Kanye West may have been forgiven in the United States with sold-out shows, but he has been 86 from England. Banned in the UK. Mr. West is, and that has set off a whole slew of consequences affecting thousands of people who thought they were going to one of the largest music festivals in the UK, the Wireless Fest, which had just announced that Kanye would be headlining all three nights. And then the band came, so that means, well, you can't have Kanye, so you just go out and get another artist, right? Nope. Nope. The Wireless Fest organizers said, we're just going to pull the plug on the whole thing. Whole festival's canceled. All ticket holders will get full refunds. I don't understand this at all. Well, let's start, though, with the prime minister who says that America may have accepted Kanye's apology for being outrageously anti-Semitic over a period of years, but England is not going to accept it. That was the reason for the ban. They said that we are not going to allow people whose extremist beliefs could cause harm to the public. And that was the reason they banned him. And now, obviously, the U.K. government knew what they were doing, that they were putting more pressure on the Wireless Festival, which was already getting pressured by the fact that a bunch of their... Sponsors dropped out. Pepsi. Anheuser-Busch. Pepsi. PayPal. All gone. And... They had to pull the plug on this. So they had to put more pressure on it. They had to put the... I mean, they were going to pull the plug because there's no sponsor that's going to come back in that climate and say, oh, yeah, Katy Perry will do it. But Katy Perry's not going to do it and Pepsi's not going to do it. I think this is because they're radioactive. Is this just everyone being just backing away from the producers of this festival? Hardly. I think it's already tainted with this, like, huge scandal that it's like a bad taste in their mouth for other artists, maybe, or the people that work for them. Well, it is tainted. Yeah, I mean Kanye West said he loves Hitler. Kanye West loves Nazis. Kanye West went off on Jews. So he puts this thing in the Wall Street Journal saying, hey, I'm really sorry. And then there are some people saying, well, the guy's mentally ill, so we'll excuse it. But, you know, he didn't just say it once. He said it over a period of years. And, you know, what I've been told is this kind of diatribe has been going on with him for a long time. So now he's apologized. I don't know, maybe he's changed his tune, but I think it's too late for a lot of people. Not for people in the United States. Obviously not. I mean, last night, Dion Cole had a show at the Improv here in Hollywood, and Kanye, as he did a couple months ago, Kanye was there and walked up on stage. They chatted for a bit. Now, Kanye actually brought up the Wireless Festival. This was before he was banned and before they pulled the plug on the festival. After the sponsors were pulling out, right? And he thanked the promoter, the producer of it, for standing by him. I mean, it's just, you know. 70,000 people at SoFi Stadium, two nights in a row, back-to-back, sold-out concerts. Well, he was at the improv last night, and it wasn't like anybody was booing him off the stage. But England is a whole other matter, and that's really interesting. Yeah. It is. how two different countries, and I'm not saying everybody in the United States, because... Kind of. Kind of. I mean, this isn't, when I first heard this, I tried to think, okay, what if it was vice versa, right? And America banned, like a British artist because of dangerous things, extreme views that they've expressed from coming to performing in the US. I was like, oh, well, I would be really pissed about that. But then, this isn't like an unheard of thing. Kanye was banned last year in Australia because of its extremist views. Right. At one point, Andrew Tate was banned from Florida. Right, but the difference is, did people accept Kanye's apology? Did Kanye say, I didn't mean it, I'm sorry? But that's the other thing. With Kanye, if anything, he's inconsistent. So whether it's his alleged mental illness or his car accident that damaged his brain, whatever excuse that he wants to come up with, then now he's sorry, now he's changed. Give you the benefit of the doubt that maybe you have changed. But since he's so unpredictable, that I think expressing those dangerous views, The UK was kind of right to be like, well, who's to say that he's not going to all of a sudden have a break. I don't even think it's that. I don't think it's that they were worried about what he might say. I think they think that he has branded himself anti-Semitic in a horrible way. And they don't buy his apology. And even if he does the show that he did at SoFi, which had nothing to do with Jews, that they don't want him. By the way, take away the anti-Semitism of that. Remember that as much as we hate Hitler in this country, remember how Europe feels about Hitler? Like, it's not just, their hate of Hitler is not just anti-Semitism. It's everything. I mean, Hitler tried to destroy the entire continent, especially the UK. And that's why I think the Prime Minister also is like, we're not going to have some guy who might get on stage and say, Heil Hitler. We should also be concerned about the fact that he tried to exterminate an entire group of people. I'm not saying we shouldn't be. Oh, my God. No, I'm saying I'm putting another layer on it for the UK. Yeah, but I think that the worst part is he exterminated six million people. Well, that's what I'm saying, that his rhetoric, the fact that he even had said it in the past, that I love Hitler, I love Nazis. Oh, God, please don't clip that. It's just you're spewing these things that are so dangerous that not saying, oh, he might say it on stage, but just his presence and the fact that people stood by him, even when he was spewing this anti-Semitic stuff, that it is, he is now a figure. It's dangerous. He's extreme. More than 100,000 people paid lots of money last week right here in L.A. to watch him perform. But England said, apology not accepted. My name's James from Morgantown, West Virginia, and it sounds extreme, Kanye West being banned from the U.K., But what Kanye did was extreme. We are taught since we were young that every action has a consequence. And in today's day and age, we want to see even the most powerful people be held accountable. I do think it's interesting, however, that the Wireless Festival, even after four major sponsors pulling out, they still decided to have him headlined still. It shows a lot of the complexity of separating the artists from the controversy. I mean, you're right. That even when Pepsi pulled out, even when PayPal pulled out, they were going to keep him. If you were going to do a festival without those sponsors with Kanye, why not do that festival without sponsors with someone else? There are 20 different artists you could put in there. Less anti-Semitism. I mean, that's the mantra? Well, we broke a big story on the website last night. And Offset, while making an appearance at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino down in Florida, got shot. And the good news we can say right now is that he is in the hospital, but recovering, expected to be just fine. In fact, we have photo evidence of that. Offset sitting, having a little smoke break. He asked the nurses to reel him out. So that's like a wheelchair? Yes, it's a wheelchair. He's never seen him blue that way. What? It's just a different type of wheelchair. Okay, so they brought outside to have a smoke break. As you can see, the injury was in his left leg, and he is expected to be okay. As for what went down at the casino, there are people in custody, but yet, as of right now, no one has been charged for the shooting. That very clearly happened. But Offset was there, and another rapper, Lil TJ, was also there, and there was some sort of scuffle that broke out. There was a fight. And in fact, Lil TJ has been arrested and actually charged for that. That was disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct, not for the shooting. That's for the fight. We still don't really know who pulled the trigger on the gun or what happened, but there was a fight with Lil TJ. And we know that the shooting happened right after the fight or during the fight. After. I was reading some emails and was there something about him owing money? There's some rumor. That was not an email. That was a text that we got from a source of ours. We have not yet been able to confirm that that is the case. There is a rumor that there's some money owed by Offset. I was on that same text. I know exactly what you... Oops. Yeah, so now we have to call her. Yeah, so there's a rumor going around. We're still working on it that maybe Offset had owed little TJ some money, and that's what started all of this. And that's what started the fight. But, again, no one's been charged yet for the fight. Look, the good news, especially with the history of Migos and the fact that Takeoff died in a shooting in Houston, I'm sure it's a very scary thing if you're Quavo. Right, right, right. Even though Quavo and Offset are not tight anymore. No, Cardi hasn't said anything. Cardi's got her own problems, which we'll get to later. Quavo did post something. Quavo posted praying emojis in response. Yeah. Everyone is, I think it's safe to assume that that's exactly what he, that was his reaction when he heard the news about Offset right Hi I Madison from Tucson And what I have to say is you know if you are somebody that owes money then you should not be somebody that is out at the clubs or anything that could really harm you being in harm's way. I'm not sure why he was even out there. I say he should stay in Beverly Hills and out of Florida casinos. That said, for his kid's sake. I really do hope that he does have a speedy recovery, even though I do like Cardi. I hate how dirty he did, heard people say. But still, this is the second person out of a three-person group to be harmed. And I really do hope he's okay. By the way, Beverly Hills is not crime-free. Not immune to crime. Not crime-free. Yes. Well, we are just down to a matter of hours now before President Trump's latest deadline for Iran. And I have to, we've said that the one thing that President Trump does, he chooses his words, I won't say carefully. Yeah, I wouldn't say carefully. Not carefully, but he knows the impact they're going to have. And I have to say, the statement he made about this approaching deadline has really triggered a lot of people because of the way it's worded. A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don't want that to happen, but it probably will. However, now that we have complete and total regime change where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen. Who knows? I don't know where he's getting this, where there's a regime change that is less extreme, because that's not the case. That does not seem to track with anything anybody else is saying about who's in control over there now. But the president says that negotiations are ongoing. We'll see. He added, we will find out tonight one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the world. 47 years of extortion, corruption, and death will finally end. God bless the great people of Iran. So he's basically saying, I'm going to destroy Iran tonight. It's weird to say God bless the great people of Iran when clearly a lot of civilians will be killed if things go the way he has said they will go. So did the president use these words just to alarm people or does he actually mean it? Joining us now to discuss this, someone who was a very close friend of the president's and then they seemed to have a falling out, But Geraldo Rivera, still watching what the president does and reporting on it. And he is joining us now. Hey, Harvey, great to see you too. Hey, thanks for joining us, Geraldo. My pleasure. So what do you make of this? You know, I've read some things you've said. If I'm reading this right, he's basically saying he's going to destroy Iran. And somehow that's going to help the people. How do you decode that? I think that that might be hyperbole. Harvey. I think that, you know, he has a way of being very flamboyant in his language. I was on Celebrity Apprentice with him. I saw him up close and personal. He's, you know, someone who is in a job where lightning bolts strike. He is the guard of war. He, you know, takes this very seriously. Now Trump is making a stand. He says no more. No mas. You know, the language might be alarming. I don't believe that it will be a societal hit. You need a nuclear weapon for that. I don't think that Trump's thinking in those terms. They have to know that the United States is serious to the extent that, you know, the warfighters really are ordered to commit these acts. I think that the Pentagon will draw a line. There won't be a societal attack, but it will be very, you know, awesome, profound, deadly, no joking about it. But how can you say that it's not going to be a societal attack? I mean, unless you're saying that this whole thing about the civilization is purely hyperbole, but to say that we are going to strike not just military targets, but that we are going to destroy their entire infrastructure, that does affect their society. That does affect people who have nothing to do with the regime, people who are victims of the regime within Iran. You know, war is hell. I've covered plenty of war. There's nothing pretty about it. I don't apologize for it at all. This is, you know, I did 11 assignments in Iraq, 11 in Afghanistan, Africa, all over the Mideast and South America. I know that this is not the world we want, But it's the world we have. And you fighting a regime, I believe that it will be that the regime itself will come under pressure from its own people. And I think that the when the hyperbole meets the reality, I think the rules of war will be followed by our superb war fighters. But we have to let these ayatollahs know that hell is coming if they persist in what is, I think, a crime against civilization. Yeah, but I'm sorry, but let's get into a little bit of the BS from the president that it's about regime change. No, it's not about regime change, that the regime change we got is more hardline than it was before, that it's about the Strait of Hormuz. No, it's not about the Strait of Hormuz. Yes, it is about the Strait of Hormuz. He doesn't know from day to day what the next day he's going to say because he's waffled back and forth. And the idea that we're going to bomb the crap out of this country and destroy power plants and basically make it impossible for these people to live. And that somehow they're going to say, oh, this is a good thing. Let's be a democracy. It's ridiculous, Geraldo. But they are. This is the regime, Harvey, that is starving or will starve all of South Asia. Right. But we're making it worse. We war is a very clumsy, blunt instrument to bring about social change. I agree. I want this to be peaceful. I would love to have the the son of the old Shah and a coalition of moderate Democrats come back and free women from having to wear her jobs if they don't want to, you know, make this a free society. You're fighting bullies. You're fighting murderers. You're fighting people who have perpetrated the unspeakable crimes against civilization over the last 47 years. But we're all— You've got to fight. But I get it. But if you level Iran, which is kind of what he's talking about metaphorically— He's not going to level. He's not going to level. I get it. But if you make it almost impossible for these people to live, to get food, to have electricity and everything else, and you make it impossible, where is this sudden move to create a democracy? You have utter chaos, and that's when dictators thrive, when people are struggling to survive, and then the dictators amass power. And we haven't seen any evidence to the contrary since this whole thing started. Charles used the word hyperbole. Iran is, what, twice the size of Texas, 93 million people. The president, of course, is not speaking literally. This is Trump. This is the same Trump who was the real estate promoter in Atlantic City and all the rest of it. He knows the power of language. He's not going to go out there and slaughter men, women, and children willy-nilly in this vast, gigantic country. What he's going to do is make a—hopefully, I hope there's still a couple of hours. I hope that the people understand that the stakes, even as we speak about it, are gigantic. The stakes are so profound. societal, historic, that they won't let it get to that, I hope. But Iran has to know that the United States military, the most powerful in the history of the world, is serious about inflicting suffering on a nation that has dished out plenty of it over the years. The problem with that hyperbole sometimes is when you go that far and then you don't do it, well, now you've made yourself completely, you've lost all credibility. Right. Right. And so maybe a half step would be would be advised. I think that we all I am still hoping there's still time for compromise. I heard J.D. Vance, the vice president, just minutes ago speaking in terms that seem to leave room for compromise. I am praying for compromise. I don't want to hurt the Iranian people. They're, as I said earlier, they are wonderful, creative, you know, traditional people with vast knowledge. You know, they did the shahs of Sunset Boulevard. There's plenty of Persians that want to live the good life. They don't want to follow the rigid religious dicta of the leaders who are oppressing them now. I believe something is still in the offing. We can still have an off ramp here. I don't share your take on this whole thing. It brought a smile to my face because I've known you for, I think, 40 years now. 40, at least 40. And it's just, you know what? It's nice seeing people that you've known for so long and still doing it. So thanks so much, Geraldo. Same to you, brother. This stuns me. How did they not know this when they shot the movie? We have been saying this about the Michael Jackson biopic. We knew that they had to do some reshoots because they had written in a whole scene that mentioned Jordy Chandler. Right. And by the terms of the settlement with Jordy Chandler, who was Michael Jackson accuser back in 1993? 1993, and he got a reported $20 million in a settlement. They had NDAs, and the NDA said neither could talk about this and then they shoot a movie and they talking about it So how did they do that They had to do some reshoots What we didn know until today was how much it cost There's an accounting report that the estate has to do annually, I believe, that they have to basically report where the money is going. Because they're essentially trustees for the beneficiaries who are his kids, Michael's kids. $10 to $15 million for the reshoots because of that blunder. But how do they make a mistake like that? I mean, these people who were executors were involved in his life when they did the settlement. Right. So how did this happen? Did they skip that part of the script? It's been 30 years. You forget. I didn't forget. I know. Wait, did they skip those pages of the script and didn't know that Jordy Chandler was mentioned? It's so basic. It's like, you know what? Do they think because Michael died that the terms don't apply anymore? I mean, that, because Doherty's still alive. They wrote it. And you know what I was thinking of? You will remember this. There was something else the estate did. Do you remember when the song This Is It came out? And we got this tip. Oh, gosh. And I called Paul Ank up and I said, I understand you might be on this song. And he said, what song? What are you talking about? And I said, This Is It. And he said, yeah, I wrote that with Michael. Yeah. And remember, they were about to release it. And then he called and he got a boatload of money because they never bothered to clear it. It's weird that they've made so much money off Michael's estate. This is how they're running it. I mean, these reshoots cost almost as much as the original settlement. Yeah, you know what? It's true. So the report also lists the fact that something that we talked about, that the executors of the estate have turned it into a huge moneymaker. Oh, it's a cash cow. It's a cash cow. Making billions of dollars now. And they talk about all their successes with MJ the musical. But the interesting thing is. And they also talk about how much they have been doling out to the kids. But Paris Jackson hates the movie. And she hates how much money is going to lawyers. And hates how much money is going to the lawyers and the executors. So it's not like everything's kumbaya. So I'm Jacqueline in Atlanta. And anybody who knows me knows that I'm spiritual woo-woo. and I think this type of mistake is Michael, like some type of karmic thing happening because personally, me as someone who was there when everything went down, it's not necessarily something I want to see at the end of the movie and remember of Michael. Like we were all there. We all know what happened. We witnessed it. And honestly, with the state of the world and conspiracy theories and us knowing the truth, of so many things, especially the industry. Wait, wait, wait, wait. We wanna challenge you on you were there. You couldn't have been there. There's no way you were there. I don't wanna end up on age of attraction or anything. I know, but we're both looking at no way you were there. No way. I am a millennial. I was there. I was there, and my mom- We're maybe in spirit. We were of conscious age? Yeah, no. I guess you were alive. We should stop. No, I was alive. We should just- Okay. Jacqueline, we're down with you being woo-woo. We're down with it. Yeah. Coming up. Cardi B has some serious money problems. She's been robbed, and she is none too pleased about it. This is, the amount of money is really shocking here. But she says someone stole her credit card. And here is, in her own very unique words, Cardi's take on whoever these people are. Like two weeks ago, I'm going to say about two weeks ago, my credit card was missing. Which is funny because I don't know. I don't know if I, I don't know because I always have it in my purse and everything. I see a purchase, like a $40,000 purchase from Saks from my Amex. And of course, I got the notification right away. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. I'm like, hmm, maybe Juan, which is Colin's assistant, bought something. Because, you know, he be shopping with my card and everything. And then there was a $20,000 purchase on Apple. Right away, I already knew it wasn't no Juan. Let me tell y'all something. Y'all are going to jail. Y'all going to jail by the end of the week. Yeah, I got clear pictures of y'all, bitch. clear, clear in all three locations. I got questions about this. Number one, number one, if she noticed her credit card was missing two weeks ago, why didn't she cancel it? That's number one. Number two, when you see a $40,000 charge. But again, this is Riccardi. I'm surprised that Andy told her. She said, what, her assistant? Oh, he may have bought $40,000. You're okay with that? Oh, my assistant must have bought a $40,000 thing exact. She said it raised a flag, but what really set her up... A flag, it should raise the Titanic. Well, the Apple charge of $20,000 did raise the Titanic. But what about the $40,000 charge at Saks that she didn't make, and she's thinking, oh, my assistant must have... So she was trying to do her due diligence and get to the bottom of it, and she was, you know, calling around. No, she just said, oh, it must have been him. Then the $20,000 charge came in, and then she said her account, and they both called each other at the same time and were like, oh, no. So she's not on the hook for this, by the way. No, she's not gonna be on the hook. What they should have seen is the rest of this video because they better hope that Amex and the police find them before Cardi B does because Cardi B said. I don't think Cardi's going vigilante out there. She said it in the video. She said, boy, if I find you before they do, I am getting my goons and I am sending them to beat your. It's not like that hasn't happened before. It could happen. She said it. It's true. Hi, I'm Manusha. I'm in New York, same city as Cardi B, who I love. And to me, she is the true mayor of New York City. And I can't wait for another lawsuit with her. So I really hope, I really hope she sues those thieves. And I think everybody should be careful with their cards. We should all use the ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. I do it myself because even, you know, my kids try to play sometimes with my money. Thank God no $20,000 charges for Apple, but they do try Uber Eats every once in a while. So I advise everyone to do ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. Hey, I got a question. Are those Diefenbachias real or fake? I was the plants behind you. Real, real. Are they really? God, you're good. Easy cat. No, no, no, if those are real, you're really good because those look really healthy. Seriously, very good. Yeah, easy cats. Congrats on your team. Wow. You just call them once a month. Wow. I'm impressed. And let you kill them all the time. Tale of Frankie Paul is fighting back, you could say, although probably shouldn't use that phrase in her case, but legally fighting back against Dakota Mortensen, her ex who, you know, got a protective order against her. And also temporarily she has lost custody of their son ever because of the alleged dispute that there's clearly a dispute that went down back in February between them. But each of them tells a different version of what happened. He says the other was violent. Right. So now she has filed to get a protective order against Dakota, and she's also revealed some texts that he sent to her after the February incident, and she has also submitted photos of what she says are injuries that she suffered during their altercation. So her goal here is to get a protective order against him, and also to get some time back to get custody back of their son, Ever. And she's been this route before with the other baby daddy, where she lost custody and then ultimately regained. Right. So the hearing happened this morning. There was a hearing this morning where she did, the judge did give her restricted visitation with Ever for now. So she will be able to see the sun that she has with Dakota, but clearly under some very restrictive measures. But the other thing that she submitted were these text messages. And I think this is the part that's really interesting because even though there was clearly a big blow up between them in February, in fact, the way we heard it was two consecutive nights that they ended up in a fight, she says Dakota was still interested in having sex with her. He was almost possessed in a way, according to the way she puts it in the doc. So there was an incident where they were in the car, which we knew about. She says he slammed her head on the dashboard. They got back to what it seems like one of their houses. And they're fighting. They're going back and forth. He's now begging her to have sex with him. He says after that incident, he's sending texts to her. She's not taking his advances to have the sex, so she says he then called the police on her. There's another incident in the documents where she's basically saying when he knew she got the role on The Bachelorette, leading up to The Bachelorette, he became even more obsessed with her and went as far as getting her initials tattooed on the inside of his mouth. Well, that one's gonna be pretty easy to show whether or not that happened, and if it did... But even if he did, it's like these two should stay 10 miles away from each other. And they should do handoffs. That should just be, that's what the judge should say. With monitors. I mean, whatever happens with these protective orders, it's so interesting that they're both saying, stay away from me, but they never stay away from each other. So we are now in the middle of the second week of the congressional recess that two break I call it spring break They spring break yes Spring breakers are elected spring breakers And there was some hope last week that perhaps they were going to cut the vacation short and that they would return to D.C. and actually vote to fund the government and get federal employees paid. That has not happened, obviously. It is Tuesday, and no one is talking anymore about cutting this short, so I guess we just wait until next week. But what happens when they come back? Why should we, as voters in this country, believe that Congress is going to suddenly do the job that we wanted them to do three months ago? Joining us now to talk about this is Representative Melanie Stansberry from New Mexico. Congresswoman, welcome back to TMZ Live. It's always good to be with you guys. And we appreciate it. So look, we have started this thing where we've been asking people to send pictures in of members of Congress, living their lives, going to Disney World, going to Las Vegas. Doesn't matter what party they're from. Argue with me on this point. It's not the Democrats and it's not the Republicans. It's both of them. That neither side will budge on a compromise. They say, oh, we've got a bill. We're united. But you guys didn't compromise for months. And we've been talking to federal employees who are losing their homes right now because of it. So how is it that Congress as a whole, Democrats and Republicans, how is it that they haven't miserably failed at their jobs? All right. You've invited the argument. So let me just start with this. Congress needs to reconvene immediately. And at this moment, Tuesday afternoon, we have an out-of-control, maniacal president who is literally threatening war crimes. And so the most immediate emergency is for Congress to be called back into session by the Speaker, by the Senate, to address the emergency situation, which is that we have a president who has clearly lost it and is threatening war crimes against a foreign country, which is not only could possibly result in the death of thousands, if not many, many more civilians in Iran, but threatens the national security of the United States. So Congress needs to get back immediately. But it's important to understand that the way Congress is constructed is only the leadership can do that. It is not a Democrat versus Republican situation. It's a Republican versus Republican situation. Because what happened was the Thursday before we left for the Easter recess is that the Republicans in the Senate passed a unanimous agreement that would essentially fund all of the DHS sub agencies except for ICE and CBP. And the House Republicans completely imploded over the entire thing. And the House Speaker, which is Donald Trump's ally, said, we're not even going to call that bill up. And so rather than pass the Senate Republican bill, which was a complete and total agreement, a bipartisan agreement, the House Republicans said, no, we're not going to do that. We're going to shut the House down. And then the speaker let everyone go home. They didn't work out a deal. And he has refused to call us back. How about this? Because you guys aren't solving anything. What about this? I'm just an idea. Fund DHS and fund ICE with the provision that no masks and you have to have search warrants. It's not everything you want, but it's something. And maybe the Republicans have to wince, but they might say yes to that. What about that as a compromise? Do you have the president's phone number? Give him a call. Would you vote for that? Would you vote for that? Personally, my position has been very clear. Not a single dollar more for ICE. And let me tell you why. No, no, no. But wait a minute. Then is your answer no to my compromise? Well, but that's the compromise that Democratic leadership has been asking for for months. Two things. No, no, no. They've been asking for more. I'm saying just two things. No masks and you have to get a search warrant. You're not going to get all the other things you want. You can negotiate that later. Would you compromise and vote for that? No, because that's my personal position. But the issue is that the White House. No, it is not. The White House is not willing to follow the law. The U.S. Constitution is already clear that it requires a warrant, a legal judicial warrant to arrest somebody for a crime. And so the White House has been unwilling to follow the law. There's no compromise here. The Constitution is clear on what the law is. And so although I appreciate what you're bringing forward, that's not a compromise. We don't compromise on the Constitution. Okay, so let's approach it a different way. Would you vote for a bill where Congress does not get a salary if other people in the federal government under Congress's supervision, they don't get paid because Congress can't agree? Would you vote to cut your salary whenever TSA or FEMA or the Coast Guard, they don't get their money, you don't get your money? Would you be down for that? Sure. I think that if Congress is failing to do its job, there needs to be consequences and there needs to be pressure on members of Congress. But at the current moment, the real problem is infighting within the Republican Party and the unwillingness of the White House to follow the law and to actually cut a deal that would keep our federal workers paid. There is already a bipartisan compromise on the floor. They will not pass it in the House because the White House does not want to concede that they have to follow the Constitution. So we're not going to compromise on basic human and constitutional rights. All right. I'm not hopeful next week, but we will see. Maybe you'll surprise us. Our country is in shambles, but I'm grateful that you guys are out there doing the accountability work. You need to be doing this. So we will be in Washington, D.C. beginning Monday full time. So we'll see you then. Thank you so much, Congresswoman. Thanks, Congresswoman. Appreciate it. Well, rapper Lil TJ is, as we told you earlier, was in custody for the fight that broke out right before Offset was shot last night. Not for the shooting, but for being disorderly. Yes, disorderly conduct was the charge. Well, he is bailed out, and as soon as he walked out of jail, he started talking a lot of smack about Offset and basically called him a rat. He did call him a rat. No, he did call him a rat. He called him a rat. So he used a lot of different words that we're not going to say here, but basically the gist of it is what he's saying is he saw Offset, and Offset was pointing at him saying he shot me. So he's admitting that at least that he was right there when Offset did get shot. Yeah, and he's saying that Offset was accusing him of shooting him, and he's basically saying he didn't get in a fight. And then the thing we've all been hearing, someone, a reporter, asks him, point blank, did Offset owe you money? And he said, you have to ask Offset about that. So he didn't ask Offset, and he said, but I would never play with him that way. I don't think that's a yes or a no. I mean, it points more to yes. Does he have an album coming up? Yes, he does. I mean, rappers always have albums coming up. No, I'm asking that because feeling a little promo-y, feeling a little promoted. I don't think Offset is... You think he wanted to go to jail? I don't think Offset's in on that. Right? No, but... Offset's not going to offer up his foot getting shot. That's true. Just to promote... But no, you're... You're a little TJ. Yeah. You're dead wrong. No, TJ. Really? Oh, they definitely don't like each other. Well, they may not like each other. When you see this clip, he does not like Offset. But he's now in the news. That's fair. What else do you guys want to talk about? Hi, I'm Allie from Los Angeles. on Kanye being banned from the UK. I feel like this was very inevitable and a lot of people saw it coming. I'm really surprised that the festival was not canceled in general. At least his performance wasn't canceled in general just because of his past and all of the things he's done and said. I personally don't keep up with Kanye anymore just because every headline is crazy, like one after the other. But I feel like we all saw this coming. Yeah. Well, I don't think the 140,000 people at SoFi saw it coming. At SoFi. Oh, meaning that they would not have expected him to be banned from a country. And we don't know how many people would have shown up at the wireless. I mean, they may have a lot. Yeah, a lot of people would. Yeah. One more. Hi, I'm Danny Miner from Las Vegas, Nevada, the best city in the world. And Cardi B, as a former detective, a retired detective, she trusted her instincts. She saw a $40,000 charge, a $20,000 charge and said, you know what? This ain't normal. And basically she wrapped this case up for the police on a silver platter and handed it over to them. Way to go, Cardi B. You're going to jail, like she said. Yeah, but it took $60,000. It should have only taken $40,000. That's my point. Or maybe $10,000 or that. Okay, this is reportedly exciting news. Come on! Well, no, it's just, Tawanda's so excited. Come here. Come here, come here, come here. All right, Tawanda, you step in. Sell it. Sell it. Sell it. This is the moment we've all been waiting for. The Devil Wears Prada 2 is coming out on May 1st, and we got the link up we've all been waiting for. Miranda Priestly and Anna Wintour. Don't I know you're from somewhere? You do look familiar. Maybe, maybe the Chanel show at the Grand Palais? Mmm, no, no. I can't help but feel we have met before. Maybe you've seen my work. Maybe. I don't care if it's not coming out until next year. I won't now. Oh, my God! Cool shoes. Nice boots. This is great! Okay, she's in on it. See her personality. I got your personality. OK, I get it. Go buy your ticket. See? You're going to buy your ticket? You weren't excited about it. I was, eh, sorta. I knew it. I knew it. See you tomorrow.
