Hey, everybody, welcome to a new episode of the Indie Sound with Jimmy Starr. The Indie Sound with Jimmy Starr is your backstage pass to the global independent music scene. We do new shows all the time and we represent different indie artists that maybe you may have heard of and that you should be listening to, or at least we think you should be listening to. So today's show, we're going to feature Lily Nicole McLeod. She's also known as Black Girl Singer for her last album that she put out. under Black Girl Singers. She released some songs, Riding With You, Candy, I Do Love You, Heart of Hearts. She's fantastic. And before I tell you anything more about her, I'm going to play some of her older stuff that I like a lot. And we're going to start off with the song called Super Bad. Enjoy it. She released a single called What About the Beautiful Children. It was a fabulous single. I loved it to death. It's one of the most beautiful ballads ever. And now she's performing as Black Girl Singer. She's one of the best performers I've ever seen.
