So where did you guys eat and like what did you guys do? What did you talk about? Yeah, so we went out to Farmer's Union You know over there in San Jose Was that your first time the food's bonkers it was actually yeah, it was awesome if you said she's a teacher and she had like a bunch of funny classroom stories and We were mixing it up. She was laughing at my jokes And I know like the dates just flowed really good, you know, I had some tacos shared dessert Yeah, couple drinks. It's just it never felt forced, you know, I mean like we were just going back and forth like no awkward Poses just laughing it up and you know, there's so much like stress over a first day But you know having those little moments where I'm kind of like telling myself like oh my god, this is going so well So, you know, yeah, we took a nice long walk Nothing crazy, but I just kind of felt like we were trying to you know make the date last as long as we could and then But you know, I'm a gentleman walk through your car. I said goodbye gave her a hug and yeah she said she had a really good time and I just felt really really good about it. Okay, and so did she go what happened? Did she ghost? Did you reach out like? So yeah, we so you know like because it went really well like I said, I thought it had like a lot of potential and so yeah, I was like texting her and It was kind of like her responses got shorter and shorter and I just figured like oh I don't know. She's busy or whatever and then it like started taking her really long to kind of respond and then she just kind of like stopped responding just like full ghosting and I asked her out again at some point that was like when she really just dropped off And I literally haven't gotten the text back from her since that okay We're gonna call her try to figure this out So just have you hold for a sec and then I'll just have you on mute so you can listen in okay? No, okay, so it's a radio show and Would love to see if you have a second to be on the air with us for a segment that we call second date update So on the like on the radio. Yes Just real quick. Let me explain I got a call from a guy who says he just took you on a date and he's feeling like maybe you're ghosted He's trying to figure out if something went sideways or I'm trying to figure out if he did something wrong He really liked you so I'd like to see if we could get a second date out of this But I wanted to know if you have a second to talk about your date with Diego I'm sorry. He called the radio show. Yes. It's a lot. I know, okay Just trying to figure out. Um, did you ghost? Yeah? He was really nice and Super funny and kind it's really easy to talk to you. I mean you see like I really had Yeah, I mean there was no complaints like the vibe was there everything but To be honest the reason that I pulled away was that during during dinner He said something to me that like as the days have kind of gone by it Really has kind of settled with me in a very weird way. Okay Long story short like we you know had a really long Lovely date and he walked me to my car and then he noticed that I had some dog hair in my back seat Which like I have a dog. What do you expect? I guess I would consider myself to be the kind of person that is somewhat obsessed with my dog. Okay that you know, it's my companion is my best friend and He had told me that like he can't stand dogs He's not not yeah, like he's not allergic but like he's just not a dog person and That he just actively doesn't like dogs Which was a good opportunity for me at that moment because I was like oh So you don't like dogs and then he just went on you know in on this like diatribe of how he felt about dogs and sure It was a whole thing. Did you say something? I? Just kind of was like I I mean I love dogs I've always had dogs and you know, I have a dog and You kind of just like walk it back, but then just change the subject and like okay Well, this is a relatively easy one So Hannah the other part of this is that Diego is actually listening right now. I'd love I'd love to bring That's okay. Okay, Diego. Hey This all makes sense to me now Yeah, I so I was I was kind of like joking though. I mean I didn't Yeah, I don't know I admit that I'm not like a big dog person But I didn't mean it to come out like a big you know like I was I didn't realize I was like ranting on it But I don't know I thought we had a really good time like if I really like someone like you know I'd make it work like it's not like a deal breaker and something like that like I didn't realize it would you know Like sound so harsh. I I hear you but like you you really went in on it You're like they're so loud and messy and always in the way and I don't understand why people don't you know Why people treat them like their family and and why people would even consider bringing a dog on a date or? You know that's like if someone if you go out with someone that has a dog Then like the dog's gotta know that it's in second place and it was like like I you know I'm glad I I you said all that before I told you but my my gosh And are you one of those people that likes dogs more than people?
