He says he told President Trump to go big during his address tonight. When we are sitting in a country right now where inflation and gas prices and crime are going down and paychecks and tax refunds are going up, you have a secure border again, you have a restoration of peace through strength were respected around the world again, solving wars along the way. On Fox Business' Kudlow, at least 70 Democrats, including Congresswoman Catherine Clark, the number two House Democrat, will not attend. But Minnesota Congresswoman Angie Craig says she will be there. I would rather stick forks in my eyes than be here tonight to listen to Donald Trump talk about the State of the Union. But this is the people's house, and I will not abandon the people's house. Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger will deliver the Democratic response. Mays outlined the argument that the new schedule, removing hepatitis and COVID vaccines, among others, wasn't based on science, but an ideological agenda. One that Secretary Kennedy has been pushing for years. Bonta said Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. has a right to his opinions. He isn't entitled to use his opinions as the basis for breaking the law and endangering our children. The Justice Department is involved in a separate case in Massachusetts against the American Academy of Pediatrics, arguing health and human services is not acting on an anti-vaccine agenda. Accused killer Tyler Robinson's defense team wanted the prosecution dumped from the Charlie Kirk murder case. that the case was tainted by a lead prosecutor's child being at Utah Valley University September 10th when Charlie Kirk was shot that the child texted the parent about what was happening with a judge, Tony Groff, ruling Because the defendant has not established a factual basis for a finding of conflict of interest or an objective appearance of impropriety rising to a constitutional concern, his motion is respectfully denied. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Tyler Robinson with other motions in the case still outstanding. including whether or not cameras will be allowed during trial. Jeff Manasso, Fox News. The defense also argued prosecutors were quick to announce their intent to seek the death penalty which they said was evidence of strong emotional reactions that merited disqualifying the entire team A member of the famed Carradine acting family has died. Robert Carradine, the actor known for his roles in Lizzie McGuire and Revenge of the Nerds has died. He was 71 years old. His family says he died after a valiant struggle with bipolar disorder. Several media outlets reporting that he took his own life. In a statement to Deadline, his family wrote in part referencing his battle with the disorder, we hope his journey can shine a light and encourage addressing the stigma that attaches to mental illness. Carradine starred as Louis Skolnick in the Nerds franchise and played Hilary Duff's father in the Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire and the Lizzie McGuire movie.
