My goal is to make learning fun for the whole family. My name is Josh. I am a dad of 4 who loves to learn and teach. I have noticed that most children's shows these days (even the educational ones) are so loud, fast, and dumbed down. I guess they've always been that way to a degree, but it is definitely worse now than when I was a kid. This show is meant to reclaim a little bit of the sincerity and intentionality of the best of children's programming. Specifically, I am inspired by Mister Rogers' Neighborhood and Blue's Clues. I like how those shows are slow paced, how they talk directly to the kids, and how they respect the listener's intelligence. I intend for Curious Kids Every Day to do the same thing. Basically, I am making the kind of show that I want my kids to enjoy. Give this show a shot and watch how engaged your kid gets! I was amazed the first time that I played it for my kids.
