Welcome back to the Entrepreneur Kids Legacy Show. Hello precious legacy leaders. Welcome back to another episode of Legacy Sorts where we plant seeds that build future leaders. So conversations lifelong impact. And I'm Daniel, your positive encourager and business buddy. I'm Destiny, your princess encourager. Today we're talking about something incredibly powerful, your voice. Many people think leadership begin when people get older, but leadership often begins much earlier than that. It begins with how you speak to people. Yes, it begins with how you speak to people. The words you choose, the kindness you show, and the encouragement you give. Words are powerful. They can help people feel brave or they can make people feel small. That's why wise leaders learn how to speak carefully. The words we choose don't have to be perfect, but they have to be thoughtful. The Bible says kind words are like honey, sweet to the soul, and healthy for the body. Proverbs 16 verse 24. That means your words can actually bring strength and encouragement to other people. Imagine this, someone at soccer practice misses the goal. Or someone struggles while reading out loud in class. You may not realize it, but what you say next matters. A future leader knows how to encourage people instead of making a joke about it. We're embarrassing them. Imagine this, a child sitting quietly at a table, feeling nervous because they don't know many people yet. And maybe they're wondering, silly thoughts like, what if nobody likes me? That's right, but then another child walks by and says, hey, do you want to come say with us? That small sentence may feel tiny, but to someone feeling lonely, it means everything. You can help them feel loved and cared about. That's what we're talking about. Sometimes leadership begins with simple kindness. A friend Gary V talks about kindness all the time. That's right. Some of the most biggest and popular leaders prioritize kindness. Friends, did you know positive words can actually help people feel safer, calmer and more confident? That means your voice has the power to bring joy into someone's day. Just a few words can turn someone's day around. Okay friends, go get your entrepreneurial kids' legacy journal and something to write with. And don't worry if you don't know how to spell yet. You can draw. And remember, there are no wrong answers here. This is your journey. It's time for the Legacy Leader Journal Moments. Yay, Legacy Leader Journal Moments. Woohoo! Here's today's question. What kind of person do you want people to become after spending time around you? Do you want them to feel encouraged, safe, strong, loved, brave or included? Friends, you can draw what you want someone to feel. If you don't know how to write yet, it's okay. Now write down one kind thing. You can say to someone this week. Or you can draw it. Don't judge it. Just express how you feel. Some people think only superheroes save people in big dramatic ways. But sometimes people are saved by encouragement. A kind word? A brave compliment? Yes, an invitation to join. A moment of understanding. Never underestimate the power of your voice. That's right friends. If this Legacy Short Encourage you today, share with someone you care about.
