Well, we hope so. And let's begin. Allow yourself to relax as I guide you on a scenic journey to your dream ideal vacation. This is a beautiful island of which you may have visited or it is an island that you have always dreamed of visiting. This is a vacation that will enable you to experience ultimate relaxation and healing. everything that you need and want in your life. See yourself now on this spectacular island. You are walking in the sand, heading to where the waves break onto the sand and notice the feel of the sand on your feet. and between your toes. The sand is soft, fine and powdery. It is soothingly warm, but not too hot. The sand has a slight pink colour to it and it is beautiful. The weather is stunning. It is bright, sunny and warm. There is no humidity and the air smells clean and fresh. There is a cool breeze that goes through your hair and that smells simply divine. With With each inhalation of the pure ocean air you feel more and more relaxed. As you approach the shoreline you notice that there is a large and comfortable purple our chair in the sand. This chair is for you. The chair has a large adjustable umbrella and the side table with a large glass of ice water or any drink of your choice on the table. down in the chair and put the bag you brought with you on the table. Adjust the umbrella to your likey and then simply relax. You are as comfortable as you can be right now. Feel the warm sun shining down on you now. The cool breeze prevents you from feeling too hot adjust the umbrella so you have just the right amount of sun. Feel all tension on the top of your head melting away now and feel your scalp completely relaxing as the soothing rays of the sun wash over you. Feel the warmth flow down and feel your forehead relaxing completely. Notice how all the little muscles around your eyes are relaxing and loosening. As you breathe in deeply again, feel the warm energy of the sun move even farther down. Notice the muscles around your ears, cheeks, jaws and mouth. Completely relaxed. Feel all the muscles relaxing and letting go. Let your jaw relax so that there is a little space between your teeth. Very good. Deeply relaxed and letting go. Allow the sun's energy now to move down to your neck and shoulders, relaxing all of these muscles. Your neck and shoulders release tension and now you feel loose and limp. It feels so good to relax fully and completely. Breathe in the energy of the sun and feel how the energy moves down into each arm, into your hands and fingers, all the muscles in these areas completely relax. All tension is melting away and evaporating into thin air. You feel so comfortable, calm and relaxed Do you tune into the feeling of simply letting go? Allow the sun's healing energy to move into your chest now. And then into the upper back. Relaxing all of those muscles completely. You breathe easily and freely. Notice how your breathing has become slow and steady and you're breathing deeply with nourishing fresh oxygen. With each inhalation and exhalation you go into a deeper state of relaxation. The energy flows down into your abdomen, stomach and back. The energy is warm and soothing and you can feel each set of muscles relax and let go as the energy flows through them. all the tension there simply melt away very good that's good allow the energy to now move into your waist pelvic region and lower back and feel the wave of healing energy relaxing all of these muscles You are going deeper and deeper into relaxation. The sun's heating energy is now moving down your legs and into your ankles and feet. All of these muscles are now relaxing fully and completely. You are deeply, deeply relaxed. You are relaxed and comfortable in this lounge chair. Enjoy the sound of the waves splashing on the beach. What a peaceful and tranquil sound. take a notice of the lush green palm trees with perfectly shaped coconuts growing on them. And notice how you further deeply relax as you watch the leaves on the palm trees sway gently in the cool breeze Your attention turns to the sparkling bluish green waters of the ocean And you notice dolphins swimming playfully in the ocean and watching the dolphins brings you great joy. You continue to take in and enjoy the scenery around you. Your attention now shifts to a group of small shiny rocks, glistening right where the water meets the sand. As the water washes over the rocks, you notice that as the water recedes, the rocks become deeply buried into the sand. You realise that watching this rhythmic pattern is deeply relaxing. A wave comes, washes over the rocks, it recedes and the rocks sink deeper into the sand. How very relaxing. I want you to count down from 10 to 1 until the rocks disappear and you are in the most ultimate state of deep relaxation. 10. Watch as the waves wash over the rocks. The water recedes and the rocks sink deeper in the sand, as you march you go deeper and deeper into relaxation. 9. The waves wash over the rock, they recede and the rocks sink deeper into the sand, as the rocks sink deeper you too sink deeper into a magnificent state of relaxation. 8. The waves wash over the rocks, they recede and as the rocks go deeper into the sand, you too go deeper into relaxation, it feels so very good to relax. 7. Repeat the process in your mind and feel yourself going deeper into relaxation. Good. 6. The waves wash over the rock, they recede and you sink deeper and deeper into deep hypnotic rest, feeling safe, secure and at ease. 5. The waves wash over the rock and as the rocks sink deeper you too sink deeper into relaxation. 4. You are escaping all cares, worries and concerns that exist in the ordinary world as you watch the rocks sinking deeper. 3. Sinking still deeper than you were before. 2. You can only barely see the rocks now, you are so very calm and relaxed. 1. The waves wash over the rock and now you can no longer see the rocks at all. They are completely buried and have disappeared out of sight. The sand is completely smooth and beautiful, like nothing was ever there. You feel so safe and are completely relaxed. You are now in the deepest state of relaxation. So as you relax more with every breath, your subconscious mind can take in these wonderful suggestions of feeling happy and content. Because with every day now that passes, you're feeling and you're becoming happier and more and more content. single day you're noticing more and more of the good things in your life, noticing more and more of the things that make you smile. I'm noticing more and more of the things that make you feel good on the inside. And as you notice more and more of the good things in your life, the The things that make you smile, the things that make you feel good in yourself, that means every day you're smiling more and more, and every day you feel you are becoming happier and happier. And every day, as you feel, as you become happier, you are more content in yourself. More and more. It simply becomes much easier for you. Much easier for you to see the good things in your life. Those things that make you smile. those things that make you feel good and it doesn't matter what these things may be for you every day you notice more and more of the good things in your life and now in a few moments I'm going to repeat a suggestion that suggestion will be I'm feeling happier and more content every day and when I say this suggestion I'm feeling happier and more content every day all I'd like you to do is to mentally repeat that to yourself inside your mind because repeating that to yourself inside your mind will truly help you to feel and to be happier and more content every day. So mentally say to yourself, I'm feeling happier and more content every day. And say again to yourself, I'm feeling happier and more content every day. and again I'm feeling happier and more content every day I'm feeling happier and more content every day I'm feeling happier and more content every day and every time you say that to yourself you'll believe that you are feeling and becoming happier and more content every day simply grows and becomes stronger and stronger for you.
