Alright, War of the Roses in a second. Shannon though with the dirty. What's going on, Shannon? So this story coming out of the Bahamas that deals with this couple from Lenaway County, I keep saying this is going to be a date line because I can just see it happening with Keith Morrison narrating. So Brian Hooker, the husband who reported his wife Lynette missing, they were on vacation in the Bahamas. His story is that she fell overboard from the inflatable dinghy they were on going back to their sailboat. Her body has not yet been found. I think we're going on like two weeks of this happening. He is a suspect in an ongoing police investigation in the Bahamas. Last night he was released from police custody. The wind blew us apart so fast that I think she tried to slam back to the sailboat, back to our sailboat, which was probably, I don't know, thousands yards or something. Who's he doing this? Is this an interview with somebody? This was a jail, a phone call he made from jail to a friend where he was explaining to the friend what had happened. Here's more from that, by the way. I threw her a flotation cushion that we used to sit on the dinghy, you know, right after she went in. But I couldn't tell if she got it or not. I'm never going to forget myself. Now a lot of people are going, it's totally him. Like she, they were both very, very experienced boaters and swimmers and there were just some really interesting discrepancies in his story. However, he maintains his innocence. This is his attorney, Terrell Butler. I really spoke to him and came all of you as emotionally as speaking to a family member. What was the first thing he said to you when he got out? Thank you. Yeah, that's a really interesting story. How does that work in the Bahamas? Like, does the U.S. have anything to do with that? Like, can they charge him with anything? Like, if the Bahamas or, you know, if they, the people in the Bahamas say, Hey, we got nothing we can charge him with because we got nobody, can they do an investigation in the United States? Or how does that work? I have no idea. Yeah, I have no idea. Actress Ruby Rose, you may know her from Orange is the new black, probably best known for that. She is accusing Katy Perry of sexually assaulting her in an Australian nightclub more than a decade ago. She made a series of posts on threads yesterday and in those posts, Ruby wrote that she was in her early 20s. When this happened, she said, Katy pulled aside her underwear, got on top of her face. Ruby Rose was like laying in a friend's lap and Katy started rubbing her vagina on Ruby's face, causing her to vomit. Causing her to vomit, Kevin. Ruby said it's taken a long time to speak out about this and she said women on women's sexual abuse is particularly difficult to disclose and talk about. A rep for Katy Perry saying this is not true at all. She said these are dangerous, reckless lies. Part of her statement says Miss Rose has a well documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have been repeatedly denied by those named. I was surprised you didn't do this story about the Justin Trudeau thing today. Oh my God, it's such a good story. You're right, I should have done it. Justin Trudeau is being called out by Canadians who are upset because there's pictures and video of him with Katy at... What was that? Bieber's show at Coachella. Drinking out of red solo cups, those plastic cups. Yeah, legend. After he had them banned in the entire country of Canada. Why do you have them banned? For environmental issues. So he got rid of them. He was on American soil, so he doesn't care about them. Right. We have got to do something about paper straws. I know that there are so many people that we worry about, you know, little fish and stuff like that. But I'm going to tell you something. You ever drink out of a paper straw, you realize you're going to kill yourself with one of those things. A chemical in a paper straw is going to get me. I can't do paper straws. I haven't had many interactions with them, but I feel like they're more flimsy. They get soggy. They get soggy. And lastly, Dave Chappelle hinting he may bring back the Chappelle show. Something he long said he would not do. He did an interview this week and he said, his thinking has kind of sort of changed, admitting that while he would have said no a year ago, he is now open to the idea. So that show was only on for like two or three years, right? Like early 2000s. That was it? I think it was like 2003, 2004, 2005. Am I right or am I crazy? I'm thinking that. What I think funny is Dave Chappelle is incredible. Yeah, only three seasons. Yeah, it was only three seasons. Yeah. That was longer. Yeah.
