Heather McDonald and guest DJ Hungry Human discuss major celebrity drama including Blake Lively's lawsuit against Justin Baldoni with newly released text messages involving Taylor Swift, Brooklyn Beckham's public estrangement from parents Victoria and David Beckham, and behind-the-scenes conflict on Netflix's Queer Eye final season where cast member Karamo Brown boycotted press appearances.
Insights
- Text message evidence in high-profile litigation often contradicts initial public narratives, revealing manipulation tactics and group dynamics that undermine credibility
- Female-led bullying and group coordination can be as damaging as individual misconduct, yet receives different social and legal treatment than male-equivalent behavior
- Celebrity children weaponizing public platforms to air family grievances creates permanent reputational damage that transcends the original conflict
- Reality TV and entertainment industry drama now functions as primary content driver, with cast conflict generating more engagement than actual show content
- Mental health discourse has become a catch-all justification for professional non-compliance, diluting the term's meaning and enabling avoidance behavior

We've been talking on the phone leading up to this appearance. And I'm so grateful you flew out for it. And I was like, I'll send you some stuff. We'll talk about this, that then it was just like yesterday was just a flood of info. So I think we just get into it. There's so much to cover. First of all, we don't even know of the five things what we were to do first. But I think we first have to say, oh, first I have to say, you guys, I'm really excited things happening to me. Let's think it about me. Juicy Scoop has been chosen by Netflix. They requested a live Juicy Scoop to be in the Netflix as a joke festival. I have never performed in this festival before as an LA native and a longtime comedian. I'm really flattered to be asked to be in it, but I need all of you to go and buy the tickets because I want to have the best show ever. And I don't want you to miss out. And they are going to be on sale. If you're a part of Patreon, you can go right now. And the code is on my Patreon at Heather MacDonald.net. If not, I believe you can buy them later today or Friday. And it is the best night of the festival Saturday, May 9th at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood at 7pm. And I secured your favorites, Chris Frangiola and Brandi and Julie will all be there. I cannot add another show. This is it. So please get your tickets, plan your weekends, get your girls, plan your, how fun is LA? Just get in LA right now, girl. Like you want to have a fun weekend. Maybe you can come back that weekend. I would love to. All right. So you guys, the Blake Lively, Justin Beldoni Scoop is out of control because I believe all that came forward because the trial actually starts today. When you're airing this, the 22nd of January, right? Today is the 21st. I know, but this airs at 22nd. So it will be, the trial is starting. And I guess that's why all the text messages, we were always wondering, would we have access to the Taylor Swift Blake Lively text messages that the Justin side had requested? Yes, we are seeing them. We are reading them. There is so much correspondence. And I don't even know where to begin, but I will say it does not make Taylor look good. No, it doesn't. And I had no idea. Like I didn't know that there was so much information that was going to come out because there was sort of like a lull, right? It gets a lot to keep up with. Right. It was tidbits here and there. And yeah, now like all of this has been unleashed and there's a lot to go through. Now, when you were doing your very creative, funny takes on pop culture on TikTok, you kind of peaked because you are a Boston florist, much like the lead in, it ends with us, which is the role that Blake Lively played based on the book. Well, that's what, that's what was so funny about it. And I never really talked about that. But the reason that I was aware of the book is because my friend who's a writer, she's like, you have to read this book. It's the most ridiculous book. It's about like a steampunk florist. The books are really corny. And I read the book because I'm a florist and it took place in Boston. And so I kind of had this on my radar. And then of course, like when this all blew up, it's like the, it's like the ultimate pop culture story, especially because I don't think we knew that Blake Lively was like such a monster. And it was almost like the perfect storm with Justin Baldoni and then just how this all unfolded. And I don't think we would know a lot about it if she hadn't made such a big deal about it. And then started this entire lawsuit. I don't know that she really thought this through. This is what I want because I am manifesting mama. So I manifest things that have now starting to come true. A lot of people are asking for more of this persona of mine. And I am manifesting just a simple lifetime movie. I, I recently saw that Netflix obtained a lifetime movie called Mel on the Melanie McGuire murder thing. And I covered it for juicy crimes, but it was kind of interesting to see them put it together in like a 90 minute thing. So I want to have the lifetime movie or I need a scripted more hardcore limited series. What I don't need is the documentary because I've been living it. There's nothing they can tell us. I don't want to see everybody that I know and I follow sitting down, walking in while the camera's on an empty seat. Are we really doing this? I don't need to see it anymore, but I do want you to see the scripted story of what happened. I need to know who's going to play Ryan Reynolds, who's going to play Blake, who's going to play Taylor. Well, I'm also wondering like when Justin Bal, when they, when this is all settled, are we going to hear from Justin Bal Doney? Because we haven't really heard his side of things. Now we're reading through all of these text messages with Blake, Taylor, Jenny Slate, but we have, I know it's crazy. And so we haven't really heard from Justin Bal Doney. I mean, we're reading through the text and we're seeing his side of things, but I'm very curious to hear from him once this is kind of all settled. But yes, I would also be into some sort of lifetime movie, of course. Of course, you got to see it. So we, let's just start first with, with Jenny Slate, who played his, Justin Bal Doney's sister in the film. And she was sort of silent and all of it. And when she, she played the role opposite Michelle Williams in the critically claimed they won all the awards dying for sex series. Yep. And my friend was, was the writer, producer of it, podcast. She was the one, the friend that Jenny Slate played. And there was not a lot of press that Jenny Slate did for that. Didn't affect the winnings. Because this was all going on and she wanted to stay silent. But at that time, I did find out that she was felt Blake was in the right, that he was annoying and weird. And now that has been proven that she did not enjoy her time on set with him. I think that, I think that Blake whipped these people up. I do too. You know what I mean? I think that he was probably kind of annoying or off-putting to her. He definitely has like the feminist thing going on, which I don't, they seem to have a problem with that. Like he wasn't living up to that. So I think there was probably like rumblings and maybe some like personality conflicts that were happening anyways. And then I think Blake really wanted, I think she wanted the sequel. I think that she really wanted to have control over the entire project. So I think that she started kind of, in my opinion, manipulating people behind the scenes. That includes Jenny Slate. There is a back and forth with her and Jenny Slate, where Jenny Slate apparently made some like offhand comment about her Airbnb and like that it wasn't conducive to like having sex, something along those lines. It was probably just like I said, a one-off comment. She then went and apologized to Blake Lively. So I think that they had kind of like this heightened- Jenny Slate apologized. Jenny Slate had said like, oh, I'm sorry that I said that. So I think that they kind of started nitpicking every single little thing that was said. And so to your point, I think that it kind of like started innocently enough. And then as it ramped up and it became more serious, the accusations became a little bit more pointed. I mean, I think sometimes what people don't realize, which is so different with men and women, is that women, we like to talk everything out. And we confide and we fester and it becomes something. It's like the same sometimes, you know, yeah, whether it's like a couple of bad apples, whatever. And I think, yeah, I think she is kind of like, knows how to be a really great girlfriend and can kind of bring in these women, whether it's Colleen Hoover, Jenny Slate, Isabella, who played the younger version of her, to kind of put the seedings in their brain of like, oh my God, wasn't that annoying? Exactly. And mostly what people are saying that have really covered the case and everything that's come out is that in all of these correspondence in Blake complaining about Justin being the director and her not enjoying that and being the producer and her feeling like she deserves that PGA, which is the, you know, to prove that she's producer on it for all the reasons why. It's just that he was like a doofus, a dork, a clown. Oh, why does he spend more time trimming his hair and like all these like comments. It's not like, wow, he fucking walked in while I was breastfeeding. Right. He wants me not to have underwear on when I do the birth scene. There was none of that. Well, and I think there's so that's where people are like, so then why did you bring up the sexual harassment part of the suit and story to begin? Right. Well, and she wanted that credit. So the flip side of that is she's trying to act like she had complete control over that set. I had to take over everything. I had to take over the writing. I had to review the dailies. I had to. She was going to have to deal with like human resources. Right. Meaning like she acts like she had to settle the nerves of the other women on set because they were all so bothered by him. But actually, would they have ever even noticed or said anything had someone not been like, yeah. And you can't have it both ways. Right. Were you in control or was he in control? Was he in control and then he was victimizing all of you guys or were you the one that had to take over the entire project because he was completely incapable? And so I think that that's the problem with a lot of the emails and the text messages is it doesn't align with what she said in the beginning and the reason that she launched this entire lawsuit. Right. And I agree with you. It seems like they were obsessed with him. Like they became like obsessed with hating him. And yeah, everybody just kind of got whipped up and it became something that it really wasn't. And I'm sure that you know that Taylor Swift is regretting getting involved in this. This is like, this is unheard of something of her level. Also, I do think that Jenny, there was some corresponds for Jenny Slate said I asked my Insta assistant to unfollow him. She asked them all to unfollow. Colleen Hoover came out and said that Blake asked her to unfollow him. And Ryan talked about it too. Like they obviously wanted it presented as though everybody had a problem with him. But like you said, nobody was really coming out and saying that, but that was part of the plan as well. Right. And then, okay, so let's talk about the Taylor Swift of it all. Yes. So she and Taylor have been friends Blake and Taylor have been for years. I believe she's a godmother for one of the four kids. And even at one point, I remember Blake was in reading all about this held up some point of production because she wanted to fly and go to the heiress tour or she said she was sick, but then she was actually at the heiress tour during those weeks of production or pre production. Anyway, they were very, very close. And we knew that these texts were coming and we haven't really seen them together in the last year. And everyone's figuring like, oh my God, Taylor's probably like, why the fuck did I get dragged into the stuff calling me your dragon, you weird loser. Like, I just thought it was fun to have some friends. But other people that are not Swifties have accused Taylor in the past of not necessarily supporting younger female artists, kind of doing subtle shit a pawns. And sometimes, you know, when a when a younger artist is about to drop their album, she's like, guess what, there's some hidden versions of songs that nobody knew about that I'm actually going to drop on the same Tuesday. And like, they're like, God, why would you do that? Like, you know, and I always just remember like her story of where she was not liked in high school, probably because she was so talented and girls are bitchy and jealous. And then when she became a star, she like invited all of those girls to like get the front row where she could perform and whatever. So I think when someone doesn't have a good high school experience, my God, can that follow you for the rest of your life? And then when you become successful, there is nothing more dangerous than a hated bully nerd who gets so fucking power, whether it's a man or a woman. And I'm like, so finally she gets this cool girl, Blake and Blake is cool. She has a cool husband. They're a good fucking time. And she likes having that friendship. And in the correspondence, she is down to do whatever Blake asks of her. And she is like, oh my God, let's talk about this fake feminist. And oh, you know, and then it's like, oh, but of course Blake's like, but of course I'm the horrible one. And she's like, I know we're going to show the world what happens. Yeah, we're going to show the world. Taylor's like, we're going to show the world what happens when someone's a hypocrite. And, you know, of course it's the men. And I'm sure she's regretting it now. And that's why there was, I think the other thing that's going on now is that she looks like a huge liar because she tried to distance herself from that. And she tried to say like, I had like nothing to do with this, but now obviously we're reading through the text messages. They were both calling each other, Khaleesi or whatever. I don't have this much time on their hands. And then it was like, I'm going to have you read this, you know, act like you read the script and then come in as like a power. Move like you just pop and buy for a muffin while Justin's there to intimidate you. But even if you don't read the script that I just rewrote, just act like you did and like that you co-sign on it. So that whole lame scene of them on the rooftop, which to me made no sense when he's like, oh, I'm a brain surgery. Whenever I'm a neuro neurologist and she's like, whoa, really? I thought you were like a tech bro. And I'm like, what? And she's wearing like overalls with like $2,000 sparkly Louboutin heels like in the hospitals and like all of that stuff was just so crazy. Well, she was out of control and there's there's communication between Justin Baldoni and Jamie Heath where they're like, there's not there's literally nothing we can do. Like nobody can control or they go through the list of like all of the people who are like, it's impossible to control her. And yeah, it's her cut ended up being the cut of the movie in her cut did failed against his cut of the movie when they showed it to audiences. Yes. And she's there's correspondence correspondence in there where she's like, basically like, I don't care. Like Colleen Hoover likes it better in like Taylor Swift likes it better and like my my cut is better. And then they bullied right bullied him into releasing that. And what was interesting in Justin's response to like the final cut or trying to get his cut to make it or whatever he's like, she's cut out the abuse. Like there isn't the same amount of abuse that was supposed to be like featured because it was about a domestic violent situation. When I saw the movie, which was after it was out in the theaters available on Netflix before the drama with all of this. I watched it and I was like, I don't mean to be like insensitive, but like it seemed like that one thing was a mistake. Like with the hot pan. And I was like, OK, like it was I was kind of like, what is this about the one thing I did think as a viewer is I did think they had good sexual chemistry. He's hot. I think that that's part of the issue. I really do think that she was extremely offended that he wasn't like throwing himself all over her. Yeah. And if you my my TikTok blew up when I talked about it was like a TMZ article about how she was very offended that he asked the stunt coordinator how he should lift her. So lift her on that kitchen counter for the make out. Yes, because he had a bad back and like whatever. And she was so offended by that. I think that some of it has to do with that. I think she has a very big ego. I think she's been like the hot girl for a long time. I think that she came into this thinking that she was going to take over the entire thing. And it just kind of like snowballed from there. In real life, she's like 40 and a mother of four and she looks great. She's gorgeous, but she chose to want this project and she's playing a much. I mean, I know they made her a little older in the movie, but in the book, the girl was supposed to be like 21. Yeah, I don't know. It was great casting. But then she tried to, I mean, she's trying to take over as a director and it's like, you don't really have, obviously, when you like watch the movie, there's there's issues with the continuity and the story and how it's presented. And I believe that is because Blake took over. Right. And then it's like, there's all these like moments where it's like, she's like, like these long like looks in her hair and she's like, okay. And then in that thing, he wrote, this is supposed to be a movie about a domestic violent relationship, not a sizzle reel for how beautiful Blake is. Like it was a lot of that. And I know with women, like I wonder if, if this was the opposite and this was all men players, there were no women involved in this at all. It was two guys and one was the star and one was the director and the other one was best friends with, you know, Harry Styles. And if it was all men in this, you know, would people be as passionate about nailing everybody to the cross, mostly the women? I mean, just think about it. No, I mean, I think the dynamics between the women are what kind of propelled this. Right. Colleen Hoover is a fangirl of Blake Lively. Yeah. The writer of it. Yeah. Justin Baldoni found Colleen Hoover and he wanted to, you know, make a movie about this book. By the way, the book is very corny and the movie is corny. And so all of this hoopla over this movie that's like really kind of a glamorized lifetime movie. Who wants dried black flowers? Well, that she's a steampunk florist. It was very offensive. That's why my friend was like, you would hate this. You have to read it. And thank God to her because I wouldn't have the context. And like, so it was kind of like the perfect storm when this all came out because I had actually read the book and then I'm a florist in Boston. I was like telling the guys at the flower mart about this because I'm like, my tick, like, do you know about tick talk? I'm like, it's blowing up and it's because of this like movie with Blake Lively where she's a florist. And by the way, like we all laugh because I'm like, if anybody dressed the way that Blake Lively dresses in that movie and came into the flower mart, we would just relentlessly make fun of this person. So it's like, even in that sense, it's very unrealistic. But in the book, they were putting like screws in the flowers and it was, yeah, it was corny from the jump. So then there's other stuff where then Blake writes to Taylor after this is all been out in the news. Yes. And she's like, Hey girl, hey, I feel like something's off between us. Like I just kind of want to make sure I know I dumped a lot on you and I don't know that I've been as good of a friend as I could be. And it's been about me for a while. And it was kind of good because Blake wrote back and she's I mean, Taylor wrote back and was like, No, it's no good. It's like, No, it's not it's not that it's just that like you sent out this email that looked like it was like a corporate email. It was all me like we, we, we and my team. And I just want to hear like from my friend who's like edgy and fun. And like, I just don't. So I think at that time, Taylor was at that point keeping her distance because of this new stuff because she's like, look, I've been in the world when like this shit blows up and I'm giving you advice to like, I know it's hard on you. But at the same time she was Taylor was relating to Blake. Like I am feeling, I guess somewhat used or you're not being totally authentic in this friendship. Yes. Well, also the length of these text messages are so crazy. Like I keep thinking their emails, but they're like really just extremely long text messages. I think Blake loves hearing herself talk. Ryan loves hearing himself talk. And then so does Taylor. So it's like, there's so much drama there between these people that are like these mega stars. It's like, I don't know how you have this much time to be like in the weeds over Justin Baldoni. And then a big part was where Taylor goes, I can't believe that Justin is dumb enough to allow my song to be in the movie or in the trailer because I'm your dragon or whatever. I'm your top ally. So already he is now the scales have shifted. Yeah. Yeah. And I was like, what a weird thing to say. Like why would like you were, yeah, you were on the mean girl side. You were the, there's a re-june of George and then there's like the other one that's like just doing the dirty work. Like I felt like Taylor was the one to the side that was like, oh my God, this yeah, use my thing and how amazing. And then and then Blake like writes to Colin Hoover. And I was like, I don't know what the fuck this guy's problem is. I brought in all these stars. I brought in the music. I am running a basically a whole marketing campaign for free because I'm so famous and all this and like what he should be kissing my feet and writing like apology letters and. Well, why wouldn't he want Taylor's music to be in the trailer? Yeah, why wouldn't he? He's the one that found the story. He Wayfair is the one that's financing it. He's invested in its success, which is part of the reason that he chose Blake lively as the face of the movie. So it's, she seems confused as to like how all of this works, which is interesting because you've been in the game for so long. But I don't think she's ever been in a position where anybody gave her this much power and anybody gave her this much leeway. And then she just, she ran away with it. I think, like I said, I think she, her and Colleen Hoover and there's text between the two of them. I think they thought they were going to like take it and make make it their own, even though he had rights to the sequel. Right. And then what was the Ben Affleck letter that you said? Can you explain that? So she wrote to Anna Wintour to, she said that Ryan Reynolds wrote to Matt Damon and she writes to Ben Affleck and it's all of her. She thinks she's very charming. She thinks she's a comedian. Oh God, I've been saying that forever. And so does he. Oh, for sure. Whoever he decided to emulate his comedic persona after, I don't know. I did see him on the Chevy Chase thing and he said like he kind of copied Chevy Chase. Like he clearly just copied like a cadence and a sitcom and then stuck with that for the rest of his life. And then he thinks he's so funny. And then of course she thinks she's hilarious. Why they always like are on talk shows, talking about how they want to like murder their kids. Oh yeah. You know, drugs that go to bed or they're, oh, the youngest one is a is a monster as an asshole. Like, all right. Yeah, they're legends in their own mind. Very low hanging fruit, dumb jokes. Okay, continue. So she writes this like way too long email to Ben Affleck and she's basically like you have no idea like what I've dealt with on this set. Like, you know, she's nailing herself to the cross or whatever. And then she's like, I want you to like, if you have time, if you have an hour and 58 minutes to like watch my cut of the movie, like I would love that. If your kids are around, if Jennifer is around, she says Jennifer, it's unclear if she's talking about Lopez or Jennifer Gardner, but it, I think she's implying Gardner. And then it's like, I do too, because in that there was a something crossed out. Yeah. And I think she was saying, we've been watching you go through all this with, I think it was probably JLo. Yes. And then, you know, I know you're finally with Jennifer Gardner, the mother of her kids. She wanted her to watch the movie too. Wow. Which is interesting because there have been rumors for a very long time that they had something going on. In the town. In the town. Oh my God, I wasn't even thinking of that. Yes. Well, that's what's so funny. She played, what did you think of that Boston accent? Oh, I mean, it was ridiculous. I don't think Blake Lively's ever been known as like, you know, a good actress. So she played her part in that though. I did like her in this simple favor though. It was a great movie. I liked the movie, The Town. I love The Town. I mean, she's usually cast in movies that like match her caliber, which this movie did, but she just went out of control. I remember the coward she was like, wait, I'm just trying to like do it. It's like, you know, what's she doing? Like she's so trashy, but she's like a blonde model. She's so trashy. Yeah, but she's supposed to be trashy. And he's like, come on girl, like, be a better mother. Yeah, exactly. Oh, fuck you. Fuck you. And then he's on talk shows being like, well, Blake's not from Boston. So after we're done shooting, I'll just drive her around Boston at 2am in my car. I'm sure he was. Yeah. But now she wants Jennifer to watch her movie, her cut of the movie. And so then she wanted, she wanted their opinion. Jennifer during this time, do some like secret troll post. No, I remember what it was. It was Reese Witherspoon did some type of post. Yes. And the troll detectives figured out that it was like, fuck you, Blake, because you probably slept with Ben while you're filming a film. And she was, you know, pregnant with the second kid or whatever. Yes. And now Blake is asking, it's crazy. I mean, the whole email is insane to reach out to all of these other random people. Right. Because then she could go and use again, more ammunition to say, hey. All my friends. Yeah, Ben and Jen Garner, they love it. They think it's great. I love that Ben is haunted by like the most insane women. So they did two versions. So they both got in an editing bay, did two versions of the movie. The same focus group watched both. They voted for the Justin one. Yes. But then she was such a pain in the ass that Sony was like, fuck it, just use that one. It sounds like that. Okay. I want them to release, if they were smart, I feel like if they release Justin, all of these people that have been following this entire thing would probably go out to see the movie to support him. Although then, then I guess by proxy you're supporting Blake, which they wouldn't want to do. Do you think it's good that um, Kelsey, um, Travis Kelsey's team isn't going to be entering the Super Bowl and that they could just like hang low during this time. That's probably the blessing. That's probably where you're like, life's rejection is God's protection. I mean, this is Travis and I are just need to go to like Aruba or something and just not be at any Super Bowl games. And then he's like, fuck you, I want to be at a Super Bowl game. And she's like, no, because then people wonder why I'm not with you and I need this shit to die down. And it's not going to die down by Super Bowl, right? Because it's going to actually be played out in a court. Well, speaking of that's probably why she, she cut Blake from the sidelines. I mean, obviously people started to notice there was a rift because she was having Blake come and Blake was like, Blake would, you know, be performing in the box or whatever. And now, yeah, she doesn't have to deal with any of that. I'm sure she is happy to lay low. This, it's, she's sort of a proven liar at this point, which is probably her worst nightmare because she's kind of like Machiavellian. Like she's always, right. And then there's some song called canceled where she refers to a tiny violin and then in a text, she's like, oh, we got out as tiny violin. I'm like, also not clever, not original. Tiny violin was like something we did in like high school. Like it's not like a clever, like funny thing. They viciously hate him. They hate him so much. I know. It's really weird. It's like, I don't know, like what, what did he do really? There's no, there's no smoking guns still after all of this. And actually the text, I told you, like the text messages between him and Jamie Heath are like, they're sad because he's just kind of like, I don't know, like what to do. And he could see what was happening. Like he could see that he was being set up. She refused us. She refused a body double. It had to be her. She's still going on about this, um, this birth scene where she's saying that she was like exposed and then there's, there's pictures of her with the longer version where she not only had a body suit on like with a fake stomach, but then that also included covering her genitalia. Right. Of course. And then she's like, he's bathing suit with a fake stomach. And yeah, your legs are spread apart because you're giving birth, but it's not like there was any kind of exposure down there. Of course not. And then she's saying like his friend was the actor that played the doctor. Like the insinuation that he was, you know, creating this, this toxic set where he was coming up with all these different plans to like expose her. To be able to smell her spray tab. I know, like I don't, I'm so, I don't buy it. And then obviously all of the evidence is now proven. So they're suing for $661 million or something. And they, they, they won't let him countersuit either. They dismiss the countersuit, which is interesting. Yeah. So then I guess I, I guess what will happen is if she loses, then he could file a lawsuit and say, I need whatever, 400 million for what the hell you put me through. It'll go on forever. I mean, it is a lot. There's a lot of players. There's a lot of emails, a lot of texts. So, but the gist is Taylor and Blake were mean girls that hated this boy is very high school. And some people just never change. And it seems like there's a lot of evidence in Justin's favor. Yeah. He was too hot for his own good. Really? When a hot guy doesn't like the woman that wants to be liked. I don't know. Okay. Now let's talk about this whole Brooklyn Beckham's situation. So Brooklyn Beckham is the oldest son of famed soccer star David and his wife, Posh Spice, Victoria fashion designer. And everyone thinks they are the cutest family in the world because they are. Yes. I agree. There's three boys and then Harper's the girl. Yes. And now they're all in their twenties or late teens. And Brooklyn gets married pretty young to this beautiful girl, Nicola Pelts, whose dad happens to be a billionaire. Yes. But he's like a self made billionaire sort of like he had like a family company, but he took it to like, bought Snapple. It's all food stuff. Yes. But he's a legit billionaire. And in that she wanted to be an actress, but all of the projects she shows just really didn't pop off. I heard she got Razzie nominations, which is. Maybe. Yeah. It's impressive. But I mean, you know, she wasn't necessarily a nippo in the business, but had a lot of connections to. Yes. But she's also extremely attractive. Yes. But I don't know if she's not a good actress or she just kept choosing the wrong because I did see something where it's like she could have done this thing. She left a show to go being in this movie and the movie bombed and she should have stayed on the show and whatever. So they get married and they've been estranged from the parents. They didn't go to David Beckham's 50th birthday. They said they were there and then the dad, they wanted to have a private dinner with them and the dad was like, no, just come to the big party. And then they're feeling. So nobody knew what was up back and forth. Finally, Brooklyn over the weekend, the son writes this long typed out post, like three of them and puts it out on the internet. And it's basically like. We have felt used by my family wanting to parade us as the perfect family. You know, they've hurt my wife is the most important thing. Many times she was so excited to have Victoria Beckham do her her wedding gown at the last minute that was pulled out from under her. And then at our wedding, Mark Anthony, who I guess was the singer, came out and it was supposed to be Brooklyn and Nicola's first dance, which is always the first dance of the night when the wedding party comes in. And instead, Mark Anthony said, Brooklyn, come dance with your mom. And whatever this dance was, Brooklyn, Nicola in the thing said it was very inappropriate and very embarrassing and humiliating. He's never been able to get over it since. And everybody is like, where is that footage and only they have that footage and they said they'll never release it Brooklyn and Nicola. So I'm guessing then they must have taken everyone's phones, which a lot of people do at celebrity weddings. Right. But no one has brought it. But the jokes have been very funny, imagining what it would be like of her having her mother, son dance. Yes, the memes have been everywhere. I think that's the worst part of the exposure is that he specifically talked about that. And because now everybody wants to see like release the tapes. I mean, I want to see the tapes too. But yeah, it was it was a vicious takedown. You don't often see that with celebrities that are at that level. And especially Victoria, who I agree, like I think that they are pretty strict about their image, but that's to be expected when you're at that level. So yeah, to be exposed like that by Brooklyn and Nicola is pretty, it's pretty bad. And I don't know. I don't know that there's going back from this either. I mean, it's really sad. I mean, as a mother who has kids that are now young adults and I would, you know, I've said, like if my sons, when they get married, you know, to a woman, I want to be so respectful. Yeah. So I would never want to do this something. This should be a lesson to everybody. Because once you get to a certain level with your son's wife. Yes. You're not going to come back from that. Well, they say this about in laws. Huh? Yeah. Like when your son gets married to a woman, the son is going to spend most of his time with her family. I know. So it's easy. Yeah. And I think also when you have like a strong maternal figure, you often like gravitate toward that for your spouse. And so when you have two women that are that want to be the queen bee, you butt heads a lot. And you have to be kind of careful about that relationship because this, it happens all the time in real life. We're just seeing it play out with like a mega celebrities right now, but it's kind of that dynamic happens all the time. Oh, a great story like Monsters Inc stays with you forever. And you know, I've seen a lot of things where, you know, a lot of things on TikTok, which is very negative towards the mother-in-law. Everything is like, oh my God, you know, the balloons go and oh, it's a boy. And the mom runs to her son instead of letting the two of them hug about the gender reveal or, or the mother son dance. First of all, I want to say there's things we need to get rid of in 2026. You know, I've said a bunch of things that we've said. Also, you know, curated. That's another one. Okay. Anyway, I, I really like all these words, but also these elaborate dance routines. Oh, like, oh my God. I mean, I can't believe what Bridesmaid's have to be put through. Like now you have to go and go to a dance hall and like practice. It's so cringy. It's so cringy. And then I saw like a mother and son long dance. It's so awkward. And then I'm like, oh my God. And then it does go viral. And then they can't, you know, because it's like, you can't believe it. But with this, I just feel like since we did not see it. So open to interpretation. Yeah. Nobody, nobody else is saying, Hey, I was at the wedding. I was the cater waiter and she literally put him in a chair, did a strut, you know, put on a strap on. I mean, I don't know what you want to say. Like, but even so, like that's a memory that should like remain in the past. Even if that happened and it was cringy, I don't think that people are like still bringing it up. So to then expose it like this. I think, yeah, I think it was, you know, her, you think it was Nicola, don't you? Yes, I think he's absolutely pussy whipped. I think she has, it's that type of thing where also he's not a soccer star. He tried to be a chef. He tried to be a photographer. So bad. Her family is beyond billions. Right. Yes. The Beckams are rich and famous, but they still have to sell some dresses. They still have to do some, you know, a Poco Rabon ads. They have to go and do a very exposing Netflix doc to stay relevant. I mean, I'm sure if they had billions, they'd probably be like, no, let's not expose the fact that dad had an affair. Okay. Like, can we not do that? Of course. Like, but we have to because we, so I kind of think that he's gotten real comfortable and maybe her billionaire family thinks like that sort of Kardashian is kind of desperate. And then she's in his ear, like all this stuff, you know, just like my opinion, she is, she's the one that's getting in the New York post and like exposing some of this stuff in the New York post. And that's why I'm like sort of confused because she's putting what originally put it out there because he's the one that wrote it. I right, but if you like, she wrote it, she wrote it and posted it on this thing. Yeah. The stories that have been, first of all, everybody knew that there was a rift, right? Because they're posting pictures from like David Beckham's 50th birthday party. They're not there. They're posting pictures on family vacations. They're obviously absent from that. So there was rumblings that there was clearly like, there was something going on. There's been many stories in the New York post recently in the last, you know, four or five months that are talking about it. And it, the way that it's written, it seems like in my opinion that it's coming from Nicola in Brooklyn's camp. I mean, I just want to say to all these women that are like awful about their mother-in-laws, like Karma's bitch. 100%. 100%. Karma's when you have a little boy and you're mean to your mother-in-law. You're going to be the in-law. And now your little boy doesn't talk to you and you're 60 and you don't get to see your grandkids. Maybe you should have been nicer to your mother-in-law. Well, you're going to be the in-law at some point. Exactly. If you have a son. If you have a son. I'm like, so I, my mother-in-law, I've always said is just, was just wonderful. Right. And like, you know, I just, it's like when she was going to stay with me for a week and my mom lived down this, you know, within a mile and she's like, I don't want to step on any toes. And I'm like, no, my mom's like thrilled. My mom's not going to spend the night. Like it's like having a nurse. Right. She was the best. But I also, but I, that's why I feel like, you know, I don't want to ever want to be like that. But I also like, stop being such a, like all these young girls being such a bitch about the, yeah, it's your son. Your son does want to talk to his mom sometimes. He does enjoy her company. Like stop being such a fucking bitch about it. You knew the family you are marrying into. Yeah. Like you weren't going to come into that family and then be the queen bee. It's very Meghan Markle coded. Honestly, it's like, you knew the family that you were marrying into. There's certain parameters that come with marriage. There's certain concessions that you have to make. Right. And so you can't enter into a family like that and then think that you're going to change the dynamics of the family and the way that things go. I would love to have Victoria Beckham as my mother-in-law. Are you kidding me? It's like, you have to fall in line. But I think that that was never going to happen with her. And so, yeah, it adds up. I'm sure I doubt that Victoria was like completely innocent all this. I'm sure it is a difficult family, but I did want to point out that the story that that was the first dance has sort of been debunked. Like they, they dance to some Elvis, an Elvis song, I believe. It's okay. So even though that was debunked, but even if it wasn't, it sounds like it was Mark Anthony, you know, just being in the moment and being like, this would be so great, you know, and like poor Mark Anthony, like he just was happy to get the fight, you know, the $200,000 gig or whatever while he tries to sell jeans at Coles. And now it's like, oh my God, I really fucked up by doing that. I mean, I've done that. I've been at a wedding. I mean, stuff happens at weddings. I'd like to give a speech. I know. And it's, I still sometimes wake up in the middle of night and remember it. And I'm like, why is that? I wasn't part of the wedding. I wasn't like, but I was feeling the shard. I wanted to just cry and say how much I loved this family and I will never do that again. And, but like shit happens at weddings. That's why it's crazy to come out like all this time later. There were, he could have said, he could have got to the point differently too, because I feel like he really gave like a lot of details and it was like scathing. And it was really like, I almost feel like she, I, this is what I think. I think she's very smart. I think she knew by him putting out there because he didn't have to know who like just, he could have just been silent. It could have got another year and then they could have been like, hey, you know, who didn't spend Christmas together. We would have forgotten about it. 100%. But we put it out in this long thing and explaining all these instances and you do it publicly and you say, we don't want to be on the red carpet in your perfect public thing. And it's really sad too, because he has, you know, three siblings and now, you know, but hey, that happens. That's been happening in families forever where one person just has left the family and oh, we haven't talked to that sibling in 20 years. I understand why it can happen. I just, I just think it's really sad and I am. I don't think you should air. I think about this all the time on TikTok. People airing out their families and even just people that they know in life. Like, yeah, like when they're like, I just got out of the carpool line and some of the moms here told me that I couldn't bring my favorite muffins and I'm like, do you think these moms now are going to want to be your friend when they're passing this TikTok to everybody in their neighborhood? Like, like stop. Like, what do you expect? Also I, why does he expect that that family image would not be curated? Like your, your mother is Victoria Beckham. Your dad is David Beckham. And then I see people that are like, oh, well, they used to pay the paparazzi like back in the day, like in the early 2000s. Like, yeah, that's how it used to be. I don't find them to sound, to seem thirsty or fake at all. I think that they just, they had, listen, this is their business. She had to do it. She had a reality show on E a long time ago where she went and like met Perez Hilton on a diner when he just went to the DMV. Like when he had a plot. Yeah. I thought, yeah, like she had, they had to do this stuff, you know, and she wanted to do it because she is a performer. And, but then she had, you know, into like raising these on there, all have good jaw lines and they're all great looking. And, but somebody brought this up. This was, um, hold on. I want like, I don't know the tattoo. Yeah. Like he has Brooklyn placements incredible Brooklyn tattoo as a tramp stamp. David, because that was his first baby. I know those were the days, but yeah, it's, it's, it's unfortunate. The whole thing, because I also feel like they, they're more powerful together. Like Brooklyn and Nicola, like they're more powerful with a connection to the, to the Beckham family. So now that they've kind of like annexed themselves from that, it's like, no one was really checking on you guys to begin with. Like you're, what's interesting to you is your connection to your family. And so I don't know where it goes. I just had, I do, I do. I just had a prediction just came to me. Yeah. What is it? Megan, Mark is going to reach out to Nicola because she's going to say, Oh my God, I have been in your place. Yes. Also, we need some billionaire friends and I need a new friend with a jet. Speaking of, you know her and Selena Gomez, like there's like a mystery falling out between them. Cool. Nicola and Brooklyn, very good friends with Selena Gomez. They were not invited to Selena Gomez or they didn't attend. I don't know. Some juice. Yeah. So people have been talking about that, like what happened with that friendship because they were kind of all over each other for a minute. Well, Justin Anderson, who is a famous hairstylist, I believe he's also Kristen Cavallari's best friend. I trust him. And I trust him. I trust him. Yeah. He said that he did his own tiktok saying that Nicola was a bad apple. Totally supports the Beckham family. Said that she was one of the most entitled, awful people he's ever worked with. Yes. So, you know, the hairstylists, they can tell on you. Listen, there, there's been a rumor about her. If someone does my hair and makeup and I hate it, I say, I love it. I say, I love it. It's never looked better. And here's a big tip. And then I go into the bathroom and I fix my brows. Well, it's a scary place to be. I know you don't want to piss those people off. And he, he, I don't think that he would, I think what happened was he had mentioned that before. Yeah. So I don't think that he would have come out now and just like blindly said it, but it was already out there. So, I mean, I, he doesn't, he doesn't speak out a lot about stuff like that. So I trust, I trust that what he's saying is true. And there's also like, when, when I first became aware of her, and this is many, many years ago, it was like a blind item that said she allegedly like as a child. Yeah. Had like pushed her nanny down the stairs. That's like an OG story. Did they mean like a nanny that was a caretaker? Did they mean like a grandma nanny? Like one of her, no, like a caretaker. Like one of her nannies. Yeah. I don't think she, luckily I don't think it was the grandma. Yes. And I, and now people can't find that article. Yeah. That makes sense. That's interesting. Oh, because people are saying, cause you know how celebrities will like Taylor Swift, for instance, when they were talking about her jet use, she went to a jet scheme. So that when you Google Taylor Swift jet, the jet scheme comes. Oh my God. That's so interesting. So they said they did that. Nicola did that with her nanny. That's why like, cause she calls her grandmother nanny, whatever. And so they were like, oh, nanny, whatever sat with them at the sweetheart table at the wedding. So now that, now that buries that story. But that story is that story has been around for so long. That was before she dated Anwar because now they're saying she did. Anwar Mahdeed. Oh, Mohammed Adid son. That there was the same drama. They said Yolanda reached out to Victoria. That's like Daily Mail. So I don't know if it's true. Oh my God. Yolanda and Victoria could just go have a cute lunch somewhere. I wouldn't go head to head with Yolanda. I wouldn't either. She's scary. So yeah, she they they said that when she was dating Anwar, I know my love. I made you the lemon chicken. Oh my gosh. I love the lemon chicken. I know. Yeah, scary. But they said that when she dated Anwar, that that he wasn't really speaking with his family. So this might be a pattern. I know we need to hear from Yolanda. I'm sure she sure she would love to talk about it. Well, but anyway, it's a crazy story. You better stay away from my cute boys, Nicola. Yeah. Wait, there was one other thing here. Let's see. OK, so there you go with that. I hope it works out. Now another exciting thing happened in just the other day. So queer eye for the straight guy. But now they call it the fab five. What is the name of the show now? I think it's still queer eye. They've always been the fab five. But it's where I not for the straight. So originally queer for the straight guy was on Bravo. And I remember when they made their first opera appearance. Yeah, everyone loved the show. Yes. And it was where five gay guys would take over like, you know, a straight guy's apartment that is never like, you know, been introduced like a toenail clipper. And it was just like really funny and sweet. Yeah. And then they came back and did a revamped version. None of the original men were invited. And that's been on 10 seasons on Netflix. And so this is the final season and they're launching this season on Netflix. And they go to. Jenna Hager. Wait, Jenner Bush Hager. Jenna Bush Hager. Jenna Bush Hager. Hello. It's a final. It's Jenna Bush Hager and her new partner and co-host. And they are all there to talk about it. And it's so funny. And Jenner's like, you know, well, we're so excited to have all of you guys here. But clearly one of you are missing. And what's his? How do you say his name? Karamo. And Karamo's assistant did send us this video. And then Karamo, who is the black bald guy, of course, are all gay. What is his talent? I think he's the culture guy. Whatever that means. To buy a bunch of Tom Ford books or something. Whatever that means. Put it on your coffee table. And OK, anyway, so he comes on and he's like, hi, I'm really sorry. I couldn't be there. But I need to do what I do best and that is protect my mental health. And I cannot be in a place that is not safe for me mentally. But I can't believe we've done so many great shows. I love the crew. I love the Netflix execs. I love our producer. I love the craft lady. Shout out to Amelia. All of you have made such an incredible show and I'm honored to be a part of it. And again, I'm really sorry that I'm not sitting on that couch. But I'd like to not be in a mental state of distress. Not going to say any more. Awkward. Bye bye. And I'm like, so then they're all sitting there and they're all holding hands like we're like they're Ariana and Cynthia. It's it reminds me of the wicked. Like it's so terrifying for us to be here. And it's like they were about to get like bad bad news from a doctor or something. Yes, they're bracing for it. And so they're all holding hands and, you know, so. What's wrong with Gigi's friends by Gigi's friend, by the way, like he looks like he's been wind blown. The one on the left. What do you mean Gigi? Oh, he's friends with Gigi Hadid. Oh, OK. Yeah. So I don't know the whole. Yes, the whole scene is they're holding hands. And I think there was another show they were on where they're holding hands. Wait, there was another show. They went on with Gail King. Yes, there are Gail King shows. And that one there was a there was a little split. So two of them had to hold hands and the other two had to hold hands. And in one of them, Jonathan, who's wearing a Victoria Beckham long dress off the shoulder off the shoulder, because why not? And he's like, I think it's great that he's not here. He should protect his mental health. And we're here to say it's wonderful. And in this we in this world where we are just, you know, we are fighting the criticism and the lack of acceptance in the world today. And it could not be a more important time to be out there and helping people. And we would rather not reflect on any any negativity. I'm like, oh, my God. So obviously you guys were bitches. Yes. To poor little. This is what they I think Kouramo wants us to get out. Yes. That they were all mean to him. They bullied. They didn't invite him to the lunch table. He opened up his phone and they went to a dinner without him. He saw the article on toxic moms and saw that Ashley Tisdale was getting so much action and might get a limited series based on her cut article that he's like, oh, fuck you, toxic mom. It's time. We're going to take one more thing from you. We are now going to be the toxic gay eyes and we're going to make our own real housewife drama. And, you know, I'm not showing up for the reunion. And essentially this is the reunion and I'm not going to do it. I know it was when he also sent his assistant sent an email with a video he had been bullied. Yeah, with with they sent an email first. And then he also included the clip for them to play while these four sat here. I have to say it's pretty genius clout chasing PR moves. Because it's the end of the thing. So he's not risking not being asked back. He never has to work with these fuckers again. Maybe they were really awful. And now people that I didn't even I still can't pronounce his name. I forgot about him. And now we're talking about it. And if they had all gone on the show together and been like, oh, it's so great. We helped this one person in a wheelchair and another person that didn't had never heard of curtains. Then we would have just been like, oh, whatever. That was another stupid today show thing. They hit five shows and they said the same thing in every single one. Nobody would have covered it. No, I think that they've had drama from the very beginning, though. Different different members of the cast have fought with each other. Like Karamo had a he had some problem with Tan, who is the one that's holding hands with the white hair. Yeah, yeah. Anyways, he had problems with him before. There was a Burke left. He left last season. So this guy on the right is brand new. He was very weepy. Bobby Burke was the cook or the interior designer. I believe he was the Gigi Hadid's friend is the cook. I do know that. I don't know his name. But one of the time before Bobby Burke left and he came on Juicy Scoop, people were like, Bobby Burke's doing all the work like to redo an entire apartment. And that's a lot harder than cutting someone's hair, right? And, you know, trimming their beard or even making a simple meal or even getting someone some new clothes, you know, like those are all one day deals. Yes. Interior designing an entire apartment is huge. I agree. So like, I think that was part of it, too, is that he felt like he was, you know, I think they all hate. I really do think they all hate each other because the other thing is that like when I was like perusing different articles, there's there's so many articles about different groups being in fights with they're in fight with this guy. I wish I knew Gigi Hadid's friend, but I really only know him by that. He didn't invite them to like his bachelor party. And the funny thing is, is like not only is all of this happening, but then somebody's clearly leaking it to the press. So I think that they're all they're all fighting behind the scenes. And then this was yeah, this was like the crescendo. But still, the producers are thrilled because people had never watched it or like, oh, I want to see these bitches go head to head. Oh, for sure. When they're like, you know, like and I wonder if they're even going back and like recutting episodes to keep like snarky moments in because now they're like, now it's all out. Our dirty laundry is just like the Beckham's. My's will show it, gave people to watch it. Well, and it's funny because every single show that they go on, they begin it by being like, Karamo's not here. Like that that's a whole yeah, that's the story to begin with. And then I know, but I thought, wait, I thought he did. You mean that in the old episodes? No, I'm telling I'm talking about like Jenna, they they open to any interview. Yes, any press interview that they're doing right now where they go to someone's house. No, no, any press interview that they've done that I've seen, like they open. It's very awkward. It's like they're opening with this. He's been bullied, but they don't they also don't ask them. Like, what is he talking about? They kind of just like leave it open. And I will say that they're all very well press trained because there's a thing. It's like another thing, you know, everyone can always say for my mental health. Yeah. Rental health. I cannot do the show today. For my mental health, I cannot go to this dinner because I'd rather lay in my bed and it's writing and I committed and it's not good for my mental health to go in my bathroom and start blowing up my hair. It's like not like like it's a little, you know, I mean, when people it gives me anxiety. I'm like, I didn't even know what anxiety was. I everything like everyone anxiety means you're nervous. I know you're stressed about something because you're doing a big project at work because you have an audition because you have a big game today. Yes, you have to have your emotions fluctuate at some point. You can't be just completely like Prozac happy every minute of every day. And that's not what a human is. I know, I completely agree. I also think like, is there an age limit on being bullied? Like you're a grown man and like look at who you're being bullied by. This guy that's in a full ball gown with banana curls and a beard. And he has to hold, you know, Tan's hand through this. It's like, this is kind of crazy. Like I don't I don't know how terrible was it? Yeah, you were being plugged in a locker. I know, like your head in a pissy toilet. Right. Like no one was like what when he got there, someone put like a big shit in a box and I sent it to him and he was like, I'm ready to unbox this Louis Vuitton purse. What it was a big shit. And the four of them are like, he thought he was getting a Louis Vuitton backpack. Like what the fuck was it? Well, in of all the shows, it's like you're being bullied on this show. I don't know. It's like, I know. I'm sorry. It's like just because you need more details. You could not be more accepted or more loved by everybody. But no, we have to make sure that you guys know that we're not. Well, I'm not. They were being. They were. We're going to hire him also. Like you got to show up, fulfill the commitment. This is like the tenth season. I guess to your point, like this is much this is more interesting and it's going to draw more drama and press. But it's like at the end of the day, just show up and do your job. Yeah, you're going to do a pre taped, although I think it's hilarious. Right. I think on a petty level, like it's really funny, especially to watch them have to like sit there. Like look at this picture. It's so it is really funny to me. But it's like very unprofessional. And I think that you said, like, you know, Lisa Vanderpump is really the only person that never showed up. She did not go to the reunion because she didn't want to answer puppy gate stuff. I believe she gave up something like two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. I've heard that's how much you get paid. It's a big payday. But in the end, she was smart because she still had her other shows. Now she has multiple other restaurants outside of California. And she probably was smart enough to realize that if I have to be put in that situation where I don't have control over the editing, I don't want them bringing up something that proves maybe what I've said in the past isn't totally true or whatever. I'm sticking with my narrative that I didn't call it online and say that DeRete brought the dog to the death shelter. I never said that. I'm not going to. I don't sell stories to read online. So I think she weighed it out and she was right. It wasn't worth two fifty. Right. What's two fifty to her? Absolutely nothing. And so maybe this guy happened to have a rainy day and he happened to watch that season of Housewives and he was like, I'm going to pull Lisa Vanderpump and I'm going to get even more successful by not going and holding hands with these people. Right. Well, and having the it is very funny to have your assistant send an email to to go along with it. Where you, yes, you were so bullied, but it's a lot of drama. But I think that, like I said, I think there's been a lot of drama on the show and it kind of makes sense because it is I think anytime you have an ensemble cast and you have like a lot of big personalities, but I will say the women on Bravo, they show up. Yeah, they show up. But just like Housewives, they get jealous over who got the who got the deal. Oh, you know, on Salt Lake City, Angie got a commercial for food and then, you know, about franchises that you sell French fries, I sell French fries, French fries, whatever. And does that take away from the fact that Lisa Barlow also, I was the first woman was drinking fast food drinks. It's like there's enough for everybody, but there is that outside. And with this, I'm sure brand deals are huge for all of them. Oh, yes. You know, so there was probably a crossover brand deal that, you know, someone squeal where there's some email where they're like, you know, you don't need a tan and Camaro, you could just have tan for then that person accidentally like sent that reply and it got to, you never will. We won't know. You won't know. He did unfollow. He unfollowed all of them except for the new guy. The one that says I'm the new gal. That was the black leather jacket. He was very weepy. He turned on the waterworks. It did remind me of the Wicked Press Tour, which I'm still trying to recover from because it's like, well, there's not a third one. No, I it's like, what happened during the filming of this movie? And it's similar. It's like, what's going on with you guys? Why are you all so weepy? You are. You're all touching each other and scared and weird and emotional and like, you know, and I'm like, my God, shouldn't it be fun? That's the other thing. I guess movie, I guess movie to TV sets aren't fun. We just covered three that were horrible. I know. The play like, God, no wonder Hollywood's dying. Everyone's like, it's a fucking torture. I know I am happy that all of this stuff is this is like reminiscent of how it used to be. There's like a lot of drama all the time. And I feel like things kind of quieted down. There's not as much, but luckily there's still people that are going to act bad and then, you know, not be able to contain it. Yes. And it spills over eventually. So I do feel like that we're off to a good start this year. And so many years ago, 2019, because I looked it up, I did an impression of Jonathan on the show. Yes. And I found it. Yes. Hopefully when you're watching this, I'll have put it together and put it out by now. But I said it to Jonathan. I thought he would love it at the time. We were at the same fun. We were at the same podcast network. I was like, can we do a switcheroo? Could I wanted nothing to do with it? I've not heard great things about him. Well, you know, so and I, yeah, I don't know. It's he seems not not very fun loving, obviously. Yeah. Well, but yeah, it's like the show used to be great. I mean, the original the original queer eye was like a fun loving happy show. It was really great with Carson. That was Carson as the lead. And I always wonder, like, how were they ever bummed about the fact that, you know, that they seem more like friends than this crew. Yes. Well, because they're from a different generation, quite honestly. And they like did it and they did their own things after. But still, just like the new cast of Sir, it kind of sucks for the old cast of Sir. Yeah. We just it's like the classic Hollywood you've been replaced. You aged out. Yeah, totally. We found a new gay. I know. But yeah, it's it's very much. It does really remind me of the wicked press tour and that it has like an icky feeling to it. So as much as it is funny, this whole entire thing, because I did get like I got a kick out of that. Yeah, it doesn't like it doesn't make me want to watch the show really. No, no. Anyway, let's see. Wait, I want to get to OK. Megan Markle with love. It will not return for a third season. This is the show where she did the cooking at the house down the street. And the, you know, they did a long thing. They do the Sunset, Sunsets too, where they filmed the whole season and then they cut it in half. So when it first came out and everyone was bagging on it, she wasn't lying. And neither was Netflix when they were like, oh, my God, a second season is coming out in a couple months. But it was all done at one time. They never got the crew back together and did it. And now they're saying we're not bringing it back. And whenever this happens with Netflix shows that I know some people that do, they always try to act like it was mutual or like, well, I really I'm so overwhelmed with my as ever jam. Yeah, the jam that I just couldn't also right. Make the Trader Joe's pretzels into cellophane cells, cellophane bags or cell whatever. We bag the pretzels. Yeah, I didn't I didn't have time to do that and be a mom and and be a podcast host until exciting things like I tell a little bit. You can't reach that light switch yet yet. I like that. Quite profound. Yes. God, that was like that was the craziest interview. There was literally 75 clips from it. And so over the weekend during the. Oh, what were you doing in 2016? Yeah, whatever. Yes. Little bit who's for she just happened to go to a park. She happened to go to a park and her parents just happened to be dancing far away from where she was sitting. And she was like, wait, let me stop my iPad because mom and dad are dancing and falling in love again. Hold on. I'm going to film it and I'm not going to say anything. And then when my mom gets home and starts to make us snap peas, she's going to look at her phone and go. Little bit. Did you film the H and I? Dancing at the public park without my knowledge. Her hidden talent. And then little bit will go, okay, well, I get in trouble. No, you won't. But I am going to post it. I'm going to say that you did it. And then everyone will go, these two, I love them. They're so authentic. I get why she's giving up her Netflix show. Yeah. It's because she wants to. Focus on the fact that her daughter is the next Obama daughter. Exactly. Who is now a filmmaker. She's a filmmaker. Yeah. She's a filmmaker at four. And we're just kind of catch these moments. But yeah, I mean, I'm personally, I'm very upset that the show is getting canceled. I loved watching that show. You did incredible recaps of it where you're like, here's another friend that she's never met. She never met any of these people. Okay. Like that was like always the first time. The, oh, I can't remember the tennis girl's name. Like that girl, she was the last guest. She hated being there. But yeah, I actually loved that show. I thought it was great. What was your favorite episode to make fun of? The episode with Tan was pretty funny. Oh, just Tan. It was suck. Yeah, Tan. Yeah, he came and he met her and he was, they always would make, the Chrissy Teigen one was pretty good. I mean, they made hideous throwaway craft projects every single time. And it's like, these people are throwing this straight in the dumpster as soon as they leave. It always felt like it was like, like she just found this thing on Pinterest from like 10 years ago. And I always, I always imagined like her presenting these ideas to the produce. Yeah. To like the crew and stuff because you, you know that these people must be like, oh my, you know what I, you know what I love to do is we are popsicle freaks and we like to save the popsicle sticks. I don't know if anyone's ever heard this, but what you can do is you just do little simple glue and you can then wrap a yard around it and you can make a dream catcher out of popsicle sticks and yarn. Listen, don't give her any ideas. I don't know. She, yeah, it was at Tan's episode, they made like, they made a really, they like hand painted like aprons. I like that she like decorated the Christmas tree like by herself. I mean, she never really wanted her family involved. Didn't they one time do like a tie dye T-shirt? I want to say they did. It was all sorts of stuff like that where it was just like, and who has time to do this? And they were always in the fake craft barn. Yeah. Like a separate fake craft barn and she had like, she had a chalkboard that she used to write like funny sayings on. I mean, she's, she's very corny. She's a legend in her own mind for sure. But I did really actually enjoy the show mostly because people would like, they really liked the reviews of it. It was just, you're really funny the way you did. But I do want to say right now he is, he's testified in England about the big trial that's been going on for a long time where he feels that their phones were tapped and all these awful things were written in the press about them. They're suing Daily Mail, I believe like the Sunday paper or some other paper that's under their umbrella for all the awful things they said. And he said, you know, you destroyed Megan's life. It is all about Megan though. It doesn't have anything to do with Diana. That's that. I do want to show you this one photo that they did of him in the court. Wait, just focus on this photo right here. I mean, not nice post. They, they did a sketch, you know, they do a sketch of him. And I mean, the sketch is accurate though. I don't think people men lose their hair. I know he should go to Turkey. Megan needs to help him a little bit, but she wants all the shine. Turkey to get the hair transplant. Why not get a hair transplant? I don't know. They also say they're going broke. But that, that to me is kind of interesting. And I did look up like what he got. And it's hard to say if it's true or not, like what Diana left him. And it was like eight to ten million dollars. And then they got that Netflix deal. They didn't get the full payout from the Netflix deal. Right. And then obviously this didn't pan out. So it is they're kind of like in flux right now, because it's like, what is the next step? Besides going to Turkey and getting the hair transplant, I would do that first. Yeah, I would do to. I would, I would do it. But like, and who cares? You know what? Do it, get it for free. I go and I know or maybe you don't have to go to Turkey. Just go to someone in Santa Barbara and start like they're going to start getting a glow up. They're going to start getting shit for free. There she's going to start just doing brand deals like everybody else. Well, she that's why she went to that Balenciaga show, I think, that she invited herself to. It was very shady that it came out after and they were like, she invited herself. But they were saying that that is like she's trying to now make a pivot. And she was she was on Harper's Bizarre, I believe. So I think that that they are trying to make some sort of pivot because all of this other stuff for them, obviously isn't working. No, like, I think that the thing with Meghan Markle is that she's acting like we know anything about her. Or we like knew her before she started dating Harry. It's like, that's when we were introduced to you. Right. So you keep repeating the same stuff where it's like, yeah, you had the TIG, which was like that blog, you know, a million years ago. And you were in suits and then you're acting like you are some sort of royalty because you married into it. But there's no like meat to the bone there where where there's anything. I don't feel like people don't even really care to like cater anymore. Like, I feel like I'm like, all right, all your stuff didn't work out, which is sort of satisfying because I don't think you were talented enough to have ever deserved even a fraction of these deals to create TV and do podcasts and things like that. You when you got the opportunity, you were lazy with it. They are lazy. And then you got now it's over with. So now you're going to have to, you know, get ready with me and tell stories about, you know, the time the Queen, you know, made some bad remark about you while you contour your face. I know I have to have a risa tisa moment. You're going to have to. I mean, I don't know, you're going to have to like do all the crap. I don't know what I still I still I know she's going to end up in an unsomber reality show by 2028. I know. That would be amazing. I feel like here's the other thing is people try to paint this picture like like she got so much hate from the jump. I remember when they first got together, like I was excited. I loved it. No, I know. I think that we were. I loved the dress. I loved. I thought she was great. I thought it was so cool that we had an American. I wanted to know more about her. I don't know this girl how she bag Harry. That was when Harry, what he was good looking at the time. And he was an eligible bachelor and it was like, oh, how fun this will be. And it's similar to the Nicola thing. Like I think that you could you're going into a difficult situation, even even with the press in the UK. I think that there was a real opportunity to like win the people over because we were halfway there. Yeah. And I know that they're nasty in the UK with the press and stuff like that. But I think, you know, go into it, own it. Like they would be in a completely different place had they approached that better and kind of like stuck it out and made it work for them. And now they are at like a really they they're kind of at a weird point where they've kind of squeezed the lemon dry. I mean, she's still talking about she was talking about like the queen forcing her to wear like the nude pantyhose. And that was like, it's like, let it let it lie. I mean, yeah, like over them. Yeah, you and Kamora can kick. Is that understand? I keep saying it wrong. Who? What is this thing? I'm now I'm not going to. Caramo. OK. Yeah, it's similar. It's like you guys are kind of crying babies. Yeah. And like, yeah. And retelling your story of like how you were victimized, like, oh, just shut up. I know it's just not it's not interesting. Everybody is trying to like out victim each other. Yeah. And it's like, let's spin this around. Like you had all of these opportunities. I mean, they had that huge Spotify deal. And then the guy came out and called them grifters, which was crazy. Well, they weren't even like she wasn't even really interviewing the people. Like it's someone. Like two episodes or something. Yeah, I was like, yeah, I was like, we're ending the season. See you next year. Six episodes. And like somebody else said, when they would when they did the interview, the producer was like, hi, how are you? And that the producer asked them all the questions and then took the best moments, edited it with her then asking. And it was just a zoom event. So weird. I mean, my God, like you're you have a 20 million dollar podcast deal and you can't like actually even meet the person in person and fly them out and put them up and like what? But I think that that's half the problem is that she put herself like on this pedestal, like I like to get ready with me. It would be tough for her to come back down now because she's presented herself as like, you know, too good for all of this stuff. Like I think she wouldn't like curse on the on the podcast. And it's like the archetypes. I think she wouldn't like she was like nervous to say the word bitch or something like that. And it's like you've now placed yourself on a level that's like kind of unattainable and you can't even really keep up with that. I know. And it's when you do interviews about, you know, the Spanx creator. Oh, my God. And then that Spanx creator, she's great. But we've had every interview with her. Like it doesn't make for an interesting podcast anymore. I think the girl boss thing is over. Like no one cares about the girl bossing. And like, no, it's about it's about manifest mama. That's what I'm going to do. I'm just going to manifest something else. Well, we still have, we could have talked for a million years. So we'll figure out another time. I know. Well, I think we manifested all of this happening. You manifest such great things. Tell everybody where they can follow you. OK, so I'm on TikTok, DJ Hungry Human, and I'm also on YouTube. And why did you come up with the name DJ Hungry Human? So it's so funny because when I first started posting, I believe it was Billy, Billy Ray Cyrus was the first video that ever went viral. And that's when he was with that girl. She just popped up. Oh, my God. She just released. Wait, I just I don't know if I have that in here, but you saw that, right? She just he got married to this young girl, Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley's dad, and got married to this young blonde girl. And she is posting audio arguments with him where, you know, he's coming off you know, quite insensitive and awful. And she's doing a whole thing, narc abuse, recovery and letting it show that, you know, and then she'll be like, you know, you know, that trend works like, you know, in 2000 and someone's going to an older musician is going to ask you out. It's very important that you say, yes. Yes. Well, I think that she's mad. He's with Elizabeth Hurley. But anyways, oh, that's right. It's with Elizabeth Hurley. I forgot about that. To post these videos where they were like in a day, they were very strange videos. And so I put like one video and it blew up. It got like a million followers, a million views. And I was like so nervous about it. And my my regular name was like on my TikTok. So I always, if I was ever a DJ, my DJ name would be DJ Hungry Human. OK. So then I switched it to that. And then it just kind of like worked. And then and then obviously, like as I started posting more about the Blake stuff, like that blew up and then that that just became the name. But it is funny because when people get like really mad at me about like different random things, I'm like, you're mad at somebody like my name is like DJ Hungry Human, like it's really not. It's like not that serious. And if I ever did need to segue it into like, you know, a new career, maybe I can just be a DJ. Well, anyway, follow DJ Hungry Human on TikTok. And I love to I love that you came. And thank you so much for having me. Funny and clever. And everybody, go to HeatherMcDonald.net and we'll put up where you can get your ticket to the show May 9th in the Netflix. Netflix is a joke comedy festival. Live, Juicy Scoop May 9th in LA. Thank you. Bye.
