for these people. Do not discount your contribution to bringing sanity to the gender conversation in this country and bringing justice to these young people. All right, we've got one more short segment. All right, we only have a few minutes left, but I really wanted to make sure that we got to this article that I thought was fascinating, also very disturbing, and the New York Times. If you missed why we're calling this lifestyle pitter-patter, it's because Hailery, Rotten, and in Op-Ed for the Atlantic said that I'm a Christian right wing influencer who talks about lifestyle pitter-patter, which is actually just laughable because I don't know what that means and it's not true. We'll talk, we'll say this is lifestyle pitter-patter as we discuss the rise of Platonic Co-parentine according to the New York Times. So last week, New York Times published an article about this rising popularity of Co-parentine among friends. In search of a Platonic Co-parent is the title. That means no expectation of romantic relationship or marriage, but this is a man and a woman or maybe two or more individuals that come together to raise kids, but they don't have sexual relations and they don't have romantic feelings for each other. So these co-parents enter the arrangement as acquaintances, sometimes as close friends, building the family around, sharing parenting responsibilities, co-parents are this free to see or even marry other people as they wish. And actually this reminded me of Van Jones. He talked about this a couple years ago. I think I wrote an article about it for World Magazine. He co-parents with his friend and he calls it conscious co-parentine. So this is not something, so this is his fourth child overall. This is his second child with his friend. So this is not something that's new, but I guess it's now becoming trendier. So more and more people, according to the New York Times, are doing what Van Jones is doing, meeting potential platonic co-parents through dedicated dating apps. And so there are apps for this, modemily, I think that's modern family, let's be parents and co-parents. These let friends or singles or matched strangers, ah, find each other specifically for shared parenting without romance, users connected by discussing parenting values, expectations, logistics up front, making it easier to build a family intentionally. This is how they market it. The platforms are really popular. Modemily has 30,000 users, co-parents, 150,000 users. Apparently there are 260,000 users on these three platforms combined. So there are some reasons that people have for doing this. They're single or they're same sex attracted. And so they know that they can't naturally have children, but they want to be able to do that. Maybe they can't afford surrogacy. They don't want to bear the responsibilities of parenting alone. If they are a single person, they believe that they're avoiding some kind of emotional baggage trauma or complications from past relationships or divorces. And then the New York Times interviewed these people, this woman named Raven, she's 33. She said, you know, I just want a teammate. I don't really need a romantic partner. I feel like I need to separate two huge decisions. Who do I want a date and who do I want to parent with? Oh my goodness. Zachary 34 matched with Amanda 47. Now they have two sons through IVF. He says, I'm not anti-marriage, but this is better for me. And I think that is the resounding commonality that I see here. This is better for me. I wanted this. This helped me. The question that I don't see answered in any of these social experiments, including this one is, what about the children? Is this better for children or is this best for children? This is really another example of using children to fulfill adult desires and actually worse than that. Sacrificing child well-being to fulfill adult desires. So you are starting off your child's life in a very disordered way. Adults should not be thinking, what do I want? And how can I get this child to fulfill my wants? You see how that thinking leads to all kinds of evil. We should be thinking what environment is best for the child. There is this theory. It's really a myth called the family diversity myth. And we've talked about it with a scholar on my show with a professor Brad Wilcox from the University of Virginia. This belief that children just need love. They just need adults that will take care of them. And if all of their material needs are met, then they'll be happy. There is no data that shows that. Data shows over and over again that children need a father. And when they don't have a present father in the home, they are more likely to develop in the eating disorder. They are more likely to be sexually promiscuous as teens. They are more likely to be delinquent as teens. They are more likely to fall into poverty, more likely to fall into teen pregnancy. There are all kinds of things that tend to happen when a child is fatherless. That doesn't always happen, but statistically, it is far more likely. We have less data on motherlessness because it's a historical aberration. Most of the time, mothers don't leave their child because of that biological and physiological bond that happens during pregnancy and childbirth. And so we should be thinking, why are we creating this historical aberration by allowing two men to parent together? Why are we creating this unstable environment for a child just because two parents want something? Just because you have a good desire does not mean you are justified in obtaining that desire. I think all people need to realize that. It's just because we're pro-life does not mean that we want more babies no matter what. It doesn't mean that the ends justify the means. We want more marriages first. And then we want more children. I don't just want more children. I want more families. I want more marriage because God knew what He was doing when He married Adam and Eve in the garden and then told them to be fruitful and multiply. In fact, we see throughout scripture when there is a child that is born outside of marriage, bad things happen. As I've said many times, as I said on my Jubilee debate, no wives, no problems. When Abraham had surrogates, he used his concubines. When Jacob had multiple children with multiple women, there was jealousy. There was strife. Sometimes children like Ishmael weren't taking care of, like Isaac, like the other children. And so we see that anything outside of the stability of the marriage between one woman and one man actually creates a lot of instability and a lot of insecurity for children. We also know statistically that the most dangerous person in a child's home statistically is the unrelated male. So when you have a woman who has born a child with someone, she starts dating someone else. You've got boyfriends. You've got stepdad coming in. That child's risk of being abused severely abused skyrockets. So all of this in service of adult wants creates a very sad and scary picture for children. It's also just people who are not willing to make this sacrifice, to die to yourself and merit. You just want to do what you want to do, no matter how it affects other people. This me first God of self culture that we have created, it really puts children on the losing side. What do I always say? Children are always the unconsenting subjects of progressive social experiments. And as Christians, as we talked about earlier, who carry the baton of child protection and have for two thousand years have to be the ones to stand up and say, no, you don't have a right to a child. And a child deserves their mother and father. They deserve a married mother and father and we sacrifice our wants to meet the needs and to fulfill the well-being of children. That is the order that God created. We have to be agents of that order if we love our little neighbors well. Alright, that's all we got time for today. We will be back here on Friday.
