Summary

Host Hayley Kearney analyzes Democrat responses to Trump's State of the Union address, criticizing their refusal to stand for American citizens over illegal immigrants. The episode covers political controversies including LA Mayor Karen Bass's handling of the Palisades Fire, Gavin Newsom's Trump knee pad merchandise, and Vanderbilt Medical Center's decision to halt gender-affirming surgeries for adults.

Insights
  • Democratic leadership is prioritizing illegal immigrant advocacy over American citizen welfare, as evidenced by their refusal to stand during Trump's State of the Union question about American citizens coming first
  • California government operates with excessive bureaucratic overreach, charging fire victims for brush clearance on properties destroyed by wildfires while failing to maintain public forest management
  • Gender-affirming surgery advocates acknowledge high suicide rates in the transgender community but attribute it to lack of surgical access rather than addressing underlying mental health issues
  • Media outlets are actively misrepresenting Trump's actions (such as the Amy Coney Barrett handshake incident) to fit a predetermined negative narrative
  • Voter sentiment shows measurable improvement toward Trump's policies post-speech, with CNN forced to report 64% of viewers believe his policies move the country in the right direction

Welcome to Scrolling with Haley. I am Haley Kearney. I thank you for being here. This is my housekeeping that I do off the top of the show every day. You might be watching on a different platform right now. We only get little clips. The only place to watch in full is on Rumble. So rumble.com slash Haley brings you to the Bongino Report channel. Make sure that you are subscribed if you haven't already. I know everyone scrolling in the chat has already gotten that done. So I applaud all of you. And that's the only way that you can scroll with everyone live. So I get that if you can't watch live at noon Eastern or almost noon Eastern, that is a OK. You can watch whenever you want or listen on your favorite podcast platform. And all I ask is that you tell a friend. So Chuck Schumer was pressed on all of that Democrat virtue signaling at the State of the Union, and he has no regrets. Also, Gavin Newsom's obsession with knee pads is getting to a concerning point. I think he might be projecting. Also, L.A. Mayor Karen Bass is being sued by the former fire chief over her mishandling of the Palisades fire. This all comes, by the way, as fire victims are being charged for brush control by the city despite having no brush or anything on their properties. And Vanderbilt Medical Center is finally halting transgender surgeries. They banned them for minors back in 2022. They are just banning it for adults now inside the reasons why and so much more. Put your phones on. Do not disturb. Scrolling with Haley starts right now. So Democrats are still reeling from President Trump's marathon State of the Union speech. Again, it was an hour and 48 minutes absolutely clearing the competition. Bill Clinton was, you know, somewhere an hour and 29 minutes. So President Trump is in the lead, as he is with most sayings. But they are still virtue signaling and defending the indefensible. Remember, President Trump asked the room, stand if you think that American citizens should come first before illegal immigrants. And all of the Democrats were just parked. They parked their booties down on their seats. They did not get up. Come on. This is not a hard question to answer. The answer should be obvious. Your allegiance should be obvious. I mean, you you swear on a Bible. You say that you're going to defend your you're going to uphold the Constitution. You're going to protect the interests of your constituents. And I guess Democrats, it's just a tall order for them. I don't know why they can't get it done, but they can't. And the Democrats will just defy Trump always. That's the name of the game. So no matter what President Trump said, hey, stand if you stand if the sky is blue, they probably would stay sitting anyway. And, you know, Chuck Schumer, he said that sitting during this moment was the right decision. Here he is defending the indefensible. Watch. But just is it what we should be ashamed of him? Bottom line is very simple. We agree we need to protect Americans. He's not. By his reckless ICE agency in Minnesota, two Americans were killed. Americans are being pulled out of their cars and beaten. Americans' houses, the doors are being knocked down, you know, without a warrant. And no other police department in America, run by Americans, has done what ICE has done. So, yes, we want to protect Americans. He's not doing it. And that's why the American people are against what ICE is doing. So it was legitimate and right not to stand. It was legitimate and right not to stand. Of course, they point to ICE as if this is Trump's secret police. They love hearkening back to that Nazi Germany era terminology as if this isn't a longstanding agency that's deported illegals in every administration, including Obama's, which deported three million. And they didn't complain then. Democrats weren't agitating ICE agents and poking the bear and filming their every move and doxing them and threatening them under any other administration, just Trump's. And this is the Democrat leader. He has no regrets about sitting and putting illegals ahead of American citizens. He claims that Trump is killing Americans. No, Renee Good and Alex Preddy got themselves shot. You could protest peacefully and make it home safely. That's not what they did. They were not just legally observing the situation. Renee Good drove her car into agents after ignoring their many warnings and commands. She threatened their lives and they took hers out of fear. It didn't have to be that way. It was a tense situation. It didn't have to end the way that it did. If she didn't insert herself into ICE efforts and defied those orders from law enforcement, Renee Good would probably still be here today. Same with Alex Preddy. He spent weeks agitating ICE officers and going so far to attack their vehicles, to get in their faces and obstruct their duties. Alex Prety didn't have to die either. And Democrats cannot come to terms with that reality. It's pretty easy to not get killed by law enforcement. It's pretty easy to not even have to deal with law enforcement so long as you just abide by the laws on the books. These American citizens have been lied to about ICE. They feel like they are defending these victims, helpless victims, and they're helping by making themselves human shields for whatever reason. All of these deaths, totally preventable. And for the illegals, you know, them being detained, deported, having their houses searched and all that, that's also totally preventable, by the way. So Chuck Schumer defends the Democrats antics and Nancy Pelosi is up to her old antics as well. I don't know what it is about Democrat women, you know, Nancy Pelosi, Kamala. they sound drunk. And Tuesday night was no different. Here's Nancy Pelosi on the news following Trump's address that she may or may not have pregamed. Listen. Some foreign policy, after drifting and all the rest, some foreign policy. Did he spend a sentence and a half on Ukraine where democracy is at stake, where American people want us to be there on the side of democracy? And it's the four year anniversary of the invasion today. Today is the four year anniversary, you think he would have risen to the occasion. But his occasion, as I said in that picture in the. Yeah. Why are we talking about Ukraine? It's so weird. Do you guys have video 1.5? Let's play that one. This is where she sounds really like her speech is very slurred. So thank you so much for joining us. You have sat through a great number of State of the Union addresses, some of them behind the president. What was your reaction to what you heard this evening? Well, first, let me say that I think that Governor Spanberger did a remarkable job just insisting on the truth, which is what we have to do when we're dealing with this president. I thought the speech was lazy. You know, it's one thing to acknowledge patriotism and people getting well and everything when you have absolutely nothing to do with their courage or the rest. But you spend an hour and a half doing it. what is the state of the nation? Trump just spent way too long being patriotic. He spent way too long loving his country. How dare he? How dare he? This is what I was saying yesterday, the stark difference between America first and America last. The Republicans are so staunchly America first. All of our policies really harken back to how do we make America great for everyone? How do we bring back manufacturing to America? How do we make us strong again on the world stage? How do we make sure that we're not getting ripped off on the world stage? And President Trump is doing those things. He's making sure that we are strong again on the world stage. And not only that, that living in America day by day is safer. He made crime a huge policy platform this time around, Trump 2.0. Crime and this crackdown. I mean, again, this was the left was all upset about this, too. I mean, how dare President Trump clean up crime? But I think it's interesting that the Democrats, they're angered by his patriotism. They're angered by President Trump making America a great place to live again. And then I just think it's odd that Nancy Pelosi brought up Ukraine. Again, they're all wearing Ukraine pins on their lapels, which we talked about yesterday, but they couldn't stand for the Ukrainian refugee who was murdered in Charlotte. So what Nancy Pelosi is saying is total nonsense. You can't tell me that Ukraine is still top of mind for Democrats. That was so last year or the year before or the year before that. Zelensky stopped peddling for money as soon as Biden left office. And Nancy Pelosi didn't just sound drunk. She also looked at this went viral. Watch this. Now 5% then they're paid. And everything we send over to Ukraine is sent through NATO and they pay us in full. They pay us totally in full. Every branch of our armed forces is setting records for recruitment. This is so exciting. And every service member recently. Maybe she was just tired. I mean, I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. It seems like she's drunk, but maybe she's just tired. When did the speech end? Like 11 p.m.? 1045, 1048? It's not that bad. It's not that bad. If Joe Biden can stay up. Where was Joe Biden, by the way? Was he there? Not that I saw. I don't know. That's weird, is it not? Or I guess... That's like way past his bedtime. No, I know that. But is that typical? I don't even remember if former presidents go to this thing or if they don't. I guess they don't. Probably. I mean, I'm no expert. I would guess if they're not holding office or invited. Huh. We're on the case. Makes you think. I got the research team on it. All right. Our research team, Andy number two, is on it. So we'll see if it's typical for presidents, former presidents to go. But yeah, I didn't even think about that. Joe Biden, he must be, you know, sleeping. Or someone in the chat said, why would a former president be there? I don't know. It seems like it's a who's who of American politics. Like, why not? Everyone else is there. I don't know. Anyway, he was probably having a very nice night in his retirement. Maybe he was on the beach somewhere. Maybe he was having some ice cream. So whatever he was doing, I'm sure he was happy. But the GOPX account posted this, which I thought was absolutely hilarious. This is Nancy Pelosi's POV, allegedly. Allegedly. For legal reasons, this is a joke. Very spinny, tunnel vision view of the room, the chamber. Yeah, this is probably exactly what she was seeing, especially when we play that video of Nancy and her eye is kind of drooping. One eye is half open, the other's closed. I don't know. It's not looking so good for her, I don't think. And if the Democrats' lips are moving, we can assume that they are lying. And we can assume the same for the mainstream media. On ABC, David Muir and Jonathan Karl didn't want you to believe your own eyes. They couldn't even believe their own. Here they are claiming that President Trump snubbed Justice Amy Coney Barrett, even though he didn't. And we can all see it. Watch. Freeze was seated. We just saw the president obviously shake the chief justice's hand. There's Justice Elena Kagan, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett. Of course, he chose Amy Coney Barrett for the bench. Freeze was seated. See, Kavanaugh shakes the hand. Just shook her hand. We have the proof. Justice Elena Kagan. We just saw the president obviously shake the chief justice's hand. So there's the proof. Do you have the rest of the video where you have Jonathan Karl and David Muir? They're saying, well, Trump snubbed Amy Coney Barrett. He didn't even shake her hand. What are you talking about? I mean, you're crazy. You're just crazy. They're lying. And I feel like their knee-jerk reaction is to assume the worst of President Trump. That he snubbed Andy Coney Barrett because she didn't vote the way that Trump wanted to on some issue or some case or what have you. They let their minds wander to that place. That was not the reality playing out in real time for viewers. That is a false reality that they concocted in their Trump-deranged brains. the same way that Chuck Schumer defended his poor behavior by sitting for illegals instead of standing for Americans. Here is Debbie Wasserman Schultz on NewsNation directly after calling President Trump's State of the Union an award show. Listen. Heckling the president and now you calling, handing out the congressional or awarding the Congressional Medal of Honor to undoubtedly a heroic helicopter pilot and then a fighter pilot an award show. I'm wondering if the president could have said anything that you'd be OK with. There are numerous times that I stood up during his speech and I stood up for each of the individuals whose valor was worthy of the praise that he met it out. But I can tell you, I brought a guest tonight because I brought a guest tonight from my district. Really? Thank goodness Leland Vittert called her out. What do you mean it's an award show? If it was an award show, every joke would have been made at Trump's expense. That's how we know it would have been a left-wing award show. Some celebrity would be putting on some satanic performance and elites would be patting themselves on the back. That's what award shows are these days. So no, the State of the Union was not an award show, but a time-honored tradition in which the president of the United States honors certain guests. And this year's guests were more deserving of those honors. Military heroes being honored. And in that moment, Debbie Wasserman Schultz could have backed down, but instead she doubled down. And then she started kind of rambling, coming up with some kind of an excuse, but she didn't really have one. Like, oh, well, I brought a guest. So that you brought a guest and that's why it's an award show. That makes no sense. And how is what President Trump did any different than what Biden or any other Democrat presidents have done in terms of honoring people? It's not like President Trump reinvented the wheel by having special guests. But over on CNN, they were forced to report that viewers liked what they heard from the president of the United States. Watch. Among speech watchers tonight, 64 percent say his policies will move the U.S. in the right direction. And look at the growth President Trump made over the speech. So pre-speech, it was 54 percent of speech watchers said his policies will move the U.S. in the right direction. After the speech, that number goes up 10 percentage points. So Donald Trump made some progress with people watching the speech from their pre-speech expectations to what they saw in the speech itself. And that 64 percent number that pretty much in range across all of his State of the Union addresses In his first term last year the joint session that about what we seen is roughly two have walked away from his speeches thinking he's going to move it in the right direction. So a lot of red meat for the base. Yeah, there's no doubt about that. If you're a Republican on the ballot in 2026, I think you leave this speech being as happy as you could possibly be that he sort of stuck to the script on the economy, he gave red meat to the base on immigration, and they can leave the home tonight and sort of take that out on the campaign trail. This is the Trump effect. It's the Trump effect. If you've ever been to a Trump rally, and maybe some people in the chat have, and if you have, let me know if you have felt this experience as well. But it is a very moving experience, especially when you're in a room packed full of people, like-minded people. President Trump starts peaking. You can feel the energy. It is palpable. You can almost feel it. Like the rally that I went to was indoors. So you could kind of feel like the, all of the movement on the floor, like everyone's feet, and you could just feel the energy. It's kind of hard to describe. And maybe it feels different when you see him in a field or in an outdoor venue. But especially when you're indoors and you're just in this contained space. There's just something very moving about it. And then not to mention just President Trump in general is very moving when he speaks and he's real and he's genuine. And when he speaks and he cracks jokes, people, they respond to that in such a positive way. President Trump is a master communicator and people really respond to it and they like what they hear. And especially with his State of the Union address this week, it was so effective. He had so many good things to talk about, too. It's not like Biden or someone in the past where they didn't really get anything done. I mean, President Trump has done so much. He's pissed off the liberals quite a bit. But, you know, to the CNN panel's point about giving the base some red meat. I mean, he really did. It was everything that we voted for we have gotten. And this was President Trump's moment to really bring it home. And he was able to kind of pat himself on the back and say, yeah, this is what we were able to deliver in just this first year. And look how great it is. Look how much better America is. Look how much better we are for it. And I think that that's really special. And it's got to hurt CNN when they're forced to read the facts and admit that voters indeed voted for everything that President Trump was proclaiming on Tuesday night. They hate to admit that people who voted for Trump don't actually have the buyer's remorse, as some Democrats claim. And CNN was also served a pint-sized reality check when they had on First Lady Melania Trump's special guest for an interview. This is 10-year-old student, AI advocate, Everest, New Vermont. And this is what she had to say about the State of the Union. Watch. It was incredible to be there and, like, see everybody, see the president talking. Like these are like almost all the most important people in politics these days. And I was like right there in the middle of it. And it was amazing. She's so cute. Isn't she the cutest? Her little purple blazer. She looks great. She's well-spoken. She's excited. Absolutely gushing over her experience at the State of the Union. And why wouldn't she? I mean, that's such an amazing experience, especially to say that you've been invited to the State of the Union at 11 years old. That means you're doing something right, right? if you've gotten the attention of your teachers and your community and the first lady of the United States, let alone that, I mean, that's a pretty huge accomplishment. And she's just so grateful to be surrounded by the biggest names in politics. While adult Democrats scowled and protested and stomped their feet and hung out with criminals and the Portland Frog Brigade and other Trump deranged celebrities, this 10 year old or 11 year old was the real adult in the room. So I just have to say, well-spoken, just inspiring and bravo to her parents for raising such a wise and gracious and polite young lady. She is going places. The Democrats are not. But there were a lot of other young boys also inspired by the State of the Union, specifically the U.S. gold medalists who were honored. And here they are engaging in their own USA, USA, USA chant, just like their role models. Watch. They're all cheering for the men's hockey team. I'm so excited. USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! I love it. I love to see this. I saw this video on my timeline. It brought a smile to my face because we see so much negativity about kids in school, than being indoctrinated by woke teachers. And then this clip just kind of reminds me of my childhood when none of that was happening. You weren't talking about politics in school. There wasn't some secret agenda. We learned about America in school from a lens that didn't hate America. Hating America wasn't even a topic of conversation. And this video gives me hope. There are more conservatives procreating than there are liberals, right? Who can raise their kids to love the country and will grow up to be Patriot. listen on your favorite platform. All right, we need to talk about Gavin Newsom's obsession with knee pads. This is some kind of a joke that he thinks is funny, but he's beating a dead horse. So at the World Economic Forum last month, Gavin Newsom debuted his knee pads for CEOs that were kneeling to Trump or sucking up to Trump. So look at this. He's here on the world stage and he's got these knee pads that he thinks is funny. He's throwing them out to people and there are these red knee pads and he has Donald Trump's signature on them. So he's doing this little virtue signal thing, which is so embarrassing just to think there's, you know, this meeting of world leaders and you're making this kind of like sexual joke and you're disparaging the president of the United States. It just makes you look really dumb. so he seems to think that this joke or it is a joke i guess that he's going to keep running with it despite being a total embarrassment on the world stage so then he posted this and he's he's still going with it he's right outside trump tower he's got a whole truckload of these donald trump signed red knee pads. What the heck? Do you have his tweet? What he said? Wow. Stopped. Stopped by after Don's big speech. Trump's signature knee pads now in Trump Tower, NYC. Just such a loser insinuating that Trump is selling these in his own Trump Tower. And I think this is pretty key because it's obvious that Gavin Newsom has ulterior motives. He's running in 2028. Just because he hasn't officially thrown his hat in the ring doesn't mean that he's not gearing up for that. Because why else would he be selling this kind of merch? Why else would he be virtue signaling like this? Unless he's concerned that come 2028, he won't have a job and he'll be broke. I can't imagine that. But I don't know if the knee pad grifter industry is hiring, but Gavin Newsom sure is trying to make a good impression. and my question is do people think that this is funny and if so who is actually buying a pair of Donald Trump signed knee pads and when I say Donald Trump signed knee pad obviously he didn't sign them that's fake but Gavin Newsom claims that he's selling these knee pads are for sale and that they've sold out like to who show yourselves if you've purchased a pair of fake Donald Trump signed knee pads from Gavin Newsom I need photo evidence I need a photo of you wearing them actually. Embarrass yourself. No, no, no. Show yourself. If you've bought some of these, show us. You're proud of this purchase. Put on those knee pads and show us how it's done. Because why did you purchase that? Where are you putting them in your house? Are you displaying them somewhere? Or are you making use of them somehow? I think Gavin Newsom, he says that they're sold out, but he's just using them all for himself. They're like his favorite 100 pairs. And he's so obsessed with the knee pad joke. I think he's probably projecting as Democrats do. So Gavin, I will say, get your mind out of the gutter and start helping Californians instead of fining and taxing them. Look how ridiculous this is. $100? Campaign for Democracy. $100? Somewhere out there, there's a travel volleyball team with the freshest knee pads of all time. I don't know if they would have Donald Trump's signature on there. Can you look up who is behind Campaign for Democracy? I'm sure all of this is going to act through. The URL is GavinNewsom.com. Okay, so it's going to Gavin Newsom then. $100 a piece? That's pricey these days, especially because you know this took, I don't know, 20 cents or something to make in China. Dang, that doesn't even really look like Donald Trump's signature. There's too many, there's too many like ups and downs i don't know anyway that's what gavin newsom's up to and over a year ago the pacific palisades burned in a tragic fire that took the lives of 31 people houses were reduced to rubble and ash people's livelihoods all of their belongings gone and now people are just starting to rebuild if they even can if their insurance wasn't canceled which is the case for many Californians, leaving them in alert with no money, no assistance to rebuild their lives, their homes. So imagine you are reeling from that loss and then you get this fine in the mail. These are charges by the city and they are requesting something like $31 for brush. It's a brush clearance inspection. They're getting non-compliance notices in the mail. and it's from the city of Los Angeles and this brush brigade is coming for them. Homeowners in fire ravaged Pacific Palisades, why would they have to pay this as their burned lots sit empty? Again, they're waiting to rebuild. There was no brush to clear in many of these lots. There probably was brush at some point and it burned away a year ago. Like I said, reduced to ASH. 2025 brush clearance initial inspection noncompliance fee. So what does this mean? Does someone from the city go to the house and realize that nothing's there? And then they say, ha, ha, ha, I'm gonna go send them a bill for $31. Or is it just, okay, here's an address that we have on file and we do this every year. Let's just send it out and not think about the fact that these houses are no longer there. I mean, I know here, like there's like city ordinances that you can't have like a ton of brush, like stacked up by the side of the road, but that would require A, somebody from the city or B, your neighbor like complaining about you, which is bogus both ways. Yeah, which I wouldn't put it past Democrats to point and, you know, point something out for some wrongdoing by their neighbor and go tell on them for the government. The whole California government is just a big HOA. Basically. Basically. It's like living in the worst community with an HOA ever. But the HOA doesn't control the druggies or the poop on the sidewalk. No, it's like, it's the worst ever. And then this thing that you really can't control because it doesn't exist anymore. They're like, hey, can you really, can you do your part? Can you do your part to make this a better place to live? Don't mind the syringes on the ground and the human feces. But yeah, your lot that doesn't exist anymore. Can you can you make sure that can you swipe a lawnmower through there and make sure that the brush is gone? You have to give me a break. Don't worry about old Jim Bob Fent leaning in the corner over. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. The government has the audacity to charge the families thirty one dollars noncompliance. Like, what did they not comply with? I just don't understand. Feels like there should be a little bit of a grace period there. I would think so. This is just, to me, this is just government tape stuff where this is how the mail-in voting happens in LA and in California as well. It doesn't matter how many people have lived in this house. They send you a ballot for everyone who's lived there in the last 20 years just in case. We're going to have burnt down houses voting in the next election. 100%. 100%. Illegals. You know what? They probably, they're like, you know what would be great here? Illegal housing. that's what they're doing with all this. They're making the American citizens whose houses burned down pay to make it all clean and nice. And then they're going to remove their insurance so that they can't rebuild. And then the government's going to retake the land. And then they're going to make housing for all the illegals that they let in. That's the California dream. And they're going to what? Vote. Oh yeah. Well, yeah, obviously, obviously. Yeah. Burnt houses voting in, in 2028, 2026 and 2028. That's something to look forward to. My goodness. my goodness all well climate alarmist didn't want to clear the brush because they decided that it was actually not going to help experts said that clearing the forest would actually make matters worse and i guess we'll never know you know the neighborhoods were burnt to the ground but i guess it could have been worse according to the wildlife experts this is exactly their mentality with the vaccines like well if you don't get the vaccine your symptoms would be worse how could you even tell that how can you even tell you wouldn't know trust the science just trust the science just trust us. Just trust the government. We have your best interest at heart, clearly. But Californians are starting to point fingers at leadership, as they should. And there is a big old lawsuit against Karen Bass, the L.A. mayor from former Los Angeles Fire Chief Christian Crowley. She is suing her, Karen Bass, over this mishandling of the Palisades Fire. And Crowley and Bass were beefing publicly because the former fire chief blamed the mayor for budget cuts that led to staffing issues, less fire engines. Then Bass fired her, saying that Crowley didn't properly brief her on how damaging a windstorm could be during a wildfire. I mean, who would have thought, right? Did the fire chief really need to spell that out really nice and slow for Karen Bass? Karen Bass didn't think that maybe a windstorm could be pretty detrimental when a fire, a wildfire, multiple wildfires are already burning? Well, if everyone just cleaned out their brush in compliance, we wouldn't have fires. Obviously. But then the wildlife experts said, no, don't clear the brush because it's actually going to be worse. What a scam. So they fine people for not clearing the brush that they can clear No it not that they can clear it It that it would make it worse if they did clear it But that in the forest But pay anyway No no no That in the government owned forests But in your land you have to take care of that They not going to take care of the where the wildfires start. They're just, yeah. So their hands are clean. They don't really have to do anything. So ridiculous. So the lawsuit seeks an unspecified monetary damages and they want to hold bass accountable for these efforts to basically punish the la fire department they wanted to protect they wanted to have people out there but they didn't have the staff they didn't have the the engines and now they want to expose the truth about this cover-up karen bass responded to this saying oh this lawsuit has no merit she's not worried. I think it does. I think it does have merit. And I think it's high time that people start pointing fingers and asking questions and demanding better of these so-called leaders, because I don't see California getting better leaders anytime soon. Here is a registered sex offender who is running for office in California. Watch. I believe Fresno deserves leaders that are honest from the very beginning, not the end. So going into this, I am putting my life out there. Up front about his status as a registered sex offender, Renee Campos is not running from his past as he runs for office. I've been given the chance to rehabilitate through the courts and back into the system. Charged with being in possession of child sex abuse material back in 2018, the Fresno native says he pled no contest to a misdemeanor charge. Now launching his campaign to represent District 7 on the Fresno City Council. He says his focus is on safety. So I say let's choose somebody outside the box, somebody who knows the system from inside out, because me, I've experienced the laws that we are trying to reform right now. Fresno County clerk and registrar voters, James Kuz, says state law does not prevent a registered sex offender from running for office. Once you leave prison, you're on probation, you actually are allowed in California to reapply and become a registered voter again, which would then make you eligible to be able to run as long as you are living in the proper jurisdiction. With a straight face, that freak of nature said to the camera, we need to start thinking outside of the box. And by that, he means electing a pedophile, a known pedophile to office. Once a freak, always a freak. And that guy gives me the creeps. You could just tell. And he says that his past has nothing to do with who he is today. I don't think you can all of a sudden not find kids attractive if that's something that used to get you off. You're sick. And you're sick for life. And if you noticed in that interview, he said that he was trying to reform the laws. He wanted to reform this process. What does that mean? You want lesser sentences for sex offenders? Because I can't imagine he'd be upping them. and do you think that Democrats will vote for a known pedophile I'll throw that question out out to the chat do you think the Democrats will vote for him because I think if there's a d next to his name they're all in they claim to care so much about accusations against Trump and the Epstein files and all this stuff would not put it past him to elect this guy don't you mean map minor attracted person excuse you excuse me excuse me sorry not trying to mince words here yeah no it's they're pedophiles there's no way to sugarcoat it or make it sound nicer or better and i i really don't believe that this guy went through the system and he's been totally rehabilitated and he deserves a second chance and i don't think that the community should give him that second chance he's already just defiled we know what office he was running for city council do they have anything to do with district seven yeah it's a good question because because that's next level i mean that's like making him treasurer would be one type of evil putting him in charge of schools city council honestly i don't know people in the chat are saying yes i don't know if they're saying yes to that or if yes they think that democrats will vote for him but i don't know do we know if they have an indirect supporting role in schools so not nothing but that's gross too close for comfort for me i mean everything is way too close like uh yeah i don't think so and here's some more west coast weirdness this time from portland i played a video of this woman maxine dexter she's a representative in the portland oregon area and she was the one at the state of the swamp counter protest outside of the state of the union on tuesday night and she was flanked by the portland frog brigade so here she is saying that whole milk is white supremacist Please ask for the science based regiments, not whatever our page in your is getting kickbacks on or whatever whole milk, white supremacy. That's happening right now. I'm getting a little too political, but. um sorry whole milk first of all i think that their issue is with raw milk whose issue has ever been with whole milk is like part of a balanced diet there's commercials about whole milk i mean what's wrong whole milk is catching strays for no reason whole milk they're like white supremacists. I don't know. What about whole milk is white supremacists other than the fact that it's white? I don't know. I like that she thinks people are getting kickbacks from whole milk. Big whole milk is the lobbyist for big whole milk. No, I mean, I think it's true that people in the or not that I think I know it's true that people in the food industry are getting kickbacks for certain things. And, you know, last Friday, I think it was, I had the documentary makers, filmmakers of that big food documentary, Breaking Big Food. And if you haven't watched it, I would encourage you to watch it because it's fascinating. It's fascinating and scary to think of how these lobbyists have control over the information that our government basically disseminates to the American people that with the food pyramid, it was all ass backwards, you know, big bread came out and said, no, the American people should really be eating 11 servings of bread per day. Could you imagine that? That's an absurd amount of bread. We don't need to be eating that many bread, grains, rice, things like that. Not that it's bad, not that you need to cut it out, but it certainly shouldn't be this hallmark of the food pyramid and our daily diet. So finally, for the first time, we have HHS Secretary RFK Jr. coming in and saying, hey, what we've been telling the American people for years now is wrong. It is quite literally upside down. And they unveiled an upside down food pyramid, shaking this entire thing up saying, no, you actually should eat red meat and it's okay to eat eggs and butter and oils and other healthy fats like avocado. And all of this needs to be part of a balanced diet. And for Maxine Dexter to say that people pushing whole milk or getting some kind of a kickback. That's what the industry had been doing for so long. And finally, RFK Jr. is putting a stop to that. And now they have an issue with that. Now the corruption and the lobbyists are not, they don't have their grubby hands in the food industry. Now they have a problem. Now it's white supremacy. You know who's getting the kickbacks? The guys who are making the food. Right. Right. The farmers. Yeah. So she should be more concerned, by the way, with rising crime in her area. This is a news report about a Portland CVS that unfortunately has to shutter its doors because it's not safe. Watch. A CVS spokesperson told me March 5th will be the last day for this store here, right across the street from Pioneer Square. People I spoke to today who were going in and out of the store tell me they're frankly not surprised it's closing. It's hard to miss the abandoned storefronts and four lease signs near Pioneer Courthouse Square. The vacancies leaving the area around Portland's living room feeling rather empty. In less than two weeks, this CVS store will also be gone. It'll be sad because I won't be able to come here and get my water and my supplies and whatever else we need. People we spoke with weren't exactly shocked to hear the store is closing its doors. I'm not surprised. And everything's locked up in there. Like you want certain things, they're under lock and key. You're like, oh my God. Similar problems cost the area one of its other retailers just a few years ago. assistance. It's ridiculous. And if you want deodorant, if you want mouthwash, if you want shampoo, conditioner, if you want anything, you need to have someone come and get it for you. I remember in, uh, I was in New York city. This was probably last summer and I wanted to go get some snacks. I was staying at my friend's apartment and I just wanted to have some stuff there. And I wanted to get goldfish. The goldfish were not under lock and key, so I could go grab those. but then I wanted to get like a Gatorade, a water, something like that. Everything's locked. There's little zip ties on everything and you have to press a button and wait for someone to come. Was anyone coming to help me? No. I was waiting there just trying to get a water bottle. Again, it's just not efficient. And they're making these places just ridiculous. It's not an efficient way to run a business, they're running it out of fear of being robbed. And that's no way to run a business. And it doesn't make your law abiding customers any happier. I mean, I just wanted to get in and out and grab my goldfish and my water bottle and get out, get on my way. I could have been in and out of there in two minutes, but I was in and out of there in 1520 because I'm sitting there waiting for someone to get this. And then it's like, oh, I also need deodorant. Then you You have to sit and wait for someone to come and grab. You know, you basically have to have someone, a personal shopper, go around the whole store with you to open up all of the things and unlock it. It's ridiculous. It's absolutely ridiculous. So, you know, while Maxine Dexter, I'm not blaming this CBS closing on her specifically, but Democrat policies in general, you know, you see these businesses closing. This area is not ripe for business. And she's worried about how whole milk is white supremacist. So priorities, man. I don't know. That was a killer sequence. In like five seconds, she said whole milk, white supremacist, kickbacks. Oh, what was the last one? I don't know. It's just like. Just all time. The jumps weren't. I mean, I was caught off guard three times in a row. Yeah. It's whiplash. That's what I'm getting to political. White milk. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Whole milk, white supremacy. And now I'm in politics. Oh, my gosh. Do you guys hear me? when I laugh. This is my exercise-induced bronchoconstriction that I'm dealing with right now. Because if you follow me on Instagram, you saw that I posted the video of my challenge today. But my gym is doing this StairMaster challenge, which I've talked about on the show before. But all month, everyone in the gym is trying to get the most steps on the StairMaster in five minutes. So each week, everyone does it once a week. And the only rule is that you have to do it for five minutes and you have to beat your own number. So you're not really in competition with anyone else in the gym. You're just in competition with yourself, but I'm a crazy person. So I wanted to win. I'm also the youngest person in the gym. So if I didn't win, that would be a real problem, like a real, real problemo. So I had to show up and show out. So of course the first week I was like, well, you know, don't go crazy because you're going to have to beat it three more times. So 514 steps. Then I think it was like 560 something, 584. And today I did 620 steps. When I get off of the Stairmaster now, I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I'm so close to death without being actually in a bad place that my lungs, I can feel them constricting. And if you ever run outside in cold weather, that feeling of when your lungs kind of have this like weird tickly feeling and you just breathe in and then you cough that's what i'm dealing with and i googled it and they say that this this basically exercise induced asthma is only supposed to last for about 12 hours mine's 24 so i'm really giving my lungs a good ass beating so anyway but i'd get an oxygen tank he's like a firefighter i do i need an oxygen tank or something or an inhaler it's bad. But anyway, I do recommend anyone if you want to try to beat 620, I would be very, very impressed. But this next story, it I have an unpopular opinion about this. And I was on Newsmax last night and we were asking about this, this churchgoer suing Don Lemon. And you all know how I feel about this church storming. I'm not a fan of Don Lemon's. You all know this. I think that Don Lemon is a total loser. He's a virtue signaler. He claimed that he was doing journalism and he was just boots on the ground, guerrilla journalism, following these, you know, asshats into a church. And they were intimidating the churchgoers. I think all of that is disgusting. You all know how I feel. But now one of the churchgoers is suing Don Lemon, and she's also suing some of the other protesters as well, claiming that she has suffered severe emotional distress as a result of the incident. And she is suing for an unspecified amount of money. She claims that she has suffered anxiety, severe emotional distress, fear, and trauma because of the protesters misconduct. And here's where I'm going to probably piss some people off. I feel like suing doesn't really do anything. It doesn't really change anything. Obviously, we want Don Lemon to be held accountable in the court of law. I think he broke the law. And I think these protesters certainly deserve to be held accountable. And I think a lot of them were, or some, I think five of them were arrested and then let go. And I do hope that they're held accountable. And obviously she has every right to sue. I just feel like it's very litigious and suing Don Lemon doesn't really undo what happened. It's not going to make her emotional distress go away. It's not going to make the trauma go away. The church was going to be stormed whether Don Lemon was there or not. You know, I think obviously she's going after him. It's opportunistic because he has money. And I think if this woman does get any money from Don Lemon, she must give all the money back to the church community. If she doesn't, then I'm like, this is you're a fraud. I mean, I just think that's the only way to go about this where you're you come out on top. I just think if the church community was under distress, then I think you if you get any money out of this, you get money from Don Lemon, certainly give it all back to the church community. I if she keeps it for herself, I feel like I don know She has nefarious She should make a class action get everyone who because they in on it Everyone gets a payout Yeah Everyone gives some to the church everyone wins except for don lemon right who should lose right i agree as long as don lemon loses then i'm fine with it um so that's all i saw this on instagram because hillary duff is making somewhat of a comeback she is my era actress singer she was very popular in the show Lizzie McGuire and some other Disney Channel shows. And she became a singer, but she's kind of fallen off. You know, she's been a mom and she's just kind of doing her own thing. Hasn't been in the spotlight, but she's making a comeback, making new music. And this is what she had to say about Taylor Swift, actually. She said, I don't think it's the intent back then was to make sophisticated songwriting. There was no Taylor Swift yet. it's like before Christ and after Christ. She's comparing Taylor Swift and her songwriting as something that is so monumental that it is comparable to Christ Jesus. This doesn't really make sense to me. And I don't know if she was kind of defending the fact that her songwriting was lame and now she's trying to be better at it because Taylor Swift inspired her or something. But why are we pretending that Taylor Swift invented thoughtful songwriting? Why do we think that Taylor Swift is a thoughtful songwriter anyway? This is an insult to anyone who came before Taylor Swift also. And I'm going to read you some Taylor Swift lyrics and you tell me if you think this is deserving of this before Christ, after Christ distinction in songwriting. because the player is going to play play play play play and the hater is going to hate hate hate hate hate baby I'm just going to shake shake shake shake shake I shake it off I shake it off woo-hoo-hoo heartbreaker is going to break break break break break and the faker is going to fake fake fake fake fake baby I'm just going to shake shake shake shake shake I shake it off I shake it woo-hoo-hoo. What do you guys think? Do you think this is good songwriting? Do you think this is very moving? I don't. Here's another one. Because karma is my boyfriend. Karma is a god. Karma is the breeze in my hair on the weekend. Karma is a relaxing thought. Aren't you envious that for you it's not? Sweet like honey, karma is a cat purring in my lap because it loves me. Flexing like a goddamn acrobat. Me and karma vibe like that. That's Taylor Swift, everyone. That's the songwriter of our generation, apparently. Before and after Taylor Swift. Here's another one. Let me know when you guys are impressed. I'll stop when you guys are impressed. Everybody's so punk on the internet. Everybody's unbothered till they're not. Every joke's just trolling and memes. Sad as it seems, apathy is hot. Everybody's cutthroat in the comments. Every single hot take is cold as ice. Woo! Here's another one. Her name was Kitty. Made her money being pretty and witty. They gave her the keys to this city. And they said she didn't do it legitimately. Oh. That must be the worst one. That's so bad. These are, some of these are off of her new album. It's not like you could, you know, explain this away. Like, oh, well, she was 14 when she wrote that. No, she was 35 when she wrote that. And I know you think it comes off vicious, but it's precious, adorable, like a toy chihuahua barking at me from a tiny purse. That's how much it hurts. And do not get me started on the song she wrote about Travis Kelsey's genitalia. She went there, I will not, I will not. But if you're curious, the song is called Wood. So you can look it up. But let me know if you think that all of that songwriting is worthy of before Christ, after Christ, because I'm not buying it and I think it's demonic. Now, I don't want to call him out, but somewhere Andy is upset with you for saying Taylor Swift's music is not well-written. I just disagree. That was his take, right? I'm not misrepresenting Andy. Andy used to say that Taylor Swift was a good songwriter. I think she's a successful businesswoman. I'm not sure why, but I don't really know what she's putting out there that's so groundbreaking that people become so obsessed with her, but she charges thousands and thousands of dollars for tickets. And for what? She's not a good singer. She's not a good songwriter. And she's not a good dancer. She's not a good performer. She's very lanky and awkward. So I don't know what you're paying thousands of dollars for. I guess there's a lot of bells and whistles and costume changes and stuff. But I think if you need all of that, you're compensating for something. You're overcompensating. Because I've seen Billy Joel live, and that was incredible. All he has out there is a microphone and a piano. And that's it. I've seen John Mayer. All he has out there is a guitar and a harmonica. And it's incredible. You know, you don't need all of these bells and whistles. And I think when you suck, you need the bells and whistles to carry you. And people are falling for it. It's Taylor Swift propaganda. I'm not falling for it. I'm just not. Before Christ, after Christ. Give me a break. I would never describe Taylor Swift and her fans as compensating for anything. No. No. All right. I have one more. What time is it? How should I get into scrolling time? I'll do this last story and then we'll get into scrolling time. I feel like I have so many fun videos to get to. OK. All right. Vanderbilt Medical Center, they are making a big change. They have ended gender affirming surgeries for adults. And of course, trans activists in Tennessee are just reeling. They are very upset. And this comes as in 2022, the Vanderbilt University Medical Center paused gender affirming surgeries for minors. And that came before state law. Republicans in Tennessee said, hey, let's not be experimenting on minors. That's crazy. And that came in 2023. So now it's illegal in the state of Tennessee to operate on minors in transgender surgeries. And now they are not going to do it for adults either. And, you know, they interviewed some trans activists who say that to stop doing trans surgeries when it's not illegal in the state is a gut punch. And they basically said that due to operational limitations and lack of surgical coverage, Vanderbilt Health will cease providing gender affirming plastic surgeries for adults. Vanderbilt Health continues to provide non-surgical gender-affirming care for adults 19 years and older, not even 18, 19. And Vanderbilt Health does not provide any gender-affirming care for patients younger than 19. We are in the process of contacting our patients regarding these changes. Interesting. So according to advocates, they're all upset, trans advocates, they're upset because they say that this is limited access to surgeries. They're saying that this could have severe mental health impacts on them. And they interviewed a trans activist who said this, which kind of cracked me up low key, even though it's kind of dark. The thing that kills me is that the suicide rate for the trans community is around 60% in attempts and around 40% of that actually committing suicide. And that number is just going to start up. is just going to start going up. And I want to make this distinction that's pretty obvious. Obviously, suicide is not funny by any means, but I think it's quite hilarious, actually, that these trans activists, they acknowledge that people in their community are committing suicide. They think that access or a lack of access to care is going to make the problem worse. I argue that it's the opposite, that the less you lean into this gender affirming care, the better you are, the more you lean into mental health to fix this mental illness that you're dealing with, the better you will be, the better off you will be. And I feel like they're so close to understanding, but so far at the same time. I believe I've seen studies saying that the actual physical surgery, the gender, gender affirming care surgery, the suicide rate is the change is negligible before after? Well, the issue is the mental illness doesn't go away, obviously. Going through some kind of a surgery doesn't fix that. Nor does it make them feel better. Right. Well, that's the thing. I think they think, and they're sold by big pharma and doctors that are bought and paid for by big pharma, that getting this surgery will make you feel better. It'll make you feel more affirmed. If you think that you're a woman, getting a boob job will make you feel like more of a woman, this will help you. But they get the surgeries, they get a fake penis or a fake vagina, and they're all discombobulated and disfigured. And they realize, well, I'm still a man or I'm still a woman. I can't actually change. There's nothing that I can do to my body surgically or with drugs and other therapies that will get me to my destination. And I think that's the trigger for them when they realize, oh, I've spent all this money. I've spent all this time. I've ruined my body and nothing that I've done is going to help me get to where I want to be. And they never will. And I think that's the realization for them that makes them so upset and take their lives, which is tragic. It's absolutely tragic. So let's get into scrolling time because my first video is a transgender, which proves my point that this is a mental illness that really does need to be addressed. all right this is a transgender who gets catcalled on the street apparently he claims that he's getting catcalled i don't know who would have done that but watch i got catcalled twice on this walk it's not a compliment it's constant it's exhausting and it happens to all of us it happens to us all who's us we're all we're all in this together it's dead silent in that video too. I'm dying. I'm dying. I think it's hilarious that this guy is smiling ear to ear in this video. He's so, they call this, uh, I've covered this on the show before. I forget what it's called. It's like trans euphoria or gender euphoria or something. And it's when other people affirm the transgender in their surgery or in their transition. So if someone says, good morning, ma'am, to a man who's wearing a dress, that gives them this like elation. They're so excited because they're thinking, okay, it's working. I look like a woman. So for this guy, he's walking around in a, literally in a transgender knit hat. I'm pretty sure it's the transgender flag and the hat. And he just has some lip gloss on or lipstick on or something. He claims that someone cat called him, Again, I know that, you know, men can be dogs, but I don't really know if this guy is getting catcalled on the street. I don't buy it. Pics or it didn't happen. Video proof or it didn't happen. It's like the trainee from the other day that claimed to have periods. Right. It's like, why do they want women's problems so bad? I have no idea. Again, these are things that women don't like about being women, but they want to experience it so badly so that it can also prove to themselves that they are women. They're experiencing this womanhood or what they think is womanhood. And he's saying in the video, because he's heard this narrative over and over again, that women don't like being catcalled. So he's smiling in the video, but then the voiceover on top is, we hate this. Oh, we hate this. This is so bad. He's smiling ear to ear. He loves that he got catcalled, but he has to do the womanhood thing or the womanly thing and be against it. So it's just, he's a liar. He's a liar. All right. This next woman, this is a liberal. She says, everything is political, even working out. Working out is political. Working out is absolutely political. You can't work out if ICE murders you. facts I mean facts are facts you cannot work out if if ICE murders you that is true uh when you're right you're right when a broken clock is right twice a day I'll give them the credit for it but here's the thing like I said in my monologue earlier it's very easy to not get killed by law enforcement you really have to be agitating them or doing something wrong and you can avoid getting in this situation by just abiding by the laws. It's really easy to avoid law enforcement, and it's really easy to avoid dying by law enforcement. So you can keep working out, girlfriend. It's okay. You can do your back squats. You're a-okay. No one's coming for you. But I do think it's funny that the left says that everything's political, even working out is political. Because I remember, this was back in 2020, 2021 lunacy, just like peak COVID lunacy. and George Floyd lunacy. And Time Magazine came out with an article that said exercise has white supremacist origins. So again, everything healthy is white supremacy. Whole milk, back squats, everything is white supremacy. And I will end the show on this video of this woman. She's proud of her liberal husband. I don't know why, but she is. when what an absolute flex it is to have a husband who doesn't support this POS administration. And in this video, he's he just looks like a total loser, not really very athletic, although he is carrying her bag in the airport, which is a gentlemanly thing to do. Bare minimum for a husband, I would say. But he jumps over the not very smart, but he jumps over the what is that called? The conveyor belt. What is that called? The luggage, what the hell? If it makes you feel any better in the notes, I was like, just put luggage thing. I had no idea. What is that called? The baggage claim, but it's not, that's not baggage claim. What is that called? Conveyor belt? That's the baggage claim. Someone said turnstile. No, it's not a turnstile. The mechanical component is a conveyor belt. I think it's a conveyor belt. Carousel, carousel. Thank you, bag carousel. I think both are apt. Thank you. him, but I was thinking of the word carousel. Thank you. Um, so he's jumping over the carousel. His man boobs are flopping. Man boobs are flopping. And I like that he's, um, he's making brownies and, you know, to each their own. I'm not going to yuck your yums. If that's your, if that's your man, that's your man. I'm glad that you're happy with him. Um, but thank you for scrolling along with me today. You can follow me on social media at Haley Karania, H-A-Y-L-E-Y on Instagram, TikTok, Truth Social, X, and Facebook. And I'll see you right back here tomorrow. Bye.
