Well, we met on Hinge and decided to go to a bar. And I don't know. I mean, he was funny and charming and we had some stuff in common. So I decided to go, you know, back to his place after. And we, you know, we had a good time. It was good. So you went back to his place? Did anything happen between you guys? We hung out, you know. we were up all night all right so you had your date and then something happened after the date and i gonna bring david on right now david hi how you doing hey hey David say hi to Sarah Oh hey hey Sarah Hey. Hey, how's it going? I'm fine. So David, so Sarah, when you contacted us and submitted, by the way, you can get on Second Date Update. Honestly, yeah I mean, I don't know I just don't think that he's in a place to really date right now with this going on if he could like promise or figure out a way, you know, to take care of it, maybe. If it's over, it's done, you broke up, and, you know, it's nothing to deal with. So how long ago was that breakup? It was like several months ago. Several months? Over a half a year ago. Do you still go back and spin the block a couple of times and then like, oh, we're broken up, though? No, I don't. So why are you continuing to have conversations with someone that you're claiming is crazy? You block them. You stop talking to them. You stop communicating with them. You don't keep answering into their lies and then saying, oh, well, they're stalking me. They're crazy. Leave them alone. Because I kind of want to contain the mess, you know, and be nice about it. I don't want to like there's very few people she had close to her and I was one of them. but then I also can't be, you know, everything. But I also don't want to, like, burn that. You know, I don't want anything to do with her. I don't want a relationship with her. I don't want her physically. But I also don't want to be, like, a reason she does something else crazy. Melissa wants to comment. Melissa, what did you want to say? He's a liar. You can hear it in his voice. That's my girlfriend. I don't know. He just got called. That's hard. What do you hear, Melissa? because I hear a guy that's a little afraid and trying to do things the right way. What are you hearing? He's stuttering. No, he's trying to get out of it, and that's his girlfriend. Well, it sounds to me he's stuttering also because he doesn't want to say the wrong thing that gives something away to her. I don't know. I feel bad for both of these guys. I feel bad for Sarah because she got put in the middle of this mess and David for being in the mess. What's up, Jay? You wanted to say something? Yeah, I had, I don't know if I totally believe him with this. I had a similar situation, not, well, sort of situation. I went out of date with this guy like three times, and he said he was like this widow, and his wife had passed away until I got a text message from the deceased wife. Oh, my God. What did the text say? From the dead. Hello from the other side. Yeah, definitely resurrected. So yeah I don remember exactly what I said at this point but then my friends and I got to digging and these were both teachers in their community and it was very messy and I just Yeah keep me out of that Hold on Emily what up Hi I was just calling to say I had an ex like this, so normally I would be the first person at his defense, but for his response to be I'm not getting involved, it seems like a major red flag, considering he is involved. He's the whole situation and reason for it. So, if anything, I would expect her to say she's not wanting to get involved in the situation. This is all caused by him. So it seems like he's not one to take accountability. He's, I would say caused by him. I would say that he's in the middle of it, but I would say this. Yeah. David's got to work through some stuff. Maybe when he does, Sarah can be part of what is going to be his, you know, new relationship life. And I think David, you got to deal with it, buddy. I think the problem is you're going to be faced with this. And I would change passwords. Yeah. Change the passwords, definitely. And then, you know, stand up to her. And because I've been there, it's not fair for it to be held against you. But you also can't just let this person go around saying and acting like that and holding back your life either.
