Summary

The episode opens with a discussion about a listener named Anna receiving unwanted dirty memes from a male friend, with hosts advising direct communication to stop the behavior. The show then pivots to a serious caller, Ashley, who reports sexual harassment, blackmail, and job loss at the hands of her landlord in Montcalm County, Michigan, prompting the hosts to encourage police involvement and community assistance.

Somebody keeps sending Anna dirty memes. Yes. Like, when you mean dirty memes, are we talking like... I think I sent them in a group chat a while ago. Let me pull them back up so you can see. Are they, like, supposed to be, like, funny? Because I have, like... No. People I know that have friends that will send, like... They'll send memes, and they're dirty. I think they're dirty. And I'm like, why do they keep sending me these? But they're funny. Well, maybe this guy thinks that they're funny, but I don't. Okay, I found them. Okay. See, I can't even read these. Well, this one I can read. So let me explain the story first. Okay. There's a friend of mine. We met, I don't know, maybe like five, six years ago. We have been friends since then. He's cool up until this point. But he lives in a different state now. And we sort of just stay in contact now and then like text, hey, how are you? Or like a DM here or there, respond to something. Well recently he started sending me all of these memes on Instagram like this one is very nice. Is this one right here? Yeah. That you sent in the group chat? Yeah this one's nice. This says she's a 10 but you must be patient with her because she's never been loved properly. And then he says you. And I'm like what? Like you I don even feel like you know me for real You want to And then like this Can I say that on air No don ask him Sure Ask Shannon Show Shannon Shannon going to say no Show Shannon. No, yeah. Oh, okay. So then he sends other. It depends on how you say it. He sends other things with like very, they're clearly sexual things. You just read what that word was. Yeah. Well, one I'm reading right now is clearly sexual when it says. There's blueberry pie. One here says, send me porn you want to recreate with me is a valid way of flirting. Like, why is he sending you that? Because he likes you. Okay, but this is not the way to go about it. I have not responded. I've not liked. I've not done anything to these. And they keep coming. I swear. There's like, over this past month, I probably got in one every other day. And I'm just like, what is not clicking? Do you not understand? Is that him too? I think he needs black and white, so you need to say, hey, stop sending me these. It's making me uncomfortable. Okay. Done. You don't see him every day anyway. Who cares? Are you not getting the message? Yeah, he's not. All right, here's a question. Here's a question. How do you get somebody to stop sending you dirty stuff? Like if you have somebody that sends you dirty stuff. Because I would assume that this is a very common thing for a lot of women, where guys are sending dirty stuff all the time. Do y'all have other conversations or is this kind of a one-sided? No. When he used to live closer to me, like, yeah, we would talk like, hey, what are you doing? How was your weekend? Stuff like that. Now that he doesn't live near me, we don't really communicate. Like, he'll slide up on a story like, oh, congrats. I saw you just did this. That's cool. But then it turned into all these. Especially if it's bugging you and it is, just say, this is making me uncomfortable. Stop. Please stop. You're good, bro. Okay. If a guy sends a wiener pic, I will say it that way. A D-pic. A dick pic. Has he sent any of those or straight mean? When he sends that, and if you don't right away tell him that you don't want that, like you're whatever and you don't do it, then he leads to this. Has he ever sent you any of those? No, he hasn't. Okay. So you think no answer is them assuming that you're liking it? No answer. No, I wouldn't say that. No, no answer, though, is not a definitive stop. Okay. But you got to be able to take the hint, though, because this looks like it's been five or six messages. And if she ain't replying, then you kind of like, you got to get the hint. But I think he thinks some of these might be funny. They're not really that funny, honestly. That's what I'm saying. It's not, even if it was somebody that you saw every day, who cares? It's making you uncomfortable. You don't like it. Tell him that. Is he forwarding these to you on Instagram or is he like going out of his way? No, on Instagram, which also makes me think that you just have a list of girls that you're just like shooting off these memes and seeing who responds to them. Weird. It's real. It's icky. Yeah. Men. Whose background is that, by the way? That's he changed the background of our DMs to that. I don't even know what that is. I hate when people do that. It happens that on accident, though, because I've switched it before and I'm like, I didn't even know. Why do we have this Bob Marley background? Yeah. Right. This is a little tiger. what's going on Ashley how does Annist get him to stop doing this and tell us your personal story well actually I just moved into a house about a week ago and my landlord is sexually harassing me and my children while I'm at work he's gone to my house walked right in tried to take my children how old are your children please how old are your children my oldest is 14 My youngest is four and I have five kids. And wait, explain what he's doing to you. So he'll ask me my sexual preferences, what I like to do during sex. He'll tell me how long his dick is. Sorry. No, I was just shocked. Different things like that. Yeah. How did you meet this landlord? Did you guys have a previous? No. So I actually am in a domestic violence program or was in a domestic violence program I got out of a really bad marriage And he pretty much was like I have a house a private landlord You know, you can rent it. How did he know that you were in a domestic situation? Because of the program? Whatever program I was in, he was part of that. Gosh, it's like he's praying. That is not okay. Sorry, that got me really fired up. He should have nothing to do with that program. Where is Bruce? Listen, listen, Shannon, listen. I just got fired from my job this morning because of him. Why? What did he do? I don't know what he did, but he called them. I don't know. So he's a really big member of the school, and he donates and things like that. So he literally got me fired over this. And I had told the ladies in the office what was going on. Watch because I'm going to end up fired because of him. No, everything's fine. And I ended up fired. You got to call him for leave before you go home. Talk to us real quick. Oh, listen, listen. He's trying to blackmail me and tell me that I have to give him all of my bank accounts that I possess. No. No. What county are you in? Montcalm. I moved from Grand Rapids. To be honest with you, I'm absolutely heartbroken, don't know what to do, and now I'm homeless. All right. He wants me to leave that. Stop for a second, Ashley. We need to have somebody. Mount Calm. Is that what you said? Yeah, Montcalm County, yeah. Mount Calm County. Where is that? Is that north of Grand Rapids? Where is that? Yeah. All right. If somebody is listening from that area, I want you to call us up. We need some help here for Ashley. Ashley, this is one of those things where you have to call the police. I think you have to document it. You have to call the domestic violence shelter that you're part of, and you need to let them know what's going on. And I honestly, I think this son of a bitch needs to be put in jail for what he's doing to you. he's blackmailing you and trying to sex-stort you by using your horrible situation that happened to you. Because you did not respond to his advances. No, I even told him they made me uncomfortable. Let's talk also about the fact that this guy obviously has this house for a purpose, and his purpose is to find women that are in need and desperate and try to use that to his advantage. And I think this is where the law's got to get into play here. Hold on. Well, I did call the cops, absolutely. And what did they say? I mean, he found out, so now he's blackmailing me about the house. All right, so Lydia, let's get her information. Let's get some people here that can help out. God, I wish this was happening in Oakland County in Detroit area because I'd get Bouchard on this thing in a second. Bouchard probably know the people in Montgomery. That's actually a good point. That's a good point. Ashley, hang on the phone for just one second here. If somebody knows, and if you're just tuning in right now, we're talking about how to get somebody to stop sending you dirty stuff. Ashley just called us up and said that she was in a domestic violence situation. Through her shelter, found a place to live. The landlord is doing this to her. He's the one that's, you know, it's awful. What's going on, Marino? Hi, back to Anna's topic. Hey, Mojo family. How are you guys? What's going on, Marina? Good, good. Hey, Anna, this is going to be some kind of stupid stuff, but look what you do. Go on, like, some porn website. Get this big, enormous black, you know, picture of a wiener. And then say, I'm working with this. And say, if you can check that, then, you know, go ahead and dance. I don't hate that, Marina. No, just tell him you don't like it. That's what Mojo and Victor used to do all the time. Send it to Kevin. He's going to get embarrassed by that. I got to dump you. Marino. Marino with the peanut. Kevin would not be your person that you would turn to for that picture, though, because I just don't know. What's up, Amanda? Hi, Amanda. Hey, I was going to say the opposite of the last caller I was going to say to go online and find the chodious and chodes out there and send it Chodious Now in that case Kevin can help with that Get my off your brain. Amanda, what would you do, though, if you had a guy that was sending you these dirty memes all the time? Would you just beat his ass, or what would you do? Well, I'm a lesbian, so... Kevin's been waiting for one to call. Yeah, come on, guys. Subaru Crew. Subaru Crew. Get the codes out there and send it back. Yeah. Does this happen with lesbians, too? They send you nudie memes and stuff trying to get the licks? No, not for real. It's more just like booty pics. It's mostly the back part, not the front part. That's interesting. I never thought about that. Do women send their, the women they're trying to turn on? Do they send them? I guess boob. Oh yeah, there's some solicitors out there. Solicitors. I can't get over that first call that we had. That was a wild one. That Ashley call is insane that that's happening. We got to help her out.
